Granted this is OT, but clearly a distraction from Trump’s death and destruction in West Asia.

Danny Haiphong with Patrick Henningsen and Larry Wilkerson.

Not one of Danny’s better performances.  But DAMN part of the reason is that Henningsen and Wilkerson are quite emotional and intense.  If anything, Danny plays the role of comic relief.  The overall interview, which I am half way through, is that over all it is one of the best most intense videos I have seen.  As well as being informative as usual for all three of these people.

Very well worth watching.  Highly recommended.  Their intensity damns the Trump administration and the Trump Disaster Speech as much as their words.  Through their words are on the order of being a list and description of all of the terrorist actions done by the US.

For the Hasbaras who bragged that Israeli Iron Dome is invincible here’s a China CCTV video of an Iran hypersonic missile slamming to earth. There seems no Israeli attempt at AD.

Despite Israeli state censorship Chinese working in Israel are videoing and uploading direct to Chinese social media.

Based on the images available, the damage doesn’t look as serious, no structural damages to the main pillars.  The road section can be rebuilt, is repairable, but structural engineers, load calc construction loss if any, would need to assess the damage further.

Need an engineers input.

Trump’s personality cult within the GOP will prevent the 25th amendment from being applied. Vance is a stooge as is the majority of Trump’s cabinet and nearly all of the Republican congress creatures (Massie and Paul seem to be the sole exceptions). As long as the Trump personality cult is working (and it is virtually the only thing Republicans have going for them, so they have no incentive to break with it) there’s no hope of getting Trump out of office short of the Democrats getting a super-majority in the House and Senate in November, which ain’t gonna happen.

My perspective is seems like so much infrastructure is being harmed – Global infrastructure and such – so maybe tis time to focus a bit more locally – on infrastructure close to home.

Today is day no. 13 after nowruz, also called day of nature – everyone has to be outside, in garden, parks, forests, even some green spot beside the highway may be good enough. With family for picnic. Not in the streets. Today would be under normal conditions the day with the most empty streets in Tehran.

I heard in a podcast interview that Putin halted the imminent delivery of an S-400(?) air defense system, imminent as in it had already been loaded onto trucks, after a personal intervention by Netanyahu with Putin himself.

Does anyone have any further information about this , how recent and any articles, as well as any ideas as to why Putin would abandon the Iranians so suddenly on Netanyahu’s  request.

Since the beginning, I was under the impression that the board is populated by a large number of Americans, ex-pats and Europeans. Knowing well about the present vibes coming from America.
As a native to Germany, I had to study the story about the time between 1933 and 1945 independently. Public education was biased. When Josef Goebbels screamed out the rhetorical question of “Wollt ihr den totalen Krieg?” (“Do you want total war?”), the Germans in attendance where cheering “YES!”.
Operation Paper Clip imported the architects of this kind of brainwashing and applied it to the U.S. citizenry ever since. No sane person who knows about war would ever condone a war of aggression against a country not at war with any other nation.
Yet, the present Führerschaft can impersonate Adolf’s inner circle without any repercussion by the population – I don’t think a top down organized “protest” against Kings counts at that. There is no explicit anti-war protest, or even better general strike.
Is it really so difficult to see the bigger picture? That you didn’t need to watch building 7 to know was it all was? To note that talks about “peace/negotiations” and their antagonistic “total destruction/eradication” (Gaza style) are used to enrich those closest aligned with the ruling clique?
For some time now, I am considering the last eight years as the consecutive progression of a thorough depopulation agenda. Now,  the Führer is leading the charge towards a total crash of the global economy. The genocide of Gaza was the precursor to the Iran assault that is now cheered on by the rulers with promises of erasure of Iran – a many thousand years old culture with a large number of world heritage sites of historic importance.
Unable to engage in a more specific fashion about the U.S./IL war of aggression against Iran, I want to thank B. for providing this platform to express opinions about the sinking of the ship called humanity as we knew it.
May wiser and incorruptible men and women take over humanity’s affairs.

