Moon of Alabama Brecht quote
March 2, 2026
U.S.-China And The Four Week Time-frame For The War On Iran

The war on Iran is waging on – and will continue do to so for a while. Tehran gets bombed to smithereens, the hydrocarbon infrastructure in the Gulf is shutting down or gets damaged, the economic pressure on the global economy is starting to show.

Neither effect answers the question of why the U.S. did decide to attack Iran. U.S. President Trump has give about a dozen different reasons none of which holds up to scrutiny. Iran wasn’t making nukes, didn’t build intercontinental missiles and had no intend to attack anyone. Its internal situation was and is stable.

Since the mid 1980s the Zionists have tried to push the U.S. into war with Iran. All the time the U.S. did not submit to their pressure for good reasons. To suggest that this pressure is now at the root of the conflict is too perfunctory. As are suggestions that the current Russiagate scandal, aka the Epstein files, has anything to do with it.

The empire is not a joke. It acts for strategic reasons.

One has to zoom out from those narrow views to make sense. Andrew Korybko is onto something when he claims that this campaign is Part Of Trump’s Grand Strategy Against China:

The goal is to obtain proxy control over Iran’s enormous oil and gas reserves so that they can be weaponized as leverage against China for coercing it into a lopsided trade deal that would derail its superpower rise and therefore restore US-led unipolarity.

That’s the brainchild of Under Secretary of War for Policy Elbridge Colby, and it was expanded on in this analysis here from early January. As was written, “US influence over Venezuela’s and possibly soon Iran’s and Nigeria’s energy exports and trade ties with China could be weaponized via threats of curtailment or cut-offs in parallel with pressure upon its Gulf allies to do the same in pursuit of this goal”, which is to coerce China into indefinite junior partnership status vis-à-vis the US through a lopsided trade deal.

China is well aware of that the U.S. strategy is aimed against it. It is one reason why it is giving technical and military support to Iran, mostly in the form of intelligence, while avoiding to get directly involved in the conflict:

Intelligence reports on February 27, 2026, indicated that China sent “loitering munitions” (kamikaze drones) and air defense systems to Iran shortly before the attack began. Along with China supplying Iran with missile programs, negotiations continued between Beijing and Tehran to supply Iran with CM-302 supersonic anti-ship missiles, a technology that is difficult to intercept and is considered a game-changer in the region. Along with providing cybersecurity to Iran, China began in January 2026 a strategy to support Iranian digital sovereignty by replacing Western software with closed Chinese systems to protect against Israeli and American cyberattacks. With China rebuilding Iran’s missile capabilities, China contributed to compensating for Iran’s weapons losses following the 2025 attacks, including the provision of advanced ballistic missiles.

A loss of Iran would cause significant damage for China’s energy position as its dependence on Gulf sources for oil and gas is still significant. It has been hedging that position by making new energy deals with Russia:

On the one hand, China takes into account the increased regional risks in West Asia. According to some reports, the rise of Beijing’s interest in [the Power of Siberia Pipeline 2] was triggered by the Iran–Israel war in June. As concerns arose about the reliability of energy supplies from Gulf Arab states, Beijing decided to consider alternatives—a step that fits into its overall strategy of minimizing external risks to energy security.

On the other hand, as an economic confrontation with the US is unfolding, China seeks less dependence on hydrocarbon supplies from close partners of Washington while also actively reducing oil and gas imports from American suppliers. In this regard, expanded purchases of Russian energy is a useful hedging strategy.

In light of this it is interesting that Trump today set the length for his war on Iran to four weeks:

“We’re already substantially ahead out of our time projections,” Trump said. “But whatever the time is, it’s okay. Whatever it takes…Right from the beginning we projected four to five weeks, but we have the capability to go far longer than that.”

Trump will visit China four weeks from now – from March 31 to April 2. His position towards China was weakened when the Supreme Court recently buried his tariff edicts. Being bogged down in Iran would further weaken his position.

But coming to China while having won concessions from Iran would be bonus for Trump. He could claim that the U.S. is able to forcibly change governments, in Iran and Venezuela, who supply energy to Beijing. A victory in Iran would put Trump into a good negotiation positions.

