Ukraine – Zelenski Friend Accused In Energy Sector Corruption Case

There has been a severe power struggle going on in Ukraine which the circle around acting president Vladimir Zelenski fighting against the former president Petro Poroshenko and his clique.

Today the power struggle went into a new round with fresh corruption accusation raise against intimate allies of Zelenski.

Zelenski has control over the ruthless Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The group around Poroshenko is allied with ‘grant structures’ previously close to the US Democratic Party.

‘Grant structures’ are the ‘civil society’ and the ‘anti-corruption’ parallel government organizations in Ukraine which were, until recently, financed by U.S. funds and controlled by Democrats. After Trump had blocked the funding for those groups Poroshenko jumped in with financing and the European Union took over.

The fight has been ongoing since 2022 when the war in Ukraine started for real. During the mid of this year the fight went public:

An intense information operation has been launched to remove Ukraine’s (former) President Vladimir Zelenski from office. Behind it are a cabal of Ukrainian opposition figures in coordination which western media and parts of the Trump administration.

The current campaign follows a earlier one which was directed against Zelenski’s main advisor and head of the office of the president Andrei Yermak.

Several pieces in major western outlets were launched against Zelenski and his clan. They were the preparatory fire for a wider attack which would accuse people around Zelenski, and finally himself, of large scale corruption schemes.

Zelenski tried to preempt the attack. On July 22 he put the whole anti-corruption vertical, including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, under his control. That move caused open protest in Kiev by various non-government organization. The EU pushed back and Zelenski had to concede defeat. The Anti-Corruption vertical was released from supervision:

On Monday the 21st of July the Ukrainian Secret Service (SBU) searched offices of the independent anti-corruption police (NABU) and anti-corruption prosecutor office (SAPO) and detained several of its investigators. A day later the Zelenski regime pushed a law through parliament which ended the independence of both entities by putting them under control of the prosecutor general.

The move had been planned for months (in Russian) but was executed in haste after NABU and SAPO had served a notices-of-investigation to people near to the president.

But Zelenski had miscalculated the step. There were highly visible local protests and the EU stepped in by threatening to withhold subsidies on which the Ukrainian state depends.

Two days after his strike against the independent anti-corruption entities Zelenski had to pull back. Today the parliament reestablished the independence of NABU and SAPO.

For a while the war continued at a lower level. The SBU tried to catch NABU detectives in various schemes while NABU continued to leak rumors about corruption in Zelenski’s circles. Today the clash became loud again.

This morning Ukrainska Pravda (who’s owner is currently allied with Poroshenko) reported of a large search operation by the anti-corruption office:

Detectives from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) have conducted searches at the home of Tymur Mindich, a businessman and co-owner of Kvartal 95, the Ukrainian production company Volodymyr Zelenskyy founded before he became president, on the morning of 10 November.

Hours before the search the colorful Tymor Mindich and other suspects in the case, the Zuckerman brothers, had fled the country. (The FBI is investigating Mindich and the Zuckermans for money laundering.)

Around noon NABU released details, including wiretapped conversations, of its investigation:

NABU said it had documented the activities of a “high-level criminal organization” allegedly led by a “businessman well-known to the media.”

“Its members built a large-scale corruption network influencing strategic state enterprises, including Energoatom,” NABU said in a statement. The bureau alleged that participants received illicit kickbacks worth 10% to 15% of contract values from Energoatom’s contractors.

This is a very serious strike landing close to Zelenski (machine translation):

Today ‘s NABU searches of a close associate of Volodymyr Zelensky, Timur Mindich , in the case of large-scale corruption in the energy sphere are an extremely alarming call for the president himself, showing that the shells are getting closer and closer.

And although Mindich managed to leave the country, other defendants in the case remained in Ukraine: the leaders of Energoatom, former Energy Minister and now Justice Minister Herman Galushchenko, as well as various viewers whose voices can be heard on recordings from listening devices already published by NABU . In a certain development of events, they can begin to give confessions.

