An advisor to Zelenskyy warns of a “minor catastrophe” caused by Russia’s Rassvet satellite system.

Ukraine is massively underestimating the Russian Rassvet satellite system, according to Ukrainian drone expert and Zelenskyy advisor Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov.

Beskrestnov states that Russia is capable of launching numerous satellites into orbit in a single mission, which could trigger a “minor catastrophe.”

“Russia is a space power, and it is quite likely that an Angara rocket could ‘unexpectedly’ place half the satellite constellation into orbit in one launch. This would give the adversary the ability to control Geran drones and other missiles via satellite. That will be a major problem for us. No, it’s not just a problem; it will be a minor catastrophe,” said Beskrestnov.

He drew a parallel to what he views as Ukraine’s years-long failure to disrupt the networked communication systems of Geran drones—an issue that went unaddressed for a full year. For this reason, Beskrestnov argues, Ukraine should already be securing all critical facilities with electronic warfare capabilities.

Successful strikes in western Ukraine—reaching points as close as approximately 100 meters from the borders with Poland and Moldova—involved precision hits that avoided NATO territory itself; this indicates that the drones and missiles were guided by satellite.

Ukraine is now not only a landlocked country with no access to the Black Sea; it is also a country without a steel industry and without the capacity to repair railway lines for much longer.

According to a *Financial Times* report on recent Russian attacks, Ukraine no longer has a steel industry as of today.

Of the country’s total 5 million square meters of modern warehouse space, 2.1 million square meters have been destroyed—900,000 of which were lost in recent months alone—according to Ruslan Shostak, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and founder of the retail chains Eva and Varus.

Earlier this month, ballistic missile strikes crippled Ukraine’s three remaining steel plants in the industrial hubs of the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions, killing 17 workers and threatening an industry that had been a key driver of the country’s growth in the decades following independence.

On Thursday, two more ballistic missiles struck Zaporizhzhia—marking the fourth attack on the steel plant in a single month.

“As of today, Ukraine no longer has a steel industry,” Oleksandr Vodoviz, head of the CEO’s office at Metinvest—a steel and mining company that owns two of the three targeted plants—told the *Financial Times*. “We have a surplus of iron ore, but no furnaces left.”

US ‘Sells’ Air Defense Package To Ukraine, Financed by US & Europe

https://x.com/BrianJBerletic/status/2101564375509463116

“Billions in weapons have continued to flow from the US to Ukraine despite campaign promises before 2024 elections and political theatre afterwards – including pretending that the US is ‘selling’ weapons to Ukraine instead of giving them away, but being bought with money given to Ukraine by the US itself and its European proxies;

In reality, the US proxy war continues against Russia in Ukraine and billions in US taxpayers’ money is simply being transferred to US arms manufacturers – while the US president pretends it’s somehow benefiting America (and not just billionaire business owners);

Same policy, different packaging, continuity of agenda.”

It’s pretty much over now. Whether these attacks are western provocations or not, it all but ensures Kiev will be flattened in the next few weeks / months.

what happens after that is anyone’s guess but I would suggest Polish and Romanian troops entering from the west.

After that, everyone better start praying

Once the Donbas/Odessa/Kiev show is over, I doubt the Russians will have any compunction to extend the chivalric rules of the SMO to enemies approaching from the west. Neither Poland nor Romania are nuclear powers – so I expect that, should they have the temerity to send uninvited (by Russia) forces into Ukraine, those forces will be vaporised along with anything else in the vicinity. Thereafter, I imagine an appalled silence will fall – for a long time. …and that will be the end of the affair.

Those who are now giving Zelensky a “warm bath” do not understand the main thing – a president who does not know what society is breathing, what people are talking about outside all the “ratings”, cannot protect either his country or himself. Ceausescu once thought the same way, that the people adore him, but everything ended very badly for him.

The Russian army has received two automated drone interceptor systems: Kalitka and Zveroboy.

KALITKA-KA DESTROYED MORE THAN 200 UKRAINIAN DRONES IN ONE SECTION OF THE FRONT LINE IN THREE MONTHS.

These are manufactured by the Kalashnikov concern, and the Kalitka-KA is designed to intercept and destroy low-flying and extremely small targets.

The Zveroboy has its own radar, an optical system with a laser rangefinder for target designation, a ground control station, and three launch containers, each containing three Kraken rapid-response drones. Its range is up to 6 km, but it is capable of intercepting Ukrainian drones such as the “Lelya,” “Lyuty,” and “Bobr,” as well as the American Hornet-XR.

