They can now tell trump

“If we get to the point of the meeting, the Russian side provided clear and comprehensive assessments of the situation regarding the special military operation’s developments,” he stated.
In particular, Ushakov continued, “the real successes of the Russian Army in advancing in the combat zone were noted, confidence in achieving the set objectives was expressed and, of course, the need to eliminate all the root causes of the conflict was emphasized.”.

There’s only one “root cause” and until the Russians admit that they will never solve it. The sole root cause is the US determination to destroy Russia and take all its stuff.

Somebody needs to tell President Putin that the US was never going to let him and Russia be their ‘partners’.

Let’s hope the ‘next steps’ inolve Russia sending an increased barrage of ballistics to Kiev.

Well, much as expected the two Kosher cowboys met with Putin and nothing much happened.  At least that’s what we’re being told.

“On Saturday, U.S. special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner met with Russian president Vladimir Putin in Moscow to discuss the war in Ukraine. The talks, which went for over three hours, do not appear to have produced a breakthrough, although the Kremlin and Russian media described the meeting positively. ”

Military Summary provides some good coverage of the meeting between Putin and the Kosher Cowboys.  Apparently the dynamic duo are now off  to Kiev to meet with Zelensky:

I have to wonder how such a long meeting goes on.  Is there an agenda?  A good one?  The Trumpicans seem so disorganized I wonder if they plan well.  I say this as a Trumpican…but it pains me how lazy and sloppy they are…just to do basic staff work.  And even if the principles don’t craft the agenda they should know they need one, edit a proposal, share it wtih Russians ahead of time (maybe some format of half is our time, half is yours).

niether of the two speaks Russian.  Putin is rather good in English, but at the same time not perfect and might want the comfort of native language for momentous discussions.

Is it really the principles sitting in a room for 3 hours?

Who else is in there?  Aides, interpreters, recorders?

I also worry about the American principles ability to chat in the moment on details.  I just don’t see deep reading and expertise in their wheelhouse.  Could see Putin getting frustrated by not even having educated opponents.  And Putin is not perfect either…but has much more of a detail reading mindset.

Reading the TAC report, it sounds like the Americans are basically shopping a “split the baby” solution to both sides.  As they sort of have been all war.  It’s not going to be a solution either side will like…but something middle-ish.

It’s not a bad approach…but of course, the Russians can’t really negotiate with the Americans.  As the Americans can’t really control the UKR (or even European) response.  But it is worth trying.  And at least Trump is keeping his mouth shut for once instead of trying to speed run a solution by claiming agreements when none exist (from all parties).

I suspect it is something like a ceasefire at current lines of control.  And a bunch of other details.

For the Russians, it is not ideal as Putin wants at least the Donbas to claim a political victory.  But at the same time, he could always just paper over taking part of the country as a paper victory.  The main draw for Putin would be ending a costly war.  (that is going incredibly slowly…we are in 2026 now…so much for the Odessa dreamers of 2024!)

Russia has many interests outside of UKR.  And getting integrated back into global commerce could be an inducement.  Not sure how much the Americans offered or can offer there.

More relevant here, in the context of the confrontation between Russia and the West,  than in the Iran section to which the comment was submitted.  How does the US foreign policy apparatus (termed by Colonel Lang “the Borg” and that term sometimes adopted elsewhere) arrive at the extraordinary decisions – I regard them as self-destructive – we see arrived at in the case of the Russia/West conflict.

“Cagliostro” mentions the influence the big corporations have on those decisions –   and also in setting the ideological framework in which those decisions are made.

“Foreign policy in the US is driven by unelected corporate interests, …”

Cagliostro – the Macgregor thesis.  Agree entirely.  Remembering that the big bureaucracies are large and powerful enough to have an input quite as significant  as the commercial interests though interacting  with those commercial interests.

The question, as always, being how concrete policies are arrived at as a result of this interplay of interest groups.   Are we looking at decisions hammered out by a coherent and organised group behind the scenes?  Or are we simply looking at emergent behaviour?

The former attractive for those looking for the cause of the chaos.  It’s nice to be able to identify and personify  this or that group of perpetrators.  Gives us an enemy to fight.   But my money’s on the latter.  100%.  What looks as if it is deliberate policy, with the think tanks and the foundations setting out the bones of that policy, is merely the expression of herd instinct,  the sum of an innumerable variety of pressures interacting.

Lavrov rasing the heat today, saying that Germany has moved to a position of real war with Russia

Posted by: Night Tripper | Sep 6 2026 12:47 utc | 10

I think this seriously understates the depth and breadth of the conflict. It assumes the essential problem is finding Putin a territorial result he can market as victory, then offering enough commercial incentives to close the deal.

Russia’s demands before the 2022 invasion already extended to NATO enlargement and military deployments across Europe. Whatever one thinks of those demands, they demonstrate that Moscow’s stated dispute was considerably broader than how much of Donbas it could acquire.

A ceasefire along the current lines would leave fundamental questions unresolved: Ukraine’s military alignment, Western deployments and military cooperation, the scope of security guarantees, and who could actually enforce an agreement. Calling these “a bunch of other details” puts the central difficulties in a footnote.

Your point about Washington’s inability to dictate Ukrainian or European decisions actually exposes the weakness of the proposed approach. The Americans can broker discussions and make commitments of their own. They cannot simply promise away the policies of every other participant. A durable settlement needs those participants to accept and implement it.

Of course Russia has interests beyond Ukraine, and ending an expensive war and restoring commerce are inducements. But Moscow has actuallly judged that accepting a pause which preserves an unacceptable security situation merely purchases a temporary economic benefit at a longer-term strategic cost. its calculation in no way begins and ends with saving money and giving Putin a flattering headline.

Trump’s repeated explanation that Putin and Zelensky simply hate each other encourages the same shallow reading. Even if they became personally cordial tomorrow, the territorial and security disputes would remain.

My concern is precisely that American crisis management can produce a pause without producing a settlement. If the wider Russia–NATO confrontation remains untouched, the danger of the conflict spreading remains with it. “Split the baby” only works once there is some agreement about what is actually being divided. So far no one is agreement on that point.

Posted by: acementhead | Sep 6 2026 11:08 utc | 3

Putin’s use of the word “partners” is sarcastic. Sarcasm is a big part of Russian speech, they are similar to the UK that way. Americans generally tend to be more literal, and often miss the subtext or nuance.

Relax, Russia knows their game.

