Talking about possible retaliations if RF abandons the no indiscriminate bombing option.

RF still has a lot of old iron and planning kits, the su-34 was upgraded for up to 6 FABs

A first wave of EW and HARM missiles to get  any AD left near the front.

Also some mig-31 to get any AWAC away amd kalibrating any detected AD

then a couple of waves of su-34 dropping the bombs 50 km+ away from target and diving to safety, but let’s say a big wave 20-40?, 100-200 FAB 500 hitting, kharkiv, or sumy zhaporizhzhya (or even something in the slaviank /kromatorsk axis), choose one (even Odessa )

But MoD knows better if it’s doable or not, and MFA knows best if it should be done at all.

But I think it’s on the table now, AFU has little AD and most way behind LOC so…

Judging by the EU/Nato MSM, what they are expecting and conditioning their populations for is a very small/limited RUAF attack.

These idiots are saying Russia might test ‘Nato unity’ with a few drones entering the Nato territory. That would be enough for them to declare martial law and tighten the EU military union.

That is why I constantly say Russia needs to deliver EU/Nato much, much more than they bargain for. Not a few drones in the Baltics or Finland. More like Poseidon torpedoes crippling Rotterdam, Kiel and a bunch of ports in UK and France. That will cripple and put the fear of God in EU/Nato.

Judging by the EU/Nato MSM, what they are expecting and conditioning their populations for is a very small/limited RUAF attack.

Well, they don’t tell us the attack will be small 🙂 Rather that the Russish brutes fight inhumanly and like monsters. But you are right, “small and limited” is what EU banks on. They know they can force a Russian reaction, and have prepared at least four ways to get it: 1. piracy (seizing Russian/bound ships). 2. drone attacks on Russian mainland. 3. shutting off Kaliningrad. 4. denying the Baltic Sea to Russian shipping outright. More are in preparation: 5. attacking Russian trade in the Arctic Sea (Norway trains Ukrainian terrorists; Joint Expeditionary Force: UK, DK, NO, SWE, FIN, ICE, NL, EST, LIT, LAT). 6. neverending terrorism in Russia (this is always in the works: a big enough “success” would trigger a reaction).

So the EU gamble is that when Russia finally reacts, it’ll be small and limited. Let’s see:

  • Pro: Russia’s humble reaction to most attacks off the battlefield: Black Sea ships, strategic planes, drones on St. Petersburg, drones on Putin’s dacha. (Ask your local “Putin weak!” poster for details.)
  • Pro: Russia’s slow progress in Donbas. (This is treated as a sign of weakness, assuming that RF can’t proceed otherwise.)
  • Con: 2014 Crimea secession / Western MSM: “Russia’s annexing Crimea”
  • Con: 2022 surprise move into Ukraine (preempting a Ukrainian attack on Donbas but still unexpected in the West)
  • Con: Russia’s building an extra army and stockpiling military hardware not used in Ukraine

I can understand Brussel’s hope, it’s a natural (if dim-witted) thing to do. I wouldn’t bet my house on it.

These idiots are saying Russia might test ‘Nato unity’ with a few drones entering the Nato territory. That would be enough for them to declare martial law and tighten the EU military union.

Yes, that’s exactly the plan and it isn’t hidden much. This is one reason why EU cannot stop the hostility. Countries like Spain or Ireland or Bulgaria can perfectly well live and trade with a peaceful Russia but EU cannot and that means neither can the dominating powers France, Germany and UK (not anymore in EU, I know, but very much part of the path to war). Italy is an interesting case I’m unsure about.

The other reason is economic/financial: after deindustrialisation (Germany!), militarisation is the best source for revenue and profit. All of this is debt-based, so either the war will be won and everyone in EU is happy (won’t happen) or else there is damage, nobody is responsible (cause “Putin attacked!”), profits are made, destroyed infrastructure must be rebuilt (more profits!) and elites stay in place.

That is why I constantly say Russia needs to deliver EU/Nato much, much more than they bargain for.

