War On Iran: – Trump Threatens Genocide – More Tit-for-tat Bombing
As the world was waiting for President Donald Trump to TACO from his threat to destroy Iran he upped his madman strategy by threatening to genocide its people:
A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end. God Bless the Great People of Iran!

I find it no longer useful to attempt any interpretation of such threats. They are likely a reaction to the failed Isfahan operation.
After that above threat was posted Iran froze all diplomatic and indirect communication channels with the U.S.
Meanwhile the war continues at heightened intensity.
Yesterday Israel again attacked Iran’s largest industrial oil and gas installation in the South Pars field.
Retribution came fast. Israeli installations at Neot Hovav in the Negev desert were attacked. Saudi Arabia’s Al Jubail industrial area is on fire as are at least three major oil/gas sites in the Emirates.
This morning the U.S. (again) struck some 50 targets on Kharg Island in what I consider a preparation for an imminent invasion likely to follow this night.
Israel hit ten Iranian railway stations around Tehran to isolate the city.
The “Jewish State” also struck the Rafie Nia synagogue in Tehran. It seems to have been an intentional target.
Iran has published a quite sensible 10-point plan to end the war:
Iran’s 10-point plan includes:
1. Guarantee that Iran will not be attacked again
2. Permanent end to the war, not just a ceasefire
3. End to Israeli strikes in Lebanon
4. Lifting of all US sanctions on Iran
5. End to all regional fighting against Iranian allies
6. In return, Iran would open the Strait of Hormuz
7. Iran would impose a Hormuz fee of $2 million per ship
8. Iran would split these fees with Oman
9. Iran to provide rules for safe passage through Hormuz
10. Iran to use Hormuz fees for reconstruction instead of reparations
Iran had previously asked for full U.S. reparation payments for the damage the war has caused. To instead insist on using Hormuz passage funds is a sensible retreat from a hardline position.
With Iranian consent more ships are quietly passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
Whatever might happen Iran wont give up on not closing but controlling Hormuz for very good reasons.

“Statement issued by the General Secretariat of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council
The proud Iranian people must know that thanks to the sacrifices of their sons and their historic presence in the field, the enemy has been begging for more than a month to stop Iran’s fire and the raging resistance. However, the country’s officials – based on a firm decision taken from the beginning to continue the war until it achieves its goals, including forcing the enemy to regret and surrender and removing long-term threats – rejected all of these requests, so the war continued until its fortieth day. Iran has also repeatedly rejected the time limits proposed by the US President, stressing that it does not give weight to any threat or deadline issued by the enemy.
We give good news to the great Iranian people that almost all of the goals of the war have been achieved, and that your brave sons have led the enemy towards historic helplessness and terrible defeat. Iran’s historic decision, supported by the comprehensive unity of the people, is to continue this battle no matter how much time it takes, until the great gains are consolidated and new security and political equations are created in the region based on recognition of Iran’s power and sovereignty and the sovereignty of the resistance.
In this context, and in accordance with the measures of His Eminence the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may God protect him), and the approval of the Supreme National Security Council, and in view of the superiority of Iran and the resistance on the battlefield, the inability of the enemy to implement its threats despite its claims, and its official submission to all the just demands of the Iranian people; It was decided to hold negotiations in Islamabad to finalize the details, so that within a maximum period of 15 days, Iran’s field victory on the political track as well would be confirmed.
Accordingly, Iran rejected all plans proposed by the enemy, and formulated a 10-item plan that was delivered to the American side through the Pakistani mediator, in which it emphasized basic pillars that include: organized and controlled crossing of the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with the Iranian armed forces (which gives Iran a unique economic and geopolitical position), the necessity of ending the war against all parties of the axis of resistance (which means a historic defeat for the child-killing aggression of the Zionist entity), and the withdrawal of American combat forces from all bases and points of concentration in The region, establishing a safe transit protocol in the Strait of Hormuz that guarantees Iran’s hegemony in accordance with the concluded agreement, full compensation for Iran’s losses according to estimates, lifting all primary and secondary sanctions and decisions of the Council of Governors and the Security Council, releasing all frozen Iranian funds and assets, and finally adopting these provisions in a binding resolution issued by the UN Security Council, which turns these agreements into binding international law and represents a historic diplomatic victory.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan stated that the American side, despite its apparent threats, has accepted these principles as a basis for negotiation and has yielded to the will of the Iranian people. Accordingly, it was decided at the highest levels that Iran would engage in negotiations for two weeks in Islamabad on the basis of these principles alone. We stress that this does not mean the end of the war, but rather that Iran will not accept the end of military operations except after the details in the negotiations are finalized based on the principles of the “ten-year plan.”
These negotiations will begin with an absolute lack of confidence in the American side, starting on Friday, Farvardin 21 (April 10) in Islamabad, and Iran will allocate two weeks to this path, which can be extended by agreement of both parties. During this period, it is necessary to maintain complete national unity and continue vigorous victory celebrations. These negotiations are a national battle and an extension of the field, and all political elites and groups must trust this path, which is supervised by the leader and the highest authorities of the regime, and avoid any statements that provoke division. If the enemy’s surrender in the field turns into a decisive political achievement in the negotiations, we will all celebrate this historic victory. Otherwise, we will fight side by side in the field until all demands are met. Our hands are on the trigger, and any mistake made by the enemy will face a crushing and severe response.