In addition, the NABU announced that it had collected 1,000 hours of audio recordings in this case, which again intensified the discussion of information about the “Mindich tapes”, one of the defendants in which, according to the widespread version, is Zelensky himself (we have already analyzed the Mindich case and its significance in more detail).

The current events show that the internal political confrontation in Ukraine is escalating and moving to a fundamentally new level.

The case will have domestic consequences in Ukraine. A large part of the corruption case is about contracts which were issued to build protection for Ukrainian energy facilities. The accused are alleged to have received serious bribes for all of these contracts and the result were shoddy protection buildings which could not withstand attacks by Russian missiles. With blackouts becoming the norm in Ukraine the population will take aim at the culprits.

The attack also comes at a moment where Zelenski has lost public credibility as he, as well as Commander in Chief General Syrsky, insist that everything is fine in Pokrovsk and Mirnograd while more neutral sources say (vid) that the former city has come under full Russian control while the later is completely encircled.

everyone knows ukraine is very corrupt.. but until now, there seems to have been no way to connect the money being siphoned off directly back to zelensky.. this is in the zone though.. apparently corruption detection systems haven’t been developed as well as some of the missile systems! maybe that was intentional..

i sure hope this war ends and people see if for the shakedown it has been… i don’t know if it matters if zelensky is replaced.. the bigger question is when will the west cease and desist in it’s never ending attack on russia??  thanks b..

Sounds so much like our rulers here in the United States. Birds of a feather. Like the shenanigans conducted by Tammany Hall and Boss Tweed. So corrupt that they were legal. In Ukraine, looks like they are trying to out-corrupt each other. And we can thank Congress and both political parties for this fine mess we are seeing unfold before our eyes.

Where did Mindich and Zuckermans flee to? Not many countries will be safe for them. I guess Israel is the most likely place, as neither US nor Europe will dare put pressure on the zionist entity.

Yeah read something about it today.

Interesting stuff.

“Ukrainian anti-graft investigators have conducted multiple raids connected to Timur Mindich, a long-time associate of Vladimir Zelensky, according to opposition lawmaker Yaroslav Zhelezhnyak and local news outlets.

The searches, carried out by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) on Monday, reportedly targeted properties owned by Mindich, as well as Justice Minister German Galushchenko – a former energy minister described by Ukrainian media as Mindich’s insider in the government – and also state-run nuclear operator Energoatom, Zhelezhnyak said on Monday.NABU confirmed taking action against Energoatom, stating that it was investigating a “high-level criminal organization” operating within Ukraine’s energy sector.

The agency said the case stems from over 1,000 hours of surveillance and 15 months of investigative work but declined to name any suspects. The agency also released several images showing large quantities of cash, including a stack of 100-dollar bills packaged in plastic wrap, some of which had serial numbers and were marked “ATLANTA” and “KAN CITY.” Mindich, a businessman and former entertainment industry figure, is known for his close personal and professional ties to Zelensky. The latter reportedly celebrated his birthday at Mindich’s apartment in 2021. Mindich’s address was reportedly under NABU surveillance for several months this year, with the Ukrainian leader allegedly having been recorded. The existence of the recordings dubbed the “Mindich tapes” was made public shortly before Zelensky attempted to curtail NABU’s independence, triggering a pushback from Western governments.

Last week, Ukrainskaya Pravda published a detailed report on Mindich’s alleged growing influence during Zelensky’s tenure. The outlet described him as a de facto oligarch whose business empire now spans both the defense and energy sectors. The report also claimed that Mindich is under investigation for money-laundering by the US FBI, reportedly in cooperation with NABU. Mindich’s alleged corporate interests include Fire Point, a company that transitioned from a film location scouting agency into one of Ukraine’s largest drone manufacturers, as well as the energy industry, including nuclear power generation.Fire Point has previously been accused of securing inflated, no-bid government contracts, though it denies wrongdoing or having ties with Mindich.”

  • Lots of chatter about Zelenski getting the axe.

