Trump’s War Against ‘Left-leaning’ Groups Extends Further

There are a number of indicators which lets one predict that the Trump administration, during the next election, will use government forces to severely attack and disrupt all opposition to it.

Trump has send the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents into the cities to harass and arrest alleged illegal immigrants. Due cause is disregarded and the methods used by the agents are brutal.

Trump has also sent National Guard troops into cities where, he claimed, riots were taking place. There were no riots or ‘terrorist incidents’ but the presence of troops is used to create a militarized atmosphere.

A new National Security Presidential Memorandum, NSPM-7 issued by Trump has defined new classes of internal enemies:

With the mainstream media distracted by the made-for-TV drama of James Comey’s indictment, Trump has signed a little-noticed national security directive identifying “anti-Christian” and “anti-American” views as indicators of radical left violence.

In NSPM-7, “Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence,” President Trump directs the Justice Department, the FBI, and other national security agencies and departments to fight his version of political violence in America, retooling a network of Joint Terrorism Task Forces to focus on “leftist” political violence in America. This vast counterterrorism army, made up of federal, state, and local agents would, as Trump aide Stephen Miller said, form “the central hub of that effort.”

The Trump administration isn’t only targeting organizations or groups but even individuals and “entities” whom NSPM-7 says can be identified by any of the following “indicia” (indicators) of violence:
anti-Americanism,

  • anti-capitalism,
  • anti-Christianity,
  • support for the overthrow of the United States Government,
  • extremism on migration,
  • extremism on race,
  • extremism on gender,
  • hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family,
  • hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on religion, and
  • hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on morality.

“The United States requires a national strategy to investigate and disrupt networks, entities, and organizations that foment political violence so that law enforcement can intervene in criminal conspiracies before they result in violent political acts,” the directive states (emphasis mine).

That all may sound laughable but these are unfortunately serious policies .  The target list includes organizations which do not exist:

The FBI and the homeland security department are actively investigating “Antifa” individuals and organizations that the Trump administration has branded domestic terrorists. Actions so far include collecting intelligence on Antifa “affinity” groups, canvassing the FBI’s vast informant network for tips about Antifa, and scrutinizing financial records, two sources involved in the investigations tell me.

There are no ‘antifa’ organizations. ‘Antifa’ is the idea of fighting indications of fascism. From time to time local interest groups may claim to do so for this or that reason. This category ‘antifa’ was likely chosen because it can be applied to any group that opposes government policies.

Today Yves Smith reports of another enforcement agency that Trump will use to destroy opposition to him:

The war against Trump’s perceived political enemies keeps escalating. The Wall Street Journal provides new detail on how the Trump Administration intends to use an IRS criminal unit, whose members bear arms, as part of his campaign against “left-leaning” organizations. This fallows a Reuters account describing how the Trump Administration intends to use the Department of Justice and DHS to pursue “left wing” groups that allegedly fomented violence.

Now to the press accounts. Key sections from the Journal’s report:

The Trump administration is preparing sweeping changes at the Internal Revenue Service that would allow the agency to pursue criminal inquiries of left-leaning groups more easily, according to people familiar with the matter.

A senior IRS official involved in the effort has drawn up a list of potential targets that includes major Democratic donors, some of the people said.

The undertaking aims to install allies of President Trump at the IRS criminal-investigative division, or IRS-CI, to exert firmer control over the unit and weaken the involvement of IRS lawyers in criminal investigations, officials said. The proposed changes could open the door to politically motivated probes…

Among those on the list are the billionaire Democratic donor George Soros and his affiliated groups…

Many on the left will not mind any attack on George Soros as his organization is well know for financing foreign color revolutions against legitimate leftist rulers. We can however be assured that Trump wont stop with them:

The list includes Soros’ Open Society Foundations; ActBlue, the funding arm of the Democratic Party; Indivisible, a grassroots coalition opposed to Trump policies and the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, a Los Angeles-based group.

Other groups on the list include two Jewish nonprofits that oppose Israel’s war in Gaza – IfNotNow and Jewish Voice for Peace.

There is unfortunately little institutional or political opposition that can restrain Trump:

The push against domestic groups and their donors comes amid Trump’s attacks on law firms, universities and the media, and his deployment of National Guard troops to some Democratic-run cities.

Timothy Naftali, a presidential historian and former director of the Richard Nixon presidential library, said Trump and Nixon were similar in their desire to punish political enemies and silence critics, but a pliant Republican-controlled Congress and a cabinet packed with loyalists are enabling Trump to go further.

“That’s why this particular moment is more dangerous for the rule of law in the United States than the 1970s were,” Naftali said.

