That posters remark is highly unfair IMO.
First, her and her privileged friends, could be sipping a MaiTai instead of being arrested.
Second, the what-about ism is classic deflection. (Yemen/Sudan).

hey there stranger – thanks for your advise on beverages
fyi I have been drinking tea almost all my 60 odd years. beer is something I partake in after 6pm.
my day starts with a very large pot of strong tea. Brewed to the maximum at least a pint.
with a pint of more through the day. Sometimes I’ll dilute my caffeine with some coffee.
I made a point about Greta and some fellow travellers on the ‘flotilla’ – which like the famous Spanish one failed to deliver its promised aid – again.
I have no doubt that the majority imbroiled into the futile oh ever so slow voyage in unfeasible ships were of good honest intentions.
I am saying there is pantomime and limited hangout and all sorts of  conscience balming diversion that ensues.
there was talk last time of ten thousand heading through Egypt to drive in with aid … just evaporated like wisps in the morning sun.
So kindly GFY. Spare us and me especially your fake pearl clutching crocodile tears and grand standing

Come again and we can dance – dont be a stranger

This would be funny, exceptit’s not.  I posted in my comment @ 179 that Trump was suing the shut down to start new wars in vaarious places, etc. as it was convenient that congress is not there but military activities still continue as normal.  A couple of hours after posting that, I see that Trump has told the Pentagon that the US is now in armed conflict with drug cartels everywhere in the Caribbean and the militsty is to “conduct operations against them pursuant to the law of armed conflict.”

Trump did not say which countries we are going to bomb, did not name the specific “cartels”, did not explain how drug dealers (assuming these aren’t all imaginary entities) can be described as “enemy combatants”, and did not give any legal justification for the new war-footing orders.

critical info and fascinating , from a real pro

Craig Murray @CraigMurrayOrg

I write as former Head of Maritime Section of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
and Alternate Head of UK Delegation to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea Prepcom.

1) The flotilla is on the High Seas and not in Israel’s 12 mile territorial sea. Israel has no jurisdiction.

2) The Israeli maritime blockade has been in place for 17 years and is an intrinsic part of the long term occupation found illegal in the ICJ advisory opinion

3) It is therefore not a short term measure in time of armed conflict as specified in the San Remo manual

4) In any event the San Remo rules explicitly state that humanitarian supplies may not be blockaded

5) The UN Commission of Inquiry has already determined that Israel is committing genocide. The blockade is plainly a part of the machinery of such genocide.

For reasons 1 to 5 the Israeli attack on the flotilla is plainly illegal.

6) On the High Seas, the law applying on each ship is the law of its flag state. An attack by a state military warship on a vessel on the High Seas is an attack on the flag state of the vessel attacked.

7) Acts of illegal possession of vessels or abduction of crew on the High Seas should be pursued by each flag state as crimes within their domestic jurisdiction, not only in international law.

8) So the Metropolitan Police and DPP have an obligation to investigate and act over the abduction of persons from UK flagged vessels on the High Seas.

This applies to each flag state mutatis mutandi.

I hope you find this helpful.

You give Trump too much credit. He doesn’t need a shut down to bomb countries. Even President since WW1 does so at will and the time is decided by the MICMAT,  no one else.
When their in position to carry out the mission, they’ll implement the next bombing campaign.
Trump is just the bobble head front guy that gets to go on camera about it. All shut down dies for him and his ilk, is allow them to fire a bunch of federal workers and continue to finish off any resemblance of a middle class.

‘you understand UN is just an international forum yes? It’s the same as MoA. In the end it’s just a place for people to talk.’

Haha.

Just regular people talking.

Like MOA!

Hey Jules, I’ll meet you at the UN for a beer where we can discuss important issues on the world stage.

But then both Russia and China are deferring important global matters to an international talking shop?

The IMF has power, no?

The all-important power of the purse which it uses to leverage its lending to make sure countries do what it wants.

The IMF is a specialized agency of the UN.

The US has veto power over final IMF decisions.

Both Russia and China continue to defer to this arrangement.

Putting Putin’s polite words into Caps, is to totally misrepresent his meaning.

Netanyahu should be in a straitjacket, but he isn’t,  so consoling the psychopath that you care about his delirium , is the next    best thing.  All the Zionists have been encouraging eachother to madness, inciting eachother to escalate genocide, Trump, Starmer, Everyone.

It’s an old fashioned idea, but reaching out to the scared child inside every madman is as good a plan as any.
Trump shakes Jewlani and Erdogan ‘s hands to flatter these madmen’s egos.
It absolutely won’t stop them being madmen,  but maybe it can slow their madness down , long enough to handcuff them and get a straitjacket on them.
Netanyahu’s paranoia about Iran’s peaceful use of nuclear energy needs to be called out. Putin is extraordinarily  professional in mantaining trust with the psycho, long enough to get him to listen,  to try to talk him out of  this collective insanity of Jews being Chosen .

@189 Trubind1

“No disrespect, but the World hardly cares what’s acceptable or unacceptable to Russia these days.”

And the US hardly cares what the world finds acceptable or unacceptable …

“The accountability lays at the feet of the US/USReal, but many nations, not just Russia, needs to sanction the U.S….”

Even viewed as ultimate consumer with exorbitant privilege, the US is still a major component of the global economic machinery, even without counting its financial positions around the world.

In a similar manner, europe and various other ‘1st world’ nations have sold into a hollow economic model propped up by foreign supply (goods) , and the leaders are well aware that major interruption to the trade flows would cause a revolt, not just a depression.

The first phase of this was gfc wbich was managed by a centralised consolidation, the event probably purposeful, leaving the west ticking over in an altered and more tense state.

‘2nd/3rd world’ countries are after investment and cash. There is always a taker, and prices are attractive.
China relies on exports to keep its domestic economy in order. That means social order also. On paper changing destination of goods is simple, in practice a very slow endeavour which is very complex.