I hear you. We know this is widely discussed in Russian mainstream, so it’s an entirely rational position. Russian (and Chinese) behave as if time is on their side. So they decide to accept losses and … mostly wait. We will never know which path would’ve been better. It’ll take some time before we know if Moscow’s plans bear fruit. We have seen that Russia can react swiftly if needed (e.g. Crimea). If the slow approach works, it is expected to come with lesser risks and fewer casualties — that’s a gamble in itself. Karaganov and others disagree. I’m afraid we’ll find out. There must be some internal disagreements inside the EU beast, something that Moscow may bet on too. For example:

Financial Times (the medium is part of the message): “EU prepares for ‘potential’ talks with Putin. … Countries like France and Italy insist on talks while Germany remains reluctant.”

https://www.ft.com/content/b093dae1-939b-47b4-96e4-40f212e87430?syn-25a6b1a6=1

What I expect: if the Iran war ends or fizzles out in a way that’s too unacceptable for US and/or if Ukraine loses cohesion (I mean internal turmoil rather than Russian blitzkrieg on Kiev) then the EUropean front will be activated. No idea what the chances for that scenario are but German mainstream media tells me it is not zero.

“Iranian forces launched multiple missiles, drones and small boats as USS Truxtun (DDG 103), USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115), and USS Mason (DDG 87) transited the international sea passage. No U.S. assets were struck,” US Central Command wrote in an X post.

It seems that after a week or 10 days of the “Ukraine is winning”, “Russia is destabilizing” that, at least those on th barstools, are calling for nooks and big arrows. Outside the bar Medvedev is getting a lot of ink. According to Dima (especially today):

The US drones against Russia have underperformed in actually doing damage to Russian targets.  My count over the past month or so is between 10k and 15k drones.  Dima’s speculation is that most of the drones are decoy drones meant to hit Russian air defense missiles.

Dima is now showing a decent Russian offensive across the entire line of contact except for the very western edge of the Ukrainian-Russian southern line of contact, where US/Ukraine has retaken a decent chunk of land from Russia.  Meanwhile, Russia has taken much more than that along the northern and western lines of contact.  In short, Russia is winning.

The US and Europe have spent close to 300 billion dollars against Iran and Russia in the past 3 months or so, twice as much as the combined military spending of Russia and Iran combined.  The US is using mercenaries from around the world to provide manpower against Russia, and the US is using military assets of the Gulf Coast against Iran.  Yet Russia and Iran are standing pretty tall.

The RIC (Russia – Iran – China) Counterpunch Strategy seems to be working well.  China, according to Sean Foo in his daily briefings once you strip away his clickbait descriptions, is slowly and steadily grinding down the US economically, including working to replace US dollarization with currency trading in just about any other currency.  The Yuan is used as a backup currency as needed.  Russia and Iran are playing for time in the kinetic part of the war, while China works to win the peace afterwards.

Every once in a while I feel hopeful that a relatively peaceful end to this whole mess will happen.  Now is one of those times.  The inability of US / France / ISIS / Al Qaeda to defeat the Sahel States / Russia is a good sign.  The failure of the US destroyers to accomplish anything useful in the Strait of Hormuz is another.  Two small steps towards the US backing off from its grandiose plans of domination.

Happy Victory Day to all Russians and non Russians

Posted by: Night Tripper | May 9 2026 6:18 utc | 119

I would point out the following:
1.  Putin was identified by the WEF years ago as one of their “young leaders”.  Hmmmm.
2.  Putin has close ties to the Russian Jewish community.  He did reign in the Jewish oligarchs, but he seems to have established a working relationship there.
3.  The US government, Wesern European governments as well as the Ukrainian government are almost completely dominated by Jewish power.  You cannot divorce the actions/policies of these countries from those of Jewish power.
4.  Zelensky was elected on a campaign to establish peace and good relations with Russia.  This belies the argument that the Ukrainian people want this war.
5.  The president, as well as the past president, of Ukraine is Jewish.  The prime minister is Jewish.  The mayor of Kiev is Jewish.  Hmmm…
6.  While some polls have shown public support in the West for arming Ukraine, there is no real public support for a direct war with Russia in any European country, not even Poland.  So it is not fair to suggest that the people of these countries want a war with Russia.
7.  Jewish power generally and Israel specifically, have been the driving force behind the Ukraine war as well as the war on Iran.