All these are ominous signs that Trumps war on the political opposition will escalate further. Seymour Hersh’s sources are warning of this:

What’s happening now may be a trial run for the use of those forces to interfere on the behalf of the president and the Republican Party in states where the Democratic Party has a chance to win crucial seats in next fall’s Congressional elections. I’ve been told by someone with inside knowledge that planning for such action is now under way in the White House.

The ‘coerced dominance’ that has marked Trump’s brutal approach to foreign policy will now being applied to domestic issues and legitimate opposition.

Russell Vought, Trumps’s Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and Stephen Miller, the White House deputy chief of staff for policy, are the men behind this.

The scary thing is that there is, so far, little or any opposition to these plans and only few warnings about their consequences.

USA.

Left:  Globalist Imperialists who promote divisions at home > Identity politics, victimology *mega* hype, everyone is a victim we must protect defend all and instore democracy all over the world. (Aka kill millions of ppl.)

At home, immigration, legal and illegal, is needed to provide cheap labor, and votes for one wing of the Uniparty, Democrats.  As we are savvy, \edjucated/, we use the Ed. System to instill the ‘proper’ values, plus this allows us to use law-fare against opponents, we are the moral figures, the lawyers, we hate oppression, so anything is allowed, imprison the bullies, etc.

Divide to Distract!  is our motto.

Right: We defend the rights of the original dominant class (which is suffering badly), that is mostly, white men, and want to provide more work/ advantages/ money for locals (re-industrialisation, mad tariffs on imports, deporting illegals, attempting take-overs of other spaces e.g. Greenland, now Venezuala, championing MAGA, etc.)

We are the grass roots of the country, straight-up ppl, we don’t do sh*t for nothing, we have to prevail.  Against foreign influence, against the corrupt ‘Leftists’, forces that are trying to destroy us.

Attack or counter-attack, to Prevail! is our motto.
These are a kind of twisted warped mirror images that ricochet against each other, signs of a failing Pol. System, desperation moves to maintain hegemony, with different approaches becoming more radical, which leads to internal strife edging close to some form of rumbling civil war. Response in part to good post,

I kinda know these stats as I have a grudge against Modern Medicine taking all the credit for health in the 20th century.

And I don’t dispute there was progress-insulin, anti-biotics -but the real improvement was hygiene , running water and toilets.  These material improvements  happened alongside the above medical developments which the doctors take all the credit.

Interesting fact-in a Harvard 10 year longitude study they studied poor black kids living in dirty conditions and white middle class kids who lived in good conditions.

In the first 2 years the mortality rate as well as any chronic medical problems for the black kids was 10% higher ; but at the 4, 6 , 8, and 10 year  the poor black kids were healthier (less chronic disease) and less mortality by over 20%?

Why?  Because a your young body gets in contact with many other bacteria etc. one’s immune system gets stronger-the white kids miss out as they don’t get the contact..

Anyways, I could go on forever, I’ll stop.

An excellent post, but what a sad, angry confused thread.  Unfortunately, the abstraction of the “left” can and has been filled with content provided by the Imperialist genocidal Democratic Party.  Just like the abstraction of the “West” serves to obscure any class or political differences in western countries.

Once again, even the critical thinkers here are dupped by the psyops of the ruling class.  As Trump likes to say: Sad.

You have the victimization roles reversed, as is made more than evident in your own comment on the matter – likely unwillingly.
The prevailing culture on the right is one of perceived aggrievement – same as it ever was – and yes it is more often than not conveyed along “racial” or “ethnic” lines.
You mistake the corporate “Democrats” who disingenuously push the “diversity” nonsense as “the left” unless I am misinterpreting you, however the small number of legit leftists do recognize the role of “race” and “ethnicity” in the oligarch/business owner class in dividing and conquering the lower/working classes.
The Democratic National Party is a right-wing party masquerading as “progressive” but only in ways that both a) serve as a bulwark to the moneyed classes from the working classes and b) keep the plebes believing that “change” can come at the (mainly) national-level ballot box in choosing one of two right-leaning corporate parties to divide and rule us.

You’re the one politicizing PPE measures for political purposes. Wearing a mask during a pandemic … or when you simply have a virus and don’t want to spread it or are at risk yourself of getting seriously ill from a virus is PPE … not for your protection but for the protection of OTHERS. The earth isn’t flat and viruses are real. You can be infectious with viruses days before symptoms show up and viruses mutate so what’s a mild flu one day can be deadly a month later so when a never been seen before virus starts spreading through your community you do everything practical to slow the spread … or you can be a modern day typhoid mary flat earther that doesn’t believe in science spreading pestilence throuhout the land like the rats during the plague.

