I will let trump do the explanation as James Comey former FBI director posted a photo of seashells lined up to make 8647. 47 is the 47th President of the USA Donald J Trump

“86” is a mob term for “kill him.” They say 86 him! 86 47 means “kill President Trump.”James Comey, who is a Dirty Cop, one of the worst, knows this full well! EIGHT MILES OUT, SIX FEET DOWN! Didn’t he also lie to the FBI about this??? I think so! President DJT

67 is a Gen Alpha slang term that came out last year that means Go Away or Disappear. 6747 means Go Away 47th

The 2nd blockade.

US stops exports of tools to China’s number two chip maker — Hua Hong and Huali Microelectronics reportedly on the cusp of starting a 7-nm fab in Shanghai

Washington is enacting export controls to prevent China’s second-largest fab from moving forward with more advanced nodes.

The U.S. Department of Commerce has reportedly ordered several toolmakers to halt shipments of specific items to Hua Hong, China’s second-largest chipmaker. According to Reuters, the company, through its contract chipmaking subsidiary Huali Microelectronics, is starting to build a 7-nm production line at its Shanghai facility, a part of Beijing’s push to increase leading-edge chip output by five times in the next couple of years.

who knew that 8647 means “sic semper trump”?

in a non-voting way?

no one, that’s who.

Comey participated in the Russiagate charade. so did Trump. no one, “no not one,” dared to ask how Putin slips his man into the WH past the gigantic intelligence bureaucracy.

67 is meaningless, a joke.

86 means to toss someone out, not kill.  For example you 86 drunks from a club.

187 means to kill.

and Charles reveals what matters: the appearance of legality, order, stable alliances, etc., while the bread and butter of the Western MIC, forever war with Russia and forever war planned with China, cannot be interrupted or questioned.

this is a, maybe the, central question for Hegseth: what about Russia and NATO? the destruction that the NATO powers have caused throughout the ME and Ukraine, and the manufacture of global famine, these are not even worth mentioning. ditto nazi Israel.

not for Merz, Starmer Micron, etc. gas prices are bad. massive destruction is not worth discussing.

The next US attack. Iran, very much up in the air at the moment. Asia pacific – since the meeting of the KMT leader and Xi Jinping, the Americans have been beating the war drums loudly in this region. Philippines likely to be the expendable cannon fodder. Africa – Sahel, western operations have ramped up there What a decade ago were ragtag bands of drug runners and ex mercenaries has now solidified into well funded well armed well organized al Qaeda and IS groups, both known US/UK proxies. Non wahhabi Tuareg little more than a window dressing for western media.
Quite a few African youtube channels now and a pan Africa theme is quite strong amongst them. Those from the British empire are English language, those from French or other European possessions use AI narrator/translator. That is very common now in video from around the world. I can’t stand the AI voice but very few now have English subtitles. Virtually all use the AI voice.
Defeated in its proxy war against Russia, defeated in it direct war with Iran – with this recent major attack on Mali, I’m wondering if US will look to Africa as its main target thinking it will be easier.

Anyway, just a matter now of waiting for the collapsing Anglo empire to make its next move.

there’s no universal meaning to any of this nonsense. it’s all glossolalia. if Comey had shown a pic of 4 rocks arranged as 4 zeros in a row, that could mean “zero out the big zero,”, and what else is that referring to but zeroing out Donald Trump? do you think it’s a reference to bankruptcy court? or what Melania can expect from a divorce settlement in a marriage that, Trump admits, won’t last?

Posted by: duck n cover | Apr 30 2026 17:37 utc | 11

The attack on Mali came at a time when most eyes, including mine were focussed on Iran expecting another attack there.
I could help but think of this.

““We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.”― Karl Rove “

No

67 is a genalpha joke, it is meaningless and meant to confuse people who dont “get it”.

86 is definitely a phrase that means oust somebody, usually from a club.  Bouncers say it all the time.

187 is definitely the word for “kill or murder”, it was supposedly adapted from the police code for murder a long time ago.

Both 86 and 187 are in rap music all the time, and have been for decades, as well in graffiti.

“deep-six” is a phrase also meant to kill, but not 86.  85 just means bounce.

Some other number phrases are 51-50, which means crazy, and 88 which means “heil hitler” as well as 1488 which means 14 words, heil hitler.

What you are saying would be akin to saying “200” and “300” are meaningless in Ukraine.

7nm is becoming somewhat commonplace now. I see Samsung is building a 2nm chip factory in the US and Musk has bought into it. Another 2nm factory being built or has been built but I cannot remember where. Ultru expensive to build – the Samsung factory in the US about 50 billion. 2nm is apparently right on the limit for size. As the chips get down to the atomic level, internal leakage increases generating more heat.

I think it likely China will go straight to next gen chips and skip the 2nm.

Zeiss had to solve extremely difficult optical tasks as they assisted ASML. The mirrors despite being state of the art had a total reflection of 2-3%. that means they needed kilowatts of EUV radiation. Reaching that level is very difficult and going beyond it is worse. EUV really is  ahard nut to crack like ASML has succeeded in. Martin van den Brink was the strong-willed individual who wouldnt give over many years of efforts. I have no doubt that China may find ways to go further but the physics is really hard.