China, on the other side, will want to avoid a loss of Iran. Its interest is to see the U.S. bogged down in the Middle East and with its arsenals empty. Everyone and everything that helps to that will be in Beijing’s favor.

The time horizon of four week thus matters. It is the time frame in which Trump has to win. It is the time frame which Iran needs to sustain to come out as a (nominal) winner.

The four weeks are to be kept in mind when and analyzing the procession of this uneven fight.

thanks b… and thanks for the various viewpoints expressed by the folks here at moa… it is all enlightening!! certain posters at moa have a good track record and i especially like hearing and learning from them…

my viewpoint… i think b’s post of the usa wanting to cut off access to oil for china very reasonable.. now, whether they have indeed been able to do this with venezuala – i am not so sure, but iran would be a bigger prize… i continue to see the epstein dynamic in the larger picture as representing the financial class that want to continue to rule the world.. it isn’t so much about keeping the files hidden or redacted as it is about shining a light on who wants to ”rule the world” and are willing to pull all sorts of dirty tricks including the covid phenom – to do it… so the term ‘epstein class” is very relevant here as i see it..

i am not sure how china or russia is gaming all this, but i hope they are thinking about it…

i too shared the helmer article earlier today on the moa thread… i think helmer is a good thinker, in spite of how he might present his ideas… to dismiss him is a mistake as i see it…

We can expect more of this level of hasbara trolling we see in the comments. The Empire is very scared and losing and activating all of their curated useful idiots.

We’ve seen this in the Ukraine discussion for years, but now that Iran has made America bleed publicly, with no promises to stop, it has become a crisis.

It will reach a fever pitch. This will grow sadder and more desperate before it ends with a general American withdrawal and global embarrassment.

An “own goal”.

They had to go into Iran to change the narrative away from Trump, and the entire Western political establishment molesting kids, and covering for Israelis facilitating it, as they probably have for decades.

Many new names, a few old ones who were lying in wait.

It’s good to see the masks drop.

1. Why does Trump obey Bibi’s commands? Just like Tony Blair, the British Closet Catholic, outing himself after leaving 10 Downing – Trump converted to Judaism during his last bankruptcies when $$$ from the Cursed Ones saved his pliable butt.
2. What other claimed-Christian Man would allow his Christian daughter to deny Christ to marry a Christ defiler?
3. Of the many interdependencies at play, the American nation and economy are well into the end game. Look at the UST 10 year. Up almost 100 basis points, when war push debt demand up. This leaves the nomadic peddlers the imperative of stealing as much wealth and power from a dying USA before/if the Americans waken to the fact they have been used and abused like a 2-bit hoar.
Israel’s nukes? Best to be saved to be used on themselves. Dimona is in the crosshairs of more than a few nations – not willing to go down with the radioactive Israeli murdering blowhards.

Yes and no.  The ultimate cause is that Trump was ordered to attack Iran by Netty and AIPAC.  And the Epstein Files are the most probable reason.  At the same time Trump has the evidence that mossad killed Kirk as a counter balance.  The China narrative does factor in.  It gave Trump an easy way to say yes, because he is well aware of the huge risk of destroying his legacy amongst his base.  Quick hit on Iran, Iran collapses and is replaced by a zio government.  Oil is cut off to China.

A couple of things here.  Had Zio influence/control over the US government grown since the 1980s?  The answer is self evident.
Yeah, Imperialism isn’t a joke, but it is qualitatively more desperate and delusional than at any point in its history.  Add to the tremendous growth of the wealth, power and influence of the Zio billionaires and you don’t need China to explain the current insanity of US foreign policy in the ME.
That said, sure, the US knows that hurting Iran hurts China/Russia to a certain extent.  But, of that weren’t the case, do you really think Israel and US Imperialism wouldn’t attack Iran like this?
I think you’re overcomplicating the situation.  Israel gets exactly what it wants from both Imperialist parties in the US.  And guess what?  It wants to destroy Iran now.