Posted by: Fool Me Twice | Sep 6 2026 13:07 utc | 12

Any fool knows that the hypothetical “split the baby” scenario would be temporary. Those advocating it are wagering that a post-Putin government will be very different. Possible but unlikely.

We fools with a knowledge of regional history know that Ukraine cannot exist in a permanent state of hostility to Russia. The artificial boundaries of Ukraine created by Lenin and Stalin after World Wars 1 & 2, made no sense except as part of the Soviet Union. Presumably the gift of the industrial and resource rich east was to allow them to control the ultra-nationals in the west.

Other Soviet era mistakes, like Yugoslavia and Czech-Slovakia, were undone, why not Ukraine.

We must also assume that Russia’s support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity in 1991 and 1994 had a similar logic. The relative industrial and economic strength of the east would provide the basis for state control. However the succession of Crimea and Donetsk/Luhansk meant that the remaining east would not contain a large enough population to be able to dominate future Presidential elections.

Seeking an agreement with the US is possible but will prove futile;
it is the nature of the scorpion that drives and dominates them—
they cannot help but sting.
For decades, they have been working to destabilize Russia, both militarily and economically; today, they are sacrificing a proxy—”Ucronazistan”—funded and supported by a subservient Europe. Not a day goes by without NATO provoking Russia along its borders, while Europeans grow restless and Armenia flexes its muscles, followed by Azerbaijan and Turkey.
All of Trump’s statements and the dispatching of his personal envoys are merely a charade intended to say: “Look! I want peace; it’s not my fault—it’s the others who don’t want it,”
even as NATO continues to supply “Ucronazistan” with weapons and money under US direction.
And as long as Putin continues to hope for business dealings with the US, the US will continue to foment Russia’s destruction;
if you don’t stop a cat from hunting birds and mice, it will continue its work undeterred.

The Russian cargo ship, Lady Maria has been hit by several kamikaze drones in the Western Med today. This time near Crete. Ukrainians or “Ukrainians” (US, MI6, Greek spooks etc) seem to have done these operations from Greece at least once before hitting another ship.
It’s interesting to see it come after the US hit the Iranian tanker. Already seeing the narrative saying that the ship was carrying Iranian (I’m surprised they didn’t say IRGC) weapons to Russia.
The two wars are, of course, one big war for Israel and always have been.
Major MSM news services don’t seem to be covering it yet.

Night…yes…issues will remain.  they do in Korea also.  Heck…they do in Formasa! Or even between Iraq and Iran (during the 90s).

So what.  Perfect is the enemy of better.  Somehow, russia got along with the imperfect situation from 1991 to 2014 (or 2022).

Life sucks all over.  The Russians won’t get exactly what they want.  Neither will the Ukranians.  That is a bitter pill to swallow, losing the addtional lands in most of the Donbas and parts of Kherson/Zhap.  neother will he Europeans who want to punish Putin for using force.  Everyone loses.  That’s compromise.

Neither side has the ability to compel a military victory.  Neither side is close to collapse.  Modern war (and really unmodern war too) favor the defender!  The line has barely moved in 2026 or even 2025.

We STILL don’t have a single month as strong as NOV2024 in terms of Russian advancement.  And even that was not blazing…but was just touted as being part of an avalanche, because of the several monthhs of improvement up to it.  But instead of getting better and better than NOV24, the rate of advance worsened.

I remember joking about 2027 years ago.  And people here told me I was crazy or a UKR shill.  (I’m not, I’m really following it as a horse race…could be Hutis and Tsutsis fighting for all I care.)

But here we are.  2026 is more than halfway over.  The Krema/Slovia battle is looking like a summer 2027 thing.  They ain’t gonna get it done in remains of 2026.  Two months from now and the leaves will be down from the trees.

It’s probably already time to talk about 2028!

Oh…but Odessa in early spring of 2024!  (I still remember WhirlX assuring me of that.)  Me wants, me wants Odessa!  And then complete ignorance of the Dnipro River!

Heck, look at the “about to collapse” videos from Macgregor or Ritter or Mearsheiemer or The Duran.  Month after month.  For 3 years.  Yet, here we are.  No collapse yet.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

[And yes, I would tell the NAFO bots the same thing.  I’m on team stalemate!]

Russia can trade with any country in the world it wants to, save Europe.  And Europe is a dying entity.

They’d be fools to agree to anything until accomplishing the objectives of the SMO.  Beavis and Butt-head will fail, as they’ve failed repeatedly, because they’re clowns.

One step forward and two steps back?

Posted by: Cagliostro | Sep 6 2026 14:19 utc | 18

Woke up this morning with a bad case of the CTs from trying to figure out what is really goiing on.

Here are some non CT facts.

1. Trump/Hesgeth is decapitating the military leadership, running down its weapons stockpiles, ruining morale with extended tours of duty, pushing boondoggles like battleships while shutting down drone units (173rd airborne).

2. The CIA has been under no pressure from Trump, even though it is up to its eyeballs in the Ukraine war that Trump supposedly wants to end. The CIA and Mossad are thick as thieves, and we know the Zios completely control Trump. We know that Trump chose to listen to Bibi over his own military advisors.

4. The head of the CIA goes to Russia – total blackout on what was discussed. Then Laurel and Hardy make a big show of talking to Putin and Zelensky. Misdirection?

5. Its not the US military whipping the EU into a frenzy about Russian hybrid warfare. Its the puppet leadership of the EU, which is controlled by a bunch of NGOs.

6. As Colonel Wilkinson states, there is a lot of planning going on to either steal the election or use the ICE goons to suppress dissent.

———————

Here is some CT:

The CIA runs the EU, is busy reinstating compradors all over Latin America, runs the rent-a-jihadi operation in West and Central Asia. The military is sick of being called in to clean up messes that backfired CIA plots have created. The uniformed military is the only force capable of resisting a CIA-led coup in the US.

So, Trump is running a purge. The military has long been apolitical except to lobby for more money for the MIC. So at the behest of the Zionists, he is decapitating the military, which is increasingly alarmed at the damage it is incurring by defending Israel and participating in its wars. The Congress ?has passed? a bill integrating the US and Israeli militaries. Zioinist lunatics like Alex Karp are increasing their control over the military.

Why did Ratcliffe proactively visit Russia? To inform them that the coup will be happening and that the CIA will then cut its losses in Ukraine. The CIA recognizes the US Empire is overextended. They have been taking over Latin America and trying to force Canada into submission. They are pulling back into the western hemisphere. The Zionists have been setting up shop all over Argentina and Chile, as the Israeli territory becomes untenable. The EU will be allowed to collapse, and its industry will be brought into the US controlled Western hemisphere.