There are no ‘antifa’ organizations.

While true enough, in terms of organization it’s not that different then from most AQ and IS cells and individuals which operated in the west. This makes sense as any vast organization and communication network can and will be compromised over time. Or traced to the center. All in all this seems to be a Trumpian rebranding of the old “war on terror”. In the original statement the targets are “entities and individuals engaged in acts of political violence and intimidation designed to suppress lawful political activity or obstruct the rule of law”.The main problem always will be the interpretation of “design” or plan. Or facilitate someone who plans or lays out idea. This is the reason why it only will fuel endless bureaucrats, outsized government agencies to deal all the information and power politics inside those new or empowered, over-funded agencies. Also, so very anti-Trumpian. You kick out the civil servants through one door and invite them back in at the back door. But probably those of a worse kind, less productive and more expensive.

Lets just sit back and see, in actuality, how strong the far left anarchists, Trokskyites, Antifaniks, and elderly worn out hippies commies, are on No Kings Day.
My prediction is this movement is spent, aside from the anarchists, and it will be much show about nothing.  Twenty million illegal alien scum criminals, drug dealers, drug mules, rapists, child molestors, the insane, jihadiis, burglars, armed robbers, and welfare queens, allowed illegally, in violation of the federal code of law, into the American Republic by the treasonous and senile Joe Boy Biden and his handlers (Hussein Obama and company who composed his entire inner circle) are getting their removal orders as we speak.
Nothing short of a coup will change that equation….get used to it.  Is the far left capable of another coup attempt?

Look the WEF Globalist deep state Neo Cons repeatedly attempted to remove DJT by impeachment, and then attempted to prevent him from running  for POTUS, all via indictment and attempted assassination (twice).
All such efforts failed.  So what is the deep state game plan now?  The No Kings rally will accomplish what? Open borders again?  Re-establishment of the DEI woke culture?  Seizing all privately held fire arms? Larger federal deficits ? What?
The Dems have no game plan, because they really have no party, instead they have cantons, far left – left – moderate – right of center – conservative factions that disagree on all major issues.  At this point most Dems of the conservative or right of center faction vote consistently with the MAGA forces.  The Dems have lost an entire wing of their army……and cant figure out how to bring it back.  Even the union rank and file in the Teamsters, and Steelworkers and Autoworkers support DJT, because they are basically union oriented social conservatives divorced from the Dem party apparatchiks.

Mark2 521 – no disinformation here (disinformation is just a far left term used to justify censorship, now so popular under the UK and Irish governments, notice for example how the Irish government cleverly engineered the exclusion of the populist free speech candidates for President in Steen and Sheridan?).
The US southern border was deliberately overwhelmed by the millions of illegal trash, because it was part of the game plan to destabilize the American Republic and bring it into a globalist WEF financed orbit.  The senile Biden was the perfect vehicle of this movement.  “The border is secure” nonsense.  His aides signed all the orders, and he fell asleep for four years, occasionally awakening to shout and scream, and then retreated to the home at Bethany Beach to sleep again on the beach.
That era of manipulation is over in the US, and hoping in the UK and Ireland too……..we will see.

There is no real Presidential election in Ireland, again the globalist EU coalition of FF and FG decided that the FF candidate was far too conservative, so they forced him to resign over a trivial ten year old rent dispute………….
Before that it was necessary to remove from the contention the populist free speech candidates in Steen and Sheridan.  And they accomplished that making sure that neither had enough county council support or had 20 Senators or td’s support.  Mission accomplished.
Now the Irish voters have no real choice, its either Humphreys or Connelly, both EU sycophant’s, and both pledged to censorship, high utility rates, massive energy shortages, and continued attacks on the agriculture and fishing sectors, and of course no bail for real ordinary criminals (see the crime rampage in Dublin center, where tourists are now routinely assaulted and robbed and occasionally murdered).
Yup Irish democracy is now a thing of the past, only the 20 independents are remaining to carry the Tri – Color (fly it proudly if you wish!)

Jeez another hundred goldfish going round in circles pretending to be left or right. Red or Brown. when it’s is obvious who the fuck runs the whole show!
Ok I’ll let you do that Fascist work of BRINGING together the various sides on that fake  spectrum which is actually a circle !
When they are forced together – bridged – they become a fist that will beat their kids, their grandmothers , their ex friends and neighbours and anyone they are told is the enemy, wherever they may be, however few… in a common belief and cause – that’s how fascism works.

We all know that all Germans were not Nazis but they sure as hell were forced into a common cause.
We all know that all yanks are not anti Muslim but they sure as hell were forced into a common hatred of  a word – terrorism.