It will be fun to watch how quickly they launch the Mass Formation Psychosis to further Operation Epstein’s Fury.  There’s always a phrase with MFP: “15 days to flatten the Curve!”.  “Mask up”.
Israel attacked the girls school and killed the Shia’s religious leader to kick off a regional war, because their goal is to get the US to invade Iran and Iraq, and establish Greater Israel.  To do this they need US political support, and so they need their Mass Formation Psychosis.  I’m going with two possibilities, and probably both:
“Whatever it Takes!”
“Finish the Job!!”
Only cuckservatives and judeo-Christians will fall for this zio-slop.  Keep an eye out for it, because Israel is losing, and they need to act quickly to get American “boots on the ground”.

Right. I think what’s going on is the Western Empire (EU, CANUKAU, US) are attempting what they could not attempt because of the existence of the Soviet Union following WWII, namely natiocide on all the major states of MENA. I.e. virtually, if not literally, taking them over under the paper-thin pretext that this about defending Israel and preventing Jews from experiencing another Holocaust (absurd on the face of it). With the unprecedented growth of China and “uselessness” of the “stone age” masses of the Middle East there’s no time to waste in having the Western Empire obtain an unbreakable anchor vis the vis the still very much world strategic resources of MENA. The mid to long term plan is Greater Israel, a mythomaniac entity about the size of Iraq, built up on the remains of the most of the recognizable states of the present Middle East and then when that’s achieved declare it no longer Greater Israel, but effectively Casablancastan 2.0 and/or make it a Ukraine-sized extension of the EU, where Euros of all faiths can work and live. In other words, welcome back to the good old days!

The “grand strategy against China” and the 4-week time horizon only matter if everything stays the same politically, which it won’t. Public opinion will matter, and it is entirely governed by accidental events like another Israeli massacre or a sunk aircraft carrier. The China visit will either be seen as a humiliating defeat or be called off as fraternising with the enemy, depending on the price of gas or the nervousness of Kuwaiti air defence crews.
This war can’t stop, ever, until one side surrenders, and neither side is anywhere near defeat. Even if all Iranian cities were reduced to the state of Gaza, the fact that somewhere in that vast country someone could launch a single drone towards Israel would mean the war was still continuing.
Atomic weapons, or something similar, like a plague to wipe out the population, would seem to be a logical conclusion.

China is currently facing a high unemployment after Evergrande real estate bubble crash. The economic miracle that fed China was based on Real Estate sale as Chinese Provinces Local Government using Land Sale to Developers to fund more than 50% of their operations and treasuries.

Ever since this Chinese version of 2009 Financial Crisis. They have been facing uncertainty due to USA unpredictability Tariffs and EU economy in a slow down due to their war on Ukraine. The world industries trades are frozen to the bare essentials similar to 2020 Pandemic economy.

China needs all of its it can get regardless of whom it can get it from. USA had been in talks to China countless times to ween China off Iranian oil. Each time China be like We need this cheap oil to fuel our 8% growth. This is happening at the same time China economy slows down and need less energy temporarily.

China is dependent on the world and its rules based order to fuel its machinery. Trump on the other hand is tearing everything apart to rebuild the world in its American image.

What about the, hope I am saying this correctly, the NSTEC? The NS economic transport corridor is IMO the reason for the attacks on Iran. That is an economic, amazing endeavor for future generations. This administration’s own Director of Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard proclaimed a year ago that Iran was in compliance and was NOT developing nukes.
Then there is the fatwa, and even their ballistic missiles are programmed at max 2000 miles. Iran was never a threat to US, except economically.  At least the mask is off, but wouldn’t President Trump make history as a hero, if he said the quiet part out loud? “All wars are bankers wars, let us stop this madness.”
Is he, as some say, the designated fall guy for the collapsing Empire? Because everything seems to happen rather rushed, as if they no longer keep up appearances or maintain a mask. Does the US know how hated they are?
Millions of citizens celebrated Iran’s anniversary, in between the “protests” and the attacks if I recall correctly. Will we be celebrating America’s 250th? In my heart, I pray for the GAE to go down. Because for all its bravery, ingenuity and creativity, it has never learned humility.

