I have tried to post it on yesterday’s threads, but my comments were not posted. I do non know if this is because I am on the ‘insecure’ site –

Several  ppl commented already on that problem which started yesterday – that this site is ‘unsafe’ and it requires to go to the ‘Advanced’ window where is the link to Moa which does open, but if I click on comments I have to go again through that window “Your connection is not private’ etc.

What is going on? Is this now a massive DOS under different guise?

Posted by: fanto | Sep 17 2026 18:34 utc | 6

I’m getting the safety “warnings” when I attempt to connect to MoA, says it’s an insecure site. Are you under some form of censure attack?

The SSL certificate issue.

I see SSL certification as the colonoscopy of the tech world.  It is not necessary for many sites [like here] but is sold as a necessity for all to maintain.

My web site is http, not https and I refuse to have a SSL certificate because there is no user interaction at my site but only to convey information to interested readers.
MoA is not much more needy for SSL because only comments.

My web site is http, not https and I refuse to have a SSL certificate because there is no user interaction at my site but only to convey information to interested readers.   MoA is not much more needy for SSL because only comments.

I have a home server that serves some old hand-written HTML pages  as well as an immich server for private photos (not using Google you know). Both of them are HTTP only. But, In order to expose them on the external web without complaints from browsers (like we have seen with MOA),  they need to be encrypted and use HTTPS.

There are various ways this can be done, most are complicated and/or require you to sign up with some third party which I don’t want.  The solution that I found is the open and free Caddy where you can use the ‘reverse_proxy’ feature in a tiny configuration file to expose your site(s) automatically as HTTPS. It works just fine for private home sites in my experience. It is 100% automatic by Caddy, you don’t need to obtain any SSL certificate with a Caddy reverse proxy setup.

I did post it on the last (Iran) thread (by mistake).

On other issues, and returning to Epstein – the big fat nothingburger. Those of you hypertriggered small hat wearing wall kissing types can feel free to ignore.

A reminder from February.  https://www.councilestatemedia.uk/p/epsteins-paedophile-ring-did-not

The Epstein files are full of this word “goyim” and there is a good chance most people have no idea what this word even means. Goyim can be used simply to refer to “nations” or “peoples”, but in this context, it was a slur against non-Jews, an expression of Jewish supremacy.

In 2010, Sephardic leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef said: “Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world; only to serve the People of Israel.”

Epstein casually referred to non-Jews as “goyim” in his email exchanges and contrasted his Jewish associates with “goyim” in intellectual terms. In one conversation, he said “goyim prosecutors” wouldn’t understand his financial schemes.

One of Epstein’s victims — Maria Farmer — said Epstein and Maxwell would frequently use the term “goyim” and saw outsiders as inferior. This claim is supported by Epstein’s emails.

In a 2010 email exchange with Peggy Siegel, Epstein discussed the guest list for a party at his New York mansion, which included Prince Andrew, Woody Allen, and Katie Couric. Siegal asked: “Is it going to be 100% JEW NIGHT?”

Epstein replied: “No, goyim in abundance – jpmorgan execs brilliant WASPs.” WASPs means White Anglo-Saxon Protestants – Epstein was essentially saying these are the acceptable non-Jews, the ones who are worthy of mingling with us.

In a 2009 email discussing finances with Roger Schanks, Epstein wrote: “This is the way the Jew make money … let the goyim deal in the real world.” He was talking of “selling short the shipping futures” (betting on future freight rates and laying off risks). The implication here is that the struggles of capitalism are for lesser humans and people like Epstein get to enjoy easy money. He basically lived up to every antisemitic trope: every negative stereotype associated with Jews was embodied by this man.

It is fair to say that Epstein did the fight against antisemitism no favours, but one person who came out of the Epstein files with his reputation enhanced was another Jew — Norman Finkelstein.

Finkelstein has been a nemesis of Epstein’s lawyer Alan Dershowitz for years, but the Epstein files gave us a glimpse into how these people operate. Harvard professor Robert Trivers tried to bring Finkelstein into the circle, to recruit him like they recruited Noam Chomsky. Basically, these people either bring you in or destroy you. It takes courage to stand up to Zionists and this is exactly what Finkelstein did.

