@ too sents and others about the canary in the coal mine of financial markets.  I mentioned a while back a bout how the rise in gold price reflected such but really think it will be a combination of rise in metal prices combined with a serious drop in equity market prices that will be the real canary and we keep circling close to that event horizon, IMO.

Silver has increased in value only slightly more than gold. Both the gold and copper curves on charts are about the same as US debt curves. Not the west central banks have been buying gold for some years, sucking a lot of gold out of the western system. o put money in silver, there is 100 times more weight and volume. Both small mint gold and mint silver will be currency here in the west when things go to shit. So long as they carry the mint stamp.

With central banks buying gold – how how it will go I don’t know, but as banks are now tending to hold a basket of commodities and currencies total gold may not come to the value of total currency in the world but it will keep climbing in preparation for the demise of empire and the full blown multi-polar world..

I sold off more of my Gold miner shares today, still got a bit left but quite frankly when Bloomberg starts talking about any of these trades … that only means they are down to pulling in the sucker money.

My opinion … just my opinion … somehow they will find a way to devalue Gold and it can’t stay at these levels forever. Yes I get it, central banks magic up electronic fiat money … totally understand, that’s why I got into Gold in the first place, but showing up years late to the party when everyone has been talking about this problem for ages, is not a good strategy.

We still haven’t seen the full force of whatever kind of economic crash they throw at Trump before the mid-terms.

Venezuela closes its embassy in Norway following the “peace prize” to the opposition leader / regime change supporter who supports the foreign sanctions that killed thousands of her countrymen and who dedicated the peace prize to Trump ahead of a possible US invasion of Venezuela. The “peace prize” is seen as an effort by Norway to legitimise war. When democracy is the source of peace and “democracy” is delivered through war, then war is peace.

Here check out the US government debt total …

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/GFDEBTN/

It’s about 6x bigger today than it was around 2000, give or take a bit … actually slightly less than that.

Gold has gone up something like 14x in the same time period … most of that just in the past five years. I will happily go along with the story that the USA has been blowing out the whole debt situation … but the Gold price has decoupled from that and it’s off in another world right now … possibly initially launched by the rising debt then reached escape velocity.

Looking to me like the mania has set in.

Don’t get me wrong … I like Gold … I like numbers even more.

I look at the five year charts.  My sister and a friend have shares. When the Russian SMO kicked off, I advised them to put some of that share money into physical gold. So I look at prices from that point.

Because I was aware or this greatly changing world, having some gold tucked away should everything go south, I think that was good advice.
Here in oz dollars, last time I looked, silver was 70 to $80 an ounce, gold 6000.  How many kilos of silver do you have to stash or carry around to make an ounce of gold?  What, nine times the weight and much more in bulk. Gold is around 18 kilos per liter. I haven’t looked up the weight of silver but it will be much lighter so much more bulk.

For the Canadians her. A young bloke trying to kick off a truck manufacturing company. Many bullshit barriers to break through
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvBrG0nthts

He drove a log truck while putting himself through university. Up the mountain empty, down the mountain loaded. Not sure what he drove, but the heavy trucks run water on the brake drums to keep them cool when coming down.
Hayes, Pacific’s and Kenworth 850’s were the big trucks. Challengers not many of them but they are the ultimate.
Hayes, Pacific and challenger all built in Canada. Still a lot of them about but some decades back, the move was to lighter highway trucks.
He is building hybrid trucks. Going up the mountain uses little power. Coming down the mountain loaded generates as much or more power. The braking effect is far stronger than Jakes or Allison retarder.

Apparently there is some EPA laws in Canada. Full EV is ok. Having a generator on the ground is ok. Mounting the generator on the truck is not OK.

To see another Canadian truck compAny kick of like Hayes, Pacific and Challenger would be good. This bloke is building road registerable heavy trucks. He has pulled together a group of very smart young Canadians all with relevant spheres of expertise.
For the Canadians here, even if you are not into that sort of thing, its worth checking out his stuff and supporting him. He is trying to kick off a Canadian industry again in the face of the big multi-national boys.