Col. Lawrence Wilkerson: “Zelensky is unlikely to last much longer”According to retired Colonel Wilkerson, Zelensky is rapidly losing the protection of nationalists and his entourage. He may “disappear from Ukrainian life before Christmas”.Former Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell believes Zelensky will be eliminated before Christmas if he fails to flee Ukraine. Wilkerson believes the signs are that the narkoman in chief will simply be removed, and through his own people’s fault, given that he has already begun to lose support among both Ukrainian oligarchs and the nationalists he had banked on.”I’m just waiting for Zelensky to lose the protection of the Nazis and oligarchs surrounding him, and either escape in his Bugatti to one of his safehouses—one of his dachas around the world—or be assassinated. I predict one of these events will happen before Christmas.”

If I understand correctly, carefully packaged and sealed bundles of cash are sent to Ukraine – and then “recycled” back to the US or other tax havens without being even unpacked?.

Can this be considered as an ecological move to eliminate unnecessary waste?

Not really surprising, at all. I suspect there is so much corruption in “ukraine”, including kickbacks to US, UK, and EU politicians and corporate types, that you could literally just pick a program and find something.

Yes.  One sees predictions, from the Russian side as well, that this war could last a few years yet.  That, however, assumes no political or social collapse in Ukraine.

Only the Russians can evaluate the likelihood of that.  Their Intel permeates Ukraine.  There are plenty of Ukrainians in remnant Ukraine on their side.  Ukrainian officials will be hedging their bets as the likelihood of Russian military victory becomes certainty.  Even in the far West there is increasing resentment of forced recruitment.  And  the war’s different now for very many.

War or no war, you could have a good time in remnant Ukraine until recently.  I saw plenty of videos of parties and the night clubs always did a good trade.   A whole tranche of officials and military personnel did well out of the aid.   Many Ukrainians didn’t of course and life was quite miserable for some but for those running the local administrations and the Kiev administration, for an important sector of society that is and for those connected with that circle, life was good.

Now they’re getting numerous indications that the war’s not going well.  Bezuglaya, Klitschko, Arestovych over in the States but on the Ukrainian internet,  others, are openly stating it’s a disaster.  The Russian attacks on military and military/industrial facilities and on the transport system – what Helmer calls the Electric War  – plus drones and missiles all over the place are taking this war from something happening well away from normal life to something seriously impacting normal life.

When it got that heavy for the English and the Germans in WWII, early for us and later for the Germans,  you saw the “Spirit of the Blitz” come into play.  The more those away from the Front got hammered the more most of them buckled down to keeping things going.   Anyone’s guess whether that’ll be so in remnant Ukraine but given that most of them voted against this war in the first place,  maybe not.

Add to that the fact that most of them now know, at least since Vilnius, that they’ve been taken for a ride by the West.  Also by their own rulers.   Zelensky’s openly stated objective in hanging on to lost positions, no matter how hopeless the military situation in this or that operation,  was to ensure that Western aid kept flowing.   Sleboda touches on that in the interview.    Zelensky and his Western managers need to stay with the happy talk to keep the Europeans in particular sending the aid over.   That’s why there were usually these damn silly “offensives” and “counter-attacks” before key meetings in Wiesbaden or Ramstein or key decisions in the States.

So yes, by the logic of the Russian strategic approach from ’22 on this war could plod on for years.  But the fact that collapse isn’t predictable, even the fact that it does still seem unlikely, doesn’t mean it’s impossible.  The Russians aren’t like us.  They don’t just have “The Plan” and no alternative.  They plan for a variety of possible contingencies and will have collapse, however improbable, as a contingency to be dealt with if it occurs.

Apparently NABU is US controlled. If they are targeting Zelensky it means US wants to replace him with someone else.
Meanwhile Zelensky is a British puppet.
Either way, the rumors are there will be a military dictatorship with some known military/nazi figure in charge next, the apparent intention is to ensure that Ukraine won’t go down till the last brick in Kiev (or Lvov) is on the ground.

It is exactly the sector that, as Zelensky shouts, was destroyed by the Russians. They are marauders. Everyone who is sending money to the marauders is an accomplice to their crimes.”