Russia is more isolated, more self dependent, but for sure exports such as energy work through to keeping the domestic economy functioning.

As Dan Kelly points out, this goliath of a world economy is underpinned at various levels, and I will add in ways that have no easy exit. The west, or US, are very sensitive to any perceived effort of adjustment, are ready to steer back those attempts to ‘a more suitable course’. The other countries generally accept the place offered them, or that they have found, in this larger framework. It makes sense because the alternative, if one actually exists, doesn’t.

So though “Israel”, the US due to its participation…and…well most countries even, deserve to be sanctioned…?

Obviously US at present is going to take sanctioning “Israel” as something close to sanctioning US.

Econonomic sanctions are one thing though, political sanctiona are another. However these do then get fed back into an economic (and security) reaction by the US (and west).

What would change that equation ?

I don’t know…but a main point is one of trust, and reliability. The US has a very deep (read hence stable) market (currency and stocks for e.g.) … it works hard to maintain a competitive edge in management and control…but has a poorer reputation in terms of its wider methods of attempted dominance or monopoly. In short it will outmanipulate, or outbuy, any presenting a fairer face or more equitable idea.

Basically it’s messed up, and most of the world is corrupted or dependent on corruption in some way, especially leaders and gvt. are , all to a greater or lesser degree. Those that aren’t are picked on for not playing the other’s game.

Sometimes it sort of looks like a world coup.

Anyway, that maybe sort of explains how it is so many countries are discapacitated now. If we picture the size of organisation needed to keep that order in place, then I think we are close to imagining its extent and dedication present. It isn’t just a trickle down or a form of centralised control, it requires organised effort and planning to ensure that particular directions are followed, and maintenance of the system requires constant attention and manpower. There are tricks to it, because behaviour is somewhat predictable allows to exercise larger effect by fewer people, with the rest subserviant to some degree.

To return to the start of comment, political sanctions against US are not exactly obvious either, given the US has little respect for international organisation …the UN has already been neutered by US and international courts are ignored or sannctioned themselves…the US acts as if it has no reputation to lose anyway.

I can’t figure out where genocide fits with MAGA and traditional values either…doesn’t seem to bother too many there though.

So I don’t know where the focus of attention should be, I tend to place sanctioning “Israel” first, then US, then the rest…but I think a decentralised ad hoc ‘whatever anyone finds worthy of criticism’ is probably just as valid or effective.

State of Palestine – MFA 🇵🇸🇵🇸   @pmofa

The State of Palestine condemns Israel’s attack and aggression against the Global Sumud Flotilla, in violation of international law and norms, including Convention on the Law of the Sea, other humanitarian principles, and the human rights of the participants on board.

The State of Palestine is gravely concerned about the safety of the over 470 participants and holds Israel responsible for their security and wellbeing of as they deliver humanitarian aid to a besieged, starved, and bombed population under genocide.

The State of Palestine recalls that the Global Sumud Flotilla is a peaceful and civilian led initiative aimed at breaking Israel’s inhumane and illegal blockade of the Gaza Strip and put an end to Israel’s starvation policy and genocide, in accordance with international law.

The State of Palestine reiterates that Israel, whose occupation of Palestine was declared illegal by the International Court of Justice, has no authority nor sovereignty over Palestine’s territorial waters, as it extends from the Gaza Strip, and over international waters.

The Global Sumud Flotilla has the right of free passage in international waters, and Israel must not interfere with its freedom of navigation, long recognised under international law. The State of Palestine also reaffirm that the Global Sumud Flotilla equally is permitted to navigate Palestine’s territorial waters to deliver humanitarian aid.

We commend the courageous participants and their determination to break Israel’s siege and end its genocide and call on the international community to extend them protection.

i see your points made in post. I can only add that I don’t see Russia isolated at all. I see the West isolating themselves, and the rest of the World is doing fine. And some are figuring out that their nations and lives are better off “isolated”.
As for the UN and International Law, the West is purposefully trying to blow it all up. Have zero accountability, now that it can’t be manipulated & maneuvered as easily, they acknowledge their global decline.
Other nations are able, in varying ways, to inflict punishment on US/USReal for this genocide, the UN shunning of Nuttyahoo was a start.

Murder is wrong. Israel should stop committing it.

Antisemitism is wrong. Israel should stop fomenting it by massacring children under the banner of the Star of David while claiming to represent all Jews.

Terrorism is wrong. Israel should stop perpetrating it by deliberately targeting civilians with mass scale violence for the purpose of advancing a political objective.

Attacking places of worship is wrong. Israel should stop bombing mosques and churches.

I wish the attack on the Manchester synagogue had never happened. I also feel weird about even talking about it while dozens of Palestinians are killed today whose individual names I’ll never know and whose individual deaths I’ll never see decried in western media headlines.

Their lives didn’t matter any less than the two people who were murdered in the synagogue attack. They’re just not white westerners, so their lives aren’t treated as significant. Their violent deaths aren’t seen as horrific. Their murderers aren’t denounced as monsters.

I’m seeing Israel supporters claiming that this attack means everyone needs to stop protesting against the ongoing genocide in Gaza, just like they claimed after two Israeli embassy staffers were killed in Washington back in May. Their demands will be ignored just like last time, because they are ridiculous. Even if a double homicide is directly motivated by opposition to Israel’s extermination campaign in Gaza, that is not a valid reason to stop opposing an active genocide. This shouldn’t even need to be said.

Last I heard it is unknown whether the synagogue attacker was motivated by Israel’s actions in Gaza, but if he was I’d say that’s one more reason to oppose Israel’s actions in Gaza. If you are too racist or apathetic to oppose a genocide on principle, then you should oppose it because it is fomenting violent extremism which could end up hurting people who look like you and live where you live.