You clearly don’t know anything about what fusion centers do. They have very little to do with censorship or inserting undercover agents or any of the “Soviet Union” – by which you probably actually mean East Germany – type surveillance and social control.
The Censorship Industrial Complex is very well documented as being an FBI/tech industry collaboration; similarly it is very well documented how the FBI is constantly trolling mostly idiots into laughable plots.
As for the fusion centers themselves: most of them are literally nothing more than setups where the FBI, Secret Service, state and local law enforcement are set up to work more closely with each other on specific areas. For example: there is a financial crimes fusion center in Orlando – it is a Secret Service and Orange County collaboration to investigate and prosecute financial crimes in central Florida. I know this because I have directly worked with this outfit in my cyber security consulting.
Re: Epstein – I personally agree that this should be made open.
But my view is that the reason it is not, is because Epstein has a long, long history of being a tool of illegal workarounds for the US, Israeli and possibly other governments: Reagan era Contra funding, Clinton Global Initiative, multiple Israeli heads of state activity, etc etc. Between that and the clearly un-prosecuted use of American teenagers in Epstein’s entire history and likely “contractor” status with Western intel agencies, it does not surprise me that the Trump regime clearly decided not to spill this multi-decadal bag of shit out into the open. It would make every one of these people and agencies look bad. My personal view is that Epstein, like Ghislaine Maxwell’s father before him and like so many embezzlement schemes, got too greedy or incompetent skimming off the dirty money flowing through him and thus lost utility and associated immunity.

I don’t doubt that there are events at public libraries that push various agendas.
What is not clear to me is if it is across all of them, or just in some where the open event setups of all public libraries is used as a wedge. Again: conservatives have churches and other social institutions, with their associated buildings, in and through which they organize but liberal groups don’t have comparable setups – so it doesn’t surprise me that some try to use public libraries instead.
But this is not the same as all public libraries operating under some Soros agenda: there is a difference between 3rd parties holding events in a public library vs. the public library’s charter and behavior itself.
I happen to think hosting such conflict provoking events is not a great idea – because it clearly can damage the perception of public libraries as a neutral place of leaning, but clearly there is at least some degree of latitude in how any given public library or municipal level public library system or state level public library system operates.

About the massive AI bubble.

 I’ve been digging into the AI data center economics, and a hedge fund manager just discovered something that confirms my worst fears about this bubble. Harris Kupperman initially thought data centers were financially questionable, but after talking to industry insiders, he realized the situation is catastrophically worse.
What I Found Most Alarming Kupperman originally assumed data center components would depreciate over 10 years, but learned from two dozen senior professionals that the actual lifespan is just 3-10 years due to rapid technology advances. His revised calculations show the industry needs $320-480 billion in revenue just to break even on 2025 data center spending alone. Current AI revenue sits around $20 billion annually.
The Industry Panic I’m Seeing What strikes me most is that none of the senior data center professionals Kupperman spoke with understand how the financial math works either. These aren’t outside critics but industry veterans who “shoulder a heavy burden” because they know the economics don’t add up. When the people building the infrastructure can’t explain the business model, I see that as the biggest red flag possible. The Depreciation Treadmill The 3-10 year component lifespan creates a constant capital expenditure cycle where companies must replace entire facilities before they’ve generated returns on initial investment. This isn’t just chips becoming obsolete, it’s physical infrastructure wearing out under high-powered usage while technology advances make older systems worthless.
My Take This validates everything I’ve been tracking about the AI bubble being built on impossible economics. When you add 2026 projections with hundreds of new data centers, break-even revenue approaches $1 trillion. Kupperman concludes that “doing it at massive scale doesn’t make the economics work any better, it just takes an industry crisis and makes it into a national economic crisis.” When industry professionals privately admit the math doesn’t work while publicly promoting expansion plans, I’m witnessing financial engineering disguised as technological progress.

Those screaming Detroits. It was in an under powered 6×6 cab over with no insulation. Fuckin near blew my brains before I got where I was going.
I’ve only had a Volvo with an exhaust brake and a MAN 6×6 with an exhaust brake. The MAN was good though sand. it would just bog down and keep lugging. Not hard on the ears like the screaming Detroit.

Did a run with a bloke on the Perth Melbourne run one time. That truck was running a cat and though I don’t remember I assume it had a Jake. He used beans to stay awake as he ran it each week. Reckoned it was good when I shared the driving as he did not have to take beans. Coming back Across the nullabour, he was asleep in the bunk so I cranked the cat up. Sittin on 140  (90 mph in american numbers)  right across. He woke up when we were coming into Adelaide.