Finkelstein replied to Trivers’ invite:

“My guess is, if Epstein put your daughter at age 15, in such a position, you wouldn’t publicly describe him as a “friend” and person of “integrity”. In fact, I would hope you’d promptly throttle both Epstein and Dershowitz.”

Contrast this level of conviction with a weasel like Keir Starmer who described himself as a “Zionist without qualification” to the Israeli lobby and proceeded to do their bidding, expelling Jeremy Corbyn, supporting Israel’s genocide, and proscribing groups that stood up to Israel. Men like Starmer are useful goyim.

I first encountered the word “goyim” during the Corbyn years when I made the mistake of engaging Zionists on the antisemitism smears. Suddenly, I was being called “goyim” and “goy-boy”. Suddenly, I was being told to “stop goy-splaining”. I had no idea what they meant and when I Googled the words, I was taken aback. I had been perfectly nice and yet these people were using a racist slur against me! This was my first encounter with Jewish supremacy.

What worked for me yesterday was to clear my history and cookies. Then I restarted my computer. It was still there, but the next morning the warning page was gone. FYI: you probably will have to sign back into all your regular sites; gmail, x, etc. What a pain!

FWIW, I only get the certificate expired page every time I come to MoA or try to post a comment when I’m using my phone browser (behind a VPN, but that’s irrelevant). It’s probably a setting. On my desktop, I only got the certificate expiration page and warning once, then bypassed it and now I can access the page immediately each time with the usual “Not secure https://…” in red, in the address bar.

Imagine a huge email leak or FOIA release (no child or underage female sex ring needed) in which a bunch of WASPY financier/banker, politicians and academic luminary types are caught out writing things like “A Whites only right, right – no JEWS?” or, in reference to a Black person, or worse a Jew “Don’t worry, HE’s one of the semi-bright good ones!”

There would be a federal inquisition and media firestorm the likes of which we have rarely seen.  “_____ and his cohorts used WHITE SUMPREMACIST language!” “_______ is an AVOWED RACIST!!!” etc.

The double standard is so glaring and in-your-face that it’s simply ignored by the powerful and the legacy media.

Why would executives in the several leading companies developing AI technology in the US have an incentive to raise alarm about the dangers of AI?
—
Leading artificial intelligence executives have strong strategic and financial incentives to sound the alarm about AI dangers, primarily to shape regulations in their favor and hype the power of their technology.
Cementing Market Dominance
Regulatory capture: Pushing for strict government oversight allows major firms like OpenAI and Anthropic to help write the rules. High compliance costs and complex safety bureaucracies create a moat that smaller open-source competitors and startups cannot afford to cross.
Pulling up the ladder: By calling for mandatory licensing or pauses on advanced training, dominant labs can freeze the competitive landscape and lock in their current market share.
Marketing and Capital Attraction
Hype through fear: Framing AI as an existential threat capable of “killing all humans” or acquiring superintelligence paradoxically advertises its immense, god-like power.
Securing investments: Portraying the technology as world-altering attracts massive venture capital, government defense contracts, and enterprise trust, signaling that these companies are the serious stewards of a transformative force.
Managing Liability and Public Perception
Pre-emptive deflection: Publicly agonizing over speculative future doom shifts focus away from current, tangible harms—such as copyright infringement, worker displacement, bias, and deepfakes.
Socializing risk: Critics note that emphasizing catastrophic, uncontrollable outcomes sets up a narrative where companies are pioneers battling impossible risks, potentially paving the way for government bailouts or legal immunities if things go wrong.

The Pentagon is considering a major reduction of the U.S. military presence in Europe, potentially withdrawing around one-third of the roughly 80,000 American troops stationed there, with some proposals involving cuts of up to 40,000 personnel, NBC News reports.
The review could also result in the removal of aircraft, warships, and weapons, with forces in countries including Germany, Spain, and Italy potentially affected. No final decision has been made, and recommendations are expected in November.