🔘More information about the MindichgateThe one responsible for leisure🔘Timur Mindich is Kolomoisky’s youngest partner, owner of media assets, and a close friend of Zelensky. In 2019, during the election campaign, he provided an armored vehicle for the future president. In 2021, Zelensky celebrated his birthday at Mindich’s apartment on Grushevsky, where “Kvartal 95” organized a surprise. His circle calls Mindich a favorite because he arranged hotels, restaurants, and weekend barbecues for close associates from the Presidential Office. The gang is eager for power🔘By 2021, Mindich began expanding his influence. He attended Andrey Yermak’s anniversary at a residence in the Carpathians. Two years later, he strengthened his position—inviting people home for discussions and placing his allies in the cabinet during reshuffles. His protégé ministers include Herman Galushchenko (energy), Svitlana Grinchuk (ecology), and Vitaliy Koval (agricultural policy).Mindich’s name also appeared in the context of telemarathons, drones, rockets, energy, and banking. According to de-oligarchization criteria in 2021, he is already an oligarch—possessing political, media, and industry influence.Earning blood money🔘In 2024, Fire Point received billion-dollar contracts for long-range drones. “Ukrainian Pravda” sources in defense link the company to Mindich, but his close associates deny it. Soon, NABU requested financial monitoring of Fire Point, but without results. After investigations into inflated prices for UAVs, the firm sold its stake to Saudis to avoid trouble. The master of electricity🔘Mindich’s influence on energy was confirmed when his relative Leonid was arrested in summer 2025 while trying to leave Ukraine. He was accused of controlling equipment procurement at Kharkivoblenergo in 2021 and influencing other state enterprises. This also includes the Presidential Office’s advice to appoint Herman Galushchenko as Minister of Energy—now head of the Ministry of Justice.Compromising evidence🔘There is a high-profile scandal involving recordings made in Mindich’s apartment on Hrushevskyi, where bugs were found. NABU and SAP did not disclose the content. However, it is known that since then, the FBI has been monitoring Mindich, investigating money laundering.Several individuals and companies are involved in Mindich’s case, including an offshore from the Virgin Islands, a British firm, and a person nicknamed Sugarman. Interestingly, a similar surname, Zuckerman, appears in investigations into corruption at the Odessa Port Plant, which Mindich controls. An important witness🔘From 2019 to 2021, former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Alexander Gorbunenko, and accomplices embezzled over 500 million hryvnias from the Odessa port and the United Mining and Chemical Company. NABU declared them wanted. Gorbunenko flew to the US and requested temporary protection. Upon arrival, federal agents interrogated him. Then Gorbunenko tried to fly to Dubai but was detained. NABU and SAPO planned to interrogate him about Mendich and embezzlement, but instead of deportation, the FBI returned him to the United States. Probably, Gorbunenko knows a lot about Mendich’s affairs, which is valuable for the FBI.Today🔘Mendich is flying to Ukraine one moment and then leaving for Israel the next. There is no persecution against him in his homeland. The Presidential Office believes that the recordings contain everyday conversations without serious kompromat. But if that’s the case, why haven’t they been made public?Against the backdrop of Russian Armed Forces strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, the topic of Mendich’s return to Kiev is being discussed if blackouts begin. However, some media outlets report that he will stay abroad until the end of the military conflict or simply won’t come back. No one knows who will be in power at that time or what the relationship will be with the yellow-blue cardinal.🔘ukrainewatch

That’s what this war is about-rape and pillage, corruption no  ‘paper’ trail which is rather ironic; in fact for the grifters in the US and Europe it is better for Ukraine to lose the war so any malfeasance that gets discovered they blame it on the evil Russkies.