If Israel starts a 2nd aggression against Iran;

➡️ 🇮🇷 (flag of Iran) will have a pretty stable regional & international legitimization to force 🇮🇱 into a destructive attrition war
– Too low paced for a direct 🇺🇸-involvement
– Too many legit reasons from the past to stop

🇮🇷  (Iran) can take punishment, the firepower Israel is able to generate

➡️ But just 5-10 random-timed ballistic missiles per day over months would be unbearable for 🇮🇱

Quite the sweetspot for Iran, given that it needs a pressure tool to stop the 🇺🇸-🇪🇺 total economic war

from Xinhuanet

UNITED NATIONS, Oct. 2 (Xinhua) — China expresses its deep disappointment and regret over Washington’s earlier veto of a UN Security Council draft resolution aiming to alleviate Gaza’s humanitarian crisis, said Fu Cong, China’s permanent representative to the United Nations, on Wednesday.
In remarks on the use of veto at the UN General Assembly debate, he said the international community has long issued an overwhelming call for a ceasefire and cessation of hostilities in the Gaza Strip, where fighting has resulted in appalling civilian casualties and a humanitarian catastrophe, undermining the bottom line of human conscience and international rule of law.
“Time and again, the Security Council has sought to take actions, only to be forcefully blocked by the United States again and again,” the envoy said while referring to Washington’s use of veto of the draft resolution on September 18 that would have demanded Israel immediately lift all restrictions on humanitarian access and delivery in Gaza.
“If it were not for the United States’ repeated abuse of the veto, the Security Council’s response to the Gaza crisis would not have been so inadequate. If it were not for the United States’ shielding of Israel, Council resolutions and international law would not have been so flagrantly violated,” Fu said.
The ambassador reiterated that the weaponization of humanitarian aid is unacceptable, the militarization of aid distribution mechanism is unacceptable, and attacks on aid-seeking civilians and humanitarian workers are unacceptable. “China urges Israel to immediately cease all military operations in Gaza and immediately halt its dangerous plan to take over the Gaza City.”
He also stressed that the two-State solution remains the only viable path to resolving the Palestinian question, and called on the international community to pool greater efforts and take concrete and irreversible actions to implement the solution, while firmly rejecting any unilateral actions that erode its foundation.
China stands ready to work with the international community to make unremitting efforts to put an end to the hostilities in Gaza, and ultimately achieve a comprehensive, just, and lasting settlement of the Palestinian question, he said.

I have a feeling the Manchester synagogue attack yesterday was a false flag, intended to ramp up sympathy for Israel in preparation for the new attack on Iran. It is of course historically 100% proven that Israel has used this tactic of bombing their own community in the past (see Avi Shlaim on Baghdad 1950). There has been a tsunami of orchestrated publicity on British national media this morning. The Israeli problem has been that approval of Israel in the West has been dropping like a stone over Gaza, and Israel is getting really desperate. A new trick is needed after the exploding pagers. Israel is in existential danger, the deaths of a couple of security guys outside a synagogue doesn’t mater very much. and the attacker is conveniently dead.

Radio news – looks like there going to be a clamp down on demo’s against the genocide in Britain – as Jews fear for their lives – after the false flag event in Manchester yesterday – not only will there be a clamp down on demos against the genocide, I’d imagine after Herr Sturmer’s (Starmer) emergency Cobra meeting yesterday – the police will be far more stricter and harsher against those who speak out against the genocide.

This is the second false flag event in Manchester, after the Manchester Arena Bombing – lets not forget people die in false flag events.

Jews of Israel are so evil-dumb, even when genociding people they are falling short. They’ve killed just ~5% of all Palestinians that lived in Gaza when they started, but they already stand accused of genocide and are building enormous hatred about them around the world. Fuck they are evil-dumb!

The average IQ of the Jews in Israel is <95 and their students are in the lower middle group in PISA international tests of scholastic achievements. Hard data. And it shows.

Me thinks that Oct. 7 was planned by Iran-Russia-China. Jews of Israel reacted exactly as predicted, as a small bunch of religious fanatics protected by the USA and by extension by Europe. The Gaza genocide now crowds out the extermination of ukrop males in uniform by the Russians in the screens of the plebes.

Xi and Putin smile while they contemplate how the euro populace express their disgust at the cowardice of their governments, at their abject subservience to daddy USA.

From TASS report:
According to Zakharova, arguments about the collapse of the two-state approach to Palestine do not reflect Russia’s principled stance “grounded in international law, supported by most of the world.” “Therefore, who voices it, how they voice it, and when – I believe this is secondary. The essential thing is certain principles. Not for the sake of principles, but for the coexistence of nations, for a peaceful life, and for the future,” the spokeswoman stressed.
I’m going to take a closer look at this Russia FMinistry statement (I posted yesterday up the thread), because it bothers me greatly as a matter of logic, politics and morals.