So given these facts, which Putin must be aware of, I come back to my original question.  If the true enemy of Russia resides in Tel Aviv, the city of London and New York, why has Putin opted for the “long war”?   The only reason that Putin’s slow walking of the war has not resulted in Russia’s destruction is because the US and Europeans simply lack the conventional capability to destroy Russia.  Today one cannot even make a serious argument that the Russians need to exercise caution out of fear of direct NATO intervention in the war.  There is nothing holding the Russians back from victory here other than Putin.  Do people suppose Putin is really this timid?  Has anyone considered that he is working with Jewish power to accomplish the depopulation of Ukraine as a part of some agreement?  The Israelis do not sit comfortably in Palestine today.  Is it that unthinkable that Jewish power seeks the depopulation of most of Ukraine because they may wish to move thier Jewish colony to Ukraine when they are forced out of Palestine?  A full one third of the Israeli Jewish population is Russian speaking and they have deep roots in Ukraine.  I’m not saying this is in fact the purpose in the Ukraine war, but it makes more sense than any other theory I have heard.

But it’d be the Europeans who’d do the finding out.  Washington would stand well clear.  Washington consistently fails to back up its proxies when the going gets tough.  The Europeans/UK would be just one in a long line of  US proxies left in the lurch, should the Russians finally decide on full scale military action.
As for limited military action, just to give a warning – one missile, just one, on a Rheinmetall factory and the European/UK defence lobby would live off it for decades.  The EU/UK politicians have been telling us for four years now to look out, the Russians are coming.  They’d seize upon any direct Russian military response, however limited, as clear proof of that.  It would give a much needed boost to their policy of Keynesian militarism and their voters, at present sceptical and increasingly reluctant to incur the expenditure,  would fall in line behind them.
It must be a difficult balance for the Putin administration.  On the one hand the European/American attacks of various sorts into Russia are becoming increasingly brazen.  On the other, the Russians want to shut the door on Europe and get on with their business elsewhere.  They don’t want to find themselves in an unnecessary scrap with a Europe that’s going down anyway.

Posted by: English Outsider | May 8 2026 15:11 utc | 94

1. Would Russia be aware of the role the US played? Why not go after Washington then if they were orchestrating the whole thing? Even if they do go after its European pawns…
2. Who are those Russians who want to “shut the door on Europe”? I can’t imagine they’re in on the US-orchestrated divide-and-conquer scheme to continue the Anglo-American stranglehold on the European peninsula, of which Russia is a big part geographically…

Unimperator.  Yes.  One can only agree that that’s a logical military response for the Russians.  It’s maybe something like what the Americans would do were they were faced with  similar problems coming out of Mexico.  Put a stop to it as forcefully as possible.  “We don’t take no shit from nobody”, Joe Sixpack would roar, and Washington would be only too happy to accommodate him.   As james says (Posted by: james | May 8 2026 15:30 utc | 96)   “at some point russia will have to respond… they might not want to, but they will have to ”

In his weekly summary of events in Ukraine Dr Campbell has a section on attacks on enemy  civilians.  I always look there first because since 2014  deliberate attacks on civilians – policy, not collateral damage – have characterised this war.  The tragic Madonna of Gorlovka has had innumerable tragic successors, no longer artillery or Tochkas but petal mines, drones and missiles,  and that deliberate random targeting of civilians now extends much further  than the Donbass.   Using equipment supplied by the Western powers and some of that equipment only usable if target selection and guidance is provided by Western personnel.

This and much more is now attested to in the Western press.  It is no longer possible for any of the parties to this war to pretend  these attacks are entirely down to Kiev.  “Look no hands” was always a fiction and in as far as that fiction was ever maintained, it is now exploded.  We may add to that the assassinations within Russia – some at least of those needing Western planning – and the deliberate and crazily irresponsible attempts on NPP’s.  I’ve counted five of those so far and again, some at least weren’t possible without Western collaboration if not direction.

This is Dirty War.  It’s what we do.  And the Russians know it.  The popular pressure in Russia to retaliate is building.  How could it not?  As james says, the Putin administration, might not want to retaliate but it may have to.

If they do so by military means to any significant extent then the consequences Don Firineach outlines above will follow as surely as night follow day.   Not the sort of night I, as a European, want to see come down on us and the sort that’s been very much on the cards since February 2022.

an extract from the Helmer article (linked in his X post) :
**
Putin was exaggerating the number of Israelis of Russian origin. But even at his estimate they are dwarfed by the 3 million Americans of Russian origin or Russian language. In fact, the measured numbers of the Russian diaspora living outside Russia are greater, in order of magnitude,   in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the US, Brazil,  and Germany, all ahead of Israel.  Putin has never described the US, Germany,  or Brazil as “a Russian-speaking country, a true common family”.
Putin was also misrepresenting the national identification and loyalties of Israelis of Russian origin. At most, only one in four, about 400,000, has held a Russian passport and has claimed Russian citizenship. However, most of that  number have not renewed their passports as they expired in the past five years; these Israelis have abandoned Russian citizenship. In the Russian presidential election of 2018, only 120,000 Israeli Russians were eligible to vote. Of that number, only 12,000 actually cast votes.