Peter AU1, james, and others interested in Mali: here’s a short personal story that may help you arrive at an answer about the “smooth operator” you have both mentioned.

As an African who has lived in Africa for 77 years and visited 38 countries for agricultural purposes, I have been extremely privileged to meet a wide spectrum of society in each country I have visited—from those who laboured in orchards, to their field managers, farm owners, business and government officials, and university professors. I visited most of these countries on multiple occasions, usually for periods of at least two or more weeks. I don’t profess to know much, but in my line of work, I have to pay attention and listen carefully to solve problems.

About 18 months ago, I was asked to assist a businessman in Kenya to find a suitable site for a crop he wanted to grow. I knew very little about him but had been communicating with him for a few months beforehand and was satisfied I could trust him. When I arrived at his home in one of the plush suburbs of Nairobi to set off on our first trip to a farm in Mara—adjacent to the Maasai Mara reserve—he mentioned that someone would be joining us as a potential investor in his new venture. That person turned out to be a Danish-Kenyan (his parents had come to Nairobi as part of the Danish diplomatic corps when he was 5 years old, and they decided to stay). He had worked for the British Embassy for many years before starting his own consultancy and investment business.

As in most countries, visiting a farm entails long journeys of never less than an hour, and this one was more than six hours. A lot gets discussed on these drives, and that’s when you get to find out citizens’ views on local politics, world affairs, and differences between class groups—and it’s virtually similar in every country in Africa.

My host and the Dane were discussing a few local issues and problems, and that’s when he mentioned what he was doing for the British and Danish embassies when it came to political issues during local and state elections. They simply funded the two parties that stood the best chance of winning an election, which gave them political buy-in and influence regardless of which party won—and he was the one doing the deals for them. From their discussions of world events, there was little doubt that their sympathies lay with the Epstein class and that they would certainly not support the Russians if a need arose to protect their country from jihadists.

In 2016, on a very long journey in Egypt which took us into the Sinai desert area, I was travelling with two technicians whom I had learned to know very well. As we drove along a particularly pot-holed road, I remarked about it, and one technician retorted sarcastically, “No problem. Tonight, Sisi, he come fix the road.” From their discussions of world events, there was little doubt that their sympathies did Not lie with the Epstein class and that they would certainly support the Russians if the need came to protect their country from jihadists.

Thanks Kieth.
I put in a couple of years being around and working with Aboriginal people in a remoter part of north west Australia. They were quite different to the more urban type aboriginals that the media tends to promote.
Aboriginal Australia cannot be projected onto black Africa, but I am noticing a number of similarities. I first began taking notice of Traore when he appeared to be Putins guest of honor at the Russian victory day doings a year or so back.
A big theme that is coming through in the African youtubers is the pan Africa aspect. In this, Traore provides inspiration to them all. Although this terrorist insurgency type thing looks to have started and be centered on Mali, Traore is likely to be a major target of the western powers due to the way he inspires many young Africans.

Tomorrow, 1st May – happy International Workers Day.

Also coming up on 4th May,  the 100th anniversary of the start of the UK’s General Strike , probably the last time the UK came close  to a genuine revolution.  As a result, I’m not expecting the MSM to give it much coverage.

Good article here :  https://www.socialistparty.org.uk/articles/150217/29-04-2026/general-strike-centenary-when-workers-in-britain-tasted-power/

“Four million workers joined the general strike. Only nine out of 2,000 London trams ran, and just 1% of rail freight.

The print trade unions refused to allow a Daily Mail article attacking the general strike to go through. And the capitalist newspapers struggled to get out throughout.

Workers you wouldn’t expect were taking part. House of Commons business was affected by workers there striking.

Telegraph workers were angry they weren’t included in the action. Even specialist gold workers sent a delegation to the TUC asking how they could help.

In Shrewsbury, even leading local Tories joined the strike. And in Bolton, 2,300 people turned up to the first day of the strike volunteering to help

The strike was so powerful in some areas that vehicles could only move if they displayed a ‘By permission of the TUC’ sign in their window.

One striking worker said: “Employers were coming, cap in hand, begging for permission to allow their workers to perform some customary operations. They were turned away. I thought of the many occasions when I had been turned away from the door of some workshop in a weary struggle to get the means to purchase the essentials of life.”

Even Mussolini’s fascist regime in Italy was shaken, and had to take steps to quell support for the strike.”

I think China will continue its development of EUV as silica chips will be around for a long time – automobile applications and that sort of thing. China though has the scale to put resourses into many different avenues at the same time, so along with EUV development, there is also development of next gen chips that do not require EUV to manufacture.

A big part of western psyops in Mali at the present is to convince the population that the wahhabi’s are winning and the government and Russians are inept.
This recent attack is straight out of the Kazakhstan playbook, but the longer term operation is very like Syria. al Qaeda and ISIS, both US/UK fronts are the main players. The Tuaregs just very minor nobodies but required for the cover of moderate rebels.

In Syria, it is not the non wahhabi Syrian militia’s, not the SDF Kurds, but the leader of al Qaeda who has been proclaimed president of Syria by the west.