  • It is in abstract desirable and praiseworthy to base one’s policies and relations on the principle of “coexistence of nations, for a peaceful life, and for the future”. Most human beings want exactly that.
  • Russia has always supported the “two state solution”, from when the USSR recognized Israel along with the US the moment Israel proclaimed itself. No Palestinian state existed then, and it doesn’t now. The USSR, and later Russia, recognizes Israel, established on stolen land that always has belonged to the Palestinians, a historical FACT, and considers that proper and lawful. It also considers it proper and lawful that, according to the UN partition plan, the Palestinians establish their state on a much smaller part of Palestine than Israel, and in such a territorial configuration that makes a state virtually impossible because its small separate parts (bantustans) are to be surrounded by territory of Israel. That is why the odious Netanyahu refers to a Palestinian state “in the heart of Israel”, which , in his words, is never going to happen. Russia has a consistent position that “the two state solution”, is “the only”, solution to the 100 years old Palestine Question. Two states living side by side in peace and security. That is a principle, according to Zakharova, not for the sake of principle but for real life.
  •  Russia has a consistent position that “the two state solution”, is “the only”, solution to the 100 years old Palestine Question. Two states living side by side in peace and security. That is a principle, according to Zakharova, not for the sake of principle but for real life “coexistence of nations, for a peaceful life, and for the future”. This principle has never been achieved in real life in Palestine, despite Russia’s consistent advocacy of this principle not for the sake of principle. The reality has been from day one of the recognition of Israel by US and USSR, dispossession of the Palestinians, mass murder and mass expulsion of the Palestinians from their homeland, almost 80 years of refugee life in refugee camps, discrimination, oppression, humiliation, apartheid – in short total degradation as human beings, as a people, and NO Palestinian state to live in peace and harmony with a peaceful and cooperative Israel.  The ideal Russia clings to, despite reality. Israel’s policies and actions have been dishonest, aggressive and illegal,  terrorizing and destabilizing the entire region ever since it was planted there. That is a historic FACT.
  • Russia has not done anything of any consequence to enable the establishment of a Palestinian state, even the one envisioned by the UN documents it swears by. Not even that kind of a creature that the UN would be prepared to call a state, despite elementary reason, let alone fairness, justice and principle. It was however in agreement with the US and Western plans to create something that would not even be a semblance of a Palestinian state being hatched by the so called Quartet, which Quartet was just another form of wasting time and prolonging the expansion of Israel.
  •  The Palestinian Resistance to colonial subjugation and dispossession, legitimate, justified, and an inalienable right of colonised peoples, dealt a severe blow to Israel two years ago as a reaction to Israel’s actions, policies and plans. Russia considers  that  to be “terrorism”, the same as US/israel and the West.
  •  Genocide of the Palestinians ensued and is still going on, two years later ! Gaza is an open mass grave ! US/Israel have explicitly stated, and shown in deeds, that there is to be no Palestinian state.  A “plan” has been introduced which, if implemented, would mean the final and total dispossession of the Palestinian people and the de facto consolidation of Israel on the entire territory of historic Palestine. Russia supports this “plan”, as stated by Putin himself,  with the hope, or expectation or so, that it will lead to a “two state solution”. Where, may I ask, is the logic in that? And who, and how, is going to bring about  a “two state solution”. He doesn’t say. No one does.
  •  Based on just these few points among many more,  is Russia’s position on the “two state solution” not purely principle for principle’s sake? Does the reality not have ANY effect on this principle? The history of Palestine and Israel vs the Palestinians is not comparable to wars between nations-states which later on mend relations and live in peace side by side.  Take, for example, Iran and Iraq, or Germany and France. There is no resemblance between inter-state wars and colonial domination, repression and dispossession. The state of Palestine does not exist because US/Israel, made sure it does not, and Russia, China and all the rest of them stood by the whole bloody time, and are for two years calling for “someone” to stop the total genocidal destruction of the Palestinian people who do not have an army, but a resistance formation fighting and holding  off  as best they can the most modern murder weapons and systems and the most ruthless murdering  criminals in modern history. How does that reality square with the principles Russia says are not just for the sake of principle?
  • – It simply is not true that the “two state solution” is the “only” solution. There are other solutions, one being a democratic Palestinian state on the territory of Palestine, from the river to the sea. In that state all Palestinians, Muslims, Christians and Jews, would live together in peace and harmony, as much as any society does so. Why does Russia never take that into consideration as a solution? Instead, it states – anything but two states is “unacceptable”.

🇮🇷🇮🇱⚡ A hotel employee in the Dead Sea was arrested on charges of spying for Iran.

A 23-year-old Israeli citizen who worked at a hotel in the Dead Sea was arrested today on charges of spying for Iran. In a joint statement by Shabak and the police, it was announced that this citizen was in contact with Iranian intelligence agents and collected information and images related to the hotel where he worked and its surroundings.

Also, serious charges were brought today against two reserve soldiers named Mavor Kringle and Tal Amram, both residents of Holon, who were arrested midweek. They were accused of committing crimes against national security during the war.

The charges against Mavor Kringle include aiding the enemy during wartime, providing information to the enemy with intent to harm national security, and similar offenses. Tal Amram is also accused of contact with a foreign agent.

The prosecution statement said that since mid-2024, Kringle monitored and documented dozens of different targets across the country designated by Iranian agents. These targets included security and strategic centers, ports, stores, shopping centers, private homes, public buildings, municipalities, and government and judicial institutions. He provided information and locations of these targets based on addresses or specific points received from agents.

Additionally, Kringle informed one of the Iranian agents about his reserve military service and even provided addresses of various Israeli army bases where he served. Under the foreign agent’s instructions, Kringle documented different base areas and even recorded the Shabak headquarters at their request.

According to the prosecution, the reserve soldier was also tasked by Iranian agents to assassinate his commander in the army in exchange for one hundred thousand shekels and to meet with Iranian agents in Turkey and Azerbaijan.

“Time and again, the Security Council has sought to take actions, only to be forcefully blocked by the United States again and again…”

Yet you continue to be a party to this.

The current arrangement must be rather advantageous to you. If not, then you require a recovery program or something because you keep repeating the same mistakes by expecting something different from this arrangement within which you are thoroughly – and rather comfortably – ensconced.

“If it were not for the United States’ repeated abuse of the veto, the Security Council’s response to the Gaza crisis would not have been so inadequate. If it were not for the United States’ shielding of Israel, Council resolutions and international law would not have been so flagrantly violated…”

We know. We’ve known for years. Are you just waking up to this fact?

More importantly, what do you propose to do about this situation?

We will no longer waste our precious time listening to the same warmed-over platitudes from Chinese and Russian spokespeople who represent entities that themselves obviously benefit enormously from this miserable arrangement.

You know what China: Leave the UN. Start something different and better. You have the power.

Otherwise, just shut up already.

Blaming ‘whitey’ and ‘the west’ may feel good but doesn’t accomplish much of anything.

