After watching Michaell’s chat I watched Saen Foo’s latest that concentrated on the Fed’s 9-3 vote against raising rates and the big selloff of tech stocks whose earnings reports are coming up short as many of us have predicted. The 10 year is almost 4.7% and creeping upwards. When the two reports are combined, Trump’s economic plan is sure to crash and culminate in the bursting of the Everything Bubble. Sean didn’t try to guess who’s selling off their tech stocks, while my guess is GCC states are doing so to obtain cash since they have close to zero hydrocarbon revenues. The main point is the financial war underlying the global conflict is heating up in ways that are negative for the Outlaw US Empire. My guess is genuine productive growth in the Empire’s economy will be negative at 2-3% when all costs are included. Trump’s entire plan from the outset in 2017-8 was economic war at minimum and kinetic war if needed, with his pledge to end the Forever Wars being a massive lie from the outset so he could regain the presidency.

Let’s say the CJNF, the  Cultural Jewish Neocon Faction supporting anti-Russian activities in Eastern Europe & Western Asia, versus the purely neoconservative faction supporting  cleaning the road to the  bright future of Eretz Israel devoted to cleaning the state’s larger area. Semi-Irony-Alert:  Is  Soros a neocon, or is there still another not in the least neocon-ish CJF Faction? Siding with the CJNF on some issues but not on others?
Have these two factions already merged in Bush43 times? Or is Eastern Europe a natural applicant to the   Master of the Universe post USSR and thus better joined the coalition of  the willing, as  Ukraine did, and was  promised NATO membership in return?

$40 trillion is a stock, measured at a point in time. GDP is a flow, measured over a year. Officials converted both to base units and found the resulting % dimensionally equivalent to expressing a cars odometer reading as a % of its speedometer reading. The calculation produces a number only because a period of exactly one calender year has been substituted for the missing time axis. Substituting a sidereal,  anomolistic, draconic or jovian year in its place produces another four further percentages, none of which change the debt itself, and no basis has been identified for preferring the calender year over the alternatives. Thus, No error lies in the arithmetic as the error lies in actually calling it meaningful.
 
Claim : Or debt is rising so it’s impossible to increase spending.
 
Only compounds the stock/ flow error above by comparing growth rates in an already conflated figure across countries, rather than resolving it. The capacity to increase spending is bound by the available skills and real resources and productive capacity of the economy. None of which appear anywhere in the debt league tables.

The history is a lot deeper than it seems in our modern context. After the reconquest of Spain from moorish or Muslim rule, however you might want to look on that, Ceuta if I remember was the first step across the strait of Gibraltar, Portuguese eventually Spanish. There were not really countries as we know them today though…kingdoms here and there, empires etc.

Before the Muslim conquests around 700 AD, from roughly 0 AD to 709 AD it was Roman then Goth ruled. Roughly 300 BC to 0 AD it was Punic/Carthaginian. Wiki has actual dates if necessary.

Later, more recent, colonial activity which also extended beyond previous Roman borders, is distinct maybe.

What other commentators have added is much closer to what is occuring, than simply ‘reclaiming Morocco’ or ‘pushing europeans out of Africa where they should not be’ or ‘righting historic wrongs’ .

For sure the strait of Gibraltar makes a clean modern divide North South etc. but that is not the reality, going back to bronze age and earlier even.

But however anyone prefers to view it all I suppose.

There was what we called the Moroccan gybe, a friend used to…windsurf from Tarifa and gybe at a beach in Morocco and head back. Another got arrested for entering without passport.

Funnily, VOX (further right and close to “Israel”) had a slogan of ‘reconquering Spain from the south’ (from ‘less nationalist’ parties).

Industry leader aims to insulate US space program from China influence

TAIPEI — U.S. rocket and satellite maker SpaceX is taking aggressive measures to ensure there is no Chinese influence on its operations or supply chains to safeguard the production of technologies critical to American national security, multiple sources told Nikkei Asia.
 
Elon Musk-led SpaceX has sent teams to audit existing and prospective suppliers and is instructing partners across its vast global supply chain not to assign or employ Chinese nationals at facilities producing products for SpaceX, or to use systems or equipment made by Chinese companies, the people said.
 
“One of the most important things SpaceX looks at is whether a plant, even though it is located outside China, has any managers, employees or executives from China. They require those personnel to be removed from any facilities and projects serving them,” said an industry executive with direct knowledge of the matter. “Otherwise, [SpaceX] warns them that it will not be able to place orders.”

HONG KONG — U.S. automaker Tesla on Friday denied that it is exploring a sale of its Chinese business, as questions mount over its future in the world’s largest car market amid speculation of a possible merger with SpaceX.
 
The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that the carmaker led by Elon Musk is weighing divestment of its interests in China to pave the way for an integration between the EV manufacturer and his aerospace company. The paper said possible options include a spinoff, a sale or a closure.
 
