The Trump plan actually is concentration camps – Palestinians can go in, but will not be allowed out.
Gaza (QNN)- A senior Trump official has confirmed that the US administration is working on a plan to divide the Gaza Strip by constructing housing units for thousands of Palestinians in Israeli-occupied areas behind the so-called yellow line in Gaza, and not allowing them to leave those sites.
According to a Tuesday report by The New York Times, the compounds or the so-called “Alternative Safe Communities” as US officials are calling them, will be in the eastern half of Gaza, behind the yellow line which is non-physical demarcation line separating the Israeli occupation forces from certain areas of Gaza, while maintaining control over approximately 50% of the enclave.
US officials claim in these areas, there will be greater security, job opportunities and a chance to rebuild their lives. Each compound will provide housing for as many as 20,000 or 25,000 people alongside medical clinics and schools, US officials and European diplomats allege.
The report named Aryeh Lightstone, a senior Trump administration official who is leading the effort. Lightstone, an American rabbi, was also a top aide to former US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and the CEO of the Abraham Accords Peace Institute, which was founded by Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law. He has been identified as an advisor to Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff.
The New York Times report raised a number of complications, including whether Palestinians would be able to leave the compounds. According to officials, Palestinians should only be able to move into the compounds, not to leave them.
And if an Israeli vetting could mean that many Gazans are blacklisted from moving to them, including many public-sector workers like police officers and health workers, as well as the relatives of Hamas.
And it is not yet clear how the plan would be funded and how to address the Palestinian ownership of the land on which the compounds will be built. The Gaza Strip has a formal land registry. Officials have already begun trying to obtain the land registry from Rafah, according to one person involved.
Officials said the first compound will likely not be ready for several months. Israeli soldiers were expected this week to begin clearing the first site in Rafah, near Gaza’s borders with Egypt. The cost for that compound could run into the tens of millions of dollars, according to the report.
The rubble clearance could take months if crews discover tunnels, unexploded munitions or human remains, the article said. It would then take another six to nine weeks to erect prefabricated homes, the officials added.
The report also said the leading team operates out of two luxury beachfront hotels in Tel Aviv, the Kempinski and the Hilton, where rooms regularly run over $700 a night. Lightstone’s team also includes unnamed “Israeli magnates”.
Lightstone and his group are working on other plans for the destroyed enclave, including a Gaza cryptocurrency and an urban plan to make the enclave traffic-free, the report said.
Kushner publicly floated the idea of the US and its partners reconstructing parts of Gaza occupied by Israeli troops, while leaving the rest of the war-torn enclave destroyed.
Some details of these compounds were previously reported by The Atlantic earlier this month. At its core, the plan would require Palestinians in central Gaza to willingly accept living under territory controlled by Israeli troops. The Atlantic said that Israel’s Shin Bet would scan applicants to live in the housing units. It also said a US-based engineering and consulting firm that works with the US military, Tetra Tech Solutions, has already been awarded a State Department contract to clear unexploded ordinance and rubble from the site of the first so-called “Alternate Safe Community.”
Palestinians and critics say the plan could entrench a de facto partition of Gaza into Israeli-occupied areas and Palestinian areas.

There are a couple of things happening simultaneously in the Gaza Strip, all of which are odd but connected.
- Israel, through the merchants, is easing and indeed facilitating the distribution of mobile phones in the Gaza Strip at cheaper prices than usual, and of specific devices, usually the bottom tier.
- Israel is drying up the Gaza Strip from the cash flow.
- Banks all over Palestine, not only the Gaza Strip, are facing a new Israeli punishment system; if any transaction is used for anything Israel does not like, which it usually labels as terrorism, the bank is automatically cut from the international mesh and downgraded to a local bank.
- D- The Yellow line control, Israel occupies the agricultural part of the Gaza Strip, and it also occupies the crosspoints of trade and human passages.
- The mass destruction, which is in nature systematic, happened in the east of the yellow line, which is the territories Israel occupies in the Gaza Strip, where it will introduce its new version of Gaza through donors, a Gaza that’s newly built in a form that gives Israel fully terrirotial control, security control and built to fullfil the urbanisation version of fragmented society, also known as, Gated communities.
- Israel is turning the Gaza Strip and its residents into a big data farm, where the society is controlled by their digital behaviour, where they go from point A to B, who they are in touch with, where they spend their digital money and to whom that money goes; that requires a normalisation of the digital cash; that explains the inflation of mobile phones.
- Digital terms will define the relationship between the east and west Gaza, which includes easy measures on one side and harsh measures on the other, to force Gazans to internally migrate from the “bad side to the good side”, which comes at a cost, too. Trade, since the east Gaza controlls the west Gaza, will also be digitally controlled; no cash; just points and credits, which will implacte the behavioural trade nature of the Gaza Strip, and not anyone can buy from the world but some merchants that Israel clear them as whitelisted, which in return creates tyrants and war lords who will exhibit their financial power in violence too.