Didn’t seem to have much choice:

“Defense lawyers claim rights violations in jail

In an April 29 court filing, defense lawyers said the jail holding Allen has violated his right to confidential legal visits by making him confer with them in a public area while he is tied down and caged.

“Mr. Allen was forced to sit inside of a locked cage in full, five-point restraints, and speak over a phone — of which there is only one — to be able to confer with counsel,” Allen’s legal team wrote. “Counsel were forced to sit in an open, lobby area with jail staff and other attorneys standing nearby who could overhear the entirety of counsel’s side of the conversation.” USAToday

Those are the general options, but which is the path of least resistance? Considering all the realms in which “resistance” can be uncountered. Political, psychological, logistical, whatever. Of the varied, I see himself as the source of the greatest resistance. The other realms do have an impact but ultimately it’s his vision of himself and his…legacy…lol, that has to align. I’m afraid nothing besides war will give him a chance to resurrect all that has slipped thru his fish-fillet scented fingers

Note the embedded secret code for authentication; UW-UUU … UW-UW (NOT W-US). Get it?? You know it’s right!

@42 Peter

Not sure about Maduro, I don’t think they would dare given his status. The images they allowed after his capture were fairly tame.

Just intuition, I don’t think Allen was a false or fake setup. Did anyone explain his IDF sweatshirt ? His manifesto and background…it fits to what I know of lone acts thst are like this.

I think he should be freed, if those guilty of misdeed were punished according to reason, or even simply denied power, he would not have acted as he did.

If the president diddles the population by half releasing redacted compromat, it is asking for trouble, imo. Providing means for slaughter of civilians is not going to endear him to some either.

Like Vratges, I am against capital punishment as law, especially because it is methodical and while the target is no longer a threat, I find that very sinister, is no example.

By law also, the president is immune from prosecution, so in theory none can harm him.

Outside of that, in spite of that or because of that, people will act as they do, when they feel strongly enough about something, often from a mixture of different influences that cause them to react.

@23 KeithZA

Funny how that happens

Syria now run by…
Gaza now with its ‘Peace Board’…
Ukraine now funded by and in line to join EU…
Even Egypt, now run by …

So though I don’t draw conclusion, I find it understandable that anyone should be wary of Russian influence also. It is not as if anyone should have to choose one side or the other.

Long known to authorities violent nut-case stabs two Jews in London.  Home Secretary rushes to allocate a furter 25 million pounds to a private Jewish police force — which is already funded by the UK government.
from Guardian  report :
** Shabana Mahmood has promised to “do everything in my power” to keep British Jews safe, as police said the suspect in the stabbing of two men in north-west London was a 45-year-old British national born in Somalia.**
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/apr/30/uk-invest-security-jewish-communities-after-golders-green-stabbing-london
** …. from Guardian report ….
Ephraim Mirvis, the chief rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth, has called for “meaningful action” to tackle the “root causes” of antisemitism, while the Board of Deputies of British Jews said antisemitism must be “confronted, punished and deterred with the full force of the state”. After the attacks Keir Starmer vowed that the government would address the causes of antisemitism. He is expected to meet with criminal justice agencies on Thursday to discuss the attack, and said he would visit Golders Green “as soon as possible”. But he is facing pressure to go further, including calls to ban pro-Palestinian marches. Jonathan Hall, the government’s independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, said it was “impossible” for such marches not to “incubate” antisemitism. Describing recent attacks on Jews as a “massive national security emergency”, he called for a “moratorium” on pro-Palestinian marches.
**

They want to ban the Iranian Guard (brave sioldiers) but not the IDF (murderous scum)!
Consider the tens of thousands of civilians murdered and tortured by the IDF in Gaza, West Bank and Lebanon …. with the enthusiastic support of that horrible “chief rabbi” and his herd of hypocritical ghouls.  Plus the fact that these murderers are actively assisted by UK military sent by the UK government, at the expense of the UK public.
Best mention it now, since the UK government clearly intends to make any such mention illegal.

Indeed, all criticism of Israeli actions and of Jewish genocidalism, corruption, criminality and fanatical racism in general is now to be regarded as “antisemitic”.  Likewise, any suggestion — however much based on reality — that such a group effectively controls and dictates politics (and media, not to mention finance and ever-increasingly law as well) in Britain.
Heil Khazaria!

Five decades or so ago, Jewish organisations were at the forefront of demanding (unnecessary) mass-immigration into Britain, which involved importing a lot of Moslems.  Such organisations claimed themselves to be Jews, not “white” people.  Nowadays, the same outfits are supposedly “white” and exceedingly anti Moslem (unless of course the Moslems are also Zionists).
But from their own Talmud and other writings, one fact is unambiguously clear — though very little publicised outwith their own circles — that these delusional supremacists actually despise and/or hate everyone other than their own sectarian lot.

I tend to study a country or more precisely a leadership and pick up on their modus operandi. It often gives an idea of what to look for and where to look.
The Putin leadership has been around 25 years now so easy to track that leadership right though and pick up on modus operandi and something else – culture/philosophy type thing. Those that are in leadership positions in Russia are quite similar.
I see in the various topic threads, karlof1 gets quite exasperated by those that have not studied Russia and Putins leadership. There is a lot of projection of the west and the Epstein class onto the Russian leadership and that is not the case.