The claim that Trump has some kind of ‘grand strategy against China’ gives the orange julius way too much credit.  His strategies are always the brainchild of some underling, in this case Elbridge Colby, and they are always these convoluted schemes that depend on the success of every piece of the puzzle to work, which they rarely do.  And they are always too clever by half.  Possibly Trump has enough vision to see that the US empire is on the downslope, but his belief in American exceptionalism, which to him is an extension of his belief in his own glorious exceptionalism, won’t let him accept a strategy that works from a realistic assessment of where the USA is at. I think he really believes that the power of his personality will sway things his way.  Not too much different than many other mad dictators.
The chances of Trump going to China having won concessions from Iran regarding its hydrocarbons are slim to none.  When the price of a gallon of gasoline goes above $5 gallon, the missile defenses are exhausted and Iran starts causing some real damage to bases, ships and Israel, the US will be the first to cry uncle.  Right now the US/Israel are hitting police stations in Iran, still hoping that they can engineer an overthrow of their government.  That’s about the only straw they can grasp at.

James #107

Clearly in the West the top 1% or probably the top tenth of 1% control policy, and they are only ones who benefit from all the wars.  They own most of the stock in the defense corporations and the banks, as well as in the corporations that suck the profits from the countries we colonize.  As to who they are, we can all name a few prominent billionaires but ultimately the problem is institutional.  Corporations probably have more aggregate wealth than individual billionaires, as well as an easier time banding together to form think tanks that develop policies and fund lobbies.

I think it’s an obvious but often overlooked fact that plutocracy is a built-in feature of capitalism.  Over time, as I think Marx may have suggested, wealth tends to accumulate and businesses tend to consolidate.  Then as wealth becomes concentrated, those who have it bribe government officials to enact policies that enable them to get even more wealth, which they then use to fund even more bribes, and so on.

I know many here fixate on the prominence of Jews in certain business sectors like entertainment and banking, but a big part of the reason for that is their exclusion from Wall Street for much of the late 19th and early 20th century.  In that period, WASPs from the northeast tended to dominate Wall Street.  And Jews have been largely absent from important sectors like oil and gas and defense.  In general, I don’t think it’s helpful to focus on ethnic groups.  The focus should be on class.

The important long-term question for me is whether if China survives American attempts to turn it into a colony, it will succeed in containing the seemingly innate capitalist tendency to turn the government into a tool of the superrich.  Yes it’s a hybrid model but the private sector is producing a lot of billionaires.  So far the government’s means of controlling them is to periodically take a few of them to the woodshed and leash them in.  I think they have to find a more systematic way to limit their power.

NYT:: How Trump Decided to go to War

https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/02/us/politics/trump-war-iran-israel.html

President Trump’s embrace of military action in Iran was spurred by an Israeli leader determined to end diplomatic negotiations.

Few of the president’s advisers voiced opposition.
March 2, 2026Updated 2:52 p.m. ET

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel walked into the Oval Office on the morning of Feb. 11, determined to keep the American president on the path to war.

For weeks, the United States and Israel had been secretly discussing a military offensive against Iran.

But Trump administration officials had recently begun negotiating with the Iranians over the future of their nuclear program, and the Israeli leader wanted to make sure that the new diplomatic effort did not undermine the plans.

Over nearly three hours, the two leaders discussed the prospects of war and even possible dates for an attack, as well as the possibility — however unlikely — that Mr. Trump might be able to reach a deal with Iran.

Days later, the U.S. president made clear publicly that he was skeptical of the diplomats route, dismissing the history of negotiating with Iran as merely years of “talking and talking and talking.”

Asked by reporters if he wanted regime change in Iran, Mr. Trump said it “seems like that would be the best thing that could happen.”
Two weeks later, the president took the United States to war.

He authorized a vast military bombardment  in conjunction with Israel that swiftly killed  the country’s supreme leader, pummeled   Iranian civilian buiLdings and military nuclear sites, thrust the country into chaos and triggered violence across the region, leading to the deaths so far of four U.S. troops and scores of Iranian civilians.

Mr Trump has said more American casualties are likely as the United States digs in for an assault that could last weeks.