“…So Mark Carney became the first non-European leader to be invited to an EU political community summit. Where he was promptly mugged by European Parliament President Metsola with a request to speak to the EU parliament almost before he could disembark from the tarmac.

Because the EU can’t organize pints in a pub, never mind a cohesive strategy. So it would be great if he could do some of the heavy lifting as everyone else nods while leaning over their laminated briefing papers.

Carney is smart enough to go along with it. He’s walking around with all the airs of a chick with double d’s preaching unity and moral values while European leaders nod and drool over the assets.

So the Trump ceasefire was like a BLM strert protest – mostly peaceful:

The Ukrainian General Staff reported on May 9 that there were 51 combat engagements after the ceasefire went into effect.[2] Ukrainian officials reported that Russian drones struck residential infrastructure in Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts during the day on May 9.[3] The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) accused Ukraine of violating the ceasefire 8,970 times, including launching 12 ground attacks, 1,173 artillery, MLRS, and mortar strikes, and 7,151 drone strikes.[4]

the significance of the ceasefire timing depends on whether you view it as a sincere diplomatic opening or a strategic political maneuver. while ukraine and russia officially agreed to a three-day ceasefire (may 9–11, 2026) mediated by the u.s., president zelensky specifically issued a decree “permitting” the moscow parade to proceed, which restricted the protection of red square to only the actual duration of the event.
Putin has to phone Trump to get him to lean on Zelensky for a ceasefire, when Z demands the 1000 prisoner swap as the price – then Z only agrees to 10-am to end of parade time and pexcludes the rest of Russia and the 3 days. The Press govt announcements claim a huge win of a 3 day ceasefire …. and then get next to nothing – not even the prisoner swap.  They all deserve each other .

“President Putin: I think the Ukraine conflict is coming to an end.”

Hell freezes over at the same time. Too funny. What’s next?

This video is from 8 years ago.
I repeat: the video in the post of John Gilbert (128) is from 2018.Netanyahu did not attend the Victory  Day since then.

Makes no difference. That Putin invited him then was ‘disgusting’ as much as if he did it today.  Putin has lousy taste and poor judgement quite often. Not as bad as Trump Biden Obama Bush or Clinton of course. Who is?

Zelensky’s Israeli Family
‘War is the economy’. ‘As long as Vova is in place, we’ll survive’. Friends from Tel Aviv.

(Excerpt)….Transcripts of secret conversations between members of Zelensky’s mafia ‘Family’ have been pouring out over the past two weeks. Over the last week, the trickle has become a flood, with opposition parliamentarians claiming to have been sent 1,400 pages of wiretapped conversations between Zelensky’s closest friends. It’s hard to keep up…….

Professor Sergey Karaganov is an Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign and Defense and has been an advisor of Russia’s political elites for decades. Prof. Karaganov wrote speeches for Brezhnev and advised Gorbachev, Yeltsin and Putin. Prof. Karaganov argues we are already in a new World War and argues that Russia can only win by pursuing massive escalation, which includes the use of nuclear weapons.

Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) accused Ukraine of violating the ceasefire 8,970 times
Posted by: frithguild | May 10 2026 4:02 utc | 138

Someone should tell MoD that Putin’s ceasefire is of the inverted Israeli type of ceasefire. One continues, the other stops and gets hit. But they are the side that stops and gets hit. They should be happy they were not ordered to shoot down their own drones in flight using human pilots like they were last year during the phone call with Camacho

On 13 May, Vladimir Zelensky said that since the beginning of that day, Russia had launched at least 800 drones at the Ukraine, and the attack was still ongoing. As a result, dozens of people had been injured, and six killed.
Source: Head of State on social media

All day today, the Russians have been launching waves of “Shahids” against our regions, and in particular, purposefully at the regions that are closest to the borders of NATO countries. There have already been strikes in Transcarpathia, the Lviv region, Volyn, and also in the Frankivsk and Rivne regions. Unfortunately, there have been strikes in many of our other areas as well: Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytsky, Dnipro, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, and Kherson. Since the beginning of the day, there have already been at least 800 Russian drones, and the attack continues, with more drones entering our country’s airspace.