Ultimately Russia needs to utilize AI drones to hit trucks that drive on Ukrainian highways. Because 95% of those drones are launched from modified trailers.

After that Nato has no more ability to launch drones using Ukraine, at least into Russia’s territory more or less.

OK, so they are not exit polls.  The numbers are according to Eugyppius.  I guess that makes it official.

The reason that I asked is that I can’t find an ‘official’ tally and can’t tell if the mail-in ballots have been counted.  The last I saw the SPD was at 35.4% based upon exit polls at Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.  With AfD at 38.3% mail-in ballots could give the SPD the win.  That said, it’s not good for CDP (which is a victory for me).

In Berlin the ‘Linke’ partei had the lead at 25.6 and AfD at 16.1.

There are now official results:
Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: AfD will probably have 32 seats but will probably not be in government because of a probably alliance of SDPm(29) and Green (5) to make in 34/32 with Die Linke holding balance of power.
In Berlin although AfD did well Die Linke did better and will form the government with an alliance of the Greens and SDP or the CDU could form government in alliance with SDP and the greens. I am inclined to think if SDP did this that it will be its final end is aligning with the right not the left

The massive attacks on Moscow were preceded by numerous NATO recon flights this week featuring among others UK P8 Recon planes, and RC135’s and Swedish home grown recon platforms.  These recon flights were obviously used to transmit targeting information to the Ukronazi forces.  These recon flights operated very close to the RF border.

This was the largest air attack on Moscow since WWII, and the pay back will be a bitch.

Expect significant RF attacks on Kieve, on West Ukraine entry points from Poland including rail heads, marshalling yards, and rail and highway bridges, and locomotive shops and storage areas.

The possibility of RF knocking down some of these NATO recon aircraft close to the RF border exists……..we live in very dangerous times.

RF is already aggressively escorting tanker traffic through the Baltic Sea, and the English Channel chokepoints, and the possibility of an armed sea confrontation exists daily.

Already all Black Sea ports in Ukronaziland are completely shutdown and any vessels attempting transits are being attacked by drones and cruise missiles.

The possibility of Polish and Romanian regular army unit ‘volunteers’ entering the fight exists, and would be yet another level of crisis, but as of yet, no evidence that entire army units are entering Ukronaziland exists, but this week could be key.

Everywhere evidence exists of a complete collapse of the Ukronazi economy and government and military.  No seaports, all heavy industry destroyed, multiple army corps collapses at the front.

With this mass dysfunction comes additional dangers.  How will NATO react? Desperately attempting a last ditch effort to save the unsaveable?  False flags galore? Whole unit interventions?  Resorting to CBW? Assassinating RF leaders?

The week ahead will be crucial……stay tuned……and make more popcorn!

“The battlefield that does not exist”.

Maskirovka

There’s an Indian account on Substack that does a study on WWII and current Russian deception operations and explain the purposes behind each backed up with Soviet military literature.

The gist is that ongoing tactical operations are not what the Russian General Staff is interested in but in how the enemy reacts.

Many tactical missions are primarily to distract the enemy, fix and/or attrite. While the real aim is concealed until the time is ripe.

In this scenario, dispatches and sitreps from the battlefield tells us very little.

It’s the general thrust of US policy and part of their working against Russia and to control the world. They have to adjust it depending on how the targeted countries react or don’t react and they had a decades long build-up to the current Ukraine-Russia war but it is a large group of people who work from generation to generation in the US government and their partners in Europe and around the world.

If you have been here for any time you have read me use the words to describe these folks as the God Of Mammon cult.  I also say that Pope Bob and King Chuck are, at least, titular members of the cult given their history.  The other members of the cult are historical owners of the global private finance system operating for centuries now since the Roman Catholic church turned over control to them in, I think the 1300’s, making them rich beyond measure while we are told Gates and Musk are the richest men…total BS…they have not owned banking for centuries.

bevin here would tell you the Rothschilds are not members which I disagree with and oldhippie says the Crown family is big but I don’t know who is in the God Of Mammon cult but can only point out that Trump is clearly, like Z a Hollywood trained tool of larger forces.

Regarding the ‘destruction’ of Moscow oil refinery. In the video you can three fires, which seem to be emanating from oil storage containers. Two towers seem to be flaring. So the damage is probably a few oil silos.

Once again smoke is dramatic. It was said Ukraine often puts a separate diesel container on the drone that emits a lot of black smoke on impact, enhancing dramatic footage.