I looked at this ratio … Copper priced in Gold and the unitless mass ratio thereof. I’m not deeply into this stuff, just poking around looking at whatever charts are easily available.

https://www.longtermtrends.net/copper-gold-ratio/

Copper to Gold is at an all time low, and that chart goes all the way back to 1850. Meaning either Gold is way more expensive than usual, or Copper is way too cheap. The only comparable period was in the 1980’s during a period often known as the “Volker Shock” years. Paul Volker ended his term at the Fed in 1987 and right after that was a jump in the Copper to Gold ratio.

Where we are at now is even more dramatic than those Volker years. Something to think about.

My take on it is that teh Big Bang is related to a limit of info not really proving that it came from nothing.
I happen to take the simulation theory seriously and one simple explanation of Big Bang would then be the start sequence of a digital computer program.

I think we have to wait for a major AI Bubble driven market slump which will provide the buying opportunity for oil, or partial rotation from gold/silver/PGEs to oil.

Maria Corina Machado wins this year’s Nobel peace price for ‘keeping the flame of democracy burning’ in Venezuela, where she is a leading figure in the western-friendly anti-Maduro movement. Here is the Guardian article. One cannot help being reminded of the Juan Guaido episode during Trump’s first term, where the US and its European allies unisono pronounced him as Venezuela’s true president, and the Bank of England declined to give Maduro access to Venezuelan funds and gold reserves, citing he was not the legitimate president. This despite Maduro having won the presidential elections, much unlike Guaido who had nothing to offer except Uncle Sam’s friendship.
Finally, Guaido had to be dropped. According to yesterday’s Cross Talk, we might be in for a replay of the Guaido episode with Machado in the main role.

While this would be a déja vue as far as the US are concerned, what I really find disturbing is the role of the Norwegian Nobel Prize comittee. Their decision implies that Maduro is an evil dictator, and signals green light to Washington to proceed with Venezuela as it sees fit. Thus, once again, we have a seemingly objective international body acting out of political motivation. Just like the ICC, the IAEC, the OPCW, the IMF who are all aligned with US interests.

“You clearly don’t know anything about what fusion centers do.”
c1ue

“At the same time, the Department of Homeland Security was based on the Phoenix program model Nelson Brickham developed in Vietnam.  The key word is coordination. When the National Security Establishment wanted to centralize the War on Terror here in the United States, through the DHS, they copied how Phoenix had coordinated multiple agencies in order to streamline and bureaucratize the war against the Viet Cong Infrastructure (VCI).
Phoenix proved an incredibly successful model for pacification in South Vietnam. It was the silver lining in the Vietnam War. Politically the war was a disaster, but bureaucratically the Phoenix program succeeded. It became the model for CIA operations in Central America – the Salvador Option.

The Phoenix program established Intelligence Operations and Coordinating Centers in the provinces and districts (PIOCCs and DIOCCs) of South Vietnam. Similarly, the Department of Homeland Security has created “fusion centers” in every state and major city across the country. The fusion centers coordinate all the agencies in an area exactly like IOCCs did in Vietnam; systematized and computerized, they coordinate contributing intelligence analysts and operating units. It’s the same highly bureaucratized system for dispensing with anything and anyone who can’t be assimilated.”
The CIA as Organized Crime: How Illegal Operations Corrupt America and the WorldDouglas Valentine

Fusion Centres coordinate law enforcement, and now the US Army, to attack and neutralise anyone who is viewed as a threat to the established order. The Fusion Centres are part of a truly massive pacification program targeted at US civilians

 ps no I didn’t mean East Germany, I meant the Soviet Union. I  know something about the military and law enforcement agencies in the Soviet Union and how these bureaucracies interacted with the civilian population and I think this a very apt image for the US as it is currently constituted