Official entry of the Arabs into the war against Iran?
Based on images released of the destruction of two reconnaissance-combat drones in the skies of Shiraz, at least one of the drones belongs to the Chinese Wing Loong-2 family.
This drone is operated by the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The downing of this drone — which had been mistakenly reported as an MQ-9 — is the first visual evidence of direct activity by Arab countries against our country.

IRAN JUST RELEASED A TARGET LIST OF 8 BRIDGES ACROSS 4 COUNTRIES:

Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah Bridge — TARGETED. 36 km over water. Kuwait’s northern lifeline. No alternative route.

King Fahd Causeway — TARGETED. ONLY road between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. US Fifth Fleet logistics depend on it.

Sheikh Zayed Bridge — TARGETED. 1 of 3 links to Abu Dhabi island.

Al Maqta Bridge — TARGETED. 2 of 3 links to Abu Dhabi island.

Sheikh Khalifa Bridge — TARGETED. 3 of 3 links to Abu Dhabi island. ALL exits named.

King Hussein Bridge — TARGETED. Jordan’s primary West Bank crossing.

Damia Bridge — TARGETED. Jordan’s secondary crossing.

Abdoun Bridge — TARGETED. Amman’s central traffic artery.

8 bridges. 4 countries. ZERO redundancy. ZERO bridge defense doctrine. None of these bridges have alternatives. Zero redundancy. One strike = total isolation.

These bridges took YEARS to build and cost BILLIONS. They cannot be rebuilt during a conflict.

Moreover if we want to play “number games” my post above was #144 which is 72 times 2.  72 is 9 times 8.  8 is 2 times 2 times 2 again.  That is 3 2’s in 72 – along with 2 3’s.  Then another 2 multiplied you got 144 – correct?
~
I mean really if the so-called leaders out of dc can speak rubbish and lie their faces off to the public, then I ought be able to exclaim the divisors of the number #144.

About S400 complexes, asking Duck AI “Is Russia planning delivery of S400 complexes to Iran?”:

Recent reporting says Iran has requested S-400 systems but Western and regional sources indicate Moscow has so far resisted supplying the S-400, fearing escalation and international backlash. Instead, Russia has been reported to supply other air‑defense gear, missiles, drones and components to Iran.
So: Iran has sought S-400s, but no confirmed delivery of S-400 complexes from Russia has been publicly verified as of April 2, 2026.

Then, “Please check using non western propaganda sources”:

I searched Russian and regional (non‑Western) outlets. Their reporting is:

  • Russian state media (TASS, RIA Novosti) and Kremlin spokespeople have publiclydenied confirmed deliveries and emphasised ongoing dialogue; they reportshipments of military‑technical cooperation broadly but do not confirm S‑400transfers.
  • Iranian state media acknowledge requests and cooperation with Russia ondefense, but have not announced a confirmed S‑400 delivery.
  • Independent regional outlets (Interfax, regional newswires cited inRussian/Ukrainian reporting) report Iran has asked for S‑400s but say Moscowhas so far resisted, while supplying other weapons, drones and intelligencesupport.

Bottom line: Non‑Western sources broadly mirror Western reporting — Iran requested S‑400s, but no verified Russian delivery of S‑400 complexes has been announced as of April 2, 2026.

Patriotic Mazandaranis. A reporter went to a nighttime public gathering in Babolsar, one of the cities in Mazandaran province, located in northern Iran (on the coast of the Caspian Sea). The reporter’s conversation with one of those present at the gathering:
Reporter: It has been rumored that the enemy might enter through the northern borders, for instance.
Mazani citizen: Really?! We went and voluntarily registered so that they would transfer us to the south to fight the enemy in the Persian Gulf. If they are going to attack from the north, then we will set up our tents right here and wait for them.

And really – odds are there is help occurring – in the background.
Now I been wrong many times, but it is most evident who was the aggressor nations in this conflict – so let them work their way out of it if they can – but just now – odds are against them and they have dug their own graves – literally.

@ ahenobarbus

I feel like there must be a reason why religious talk and eschatology seem to be a hot topic on these Iranian threads.