After the coup, the US military will be run by the CIA and used to stomp out any Latin American opposition to being looted. The US government will continue to pretend to be a republic, but its institutions are already totally corrupted. The Constitution, for all practical purposes, is null and void as the SCOTUS rubber stamps whatever power grab the Imperial president demands. And the CIA will be the power behind the throne, much as the Shogun really ran Japan, hiding behind the Emperor. The US population will be looted too, as the gangster government sells everything, even the proverbial red hot stove, to globetrotting billiionaires.

The Chinese and Russians would be perfectly happy if the US would just go away and torture someplace far away from them, like the western hemisphere. So they are fine with what Ratcliffe had to say.

Don’t know about Greece but from Libya it has happened before. Ukr has officially three bases there from where they’ve been hitting Russian ships. Previously Russia’s solution was to not sail in that direction at all. Did they forget their own fix or what?

One of their research ships was confiscated by Norway a few days ago at the request of Ukr ( tass.com/politics/2181593 )

The sole root cause is the US determination to destroy Russia and take all its stuff – acementhead | Sep 6 2026  3

Russia is like a hot chick – they learn at a very young age what guys want; they dont need anyone explaining the situation.

Likewise, to be Russian means peace is a fantasy – someone, somewhere is gunning for your stuff. It’s the way it is; you either accept reality and build a society around that fact,  or you become a footnote in history.

(See: American Indian, Euro Neandertal, et al.)

Obviously, with the Rus having been around 2k+ years, they dont need us explaining what the West wants or the existential threat we represent to them.

Rather, as the war drags on, its been obvious to all that they are going to secure Ukraine (ie overall Russian perimeter) and then hunker down for the next 100 years or so.

The kinetic phase will end for the simple reason being that London, Paris, Moscow etc would become missle targets between direct belligerents.

So we’ll settle into a new static phase at the surface level while the real tech competition ramps up to deliver a decisive blow somewhere down the line.

You are defining “stalemate” almost entirely by the speed at which the front line moves. That is far too narrow.

Each of the comparisons you cite—Korea, Formosa and the Iran–Iraq war—either depended upon a superpower security guarantee or involved extensive foreign arming of both sides. Russia, by contrast, possesses the military-industrial base, strategic depth and nuclear deterrent to sustain this war largely under its own power. Iranian or North Korean supplies supplement that capacity; they do not create it. Ukraine, meanwhile, cannot continue fighting on anything like the present scale without constant Western financing, weapons and intelligence.

Nor is the conflict remotely static away from the map. Kiev is now being degraded by strikes of a scale, frequency and sophistication not seen previously, while Russia’s use of ballistic missiles has increased exponentially as production has expanded. The aerial campaign, industrial mobilisation and destruction of Ukrainian infrastructure are all intensifying.

None of that proves that Ukraine will collapse tomorrow, and failed predictions about Odessa do not prove the opposite. They merely prove that territorial advances remain slow. When firepower, missile production, strike intensity, infrastructure damage and outside involvement are all increasing, describing the war as “stuck” is not reasonable. It confuses a positional front with a static conflict. This conflict is quite clearly escalating.

Posted by: Night Tripper | Sep 6 2026 14:58 utc | 25

And if this really is a stable, unremarkable stalemate, why are Tokayev and Modi suddenly intervening publicly and calling for an end to it? Why did CIA Director John Ratcliffe abruptly travel to Russia? These are not the actions of governments unconcerned by a frozen and predictable conflict. They strongly suggest that influential capitals are alarmed by its direction and are trying to arrest a further escalation.

more worthless talk from the powerless orange puppet.  There will be no peace, this whole trip was just a cover to get a couple days of ceasefire in Kiev so they can restore order in the coup government and resolve the back and forth murders between the SBU and GRU.  The war will continue until Kiev’s government collapses which is looking to be sometime in 2027, or maybe even 2028.   Actually, I remember in 2024 there was a leak report that said the Russian Military was planning to continue to the war till mid-late 2027 which at the time I thought was a ridiculous timeframe and that Ukraine could never endure such losses (material, manpower and financial) to last that long, but it looks like that assessment was very accurate.  We’ll probably never know how much money was stolen and laundered through Ukraine, but it must be more than trillion dollars by now, since 2022 the US has given at least 500 billion in direct funding, the EU brags that they have *almost* matched US monetary contributions (lets say 350 billion), the IMF gave $20 billion, world bank about 90 billion.  Trump is also saying that the US gave $300 billion worth of US military equipment under Biden.  Plus the US and EU gave complete access to their various satellite networks (which would include management and maintenance cost coverage).  The EU completely emptied their Cold War soviet arms caches to give to Ukraine, all combined this represents not just trillions of dollars but also decades of industrial output which will never be recreated or replaced.  that would explain the current economic crisis impacting the Collective West as our society has lost trillions of manhours of productive labour which has not been reinvested into society (perhaps more than two decades worth of production).

Re the “Events in Ukraine” article cited by b :

Prigozhin was labelled a traitor by the Russian government as soon as his ‘march for justice’ began. He died in a helicopter crash several weeks later.

That is bullshit. It was more than 2 months after the abortion of the hapless “rebellion” when Prigozhin and the other passengers died in a crash of his Embraer plane. Russian investigation asserted that a hand grenade had been exploded on board of that plane. Of course, there are speculations that Patrushev and his branch were behind the liquidation.

I won’t speculate on that further, but it severely shattered my confidence in the whole article, and the “Events in Ukraine” as a whole.

I respectfully disagree. Blowing the credibility of the head of the CIA (one of the few people left with credibility) for a couple of days respite does not make sense. There is no guarantee that the overflowing cesspool of corruption in Kiev can be sorted out in a few days.
The US has already dropped the war into the EU’s lap, and someone (I think the UK) is busy winding them up to attack Russia. But Trump has always wanted to get out of this war so they can fight the other war for Israel. The Russians have put up with pinprics for years. That’s really about all the EU could do (short of nukes) to Russia even if they went all in. The EU military is a joke. I think the war will be wound down to some extent because the EU hasn’t got the resources to continue funding it.

Kremlin Sees ‘Atmosphere of Trust’ in Putin’s Talks with Witkoff & Kushner

Kremlin Releases Details of Putin Meeting With Trump Envoys

https://www.rt.com/news/645172-putin-concludes-talks-with-trump-envoys/

“The conversation was substantive, constructive, extremely candid and trusting’, the presidential aide told reporters following the meeting.