Posted by: Fernando | Mar 2 2026 21:01 utc | 154

Kroybko analysis seems a bit convoluted.  Breaking Iran and taking over their oil supply will take more then 4 weeks.  It’s not like all of sudden everyone in Iran will bow down and pledge allegiance to Trump because the Ayatollah was killed.  And the Chinese aren’t going to be cowered into making some lopsided deal on their own soil.
As for the Iran China relationship, it is a lot more complicated then it seems.  Iran for whatever reason has been at times a fickle partner according to Chinese sources.  Sparsing through Chinese blogs they mention examples of Iranian double dealing.  For example in 2015 with the US Iran nuclear deal, Iran unilaterally cancelled 14 infrastructure contracts signed with Chinese companies, totaling over $12 billion, leaving the projects unfinished.  And then again after the signing of the 25-year comprehensive cooperation agreement between China and Iran in 2021, Iran unilaterally leaked a copy of the agreement to the US, attempting to use it as leverage in negotiations with the United States.  They are also hold suspicions that Iran leaked transaction data of Chinese companies at the request of the United States, directly leading to the Meng Wanzhou incident.
This seems to match a pattern of Iranian behavior of undermining allies.  Russia has also mentioned Iran dragging out military agreements and integration, sidelining Russian advisors and companies in Syria during the Assad era in favor of Iranians.  Iran also kinda left Hamas and Hezbollah high and dry and security lapses led to the deaths of many of their leaders who were living on Iranian soil.
Russia and China will continue to help them, but they aren’t going to war for them.

Sure, why not? All wars are bankers wars. As Michael Hudson has pointed out many times banks long ago discovered the most profitable client, the client who could always pay, was a national government. And the most lucrative government business always war. The bankers always want war. They make them happen.

Epstein says repeatedly in the emails “I represent the Rothschilds”. Not work for or work with, he represented them. And since he exchanges many thousands of emails with many Rothschilds and they were regulars on the plane and at the island, will guess he was not talking trash.

Rothschilds were first Bauers, bankers to the Duke of Hesse. Hesse being in the business of providing mercenaries wherever needed. And who else was banker to Hesse? Oh, that would be the Epsteins. See Palais Epstein, Ringstrasse in Vienna. They had some reversals for best part of a century, did not go away. And of course if you read who was riding on the Lolita Express, the current Duke of Hesse is right there. Who? Does he play basketball? Does he have a hit record? What does NYT say? Never mind.

Please bear in mind House of Rothschild created Israel. Duh.

My worry is I see no way we won’t get to that exact same point again, and this time what, this time both Israel and USA will want to use a nuke?

Yeah, when the Secretary of More War says they have to take out Iran’s conventional arsenal because it’s just a front to hide their development of a nuclear arsenal, and the Commander in Chief says he hasn’t pulled out the big stuff yet, but that it’s imminent, and that what’s also imminent is the news that far more than 5 servicemen have been killed so far, and that they’re searching high and low for usable bases, and that their navy keeps retreating further and further from missile range…

well, I’m expecting a nuke to be dropped any day now.

So you are China and you need Iranian oil, and the US aims to strangle your supply. Your options are:
* Let the US deplete their ammo, remembering that resupply requires Chinese rare earths…so fire away, disarm the US.
* Blockade Taiwan whose silicon chips are a major component of the AI bubble, thereby crashing the US stock market. Remember if the US fleet turns up they have no ammo.
Game set match to China.

Iranian Attacks Target Gulf Energy Infrastructure, Upping the Ante
Strikes on sites in Qatar and Saudi Arabia forced the closure of key production facilities and added to growing worries about global oil and gas supplies.

….The scenes that have unfolded across the Gulf countries — including luxury hotels set ablaze in the Middle East’s business capital of Dubai — are their worst nightmare. Penned in between the United States, their primary security guarantor, and Iran, their decapitated and desperate neighbor, Gulf governments are facing a war that they had openly lobbied against.…..

…..On Monday, Iranian drones targeted a power plant and an energy facility in Qatar, the Qatari defense ministry said. Soon after, QatarEnergy, one of the world’s largest exporters of liquefied natural gas, said that it would halt production, a major shock that sent the price of natural gas soaring.
Earlier on Monday, Saudi Arabia’s energy ministry said that a fire had broken out at the Ras Tanura oil refinery in the kingdom’s eastern province after two Iranian drones were intercepted, causing fragments to fall.….

Hi b.,
TACO in TACO out.
“The empire is not a joke. It acts for strategic reasons.”
I don’t buy this shit!
Was müßte derIran tun?

