Does Iran war count as Palestine thread?

Hundreds of ships drop anchor in Gulf water as Iran war escalates “Well I’m not advocating for ecological devastation, oil spills piss me off to no end. But still, isn’t that a lot of fat targets totally undefended that could be sunk by any cheap missile Iran has around, with close to 0 risk of failure? And the Gulf isn’t that deep. Wouldn’t that be, in a worst case scenario, a way of punishing the West big time and of closing not only Hormuz Straits but basically most of the Gulf?Of course, ideally, I’d rather like a carrier going down. That’s long overdue, technically, tactically and strategically speaking.

I do want to note that Trump is succeeding in crashing the world economies as I believe he was directed to do ASAP by the global financial elite.
I believe this is because they want to lock in global private finance being part of the world rebuild from the crash foisted upon us by the God Of Mammon cult…….I hope they do not succeed.

The fact that some incredible stories about Epstein and Trump are false does not mean in the slightest that the whole story is false too. It is a well known propaganda tactics to disseminate outlandish stories about some controversial issue to cast doubts on the whole issue, without having to counter the grounded and plausible stories about that same issue.
There are some core facts of the Epstein’s story which are not discussed, nor scrutinized, because all the attention is caught by the more excessive and implausible stories. It is bad journalism to focus on the propaganda smoke and mirrors, while leaving out the (admittingly few, but not so few) hard facts.

Israel, being the paramount exemplar of depravity, decided yesterday to make Gaza pay.  For what?  Dunno.  Maybe for simply still existing.  They have closed all the crossings into Gaza and claim that the last food aid trucks that went in were enough to feed the population for ‘some time’.  Note that the last foodstuffs allowed in consisted of 5 trucks for the entire Strip, and that was a couple of days ago.

Israel Closes Gaza Crossings, Including Humanitarian Aid, Tightening Already Severe Restrictions

Gaza (QNN)- Israel closed the crossings into the war-torn Gaza Strip on Saturday, vital for delivering humanitarian aid and allowing patients in need of medical evacuation to travel, despite already severe restrictions on assistance entering the enclave after two years of genocide and amid a fragile ceasefire, as Israeli and US forces launched attacks on Iran.

The closures included the Rafah crossing, between Gaza and Egypt, which was only reopened at the beginning of February to allow a trickle of Palestinians to cross for the first time in months, including patients in need of urgent medical care.

Human Rights Watch stated in a February report that Israeli restrictions on aid had continued to cause shortages of medicines, reconstruction equipment, food, and water inside the strip.

Israel’s COGAT claimed in its statement on the closures of the Gaza crossings that enough food had been delivered to Gaza since the beginning of the ceasefire to provide four times the need of the population, without providing evidence. It said “the existing stock is expected to suffice for an extended period”.

It also announced that rotations of humanitarian staff into Gaza would be postponed, raising concerns among aid groups already struggling to maintain operations.

Last week, Ismail Ibrahim al-Thawabta, director general of the Gaza Government Media Office, said the Gaza Strip “faces indicators of a worsening humanitarian crisis if restrictions on aid continue. Responsibility for preventing this crisis lies with the occupying power, which is limiting humanitarian supplies in clear violation of international humanitarian law and its obligations towards the civilian population.”

Despite the ceasefire which took effect in October, Israel has continued to severely restrict the access of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The ceasefire stipulated that “full aid will be immediately sent into the Gaza Strip”. However, the reality on the ground remains very different.

According to the Gaza Government Media Office, from October 10, 2025 to February 10, 2026 only 31,178 trucks entered Gaza out of 72,000, averaging 260 trucks per day. That is only 43 percent of the trucks allocated.

According to truck drivers, aid deliveries are facing significant delays, with Israeli inspections taking much longer than expected.

In addition, Israel has blocked essential and nutritious food items, including meat, dairy, and vegetables, crucial for a balanced diet. Instead, non-nutritious foodstuffs are being allowed, such as snacks, chocolate, crisps, and soft drinks.

Also, the Israeli occupation government said it will ban 37 aid groups from war-torn Gaza, the occupied West Bank and occupied East Jerusalem on March 1, a move described as having potentially devastating consequences for Palestinians.

The vast majority of Gaza’s more than 2 million residents rely on aid groups for food, water, healthcare, shelter and other essentials after Israel’s more than two-year war destroyed much of the territory.