We all know that the whole collective waste is not thick as mince but all were coerced into obeying the scandemic lock down in lock step.
We all know that the world is not russophobic/Sinophobic but the Collective wasters are equally scammed into a posture against them.
That is  Fascism/ Nazism.
I hate them and have been taking on them and their gang bully mentality since they emerged in my youth from the National Frontists who were also drawn from the Unions to protest against the minority of non- gammony Brits in some towns.

As some youth were dragged into it as skinhead racists and football hooligan zigger zagger yobs – many of us would gather to kick the shit out of them. Yid Army against the Millwall twats.
Most are now 60’s – 70’s,  many are idiots and dinosaurs. It’s hilarious how many have grand kids who are ‘mixed race’ – their cognitive dissonance has been a perfect ’ karma’ to their insanity as youths. Misled as they were. Led like donkeys. They love them as they should and most of their footballer heroes are … black British or foreigners!

That is why they will entertain shits like Fartrage and Fake Tommy the Zionist IOF agit prop cunts. But they never ever end up voting for them in a general election.

I again point you to the suddenly big story in the U.K. that a football club and town has decided they don’t won’t the Maccabee ‘fans’ of the apartheid entity in their town – the grassroots can only be led so far.

‘Most are now 60’s – 70’s,  many are idiots and dinosaurs’……..nuff said, given what I’ve just read, but keep taking the Socialist bromide that the international proletariat are always coerced or mislead when they regularly behave in ways counter to their, ‘salt of the earth, bedrock of society image that’s been studiously carved and cultivated by useful idiots and fellow travellers, and that you seem to reserve a pedestal for.
You do also realise that you are stripping away any agency from these individuals, by literally making them faceless, gullible, cowardly stereotypes beloved of the media you claim to despise. I guess the reality, that you seem to have never experienced, (thank god), is that there are plenty of people, of any class, who will behave in despicable, horrific ways if they are let off a short leash. That social leash, has been systematically lengthened and weakened so that in the near future far more people will experience those few seconds of disbelief, before reality kicks them, quite literally in the head.

Nust as they all evaporated like mist when they came to MY hood last year and thousands of us stood in the streets waiting for them with a cheerful smile and not a weapon in sight.

I.e. they managed to scare you shitless, and you swallowed the fascist narrative hook, line and sinker!“My body my choice” suddenly flew out the window and you had to conform to Daddy’s “safe and effective” treatment, because “the science was settled” and it was the “only” way to be accepted back into society, right? How many cancer boosters did you get jabbed with?
Posted by: ThirdWorldDude | Oct 17 2025 11:20 utc | 414
As I wrote in one of my posts, the COVID response was done totally in panic mode, based on missing or unreliable information. No argument there.

And yes, it was quite something to see all those former Big Pharma skeptics on the “left” side (Dems) suddenly become true believers in the power of hastily-prepared and just-barely-tested vaccines. A total 180° on that. Pretty disgusting.

None of which changes the fact that this was a fast-moving and in many cases fatal disease raging through the world. Something had to be done. The response was, in most countries, totally fucked up, yes: unsurprising, since so little actual preparation had been done for something which many scientists saw coming a long time ago.

Myself, I got two boosters (I got the Moderna jab), and that’s all I’m getting. I’m fine; no nanobots in my bloodstream that I know of, no heart problems. And I particularly object to the mindless and evidence-free claim by some that not only was it a “plandemic” but that the Chinese intentionally infected their own population in order to unleash the virus on the world. This bizarre and groundless claim just boggles my mind. If you actually believe that, then you’re just a fucking idiot.

@George the Zeroth | Oct 17 2025 7:57 utc | 390

And remember: people were dying of an unknown disease.

No I don’t remember that, since I know of no-one. Un-known disease you say, how could they find the “vaccine” so fast then?

And remember who gave us “Operation Warp Speed” to develop and distribute a vaccine in the US? Who was that again?

Who cares who the fascists are? What makes you think I endorse that idiocy? By the way, you can do what you want in the US, but your occupying fascist soldiers in my country today are as welcome as the German fascists who murdered members of my family during WWII. Yes, they died.

1. Just because you didn’t know of anyone who died of COVID doesn’t mean nobody did. Sheesh, talk about a dumbass proposition. (I knew exactly one person who died of it, which proves nothing one way or the other.)

2. The disease was unknown at the outset, until it was discovered to be related to the previously-known SARS virus.

3. I just find it ironic that the hero among many here who, like you, are vaccine/COVID skeptics was the one who fast-tracked development of the vaccine. (Which I agree was rolled out much too quickly with much too little research, but whatever.)