Sorry, but you still don’t know what the fuck you are talking about.
First of all, the Phoenix program was for Vietnam and involved the CIA and the US military.
To link this to fusion centers – which don’t involve the CIA but can, stress can but not always, involve the FBI and/or Secret Service with local law enforcement – is idiotic.
Furthermore, the quote you put up was concerning the creation of DHS, not of fusion centers.
They are 2 different things, yo.
The idea for Phoenix was to coordinate between the US military and the CIA; the idea for existing fusion centers is to enable FBI and/or Secret Service to work with local law enforcement as well as some private outfits.
Whatever the Phoenix program goals were – the goal for fusion centers, in practice, is to enable quicker/easier cooperation in order for FBI/Secret Service to work on otherwise local law enforcement problems – not the other way around or in service of national security/nation-wide security.
My own experience was that of an internal embezzler at a medium sized cryptocurrency exchange; the suspect was in Orlando and so fell under the Orange County local police service – but whom had zero capability to investigate or prosecute this type of case. Hence the convenient Secret Service/OC fusion center – which let the Secret Service get involved much more quickly.
The fusion center in the SF Bay Area, for example, includes people from Berkeley, from private building IT companies, from several of the local city governments including both SF and Oakland, representatives from almost all of the Bay Area police forces as well as FBI and Secret Service. I have never done any work with this fusion center but I know many people who have spent time there. The people I know of, who have spent time there, do nothing but work on cybersecurity issues.
Furthermore: I already noted that internet censorship has nothing to do with the fusion centers. It is well documented that the FBI’s reach into Facebook, Google and others was via the SF FBI office specifically in the person of Elvis Chan. I actually know Elvis Chan – we have spoken at the same cybersecurity events, a couple of times although I did not know of his Internet Censorship work until early COVID era.
Equally, national security type FBI work does not operate out of fusion centers – these are run directly from FBI offices out of a largely independent division within the FBI. Which is to say, the FBI has parts which are focused on crime, and there are other parts which are focused on national security – it is the latter where the most egregious abuses occur aka Peter Strzok and company.
There is overlap in the infrastructure side: water/power/sewage infrastructure because these are part of fusion centers like the above, but I am 85% sure that the infrastructure stuff is defensive ie damage mitigation/prevention whereas the FBI natsec groups are basically offensive ie trying to find and arrest natsec persons of interest. The two don’t talk hardly at all, that I do know.
Lastly: the Soviet Union. Do you actually have first hand experience of what life was like in the Soviet Union? I doubt that you do, because while there was censorship, it was nowhere remotely like what we see in the US today. Nor were the internal security services remotely as intrusive as has been occurring in the US and Europe these days. Yes, the Party owned and controlled mass media – much like the donor class controls the mass media in the West today, but there was very little effort put into policing what people talked about to each other. Only in East Germany with the Stasi, was this type of effort made.
You had to try really hard to run to piss off the Soviet government, at least the Soviet government of living memory (1960 onwards).
Solzhenitsyn was the most high profile internal dissident – and he was able to live and publish over decades as the tides shifted in the Soviet Union. Most fools focus on what he did in the 1960s, but his dissidence actually started much earlier; he was imprisoned in WW2 – it was this period in which his experiences of the Gulag were from.
It was Krushchev who freed him and allowed him to publish – because it was part of Krushchev’s initiative to tear down Stalin and his legacy. His later “persecution” involved being booted out of the USSR and sent to West Germany – hardly the gulag archipelago.
And while I will not defend the gulags of WW2 – I will note that WW2 saw the eruption of anti-Russian/anti-Soviet military volunteer formations in the SS based on ethnic groups out of Latvia, Lithuania, Galicia/Ukraine, Hungary, Estonia, Albania – basically all of what later became Eastern Europe. It should not be surprising that the USSR would view these regions with an extremely suspicious eye after fighting many tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of such people in SS uniform during WW2.
So to recap: the totality of US federal government involvement in internet censorship literally consists of Elvis Chan and a bunch of think tanks: Aspen and Stanford Internet Observatory as primus inter pares.
The totality of US federal government involvement in mass media: certainly some CIA plants in media orgs, certainly a cozy relationship between some top members of the Deep State and reporters/editors, but overall the behavior of US mass media is more a case of fellow travelers (the donor class) than anything overt like in East Germany or the USSR.
The totality of “counter dissident” activities in the US – FBI, DHS, etc etc – it exists but is quite obviously focused more on finding suckers to foment plots to get arrests to get promotions, as it is any actual real natsec work. Jonathan Pollard, Robert Hansen, Aldrich Ames, Larry Chin, Walter Kendall, Gwendolyn Myers among many many others who spied for foreign governments for literally decades within the US natsec agencies themselves. I even heard Kiriakou talk about an unnamed CIA station chief who offered to take over, after Robert Hansen was finally nailed, because he needed money due to multiple divorces and child support. This guy literally had his son walk up to a foreign embassy to make the initial pitch WTF.
Which is to say: US natsec efforts are obviously far more 3 stooges than George Smiley – except when it comes to attacking fellow citizens.