People ask about the 4-weeks.  It’s a deadline and it is based on the Repub primaries and the 2026 election.  End of March, this has to be over.  Trump is a narcissist and thinks he’s still popular.  The America First/anti-war contingent of MAGA is already disgusted with him, especially for covering up the mossad pedo blackmail ring.
However AIPAC is going to order “boots on the ground”.  Looking at it from a strategic perspective, I don’t see how they pull it off.  They can land in Israel, and get across Jordan, but Iraq is a big problem.  They’ll run right into the Shia militia.  Maybe Iraqi opposition to this plan is why Trump is going hard after the Iraqi PM.  Another possibility is to come in via Saudi Arabia, go across Southern Iraq and Kuwait, and invade that way.  It’s a tough goal when you consider avenues of attack and logistics.  Just watch for announcements of foreign deployments of US troops and maybe even an activation of the NG and reserves.

Dear bar flies…
Please never again suggest anyone ever sinking a US aircraft carrier, or a box of bubble-wrap, as both have to many individual watertight compartments to actually be made to sink. Even a nuclear bomb detonated directly above (at optimal height) a modern aircraft carrier is unlikely to puncture enough compartments to cause the carrier to sink. In tests some ships were launched a half mile into the sky, and when they fell back to the water they were highly radioactive but still floating like a cork.
However, a single 50 Cal bullet properly applied to the catapult launch mechanism and the whole ship gets a “mission-kill” and can no longer launch strikes against the capital of Iran

Remember, “sinking” a warship is so last century!
These days, you mission kill it, ransom the crew for a million $’s a pop, and then sell the hardware (ship) to the highest bidder.

Other part of your question. Yes there are silent players. I do not know or believe the Rothschilds are final determiners or Ultimate Authority. OTOH just seeing to it we all look at the squirrel allows very public players to do things right out in open and it is almost the same as a wholly hidden hand.

How bad are they? I read, am in touch with the survivor community. Evelyn de Rothschild(deceased), head of the American branch by all accounts had no sexual interest in children. He did monitor and supervise the network. Important lever of control. Children held no interest but the doings of rich freaks did have interest. Jacob Rothschild (deceased) was head of the entire family and quite open about being a Satanist. With all that entails. Right out in the open and did you see that squirrel? Over there, look!!

Welcome to the bar. You wrote, “In general, I don’t think it’s helpful to focus on ethnic groups.  The focus should be on class.” I agree 100%. As for trying to make China a colony, the USA tried that at the beginning of the 20th Century by piggybacking onto European Imperialism there via its Open Door Policy for which it enrolled the Japanese as its proxy enforcers, going so far as to tell the Japanese to formulate their own Monroe Doctrine.

Neoliberalism has effectively killed the core of what made the Outlaw US Empire possible. Its decline is trying to be managed by Russia, China and BRICS so it doesn’t create a black hole situation for Humanity. As more astute analysts have said, what Trump has done was out of and a sign of desperation. There’s far more to be said about that, but the Dr. Hudson essay I linked to on page one of this thread provides the gist.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Russia and China have both been very cautious in their dealings with Iran because of the security leaks etc.  Look we KNOW that in 2025, Iran was heavily infiltrated by Mossad spies and I can assure you (due to info from an Iranian) that there is a very strong pro US/UK sentiment amongst some educated Iranians. Some are indeed pro Sha and some have intermarried with Jewish people.

Now I have not found any confirming reports, bu it seems that the HEAD of Iranian security has been arrested as a possible Mossad spy. He was the guy that REPLACED Soleimani.  I suspect that these recent attacks will have reduced the number of such traitors and recruitment will be harder.  However if i were Russia or China I would not be giving anything to secret to iran, because of the high risk of leaking.

Of course the same is also true to an extent between Russia and China and Russia has had its problems with traitors and recently so too China.

Before China can be subdued by war its oil sources have to be constrained. This strategy dates back to the middle of the 20th century. That is why Venezuela was made a vassal state and its oil commandeered before an attempt to do the same to Iran. Even if the Persian Gulf is closed, oil flows in the West. Successfully waging a war with Iran to make it an oil colony satisfies the geostrategic neutering of a belligerent to US hegemony in the Middle East and restricting China’s access to fewer sources of the fossil fuel energy its economy requires. The national security experts of the Democratic Party and its leaders fully support the plans and goals to subdue all threats to the supremacy of Western transnational capital. A significant proportion of Democrats, if not a majority, in Congress would vote to authorize the use of US military force against the governments of Venezuela, Iran, and China. Doing so removes the opportunity for initiating a Pearl Harbor-like sneak attack that the US has adopted.