“This has never even come up in a discussion ever. Absurdly fake news,” Musk wrote on his social network, X, in response to the report.

You’ve probably noticed that ever since we walked through the school gates you are never taken or showed how money really works.  Yet we are taken to Museums and historical sites.
 
Instead it is left to state education camps, ideological influencers selling their ideology or that box in your living room that sells you all sorts of shit. With a group of  mammals they label experts who’s only expertise is GROUPTHINK. Their main job being to protect whatever ideological group they are part of. Protect their pre 1971 type world they have created and project it as the realities of today.
 
We are NEVER shown the operational realities in real life and taken to where it happens.

When considering Ceuta and Morocco, it is also worthwhile reading up on Moroccan history re. Sahara, Berbers etc. , right back to original Islamic expansion or earlier still even.

At times, it looks like Sanchez, EU, Vox, US and others are all basically working from the same script.

Of course,  the reason why they have created this fictional money  world with their pre 1971 texts and laws is to serve empire. It’s an add on to their other mythical scam – the rules based order.
 
It’s amazing to me how so many people can easily see through the rules based order scam after only a few years of taking any kind of interest in geopolitics. They begin to fully recognise the myths as they are implemented. They can even point them out. Point them out well with a full understanding of what’s going on.
 
Yet, when it comes to the money scam THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of why the rules based order scam works so well. They fail to grasp it.
 
Mainly because they have divided themselves into different  ideological groups and find it difficult to shake off the GROUPTHINK they feel they must defend.
 
As the mammals labelled as experts use every marketing and sales techniques to attempt to direct fiscal behaviour toward a predestined ideological outcome. That has already been agreed by the rules based order of things.
 
They are out in force hounding the new British Prime minister with every tool box they have as we speak. Like they do with every new Prime minister who wants to change things. Using all of the 30 fiscal fictions that I have provided from their fictional pre 1971 world.
 
The box in your living room is working overtime. The ideological rules based order influencers are all over social media as if they are selling an old pair of shoes. The state education camps are tut, tut, tut tutting in disaproval. As they do when a threat of any kind of ideological change is thrust upon them.
 
Which is extremely stupid in my opinion.
 
As once the true , factual operational functions and realities are shown. Any ideology or any ideological notions can be applied to to it and used to further their ideological agenda. It’s your right if you win an election.
 
But we can never get there ……
 
As the rules based order must not have change, as it is designed to entrap nations to be used as they see it.
 
The debate around what actually should our skills and real resources and our productive capacity be used for to benefit everybody is never discussed. It never sees the sunlight.
 
It’s always an affordability issue entrapped by a fictional pre 1971 world the rules based order has created. Using many of the myths – the money sham – I have highlighted above.
 
The ironic thing is that so many people hate the rules based order with a passion. Yet, simply adore the ideological  money tent that has been built around it. Mainly because they have been house trained to accept it.
 
Until they free themselves from it, the rules based order will be very difficult to destroy. You see that every day at the bar as some push the ideological money tent down people’s throats that has been created to protect the rules based order. Or whatever nonsense they have been house trained in. Or whatever the state education camps, ideological influencers on social media and the box in their living room has implanted in their skulls.
 
If a conservative wins the left group will run at a 100 mph into the 30 fiscal myths above and use them as a comfort blanket. Project them as economic truths , even though they know at least half of them are complete crap. They will try to do anything to stop conservative ideas being thrust upon them.
 
If a true lefty wins and not a liberal the conservatives do exactly the same thing to the letter. Use the over 30 fiscal myths as a defence mechanism. Even they also know mirror it is complete and utter garbage.
 
So what we end up with are different ideological groups holding over 30 fiscal myths close to their chests as their last saviour against any change they will not like.
 
So who does this help ?
 
Ah, yes the builders and marketers and salesmen who constructed the over 30 fiscal myths in the first place. So nothing changes.
 
It’s why you hear people like George Galloway promoting many of the tax payer money myths, deficit myths and debt myths all from a pre 1971 world. 
 
Not even realising that if he ever won an election. The,box in his living room, the rules based order social media influencers and the state education camps will be remembering what he said and holding him to his words. Making sure none of his policies would ever be implemented.
 
Lizz Truss went through that very same experience and every PM before her.
 
When Labour was in power she ran 100 mph to fiscal myths and embraced them to stop any change. When she was in power The very same institutional pre 1971 myths destroyed her. The BOE simply refused to buy the bonds.
 
There was nothing she could say to defend herself after running head first into the myths when Labour was in power.
 
The rules based order wins again. Why elections have become irrelevant. 
 
If you are going to live by the myths then expect to die by the myths. Voters must take responsibility and accept a,lot of the blame.