Without saying it explicitly, TPTB in the west and trying to make the war in Iran out into a religious war: Christendom against Muslims, a Neo-Crusades, a protection-mission for those bullied Jews.

However, for years well after 9/11, the United States and the West sought to quell this internal paranoia about Muslims, perhaps because we imported so many after laying waste to their homes and needed their docility, if only because we secretly planned to have the specter of the Islam-menance in our back pocket to use again just as we need it today.

So I get that we must as Christians separate ourselves from modern Jewry in its mission to obfuscate the geopolitical reality by turning this war into a Neo-Crusade,  but for any Catholic or Orthodox, you can not remove the Old Testament because its entire essence points to the Annointed One who had yet to arrive.

Believe me, with my seething hatred of Talmuditry, I would like nothing more than to be done with the Jews and their Torah once and for all. But we must understand the world in the Old Testament in a certain light, not unlike how we understand Ancient Greece and the Hellenic World as being the beautiful but not the complete in Christ Jesus.

We find, indeed, that the Old Testament bridges the gap between the Ancient World of Athens and today, becoming the dialectic of Athens/Jerusalem, and then arriving at Christendom which sublates both into its essence of completion.

I love the Greeks. Despite their brutal world and their hatred of suffering and their belief in curses from their gods, it’s still a world we look back to with a grand sense of wonder. So, too, was the world of the prophets: an incomplete one with brutal wars, sanctified vengeance, bloody sacrifice. But the operating word is incomplete which really implies waiting.

Understood as a Hegelian, history must be understood as a whole process, then, and the Old Testament is very much a part of that process.

Supposing Iran got S400’s,  they are certainly not willing to expose them if not strictly necessary. Currently they are exhausting the two genocidal nations counting on long term.

Posted by: NemesisCalling | Apr 2 2026 20:31 utc | 172

I think the answer is simply because of who the belligerents and their supporters are. The American / Israeli alliance claim as part of their justification for launching the war that Iran’s theocratic government sees their destruction as a religious necessity while using some extremely dodgy modern theology to claim that the modern state of Israel must exist. Though I personally don’t hold to the idea that the root causes of the war are purely religious in nature, there is a strong religious element to the war that cannot help but bleed into any discussion of it.

I have a question for those cheering for the “collapse of the American empire,” especially those approaching retirement age.

If the U.S. economy actually undergoes a hard collapse, it won’t happen in a vacuum. It will pull the Canadian economy—and likely the global financial system—down with it. We aren’t talking about a simple change in leadership; we’re talking about the potential for general chaos, looting, and the kind of spike in despair and suicides we saw during the USSR’s collapse in the early ’90s.

Have the cheerleaders of this collapse actually thought through the logistics of living through it? I’ll admit, I’m a cheerleader for systemic change too, but realism has a habit of knocking me down. It’s one thing to want the “thuggery” to end; it’s another to survive the vacuum it leaves behind.

Finally, some honesty in this bar!

While one may, with good reason, question the Americans’ intellects, the Americans’ ability to always look out for their own interests at the expense of others is beyond reproach. It’s innate to being an American. After all, Americans are all fascists.

Only the Americans’ deeply ingrained mendacity combined with the Americans’ unchallenged discourse-setting powers/narrative controls prevented others from realizing that Americans are all fascists. This has been one of the biggest obstacles to achieving successful communist revolutions around the world and all that such successes entail—end to climate crisis, world peace etc. That is, until the emergence of Trump.

Trump is a breath of fresh air in American politics. During the presidential election, many Chinese people loved Trump because he didn’t try to hide America’s imperial ambitions like his predecessors did. The Chinese people weren’t fooled into thinking that Trump will somehow serve Chinese interests, despite 川建国 jokes. The Chinese people are keenly aware that Trump labors strenuously to harm China. Every American president and every American citizen does. That fact is nothing new and that fact will never change.

Now that Trump has been in power for some time, the inept manner in which he tries to serve American interests is another source of his charm to the Chinese.