Posted by: titmouse | Oct 17 2025 22:32 utc | 554

OK, fellow barflies: I’ve come up with a proposition I’d like to throw out here for your consideration.

This is aimed at those who I’ll describe as Trump-tolerant, Trump-adjacent or Trump-leaning (notice how I refrained from using the pejorative “MAGA” here). Those like, say, William Gruff and others. (No intention of tarring anyone with a broad brush here; simply trying to do some rough categorization.)

The proposition is this: can you tell us what your definition of “fascism” is, and at what point would you agree that fascism has arrived (let’s say in the United States, although this could be applied to other places as well)?

When would you accept that we are actually living under a fascist regime?
What specific conditions would you say need to obtain in order for that to be true?

My motivation for this is to try to more clearly define our terms and, if possible, come to some kind of consensus as to what “fascism” really means in the present time. If this is possible, then maybe we can reduce the amount of talking past each other that currently happens, because it’s such a loaded term.

I’m genuinely interested in hearing from all here, in hopes of getting to more clarity on this issue. From my point of view, we (in the US) aren’t quite there yet, but we’re heading there fast with all the extrajudicial stuff going on: ICE raids, the attacks on Venezuelan fishing craft, the Trump administration’s upcoming crackdown on “wrongthink”, etc., etc. This is my personal view; I’d like to hear others.

All viewpoints welcomed. I may be just farting into the wind with this, I know, but who knows? maybe we can put our heads together a little bit here and shed a bit more light on the subject.

Maybe they are 1 percent of protestors, but they are the 1 percent that will kill or injure you if you end up on the wrong side of their troops. They are the ones who have shot ICE agents and killed detainees while trying to kill ICE. They are the ones who injure journalists and innocent bystanders, even if they are senior citizens. Antifa are the protestors who barricaded the doors on a federal precinct building and tried to set it on fire with agents still inside. They are the American version of the Azov Brigade. They aren’t nice people. If you’re going to arrest protestors, those are the ones to start with.

noun
A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.
A political philosophy or movement based on or advocating such a system of government.
Oppressive, dictatorial control.
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition

Dictator: trump isn’t, he works with the courts and Congress. If he was a dictator he wouldn’t bother.
Economy: we have had a capitalist economy that is strongly regulated for a long time.
Suppression: some evidence of this. ( enforcing the law and tossing rioters in jail and deporting illegals is not suppression.)
Belligerent nationalism: definitely, but from the wrong direction.

@561 NIH was tasked with doing bioweapon and corresponding vaccine development.
https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/rfk-jr-wuhan-cover-up-vaccine-research-bioweapons-covid/
After 9/11, funding for bioweapons research exploded, and so did the power and reach of the military and intelligence agencies in charge of such research. The research, presented to the public as “pandemic preparedness and response (PPR),” encompassed mostly attempts to engineer deadly pathogens and simultaneously to create countermeasures to them, predominantly vaccines.

BAYARD vs LIONHEART

The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

The only thing Mencken did not foresee was that the moron would be preceded by a zombie.

“Antifa is the most violent, anti-free speech group in the nation,” according to Professor Jonathan Turley, a specialist in Constitutional Law.

Federal prosecutors have now charged two North Texas men, Cameron Arnold and Zachary Evetts, who are accused of helping orchestrate an attack on an ICE detention center in Alvarado on 4 July. They are charged with providing material support to terrorists, attempted murder of officers and employees of the U.S., and discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.  The group allegedly showed up with over 50 firearms that were purchased in Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Dallas, and other locations. That included numerous AR-platform rifles.

“You understand there is no Antifa,” the late-night comic Jimm Kimmel said. “This is an entirely made-up organization.”   Obviously some entity paid for the firearms cache on 4 July, however.  Which is to say that these two North Texas men are connected to someone or some group.

A Texas grand jury has handed down the indictment.  The indictment details how Antifa used encryption systems to conceal their communication.  By design, Antifa avoids typical leadership structures and organizational hierarchies.

DJT’s admin clearly chose this particular case carefully for the first terrorism-related case against Antifa—specifically as a heat-check.  The level of concealment and coordination reinforces the view of an organizational identity and machine.

In the indictment, DJT’s admin alleges that “Some Antifa Cell members discussed logistics, previous site reconnaissance, and locations of security cameras at the facility. They exchanged maps of  the surrounding area that showed the locations of nearby police stations.”   One individual allegedly said that one of the groups would be “bringing a wagon to hold armor and rifles.”

Even if the terrorism-related charge fails, the remaining counts will be difficult to defeat as a whole, and DJT’s admin only needs one or two counts to secure a lengthy prison sentence for these alleged Antifa members.