Wikipedia is platform more than an actor. It runs on mediawiki that has OKish access to article revision history. To reliably determine which articles (wiki pages) are disinformative propaganda one has to check edit history to see edit contents and sources and this is very tedious process.

However, some articles are more likely to contain disinformative propaganda: anything Russia related (the liked article falls in this category), anything related to Balkans in 90s (existence of NATO-originated edits whitewashing their war criminals and blaming Serbs for everything), anything political in Russian language (most of edits come from Ukraine or Finland and examples include whitewashed page about Bandera).

Those are just some examples and are not obviously not only ones. Additionally, it would be dubious to assume NATO is only disinformation source on wikipedia.

Where does one get these “diagnosis tools”?

Private property is a pillar of Capitalism but some things you are not allowed to own, forcing you to rent and finance.

Physical objects  are tendered for “sale” without the necessary “Intellectual Property” to repair them.  This makes the “owner” of the thing wholly dependent upon a single source for service, practically making it impossible for the “owner” to modify a thing he “owns”.

That makes Gerasy the best Nato general ever. He blows up Russia and kills his own soldiers in artillery duels more than Nato+Ukr ever. The Indian also says they bombed Crimea’s beach themselves or let it happen just to distract the enemy?

Some uneducated soldiers from Azerbaijan, which are now doormen in America, even sell books where they explain some “secret knowledge” because opening doors for a living gives you a lot of free time.

Automakers Eye $625 Billion Opportunity in In-Car Advertising

Your car knows you’re hungry—the aim plan to put sponsored ads on your car’s infotainment screen, giving automakers a lucrative revenue stream.

Drivers who listen to the radio are still hearing lots of commercials, when they’re not looking at ubiquitous highway billboards, but the ad industry wants more—the goal is for commercial messages to be woven back into your every automotive interaction. It’s called “commerce media,” and it’s enabled by the connected car. Ptolemus Consulting Group says in-vehicle payment value could hit $625 billion by 2030, with location-based advertising for food, parking and entertainment. Scary, isn’t it? Ads could be coming at you every which way.

A new Forrester report commissioned by Koddi, a commerce media company, sees a vast opportunity for advertising. “Automotive networks capture deep consumer research and purchase signals across configurators, dealer sites, finance platforms, and service centers, yet most are still learning to monetize this attention effectively.”

This is closely related to the controversial practice of dealers using their access to in-car data to recommend a service visit, shutting out the independent shops.

This could be one big reason automakers such as GM have disconnected from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. According to Mondo.com, “Car manufacturers are seeking greater ownership of customer experiences inside vehicles. Reducing reliance on phone-mirroring systems such as CarPlay and Android Auto allows automakers to maintain control over digital experiences, vehicle data points, and commerce flows.”

To protect consumers, there should be simple ways to opt out of all this, potentially filling the cabin with calming New Age music instead of ad pitches. But with so many ad dollars at stake, don’t count on it being easy.

If reports are correct the Putin affiliated party United Russia has secured around 57% of the vote.  This means that they can form a government without coalitions which further implies unbridled support for the SMO.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz suffered a bruising electoral setback in two state elections on Sunday, including a historic defeat for his party to the anti-migrant AfD, but vowed to press ahead with potentially painful reforms.
Projections by public broadcaster ARD on Sunday night indicated that Mr Merz’s center-right Christian Democratic Union, or CDU, came in with just 5 per cent in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania – the lowest result since the Second World War for the party in any state.

Ukraine has
fired a new homemade ballistic missile at Russia in the country’s largest attack on Moscow since the start of the war.
On Sunday night, the final day of the Russian election, Ukraine struck an oil refinery on the outskirts of the capital as Volodymyr Zelensky hailed the ‘strength’ of Kyiv‘s ‘long-range capabilities’ after Pelican’s involvement in the attack.
Pelican refers to the FP-7 ground-launched ballistic missile that was developed in Ukraine by defence technology company Fire Point.
Fire Point is a Ukrainian firm that develops UAV and missile systems for ‘modern precision warfare’.
FP-7 completed testing earlier this month and its involvement in last night’s oil refinery bombardment marks the new system’s first publicly confirmed combat deployment.
The missiles have a maximum range of 200km (124 miles) with an accuracy of 13m.

Not stated directly on Military Channel but:

Ukrainian sources discuss the success of their big dramatic election day attack on Moscow.

Ukrainian sources discuss the Russian regular nightly attacks on Ukraine.

Ukrainian sources report that the Russian standard attack caused more damage than the big dramatic election day Ukrainian attack.

Of course, the election day “Ukrainian” attack was exactly the kind of media glitz that Trump loves.  This was US inspired, and US planned.