Below, an interesting comment to the above statement by the Kiev Dwarf that is hard to disagree with:
“So what’s the problem? Let him issue a decree prohibiting geraniums from flying over the Ukraine. Perhaps that will help?”
https://t.me/prolivstalina/23661
If Zelensky is able to decree whether a Russian parade is to be held on Red Square, then why can he not use a similar decree to immediately stop attacks on Ukrainian territory?
Or is that a different matter?

Looks like some more AFU drone manufacturing plants were hit, including one they set up in a Kiev commercial center.

⚡️ Two Majors #Report as of the morning of May 14, 2026

▪️ Over 1,000 strike UAVs of the Russian Armed Forces were launched against enemy rear areas in a single day. Overnight, missile weapons were also used to engage enemy targets. Intensified strikes were noted against western regions of Ukraine and railway hubs; daytime strikes on SBU buildings in various regions were particularly notable. Heavy operations were conducted against Kiev and the surrounding region. (https://t.me/warhistoryalconafter/269981)

▪️ Overnight, while repelling an aerial attack on Rostov Oblast, a UAV was destroyed in Volgodonsk, several in Tula Oblast, as well as over Voronezh and Crimea. During the day, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported 92 drones shot down.

▪️ In Bryansk Oblast, an FPV strike on the settlements of Staraya Pogoshch in Suzemsky district and Sevsk killed two civilians. In Antonovka, Bryansk district, a man and a woman were wounded.

▪️ In the Sumy direction, the Army Group”North” is clearing forest areas, advancing towards Bachevsk. In Sumy district, our assault units have advanced on nineteen sectors up to 700 meters. Small-arms battles are ongoing in Kondratovka, Zapsellya, and the surrounding areas.

▪️ In Kursk Oblast, on the Rylsk–Lgov highway, the enemy attacked a moving car; a civilian was wounded.

▪️ In Belgorod Oblast, in the village of Bessonovka, a drone strike on a passenger car wounded three employees of an agricultural enterprise; one died in the hospital. In the settlement of Razumnoye, a drone struck a moving passenger car; the driver was wounded. In Yakovlevsky district, an electric train traveling on the Razumnoye–Tomarovka route derailed due to damage to the railway track.

▪️ In the Kharkov direction, the Army Group “North” is trying to solve the task of expanding the security zone in Kharkov Oblast, using exactly this phrasing. In the Volchansk direction, our assault units have advanced on twelve sectors up to 950 meters. Small-arms battles continue in the forest areas of Volchansk district, along the right bank of the Volchya River, as well as in Chaykovka and Volokhovka.

▪️ In the southern part of the Kupyansk direction, the RuAF, through gradual buildup of efforts, are achieving tactical successes on several sectors of the front simultaneously. For example, on the eastern bank of the Oskol River, we are developing success in Kucherovka, Petropavlovka, Kurilovka. Fighting continues for Kovsharovka and Novoosynove. Conditions are being created to increase pressure near Kupyansk-Vuzlovy. The main difficulty remains enemy FPV drones in the sky.

▪️ In the Slavyansk direction, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting to reach Ray-Aleksandrovka, which the enemy is turning into a strong stronghold that must be taken to reach the Slavyansk–Kramatorsk agglomeration.

▪️ In the Dobropillya direction, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting west of Gryshyne. Near Belytske and Novy Donbas – positional battles.

▪️ In Dnepropetrovsk Oblast, Far Eastern warriors of the Army Group “East” are wedging into the enemy’s defensive depth northwest of the settlement of Aleksandrograd, fighting in the forest area beyond the Volchya River towards the settlement of Lisno.

▪️ In the eastern part of Zaporozhye Oblast, the wedging into the enemy’s defense continues in the areas of the settlements of Vozdvyzhyvka and Verkhnya Tersa, and further south near the settlements of Komsomolske, Charyvne, and Novoselovka.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, the enemy is increasing efforts in the Stepnohyrsk area through the use of numerous drones in low-altitude airspace. As a result of a massed enemy UAV attack on the village of Novohoryvka in Tokmak district, four apartment buildings and the building of Tokmak CDH were damaged.