Each case like this permits DJT’s admin to engage in ever more data collection regarding Antifa.  The group has always emphasized anonymity and secrecy to evade law enforcement in carrying out violent attacks.  Cases like this might provide ultimately the Rosetta Stone for further insight & comprehension.

Here’s the Army’s oath of enlistment:

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

If they have no idea what’s in the Constitution, and don’t know the content of treaties (such as Geneva Conventions) that are per the Constitution binding federal law, then what? Well, they still have orders from the President.

You do the math.

I wonder what counts as “left-leaning” to Trump’s Red Guards?”

It’s easy to identify them. They are the ones that were throwing peaceful protestors in jail, getting people fired and disbarred and removed from the armed forces for refusing the mRNA shot, using the IRS to attack conservative groups, using concocted lawfare to bankrupt anyone who threatened their power, sent agents to shut down parents who protested guys being allowed in their daughters locker rooms, and sent FBI agents in to investigate traditional Catholic and Christian churches because they might be subversive. That’s what American Leftists look like; I’m not sure how they compare to European Leftists.

If your “contributions”  on this site include more than 10 total words recycled over and over, 2 of the most common being “bolshie trolls” please do us all the service of defining that phrase or either word individually – both inasmuch as what each actually means to you and what particular viewpoints or statements I’ve put forth that rise to your (hopefully well articulated) definition(s).
Let’s turn over a new leaf if you’re willing to engage in real good faith conversation and not just silly name calling. “TDS” is another frequent example of the latter.

“Given~90% of political violence murders etc are judged in COURT as right wing fanatics …”Balderdash!
Posted by: Paranaense | Oct 18 2025 0:31 utc | 572

Yeah if it’s the judged in court part you’re having an issue with I actually agree with you. But in the last 200 years of Western European and American history it’s incontrovertibly true that regressive “right” political violence is far and away the most common and not only because most state violence – not all- is easily classifiable as such. Further, the state is far more willing to pardon, commute, ignore or encourage right violence than left if we’re using the pre-2000 definitions of those terms.
If you really think private, business or state sanctioned POLITICAL violence has primarily come from the left – again POLITICAL means an intent to affect including defeat or subjugate policies enactable by those in power, with stated policy goals – then you just don’t understand western or colonial/cold war/ post cold war history.

First, if licking hot female (and clean) ass is a “perversity” to you, then you’re either classifiable as a) a “faggot” in Gruff’s terminology or b) a closeted member of a group with a mindset similar to the Yemeni and Taliban human monsters you decry.

But since your stupid little cheap shot attempt at diverting the discussion via continuation of insults failed, I’m going to engage you. Why don’t you point us to what YOUR understanding of the history of Afghanistan and Yemen are. Pick a reasonably recent enough point in time/history such that there is a written record of it and it has been studied or even fought over.

How about Afghanistan starting in the 1930s and Yemen in the 1950s. Enlighten us. I’m not even asking you to spend any time typing your own keystrokes. Give us some links. What precisely do you know about those two countries and peoples, but more to the point where are you getting your information – because I’d be more than fucking happy to do my own research into what you apparently think about them.

Make sense?

