Machiavelli in „The Prince“ advised all aspirants to the leadership of a state that it is good to be feared, but he added: take care that you are not more hated than feare. I think a real tread like this demented horror jerk and his handlers in the Apartheid entity did over the past years to the Iranian would be the best solution for the world because everything we’ve seen so far is undoubtedly just a prologue to a future from hell!

Yes, I think so. This is done to ensure military ramp-up. To me, it looks like “how can we convince as many US Americans that more troops are necessary?”. People who’ve lived through the Vietnam war must have seen similar.

In 1980 the Americans also blamed ‘Sand’ as the ‘main cause’ of failure, not enemy fire, lest it be known it would ruin the ‘superior’ image that the world continues to be deceived in.  It is more IMPORTANT to keep the faery-tale alive.

American boxers recovered at crash site

Russian source;

The US has extensive experience in such operations, for exampleOperation Eagle Claw was carried out on April 24, 1980 by US forces in Iran to rescue 53 hostages from the US Embassy in Tehran.

At least four transport helicopters were needed to successfully complete the operation. Of the eight that took off for the mission, one crashed into the water immediately after takeoff from the aircraft carrier due to a possible blade failure, and another was blown off course by a dust storm and turned back. Only six helicopters reached the first temporary base (an abandoned British airfield) in the desert.

One of the helicopters that reached the base developed hydraulic problems. While refueling, one of the helicopters crashed into a tanker aircraft. The ensuing fire killed eight crew members and both helicopters. The decision was made to abort the operation and leave Iranian territory. According to Iran, the collision was triggered by a nearby Iranian Air Force fighter jet.

As a result, all helicopters were abandoned in the desert (after which they were transferred to the Iranian army)

The previous Iran post was trolled by the usual suspects (this time about sigh… religion) so I put my comment here again :

POTUS’ public attention on the fate of 2 pilots is a serious (fatal) military mistake or blunder. It proves that the US military can’t take loss. It proves that they are not going to invade Iran and suffer thousands of dead soldiers. But Iran has the spirit and religion to suffer loss and they won’t capitulate.Trump’s threats of war crimes (destroying Iran’s power plants or nuclear plant) won’t bring capitulation, so they will only be war crimes. Now it’s for the US military to decide (at every level, from Pentagon to centcom to pilots) if they should obey war crimes orders from someone who should be locked in a padded cell.

Trump “Truth”

Remember when you ran away
And I got on my knees and begged you
Not to leave because I´d go beserk?
WELL,
You left me anyhow and
Then the days got worse and worse
And now you see I´ve gone completely
out of my mind
AND

They´re coming to take me away,
Haha, they´re coming to take me away,
Ho ho, hee hee, ha ha,
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I´ll be happy to see
Those nice young men
In their clean white coats
And they´re coming to take me AWAY,
HA HAAAA

You thought it was a joke,
and so you LAUGHED, YOU LAUGHED!
When I had said that losing you
Would make me flip my lid,
RIGHT?
You know you laughed.
I HEARD you laugh, you laughed
And laughed and laughed
And then you left,
But now you know I´m utterly mad

AND

They´re coming to take me away,
Haha, they´re coming to take me away,
Ho ho, hee hee, ha ha,
To the happy home with trees and flowers
And chirping birds and basket weavers
Who sit and smile and
Twiddle their thumbs and toes
And they´re coming to take me away,
HAHAAAAAAAAA

I cooked your food,
I cleaned your house,
And this is how you pay me back
For all my kind unselfish loving deeds
HUH?

Well, you just wait,
They´ll find you yet,
And when they do, they´ll put you in
the ASPCA, you mangy MUTT,
AND

2 MQ-9 Reapers decided to self-destruct due to mechanical issues!

The Iranian military command states that today more aircraft were shot down in the airspace of the Islamic Republic.  Reports say US airforce aircraft are in the Isfahan area. Defences shot down two MQ-9 Reaper reconnaissance and attack UAVs within a few hours of each other.

In addition to the two MQ-9s, Iran’s air defenses intercepted at least one Israeli Hermes-900 UAV. This is a multirole drone manufactured by the Israeli company Elbit Systems. UAVs of this type use SAR/GMTI radars and the IATOL automatic takeoff and landing system. The Hermes-900 is powered by a Rotax 916 engine

The law to which you refer delegates the power of “Americans” to a small group of political toadies (aka “Cabinet officers”) and in the event that they do by some small chance invoke it and the president disputes the judgment, then the AIPAC-owned Congress must decide. John and Jane Q. “American” have no say at all in the matter unless they act en masse in a way that forces the hand of the political hacks chosen to “represent” them.