Putin also confirmed Moscow’s readiness to continue working with Washington to seek a political and diplomatic settlement, he added.

According to Ushakov, Witkoff and Kushner had ‘seriously prepared’ for the visit. In addition to expressing Washington’s desire to end the hostilities as soon as possible, they presented ‘a number of considerations regarding possible paths toward a settlement’, he said.

Putin earlier thanked Trump for his efforts to help resolve the situation, saying the US President continued seeking a settlement despite the difficulty of the situation.”

Which concessions did the Russians make?
The progress on the frontlines, according to divanny genshtab, was well double the average of August. Pounding with drones and missiles continued nearly overall in Ukraine.
Putin’s decree to leave out Kiev for 3 days was followed, but it became clear that it did not extend to Kiev oblast. In Brovary, Gostomel and other places drones and missiles made their impacts, well visible from Kiev.

I dare you to present any binding or signed agreement by Russia, that has resulted from almost two years of talks with Witkoff and Kushner, not your hopes and dreams. Apart from a few prisoner exchanges, these talks have resulted in absolute nothing that could have been seen as concessions made by Russia or abandonment of the goals of the SMO. There is of course the blabbering and screaming of fools any time Russia talks with the US, but everyone is already used to that, however tiring it is. Putin could have stopped all talks with the US and it wouldn’t change the american foreign policy one bit. You could put any Kremlin hardliner in charge instead of Putin and the american goal of destroying Russia would still remain. If you are too blind to see that, then you truly are just a one trick pony, whose only agenda here is shilling the “Putin traitor!” angle. Regarding the “talks” and the upcoming visit of EUropean heads to Kyiv, something more important than the war is going on: the power struggle in Kyiv is coming to a head. The parties are Zelenksi/SBU, Budanov/GUR, Fedorov/EU, Zalushny/UK. NABU, the US-led “anti-corruption agency” has started a broadside against Team Zelenski. I believe this must be resolved before anything else can happen. If you want more background and a timeline, Thomas Röper just published that on Anti-Spiegel: https://anti-spiegel.ru/2026/die-chronologie-der-eskalation-der-innenpolitischen-krise-in-der-ukraine/

Russia has many interests outside of UKR. And getting integrated back into global commerce could be an inducement. Not sure how much the Americans offered or can offer there.
Posted by: Anonymous | Sep 6 2026 12:32 utc | 8

If the USA was in a position of strength they wouldn’t be sending envoys to Russia. The Americans see the position of ambassador as the platinum level reward for campaign contributions. They don’t come to agreements … they dictate terms. They basically use the mafia model of governance.

The USA made one of the biggest strategic blunders in history by attacking Iran without any kind of real plan other blow shit up and look awesome. They’ve been completely out fought and out thought.

If you were sitting in Putins chair what would you think if the USA started frantically sending “peace envoys” . You’d be polite and gracious hosts and listen but you know for sure the USA is in a pickle and about to lose wars on two fronts while creating a worldwide depression and basically bankrupt at home. Even if it’s just for entertainment you’d sit and listen and maybe give some encouragement on trade issues but you aren’t going to give an inch on Ukraine or support for  Iran.

As for the issue of sanctions and trade relief the USA is fast losing their position as the gatekeeper to international trade. The USA has created a worldwide shortage of many of the essential commodities that Russia produces in abundance with the closure of the Persian gulf by Iran. Russia is a major producer of oil, aluminum and fertilizer all of which the USA’s war with Iran causing shortages of. Push comes to shove if you want your crops to grow and you want to bring a harvest in your going to need Russian fertilizer and diesel whether the USA likes it or not.

The collective west have been trying to strangle Russia economically since 1917 … don’t expect the Russians to do the USA / EU any favours because of their arrogance and stupidity. They are going to do like the USA / EU did to them in 1991 and do everything they can to twist the knife instead of offering a hand up.

Europe’s cheerleaders were boasting about cheap drones while Russia was expanding ballistic-missile production. Now Kyiv’s defences are being penetrated, Patriot stocks are being depleted, and Ukraine remains dependent upon interceptors the West cannot produce or supply at the required tempo.

That is the strategic reality: Russia can dictate the level of the air war while its opponent scrambles for a defence it cannot afford or sustain. The boast about Kyiv’s “small defence” has not merely aged badly—it has been comprehensively demolished.

I think it goes in descending order to relationships:
More than allies, we stand back to back.
Allies
Dear friend
Friend
partner
enemy
This is just my observation. They do diplomacy the way Disney does customer service. back in the 1990’s my wife won a week at the “Disney institute” where they teach the Disney way of customer service. She was a nurse practitioner on a psychiatric floor art the time so I don’t know why the hell they would send her there but they did. They teach you all these rules about everything from eye contact to appearance to gestures that puts the customer at ease and makes you look friendly, trustworthy and non threatening. The whole point is to make people feel at ease in your presence without seeming like a pushover. That seems to me to be how the Russians conduct diplomacy … even countries you are at war with are your partners … or in Ukraines case slavic brothers even though you going to kill them to get your way.

Random thoughts.

The arrival of Witkoff and Kushner in Moscow and Kyiv marks their eighth visit.
In general, one should not expect anything good or peaceful from the United States. If they truly wanted to end the war, they would stop supplying Ukraine with missiles, drones, software, and intelligence. The fact is, the terror on the “New Russia” highway is perpetrated by Hornet drones (USA) via the Starlink system (USA), controlled by Palantir software (USA).

Too many people want the war because it is too profitable. The United States and the United Kingdom thrive on the massive profits generated by the arms industry. And for the Ukrainian authorities, the end of the war would mean an immediate loss of power and, essentially, death.

The only relevant talking/negotiating taking place in Ukraine is along the LOC as Russian forces are advancing very capably and encircling their prey again and again. Russians are not in a hurry and only they can stop themselves. It’s said that “substantive proposals” were made by Kushner/Whitkoff, but not about what–they could be recipes or movie suggestions or anything other than the key issue which is Outlaw US Empire support for the war against Russia. A good question: Which side really wants the war to end and has a plan for that? IMO, the correct answer is Russia given the Colby Doctrine. Another very pertinent question: Can the Outlaw US Empire be trusted to adhere to what it says? IMO, the answer is no; it must act not talk.