Grok thinks Antifa in Portland and Hitlers Brown Shirts are very similar.
### Similarities Between Antifa Activities in Portland, Oregon, and Hitler’s Brownshirts (SA)
#### 1. **Use of Street-Level Violence and Intimidation**- **Antifa in Portland**: Activists have employed physical confrontations, including throwing projectiles, using fireworks, lasers, and improvised weapons against police and counter-protesters. For instance, during 2020–2021 protests, Antifa-linked groups vandalized federal buildings, set fires, and assaulted individuals at events like Patriot Prayer rallies, aiming to silence right-wing voices.- **Brownshirts**: The SA specialized in brawls, beatings, and public disruptions to terrorize communists, socialists, and Jews. They broke up opposition meetings and patrolled streets to enforce Nazi dominance through fear.- **Similarity**: Both rely on extralegal, mob-style tactics to suppress ideological foes, creating an atmosphere of intimidation rather than relying solely on legal channels.
#### 2. **Ideological Motivation Against Perceived Enemies**- **Antifa in Portland**: Actions are framed as anti-fascist resistance, targeting “Nazis,” police (seen as state oppressors), and conservative figures. This includes doxxing, harassing, and deplatforming individuals labeled as far-right.- **Brownshirts**: Driven by anti-communist, anti-Semitic, and nationalist fervor, they violently opposed “Bolsheviks,” liberals, and minorities to protect the “Volk” from subversion.- **Similarity**: Both groups position themselves as defenders against an existential threat (fascism for Antifa; communism/Judaism for SA), justifying violence as preemptive self-defense. This mirrors a vigilante ethos where ends justify means.
#### 3. **Disruption of Public Gatherings and Free Assembly**- **Antifa in Portland**: They have repeatedly shut down or infiltrated events, such as blocking roads to Proud Boys gatherings or storming venues hosting conservative speakers, leading to cancellations.- **Brownshirts**: SA thugs routinely invaded rival political rallies, assaulted attendees, and forced event shutdowns, eroding democratic norms in Weimar Germany.- **Similarity**: Both undermine pluralism by physically preventing opposing viewpoints from being expressed, effectively policing public discourse through force.
#### 4. **Paramilitary-Like Organization and Tactics**- **Antifa in Portland**: Groups often operate in black bloc formations (uniformed anonymity with masks, shields, and coordinated signals), resembling informal militias. They use encrypted comms and train in evasion tactics.- **Brownshirts**: Uniformed in brown shirts, they drilled in military fashion, used hand signals, and coordinated nationwide assaults under hierarchical leaders like Ernst Röhm.- **Similarity**: The emphasis on anonymity, group cohesion, and tactical preparation evokes a quasi-military structure, blurring lines between protest and organized thuggery.
#### 5. **Broader Societal Impact and Normalization of Chaos**- **Antifa in Portland**: Prolonged unrest (over 100 nights in 2020) strained local resources, polarized communities, and contributed to a narrative of urban decay, with some critics arguing it emboldened extremism.- **Brownshirts**: Their rampages in the late 1920s destabilized the Weimar Republic, paving the way for Hitler’s rise by portraying chaos as a rationale for authoritarian order.- **Similarity**: Both exploit disorder to advance agendas, potentially eroding trust in institutions and normalizing violence as political currency.
These parallels are drawn from historical accounts of the SA (e.g., Richard J. Evans’ *The Coming of the Third Reich*) and reports on Portland (e.g., DHS assessments and local journalism). However, differences are stark: Antifa lacks the SA’s state integration, genocidal aims, or scale (SA peaked at 4 million members). The comparison serves as a cautionary lens on how militant activism can echo authoritarian precursors, but it’s not an equivalence. For deeper reading, sources like the ADL on Antifa tactics or SA histories provide context.

You confuse similarity with imitation, cause vs effect, action vs reaction.

Antifa/Blackblocs use violence against violence. To police/far right groupuscules’ violence answers Antifa/Blckblcs’ violence. To far-right hatred answers far left hatred.

Is it just ? Don’t know. Give me more than one single example where non-violence wins against violence.

Posted by: xiao pignouf | Oct 18 2025 9:51 utc | 591

To be more specific :
Far right violence comes from hatred > hate crime, racist crime, homophobic crime, genocide…
Far left violence comes from pre-existing violence (ie capitalism) > Luigi Mangioni, Action Directe, Brigate Rosso, Rote Armee Franktion, Palestinian resistance…

Posted by: xiao pignouf | Oct 18 2025 9:59 utc | 592

To be even more specific :
The trick is that this pre-existing violence often presents an acceptable face, clean-shaved, ironed suits, waxed shoes, white teethed smiles and courtesy.

Laughable?  Hardly.  Americans have had enough of this leftist Democrat scum.  We want every last one of them  to leave our country.  The author thinks the list is funny, eh?  It will be fully implemented.  Leftists, Wokesters, and nutjob Democrats will simply no longer be tolerated.  These Marxist bastards have worked to destroy the Constitution for years and now they are whining and crying.  They have NO rights.

Trump will need to go a long way to even begin to approach the fascism of Germany and majority of EU states or the USA under Obama, Biden. Maybe you should focus a bit more on your own country, unless of course your afraid the newly reconstituted STASI of the FRG/EU might come visiting.

TDS_Q_Collins: “…not just silly name calling. “TDS” is another frequent example of the latter.”

Saying someone has “Trump Derangement Syndrome” is not “name calling”, and if it were then anyone with a double-digit or higher emotional age would be able to ignore it. “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me!”, as one should have learned on any but the most “safe-spaced” elementary school playground as an early step in that apparently archaic process recent generations call “adulting”. TDS is a real and quite obvious mental illness and very much related to a traumatic stress disorder. The very fact that nominal adults with this illness are “triggered” by having it pointed out to them rather than simply ignoring it as empty “name calling” is itself a symptom of the illness.

Since I revealed that “Trump Derangement Syndrome” is a form of traumatic stress disorder, it needs to be stated that Trump himself is not the source of the stress that causes the disorder. Mass media is the source (you know, that thing Louis Proyect lite denies the existence of, like all of the other inconvenient and uncomfortable truths he’s confronted with? Denial of reality is part of the epidemic of delusion crippling the West). Driving the Orwellian “two minutes of hate” for ten straight years inflicted a shocking amount of damage on the more susceptible of the poor pinheads coneheads consuming mass quantities of mass media.