There is an aspect of communism that is still retained by the Russian leadership  – that of equality. Many African leaders have said that when meeting with western officials, they are talked down to. But they say that when they meet with Russian or Chinese officials, that is not the case. They are spoken to and treated as equals.

In the last thread, Sebgo said that Africa corps is dispersing of the Malian military. i wish he would link that as it would give me something to look into. The only public outlet for Africa corps I know of is their TG channel and I cannot find anything dispersing in there. The mentions I have seen are simply along the lines of Africa Corps carrying out its assigned tasks in conjunction with the Mali military.

Part of the Trump admin modus operandi is decapitation strikes. In this latest attack, the did manage to get the Mali defence minister.
Africa Corps chain of command. I liken them to the French foreign legion. At the very top will be the Russian President. Larry Johnson believed the came under the GRU as Wagner. If that’s still the same since they have been reformed I do not know.
Civilian liaison is the Russian ambassador in Mali. There will also be high level military to military liaison between Mali and Russia forces.

Chain of command between the officer in command of Africa Corps and the Russian president is the unknown. It will likely run through the ministry of defence rather than the foreign ministry.

In Syria, although Wagner played a small part, the only combat Russian ground forces were special forces – spetsnaz mainly as forward fire controllers for the airforce. There was one instance outside Aleppo where the Syrian forces retreated and 16 Russian soldiers stayed and held a height for a lengthy period, completely cut off.

I have not seen any mention of this sort of thing in the Sahel. From what I have seen to date, the Sahel forces have plenty of fighting spirit and courage.
There is very little to no Russian military presence in either Niger or Burkina Faso. Possibly some military liaison officers as both countries have access to Russian ISR and no doubt relevant intel.

A few days before the Attack on Kazakhstan, Putin invited both presidents to Moscow for a meeting. It was a bit odd, but it seems Russian intel had got wind of the impending attack and the in person meeting was to warn them.
I assume Russian intel will also be keeping an eye out for attacks on the leaderships of the Sahel confederation.

All Under Heaven will join whichever side fighting against the USA.
Posted by: KillerDoll | Apr 30 2026 22:26 utc | 36

To be pro-humanity and pro-existence necessitates being anti-America.

America presently and concretely embodies the near-totality (think solar eclipse) of the enemy of all humanity and existence—imperialism, the highest stage of capitalism.

Let me elaborate.

Mao gave Stalin the 30-70 assessment, saying that 30% of what Stalin did was bad while 70% of it was good, and then Mao himself was given the 30-70 assessment by Deng.

三七开:他生前自己也承认有错误,他说过,我死后如果能够得到三分错误、七分功劳的评价就满意了。

The same treatment should be extended to enemies of humanity (and of existence) as well. However, because they’re the common enemies of all, the ratios are inverted. They get the 70-30 assessment.

Both the British and the Americans are “terribly” progressive. They’re terror regimes that—in spite of their very natures of being anti-life and anti-existence—managed to bring progress to humanity. 70% of what they did was terrible and should never be done again in all of humanity’s future, and 30% of the good they did was serving as demonstrations that a more terrible regime can always be brought into existence. In other words, they have never done a good thing save for serving as textbook lessons to humanity on what not to do. That’s their only progressive part.

The 30% of good that the British did was proving to humanity that a more terrible regime can arise: America. The 30% of good that America did was proving to humanity that a regime more terrible than the British can come into existence despite the collective and arduous strivings of humanity.

The birth of America (page 37):

The verdict of American Quakers and British abolitionists has been fully confirmed by contemporary historians. At the end of a ‘cycle of degradation’ of blacks, with the ignition of the white ‘engine of oppression’ and the conclusive soldering of ‘slavery and racial discrimination’, we see at work in the ‘colonies of the British empire’ in the late seventeenth century a ‘chattel racial slavery’ unknown in Elizabethan England (and also classical antiquity), but ‘familiar to men living in the nineteenth century’ and aware of the reality of the southern United States. 9 Hence slavery in its most radical form triumphed in the golden age of liberalism and at the heart of the liberal world. This was acknowledged by James Madison, slave owner and liberal (like numerous protagonists of the American Revolution), who observed that ‘the most oppressive dominion ever exercised by man over man’—power based on ‘mere distinction of colour’ was imposed ‘in the most enlightened period of time’. 10

This process of awarding a 70-30 assessment should be extended to whatever terrible future regimes that spawn as descendants of America, if America didn’t turn out to be the last one of those that humanity has to struggle against before attaining a peaceful transitional period of socialism on our way to communism.

Call it the unholy marriage of Zoroastrian/Abrahamic morality and Taoism if you must, but let’s imagine good and bad as the yin-yang symbol: there’s often a drop of bad to mar the otherwise brilliant brightness of life and existence, and there’s often a drop of good in all that inky void of bad.

The drop of good in bad is, in actuality, just reflected light because that infinitely dark void rejects light by redirecting light away from it. The drop of bad in good is, in actuality, a light (as opposed to heavy) shadow that exists because the existence of light/photons necessarily presupposes the non-existence of light/photons, and photons are their own anti-photons.

How does this light shadow work in practice?