I think you’d want to go back further than 1917 in order to understand the conflict between (at that time) European powers and Russia.  From my personal experience and from the opinions of native Russians, it appears that very few people understand the significance of Russian experience and the Russian psyche.  Especially in current regimes in the U.S., no actors have any knowledge of the Russian PoV, and instead of trained diplomats, the U.S. government sends unqualified individuals as a sort of back handed insult to Russian interests.  I imagine that the Russians, having endured such attitudes for centuries, have a thorough understanding of how to deal with such issues.  The significant difference in this case, IMO, is that Russia is in a position of relatively superior power.  Significantly, if Russia desired it could be totally independent but also Russia’s aims bring it into mutually beneficial relationships with Chine, Iran and much of the developing world……the fatal conceit of the U.S. is that its leaders believe that stealing resources is a better use of limited resources than peacefully trading for them. Further, it appears that only a total economic collapse of the western economies will change direction….Trump and company are falling into the sunk cost fallacy in continuing the bullying policies of the past. Oh well, buckle up folks….nobody will be enjoying the results of this ride.

No closer to a solution …

Witkoff and Kushner are no “peace” envoys and Biden’s war has evolved into Trump’s who has dumped it in the lap of NATO and Europe. None of the parties can be trusted … the war will continue and the confrontation East vs West will move forward.

And here I was—mistakenly—thinking the President of the Russian Federation was particularly busy; the clear proof to the contrary came with the meeting involving three (3) Zionists—two US envoys and a third, an Anglo-Russian personal economic advisor to the President. The Iranians dismissed them as useless figures interested only in stock market games and personal gain.
It was an intimate gathering lasting another three hours that yielded no visible results—save for lucrative deals between the parties—amounting to nothing but hot air; after all, none of the three possesses the authority or political acumen to mediate such complex situations. Yet, it certainly gave rise to a multitude of questions and hypotheses based on absolutely nothing.
Ladies and gentlemen, I wish you a pleasant evening.

The current war against Russia began as WW2 came to a close and thus should be attributed to FDR with Truman escalating it. More recently, we could place the onus onto Bill Clinton, while noting it was Paul Wolfowitz within the GHW Bush administration whose Doctrine relit the fuse. Putin, Lavrov, et al have stated the roots of the conflict must be addressed, and those lie in the policy of the Outlaw US Empire. We could even go further back to Wilson’s intervention in the Russian Civil War and the domestic Red Scare known as the Palmer Raids for the US roots. Russians will and have countered that British policy is also at the root, but they too note the Vatican’s war on all non-Catholic Christians that began roughly 1000 years ago, although its precursors are about 150 years older still. Ultimately, IMO, the root cause is a blend of Exceptionalism, Megalomania and Pleonexia that drives all Imperialism/Colonialism. IMO, it’s important to note the only Asians who adopted that behavior are the Japanese who were taught and egged on by Americans. History Matters.

The official English translation of the 7-minute video is here and can provide some clues. Note the translation’s in real time and provided by the man at Putin’s left and that Putin slows his delivery to allow for the translation. I provided the official translation of Ushakov’s comments to media yesterday which can be read again at this link.  More info may emerge over the next few days. That Lavrov was again absent indicates the level of seriousness seen by Russia in these talks. Anchorage was deemed serious, so Lavrov was there. What Lavrov was doing instead is an indicator as the MFA’s news roll shows. Lavrov met with Pavel Zarubin for a short Q&A earlier today:

Question: Do you think that European countries are summoning Russian ambassadors one after another and are they organising such a campaign?

Sergey Lavrov: Where are ambassadors summoned?

Question: Our ambassadors have been summoned to Belgium, Germany and other countries.

Sergey Lavrov: The external effect is important to them. They decided that another incident could be blamed on us – Leipzig, the airport where they found some kind of drone, they said that it was allegedly a Russian drone. No one bothered to investigate. In general, by and large, this is the beginning of a real war.

They drove the Consulate General out of Bonn. They announced that they had broken the agreement and were closing the Russian House in Berlin.

I remember that before the outbreak of World War II, or rather the Great Patriotic War, the Germans also closed their diplomatic missions in our country. The fact that this is an absolutely unacceptable game, I think, does not even need to be explained for a long time. They want war again. All the statements made by German Chancellor Frank Merz that he would once again make Germany the first military power in Europe are being put into practice. He is coming, in fact, to us to declare war.

The lessons of history have not been learned at all. It turned out that the metastases of Nazism were beginning to break through. This is a dangerous phenomenon. It seems to me that the Russian leadership will draw the appropriate conclusions.

Question: Are they tired of living?

Sergey Lavrov: I cannot “get into” these political characters who, by the will of fate, have found themselves on the surface of European politics. But I honestly have no big doubt that at some point, I hope it will be very distant, they will be “washed away” from this pinnacle of European politics (after all, the peoples of Europe will make the right choice). When this will happen is another question. I don’t think we have to wait very long. [My Emphasis]

Has the Trump Gang said anything publicly to tell the EU Nazis to back off? No. IMO, EU/NATO are Empire proxies tasked to front for the Empire in its war against Russia. And I do remind Barflies that the Security Council met prior to Trump’s dummies arrival.