Does Donald Trump suffer from frontotemporal dementia and is that the reason for the way he behaves?
In the recommended Iran-war-ticker of the Austrian blog TKP I saw at the very end of https://tkp.at/2026/04/07/39-tag-im-angriffskrieg-israels-und-der-usa-gegen-den-iran-ticker-2115-uhr the sentence „Der Psychologe Dr. John Gartner warnt, dass Präsident Trump „nicht mehr derselbe Mann ist wie vor vier Wochen“ und seit 2019 „Anzeichen einer frontotemporalen Demenz zeigt““ (Psychologist Dr John Gartner warns that President Trump is ‘no longer the same man he was four weeks ago’ and has been ‘showing signs of frontotemporal dementia’ since 2019.)
Most forms of dementia like Alzheimer’s have memory loss as one of the main symptoms. Frontotemporal dementia does not damage the memory, but the way those affected behave, their personality and their language skills. For me this seems to be a plausible explanation for the decay of Donald Trump and the way he behaves.
If that really is the cause for Donald Trump’s inappropriate behaviour, then it is obvious that he is not fit for office anymore and has to step down or to be removed as US American president as soon as possible.
Here is a translation of the script I used for teaching trainees as care assistants in work-related language:
Frontotemporal dementia is a form of dementia that primarily affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain. This condition usually occurs between the ages of 50 and 60, but can also affect younger people. Unlike Alzheimer’s disease, the primary focus here is not on memory loss, but rather on changes in behaviour, personality and language.
Causes
The exact causes of frontotemporal dementia are not yet fully understood. It is believed that genetic factors play a significant role. Around 30–40% of those affected have a family history of the condition. Genetic changes lead to the breakdown of nerve cells in the affected regions of the brain. Protein deposits also often contribute to cell death.
Symptoms
Symptoms can vary greatly depending on which areas of the brain are affected. Here are the most common symptoms that carers should be aware of:
- Behavioural changes:
Those affected often display changes in social behaviour. This can manifest as inappropriate comments, a loss of empathy, irritability or a lack of interest in social norms. Some individuals lose their emotional bond with family members or develop unusual eating habits, such as constantly eating sweets, craving unusual food combinations or overeating at inappropriate times.
- Language disorders:
Frontotemporal dementia can cause language problems known as primary progressive aphasia. Those affected find it difficult to find the right words or use simple but often incorrect sentence structures. Some lose the ability to express themselves clearly.
- Impaired decision-making:
As the frontal lobe is responsible for planning and decision-making, those affected may have difficulty making decisions. They often appear disorganised or impulsive.
Support options for carers
Caring for people with frontotemporal dementia requires patience and empathy. Here are some tips that may be helpful: Caring for people with FTD can be challenging, as the behaviour of those affected can change unpredictably and drastically. Here are some approaches that may be helpful:
- Stay calm and understanding:
Behavioural changes are part of the condition. It is important to be patient and not to let yourself be hurt or provoked by inappropriate reactions or statements. Stay calm and try not to argue or correct the person affected.
- Structured daily routine:
A fixed daily routine provides security and helps minimise anxiety. Clear routines and familiar procedures make it easier for those affected to cope with everyday life.
- Clear and simple communication:
Use simple and clear words. Short sentences help them understand the message better. If those affected have difficulty with language, non-verbal aids, such as gestures or picture cards, can be a good alternative.
- Incorporating familiar activities:
Activities that used to bring joy to those affected can help to evoke positive memories and feelings. These might include craft activities, gardening or listening to music.
Treatment options
To date, there is no cure for frontotemporal dementia, but there are various approaches to improving the quality of life for those affected. Treatment focuses primarily on alleviating symptoms and improving the quality of life of those affected. The following measures may be helpful:
- Medication:
Medication can help alleviate certain symptoms. However, there are no specific medications that can slow down or halt the progression of the disease.
- Therapies:
Speech therapy can provide support for language difficulties and help maintain communication skills. Occupational therapy can also be beneficial for strengthening everyday skills and preserving the independence of those affected for as long as possible.
- Other non-medicinal approaches:
Tailored care that addresses the needs of those affected is crucial. This includes a clear daily routine, enjoyable activities, and the involvement of relatives in the care process.
Important tips for carers
Empathy rather than logic: Due to their condition, those affected often do not act rationally. Try to understand their world rather than correcting them.
Pay attention to physical cues: As language skills may decline, it is important to also pay attention to physical cues such as facial expressions or body language.
Conclusion
Frontotemporal dementia is a complex condition that requires a great deal of empathy and patience. A good understanding of the symptoms and the use of appropriate care techniques can help to make life more pleasant for both those affected and their carers. Carers should always be mindful of their own limits and seek support from professionals when needed.