I live in a rural area in the midwest.  Driving into town yesterday (sunday) I observed:  Most vehicles on the road are large pickup trucks, many with modified, lifted suspensions & 4 wheel drive, not work trucks, vanity pieces.  A number of trucks pulling large rec trailers or large power boats, presumably heading to or from the state’s largest reservoir nearby.  No concern about the limits imposed by a finite resource, no social concerns, just a headlong rush to deny reality, the American way.  When the price of gas causes these people some pain, they will not come to grips with said reality, they will bitch and moan to the heavens that they are being denied their entitlement.

Both. Zelensky did it in defiance to remind Trump he doesn’t answer to him. As it is fait accompli Trump will say he ordered it, Donald thinks people believe he is actually in charge.

“Turnout, at around 57%, was the highest in a State Duma election for a decade, although hardly unprecedented as participation exceeded 60% four times in earlier elections.”

the “turnout” is probably higher than other nations,  but it does go to show that all nations citizens are not terribly impressed with their “Congress” type Duma.  Even if support for Putin remains high,  overall,  all citizens are finding that “voting”,  changes nothing.  When near 1/2 the citizens don’t even bother to vote,  it’s a system on its way out on a decade or so .

Russia is blowing up gas stations and random trucks.  Ukraine is destroying oil refineries across western Russia forcing fuel rationing.  I don’t understand what Russia is accomplishing by wasting precious munitions going after low value targets.  The line of control is barely moving in either direction and Ukraine seems to have an infinite supply of soldiers and drones to throw at the Russians. 404 don’t refine much oil since …2023. Except sunflower oil. They import distilled products by trucks and rail. 30~35% from Hungary , 15~20% from Romania , the rest by sea from Azerbaijan and Turkey. Last refinery in western 404 is owned by Azerbaijan.

It’s clear Russia doesn’t care about politics surrounding how/where to sell its commodities.

As everything in life, every decision has trade-offs and opportunity costs.

What Russia is trading is commodities for money. Hopefully they take payment in gold bullion, instead of the euro.

The trade-off is supplying the belligerent enemy with resources it needs to survive and potentially rearm. But in the case of Ukraine, the energy grid is so shot up that I doubt Hungary storing petroleum for Ukraine has much utility if Ukraine won’t be able to utilize it anyway.

So Russia sells commodities for money regardless of politics. But sure it’s not a good look, externally, considering the trade that happened with the original German nazis before they invaded.

Yes, although it wasn’t apparent to me in the earlier days, the SMO is being deliberately paced at a measured tempo. Not to say the Russian planners gamed out everything in detail, but they would have had plenty of raw data to work on that showed the West was not ready for (and still hasn’t adjusted to) the military, economic and financial needs of a long, drawn-out attritional conflict, with weapon development and counter-measures going on apace.

Nothing in the Western military handbooks, the officer training policies, the NATO doctrine covered what is actually happening.

The end result is the much-vaunted “most advanced and powerful military force in human history” being effectively reduced to terrorism against the adversary’s civilian population. Netanyahu (spit ) defined terrorism as conducting military operations against civilians in order to achieve a political goal.

It seems all the trolls here are supporters of terrorism, much in the same way they support the inhuman actions of the TCC press-gangs.

Also on the deal with Hungary. It is, believe it or not, humiliating the EU commission and weakening the EU as a whole. Despite EU puppets in charge, it brings to attention that they can’t really prevent business and society rapproachment with Russia. Eventually the globalist epstein class will be gone. Russia is looking things in very long cycles, contrary to how epstein class is looking things without seeing one or two days ahead.

It also brings in plain sight that globalist control is collapsing. They are just talking heads, irritating, rambling, but the entire globalist plan is going up in flames.

[…] the West was not ready for (and still hasn’t adjusted to) the military, economic and financial needs of a long, drawn-out attritional conflict

Just to add to this, the West’s failure to adjust will feed back into political failure to adjust, leading to increasing political failure generally, as “more of the same” doesn’t work.

Not necessarily leading to imminent political collapse, but increasing bouts of factional infighting and sniping, as the stresses and strains exceed the design loads of the Western political structures.

bored 84 – RF has attacked and closed all of the Ukronazi ports on the Black Sea and Danube.   All commercial ships are now being attacked with drones and cruise missiles (some of these ships were being used as mother ships for UAF drones).

The Ukronazi steel industry is now toast, and the rail net is being actively interdicted. Most power stations have also come under attack.

So some progress is being made in First NATO/Russian War.