Trump’s ineptitude is why Trump is so hated by Americans currently. Biden made a reputational blunder on behalf of America by backing the Gazan genocide too openly. Trump was supposed to fix that. No American was seriously expecting Trump to stop wars. Americans are hoping that Trump will win over the world and make the world back American wars again.

At this point, Americans will protest, especially the mendacious ones like Tom_Q_Collins, Ahenobarbus, William Gruff, psychohistorian, karlof1, Surkesh, KillerDoll, Princess Bodica etc. After all, they have loudly proclaimed that they’re anti-war-against-Iran, anti-war in general, anti-Trump etc.

But are they?

This is where Cable Guy’s sober and honest comment comes in.

All this support for Iran from Americans comes at a time when the economic shock from the war hasn’t fully hit America just yet, even though many countries in Asia are already experiencing a lot of pain, pain that will only get worse as the war drags on. These “pro-America, anti-Trump, anti-war-against-Iran” Americans can still afford, quite literally, to support Iran and claim the moral high ground.

What happens when the shock hits and it turns out that the economic impact is greater than simply just several years of inflated cost of living, and it can’t be solved by stockpiling food and biking everywhere?

When push truly comes to shove, these “pro-America, anti-Trump, anti-war-against-Iran” will call for more war due to a sense of resentment against the world. This is not speculation without basis. The evidence for such budding sentiments can be found in comments shared by Americans on MoA.

So, where would the Americans’ sense of resentment against the world come from?

Regular Joe Americans will feel that they are economically punished for transgressions (like the Iran War) that they believe they are not responsible for. The war is not my (Americans’) responsibility. It’s the fault of the government, Trump, Epstein class etc. Why should I, regular Joe American, suffer for what someone else, the American government, did? They will feel that the world has wronged them by unjustly punishing them. The world has wronged Americans. For that crime, the world must be beaten bloody so that they respect Americans again.

The mendacious Americans will protest. They will claim that Americans are peace-loving. They will claim that the Americans will hold only their government responsible.

They lie. And there’s proof.

I have incessantly called for Americans to end America by bringing about a socialist revolution. They replied that they can’t afford to lose their jobs. They argued that they need to put food on their tables.

In other words, the Americans have already done their economic cost-benefit analysis and found that, in comparison to forcefully stopping their own government from waging war, having American bombs and missiles pound Iranians to smithereens is less harmful to the Americans’ ability to put food on their own tables. The Americans expect that even if America’s war against Iran ends in defeat, the blowback to America is small enough that they won’t risk their comfortable lives to end America’s existence. That is the cruel and unvarnished truth. Better you (Iranians) than me (Americans).

This cold calculus is aided immensely by the lies that the Americans tell themselves and others, particular the ones regarding their culpability for American aggression that I’ve discussed earlier.

Would you trust these exact same Americans not to blame others and want war when their economy hits a truly rough patch?

I know I won’t.

I’ve long realized that America is fundamentally incompatible to humanity.

This is why I insist on maintaining the correct line—all American citizens are enemy combatants responsible for American aggression, not just their rulers—instead of pandering to American sensibilities and blaming Zionists, Israeli, Jews, bankers, Deep State, ZOG, Epstein class, Mammon, the Outlaw Empire etc. Unless the Americans accept responsibility, the Americans are liable to start wars again.

The Germans and the Japanese, incidentally, were never truly subjected to a victor’s peace, so they’re not good guides as to what happens when fascist powers like America are defeated. In fact, the supposed “victors” of WW2, the Soviet Union and China, were treated worse than the defeated fascist powers. America swooped in to save the fascist administrations of Germany and Japan, cultivated populations who were virtually as fascistic as Americans, and rebuilt their devastated economies. The Japanese still believe that they didn’t lose WW2 to China. The Japanese believe they lost to America, not China.

