Do not conflate biological evolution with eugenics.

Evolution is the change in the heritable characteristics of biological populations over successive generations.

Am only able to give a broad overview at present, with much in flux or stalled, the following is not really news to those reading here:

Only a fraction of goods promised (lorry loads) have been delivered since ‘ceasefire’ . i.e. so many lorries were supposed to have entered in this timeframe and only a fraction have (do not have figures handy atm). The US is said to be taking over organisation of transit and delivery later this week.

Very mixed presentation on phase 2, i.e. governance and withdrawal , mostly suggestions and proposals that are not fully agreed, often contradictory between differing parties.

There are still 150-200 Palestine fighters known on occupation side of ‘yellow line’ , offers of passage to Hamas side are stalled, the declared intent is to destroy related tunnels, and just now there have been bombardments west of Khan Yunis …i.e. no trust. As for returning ‘missing prisoners’ to occupation I think most know the story. In Gaza there are said 20 000 tonnes of unexploded ordnance, and tens of thousands missing under the rubble.

Occupation continues aggression in west bank, Lebanon and Syria, continues breaking ceasefire agreements (thousands of incidents registered), continues attacks and demolitions, inside ‘yellow line’

Assembly of an international observer/peace force has slowly reduced to a pro occupation , US orientated proposal, due to reticence by more neutral states to have forces be subject to occupation orientated or imposed, order.

In short, apart from the heavy bombardment of Gaza which has eased, little else has actually changed, there is little certainty to phase 2 , and aggression has picked up in other areas as mentioned.

We have two criminal families on our street who work for the police, working as informants to the police about the lucrative trade in drugs. In our area ,  drugs and prostitution are run by Muslims and Police.
 
The crimjnal, now Police family opposite me house has a comnercial size CCTV camera bolted onto the front of his house.
The other criminal, now Police family down the road I have seen police cars collecting spy equipment from their house. I have never heard policemen address the public with so much respect as they give to these paid grasses.

You mention the racism of Indians. Well why not, they have an inbuilt system of caste that started off as racism of the conquering Aryans over the native peoples of India going back 5000 years at least.
Also , why do people always assume racism is never warranted? Do you know what the non-Islamic Indian Sub-Continentals have gone through in history under Islam? It is fashionable now to never presume Islam has never been at fault in anything. It takes half a brain , and knowledge to see that Islam has a lot to account for and is not blameless. Tell me , do you see many Christians wanting to go live in Egypt ,Pakistan ,Bangladesh,Turkey ? You bring up Dubai maybe? Nope, gated communities and the natives and Christian Euros live practically apart. 
Tell me , how good did it turn out for the Christian Yugoslavs who forgave the Moslems there genocides in Ottoman times and even in WWII? Not very well.