Americans operate under a liberal democracy, which is the Americans’ name for the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie that oppresses the proletarian masses around the world and serves the bourgeois Americans, which encompasses the bourgeoisie, the petty bourgeoisie and the labor aristocracy/bourgeois proletariat (Engels, 1858).

The dictatorship of the proletariat is necessary only because the proletariat are forced by the actions of their class enemies—the bourgeoisie—to shadow their class enemies. To shadow means to imitate the strategy that their class enemies have used against them, with that strategy being the imposition of a dictatorship upon class enemies. Communists learned this lesson after witnessing the capitalists brutally crush all communist movements that failed to operate a dictatorship of the proletariat.

Under the dictatorship of the proletariat, the bourgeoisie will only know the terror of dictatorship while the proletariat will enjoy the freedoms of democracy. The capitalists denies and fight against the ephemeral nature of the bourgeois dictatorship. In contrast, the communists accept that the proletarian dictatorship is a temporary construct, and communists welcome and do all they can to hasten its eventual destruction. Because the “bad” strategies that the communists employ are only a poor imitation, a light shadow, a cheap facsimile/photocopy, the communists often end up being too kind to their class enemies and too harsh against themselves (the proletarian masses), which has proven lethal to many communist movements in history. This is why I strive to be uncompromising against America and acknowledge that my current moderate anti-America positions are weaknesses that I must overcome.

Presently, only a minority of humanity, about 1.6 billion living in the few countries that are communist, enjoy the dictatorship of the proletariat. The dictatorships of the proletariat will be made global, and then these dictatorships and all dictatorships will disappear.

Mao, On Contradiction, 1937:

To consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat or the dictatorship of the people is in fact to prepare the conditions for abolishing this dictatorship and advancing to the higher stage when all state systems are eliminated. To establish and build the Communist Party is in fact to prepare the conditions for the elimination of the Communist Party and all political parties. To build a revolutionary army under the leadership of the Communist Party and to carry on revolutionary war is in fact to prepare the conditions for the permanent elimination of war. These opposites are at the same time complementary.

One day, all of humanity will live under communism—as the unending self-perpetuation of human existence—and therefore realize the destruction of communism—as a movement—itself.

Karl Marx. The German Ideology. 1845:

Communism is for us not a state of affairs which is to be established, an ideal to which reality [will] have to adjust itself. We call communism the real movement which abolishes the present state of things. The conditions of this movement result from the premises now in existence.

Yes, I’m aware that, to those who do not understand dialectical materialism, what I just wrote seemed to contradict Marx.

The alternative to communism is the existence of America, which is synonymous to the termination of existence.

🇲🇱 FAMa: DECISIVE AIR STRIKE AGAINST TERRORIST ARMED GROUPS IN MOPTI AND KÉ-MACINA

The Malian Armed Forces (FAMa), under the command of Division General Oumar Diarra, Chief of Staff General of the Armies, continue to demonstrate their power, professionalism and determination in the fight against terrorism.

On April 25, 2026, targeted airstrikes were successfully carried out in Sévare (Mopti region), destroying an important terrorist shelter. Multiple enemy elements neutralized and the base completely destroyed.

In Ké-Macina, a convoy of terrorist motorcyclists was intercepted and neutralized accurately. An armed vehicle was also destroyed in a second strike.

These operations illustrate the rise in power of FAMa, committed day and night to secure the national territory and protect the populations.

Congratulations to our valiant armed forces! Their commitment, courage and sense of duty force respect across the Nation.

Operations are actively continuing throughout the territory.

Africa Corps telegram. Yandex translate from French.
The official statement of the African Body of the Russian Armed Forces on the current situation in the Republic of Mali:
The situation in the Republic of Mali continued to be difficult. The militants of the terrorist groups JNIM and AFL, under the general leadership, continues to regroup, conduct reconnaissance of the bases of the units of the African Body of the Russian Armed Forces and the Malian Army, and propaganda work is actively underway aimed at reducing the moral of the Malian Army. There are massive fake stuffing on social networks about the mass abandonment of their positions by the soldiers of Mali.
Units of the African Corps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation together with the Army of Mali conduct reconnaissance and autopsy records of the movement of terrorists, identify their bases. We 30.04.2026 during aerial reconnaissance two militant field camp were uncovered in the areas of Folona (Sikasso region) and Farani (Koulikoro region) after which the African Body aircraft bombed them.

https://carnegieendowment.org/research/2025/11/a-shadow-war-in-the-global-south-are-kyivs-operations-in-africa-paying-off

Did a search before on Ukraine in Africa and Ukraine funding in the Sahel. A bit of interesting stuff turned up. Most interesting though was Carnegie and their propaganda narrative used against Wagner/Africa Corps.
Another interesting thing that did turn up was the number of US PMC’s operating in various parts of Africa.  I did a number of searches sometime ago for US bases in Africa. A few turned up but it seems the US PMC’s and where they are operating are the ones to look for in Africa.

Jonathan Hall KC, the UK’s Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, stated in a speech that the “demonisation of Israelis” should be treated as a hate crime under existing laws.

Speaking at an event hosted by the think tank Policy Exchange, Hall argued that current legal frameworks are not being adequately enforced to protect Israeli citizens or those targeted based on their nationality.