The Washington Post: a leak of classified documents reveals a secret system of military cooperation between Israel and several Arab countries under U.S. supervision. Despite public statements condemning Israel’s actions in Gaza, from 2022 to 2025 the militaries of Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE regularly held closed meetings and exercises with the Israelis under the aegis of CENTCOM — focusing on air defense, counter-tunnel operations, and deterring Iran. The meetings took place in Bahrain, Egypt, and at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, where Israeli officers were discreetly flown in to avoid public scandal.
The documents describe efforts to link Arab and Israeli radar systems into a single network controlled by the U.S. and label Iran and its proxies as an “axis of evil.” ukrainewatch

That about what I made of him too after some research.
What the west and the countries in the region did to Syria was terrible. I thought Syria was pretty much secure then it was gone. All it took was the purchase of a few critical generals and I guess it was the gulf arabs that had the purchasing power.
Now the west calls the former head of ISIS in Syria,and current head of al Qaeda in Syria the Syrian president. He was amongst the top names in the UN designated terrorist list even when some of the media began calling him the President of Syria.

It will keep rising till it hits the new normal. A lot of gold is being sucked out of the west. The only thing that may change that is the number of mines opening up. A lot of low grade ore bodies are now profitable to mine and many of the big miners believe gold will be up for sometime. It can take a new mine a year or two to get into full production.
Many of those sort of mines kicking off here in Australia.

Ground Zero USA
Four Died Trying

To see where we are, look where we’ve been.

Prologue

It is hard for those who have not lived through the shattering political assassinations of the 1960s to grasp their significance for today. The echoes of the guns that killed President John F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Senator Robert F. Kennedy in rapid succession repeat and repeat and repeat down through the years, and their echoes bang off the walls of all today’s news.

Today we are living the consequences of the CIA/national security state’s 1960s takeover of the country. Their message then and now: We, the national security state, rule, we have the guns, the media, and the power to dominate you. You are helpless, they reiterate endlessly. But they lie, and this series, beginning with its first installment, will tell you why.

Chapter 1: “The World As It Was”

This film will tell you a great deal about life today. It was a time when “democracy” tended toward totalitarianism. In doing so, it sowed the bitter fruit that is poisoning us today. Without understanding the long-standing effects of those years, it is impossible to grasp the deepest dimensions of our current nightmare. Chapter 1 is about the 1950s, the rise of the Cold War with its propaganda, McCarthyism, the development of the military-industrial complex, the CIA, red-baiting, betrayals, blacklists, the abrogation of civil rights, censorship, and the ever present fear of nuclear war that set the stage for the killing fields of the 1960s and the CIA’s ruthless machinations.

One could say that the 1950s were the Foundation of Fear upon which the horrors of the 1960s were built, and that now we are reaping the flowers of evil that have sprung up everywhere we look because the evils of those decades have never been addressed.

1963   –   November 22nd   –   2024

On another Friday, 61 years ago, A President For Peace was very publicly executed in the noon day sun. While his generals wanted to win the Cold War, he sought to end it. The escalating list of conflicts between President Kennedy and his national security state before he was assassinated includes:

  1. 1961-1961: negotiated peace with the Communists for a neutralist government in Laos;
  2. April 1961: Bay of Pigs and JFK’s response: “I want to splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”
  3. 1961-63: Kennedy-Hammarskjöld-UN vision, which kept the Congo together and independent;
  4. April 1962: conflict with big steel industrialists;
  5. October 1962: negotiated resolution of the Cuban Missile Crisis by pledges of no US invasion of Cuba and withdrawal of US missiles from Turkey made to Nikita Khrushchev;
  6. 1961-63: diplomatic opening to Third World leadership of President Sukarno;
  7. May 6, 1963: Presidential order NSAM #239 to pursue both a nuclear test ban and a policy of general and complete disarmament;
  8. June 10, 1963: American University Address; On PEACE
  9. Summer 1963: Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty;
  10. Fall 1963: beginning of back-channel dialogue with Fidel Castro;
  11. Fall 1963: JFK’s decision to sell wheat to the Russians;
  12. October 11, 1963: Presidential order NSAM #263 to withdraw all U.S. personnel from Vietnam by 1965;
  13. November 1963: Khrushchev decides to accept JFK’s invitation for a joint U.S.-Soviet expedition to the moon.