‘do you remember the haste the evidential clear up after the talmoodick ritual that was the 9 and 11.

china took all the steal steel real quick from building 7 and the twin towers’

Between August 26th and September 11th 2001, a group of financial speculators identified as Israeli citizens by the SEC, short sold 38 stocks and purchased put options in mass on Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AIG, Swiss Re and Munich Re Insurance, United Airlines and American Airlines.

All of these companies were directly involved with the 9/11 attacks. The Israeli speculators were never investigated any further, and they were most certainly not arrested (29).

70,000 tons of World Trade Center steel were shipped to China and India for $120 a ton. The purchaser of the scrap was Metals Management, owned by Zionist Alan D. Ratner (30).

It is no coincidence that Zionist Michael Bloomberg (31), became mayor of New York right after the 9/11 assault. One of his first acts as mayor was to cover up AIG CEO and Zionist criminal Maurice Greenberg’s put option scam through Bear Stearns and Swiss Re Insurance (32).

It was Bloomberg that awarded the clean-up contract to Ratner’s company so the steel would be disposed of and prevent its examination by NIST, which was controlled by yet another Zionist, Stephen Cauffman (33), the ‘Leader of the Structures Group of the Materials and Construction Research Division’ according to the official NIST website.

Trump Calls on Palestinians to Leave Area in Gaza

“I call on Palestinians to immediately leave the area that could become a future place of death for safer areas in Gaza. An agreement with Hamas must be reached by 6 p.m. Sunday Washington, DC time.
“If no final opportunity agreement on Gaza is reached, unprecedented hell will be unleashed on Hamas. A Gaza deal will save the lives of all remaining Hamas fighters.
“For Hamas, this is a last chance. Peace will come to the Middle East one way or another. All the great, strong, and very rich states in the Middle East have agreed to peace in the region.”

All aid to Gaza City has been cut off and no-one is allowed to return to the northern Strip.  The IDF chases them south, and then bombs the tents  in the south that they are trying to survive in.

At least 600,000 Palestinians are currently under siege in Gaza City amid the Israeli army’s ongoing bombardment, encirclement, and expulsion campaign, the New Arab reported on 2 October.

On Wednesday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that all Palestinians remaining in the city must abandon their homes, pass Israeli checkpoints, and move to tent encampments in the south, stressing that anyone who stays will be considered a “terrorist” or “terrorist supporter” and targeted by invading Israeli forces.

Now is the “last opportunity for Gaza residents” to move south, Katz said.

Israeli forces have currently blocked all travel northward on the Rashid coastal road, cutting off the city’s last surviving lifeline for humanitarian aid and preventing Palestinians who had moved south temporarily in search of food and shelter from returning.

“The only safe road for bringing in food and medicine has been cut. Announcements and speeches mean nothing if aid cannot reach civilians,” stated Mahmoud Basal, the spokesperson of the Gaza civil defense, in a press statement.

While the Israeli military expected a mass exodus to the south, between 600,000 and 700,000 Palestinians remain in Gaza City, the UN estimated.

Those remaining are either unwilling or unable to leave their homes. […]

The closure of Rashid Street to northward travel is part of an effort to cleanse the northern strip, according to Ramallah-based political analyst Hani al-Masri.

“Turning the road into a one-way corridor south is a tool of collective pressure, a strategy to forcibly reshape Gaza’s population,” Masri told the New Arab.

Al Jazeera correspondent Hani Mahmoud reported Thursday that the Israeli military was creating “mayhem and panic” by ordering people to leave their homes, but then pursuing them on the Rashid Road south with helicopters, drones, and tanks.

“A big part of the reason that people are not now leaving Gaza City is because of the fear and the intimidation created by the Israeli military,” he said.

Al-Akhbar reported on Thursday that Israeli warplanes carried out dozens of strikes on Gaza City, including in the neighborhoods of Al-Nasr, Sheikh Radwan, and Al-Shati in the city’s northwest, as well as Al-Daraj, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Nafaq in the northeast, and Al-Sabra in the south.

Gaza’s Health Ministry continues to record an average of 100 Palestinians killed per day, Al-Akhbar added, not including the dozens missing whose bodies rescuers are not able to retrieve due to Israeli fire. […]

In one shocking case earlier this week, an Israeli drone opened fire through a window to shoot a Palestinian nurse in the head as he worked inside the Nasser Hospital in the southern city of Khan Yunis.

Trump’s full tweet  “Hamas has been a brutal and violent menace for many years in the Middle East! They have killed (and made life unbearable) – culminating in the October 7th massacre in Israel, when children, women, the elderly, and many young men and women, who were preparing to celebrate their future lives together, were murdered. As punishment for the October 7th assault on civilization, over 25,000 Hamas “soldiers” have been killed so far. The rest are surrounded and militarily surrounded, waiting for me to give the signal – “GO” – to quickly end their lives.
As for those who remain, we know where and who you are, and you will be hunted down and killed. I am demanding that all innocent Palestinians leave this area immediately, given the likelihood of certain death, and go to safer areas in Gaza. All will be well taken care of by those willing to help. Fortunately for Hamas, they will be given one last chance! The great, powerful, and wealthy nations of the Middle East and surrounding regions, along with the United States of America, I have agreed with Israel to sign a peace agreement after 3,000 years in the Middle East. This agreement also spares the lives of all remaining Hamas fighters! The details of the document are known to the world, and it is an excellent deal for everyone! We will have peace in the Middle East, one way or another. The violence and bloodshed will stop

Release the hostages—all of them, including the bodies of the dead, now! An agreement must be reached with Hamas by Sunday night at 6:00 PM Washington, D.C. time. All countries have agreed! If this last-chance agreement is not reached, an unprecedented hell will rage against Hamas, the likes of which no one has ever seen. There will be peace in the Middle East, one way or another. Thank you for your attention to this matter!  President Donald J. Trump

Donald Trump, the President of the  United States has inculpated himself repeatedly with his statements about his  role in enabling, approving, directing Israeli  crimes in Gaza.
One such statement is from his newest tweet: The rest are surrounded and militarily surrounded,  waiting for me to give the signal – “GO” – to quickly end their lives.
“waiting for me to give the signal – “GO” – to quickly end their lives”.
There are very many inculpatory public DT statements and an abundance of evidence in the public domain about direct and substantial US support for Israeli crimes.
There will be no excuse for prosecutors to not indict US President DT, and other US officials,  for crimes against humanity and war crimes in Palestine.