An extract, which echoed my thoughts when the news of the death of the Ayatollah was confirmed:

Khamenei’s death has done something the bombs couldn’t: it has handed every Iranian — religious or secular, reformist or hardliner, pro-government or not — a martyr. Not a politician. Not a general. The Supreme Leader himself. The emotional unifying power of that fact inside Iran tonight cannot be overstated and should not be underestimated. The demonstrations that have run through Tehran and Isfahan and Mashhad today were already pro-government. After last night’s confirmation they will be something else entirely. Something older. Something that doesn’t negotiate.

Something a conventional Western outlook simply does not comprehend.

Klan Epstein is starving Gaza and bombing Iran. enough poking around the filthy underwear of the ruling class when their bombs are exploding in your face.

you know Klan Epstein, bringing you the war in Ukraine, VZ, Cuba, etc.,? Why don’t you update everyone on how many times the US has bombed Somalia since Feb 1 since anyone can get the “All Epstein All the Time” show whenever they want?

Michael Tracy is wrong, but he’s bringing a very legalistic mind to a bunch of bullshit based on hysteria manufactured by the same people that bro’t us all Russiagate, NS2, etc., etc. And yes, it’s bullshit cuz the way the Epstein files are being revealed is to ensure, as much as possible, no one faces *criminal liability*. Civil, yes. No biggie, such shit is the cost of doing business as anyone knows. Retirement or temporary retreat from public life is more painful to a Lord Mount Youngbottom than paying fines, but yes, there will be that too. and, if necessary, a Maxwell can go to jail and hope not to be “suicided”.

but keep heaping up the phony outrage over Epstein. the Zionazis just killed 150 girls. the starvation of Gaza continues uninterrupted. the program of turning the world’s food into a disease vector continues uninterrupted, i.e., turning food into poison. that won’t stop anyone from going to work tomorrow. how can you pay for your insulin if you aren’t working? there’s always blood “donations”.

Apparently, Trump is in the Epstein files for being investigated for raping a 13 year old girl back in the day.

The Dems want him to testify, but like Bibi, he has created a military situation which precludes him from questioning.

The next year will be very entertaining. The action in Iran doesn’t have the staying power to help Trump hide for a month, and everyday that it continues, America is demilitarizing.

Oh, and then the bizarre defending of nazis with cobbled together AI puke, which has factual errors regarding lebensraum and north carolina eugenics, that soneone like me would know is wrong, but an AI puker like you wouldn’t.
Posted by: UWDude | Mar 1 2026 11:21 utc | 1147

You get awfully defensive when America is brought up, don’t you, UWDude?

No one is defending Nazis. I am merely clarifying that America is the first and most successful fascist state, that America being the progenitor of Nazi Germany is a historical fact, and that Nazis finding America’s race laws to be too harsh is also a historical fact.

Both of the sources I posted (African American Intellectual History Society and Dissent Magazine) are quoting from a book called Hitler’s American Model: The United States and the Making of Nazi Race Law written by James Q. Whitman, an American lawyer and Ford Foundation Professor of Comparative and Foreign Law at Yale University.

The book was written in 2017, and the articles were written in 2017 and 2019, all well before the widespread availability of AI.

You claim that there are “factual errors regarding lebensraum and north carolina eugenics”, yet you provide no proof.

Regarding Lebensraum being inspired by American Manifest Destiny, you can refer to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum:

In the Nazi state, Lebensraum became not just a romantic yearning for a return to the East but a vital strategic component of its imperial and racist visions. For the Germans, eastern Europe represented their “Manifest Destiny.” Hitler and other Nazi thinkers drew direct comparisons to American expansion in the West. During one of his famous “table talks,” Hitler decreed that “there’s only one duty: to Germanize this country [Russia] by the immigration of Germans and to look upon the natives as Redskins.”

Regarding North Carolina having a sterilization policy for the mentally ill until 1977, which you yourself chose to call as a form of eugenics, you can refer to this New York Times article from 2011:

Although North Carolina officially apologized in 2002 and legislators have pressed to compensate victims before, a task force appointed by Gov. Bev Perdue is again wrestling with the state’s obligation to the estimated 7,600 victims of its eugenics program.
The board operated from 1933 to 1977 as an experiment in genetic engineering once considered a legitimate way to keep welfare rolls small, stop poverty and improve the gene pool.
Thirty-one other states had eugenics programs. Virginia and California each sterilized more people than North Carolina. But no program was more aggressive.

