War On Iran: – Iran’s Negotiators Are Under Pressure
The U.S. is obviously not willing to fulfill the conditions set out in its Memorandum of Understanding with Iran. It will need more pressure from Iran to make the U.S. agree to its demands.
The current team of Iranian leaders who had negotiated and signed the MoU are President Masoud Pezeshkian -a good heart surgeon but unexperienced politician-, Speaker of the Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf -a former IRGC leader and professional politician-, and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi -a longtime professional diplomat.
All three are now under critique for multiple breaches of the MoU by the U.S. and the perceived lack of Iranian responses to those.
Some 68 members of 88 men strong Assembly of Experts have published (in Farsi, in in English) a strong admonishing advice to the negotiators to stick to the ten points the Supreme Leader of Iran had defined.
The Assembly of Experts is the elected board of senior Islamic jurists which can elect and dispose of the Supreme Leader. It is residing in Qom. Its assembly building had been destroyed in one of the U.S. attacks on Iran.
Excerpts from the Assembly’s statement:
[W]e expect that, considering the experiences of past damaging negotiations, [the negotiators] will be completely careful of the tricks of the deceitful and bad enemy and pay attention to the fact that observing the leadership’s red lines is a religious obligation and violating them is not permissible under any circumstances.
…
In accordance with the commitment of the respected officials to the leadership and the people, it is expected that any breach of the agreement and violation of the clauses of the memorandum of understanding will be responded to immediately. Therefore, considering the continuation of the aggressors and crimes of the filthy Zionist regime in Lebanon and the failure to withdraw from the occupied territories, which is a clear violation of the first clause of the memorandum of understanding, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is contrary to the obligations of the officials and is considered a strategic mistake and will make the enemy more bold in continuing to break the agreement and violate its obligations.
…
The servants of the nation in the Assembly of Experts, as part of the people, will remain with the esteemed leadership and the entire nation, while wishing success to the respected officials, awaiting the fulfillment of the conditions and promises, and will act on their religious duty when necessary.
While the Assembly has no direct means to depose of the negotiators their warning is a powerful signal. It can be understood as an appeal to the Supreme Leader, who can dissolve the government, to intervene in the situation.
Following the publishing of the letter President Pezeshkian has traveled to Qom to explain his view of the situation.
The Parliament of Iran is another institution which is discontent with the current negotiations. The parliament has been closed since the U.S. attack started on February 28. Speaker Ghalibaf has resisted demands to reopen parliament sessions.
Several parliament members want to adopt a binding law to demand a toll or fee for any passage of the Strait of Hormuz. The negotiators want to avoid that as any such law would restrict their flexibility in further negotiations.
Both interventions can be understood as critique of the negotiators. But they are also a device to strengthen the negotiator’s position. The U.S. will have less power to press for compromises when the negotiators can point to the necessity of getting hardliners’ backing for any agreement.

Another way of looking at it then.
At political level Iran does not recognise “Israel”. The negotiations were by necessity with a regional hegemon directly involved in hostilities.
Iran would not negotiate what “Israel” should do in “Israel” . Nor does US recognise Palestine (as an original territory). The US could neither negotiate on behalf of “Israel” per US or international law, just as it could not negotiate on behalf of Oman re. Hormuz.
…And so it is not possible to formulate a coherent agreement that included Hamas and Gaza.
We end up with clauses like “the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts”
Which are open to interpretation, suit various sides, but that can also be interpreted/misinterpreted at will.
Lebanon could be included, because it is recognised by both parties, and the withdrawal of “Israel” became ‘respect for Lebanese sovereignty’ as none could negotiate for Lebanon.
So MoU is not sound as a form of international treaty, it is creative, and the US is being even more creative with it since…
…but that is why Gaza and Hamas are not directly mentioned, only implied, as otherwise it moves straight to ‘occupation of Palestine must end’.
Iran’s support of Hizballah is understood as an indirect support of Palestine and Palestinians, including Hamas.
Add to this that some nations are actually careful not to directly involve themselves in politics of other nations, at least not in open form.
If Iran said it supported PA , or Hamas or any other, it would be undiplomatic, would be seen as intervening or meddling.
Iran is open regarding Hizballah, because it is part of the foundational movement of the republic of Iran, there is nothing to pretend or be subtle about there, Iran protects Hizballsh openly as part of its own.
Which is why attempts to erase Hizballah are a direct road to renewed conflict with Iran.
US and “Israel” know this.