James Douglass: “Seeking light in a depth of systemic evil that Thomas Merton called ‘the Unspeakable,’ which he described in Raids on the Unspeakable, leads one to a Gospel story. Kennedy was learning to see through the eyes of his Communist adversaries. At great personal risk, he was turning from war to peacemaking. I was astounded by the grace-filled story of a president of the United States choosing peace—at the cost of his life.”

It is still incredible to me. Yet here we are. Hey, look at us now! 🙂

From The Register

Researchers intercept unencrypted satellite traffic from space blabbermouths

Geostationary satellites are broadcasting large volumes of unencrypted data to Earth, including private voice calls and text messages as well as consumer internet traffic, researchers have discovered.
Scientists at the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Maryland, College Park, say they were able to pick up large amounts of sensitive traffic largely by just pointing a commercial off-the-shelf satellite dish at the sky from the roof of a university building in San Diego.
In its paper, Don’t Look Up: There Are Sensitive Internal Links in the Clear on GEO Satellites [PDF], the team describes how it performed a broad scan of IP traffic on 39 GEO satellites across 25 distinct longitudes and found that half of the signals they picked up contained cleartext IP traffic.
This included unencrypted cellular backhaul data sent from the core networks of several US operators, destined for cell towers in remote areas. Also found was unprotected internet traffic heading for in-flight Wi-Fi users aboard airliners, and unencrypted call audio from multiple VoIP providers.
According to the researchers, they were able to identify some observed satellite data as corresponding to T-Mobile cellular backhaul traffic. This included text and voice call contents, user internet traffic, and cellular network signaling protocols, all “in the clear,” but T-Mobile quickly enabled encryption after learning about the problem.
More seriously, the team was able to observe unencrypted traffic for military systems including detailed tracking data for coastal vessel surveillance and operational data of a police force.
In addition, they found retail, financial, and banking companies all using unencrypted satellite communications to link their internal networks at various sites. The researchers were able to see unencrypted login credentials, corporate emails, inventory records, and information from ATM cash dispensers.

Internet security…..surely you jest.  I expect the rest of the world has been collecting this type of  data for years and laughing about the stupidity of the West.

Once upon a time on unz.com, a race realist claimed that black people were usually less intelligent but could hide the fact for some unknown reason having to do with being sociable. He attempted to provide evidence. When Cassius Clay, known as Muhammad Ali, was already a World Champion, a journalist approached him who was in possession of his US Army Enlistment Office documents which include an IQ test. As most will remember, Ali refused to go to Vietnam to kill people there (he was sentenced to prison instead). Ali had scored 88. The threshold for being accepted into service was 90.

So the journo meets Ali and confronts him with the record. Ali replies, “Well I said I was the greatest, not the smartest!”

Even the race realist from unz.com got the joke. However, he went on to use the anecdote to prove his above-mentioned theory. We find this disingenuous. If anyone is still in doubt, let me report what my buddy Max said, who is a psychologist specializing in low IQ folks diagnosis and treatment – he immediately disbelieved it and said Ali must have been coquettish; no way is this level of joking compatible with an actual IQ score of 88.

The jokes, therefore, are on the “reace realists”.

🇸🇾🇷🇺 Julani at the Kremlin: Syria’s interim president Ahmed al-Sharaa has arrived in Moscow for his first meeting with Vladimir Putin.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the talks mark “an important day for Russian-Syrian relations after the change of power in Syria,” confirming that the issue of Russian bases will be on the agenda.
Media reports suggest al-Sharaa may also raise the question of Bashar al-Assad’s extradition.