America is a fascist state. People who defend America are fascists. It’s just that simple.

Thank you, UWDude, for validating that I’m correct in categorizing you as MAGA.

The cheap American energy on the US East Coast can be transported to western Europe and sold for a far higher price. This is going to cause cheap American energy to double in price in some eastern US markets

If Iran intentionally targeted infrastructure that made israel livable, such as cutting all electricity, all water though plumbing supply and crator runways to preclude fixed wing aviation… If Iran did those things, the Europeans now occupying Palestine would leave that then unlivable place and go elsewhere. Problem solved! However, you can be sure the Iranians are not smart enough to understand that concept and they will refuse to adopt any discernable strategy to reach the desired outcome of ending the European occupation of Palestine, or anything else.

I’m cynically expecting, not for the US to be particularly good at fighting on the other side of the planet, just the Iranians to be hopelessly poor at intellectual comprehension of any steps to take to get from the bad place they are now to a better place and eventually the winners of the contest. The Iranian simply can not understand the concept that if a jew was living in israel, and Iran turned off his electricity and water and announced the jew in israel will never get electricity or water again, that the jew would simply go home to Europe where they came from and the problem in occupied Palestine would be solved.

Expect the smart European Ashkenazi Kazarian Khaganate empire to destroy the neanderthal Persian and eventually the Ashkenazi will take the surface of the planet where Persians had been in the past. I guess that is human evolution on display.

Happy first Sunday of Lent for the Orthodox —  it is the Sunday commemorating the return of icons after eight or nine years of serious persecution of iconography back in the eighth or ninth century.  (Interestingly, the painters found haven in the western church during that period.)  Very fortunate that got resolved before Andrei Rublev came along.

1. **Centralized Location**: To provide an equitable and neutral site for UN operations, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.2. **Fuel Efficiency**: To significantly reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions associated with international travel to and from the headquarters.3. **Economic Development**: To promote economic growth and tourism in the Azores region, enhancing local infrastructure and job creation.
### Key Parameters
#### 1. **Geographic Advantage**- The proposed location is roughly equidistant from major airports in:- **North America** (e.g., New York City)- **Asia** (e.g., Tokyo, Beijing)- **Europe** (e.g., Lisbon, London)- **Africa** (e.g., Casablanca)This central positioning minimizes flight distances and thereby promotes fuel efficiency.
#### 2. **Potential Fuel Savings**- **Reduction in Flight Miles**: Airlines operating flights to the new headquarters would see an estimated reduction in flight mileage, leading to lower fuel consumption.- **Environmental Benefits**: The move promotes sustainability by potentially reducing the carbon footprint associated with air travel for international UN meetings.
#### 3. **Infrastructure Development**- The airport should have the capacity to handle **20-30 million passengers** annually, similar to **Abu Dhabi International Airport**, with:- Multiple runways- Comprehensive terminal facilities for efficient passenger processing- Sustainable design practices
#### 4. **Economic Impact**- Job creation in the construction and operational phases.- Increased tourism to the Azores, benefiting local businesses and enhancing community development.
### Implementation Plan
– **Phase 1**: Conduct detailed feasibility studies and environmental assessments.- **Phase 2**: Secure funding and partnerships with member states and private entities.- **Phase 3**: Begin construction of the airport and headquarters.- **Phase 4**: Develop promotional campaigns aimed at attracting member states to participate in and support the new headquarters.
### Proposed Timeline- **Preparation Phase**: [Year 1]- **Construction Phase**: [Years 2-4]- **Operational Phase**: [Year 5 onwards]
### Conclusion
The establishment of a new **United Nations Headquarters** near **Pico Island** offers a unique opportunity to enhance global diplomacy, promote sustainability, and achieve significant fuel savings in international travel. We urge all member states to support this proposal, recognizing the potential benefits for both the UN and the global community.

**Signatures of Supporting Member States:** [Space for signatures]

### Call to ActionWe request the General Assembly to review this proposal and include it in the agenda for discussion in the upcoming session, facilitating a dialogue that could redefine international cooperation and sustainability.