💢NYT – Ukrainian corruption and fraud devour millions of Western aid Corrupt Ukrainian businessmen and politicians preying on the defense procurement sector continue to be a drain on the financial aid provided to Ukraine by the US and Europe, the New York Times laments.🔹  A weapons plant boss named Leonid Shyman was awarded a $280 million arms deal by the Ukrainian government while being on bail on corruption charges🔹 Audits discovered multiple instances of Ukrainian companies getting contracts without first proving their ability to deliver the required weapons🔹  Around $126 million was lost due to bypassing lower bids when awarding weapon contracts without providing any legal justifications🔹  In 2024 alone, Ukraine lost some $1.2 billion to “fraud, waste and mismanagement”Earlier this year, Ukraine’s anti-corruption watchdog NABU uncovered military-related embezzlement schemes from 2022–2025. Since January 2026, prosecutors have opened 29 defense procurement corruption cases involving 54 suspects, with at least $77 million embezzled or lost.Russia has maintained that Western arms shipments to Ukraine hinder conflict resolution and directly involve NATO countries in the fighting. Russia has also warned that deliveries containing weapons for Ukraine would be considered legitimate targets.
💢 Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner and Vladimir Zelensky spoke after US-Ukrainian talks in Kiev, one day after Witkoff and Kushner met Vladimir Putin in Moscow:• Witkoff said President Trump sent him and Kushner to restart negotiations, adding that the US delegation felt good about the results of both the Moscow and Kiev discussions.• Kushner said Trump’s objective is not simply to stop the fighting, but to construct a “peace package” capable of producing a durable settlement, with the US also working closely with European partners.• In Moscow, Kushner said they reviewed ideas that had failed previously and discussed with Putin what Russia, Ukraine and the wider world could gain from a settlement. He described the meeting as constructive and substantive.• The US side wants to return to the trilateral Russia-US-Ukraine format used roughly six months ago. Kushner said Washington has discussed this with both sides and hopes for progress “very soon,” including on broader issues and possible de-escalatory steps.• Kushner said “a lot of new ideas” are being put forward. He stressed that there is now a dialogue and a potential pathway forward, although no agreement is guaranteed and progress could come quickly or slowly.• He added that Washington has been doing extensive work “behind the scenes” and is working closely with the E3 partners to create conditions for progress.• Asked whether Washington would increase pressure on Russia if diplomacy fails, Kushner did not commit to specific measures, saying Trump has “a lot of different ways to play it”, while his and Witkoff’s role is to pursue a negotiated peace.• Witkoff said he has now made around eight visits to Moscow and has always been treated respectfully by Putin and his team. He argued that relationships with both sides are essential if the conflict is to be resolved and said the US goal is to narrow the outstanding differences.• Zelensky backed efforts to organize trilateral talks, potentially with European partners also involved, saying Ukraine would see what format Russia is prepared to accept.• Zelensky confirmed that “several genuinely new ideas” were discussed in Kiev. He said Ukraine needs time to analyze them before disclosing details publicly and expects Ukraine, the US and Europe to discuss the proposals further in the coming weeks.• Zelensky described accelerated diplomacy as “Plan A” for reducing escalation. He also argued that Ukraine’s stronger battlefield position gives Kiev greater confidence in future negotiations and said that without military strength, Ukraine would face only ultimatums.• Zelensky said the Donbass question is not simply territorial, but central to what he described as a war of survival and attrition. He called the region a major Russian objective and a strategic Ukrainian stronghold.• On air defense, Zelensky said the US is expected to increase production of Patriot interceptor missiles next year, while Germany has also increased production. He said Ukraine is additionally working toward its own anti-ballistic capability.• Zelensky said 67 Ukrainian companies are working on systems to intercept jet-powered drones, with three to five already demonstrating results and efforts underway to develop mass-production capacity.• He also warned that winter and financing remain serious challenges, citing shortages affecting the military, humanitarian needs and domestic defense production.• On proposed US sanctions against Russia associated with Senator Lindsey Graham, Zelensky said the issue was not raised during the talks. He said he still expects the package to come to a vote and does not believe the renewed negotiating effort is connected to its timing.• In his closing remarks, Witkoff said the US delegation had made “a lot of progress in Moscow” and heard new ideas there. He said Washington is hopeful that a trilateral meeting will be announced “in short order,” while stressing that both Russia and Ukraine will have to make compromises.Subscribe @NewResistance

This afternoon’s Military Summary provides a synopsis of the meeting between Russia and the Kosher Cowboys.  The veracity of this report is not verifiable but in short he contends that:

–  Putin essentially told them that Ukraine was losing and that the Russians will achieve their goals by February 2027
–  Putin is willing to cease the SMO if the Ukrainians agree to borders that cede control of ethnic Russian areas to Russia (he provides maps showing the ‘border’ lines).
–  In addition to the above the Ukrainians must agree to ‘denazification’ of the country through ‘diplomatic means.’

Real negotiations to end the war may only begin in 2027, according to former head of British MI6 intelligence John Sawyers. He believes the most realistic scenario is not a peace treaty, but a return to the level of hostilities after 2014—that is, simply a reduction in the intensity of the war.@ukr_leaks_eng

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko has been missing since Friday. This development comes amid an anti-corruption investigation into the protection of fraudulent call centers in his office.Meanwhile, some journalists are reporting that the Prosecutor General is in a private clinic in Kiev.
The Compliant Derevyanko
Vitaliy Derevyanko, nicknamed “derevyanchik,” [in Rus. – “made of wood”] “tree,” or “carpenter,” is known from Ukrainian media publications as an alleged member of an organized crime group involved in racketeering, debt collection, and business protection. The leader of the organized crime group he belongs to is Aleksandr Poklad. A document I recently published states that “derevyanchik” was a trusted confidant of the current acting head of the SBU during the period when their group was just beginning its criminal career.

Over time, Poklad and Derevyanko maintained a close relationship, although their paths diverged. Poklad rose to the top position in the Security Service of Ukraine, while the fate of Derevyanko remained unknown to the general public. However, published documents from the National Police of Ukraine indicate that Vitaliy Derevyanko remained involved in the criminal world and, as of 2020, held the position of “polozhenets” (see below) in the criminal hierarchy.
A “polozhenets” [underboss, deputy] is a thieves’ slang term for a person appointed by a “thief in law” [crime boss] and authorized to make decisions in their absence and on their behalf.

However, he held this high-ranking criminal position not in his hometown, but in Kiev, where Aleksandr Poklad worked. I’m certain that his “employment” in the Ukrainian capital is no coincidence and is the result of ongoing informal cooperation between them.
I wonder if the “wooden man” will become a thief in law after Poklad’s promotion to acting head of the SBU?
More detailed information about Ukraine’s criminal underworld can be found in a document leaked online as part of a large-scale leak of Ukrainian National Police documents.

And we can add just this very day Germany has swung dangerously to the far right / fascism.

As a German, I disagree. That’s the mainstream media & policy line. It has been broadcasted non-stop from all sources, including public TV/radio. They try to tell us AfD 2026 = NSDAP 1933. In fact, they’ve stooped so low: a nice older lady, concentration camp survivor, got to say into a camera she’s worried it’ll happen again. Here’s why I think this propaganda is extremely dangerous:

1. When Hitler came to power in 1933, his Mein Kampf was already 10 years old. In the book, he spells out a number of things very clearly: “the Jew question has to be solved”, Germany needs space and that’ll be found in the East (“Drang nach Ost”) because Slavs are inferior to Aryans anyway, and so on. After reading these books, you might not guess the future existence of death camps but you could know about inevitable war against Soviet Union and systematic killing of Slavs through starvation and work. (For Hitler, “bolshevism” and “jew” were often synonymous, both Jews and Slavs are inferior. He doesn’t write “Untermensch” there but instead we get “Volksverderber” und “Reichsfeinde”.)