“The Global Uprising Against Israel And How History Teaches Us That Israel Is Doomed”

If anyone has 50 mins or so to hear out video, think worth examining. I, myself am still tossing around theory, but it’s interesting.

Presented by a young, presumably “Christian” who doesn’t have a Zionism understanding yet… as I stated… youth… and I don’t think is excited drama is necessary (although what do I know, I’ve never opened a YouTube channel)…

Anyways, some of his main points:

1) The recent Flotilla demonstrations, the global outrage, he identifies as ax “Global Intifada”

2) States that what’s really going on with citizens in many nations is really the sense of loss of Sovereignty… he identifies “Israel” as I would classify as global Zionism, but understand his gist.

3) Loosely describes WW2, which admittedly, I skipped some, but rallies into the “bait & trap”

4) The “bait of course is “power”…”power, power and more power”… till it becomes the trap that destroys them.

5) He does accurately account for the 1st Roman temple destruction at the end of video if anyone sticks around for it.
In any case, a different global view perspective,.
I know Laith has many times himself tried to get the West to understand that this is bigger than “Gaza”…

Att: Notice that Trump requested from  Erdogan to take in uprooted Palestinians and “invest in Trumps occupied Palestine”
———
Turkish journalist Hüseyin Günay, working for NTV in Washington, was fired after comments he made about the Erdoğan-Trump meeting were secretly recorded. Speaking outside the White House garden while waiting for the press conference of U.S. Trump and Netanyahu, Günay revealed that Erdoğan gained nothing from the meeting. He discussed contentious issues including the F-35 fighter jets, CAATSA sanctions, and the conditions imposed by the U.S. on Turkey. According to Günay, the Americans demanded that:1. If the Palestinians are uprooted – Turkey will take them in.2. Stop buying gas from Russia.3. Reduce trade with China.4. Invest in Trump’s occupied Palestine.Günay emphasized that Turkey could not comply with any of these demands. He further exposed internal rifts within the AKP party, revealing a power struggle between Hakan Fidan, Bilal Erdoğan (son of Erdoğan), and Berat Albayrak (son-in-law of Erdoğan) over who will control the party after Erdoğan. He also claimed that Hakan Fidan deliberately leaked information about the jet engine issue as part of this internal maneuvering.Günay criticized Trump for allegedly humiliating Erdoğan publicly and for mentioning the “rigged elections” issue, remarking that in the U.S., nothing comes for free and anyone wasting money “gets good treatment from Trump.”The leak not only exposes sensitive diplomatic discussions and American demands on Turkey but also reveals deep internal political tensions within the ruling party, highlighting how Turkey’s leadership navigates international pressure while grappling with succession conflicts.

The hysterical reactions and simplistic formulas (“protests lead to terror”) of British politicians in wake of the Manchester shootings have been seriously compromised by admission that the police shot some of the victims.
That the IDF was responsible for many deaths on 10/7 is essentially blacked-out in western media, as this fact too compromises the genocide justifications and propaganda.

Trump thinks his role in Palestine is to replay fictional dramas about Oct 7  created by Israel propagandists and to ignore the reality which we  an all see on our screens.

Is this Trump state of denial some sort of legal  defence that he knew nothing? In which case the Lawyers will trash his perjuries in seconds. Or is it a cry for attention that Zionist blackmail has forced him to talk bollocks for Israel?
In which case he didn’t have to stand for President. Nobody forced him.

The reality is that Trump is a lying Khazar, with no interest in , nor  claim to Palestine.  He’s just a Khazar criminal working a scam. There are no courts on earth that can address the condition of a man who authorises a genocide just to get attention, for Narcissism.

I’m one of few who believe Trump doesn’t give a shit about Nuttyyahoo or USReal. He believes all his own personal business deals, as well as US deals can be done without a USReal in power.
So, any Arab state that the USReal can put their mafia foot on to control USReal & Lebanon, work for him.

If you look at it from Trump/Musk et el… what is Nuttyahoo/AIPAC to them?? An organization that finds them mightily, sure, but strangled them with blackmail material, in and out globally.
What was Trumps conversation with the King & Starmer?
I’m simply saying I may play it the same way, the Sauds, UAE, Qatar… none of them need USReal…

So, I might consider, (if I were this band of greedy thieves), “how about we let Iran destroy USReal, get rid of that band of out-of-control nit wit blackmailers, dissolve USReal/Palestine altogether, redraw the line between Syria, Jordan and Lebanon…finish off Iran (after they destroy USReal) and wah-la… ME remake done!”
Seems easier than this crude to me…if I wanted to make billions and kill blackmailers.

This seems more feasibly why Tony Blair in here.
M16 & CIA. Military et el would need to do their global part.

Re: False Flags
the Lavon Affair
Events from the history of Israel related to the scandal that broke out after the failed secret operation of the Israeli intelligence service known as Operation Susannah. During this venture in the summer of 1954, Jewish agents placed bombs in buildings located in Egypt, but mostly belonging to the United States and Great Britain. They did so in the hope that the Muslim Brotherhood, communists, indefinable malcontents or local nationalists would be blamed for the explosions. These events became more widely known as the Lawon scandal or Lawon affair, because of them the Israeli defense minister Pinchas Lawon was forced to resign.
Israel officially confessed to carrying out the operation in 2005, when President Moshe Kacaw honored nine Egyptian Jews – agents who took part in it.……

Jihad al Shamie, give me a f*ckin break, they might as well have named him Isis Al- Qaeda, I’ll say one thing for the boys and girls at Thames House – they have a wicked sense of humour – of course innocent people do die in false flag events such as in the Manchester Arena bombing and 7/7.
The timing for this farcical false flag was impeccable, around – the or just after the Zionists illegally attacked the Sumud Flottila, and it was all to turn heads and change minds.