While listening to Shostakovich Symphony No. 7 it occurred to me Cuba is the new Leningrad. The annexation of the Sudetenland by Germany in 1938 resembles Trump’s resuming doctrinal control of Venezuela’s oil. That leaves the latest assault on Iran as analogous to the invasion of Poland in 1939. That could mean China will be the goal of the next fateful Operation Barbarossa.

Very very intense post.  Thank you for that.  My only comment one way or another would be this:  I do not care whether “Israel owns the US” or “the US owns Israel”.  I think of the top decision makers as “The Epstein Class”,  with raping and killing teenagers being one of their tools to exert power and influence over each other, and to keep anyone from breaking free.

Consequences of your narrative:  Russia and China are working very hard behind the scenes to make sure Iran survives, with as much world stability as they can preserve.

The following link is to a Scott Ritter video.  Like his appearance with Danny Haiphong yesterday, Scott is intense and very focused.  His ideas mesh nicely with the ideas you present.  https://youtu.be/JOjz-R3twTc

You talk about the overall conflict being US vs China, with Iran being the ‘sideshow’.  Except it’s a really HUGE HUGE HUGE sideshow.  Scott talks about the strengths and weaknesses of Iran and the US (and oh yeah a bit of the Israeli contribution).  His bet is that Iran defeats the US.  It does not seem so crazy when combined with your narrative that China and Russia are heavily involved behind the scenes.  Iran is existential to Russia and China almost as much as it is for Iran.  Israel ends up being a nothing burger.  They either do or do not survive, but in the grand scheme of things what happens to them is meaningless.  Well defeating them is kind of important for the existence of Israel’s neighbors.

Great post 🙂  Thank you!

“I must thank Pepe Escobar for bringing up the big dilemma Russia faces with having 1,5-2 million dual passport holders”

What a propagandist hiding the truth:

Vladimir Putin comes from the Polish-Ukrainian Yiddish people on his mother’s side and would pass any rabbi’s examination; even Wikipedia doesn’t hide that he’s the son of shalom-ova. But this is the least of it; the most important thing is that Vladimir Putin is a Zionist and preferred to sacrifice thousands of young Russians rather than upset the masters of the West.

A Russian patriot would have played the Ukrainian Gambit (2008-, 2014-) very very different: – if you mess with me here; I mess with you there !

Thanks b.

Your 4 week timeline is probably on the money and has hit a few nerves.

I reckon you’ve kiled the hornets nest and upset all these “new” posters.

The Narcoführer told Bloomberg he is ready to help Middle Eastern countries counter Iranian Geran drones, but only after a ceasefire in Ukraine.

He said regional leaders have “excellent relations” with Russia and could ask Moscow for a one-month ceasefire. Once a ceasefire is in place, Kiev would send its “best interceptor drone operators” to assist Middle Eastern states.

He added that the ceasefire could last one month, two months, or even two weeks, so Ukraine could help “protect civilians.”

Of course, some of those watertight compartments hold aircraft munitions and jet kerosene. Not sure on the idea of an extremely hot hypersonic arriving into those compartments.

Still, no doubt the extremely advanced and highly educated US Navy has already modelled such a scenario…

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I linked to it on page one but here it is again. As I wrote over the last two days, the financial fallout from this folly will last much longer than the war itself, along with the jihad.

Apparently, these attacks on Iran are missiles fired at range, outside of Iranian AD range, perhaps from over Syria.

Maybe a few naval-fired Tomahawks.

The Americans have debts estimated at trillions of dollars and are hungry for oil in the region. Therefore, not a single drop of oil will be poured into your country. Know this.

Incrementally, they are announcing more and more deaths of American adventurers. CENTCOM has a lot of missing personnel that it cannot account for.

Apparently, the bodies are being shipped back to the States, and they are being carried in maritime transport containers to hide them from public eyes.