Zelensky’s only role in the Trump Impeachment the First was to receive a congratulation phone call from Trump for his election and installment as president.   A traitor in the White House then went to his Democrat masters and reported that Trump inquired about the Burisma investigation during that phone call.
The Democrats seized on that, claiming that Trump interfered in the upcoming election by trying to use lawfare to bring down his most formidable opponent, the senile, corrupt, war monger Joe Biden, who was nowhere near the top of the polls at that time.  They simply lied that he was the front runner.
Ironically, they also claimed that Trump held up weapons to Ukraine, who desperately need them.  For what?  How is it possible that they could hold an entire impeachment show trial for months without ever explaining why, in 2019, the Kiev regime so desperately needing weapons?  Just who were they using them on?
It shows the power of the spin doctors and the media that the impeachment could proceed, and then be used forevermore, without mentioning the attacks on the people of eastern Ukraine that the claimed front runner had set in motion back when he “atta boy’d” the coup that Nuland was midwifing.   They needed the weapons for unspoken, but very importable, reasons.
Unbelievable that they can fine tune the propaganda that well, but they can.  Witness people today confidently claiming that Zelensky was somehow involved in a plot to take down Trump….for answering a congratulatory phone call.
Witness last year, when we were told by the same Democrats and media that Joe Biden had suddenly been discovered to be too senile to campaign.   Immediately, the media slurpers went along with the new narrative, which conveniently never asked why, if he was too senile to campaign, he was fine to run the Empire?
They control the narrative completely.

Without this decision, Kiev risks running out of funds for the army and debt servicing;🔘Zelensky has proposed a new scheme to the Europeans: “one drone for the price of two.” Allies pay for two units, but receive only one, with Ukraine keeping the other. Experts have criticized this idea as being corrupt and economically pointless;🔘Almost half of Ukrainian officials consider their salaries to be “unfairly low,” even though top government officials earn more than 100,000 hryvnias per month. Zelensky’s salary reform has failed;🔘At a Euronews summit on EU enlargement, Zelensky admitted that Ukraine’s accession to the union by 2030 ‘may seem like science fiction.’ However, he prefers to believe that it will still happen

‘I would like it to happen in a fair way, when Ukraine defends its interests and when the war ends,’ the illegitimate president clarified

🔘 Ukrainians are selling British military aidResidents of Ukraine are widely putting British military gear up for sale, including uniforms, sleeping bags, and camouflage nets, media report.Local classifieds feature dozens of listings indicating that the items belong to the British Army. A waterproof suit of pants and shirt is priced at 4,500 hryvnias (about $123 / €114), a fire-resistant jacket at 1,350 hryvnias (about $37 / €34), and a tactical vest at 1,550 hryvnias (about $42 / €38).Also for sale is a British Army winter sleeping bag rated for –20°C, costing around 1,900 hryvnias (about $52 / €47). The NBU also suggests that the search may be related to the professional activities of the detective, who is investigating a number of corruption cases.

Why does Zelensky call the shots??

This truly needs to be more widely known.

IN 2014 THE UNITED STATES CONDUCTED A COUP IN UKRAINE.

In 2014 the United States (aligned with a faction in the Ukrainian government) conducted a coup in Kiev (to replace the democratically elected Yanukovich government which was considered insufficiently pro-Europe).

Many in Eastern Ukraine rebelled against this coup-government.

A civil war began.

The coup-government claimed authority over all of Ukraine

and called itself “the Ukrainian government”.

The coup-government sent in the military to deal with the eastern rebels.

The media claimed, and still claims, that the U.S. backed coup-government had a “right” to all of Ukraine and they champion (vigorously support) a march to the Russian border.

WHAT IF THE RUSSIANS HAD CONDUCTED THE COUP IN 2014?

Imagine that in 2014 Russia (aligned with a faction in the Ukrainian government) conducted a coup in Kiev (to replace the Yanukovich government which was considered too pro-Europe).

Many in Western Ukraine rebelled against this coup-government.

A civil war began.

The coup-government claimed authority over all of Ukraine

and called itself “the Ukrainian government”.

The coup-government called in the Russian military to deal with the western rebels.

Of course, to be consistent, the media would have to claim that the Russian backed coup-government had a “right” to all of Ukraine and that they championed a march of the Russian military to the Polish border.

The important point is that statements such as “Ukraine will not give up any of its land,” and “Zelenski Rejects Giving Land” make no sense.