Posted by: All Under Heaven | Mar 1 2026 18:50 utc | 25 Nazis also drew inspiration from the long preceding native precedent of the Drang nach Osten. And from anti-Communism. Fascism most certainly had roots in America and France and Italy (google a dude named Mussolini.) Roots are not the tree. The tree of fascism mostly grew from defeat in WWI. An essential component of fascism is the repudiation of bourgeois democracy by the bourgeoisie in the interests of empire. WWI was also a class war, and the Bolshevik revolution was a class defeat.  That’s why practically a sensible understanding of fascism must include the vicious fight against Communism that also inspired Hitler and his gang. This is a matter of indifference to All Under Heaven who isn’t much interested in Communism, despite the enraging habit of treating quotations from real Marxists and Communists as scripture.

U$ officials now sceptical regime change will occur in Iran – Reuters

March 2
>Reuters reported earlier that Central Intelligence Agency assessments presented to the White House in the weeks before the Iran attack concluded that if Khamenei was killed, he could be replaced by hard-line figures from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps or equally hard-line clerics, two sources said.

>One U.S. official with knowledge of internal White House deliberations said IRGC officials are unlikely to voluntarily capitulate in part because they have benefited from a vast patronage network designed to maintain internal loyalty.

>The CIA assessments followed at least one report from a separate U.S. intelligence agency which noted that there had been no IRGC defections during a massive round of anti-government protests in January that was met with brutal force by Iranian security forces.

>U.S. officials have also debated the extent to which Khamenei’s death or ouster would deter the country from rebuilding its missile or nuclear facilities and capacities, said those officials, who requested anonymity to discuss sensitive internal conversations.

>Following the January protests, Steve Witkoff, Trump’s special envoy and a key ally, spoke several times with Iranian opposition figure Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of Iran’s last shah, raising questions about the extent to which the administration would support his installment should Iran’s government fall, two officials said.

>But in recent weeks, senior U.S. officials have become increasingly pessimistic that any opposition figure backed by Washington would realistically be able to control the country, those officials added.

You are a fascist who denies that European settler-colonialists were responsible for the genocide of Native Americans, and your attempts to redefine communism to fit fascism is reminiscent to how the Nazis tried to muddy the waters by including the words “Socialist” and “Workers” in the party name, a case of the teacher (Americana) learning from the student (Germans).

Unfortunately for you, there’s ample evidence of America being the progenitor of fascism.

From Losurdo’s Liberalism: A Counter-History:

First in the North and then, after the Civil War, in the South, notionally ‘free’ blacks suffered humiliation and persecution of every kind. In fact, stresses a historian in language that once again demands our attention, they became the target of veritable ‘pogroms’. 75 Carrying them out were gangs already active in the North in the 1820s and 1830s and which later, in the South, achieved consummate form in the Ku Klux Klan, an organization that seems to anticipate the ‘Blackshirts’ of Italian fascism and the ‘Brownshirts’ of German Nazism. 76 No less brutal than extra legal violence was official justice: in the South blacks continued to be subject to a prison system so sadistic that it calls to mind ‘the prison camps of Nazi Germany’. 77

In any event, the two situations were united by the violence of racist ideology. Theodore Roosevelt can calmly be approximated to Hitler. 78 Over and above individual figures, we must not lose sight of the general picture: ‘The effort to guarantee “race purity” in the American South anticipated aspects of the official Nazi persecution of the Jews in the 1930s.’ If we bear in mind the rule whereby a single drop of impure blood was enough for someone to be excluded from the white community in the South of the United States, a conclusion dictates itself: ‘the Nazi definition of a Jew was never as stringent as “the one drop rule” that prevailed in the categorization of Negroes in the race purity laws of the American South.’79

Again, two US scholars have recently referred to the ‘Nazi Connection’, or the ‘American legacy’ present in Nazism, to explain the parabola of eugenics the ‘science’ born in liberal England and massively diffused in the other classic country of that intellectual tradition, which experienced its greatest triumphs in the Third Reich! 80 In this connection we in fact encounter a paradox. Having disappeared together with Hitler’s Germany, eugenic measures continued to survive for some time in the United States. Let us observe the situation in 1952: ‘At the present time some thirty states in the Union legally forbid “interracial marriage.” In almost all these states miscegenation is a felony; in many a crime.’ Regarded as elements of contamination were not only ‘Negroes’ but also, in this or that state, ‘Mulattoes’, ‘Indians’, ‘Mongolians’, Koreans, ‘members of the Malay race’, Chinese, or ‘[any] person of negro or Indian descent to the third generation inclusive’, or even anyone ‘having one eighth or more negro, Japanese or Chinese blood’, or even someone with ‘one fourth or more’ ‘Kanak [Hawaiian] blood’.81 Reporting these facts is a US scholar who feels obliged to draw a bitter conclusion in respect of ‘racism’ (and Nazism):