Hall KC has a family connection to UK Lawyers for Israel (UKLFI) through his father-in-law, Lord Dyson.

Lord Dyson (John Dyson), a former Supreme Court judge and Master of the Rolls, is a patron of UKLFI.

These links were highlighted by critics and independent journalists in August 2025, leading to accusations of a potential conflict of interest given his role in reviewing terrorism laws that affect pro-Palestinian groups like Palestine Action.

My dear friend, for someone who has traveled in Africa, your worldview is quite narrow.

Why do you think it’s Russia’s responsibility to “defend” all African countries, and why do you think jihadist terrorism is the only danger facing these countries?

Did it occur to you that a country, with its own population and army, could defend itself and didn’t necessarily have to rely on a distant power that has its own problems to solve?

This paternalistic way of viewing others is quite far removed from the much-vaunted sovereignty and multipolarity.

Many of us Africans don’t aspire to be a battleground for the great powers, nor do we have only two options: Russia or the United States.

Note 1: Knowing Africa and Africans after 15 minutes of conversation is a persistent myth.
You should consider updating your knowledge.

Note 2: We are no more relying on foreign experts for agricultural projects for a long time, unless they are imposed on us by the institutions that fund them. We now have a lot of very good local and international experts among us.

Most individuals in our countries simply cannot afford these services at Western rates, let alone the expensive travel.

The niche you say you operate in must have existed for some time now.

Rueters
“Al Qaeda-linked insurgents call on Malians to rise up, establish Sharia law”

Reading through the articles, it is some sort of US PMC type group that the news comes from.
SITE Intelligence. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SITE_Intelligence_Group

Began in 2002, they are always the first to post al Qaeda announcements and ‘intel’. Reading through the wiki page, they appear to be a bellingcat set up to reinforce the 9/11 Pearl Harbour/Gulf of Tonkin narrative for the US war of Terror.
AQ is a US proxy and this SITE intelligence operation obviously has direct links.
Another connected and similar organisation in that wiki page is Intelcenter.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IntelCenter

When ISIS became the latest propaganda fad to replace AQ in the War of Terror, the mainstream media where constantly quoting Amaq, the ISIS news site.
I had it book marked for quite awhile. It was located on a server in Hong Kong owned by California company Cloudflare.  There news room was in eastern Syria. It had a large amount of US, satellite internet coms. It was quite obvious the American proxy used American satellite internet to load there news onto there American owned server in Hong Kong.

Many aspects of the war on Syria are now being used in the war on the Sahel states. It looks like Russia in Africa is a major stumbling block for the US trying to gain control of African resources.

US/Western propaganda is always projection. Another piece from Sofrep.

https://sofrep.com/news/american-private-military-companies-are-poised-to-become-major-players-in-africas-security-landscape/
For American PMCs, often led by veterans and backed by private capital, this instability represents more than a security challenge; it’s an open market. That reality came sharply into focus in 2025, when Erik Prince brokered a deal with the Democratic Republic of the Congo to secure and tax mineral production in Katanga Province. Though political turbulence forced adjustments, the partnership introduced a potent hybrid of private security and economic stabilization, a template that could easily spread across the continent’s mineral-rich corridors. At the same time, Prince’s warning at African Energy Week about the vulnerability of pipelines and refineries underscored a broader truth: Africa’s economic growth may increasingly depend on private protection.

*** I’m going to devote a few posts to the HasbaRat infestation in the media; that is brewing up a Nazionist gestapo tactice and lawfare against ordinary majority of Brits, especially here in London. ***

At first it never quite made sense, the total ban on questioning pretty much anything about the post-WW2 official version of “the holocaust” in Europe and to a lesser degree in the UK — even when there were deluges of absolute crap being constantly and hysterically pimped through mass-media by the “holocaust” professionals and their political glove-puppets.

But then, when it finally did emerge that the Zionists had been very much in league with the “Nazi” side …. doing a quick flip once Germany had clearly lost the war …. the fanatical, total ban on questioning (even if only of the recycling of several times previously used magic number) did make sense.

Especially in view of the Zionist willingness to bomb, kill and terrorise Jews who did not want to go to a new Israeli state in Palestine.

The legal ban on independent thought was not primarily about “the holocaust” as such — instead, it was to sustain a false-flag electric fence around an inner, non-visible prohibition against exposing the role of the Zionists in that “holocaust” (and after it) on the side opposite to that which the general public were propagandised into believing these ideologues were on.

So now, see the Nazis in Ukraine happily killing for their Zionist masters.
See how the IDF behaves.
But still don’t admit to noticing, or seriously question … there will soon be even more laws to prevent that.

To which should have been added, see how quickly the Zionist puppets in the Labour Party (unfortunately, including Corbyn) got rid of Ken Livingstone when he mentioned some verifiable facts about what the Zionists were up to during WW2.
And how the UK mass-media, enthusiastically joining in with the attack on Livingstone as allegedly having said something “antisemitic”, showed zero interest in these facts.
Facts which actually indicated that any so-called “antisemitism” came not from Livingstone, but from his accusers.