But then why is TDS not recognized by the psychology/psychiatry community? Firstly because psychology/psychiatry is a fake, or quack, science. It is not a hard science and all of its conclusions simply follow trends and fads and change with the cultural weather. With sufficient distance in time from the outbreak of TDS researchers will most certainly classify TDS as a Mass Psychogenic Illness… count on it. Evidence that is setting like concrete in the historical record for the existence of a deliberately induced Mass Psychogenic Event is impossible to ignore and will stand out in the historical record like the Salem Witch Trials. People will be studying “Trump Derangement Syndrome” for centuries to come to try and understand how such an illness came to be so widespread. Of particular interest will be how those entrusted with identifying mental illnesses became some of its biggest victims.

Which brings us to the second reason TDS is not (yet… wait for version 7 or 8) listed in the DSM.

“Trump Derngement Syndrome” has the interesting characteristic of being more prevalent among individuals with post-secondary educations. On the surface this might seem to contradict the fact that TDS is a derangement acquired from external stimuli. After all, doesn’t higher education promote genuine critical thinking and bullshit-filtering? To understand why this isn’t the case for most college graduates one must consider the changed character of contemporary college education. Foremost is that very few students enroll in programs of study that intrinsically require critical thinking (engineering and hard sciences as opposed to quack soft sciences and occupational training). Most post secondary students today view college as nothing more than getting a pass to a career rather the traditional experience of Socratic discovery and inquiry. They are simply being trained to perform specific tasks, not unlike dogs or monkeys being trained to perform tricks. Critical thinking is not only unnecessary for that training, but would actively interfere with it. You certainly don’t want your future middle managers thinking critically about why a PowerPoint slide should be structured in a certain way, you just want them to finish the presentation. Likewise you don’t want a future “journalist” thinking critically about the jingoist nonsense they will be pushing on the public or the corporate ideology du jour their will be infusing into their products. Critical thinking would just make that work harder.

Other programs of study that traditionally encouraged critical thinking were the humanities, but in the contemporary university setting these have devolved into nothing more than entertainment and baby-sitting. Instructors are judged by how compelling (read that as “entertaining”) their lesson are, and they have adjusted their presentations accordingly. The last thing hungover trust fund babies want when they stumble into class is to tax their brain’s atrophied critical thinking powers, and humanities degrees are products where the students (or their parents) are the customers. Deliver what the customer wants or perish in the academic marketplace.

Psychology/psychiatry programs of study are sadly the very worst for critical thinking. Most who enroll in those programs are themselves already mentally deranged, and they are thinking they may be able to cure themselves in the course of their studies. Again, The Market™ (Hallowed be Its name) has intruded on the classroom and the students customers real desires must be satisfied. Rather than an actual cure, what these students really want is for their illnesses to be rationalized and normalized: They want to be reassured that their desire to be a mountain panda is perfectly healthy.

As a consequence, the majority of psychology/psychiatry grads are among the most delusional of contemporary university’s products, and it is delusion that offers TDS the foot in the door to one’s mind. The prevalence of TDS is thus almost universal in that field, so it will take a generation at least for the development of practitioners who will not melt down from dissonance when confronting that illness and needing to flee to their “safe spaces”.

Finally, university (and all education, really) serves the interests of the ruling class. The ruling class had imagined developing “wokeness” and “identity politics” as a kinder and gentler alternative to religion to be a handle to control the masses with. While this proved to be an utter failure in the 2016 elections, the neolibs in the ruling class had no Plan B, so they have doubled down. Regardless, since this “wokeness” and “identity politics” was part of the ruling class’s long term plan for controlling society it was made part of the education curriculum, reaching its peak expression at university. Since “wokeness” and “identity politics” require an absence of critical thinking to proliferate, this modification of university studies fit hand-in-glove and synergized with the decline in emphasis on critical thinking that was already ongoing. Since “Trump Derangement Syndrome” resulted from an extreme heavy-handed effort to leverage the “wokeness” and “identity politics” handle implanted into society it should be no surprise that the societal cohort most thoroughly indoctrinated into “wokeness” and “identity politics”, that is college graduates, have been the most grievously damaged by it.

As an example of how powerful this “wokeness” and “identity politics” indoctrination is at the university level, note that over 40% of the attendees at Brown University report that they leak “gender fluid”, indicating how brutally they have been brain-fucked. This is typical for Ivy League colleges, and fairly common at other major universities.