‘The monster that has been let loose upon the world is to a large extent of our own making, and whether we are willing to face the fact or not we are, all of us, individually and collectively, responsible for the ghastly form which he has assumed.’ 82

Finally, genocide. An eminent scholar, Tzvetan Todorov, has defined the destruction of the redskins, whose final chapter was written in the English colonies in America and then in the United States, as ‘the greatest genocide in human history’.83 As for the tragedy of the natives in America, Australia or the British colonies in general, other authors have referred, respectively, to the ‘American holocaust’ (or the ‘final solution’ of the Amerindian question), the ‘Australian holocaust’ and ‘late Victorian holocausts’. 84 Not to mention the ‘black holocaust’ the deportation and enslavement of the survivors, who numbered one in three or four that Afro Americans seek to draw attention to, and whose main protagonist was the liberal world. Finally, branded as the author of a tragedy to be regarded as the prototype of twentieth century genocides, the principal official (Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan) of the British policy that led to the death from starvation of hundreds of thousands of Irish in the mid nineteenth century has sometimes been defined as the ‘proto Eichmann’.85

Note that Losurdo isn’t making baseless assertions. He’s quoting a wide range of scholars and the preponderance of evidence points to America being the source of fascism.

The British Empire is comically inhumane and so are the many European settler-colonial states. So, it takes real dedicated effort from Americans to make America reach levels of cruelty so absurd that it stands out among them.

Truly, America is exceptional.

I’m starting to suspect that this is all about boosting the oil price, long term. Or maybe that is just one layer of the logic behind what, at face value, seems to be an insane action by Israel, and the USA for that matter. Winning against Iran may not be important, or even the desired outcome. Fight to lose, then profit from the chaos induced price rises, deny China its energy, rebuild at home while the world burns a long way away. Seems unbelievably unlikely to work, but even if it doesn’t, someone will make some billions this week on insider trading knowledge.

Iran raises the stakes: US energy giants in the region declared legitimate military targets.

By journalist Yury Podolyaka:

Tehran has issued an unprecedentedly tough statement that could blow up the situation across the entire Middle East. Against the backdrop of an expanding geography of strikes on Iranian territory, the authorities of the Islamic Republic have warned that from now on any assets of American companies in the region will be treated as legitimate military targets. This is no longer just a threat, but a direct ultimatum to Washington.

Now “in the red zone” are the key players of the American energy sector. The potential target map that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps could put into play looks like a genuine economic time bomb.

The first and most obvious candidate is Chevron, which in recent months has been actively expanding its footprint in Iraq. Also in the crosshairs is oil giant ExxonMobil, with its stakes in projects in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Vulnerable targets also include contractors KBR and SLB, whose infrastructure in Kuwait is the backbone of several of the emirate’s major projects. A strike on them could knock them out for months.

But the real show of force would be an attack on Saudi Arabia’s Jafurah field. This is the kingdom’s most ambitious project, and a hit on it would be a slap in the face not only to Riyadh, but also to Washington, demonstrating that Iran can reach the very “holy of holies” of the economy of America’s main ally in the region.

The fallout from such a move could be catastrophic. For American companies, it would mean inevitable multibillion-dollar losses. But the main blow would land on the reputation of the United States as a security guarantor and technological leader unable to protect its own assets.

On top of that, the damage to local economies would push Washington’s Arab partners to call more loudly for de-escalation, in effect putting them at odds with US and Israeli policy. Analysts rate the likelihood of such a strike as high. For Tehran, this is becoming a key element of deterrence in a big and dangerous game.

I have been wondering why did Iran not attack first? The two targets they could have chosen: US naval base at Bahrain and Abraham Lincoln. My guess is that they were not able to locate the Abraham Lincoln because it was far away. And they overestimated the air defense capability at Bahrain because a lot of simple one way drones appear to be getting through right now. If Iranian leadership didn’t think they could effectively attack the two top targets within their reach then did they deliberately decide to receive the first blow?