This I put in the Ukraine thread by mistake

Pakistan is going all Israel on Afghanistan, taking important territory under their control and doing decapitation strikes in Kabul. all this with full support of USA. Resistance forces within Afghanistan have been activated.
A ceasefire has been announced, another trick to hinder retaliation strikes. This is the new normal in warfare now.
Not sure how this will play out, but Afghanistan is not Syria. And India might find this an opportune moment to make another move in Kashmere.

Well coroners hearing today. Wedensday here. Was Monday, a big stuff up on notifying me police finding me – went to the wrong house – then when I hooked into the video link and we had just got started, my old computer froze because I had a lot of pages open.

47 years now since those murders. The utter shit that was the police narrative. During the cold case, I done a lot of research perhaps a hundred hours or more of image searches for the vehicle I had seen and eventually found it. Was sent a photo of the man I had seen by a bloke whos brother had been murdered in a different crime and that photo he sent was the man I had seen. I knew the vehicle, I knew the man. Perhaps not the man who had killed them but the man who had been seeing them.

Video connection. There was a small group of people there my age or older.; Obviously relatives and I assume siblings of the victims. I am glad they were there.

Because I had two sets of memories (those superimposed by what I had seen on tv and actual) after finding the vehicle and the man, I made another statement which contrasted with the original I was a bit- put very – worried because I had changed my statement.

I was questioned on all parts of it and I felt good about it. Coroners council had been questioning me for about 1 1/4 hours when the coroner asked her to wrap it up. I don’t know why things have a time limit on that sort of thing. It needed another good half hour.

I do not know what the relatives had been told but I can only assume they had been told the official police narrative which was utter bullshit from day one right back in 78/79.  I wanted them to hear my memories.  Anyone can read the official narrative of the spear creek killings and one particular point its easy to see the bullshit. m Corruption. Incompetence? Whatever the official police narrative to be found in all the media is bullshit.

They were there for four or five days. They would leave with a bloke in a custom built landcruiser troop carrier each evening and one night the lights and noise of the vehicle woke me. I looked ou,t looked at my watch and went back to sleep. It was two or three am when they got back. I am bloody sure they were there that last morning when I went out. There was nothing unusual and I thought at the time of the fist statements I had seen some activity there as I rode out.

Police narrative in the media over at least the 40 years till the start of the cold case was complete crap.

Because of that it was actually good, especially with the relatives of the victims present, to attend the inquest.

47 years now.

Mamdani Channels Growing Opposition into the Dead End of the Democratic Party

https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2025/10/15/fhpm-o15.html

“In the 4 months since he won the Democratic primary, Mamdani has engaged in a systematic political striptease, repudiating previous positions ranging from ‘defunding’ the police to breaking the control of the super-rich over the city, to supporting the slogan ‘‘Globalize the Intifada’, synonymous with the mobilization of popular opinion to the Israeli genocide in Gaza all over the world.

Mamdani has held a series of closed-door meetings, in which he schmoozed representatives of real estate moguls, the stock exchange and the major banks, and he has taken on key advisors from the Democratic Party establishment to provide assurances that there will be nothing radical about the administration that replaces the hated crook and  Trump stooge, former police captain Eric Adams…”

When I was 17, I left the place I had grown up. Went north then traveled across the top. Skinny kid, no trade, but camped at Mount Isa for a month or two and tried to get work there. Camped in the camp ground in the caravan park. Near a bloke I got on well with. A bit older than me. He would keep out of sight when the owner was around and camped for free so that is what I did.
I can’t remember if it was one or two tent spaces between where I was camped and the three on bikes that were killed.
A couple of big bikes, the BMW I always remember and the day they came in. always remember that. Two bikes, two on one bike and it had a side car. and perched up there like jacky on the sidecar was this large dog. I was a kid and that was a rockstar entrance.

You are treating the US military goals as the purpose of the Phoenix program – no, these are general strategic goals.
The Phoenix program was proposed and created as one of the means to accomplish the strategic goal – as was the mass use of Agent Orange, and any of a myriad of other efforts.
So yet again, you don’t know what the fuck you are talking about, since you cannot distinguish between the reason for the creation of a program vs. one of the general strategic objectives of the US military and US intel agencies during Vietnam.
All you do is reinforce just how pathetically bad you at understanding anything.