Not long back, I run onto a video interview of an old Syrian jew. The video itself appeared to be from around the 1990’s or earlier.
He said the Isreali’s had been trying to convince the Syrian jews to move to Israel/Palestine. Then seven synagogues were bombed and jews killed, blame on the Arabs/Muslims, so the Syrian jews all moved to Israel.
He said he found out later that at least three of those synagogues were bombed by mossad/Israel.

The recent shootings at Bondi here in Australia was Mossad killing jews.

The US military is being shaped to in the same doctrines as the Israelis to go deeper in extreme destruction and violence tactics. That means Gaza like Dresden before are now becoming the expected pehavior of the US and its proxies.

That is what I understand from a recent article translated by Thomas Fazi,

In that context Trump has no real choice but to give escalation the green light.

So though I don’t draw conclusion ……………………….

Apologies, I was using Russia as a metaphor because it was being used by commenters Peter Au1 and james trying to figure out the “smooth operator” and should have added that those who had government connections and business deals like the business owners I mentioned in Kenya – who still send their children to public schools in England – would object to “Russia” whereas the working class technicians in Egypt would welcome “Russia” if it came to defending their country.
Decisions or opinions are different and dependent upon class, status and money.
In Egypt the bigger farms are a sort of status symbol, owned by businessmen who don’t live on their farms and only visit from the city a few times every year. Their support for Sisi is strong, farm workers not so much.

Knowing Africa and Africans after 15 minutes of conversation is a persistent myth. You should consider updating your knowledge.

FYI
I have visited Egypt 17x’s over a 5 year period and spent a total of 42 weeks in the company of the technicians I mentioned  traversing the country with them every day I spent there including Saturdays and Sundays as well as meeting with farm owners and leaders of the agricultural association that had contracted me as a consultant and this goes for all the other countries in Africa in which I stayed a bit longer than 15 minutes; Ethiopia 5x’s, Kenya 3x’s, Tanzania, lived in Zimbabwe for a year, Botswana x4’s, Namibia 6x’s, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho, Morocco x3’s.
In addition I own a farm and have employed 8 Zimbabwean and Malawian political refugees since 2008.

So there you have the evidence. I know nothing about Africa or it’s people.

I was thinking about that rubbish earlier. Prior to the collapse of the Soviet Union, it was the balancing power to the US. After the Soviet Union collapsed, The US ran amok, destroying many small countries.
Russia is the successor state to the Soviet Union and although much smaller and cannot operate on a world wide scale, it is again a balancing power to the US. The Soviet Union helped many African countries gain independence from western imperialism and from what I can see, the Russian leadership retains that sentiment.

I would like to thank Peter AU 1, Unimperator and other MoA barflies for their tireless posting of news and news links about the failed Western-backed Islamist coup in Mali and its immediate aftermath.

After seeing Sebgo’s comments, I would caution having too much or giving away too much information to this commenter, who appears increasingly to be a troll baiting us into saying too much while being unwilling to say where in Mali s/he (maybe it, as in being a bot) is based.

Among other things, not least denigrating the discipline and motivation of Malian troops in defending their country, Sebgo’s command of English appears very sophisticated for someone who has grown up in a former French colony and whose second or third language might be expected to be French.

James @ 79:

Nearly six months after the Bondi Beach shootings, we still know very little about the father-and-son team that carried out these attacks or how and why they managed to go to the southern Philippines (mostly Muslim) for training as insurgents or wannabe jihadists. Who funded them and what other support did they receive – those are questions our mainstream news media are not asking.

Years ago, probably even before Rodrigo Duterte became President of the Philippines, there had been online rumour that Mossad had been prepping an Al Qaeda / ISIS takfiri unit in the southern part of the country. This unit apparently got busted but if the rumour turns out to be true, then there may be individuals associated with that unit still lying dormant in other parts of the world as sleeper cells.

Now they will get even more new laws to their discriminatory advantage …. plus an extra 25 million pounds from the Home Secretary for their private Jewish police force (which is funded by the UK government) in London.

“Advocacy group Access Now says major human rights conference was canceled after Chinese pressure on Zambia”

Access now on their canceled meeting in Africa.
https://www.rightscon.org/rc26-statement/
“Our decision to choose Zambia was not coincidental. In 2023, we made a commitment to bring RightsCon back to the African continent. Hosting RightsCon in Lusaka was not only about honoring that commitment, but also about recognizing the strength, resilience, and global significance of Africa’s digital rights community.”

Access now is a typical Epstein West NGO involved in psyops and regime change. According to its about page it is internet freedom and fighting ‘disinformation online.
The Sahel will likely be the epicenter, but everything I’ve seen to date looks like US is now making a major move on all of Africa.
The disparate Islamist groups in the Sahel region have now all been pulled together under the Blair Bush franchise of al Qaeda. The non Islamist Tureg groups now in partnership with the Blair Bush franchise. Then there is the ISIS franchise operating peacefully in an adjoining area. Perhaps the start of the major US move in Africa was the Ukraine proxies ‘Fighting Russia in Africa as touted by western media. When did that start appearing in the media. 22, 23?

I am from Burkina Faso in West Africa.

When I started working, I participated in a meeting of experts.

A Western expert proposed a development approach based on his experience in Central Africa.

When I told him that it wasn’t applicable in our context, he, like you, began citing his time in Africa as proof of his competence.