The far left in the US got defeated and co-opted. There really has NOT been a far-right, since currently MAGA means HURT THE LEFT, not HELP WORKING CLASS AMERICANS. I am working to change the definition of “far right” AWAY from fascism, and TOWARDS using conservative principles to help working class people (even if it helps liberals).
With republicans in full control of the US, many MAGA people are now starting to hint at the idea at, hey, instead of using tariffs to bankrupt our non-millionaire farmers, maybe we should put into place policies that make things easier for them to survive, rather than the pro-business policies that drive them to bankruptcy so that our billionaire job creators can buy them out cheaply.
Far Left lost. Our worst enemies by far in the US were Obama and especially Biden. Corporate America has always been successful in watering down anything that the far left in the US pushed for, so that most of the benefit was removed. Obamacare is a perfect example. I read the original versions that the far left wrote to start the ball rolling. Good healthcare, decent profits for health care industries. Obama watered it down so badly that it became worse than the health care system of any other developed nation, while still being better than what was there before. And republicans of the time added in “opt out” (forget the exact name), where the south could get a very shitty health care system so that, at the price of shitty health care, they could get justification for their mantra that “the US government can do no good”. Or – The most terrifying words to hear are “I’m from the US government and I’m here to help.”
Obama and republicans of the time worked together to create high-profit pro-business mediocre health care for blue states, and shitty but VERY pro-business VERY profitable health care for red states. Obama, Trump, Biden, Harris, Johnson, and Schumer are all on the same team. Pro-business policies that make profits for the billionaires by squeezing and bankrupting everyone else, making it especially harsh in red states so that they can legitimately complain how horrible US government programs are.

The EU was a post WW2 plan created and fostered mainly by the USA, with the help of locals / subservients on the take. The aim was to gather the vassals together to manipulate them more easily, to not have to deal with multiple crossed interests, to be able to impose ‘rules, directions’ from above, etc.
Another aim was to exploit Eastern Europe -> e.g. Germany taking over East G after a deal between it, Thatcher, and Mitterand. Not to mention Yugoslavia, Greece, Cyprus… (other stories…)
It served a purpose for a while, is still working still in a way, but less and less so as time goes on. Republic, if you are in Scotland, you must know that the NW of Europe, that is Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Scotland, N. Ireland, England and Wales, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey are not part of the EU. This does not seem in any way to temper their allegiance to the USA or its Nth state, Israel, plus more… In fact it seemingly has made them more ‘supportive’…?

UNSC – The Russian and Chinese representatives repeatedly articulated their misgivings, and the Russians distributed an alternate draft which modified some of the most egregious elements of the “Trump plan”.. They were unable to find support within the Council, due in part to the Americans’ ability to control the voting and debating process, and in part due to the issuance of an implied threat to end even the limited terms of the ceasefire should a veto be issued.
As a matter of policy, both Russia and China endorse multilateralism within a structure of international law as represented by the United Nations. The Americans are prepared to tear the whole structure down if necessary to protect their client state. Presently, and this has been true for the past two years, there are no means, short of war, to compel the Israelis to stop their genocide. Neither Russia or China are prepared to go to war with Israel – which would also certainly involve the USA and at least several European nations. Neither Russia or China have a logistical footprint in the region by which to prosecute a war, and a majority of regional states endorsed the American plan.
(One of the few options available to compel Israel has been the ICC, which is now on the verge of collapse due to sanctions and other pressures applied in response to the warrants directed at Israeli officials.)
The statement by the Russian representative at the close of the UNSC process makes clear that Russia (and by extension China) anticipate the American scheme in Gaza will result in an inconclusive mess rather than any sort of precedent. Certainly the present situation deserves strong criticism, and dismay over the inability to overcome the intransigence of a veto-wielding UNSC member, but attempts to hold Russia and China responsible for the current disaster seems misplaced. The leaderships of Israel, USA, UK, France, Germany et al are the ones responsible and legally liable.