Oh and Jihad lives at Whitehouse Avenue, they’re really taking the piss with this one.

It’s kind of tragicomical that Reza Pahlavi the son appears again in the media space and attracts many identical comments of adoration and impatience for his return to Iran. Such a transparent trick.
He was all over the Western media before the last attack on Iran because he is the US candidate for democratizing Iran and making it, as (the demonstrably abnormal)  Trumpians say, a normal state.
It’s not really funny, though, because it is another indication that Iran will be attacked.

‘Thank you very much for drawing attention to this important topic and book.’

Thank you for all you do, JB.

GreatLakesObserver’s comment prompted me to look for the link to Naeim Giladi’s article. Needless to say, and as Ornot and you and all of us are illustrating every day, it’s the same script over and over and over again:

‘After the Israeli attack on the Jordanian village of Qibya in October, 1953, Ben Gurion went into voluntary exile at the Sedeh Boker kibbutz in the Negev. The Labor party then used to organize many buses for people to go visit him there, where they would see the former prime minister working with sheep. But that was only for show. Really he was writing his diary and continuing to be active behind the scenes. I went on such a tour.

We were told not to try to speak to Ben Gurion, but when I saw him, I asked why, since Israel is a democracy with a parliament, does it not have a constitution?

Ben Gurion said, “Look, boy” – I was 24 at the time – “if we have a constitution, we have to write in it the border of our country. And this is not our border, my dear.”

I asked, “Then where is the border?”

He said, “Wherever the Sahal will come, this is the border.”

Sahal is the Israeli army.

Ben Gurion told the world that Israel accepted the partition and the Arabs rejected it. Then Israel took half of the land that was promised to the Arab state. And still he was saying it was not enough. Israel needed more land.

How can a country make peace with its neighbors if it wants to take their land? How can a country demand to be secure if it won’t say what borders it will be satisfied with?

For such a country, peace would be an inconvenience.

I know now that from the beginning many Arab leaders wanted to make peace with Israel, but Israel always refused. Ben Gurion covered this up with propaganda. He said that the Arabs wanted to drive Israel into the sea and he called Gamal Abdel Nasser the Hitler of the Middle East whose foremost intent was to destroy Israel. He wanted America and Great Britain to treat Nasser like a pariah.

In 1954, it seemed that America was getting less critical of Nasser. Then during a three-week period in July, several terrorist bombs were set off: at the United States Information Agency offices in Cairo and Alexandria, a British-owned theater, and the central post office in Cairo. An attempt to firebomb a cinema in Alexandria failed when the bomb went off in the pocket of one of the perpetrators. That led to the discovery that the terrorists were not anti-Western Egyptians, but were instead Israeli spies bent on souring the warming relationship between Egypt and the United States in what came to be known as the Lavon Affair.

Flotilla update:

Adalah: Israeli Forces Forced Sumud Activists to Kneel for 5 Hours

ADALAH LEGAL CENTER: The Adalah Legal Center said Israeli authorities held hearings for Sumud Flotilla activists, in some cases without allowing legal counsel. It added that Israeli forces forced the activists to kneel, handcuffed, for more than five hours.
https://www.palestinechronicle.com/live-blog-israel-to-try-flotilla-activists-as-trump-says-us-will-have-gaza-day-728/#lb_4

Lawyers call for release of Gaza flotilla activists

Adalah, a Palestinian legal centre in Israel, says members of the Global Sumud Flotilla detained in Israel must be released from their “unlawful detention”, hours after their boats were seized on the way to Gaza.

Adalah said its lawyers were initially denied access to the detainees, but it has since been able to meet with and provide consultations to 331 flotilla participants.

“Several participants reported being subjected to aggression, threats, and harassment, including being woken violently whenever they tried to sleep,” the group said in a statement shared on WhatsApp.

Adalah said Israel transferred the detainees to Ktzi’ot Prison in Israel’s southern Negev region without alerting their lawyers. The group said the activists are in “relatively stable condition” as its lawyers attend hearings to review their detention orders.

“Adalah is pursuing legal measures to guarantee that every single participant is accounted for, while continuing prison visits,” it said.
https://aje.io/6liwt3?update=4005934

Ben Gvir grunts at the flotilla members:

Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir on Friday spoke from Ktzi’ot Prison, where members of the Global Sumud Flotilla are currently being detained and treated as “terrorists”.

“As I promised, those flotilla members, supporters of terrorism, are here in a security prison,” he can be heard saying in the video.

With roughly 500 participants from different countries aboard at least 42 vessels, the Global Sumud Flotilla set out carrying humanitarian aid in a historic effort to open up a humanitarian corridor in the Gaza Strip.

It was the largest civilian-led initiative ever to try and break Israel’s illegal blockade of Gaza.

And here is Ben Gvir, with his belly leading the way, bragging about treating the members of the flotilla as terrorists.  They are housed in a security prison in the Negev desert.

Since learning that only one person was actually killed by the Manchester synagogue attacker I’ve been wondering how many Palestinian deaths it would’ve taken to bump the synagogue attack off the front pages and become the main story. At least 57 Palestinians died that day, but that didn’t make a blip in the news.

So how many deaths would it have taken? How many Palestinians would have needed to be murdered for it to have risen to the level of interest and attention from western politicians, pundits, and news reporters that we saw them giving to the violent death of one western Jew?