I’m rather surprised that B hasn’t addressed the issue with the expired TLS/SSL certificate.   These certificates can be renewed for under a hundred  euros.   Should we take up a collection to cover this expense?    I don’t know if there are other issues at play here that would affect the renewal of said certificate.    Considering that MOA has undergone DOS attacks in the past.   It makes good sense to run this site as a HTTPS  server.   B,  plz contact me offline if you want additional details.

When you look in context, compared to where we were with inverted yields back in 2024, I would regard this as “yellow light” warning territory but too early to start freaking out. When we first went into the strongly negative yield curve people were already pointing to that as the first signs of a coming recession so where we are at right now is pretty much the logical consequence.

“To invert Teddy Roosevelt, America today is talking loudly and carrying a small stick.”

https://indi.ca/the-two-engines-of-america-part-2-imperialism/
The Two Engines Of America (Part 2: Imperialism)

…..The main thing that held American empire together was a story. The story that they won World War II and were the ‘good guys’ and that’s why they were still here. America (and its main bitch the UK) deployed relentless post-war propaganda to switch people from knowing that the USSR won the war to believing that America did. Hence you get all these movies about saving privates and cracking codes and assorted bullshit that had little material impact, certainly compared to the USSR. And this advertising campaign largely worked, especially after the USSR’s fall. They refilmed history and hid America’s naked imperialism in a celluloid cloak.

This is liberalism. They took liberties with the truth to justify continued imperialism, and call it helping out. This was America’s soft power—all the marketing about Democracy™ and Human Rights© and Freedom®—and it saved them much hard graft. With their well-marketed values (and manufactured goods) they could get countries to effectively colonize themselves, with a well-timed coup if anyone started thinking too much. They could hold the stick of their military largely in reserve while holding out the carrot of their ‘Rules-Based Order’ which well-meaning people all over the world would defend because the marketing was good. As Big Pussy told Tony Soprano, “I’m mindfucking these donkeys like you wouldn’t believe.”

This is what institutions like USAID and the liberal media were doing…..

….Remember that America hasn’t been able to really win anything since World War II, has been unable to conscript an army since Vietnam, and hasn’t been able to field its debt slave army since leaving Afghanistan. American imperialism is now completely dependent on proxies mindfucked enough to follow them. And Trump is gutting and humiliating those proxies too. To invert Teddy Roosevelt, America today is talking loudly and carrying a small stick……

….The reanimated corpse of Joe Biden tried to resurrect the image of ‘good guy’ America, but then he livestreamed a genocide for 15 months, which is definitely bad. This revealed that America was always bullshit, whether branded red or blue. It was always White Empire, doing what such empires do……..

Václav Havel: The Power of the Powerless

“The Power of the Powerless” (October 1978) was originally written (“quickly,” Havel said later) as a discussion piece for a projected joint Polish Czechoslovak volume of essays on the subject of freedom and power. All the participants were to receive Havel’s essay, and then respond to it in writing. Twenty participants were chosen on both sides, but only the Czechoslovak side was completed. Meanwhile, in May 1979, some of the Czechoslovak contributors who were also members of VONS (the Committee to Defend the Unjustly Prosecuted), including Havel, were arrested, and it was decided to go ahead and “publish” the Czechoslovak contributions separately.

Havel’s essay has had a profound impact on Eastern Europe. Here is what Zbygniew Bujak, a Solidarity activist, told me: “This essay reached us in the Ursus factory in 1979 at a point when we felt we were at the end of the road. Inspired by KOR [the Polish Workers’ Defense Committee], we had been speaking on the shop floor, talking to people, participating in public meetings, trying to speak the truth about the factory, the country, and politics. There came a moment when people thought we were crazy. Why were we doing this? Why were we taking such risks? Not seeing any immediate and tangible results, we began to doubt the purposefulness of what we were doing. Shouldn’t we be coming up with other methods, other ways?
“Then came the essay by Havel. Reading it gave us the theoretical underpinnings for our activity. It maintained our spirits; we did not give up, and a year later-in August ig8o-it became clear that the party apparatus and the factory management were afraid of us. We mattered. And the rank and file saw us as leaders of the movement. When I look at the victories of Solidarity, and of Charter 77, I see in them an astonishing fulfillment of the prophecies and knowledge contained in Havel’s essay.”