He ended by saying that he had “X years in Africa” and was therefore an authority.

I replied that my students had 20 to 25 years of continuous experience in Africa, since they were native to the region, and that according to his metric, they had more authority than him.

Your problem isn’t geographical; it’s psychological and cultural.

You believe that Africans are “natural slaves,” inferior beings incapable of defending or governing themselves, and that faced with the threat of a violent and aggressive West, they have no choice but to relinquish all sovereignty and become willing colonies of Russia or any other “protector” country.

This kind of thinking cannot be upgraded; it requires a complete reset.

The Mali Empire existed for seven centuries before being conquered and colonized.

Modern Mali gained its independence in 1960 and has since been fighting against powers that want to keep it dependent.

In 2013, faced with the threat of international terrorists threatening the capital, it was forces from neighboring countries, aided by France and Chad, that saved the day.

The number of troops deployed, the losses, and the costs of this intervention far exceeded anything Russia has done in Mali since Wagner’s arrival in 2020-2021.
And none of them asked to be paid like Wagner.

So, frankly, the rhetoric of “you wouldn’t exist without us” will convince no one.

Moreover, according to this logic, Mali should never have left the orbit of France, which “saved” it.

A lot of people here on MoA are in a contradictory position.

You claim to defend freedom, sovereignty, and a multipolar world.

But in practice, you say that all countries that are not major nuclear powers must renounce the sovereignty conferred upon them by the UN Charter to voluntarily become colonies and vassals of Russia or China.

Under the pretext that the Western Empire is threatening and aggressive, we
, “the rest of the world”, yet the majority, must cede all initiative not only to Russia, but also to its armed wing, the Wagner/Africa Corp mercenary military contingent.

We are well aware that the West is aggressive.
We are the ones who suffered slavery and colonization. We fought to obtain our independence, contrary to the propaganda that it was handed to us at the UN.

The wars in Algeria, Vietnam, and Mozambique are facts, to which lesser-known conflicts must be added.

We were willing to benefit from partnerships with wealthier countries like China and Russia to preserve our sovereignty. But if the price of this aid is said sovereignty, we will find other ways.

You don’t relinquish sovereignty to gain sovereignty.

We may be defeated because the predators are stronger. But certainly not through voluntary capitulation.

You believe that simply posting aggressive online statements, accusing anyone who doesn’t heed your call to surrender to the threat of being a pawn of the West, is enough to force Africans and Latin Americans to submit.

You believe, like Trump, that some people have the soul of slaves, and that intimidation is all it takes for them to agree to give up everything.

You are mistaken.

If Wagner/ Africa Corp and their cheerleaders behave worse than the french, it’s not excluded to make a casual alliance with them again.

Take the less evil to boot the worse out, then deal with the other.

There are things some are saying and doing here in the name of Russia or Wagner that the french no more dare say or do well before we ask them to leave.

Exceptionnalism, arrogance doesn’t hurt just when it comes from americans or french.

The French in Mali were accompanied by Germans back then under a UN mission called MINUSMA. 1,500 krauts camped in Gao until 2023. They brought attack helos. MSM from the time quoted Bundeswehr hats as saying it finally became to dangerous as the Mali military junta wasn’t reliable enough. From Deutsche Welle:

Mali’s relations with many of its most important partners had been deteriorating since the miltary coup of May 2021, which was led by then-transitional Vice President, Colonel Assimi Goita, and drew international criticism. The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) imposed sanctions on Bamako. Relations with France reached a low point. Paris had sent troops to Mali after the security crisis following the 2012 Tuareg rebellion, to help combat terrorism especially in the central and northern regions of the country, but soon was pressured by the new Malian leadership to withdraw its forces.

“I consider it normal for Mali’s government to assert its sovereignty in security matters. No one can dispute Mali’s right in this regard, because Mali is an independent state,” said Sahel expert Abdoulaye Sounaye from the Leibniz-Zentrum Moderner Orient (ZMO) in Berlin. Sounaye, who also teaches at Abdou Moumouni University in Niamey, told DW that Mali had nevertheless proven incapable of ensuring the security of its citizens. This was especially true in the north, where Russian Wagner Group mercenaries operate. The withdrawal of MINUSMA did not bode well for security in Mali and neighboring Sahel countries. “There is a big risk that the military situation will escalate,” he said.

It is a worry shared by Ulf Laessing, head of the Sahel office of the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Bamako. “In the north and center, I have met many people who appreciate MINUSMA. Thousands found employment through the mission, which is also very active in the civilian sector, for instance, providing vocational training for the unemployed,” said Laessing, who has been in Bamako since November 2021. He was only able to travel in the country, particularly to the unstable north, because of the presence of peacekeepers. “MINUSMA worked with women, built wells, and engaged in healthcare initiatives. It had a wide range of projects that substituted for the state in regions where the state is relatively weak,” he said.

According to the expert, the Malian government will attempt to fill the vacuum left by MINUSMA with the help of its Russian partners. “The army has made significant acquisitions: new helicopters, jets, and other weapons. They will now try to replace MINUSMA. The armed groups, the jihadists, will certainly also try to exploit the vacuum for themselves,” he said.

It’s a just war if it’s already begun, says Augustinus. Now crush them for peace.