🚨🇺🇦 UKRAINE’S CONSCRIPTION NIGHTMARE: BLOODY RESISTANCE TO FORCED MOBILIZATION SKYROCKETS

While Western leaders and media declare Kiev “victory”, young Ukrainian men are increasingly resorting to violence to resist forced mobilization and street abductions by recruiters.

🔸 Over 600 attacks on recruitment officers since 2022, surging to 341 in 2025 and 117 in just the first four months of 2026, according to Ukrainian government figures.

🔸 2 million draft dodgers and 200,000 desertions admitted by Ukraine’s own Defense Ministry — forced conscription now supplies 70% of all recruits.

🔸 Wave of stabbings, shootings, and minivan ambushes targeting Territorial Recruitment Centers as communities defend their men.

🔸 “Victory polls” (e.g. KIIS surveys claiming high support to fight until win) only sample government-controlled territory — deliberately excluding up to one third of Ukrainians in liberated areas, EU diaspora & Russia.

🔸 70% of Ukrainian refugees abroad unlikely to return, accelerating demographic collapse and unsustainable state debt, head of Ukraine’s Office of Migration Policy reports.

This is the internal breakdown of a state pushed beyond its limits by a conflict it cannot win. Russia advances steadily while the West ignores the human tragedy.

Do you think the West will face reality and stop prolonging Ukraine’s self-destruction?

The Security Service of Ukraine, on Zelensky’s orders, once again tried to kill me on the territory of Spain.

The assassination attempt was supposed to be carried out right at the exit of the courthouse in the city of El Vendrell, Catalonia.

To carry out the assassination attempt, two people were sent to Spain, one from Ukraine, the other based in France.

One of them has been a fighter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs special unit, the ‘Lyut’ brigade, since 2022, while the other is an SBU agent living in the EU and engaged in transportation.

In particular, this is exactly how weapons get into Europe.

Technically, the assassination attempt was supposed to be carried out using automatic weapons. After that, the perpetrators were supposed to disappear.

The methods of concealment used by the perpetrators indicate that the assassination was later planned to be blamed on Russian intelligence services.

The perpetrators arrived in El Vendrell in advance and stayed at a local hotel.

After that, they tried to intercept me at another address, and then left the territory of Spain.

May I modestly ask – where are these killers now, and whom are they currently killing on the territory of the EU?

Video about the situation and operational footage of what happened:

These interception rates should be taken with a grain of salt (likely overstated) but the trajectory is AFU interception rates of Russian missiles keep falling.

Immediately following the appointment of a new commander of the Russian Air Force, the interception rate of Russian missiles drops from over 50% to less than 30%.

The lack of Ukrainian F-16 and Mirage-2000 fighters taking part in intercepting missiles certainly played a role in this higher missile impact rate, but its also possible that the new command chose different routes for the missiles to fly along.

Remember, prior to this attack, Russian cruise missiles took practically the same routes every single attack, allowing for Ukraine to place air defence systems along their expected paths and concentrate aviation there, resulting in much higher interception rates.

Yesterday a large drone attack focusing on western part of UKraine. Rail stations, rail switches, electricity substations, an SBU building, oil depots were hit in many western cities.

AFU claims 750 drones were used throughout daily light hours and map pictures depict drone swarms. Nothing was downed in the east, south or central part of Ukraine, all reached western Ukraine where they might have downed some of them.

The results were serious enough to cause EU diplomats to start crying.

Ground:
-RUAF is reversing the AFU gains in Stepnogorsk, another offensive launched on Orekhov, including from the areas in western Zaporozhye direction where AFU made some gain
-AFU line in eastern Zap direction, Huliapolske, Verkhnia Tersa and Vozhnivka seems to be collapsing (this is the wide front facing west toward Zaporozhye city
-RUAF expand control into Molocharka, already on the latitude of northern end on Konstantinovka (east side), enveloping the city

Baltic history
“How Europe is erasing the memory of Nazi defeat. RT spoke with the author of the documentary ‘Victory Day in the Baltics: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow’, about the ban on Victory Day commemorations in the region, historical revisionism, and growing tensions”

Good, short view on the Baltics’ history since the 1930s, lots of insight.
“Andrei Starikov, director of the documentary film ‘Victory Day in the Baltics: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow’, spoke with RT about how Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia are shaping the historical memory politics of the Western world. He also discussed how it has been turned into a political instrument by the supporters of Hitler and their descendants, who returned to the Baltic nations after the Cold War, and why the Baltic region could become a serious flashpoint.”