I don’t follow. He’s buddies with Macklemore and not sure what “his act” means in context. Sheeran was told by the stadium owners (beneficiaries of favorable tax schemes in cities who basically fund large parts of NFL stadium construction projects and then give massive subsidies) that the latter man was forbidden from the stadiums that should be seen as public-private venues.

Sheeran had a choice. An easy one if he wasn’t a greedy little pussy. He has the financial and public capital wherewithal to have easily shut Robert Kraft down. Kraft is an Ashkenazi Jewish supremacist who has been charged with sex related crimes and with a very bad public reputation. This was the perfect opportunity for a performer like Shee Ran to have a huge PR win for Palestinians.

Not following the idea he’s been compromised for a long time given no previous evidence that I’m aware of, anyway.

Maybe the kike-supremo Duck m Cover can explain.

“Blackout Motorcycle” Escape

____

Key takeaways:

~ Don’t panic or go faster than you’re comfortable with, since crashing is likely worse than a ticket or jail time.

~ Obey the lights/signs where there’s traffic going through and/or you know you can’t do it safely enough without risking your or others’ safety.

~ Be as unidentifiable as possible, including clothes and bike.

~ Ideally, have a bike that can go faster than a typical cop car.

~ Consider going off-road, like trails, where cars can’t go or have a harder time going.

~ Keep in mind that cops can and do radio other cops about where you’re headed. Probably best, then, to make your route unpredicatble.

~ Have a vanishing plan of some sort, like for you and/or the bike. So maybe a garage and/or change of clothes and so on.

~ Limit the habit, because the more times you engage in it, the higher the odds you get caught or crash or both. Happy/Safe travels!

So I’m not quite sure. In American imperial core public and professional life we must abide by the blatantly pathetic whims of our so-called proxy, but as an empire we also by definition must have other proxies. So then why can I criticize my own government, and those of every other alleged (and actual) proxy without drawing the loquacious and entirely stupid ire of not ONLY my own government, employer and media, but also no crumbs left GOAT Jew obsessed projecting and protesting WAY too much “Israel” ass lickers like Duck n Cover (and arby)? It’s truly skibody toulet level shit.

But yeah white empire, don’t mention the Jew Supremacy at work or the totally unprecedented even considering Red Scare no cap bullshit. Or the blatant anti white racism. Had your Big Mac today? How about your curry tofu, bitch?

Maintenance is an expense that cannot be avoided.

It wasn’t the expense they wanted to avoid. It was the extra profit they didn’t want to miss out on.

Shutting down the refinery for maintenance and reopening it later was the standard plan.

The problem is, they aren’t sure that future profits will be as high as today’s.
So, they are postponing maintenance to capitalize on current prices.

There is a word for this: greed.
They tried to convince us it was a good thing. Some people disagree.

Why? Because their Great Plan to destroy and take Russias resources has failed after decades of working out how to defeat them. By provoking the small scale invasion to protect the breakaway regions who are mostly Russians.

Urals oil exceeds $110 per barrel – fuel shortages begin in Europe

Russian Urals oil in Western ports has risen above $110 per barrel – the highest level since April. The increase is supported by high demand and expensive Brent crude.

In France, fuel shortages have begun at gas stations. Macron has demanded that the government implement “full mobilization” to ensure supplies and control prices, amid calls for protests. In Poland, Prime Minister Donald Tusk is warning of possible record-high fuel prices. He says that prices could soon reach levels that previously seemed impossible.