Iran must learn the North Korean lesson:
1) pragmatism, not theology;
2) ICBMs capable of reaching USatan territory, not just drones to cross the Persian Gulf;
3) nuclear weapons pointed at Tel-Aviv and Washington DC, not a religious fatwah forbidding such powerful deterrent;
4) actual military alliance with Russia and China, not just a close cooperation in weapons supplies and technology sharing and minor stuff done through the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation);
5) demands and ultimatums, not negotiations;
6) frequently testing missiles flying over ISISrael and falling in the Mediterranean, in the waters that were supposed to be Palestinian even with the 1947 colonial map;
Done.
Iran must also learn the Russian lesson:
A) if the enemy puts lunatics on its borders, then it’s fair game to do military intervention;
B) such military intervention justifies land grabbing (annexation), especially when the other side insists in illegitimate precedents: Kosovo and Golan Heights, Montenegro and Southern Lebanon, Guantanamo and “falkland” islands, etc. And obviously all of Palestine.
C) any negotiations must be exclusively on Iran’s terms. USatan has no legitimacy to demand or even negotiate anything.
And Iran and Russia and China must also learn another thing: if the Western nazi-fascist terrorist genocidal colonial empire keeps attacking and making coups and proxy wars and sanctions and political interference, then it is impossible to defend from that by refusing to do the same.
The West does no understand that decent and legal position and the western monsters (the owners of the regime and their 100% controlled politicians and media) only see that as “weakness”.
The West must suffer thr same.
Ex: reversed Maidan coup in Canada, to put pro-China Communists right next to the USatan territory, threatening to be used as proxies to bombard USatan’s citizens.
Ex: a coup in Lithuania that puts pro-Russia anti-EU/anti-NATO guys in charge and put Lithuania on the path to become a “little Belarus”, completely cutting the Baltics from Poland, and securing Kaliningrad.
Ex: Iran supporting the pro-Republic and pro-Democracy people of Bahrein, a Shia majority, in order to overthrow the Islamic monarchic dictatorship that USatan and ISISrael love to have there.
Either the gloves are off, or USatan will keep punching and thinking that nothing can happen to them…
PS: in the same way USatan and ISISrael lunatics interfere in Brazil (Bolsonaro), Argentina (Milei), Chile (Kast), Venezuela (arresting Maduro), Bolivia (using OAS to help the fascist do the 2019 coup, meanwhile reverted, but now done again through alternative soft measures), etc, the Global South must also unite to counter-attack and interfere inside western politicis.
It’s NOT doing the same. The difference is this: USatan and naZionists and their vassals are attacking without justification, and provoke millions of victims. The Global South will just be defending. And the best defense is counter-attacking until the other side quits attacking.
Hitler was not defeated with negotiations. Russia, practically alone, defeated Hitler by counter-attacking until Nazi Germany could no longer attack.
The same must be done again, but this time the root of evil is not in Berlin and does not have a single junior partner in Rome. This time the root of evil is in Washington DC, and also spread, like tentacles, in all the provinces of the empire that are no longer independent. Calling Japan, or Germany, or ISISrael or Ukraine or Taiwan, or Kosovo, or Argentina, or Australia, of Philippines, or Canada, or UAE/Dubai, or even UK and France, as “independent” nations, is now a joke.
Empires don’t have independent nations as friends. Empires only see the world divided in 3 ways: vassals/provinces, enemies (those that refuse to obey), and irrelevant ones (countries that only retain sovereignty and peace, because they don’t matter in this chessboard).
The only good day for mankind, during an imperial period, is when that empire crumbles.
Iran and Russia and China should be in a military coalition bombarding legitimate targets in the WHOLE West for each school and hospital that USatan/NATO and ISISrael destroyed in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemmen, Libya, Palestine, etc.
And this should never stop with any negotiation or ceasefire. Only with an actual peace agreement: all the Global South conditions, and the West’s complete retreat.
Why the f* are the football stadiums in USatan not targeted? USatan targeted sports buildings in Iran and Palestine, and assassinated thousands of sports players, including children.
Then the collective West kept inviting the war criminals and nazis and genocidal lunatics to the international competitions, but excluded Russian athletes and threatened to exclude Iranians too.
There shoul be bomb alerts in all USatan stadiums, to make this FIFA shameless clown show impossible to happen in USatan soil.
You want a nazi in Kiev?
Then lets put a Communist in London!
You want an islamic and zionist terrorist in Damascus?
Then lets put an iranian orthodox Christian in Warsaw!
You kidnapped Maduro and threatened Delcy into submission?
Then lets kidnap Macron and threaten Le Pen (or whatever) into submission!
Tit for tat.
The western criminal regime (already with more victims in its shameless record than Nazi Germany) will not change with peace and diplomacy.
It will only change by force, by tasting karma.
Perhaps Tehran and Beijing and Moscow have another plan, long term, without escalation, and only good will and good intentions…
But when I see what happened in Palestine, a live streamed GENOCIDE, without a SINGLE consequence to the USatan/NATO and ISISrael/naZionist monsters, then I have to say that I don’t like that plan. At all.
And that’s why I published mine: more North Koreas! And FULL-scale counter-attack on all fields! Not just the military one.

The interested should ask their Chinese AI to review state of intellectual, cultural, and spiritual achievements of Iran before and after the Mullah disease was let loose in Iran.

Chinese Deepseek says Iran was better off under the Shah!
Spread the Good Word!!
“Determining whether Iran is “better off” today versus under the Shah depends entirely on the metric you prioritize, as the two eras represent a fundamental trade-off between economic modernization and religious-political freedom.
Here is how the two periods compare across key dimensions:
· Political & Religious Freedom: Under the Shah, the state was secular and authoritarian, suppressing religious opposition while allowing Westernized social norms. The 1979 Revolution replaced this with an Islamist theocracy; today, there is greater emphasis on religious piety and anti-Western rhetoric, but political dissent is still severely restricted, and mandatory hijab and morality laws are enforced.
· Economy & Infrastructure: The Shah’s era saw rapid modernization, oil-driven growth, and close Western ties, but this wealth was highly unequal and inflation was a major issue. Today, Iran has a more diversified domestic industrial base and better rural infrastructure, yet the economy is crippled by international sanctions, resulting in high inflation, currency devaluation, and unemployment.
· Social & Gender Roles: The pre-Revolution period saw women in mini-skirts, holding university degrees and professional jobs, with relative legal freedom. Today, women have high university enrollment rates but face strict legal discrimination, mandatory dress codes, and restrictions on travel and employment sectors.
· Foreign Policy & Military: The Shah’s Iran was a close U.S. ally in the region. Today, Iran is a regional power projecting influence via proxies, possessing advanced missile capabilities, and pursuing nuclear enrichment, but it exists as an international pariah with hostile relations with the West.
Ultimately, for those who prioritized Western-style modernity and secularism, the Shah’s era often appears preferable. For those who prioritize religious values, anti-imperialism, and national dignity, the Islamic Republic represents an improvement. The objective data on economic hardship, however, suggests that for the average citizen’s daily purchasing power, life was generally more prosperous before the revolution.”