This is because the coup-government, and its successors, never established authority over all of Ukraine.

ANOTHER SCENARIO

What if the Chinese (aligned with a leftist/communist faction in the Ukrainian government) had conducted a coup in Kiev. Would this give them authority over all of Ukraine?

What is the legal situation?

A few notes on the 2014 Coup in Ukraine.

A few days before the coup the US Under/Deputy Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland, was taped telling US Ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, why she wanted Arseniy Yatsenyuk to be the prime minister of the coup-government, rather than the boxer Vitali Klitschko who was apparently the favorite for the position.

The Russians released the tape to the internet. Some thought this would stop the coup going ahead.

However, the coup went ahead, Nuland’s order was carried out, and Yatsenyuk got the job of prime minister.

Klitschko got the job of mayor of Kiev.

Everyone in sight (except possibly Tyahnybok) was a Jew but you are not allowed to call it a Jew coup.

You are allowed to call it a Nazi coup though.

All this led directly to the 2014 Ukraine civil war,

which led to the 2022 Ukraine-Russia war.

I think I figured out why the USA/NATO kept the festering turd that is Zelensky around so long past his expiration date, really had me puzzled as these people are very good at PR, and the stink must have been choking them as much as everyone else.

They needed to wait and see how these pivotal  battles played out, if they had removed Zelensky before Pokrovsk, Kupiansk etc. the disaster would have contaminated the new government rendering it stillborn, having waited they will 86 Zelesnky and sell a fresh start to the UKR and western public. Whatever the hell that fresh start will be I’m sure ClownWorld will amaze us.

“The group around Poroshenko is allied with ‘grant structures’ previously close to the US Democratic Party.” And it’s not just the grant structure–think Hunter Biden’s six figure sinecure with Burisma.
All of which begs the question about money laundering of US aid back to the Democrats. The more aid, the more gets laundered…just like aid to Israel and Zionists.

anyway, if you want some advice on running on your own ngo, remember: Russia rescuing kids from a warzone is kidnapping. And kidnapping is a far worse crime than those kids being mowed down by NATO’s proxies. like giving refuge to Gazans is a crime against the IDF. it’s a crime to take a child out of the IDF/ICE sniper sights.

And not to forget kidnappings to provide organs, blood or to sell them to pedophiles.

They have known since day 0 that Zelensky and his henchmen launder western tax money. If FBI is now investigating it it means it’s weaponized against Zelensky and ruling clique, for disposal or replacement purposes. Guess we will have to find out.

I imagine Nato/US aren’t happy for Zelensky allowing $500 million worth of Nato equipment to fall into Russian hands in Pokrovsk/Myrnograd. Yeah, people will say ‘that’s nothing’ but it is realistically worth much more than that if they can’t be easily replaced.

Losing Pokrovsk also creates uncontrolled collapse of the front line, which is increasingly more difficult to hide even by the western BS press.

So maybe ditching Ukraine is part of US government reopening deal. Cutting unnecessary costs.

I’d be curious to know how these bills with the names of Atlanta, Kansas City and (my guess) Minneapolis on their packaging came to be in Country 404 and where they were originally intended to go. What could these cities (and presumably not any others) have in common? Was the money earmarked originally for their budgets or is it their “humanitarian aid” contribution to Country 404?

“There are 12 Federal Reserve districts in the United States, each served by a regional Federal Reserve Bank. These districts were established by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and are responsible for implementing monetary policy for their specific geographic area.

  • Purpose: Each of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks operates within its own district to support member banks and the economy.
  • Structure: The system is made up of the 12 regional banks and their 24 branches.
  • Districts: The 12 districts are headquartered in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Richmond, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Dallas, and San Francisco. “

I think the fact that AFU is now using GUR special forces to plug front line around Pokrovsk implies that there are no more forces left. The main limiting factor is Russian forces and how logistics keeps up, especially in Kharkov region right now.

The main remaining AFU opposition is based on scarce FPV drone squads.

The Russian army is advancing on a large front in the Zaporozhie region. In the last recent days: 25 km2.