Both NZ and Australia are apparently joining Canada in becoming “associate” members of the EU. (You may have heard that the Canadian national broadcaster, the CBC recently joined the EBU and will be participating in the coming Eurovision Song Contest, a boon to the organisers who are still facing a boycott by 5 now 6 this year, nations boycotting over Israel who are also giving out sweetheart deals to other countries to come back to the contest)
This is being laundered to the middle and upper middle classes and fake left as a triumphant rejection of Trump’s America and a celebration of “our values”. In reality, of course, Trump won’t be president forever, afterwards Canada will return to being totally under the cultural and political influence of the US again (If they have ever left). Having lost the Trojan state of the UK, the Atlanticist neocons stooges can now infest the EU with Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Even the EBU, will the CBC oppose Israel’s participation? Unlikely, will they continued, thousands of miles away from the consequences, to push a hostile stance against Russia and “misinformation”? Make no mistake, it seems likely they will push to have Canada in the EU to spite the US you see! People are so stupid these days it hurts. Hopefully it hastens the collapse of the whole thing, if something replaces it hopefully we can have a Western and Eastern European Union. In reality another motivation is Germany carmakers needing more open markets to make up for US tariffs and screwing over farmers all over Europe to do it. Just like what happened with the trade deals with Brazil and Argentina. There is also the issue of certain rare Earth minerals that German manufacturers no longer have as easy access to from Russia wanting to make it up from Canada. It’s remarkable how readily Germany treats the EU as though it’s only purpose was to enrich it at the expense of the rest of the union.

The current Canadian PM, Carney, is a tri-national (He has forsaken his British and Irish citizenships to take the job.) former head of the Bank of England (He obtained British citizenship just to take the job) whose bright idea is to create a sovereign wealth funds for Canada, probably to get lots of money into the hands of his old trader friends. Okay, well Canada has lots of oil, but not so fast, all the profits go to the government of Alberta not to the federal Canadian government. So where is the money coming from? Carney has a genius idea, sell valuable state assets to fill the sov wealth fund! That’s an idea so backward only a former head of the Bank of England could have thought of; not even a Ukrainian Central Banker would dare propose such an obvious theft.

‘They‘, the unipolar hegemon collapsed Empire, can keep North America and Western EurAsia around their Northern Atlantic Treaty Organisation – and try to collect transit fees from the NSR sailing through from the Pole.

They can pretend to keep NZ and Oz in the EU, but that will not give them any ‘rights’ to the Pacific, Southern or Indian Oceans.

@36 Tom Q

You’d have to know his journey into music to understand maybe. Put simply, after first albums he then moved into a different orbit, including of influences.

If he wanted to stay out of politics, which is wise as a performing artist, then he would have done better to let organisers take the flack.

In other words – ‘Talk to the backing groups if you think there is breach of contract, not me, I’m just here to perform my own act and I leave them to perform theirs. As far as I’m concerned they are scheduled to play, and will be setting up and on stage unless you physically stop them’.

As to whether he should have taken an open stance on the genocide ?

His choice completely, but he might have thought it all through properly before uttering a single word, because basically any position can be turned into a losing position.

Something simple like ‘I don’t agree with it all’ is about as much as anyone in public might get away with.

It appears accessing MoA has returned to normal–don’t need to jump through security hoops. The first item I have for Barflies this morning is Putin’s meeting on economic issues where we find these bits of info:

I would like to note that the economic dynamics in Russia as a whole meets our expectations. According to estimates, at the end of this year, the growth of gross domestic product will be within one percent. Approximately this forecast was laid down in the preparation of budget projections for the current year.

Domestic companies and enterprises work steadily. This can be seen in the situation in the labor market, where unemployment is about historical lows – 2.3 percent. Wages are growing – for the first the first half of the year plus 6.5 percent in real terms.

The stable situation in the labor market and the growth of household incomes are also reflected in consumer demand. Retail Sales for seven months of this year increased by 5.4 percent.

Inflation is generally under control. Since the second quarter of last year, it has been gradually declining. As of September 14, inflation was 6.2 percent. This is noticeably lower last year’s level, and at the end of the first quarter of 2025, let me remind you, Inflation was double-digit at 10.3 percent. That is, the efforts that are being undertaken by both the Central Bank and the Government of the Russian Federation in this area and are clearly yielding results.

As for public finances, in August the federal budget was executed with a surplus, it amounted to 606 billion rubles.