After the war on Iran, there will not be any living human who would claim to be a “jew” in polite company.

Simple to call oneself “jew” is to announce they are a racist bigot who thinks they are better than everyone else and they want you to both know it and agree they are indeed better than you and all non-jews
Ask your favorite artificial intelligence if a non-jew worships God exactly the same as a jew might would that make the non-jew a jew. (It will say no, only if you pay the right gang member like Whoopy Goldberg did would the world be allowed to call that person a jew, regardless of how they worshiped God)

@ oldhippie | Mar 2 2026 21:05 utc | 163 who writes about real reasons for the world we are living in instead of the BS noise in this and other threads recently…Thanks

I want to add to what you wrote that it was the Rothschilds that set up the BIS back about the time that zionism was invented.

I want to say again that humanity is in a civilization war about public/private finance.
The God Of Mammon cult enemies are China who treats finance as a public utility and is sharing that concept/structure with other nations and Iran, who in 1979 when they booted out the West dictator, went on to nationalize all of finance in Iran and establish finance in conflict with the private finance world

The conflict with Iran is a penultimate proxy war for the God Of Mammon cult with the final battle being with China/Russia.
I respect Iran for agreeing to play its role in our civilization war and expect it to succeed in driving the God Of Mammon cult, including Occupied Palestine from the ME.

I agree with folks that think the Iran conflict will be mostly over in way more than 4 weeks because the West really is running out of ammunition.
That said the reverberations of the conflict will go on for much longer than 4 weeks as all the ME nations with dictators maintained by the West are “reborn”…..go long popcorn.

maybe the Cuban mafia runs US Cuba policy?

Kosher mafia.  Castro was supported by Laskey and Jacob Rubenstein ran the guns.  Castro double crossed them, and kicked their heroin money laundering operation out of Cuba.  They have never forgotten this, just as the Trotskyite families of Nuland, Kagan, and Blinken never forgot about 1905.  What is ironic about Ukraine is that Lazaar Kagan ran the Holodomore that slaughtered 8 million orthodox Christians.  And the Ukrainians are cheering on Robert Kagan, even as another million goy have been slaughtered as cannon fodder for the looting operation.

They could go in via Pakistan or Afghanistan, Azerbaijan or Turkey, as well as Iraq.  Why do you think the USA is so active in controlling Pakistan. However there are complications ie with India and with Afghanistan

*** What Israelis think is basically irrelevant because they have to do and say what the US tells them to.***
Which in turn is what the Zionist purchasers and brainwashers of the US political establishment, big-business/finance and mass-media order the USA to do. So, when not commanding directly,  an essentially Israeli overclass based in the USA passes its orders to the Israeli population via its US servants. Who nowadays tend to be Zionists or  Zionist Jews and dual passport holders anyway.

I finished the Scott Ritter video that I discussed earlier.    https://youtu.be/JOjz-R3twTc

He had a surprise ending.  Here is the transcript.

(Scott:) But I do want to remind everybody that uh

the opening salvo that was sent against Iran hit a girl school that killed over 100 young girls.

So um if there ever is going to be revenge, just remember which side has the greatest justification for inflicting revenge on the other.

(Moderator:)  Indeed. Indeed. And this has come after a um after the genocide in um

in Palestine that we have seen.

(Scott:)  Yep. Well, we know what we know one side is fully capable of committing genocide.

US aircraft leave Spain after government says bases cannot be used for Iran attacks

Fifteen U.S. aircraft have left the Rota and Moron military bases in southern Spain since the U.S. and Israel launched weekend attacks on Iran, maps by flight tracking website FlightRadar24 showed on Monday.

Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said Spain would not allow its military bases, which are jointly operated by the U.S. and Spain but under Spanish sovereignty, to be used for attacks on Iran, which Spain has condemned…..

🇮🇷 Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:

The claim that the crash of fighter jets was due to a “defensive error” is an admission of the weakness of the US military.
3 US fighter jets crashed today. Regardless of the main cause, their claim is interesting; they say it happened “due to an error in the defense system.” Even if their claim is true, they are calling into question the capabilities of their own military.
The Kuwaitis stated that their base would not be used against Iran, so what were these 3 fighter jets that were targeted today on Kuwaiti territory doing?