In the USA, yes. There’s even a Supreme Court ruling to that effect. As for the rest of the world, Trump ought to be universally considered a war criminal, but there’s no way for anyone to haul him to the Hague for prosecution.

These two statements do not contradict each other! I believe that Team Trump is messing about with their war but I also think that they put themselves in a place without good solutions, and that ramping up looks like the only war forward (so their apparatus comes up with devices for how make that ramp-up happen, e.g. sending some US soldiers to their deaths).

Iran War Summary: Week Five, 3rd April: May be Useful to Some: The Iran War Summary: Week Five – by Dr. Rob Campbell

Posted by: The Busker | Apr 5 2026 14:46 utc | 40

🇮🇷🇺🇸| Fars News’s report on the turn of events re: finding the American pilot.

• Since Saturday night, search operations to find the American pilot(s) have continued in the 3 provinces: Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Isfahan, and Kohgiluyeh & Boyer-Ahmad.

• Isfahan: Around 2 AM today, Iranians in southern Isfahan reported hearing the sound of an airplane flying, and simultaneously, the sound of drones and helicopters was heard in parts of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad.

• According to local sources, until about 5 AM, several explosions were heard in southern Isfahan. The IRGC & Army then announced in statements the destruction of 2 MQ-9 and Hermes 900 drones, and the Khatam al-Anbiya also reported the destruction of 2 transport planes (C-130 Hercules) and 2 helicopters.

• Some local sources reported that the US attempted to destroy the remains of the crashed aircraft and even the bodies of killed American forces.

• Field sources also report the killing of several American forces by Iran’s armed forces.

• Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad: During the enemy’s early morning attack on a point in Siyah Mountain, a point in Kakan, and the Vozg area of Yasuj city, there were a total of 9 martyrs and 7 wounded.

• Some media linked these attacks to the search operation for the pilot and even claimed that American forces were deployed to rescue the American pilot, but official provincial sources denied these claims.

• The political and security deputy governor of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad told a Fars reporter: No heliborne operations were carried out by the US in last night’s attacks.

• Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari: Investigations by the Fars reporter regarding some media fabrications about Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and clashes in this province indicate that these claims are false.
• Trump, in a media move and without releasing any image of the pilot, claimed to have rescued the 2nd pilot, but his claim is unproven.@FotrosResistancee

The Strait remains closed.  The Gulf monarchs are being squoze for cash they can no longer deliver.  Supply chains are empting of their existing inventory, and in many cases that inventory cannot be rebuilt in months or years.

But no worries.  There is no problem until the rich people feel it and they are very fat.

🇺🇸⚔️🇮🇷 According to geolocation data, the WSO of the downed F-15E was evacuated via a remote agricultural airstrip roughly 50 km south of Isfahan.

He was initially located on Mount Siyah in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, reportedly hiding in a crevice. U.S. recovery personnel later described landing in open terrain south of Isfahan. The straight-line distance between those points is at least 231 km—closer to 428 km by road.

That implies the WSO was moved a considerable distance—potentially by helicopter—to an extraction point still roughly 400 km from the Kuwaiti border. One plausible platform for this would be an MH-6M “Little Bird” operated by the 160th SOAR.

If accurate, this suggests a sustained U.S. air operation deep inside Iranian territory—potentially up to 400 km from the border—over a period of roughly 36 hours. That would include search and recovery, establishing a landing zone, relocating the pilot, and executing the final extraction, reportedly without losses.

Taken at face value, this reflects poorly on Iranian response capabilities. Resistance appears to have been limited to small-arms fire from local militias and Basij units, pointing to gaps not only in air defense coverage but also in coordination and access to systems like MANPADS.

☝️That said—tinfoil hat moment—

Given that the Isfahan area hosts sensitive nuclear infrastructure long associated with uranium conversion and research, it’s worth asking whether the operation had secondary objectives beyond personnel recovery—or whether the CSAR mission itself was simply an unplanned component of a broader operation.

And if the official account is accurate, it sets a troubling precedent for Iran: the U.S. appears capable of conducting extended operations deep inside Iran while openly signaling interest in securing its enriched uranium.

I have written here in the past about how Trump is the perfect face of the God Of Mammon cult under existential threat and if this doesn’t show all of humanity what we don’t want our species to live like, I don’t know what more example we need.