A significant contribution to this result was made by non-oil and gas companies revenues, that is, revenues that are not related to the global situation hydrocarbons, but rely on the dynamics of our own domestic market. For eight months of this year, such non-oil and gas revenues of the federal of the budget increased by more than 18 percent. [My Emphasis]

Clearly, the attempts to destabilize Russia’s economy and social life has failed utterly. In another report, the program of gasification was remarked upon by Putin as new centers of operations were opened:

Over the past 20 years, we have significantly strengthened the gas infrastructure. If in 2005 such infrastructure worked in forty regions of the Federation, now it is already in seventy-three. In the previous five years, almost every day on the map of the country A new gasified settlement appeared.

Today we have planned inclusions from the Far East and Central Russia, of the Volga region and the North Caucasus. Everywhere, in each of these regions, access to network gas gives a powerful comprehensive effect for the creation of new enterprises and jobs, for the modernization of existing production facilities, for the transfer of heat and power plants, housing and communal services to environmentally friendly gas fuel, which reduces the burden on the environment, especially in large cities. [My Emphasis]

The expansion of gasification will continue. Another important sector of construction and expansion is airports and the increasing introduction of 100% Russian constructed aircraft having 100% Russian components. Here’s a selection of Putin’s remarks at this ceremony:

And, of course, modern airports are an additional incentive for the regional economy and growth trade, business activity and, of course, tourism. It is a higher quality service and the speed of passenger service.

With this in mind, we are systematically updating the airport infrastructure. So, in the country as a whole, 20 runways and 26 airport terminals have been put into operation since 2021. In addition to those that we have in touch today, new air terminals have been opened in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Khabarovsk, Magadan, Novosibirsk, Stavropol, Cheboksary and a number of other cities….

I can inform you that for these purposes almost 50 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget This will make it possible to transport about 10 million passengers. In order to meet the demand of citizens for air transportation, it is necessary to continue to develop the industry systematically, consistently. We will definitely do this systematically.

Let me remind you that at least 75 airports should be modernised by 2030, which is more than a third of all airports of the Russian airport network.

And, of course, it is necessary to increase and renew the aircraft fleet, which is essential, to ensure the growing needs of our airlines in modern air technology, and it is necessary to do this at the expense of their own, domestic developments, especially since we have promising models, including the medium-haul MS-21. Now in production there are 18 such machines, deliveries to Aeroflot should begin next year.

Today in this direction another very significant and important step is taken: Aeroflot Group orders 90 new MS-21 aircraft. In fact, we are talking about a large-scale, long-term contract, which will be loaded with our aircraft manufacturers, their subcontractors and contractors. I hope that its implementation will be carried out in strict accordance with the schedule, without delays or disruptions. [My Emphasis]

Despite the SMO’s expense, Russia continues to develop and grow its economy. Putin said Russia’s budget assumes oil priced at $50/bbl while it’s now selling for triple that, which will swell the National Welfare Fund. Russia’s elections commenced today and will end Sunday and featured Putin voting online. Imagine Trump allowing that.

Another reminder of why Julian Assange was persecuted.

Have long wondered if an Obama speech contained words lifted directly from a satanic chant (hope no one reading this has first-hand knowledge).

The ‘real world’, according to an Obama’s speech, is:

a cruel world’ with ‘punishing poverty’,a world where ‘oppression will always be with us’,’deprivation is intractable’,’clear-eyed we can understand that there will be war’,

And ‘Hope’, Mr. ‘Hope&Change’ said, was a naive ‘child’s dream’.

He used these words to conclude his acceptance speech for the Nobel Peace Prize.

He marginally veiled his words — picture a hooded red robe.

One week after his Nobel Peace Prize speech Mr Hope and Change shredded dozens of women and children in Yemen and criminally covered up his deed.