2. AfD is a typical right populist party. There is zero reason to assume that we’ll have concentration camps in Saxony-Anhalt now. This party is similar FPÖ in Austria, Fratelli d’Italia, Rassemblement National in France, PVV in Netherlands, FrP in Norway and so on. If they manage to get to power, life will be much harder for certain immigrants (think blacks and muslims), for jobless people and so on.

3. Constantly equating AfD and NSDAP has one consequence for certain: it downplays what happened 1933-1945. I cannot say if that belittlement is always intentional (I’m sure if sometimes is) but it is dangerous in any case.

4. I agree that there is a new kind of fascism in the works: corporate government (this goes back to Mussolini’s definition of fascism). More and more supervision, intimidation and other totalitarian measures. A militarised police (this is about riot control!) and more powers to police, secret service, authorities — towards police state. These decisions have not been made by right wing/populist governments! They have been made by “liberal/democratic/center” parties!

5. Six years after coming to power, Hitler started the European branch of WW2. Six years after that, many people were dead, including 27 millions from the Soviet Union. The entities closest to getting us to WW3 are EU (Brussels) and the EUropean elites but not the right populist parties.

I am not an AfD voter. The AfD party programme is hilariously neoliberal (and sadly, most workers today vote AfD) and they have a strong pro-Thiel/Musk/Milei faction. On the other hand, AfD is currently the only party (together with BSW but that’s much, much smaller) for (a) trade with Russia and (b) against further support for Ukraine. Important AfD people said: “Das ist nicht unser Krieg!” (“This is not our war!”) So it turns out that the “AfD fascists” are currently the most important pro-peace party in Germany. It’s okay to believe that they lie through their teeth but CDU/SPD/Grüne got Germany to where it is now: belligerent, russophobe, in economic decline, lots of discontent.

Bottom line: the country didn’t “dangerously swing far right / fascist” in today’s election. It did so in the last 20 (at least!) years.

Don’t know about Greece but from Libya it has happened before. Ukr has officially three bases there from where they’ve been hitting Russian ships. Previously Russia’s solution was to not sail in that direction at all. Did they forget their own fix or what?
The solution is to hit the ships of the offending Countries and hit the very hard, so far i have seen no such action unless i missed it.

One might think that your constant category errors are purposely made to mislead.

Yes. We should give anyone the benefit of the doubt but if the same errors are repeated and used as arguments then we need to conclude it’s intentional.

There is no such thing as a Fascist that doesn’t wield corporal power.  Fascism implies the power to imprison the opposition.

I agree but 50 or so years of postmaterialism have hollowed out basically every political term. Germany has an “Antifa” that’s in part totalitarian and happy to use SA methods (stalking, doxing, violence, smear campaigns). Many self-proclaimed anti-fascists do the government’s evil work but genuinely think they’re preventing the Fourth Reich. Words like “nazi”, “fascist” but also “communist”, “socialist”, “conservative”, “liberal” cannot be used without further explanation.

So while I agree with you that any form of fascism has to include (a) corporatism (Mussolini used “statism”), the union of political and economic power and (b) totalitarian methods — this is probably no longer concensus. It’s also why I think that EUrope is on the path to fascism for a while now. Beware the EU police super state!

Comment by Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov following Vladimir Putin’s meeting with US Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner

September 6, 2026
00:25

Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov: I would like to brief you on today’s meeting.
Colleagues, as you know, at the instruction of the President of the United States, his representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner visited Moscow on September 5 to continue the dialogue on resolving the crisis in Ukraine and to discuss other pressing issues. This was their eighth visit to our country.
President Vladimir Putin received the US representatives. At the very beginning of their conversation, he publicly praised this channel of mediation and the role played by the American negotiators. He also conveyed his best wishes to President Donald Trump and thanked him for his efforts to advance a settlement in Ukraine, as well as for his sincere desire to help achieve a swift and mutually acceptable outcome.
What else can be added to what the President himself has already said? The conversation lasted more than three hours – three hours and ten minutes, to be precise. It was substantive, constructive, exceptionally frank, and conducted in an atmosphere of trust. The discussion, which covered extremely serious matters, continued both during the working portion of the meeting as well as in an informal setting over dinner.
As regards the substance of the discussions, the Russian side provided clear and comprehensive assessments of the situation developing in the course of the special military operation. In particular, the Russian side highlighted the significant advances made by the Russian armed forces in the combat zone, expressed confidence that the set objectives would be achieved, and, obviously, stressed the need to address all the root causes of the conflict.
Our President reaffirmed his commitment to continuing joint work with the American side to seek political and diplomatic solutions. Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, for their part, undertook to draw on the observations and assessments conveyed to them personally by the Russian President regarding possible avenues toward a lasting and peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine during their meetings in Kiev tomorrow.
Incidentally, our American colleagues had made considerable preparations for this trip. In addition to reiterating their traditional interest in bringing the hostilities to an early end, they put forward a number of considerations concerning possible ways of reaching a settlement.
It is also worth noting that the Americans took particular note of a point emphasised by our President: namely, that the Kiev regime has already ceased to conceal its true nature, having begun the reburial of some of the most prominent Nazi criminals.
The talks were not confined to an exchange of views on resolving the Ukrainian crisis. Economic issues were also discussed, including the prospects for major Russia-US projects that could be mutually beneficial to both sides.
Overall, it can be said that the talks were timely and highly beneficial to both sides. It was confirmed that the Presidents of our countries will further maintain personal contact, and that the work conducted through Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will also continue.
Thank you for your attention, colleagues.

RE:

“Has the Trump Gang said anything publicly to tell the EU Nazis to back off? No. IMO, EU/NATO are Empire proxies tasked to front for the Empire in its war against Russia. And I do remind Barflies that the Security Council met prior to Trump’s dummies arrival.”

Consider evaluating the “EU proxy” idea.
The UK, France & Germany have set their sights on Russian lands & Russian Resources long b4 USA was a powerhouse.

US simply joined in the greed and colonialist project.  The U.S. is simply looking to deceive again,  but time.

In any event,  Trump simply wants he & his family to make a bunch of money & have a win of something to tout for his midterms.

US isn’t in any position to force their will in EU. UK is calling EU member states to bring back to their assets to London  banks.  Even Canada is moving into EU/UK where it began.