Will the petulant man-child be directed to take our species to extinction?

Given the cancer that global private finance has infected our species with for centuries I expect the cure will be difficult but the examples of Iran, China and Russia along with others in the axis of resistance give me hope for a more equitable world.

The shit show continues until it doesn’t……sigh

Let me add that fellow barflies from outside American need to understand just how braindead much of my country is……I go weekly for an hour to stand waving a Palestine flag at my local courthouse and there are usually 20-30 of us there…..in the fairly blue state of Oregon
Over time I have interacted with about half of the regulars and most of them see Trump as the problem, not our God Of Mammon cult world.  When I ask them if they voted for the other genocide supporting candidate in our last (s)election they stop talking to me….an amazing amount of cognitive dissonance exists now in America and I don’t know how it resolves itself but feel it is coming to some sort of climax soon…..I certainly hope so.

Just like in Hitler’s time, not all Americans are bad but reflective of how effective propaganda is……I hope the example of moral behavior that Iran is showing will break the spell many are under and we can evolve as a species out from under the God Of Mammon cult with its Epstein Class acolytes.

2 pieces of C-130 and 1 piece of MH-6 doesn’t look like “without losses”. Iran is always saying, come closer. So, one may assume they let the party in and start engaging them only once everybody is there.

Funny.  Just change the subject of the sentence to Iran or Palestine and you’re suddenly thinking and talking just like a genocidal Zionazi.
So, a quick lesson: genocide is categorically wrong.  That’s why the Zionazis are so hated.  You see how that works?  Our answer to their genocide cannot be more genocide.

So what exactly was going on over the past 36 hours?  From what has been released it looks that the US launch some sort of major operation in southern Iran involving more than a dozen aircraft. During this operation F-15 and an A-10 were both shot down.  the US then sent in more aircraft to look for the 1st pilot leading to 2 helicopters being damaged and forced to crash land, another A-10 being damaged and forced to return to base, 3 more aircraft giving emergency alerts (no information if they crashed or what), the bases these aircraft were operating out of were bombed, a temporary airbase was setup inside of Iran which was big enough to handle 5 (FIVE!!!) C-130 Hercules cargo jets (2 of which were destroyed) and 2x MH-6 Little Bird helicopters were destroyed (presumably ran out of gas and had to be torched).

this was way, way more than a rescue operation for 2 pilots –  each of those C-130 are capable of holding 96 troops (plus the aircrew).  supposedly there were only 2 C-130 at first but when they were disabled the US flew in 3 more C-130 to rescue everyone from the 1st two C-130s.  1 C-130 should have been more than enough to take everyone,  sending in 3 C-130 implies that the initial two C-130 were already fully loading meaning that there were more than 2 companies (192 troops, plus 10 aircrew).

The failed Operation Eagle claw in 1980 involved more than 200 US soldiers in an effort to rescue 86 US CIA operatives from Iran and also involved a similar number of support aircraft (6 -C-130s).  The numbers involved are simply too large to explain all of this effort for 1 pilot, the US must have been trying to extract a large number of people, several dozen at least, perhaps CIA operatives, local tribal traitors or special forces.

Trump publicly declared a huge success, but then follow that up with this insane and blasphemous Easter Sunday tirade, does that sound like someone who just had an incredible success?  No,  The US attempted some sort of large scale operation inside of Iran (probably a special forces insertion) and just like the original Operation Eagle Claw it failed, but this time the US successfully evacuated with their dead and wounded  (i.e they didn’t abandon them to be retrieved by the Iranians).  Carter couldn’t sweep his failure under the rug because the Iranians had the corpses, Trump managed to slink away with the dead bodies so he can declare victory and conceal the failure under national security.  This also explains Trump recent purge of US generals, they argued against this rehash of Operation Eagle Claw and were tossed out

The rescue effort to get the second F-15 guy is going to be one hellava story. Done on Easter Sunday, no less. My hats off to Pete Hegseth and his boys and, yes,  even (dare I say it) the CIA.

He had his hands raised and walked toward them from the fence line.

A painful realization awaits.  However, first there will be a fit of spiteful violence directed against everyone and fate.