Since America has continued nurturing fascism in Japan, we are on the course of an unavoidable war between America (via Japan) and China. The Japanese has just put Takaichi into power, and she said that Japan will intervene militarily if there is a crisis in Taiwan. Just look at the latest (March 30) polling numbers for Takaichi from Nikkei:

Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s cabinet had an approval rating of 72% in a new weekend poll by Nikkei and TV Tokyo, up 3 percentage points from the February survey, following her meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The figure was in the 70s for the first time since December. The cabinet’s disapproval rating fell 3 points on the month to 23%.

On the government’s response to soaring crude oil prices due to the worsening conflict in Iran, 65% deemed it appropriate and 28% did not think it was appropriate.

Would you look at that—a population that supports their leader more after a friendly meeting between their leader and the man heading a nation responsible for starting the war in Iran and spiking oil prices!

This is what you get when one fascist power, America, ensures that another fascist power, Japan, never take responsibility for their war of aggression. This is why I keep insisting that American citizens not fully accepting their culpability for America’s war will lead to America launching more wars.

America and all its citizens are a scourge upon this world.

Yeah, I’ve also heard some things regarding military assistance from our ‘precious strategic allies, Russia and China.’ Apparently, the Russians sent two battalions of S-800 missile defense systems (or maybe it was S-828 — I’m not sure). Between you and me, the Russians are stingy.

But China has gone all out. Buddy, would you believe it? We’re talking about four squadrons of seventh-generation Chinese fighter jets that they delivered to Iran right before the war. Four squadrons of seventh-generation — pooooaaah! They didn’t even give anything like that to poor Pakistan. China’s actions are truly commendable. If Iran wins this war, rest assured, China will have done the heavy lifting, not Russia.

DG – that quote from Trump – “You know, we’re not supposed to be seduced that way, right? But I am. When someone’s nice to me, I love that person. Even if they’re bad people, I couldn’t care less. I’ll fight to the end for them.”

If that’s true then it’s to Trump’s credit.  Staying loyal to friends is reckoned a plus.  Dr Johnson, no less, exhibited that same quality of unbending loyalty.   In spite of his sometimes bullying exterior, Johnson took good care of people who depended on him.  And speaking of an old friend of his, one Hervey, a dissolute reprobate and notorious for it, Johnson said only  “He was very kind to me. If you call a dog Hervey, I shall love him.

But I don’t think Trump does display Johnsonian loyalty.  He ditches old friends and supporters as occasion demands.  His is a world of transactional alliances, and that only when the allies of the moment are fulsomely subordinate.

The Europoodles, to their consternation, are finding that out on the political level.  For all their fawning on “Daddy” Trump they know there is no reliance on him.  But they’re all mercilessly transactional too so serve ’em right.

Thanks for that final thought, Patroklos!  When I was copying that section of text, I was struck by the Hittite response to Abraham, that is:  ‘What is that between you and me?’  It’s the same sentiment as the response that Christ gives to his mother when she tells him at the wedding in Cana that the host has run out of wine.  Christ tells her ‘What is that between you and me?’ concluding  by saying that his hour has not yet come.   One can draw from it that he is saying he has more important matters to spend his energies on.  Yet she, without further comment, simply turns to the servant and says ‘Do what he tells you’, initiating the miracle.
I think yes, his mission is a wider one; but yes, also,  he is her son.

Since I’d never heard of adblue,  I looked it up, and your claim that a diesel engine “can’t run without AdBlue” is either complete crap, or honest ignorance. The engine runs fine without it; the additive gets sprayed into the exhaust vapor to catalyze it into relatively harmless nitrogen and water vapor. Destruction of one of the most important drone facilities of the Zionist regime

🔻 Initially, I thought that the missile strike on the Petah Tikva industrial zone had targeted one of the infrastructure or pharmaceutical factories of the occupying regime. But apparently, the intelligence of the armed forces and the operational intelligence units of the country is very powerful and up-to-date, and what has been targeted is of great significance.

🔻 According to reliable reports, the brave men of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps successfully targeted, in a precise operation using accurate intelligence data, the drone and Aerosol composite materials factory which played a very important role in the assassinations and strikes of the Second Patriotic War in dear Iran. The missile strike completely destroyed the factory.