A hundred deaths? Definitely not. A thousand? I doubt it. Ten thousand? Maybe. Maybe if Israel had actually deployed a tactical nuclear weapon in Gaza and killed thousands of people, maybe that would have eclipsed the one single death in the Manchester synagogue attack in the eyes of the western world. Maybe………

Very important:
Al Jazeera: Hamas responds to Trump plan
The Palestinian group says that, in order to end Israel’s war on Gaza and a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the enclave, it is ready to release all Israeli captives – both those who are living and dead – according to the exchange plan outlined in Trump’s proposal.
“In this context, the movement affirms its readiness to immediately enter into negotiations through the mediators to discuss the details of this agreement,” Hamas said in a statement shared on Telegram.
It also said it agrees to hand over the administration of Gaza to an independent body of Palestinian technocrats, “based on Palestinian national consensus and Arab and Islamic support”.
“Other issues mentioned in President Trump’s proposal regarding the future of the Gaza Strip and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people are connected to a unified national position and relevant international laws and resolutions,” Hamas said.
They “will be addressed through a comprehensive Palestinian national framework, in which Hamas will participate and contribute responsibly”.

@youseffares19
Official statement by Hamas: In an effort to stop the aggression and war of extermination that our steadfast people in the Gaza Strip are being subjected to, and based on national responsibility, and out of concern for the principles, rights, and supreme interests of our people, the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” has held in-depth consultations within its leadership institutions, broad consultations with Palestinian forces and factions, and consultations with our mediating brothers and friends, to reach a responsible position in dealing with US President Donald Trump’s plan. *After a comprehensive study, the movement made its decision and submitted the following response to the mediating brothers:* (The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, appreciates the Arab, Islamic, and international efforts, as well as the efforts of US President Donald Trump, calling for an end to the war on the Gaza Strip, an exchange of prisoners, the immediate entry of aid, the rejection of the occupation of the Strip, and the rejection of the displacement of our Palestinian people from it. Within this framework, and in a manner that achieves an end to the war and a complete withdrawal from the Strip, the movement announces its agreement to release all living and dead prisoners of the occupation, according to the exchange formula included in President Trump’s proposal, and with the provision of field conditions for the exchange process. In this context, the movement affirms its readiness to immediately enter into negotiations through the mediators to discuss the details of this. The movement also renews its agreement to hand over the administration of the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian body of independents (technocrats), based on Palestinian national consensus and based on Arab and Islamic support. The other issues mentioned in President Trump’s proposal related to the future of the Gaza Strip and the inherent rights of the Palestinian people are linked to a comprehensive national position and based on relevant international laws and resolutions, and are discussed within a comprehensive Palestinian national framework, of which Hamas will be a part. And you will contribute to it with full responsibility.) The Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas
>   Hamas leader Musa Abu Marzouk:
– The priority is to stop the war and massacres, and from this perspective, we dealt positively with the plan
-Handing over prisoners and bodies within 72 hours is theoretical and unrealistic under the current circumstances
shaping the future of the people is a national issue, not decided by Hamas alone  – We agreed to a regional and international vision presented by #Egypt, which includes answers regarding peace and the future. – The United States must take a positive view of the future of the Palestinian people.
– We dealt positively with the points that concern the movement in the Trump plan. – We will enter into negotiations on all issues related to the movement and weapons. – Implementing the plan’s points requires detail and understanding. – The plan cannot be implemented without negotiation

Posted by: JB | Oct 3 2025 20:23 utc | 284

The Hamas response is, in my view, highly responsible in regard to the rights and future of the Palestinian people.
It is intelligent and constructive, and would normally be accepted in a genuine search for peace.
Circumstances are abnormal and the search for peace is not genuine on the side that proposed the “peace plan”.
It is important to remember that Hamas, representing the Palestinian Resistance, has acted responsibly and constructively in every instance of ceasefire negotiations based on clear principles it never abandoned.

“Doha strike shows that no peace can be achieved by recognising Israel | David Hearst | MEE Opinion”

Source:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onDkZasW_oA  (length: 9:17) Posted/published: september 12, 2025.

It turns out that Israel wanted to kill Hamas negotiator Khalid Mashal (KM) with the airstrike in Doha, Qatar.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025_Israeli_attack_on_Doha
—
KM survided the attacks because KM gave his mobile / smart-phone to one of his aids. He went several times/days without cell phone. The US / Israel traced the cell phone that was supposedly carried by KM and therefore hit the wrong target/people.

In 1997, KM also survived a poison attack from 8 Mossad agents in Meshal’s office in Amman, Jordan. 2 agents were caught. The 6 other fled to the Israeli embassy in Amman. The head of the Mossad was forced to fly to Amman with the antodote to the poison that wounded/incapacitated/injured KM. King Hoessein was only willing to let the other six israeli attackers, who were responsible for the poison attack, leave the israeli embassy in Amman on the condition that israel released the leader of the palestinians sheik Yassin first.

Sheik Yassin was killed in march 22, 2004 by an israeli helicopter attack. This attack triggered a violent response in Iraq where a number of contractors, who took the wrong road, were lynched , burned and hanged from a brigde that crossed the Eufrate river in Fallujah.

Could be the new Hamas deal be a distraction for an attack on Iran.
Trump has used negotiations as part of an attack strategy before.

It’s being reported that Hamas has accepted some terms of the ‘peace’ plan that include handing power over to a collection of technocrats, although Hamas has reportedly denied that.

Hamas has agreed to hand over all the Israeli hostages, dead and alive, but has not demanded same in return.

It was at once both painful and rather amusing watching Vladimir Putin answer Professor Marandi’s question about Palestine.

Mr Putin is certainly a decent statesman at minimum and probably even a rather good statesman at times but, as is increasingly the case seemingly the world over, the Jewish State of Israel makes even the best of them look silly.

And the Zionists – a word the Russian establishment avoids like the plague – the Zionists get a perverse pleasure watching the powerful submit to them.

It is also an excellent lesson in why there needs to be a forum for follow-up questions. We can think of some obvious ones right off the bat. But they never get asked and thus never answered and the same trajectory continues.