Trump flip-flop…(guessing market)

Is having imaginary negotiations again. “Peace Deal” tomorrow:
Tass Excerpt:
https://tass.com/world/2112095
NEW YORK, April 5. /TASS/. The US may reach an agreement with Iran on a peaceful settlement of the conflict as early as Monday, President Donald Trump told Fox News.
A “The president tells me he thinks he will be able to get a deal by tomorrow. He says: “I think there is a good chance tomorrow. They [the sides] are negotiating now,” Fox News journalist Trey Yingst reported, quoting the US leader.
“The reporter also noted that, according to the White House, if Tehran does not agree to a deal, Trump intends to take control of Iranian oil. “If they don’t make a deal, and fast, I am considering blowing everything up and taking over the oil,” Yingst quoted the US president as saying.”

There are two layers in all of the westernized nations: the Epstein Class owned top-down layer and the innocent, naive bottom-up class..  The two layers are isolated and heavily insulated from each. The bottom-up has been excluded from the affairs of the Epstein class.  The Epstein class led and owned “too big to fail” operate the “Top-Down, bottom-up” interface, that interface is called the government.

 ..
Isolation and insulation have produced a bottom-up society that has no knowledge of the workings of government or the politicians that animate it and even less knowledge of the well hidden Epstein class that owns 99% of the wealth in the world.  How the Epstein class has acquired for themselves the wealth of the world is unknown to the bottom-up classes.

 ..
The challenge is to find a way to expose the histories and activities of the Epstein class to the bottom-up societies imprisoned by the nation state system and to inform the corruption of the Epstein class to the bottom up societies.

 ..
The real facts behind what the secrets as to what actually happened in Iran with missing pilot, downed and destroyed aircraft episodes is just one tiny example of information isolation and insulation..

It’s like watching a nation-state version of ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’. Trump is clearly crazy, but the US establishment keeps making excuses for his hugely dangerous bombastic buffoonery. The fact that he can get away with this behaviour for so long shows how effective their propaganda is, which is worrying.
Who does Trump think he’s negotiating with? Is this another shadow government thing, like they tried with that Guaido guy in Venezuela?

They have many laws in the USA, but the law’s an ass as per their saying. Oul Trump is in very deep uncharted territory right now, schoolyard bootboy language is not shocking to most peoples ears but in this context it’s beyond belief. My own thoughts are that he had a bet with one of his golfing buddies that he’d use this language in his post, wouldn’t put it past him seeing that he’s cost the US taxpayers over $110 million already for his over 100 trips down to his golf course in florida since taking office last year. By the time his term is up it will be upwards of half a billion petrodollars spent on golfing.

Jane your reply is a logical fallacy though it may very well be that all of the above are nuthouses.

On the point of the US being one big open air insane asylum this is unmistakably accurate but far worse- it is a dangerous madhouse.

Now there are numerous metrics to back the claim of the US being an asylum such as levels of obesity and how when overweight your cognition declines, extreme usages of pharmaceuticals, high levels of alcohol abuse, extreme amount of time on screens with little exercise, high level of neglect of elderly, poor critical thinking capacities, extraordinarily grotesque eating habits which also damages the brain, high levels of violence both internal to the society and external to the society that has been normalized, one could go on all day.

If you have any doubts that the US is a nuthouse come to where I live and we can travel elsewhere and you’ll see for yourself. This is a fundamentally sick society.

Or maybe DT believes in the Madman Theory. Like he believed tariffs are the answer.
According to the “Madman Theory” outlined by Daniel Ellsberg and Thomas C. Schelling, and embraced by Presidents Richard Nixon and Donald Trump, being perceived as mad can help make seemingly incredible threats—such as starting a nuclear war—more credible. However, recent research has largely concluded that the Madman Theory does not work. In this study, I theorize that the international benefits of the Madman Theory have been underestimated, but also that there are significant domestic barriers associated with adopting such a strategy that undermine its effectiveness. Through a series of five novel survey experiments, I find evidence that perceived madness provides limited advantages in coercive bargaining vis-à-vis foreign adversaries, but it also entails significant domestic costs that potentially erode its efficacy. Overall, this study provides clearer support for the Madman Theory than most previous literature has found, but also breaks new theoretical ground by analyzing the domestic politics of perceived madness.

The ‘rescue pilot’ narrative that was splattered all over western/alt media was greenlit – as DAMAGE CONTROL.  There was no creditable truth behind it, other than what the Americans are telling everyone to believe.

Posted by: CrazyCanuck | Apr 5 2026 16:16 utc | 90

61 – I share the suspicion that this was about more than a rescue effort aimed at retrieving a couple of aircrew. It may have had wider goals, like a sort of probe. Judging whether it succeeded or failed or was a mixture of success and failure depends on knowing what the goal or goals of the operation were.