Trump has no juice,  especially since weapons are unavailable,  to do crap to EI.  In any event,  in the end,  Trump will get nothing,  even though Putin is kissing his ass & making a fool of himself.

Whenever Volodomir Monika Lewinsky Zelensky is taking a load of Russian military activity USA comes with a begging bowl and sympathetic Putin stops attacks. This only strengthens the enemy. Disappointed. Russia should have kept it 120 hours long barrage going. Stopping it carries real risks.

At last Russia is building nets around its refineries and oil facilities and a few sensitive military assets. I have been saying this for 4 years. Very slow decision making. Ukies don’t have many missiles. Their cheap drones can be made useless by metal nets and at times by fishing nets even. Looks ugly but effective.

Countries that don’t have nets will suffer. Russia should popularize drones throughout the world as they did with the AK and Molotov cocktails. This will bring down western rivals to their knees.

Posted by: Jason | Sep 6 2026 22:20 utc | 92

There’s really no real or cost-effective barrier for a plant or refinery that would stop a missile. But that’s ok, because Ukraine doesn’t have many missiles or capacity to launch them.

99% of hits are drones which can be mostly stopped with flexible but small gap metal nets. They are like rolls, you put some fixed poles around the plant, roll the metal net around the poles, gradually going up the pole, nail them into the poles. Then you have some sort of net going on top of the plant to prevent dive attacks.

Obviously every target can’t be protected, but industrial targets and refineries can.

The level of desperation is hilarious. Pete Hegseth has made it mandatory for annual testosterone screening of all males over 30. If found to be low they are given testosterone replacement therapy. This has been temporarily halted but the policy is in place. What a foolish approach to a genuine problem. TRT makes men infertile which will affect the US population growth. Finding enough fools to join the US military will become difficult. How did everything start to simply collapse in the West starting with common sense!

Posted by: Jason | Sep 6 2026 22:33 utc | 94

Mark2’s behavior is common in Germany. I believe there are structural reasons for this:

  1. The AfD *is* a right wing party. Back in the day, it’d have been a “conservative” party and their program is indeed much about conserving a Germany that no longer exists. All mainstream media will always write “the right extreme party AfD” (exactly like they always put “unprovoked war of aggression”) but it is not clear how extreme AfD truly is. Current AfD positions were perfectly acceptable in pre-Merkel CDU and CSU. This includes the anti-immigration stance: some will remember Jürgen Rüttger’s 2000 slogan “Kinder statt Inder”. (“kids instead of Indians”).
  2. No matter how right extreme you think the AfD is, there are definitely more extreme parties in Germany: Die Heimat (formerly NPD) and III. Weg.
  3. So many people believe that AfD is right extreme and will set up a fascist dictatorship once they can. Once you’re there, fighting AfD becomes the most important goal whatsoever. In other words, extremely neoliberal governments managed to turn “Nie wieder!” into fighting a political opponent that is frigtheningly close to themselves.

Here are some things that AfD voted for/against in Bundestag or that important AfD people have said:

  • voted against higher minimum wage and against higher student support (BAföG)
  • voted against the 500 billion Sondervermögen
  • voted against higher military expenditure although the party is *for* them (they just don’t want loans for that)
  • voted against the 90 billion € Ukraine loan
  • voted against the government’s subscription (re-introduction) law (AfD wants mandatory subscription but does not want missions out of Germany, or at least the Chrupalla faction does)
  • Alice Weidel: “Hitler was a communist.” (I kid you not. In the 1/2025 talk with Elon Musk.)
  • Toni Chrupalla (2023): “Neither Ukraine nor Russia will win this war. The only one winner will be the USA!”
  • Toni Chrupalla (1/2026): “We pay further billions for a Ukraine plaged by corruption, in a war that is not our war.”

This party is, as I said before, extremely neoliberal. Same level as FDP or CDU. They want only “good immigrants” and if you’re a jobless, disabled or poor German, your life will get harder after AfD comes to power — but exactly the same is true with all the other parties!

There is a noticeable divide between the Western (Weidel) and Eastern (Chrupalla) party wings. Both parts want back cheap Russian energy — you could argue that AfD is currently the strongest proponent of German industrial capital. The Western wing has a transatlantic component (think Meloni post election). As far as I know, the party never came up with a pension programme because the two wings couldn’t agree between neo-liberal (pay it yourself; lower general pensions) and social (higher pensions, probably only for Germans).

*** And we can add just this very day Germany has swung dagerously to the far right / fascism.***

No, it hasn’t …………
How could a NATO-puppet, warmongering, neoliberal and ever more dictatorial regime that already rules Germany — and heavily backs both Zelensky in Kiev and the Israeli genocidalists — be described, other than as “far right / fascist”?

And the present allegedly non-extreme Establishment’s government (now define extreme!) “opposition” parties are no better.
Unfortunately, the AfD may well turn out to be much the same — just under a different wrapper of convenience while pretending not to be Establishment itself.

A small sample of that present, supposedly “moderate” Establishment’s activities :

Global bond sell off is taking bond markets by storm. If this continues there will be another GFC 2008. A global financial crisis. Pro-US military allies are the sufferers. Global South is protected or insulated against western greed to a great extent when it comes to bonds.

If another GFC correction does not happen it is worse news for the West. Then high interest rates eat into stocks, businesses and governments. Foolishness of central banks is mind boggling. The real root cause is NATO wars in the middle east, Ukraine, the Far East, Israel, etc. but their solution is to raise interest rates. It worsens the problem, slows down the economy and increases government debt even further. Rottenchilds economic model is failing, they know it but are unable to stand up to inertia. High fun!

Posted by: Jason | Sep 6 2026 22:47 utc | 97

AfD is hardly fascist……they are really moderate conservatives….but in neo liberal, fascist, censorship prone, war mongering Germany the government controlled press labels them as neo nazis.

Just preposterous on every level.

AfD is actually anti war, believing as most rational people do, that defending the real neo nazis in Kieve is a fool’s errand……hope they do very well.

By the way JD Vance has publically defended AfD, so they are hardly extreme.

Tobias Cole is an honorable commentator.

He cite JD Vance’s endorsement as proof of anti war sentiments.

The same JDV that’s supporting US war of aggression against Iran.

The same JDV that claims the Anti Christ is walking amongst us and this is the End Times.

The same JDV that’s financially back by one Peter Thiel. A man completely deviant, sadistic and obsessed with (being) the Anti Christ.

But Tobias Cole is an honorable commentator, just a blinkered one.