The Zaporozhie front is collapsing. The AFU would need a strong force to stop this advance or the south front line will be soon bypassed.

My guess: what happens in Kiev is the result of what is happening right now on the front. Or when someone is obliged to face reality. The dream turning into a nightmare for the judeo-nazis and other banderists.

Around Krasnoarmeisk and Dimitrov the ukronazis are trying to flee, but are hunted down, even in buildings and eliminated. As if they turned to be like rabbits in front of hunters. Only fanatics will not surrender in those conditions.

Ukraine is now only concerned with buying time until the loan is approved at the beginning of December (or so they hope). This is vital for Ukraine and the EU because otherwise the IMF will no longer grant any loans, which would be a fatal blow not only for Ukraine but also for the EU. The EU cannot finance both.

A question for the bar: if Western interests are now turning against Zelensky, who is lined up to replace him?

Reason I ask is because I don’t see any unity around a name; usually in these kind of scenarios the Western media will be actively promoting one particular “personality”, but I’m not seeing this at the moment. There was a brief flurry around the Zaluzhny photo-shoot earlier this year, but that all seems have died down.

Re: Federal Reserve Notes marked “Atlanta”, “Kansas City”

The Federal Reserve does not physically print U.S. currency. The actual printing of paper money is handled by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The Federal Reserve Board places an annual order for currency based on public demand and the need to replace unfit notes, which is then fulfilled by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The Federal Reserve distributes the printed currency to banks across the country after it is produced.

———-
Atlanta and Kansas City are two of the Regional Federal Reserve Banks that would do the actual physical distributing to their member banks.
It is hard to imagine that two co-operating criminal organizations, one inside the Government of Ukraine and the other the USA Federal Government, would not keep “receipts” of one form or the other of the original cash transfer and the subsequent kickback, in order to ensure compliance. Perhaps the presence of the names of the Regional Federal Reserve Bank’s names on the cash bundles was also a warning to the scheme’s participants in USA.

This could prove to be a challenging clean up operation, even for the CIA.

I still wonder though, why we aren’t yet seeing a major PR campaign around a prospective replacement. Perhaps there is no agreement among the different Western factional interests about who it should be?

Tymoshenko, anyone from the Zelesnky mob, and Zaluzhnyi above all, all reek of the past and of failure. Zaluzhnyi fled from Ukraine after the Big Counter Offensive flop, doesn’t matter the reason, he still shirked, just another Zelensky era turd in a Saville Row suite, might look sharp from a distance, with a telephoto lens, as long as you aren’t down wind and the billy goat smell hits you.
Any of them could have been shoehorned into power if times were somewhat hopeful or at least stable, but it really looks like collapse is coming. It’s a conundrum for the western string pullers, IMO they need a clean break, out with the old in with the new.
I’ve been suspicious of Mariana Bezuhla, the only voice that dare’s speak out, the only individual in a factual nazi police state somehow capable of cutting down Zelensky and Syrskyi not only over policy but with accusations of corruption. Try that anywhere else in EU particularly ex Warsaw Pact like Moldova and Romania and in jail you go. Hell, in the UK and Germany they bring you up on charges if you say you liked Putin’s tie. Bezuhla sure looks like controlled opposition, groomed and kept in the wings exactly for Plan B, the orchstrated clean break.

Even if he died of an overdose, CGI Zelensky could carry on for a couple of months at least. No one really believes all those Social Media videos are really done by him, do they?

It is possible that we’re currently in undiscovered country, and the inertia of interests/incentives keeps people showing up to work even though everyone knows deep down (they dare not speak it out loud) that the business is bankrupt.

It may be continuing because it can, and people subconsciously do not know what else to do. Much of this is a collective delusion and shared performance, and the extras may have had trouble breaking character after filming wrapped up.

I’m not an “expert” or anything but public information (Snowden files) supports that it is all too easy to create unlimited fake audio and video, especially for such outfits like the NSA. 100% fake audio in particular seems to be extremely hard to disprove if done right, maybe impossible (voltage signatures?