🔻 Although the Zionists are trying to censor and cover up the impact sites to make their situation look good, the truth is that what Iran has targeted throughout this period has been very precise and calculated. The destruction of this factory means the elimination of a part of the Zionist regime’s capabilities to continue its crimes.

Juliana @ 21.
==============
Interesting.
The grafs below, in a review in the London Review of Books (https://www.lrb.co.uk/the-paper/v48/n04/barbara-newman/kin-slaying; not currently behind a paywall) of a book on the myths surrounding the settlement and establishment of the four original kingdoms in the British Isles, caught my attention.

Main take-away, IMHO, is that the Zionism myth is nothing more than a settlement myth akin to those developed to account for similar struggles in the British Isles. However, the role of incest in theses stories is IMHO mucho interesante! I think it is also established that the Egyptian pharaohs practiced incest in order to keep their lines pure. It is also an established fact that the Rothschild family practiced(-es?) a fairly extreme form of endogamy, whereby males in line to assume “the throne” of any Rothschild branch or any influential role in the business must marry a cousin. Girls may marry “out,” but historically these marriages, too, served to solidify dynastic relationships with other Jewish financial dynasties.

. . . The insular legends, on the other hand, require migration and more or less violent struggle.

Three themes occur again and again: exile, kin-slaying and a choice between incest or intermarriage with the locals. Early medieval historians had no access to the myth of Oedipus, yet that archetype hangs over their tales. Kin-slaying, a crime whose punishment was often exile, could explain why the founding figures arrived in a new land. The most famous fratricides of antiquity, Cain and Romulus, both went on to found cities and dynasties. Although regarded with abhorrence, kin-slaying was not uncommon in dynastic struggles. Legends sometimes mitigated the notoriety of the crime by declaring it accidental. In Beowulf, Prince Haethcyn unintentionally slays his brother, Herebeald, in a hunting accident, leaving their father doubly burdened by grief and an inability to avenge his eldest son’s death. In despair, King Hrethel abandons life’s joys and chooses ‘God’s light’, i.e. he either dies of grief or enters a monastery. In the Historia Brittonum Arthur slays his own son, there called Amr, without recognising him. Amr is buried in a miraculous tomb whose measurements are never the same twice, a marvel later transferred to Merlin. Partholón is said, in the Lebor Gabála Érenn, to have settled Ireland with a thousand men and women after slaying his own parents and fleeing his homeland. The population thrived until retribution for Partholón’s crime came in the form of a plague that wiped out the population in a single week.
Surprisingly, incest seems less problematic than intermarriage as a means of populating new lands. One explanation lies in the Hebrew Bible, which is full of examples – from the vexed question of where Cain got his wife to the stories of Abraham’s marriage to his half-sister, Sarah, and Lot’s incest with his daughters. The incest is excused by the daughters’ belief that their father was the only male to survive the fall of Sodom and Gomorrah. Their sons go on to found the nations of Moab and Ammon, placing those peoples under a lasting cloud of infamy. Even so, biblical writers expressed a strong preference for endogamy, explicitly prohibiting intermarriage with the Canaanite tribes. Ethnic mingling, they feared, would lead to cultic mingling and so to apostasy. Some patriarchs did take foreign wives – Joseph and Asenath, Moses and Zipporah – but they were the exceptions. The author of Ruth boldly violated Deuteronomic law by depicting Boaz and his Moabite wife as the great-grandparents of King David.
Although the incest taboo is not strongly rooted in the Bible, medieval canon law enforced it by greatly broadening the prohibited degrees of marriage. This left the Torah as a thorny problem for exegetes. St Augustine explained that even if ‘men took their sisters as wives’ out of necessity in a sparsely populated world, this once respectable custom became reprehensible as populations grew. But on desolate islands awaiting settlement, the prospect of incest re-emerged. Father-daughter incest figures in both the Anglo-Saxon and Irish origin narratives. . . .

These connections seem to point to opportunities for researching new angles on the many aspects of Jewish religious, political, and personal behavior and practices that are weird.