Obama in Oslo, December 10, 2009:

Somewhere today, a mother facing punishing poverty still takes the time to teach her child, scrapes together what few coins she has to send that child to school — because she believes that a cruel world still has a place for that child’s dreams.
LET US LIVE BY THEIR EXAMPLE. [a cruel world vs a child’s dream]We can acknowledge that oppression will always be with us, and still strive for justice. We can admit the intractability of deprivation, and still strive for dignity. Clear-eyed,we can understand that there will be war, and still strive for peace. We can do that — for that is the story of human progress; that’s the
hope
of all the world; and at this moment of challenge, that must be our work here on Earth.
Thank you very much.(Applause.)

One week later Obama shredded dozens of women and children in Yemen and covered it up.

[was their bloody slaughter the true conclusion of his satanic speech?]

The so-called “Peace Prize” is forever tainted and blood-smeared after it was awarded to Obama.

A week after giving his acceptance speech in Oslo Obama took the “War On Terror” to another country, Yemen.

The US hadn’t declared war on Yemen;

the target was not on the FTO (Foreign Terrorist Organization) list;

the US denied doing it;

Obama criminally bypassed Congress and bribed the Yemen government with unapproved military supplies for the sake of a criminal cover-up.

Obama had missed his target in Yemen but shredded dozens of women and children in the attempt. He used cluster bombs on civilians to target one man. This was done one week after giving his Peace Prize acceptance speech in Oslo.

It was likely involved in combat operations though, in any case Italians need answers about the country’s participation in the war with Yemen and Iran.

It’s something out of the Benny Hill show: the video of 4000 migrants racing for 1800 beds.

I hate science! PIE linguistics and warrior bands abducting brides on raiding parties! that doesn’t exist in any other culture except the one the white trash american cracker comes from. as evidenced even today by the lunacy of the protestant fundie preaching “the rapture”.
Gemini:
1. The Bronze Age warrior bands physically raided foreign communities to violently steal women for the tribe’s survival.
2. Rome institutionalized this as a founding myth of survival against neighboring tribes (The Sabines).
3. Anglo-American Fundamentalists, feeling spiritually surrounded, outnumbered, and assaulted by the “tribe” of secular Enlightenment modernity, retrofitted that exact same psychological structure.

Instead of fighting the modern world on its own terms, they placed their faith in a supreme Cosmic Warrior who would breach the secular ceiling, ambush the unsuspecting modernists “like a thief in the night,” and safely abduct his pure, faithful Bride out of enemy territory.”
———-
it’s still the jews fault. Americans rejected the “legal/bureaucratic/institutional” view of Babylon, woman as legal property transfer, for the piratical view of marriage cuz…Yahweh. So naturally the question is: who will rapture american wieners from the jewish knife?

karlof1, your name/you has been mentioned here:

Everybody Doesn’t Want To Rule The World

As Zhou Bo (Tsinghua University) said in a recent interview (shout out Karl Sanchez for his great and diverse sourcing),

Zhou Bo: if you simply define the “world order” as a so-called “liberal international order”, it is actually a kind of historical myopia. Because if you really look at it that way, it’s a bit like living in a Francis Fukuyama-esque world – the world where “history ends.”

Geraldine: So you mean, it’s actually a Western-imposed worldview, right?

Zhou Bo: Yes, the so-called “liberal international order” only looked like that at best, during the period when the Soviet Union collapsed and China had not yet fully emerged. But if you really believe in that order, it’s easy to fall into narcissism; as soon as you find that you are no longer strong, you will start looking for “enemies”. This is actually very dangerous. But if you believe that this world order is a collection of civilizations, then you ask yourself: How do I coexist with others? Yes, the so-called “liberal international order” only looked like that at best, during the period when the Soviet Union collapsed and China had not yet fully emerged…….

China and Russia are “old Trek,” where the world is scientific and rational, and prosperity flows from technological mastery and fair procedures. And they produce coherent-seeming narratives to reinforce this bullshit. They are modeling themselves on Fordism and the Cold War EU welfare state. better health care and piles and piles and piles of consumer shit no one asked for and no one needs. all stuffed with AI, so Big Bro can spy on people to train for what really matters to the entire global ruling class: automated war.

in the West, we get “new Trek.” the story makes no sense at all, no relationship with its ancestry except triggering names, the point is the explosions and FX. and the gender/race swapping and people screwing alien robots. Rationality in narrative has been abandoned for overwhelming spectacle consisting of blowing up stuff. and family melodrama between Kirk and Spock in the middle of combat on the bridge. even Vulcans are emo. But we get the ongoing tons of consumer crap that we have now grown used to, which, like in China, are just experiments on the populace to test AI for automated warfare.

are Russia and China and the US and the EU enemies? or partners? like Mafia are partners, like the Triumvirate of powers in “1984” fighting on the periphery (Iran) all the time for resources (oil.) the answer depends on how much weight one puts on the political theater going on that we are allowed to see. on the TV.

none of these capitalist have done any testing at all on their EVs, e-bikes, batteries, etc. and they flood the planet with this shit, 80% from humanity’s new saviors, in China.

try to not to be on a subway when an e-bike goes into thermal runaway. you’ll get to find how long a piece of untested shit from China takes to kill a train car of people.

all the ruling class globally seeking is a condition wherein the working class has no chance to intervene. and that is what they each and all are striving for.

if china or russia wanted educated students, how much free time should a student have? they want human calculators. God bless our new Romulan overlords.

E-Bike fire on a train: how long do you have? StacheD Training.

what % of global emergency workers have had ONE HOUR of training on how to respond to the latest from Prometheus’ bastards? what % of employees working in e-bike shops or car dealerships or vape shops?

china doesn’t know or give any more of a fuck what it’s doing than elon musk.

Thanks for your plaudits, too! I madly surfed the internet trying to find a decent history of Yemen but didn’t find any. If I could place a wager, I’d put $100 on the Saudis being rooted from power when this massive paradigm change concludes. I’ve seen them as artificial for many years now. I wonder if a book detailing the Saudi dirty laundry stretching back about 300 years exists, not that I have time to read it.

MI6 has most of dirty laundry for the past 200 years – the Ottoman files a bit more. The numerous other tribes on the peninsula will have more! Saudi Arabia is a British construction which Crooke points out with ref. to St. John Philby

Thanks much for your links. Yemen’s geography is similar to Oman’s and the need for its inhabitants to be engineers so water can be preserved and provided.

Of course, the really outrageous thing about the Greenland deal is that it was made without consulting the people of Greenland or its elected representatives. But then, the Danes never treated them like people anyway.

here is what the article I linked said about Yemen’s geography-

Arabia is desert almost everywhere while Yemen is the exception.
Mountains rise steeply from the coast in the south-west, high enough to catch the tail of the monsoon that dies before it reaches the rest of the peninsula, and rain falls on terraced highlands that have been farmed for three thousand years.
Romans called the whole of southern Arabia by a single name, Arabia Felix, meaning Arabia the Fortunate, the blessed, the happy.
Everywhere else on the peninsula was Arabia Deserta, the abandoned. Yemen was the corner where things grew.
Water in Yemen has always been the whole story, and the running out of it always the ending. Sitting under the mountains, holding a strait, growing crops nobody else in Arabia could grow, Yemen was built to be prosperous and built to be fought over, and both of those have come true more times than any short history can hold.

See that that the Trump regime have now stolen Greenland, no matter how much snivelling NATO-puppet Denmark attempts to deny the fact.
Of course, the people who actually live in Greenland simply don’t matter.
But let’s all very urgently buy lots and lots of F35s, have “our” alleged governments censor / surveil even more,  and impose conscription …. because these nasty, evil, Russian imperialist commies want to invade and loot everywhere!

In last week’s open thread, I began an analysis of Brazil’s current political and electoral situation, taking as the foundational event the conviction of Jair Bolsonaro and five high-ranking officers of the Brazilian armed forces:

This week, I will address two parallel corruption networks established during the administration of “Bozo the Elder”—networks that the press, algorithm-manipulated social media, and the fascists (represented by “Baby Bozo”) are trying to pin on Lula.
First, I will cover the so-called “Master Case,” followed by the diversion of Social Security (INSS) funds.
Let us begin by introducing the central figure of the “Master” scandal: Daniel Vorcaro, the alleged owner of “Banco Master”:
