Of interest; it is apparently impossible now to keep track of the number of Palestinians who have starved to death. The last number given was over 450, but that was a week or ten days ago, and there are few (if any) hospitals functioning in Gaza now for the people to report the death of their loved ones. Teri – I can only write in in support of your comment above. It expresses what I and a great many others feel about the atrocities in Gaza.

I termed Gaza Auschwitz-on-Sea on an English site some time ago. Doubt I could do that now: the comment would be deleted or, as happened in that case, I’d be banned.
But that comment, thinking over it, missed the point. There’s nothing unusual about what’s happening in Gaza except for the fact that it’s happening in public and no excuse or evasion of responsibility possible.

The starvation or attempted starvation of civilian populations has always been part of the repertoire of war. Such attempts were made by both the British and the Germans on a large scale in the two World Wars and by other parties to those wars as well. So we in the West cannot claim that what’s happening now in Gaza is something we have not ourselves tried to do and have sometimes done on various occasions in our own history.

In recent times that weapon was used by us on several occasions, notably against Iraq – the resultant deaths of half a million children claimed – Syria and Iran. Causing the starvation of civilians is an accepted tool in the sanctions arsenal and acknowledged to be so by such as Dana Stroul, whose lectures on the use of this tool are still up on YouTube and available for all to study. There is nothing secret or concealed about the use of starvation of civilians in pursuance of conflicts engaged in by the West.

In those recent examples the intention was not so much ethnic cleansing as causing the target populations to rise up against the regimes we wished to destroy. In the case of Gaza the intention is straight ethnic cleansing, either by causing the death by starvation of large numbers of people or by encouraging or forcing the target population to move elsewhere.

For the man woman or child who starved or is starving to death in the course of these various conflicts that distinction is purely academic. Whatever the intention the result, starving people to death, is the same in both cases.

I’d go further than that. There is no real distinction between those committing the atrocity, the Israelis, and those supporting or condoning it, the governments of the West and a section of the Western population: we can’t pretend that many of our fellow Westerners don’t support or condone what’s being done in Gaza.

In fact such distinction as there is is in favour of the Israelis. Since well before the Nakba they have been nurtured in a culture in which ethnic cleansing by violence is acceptable. One merely has to look at the statements they put out to understand that they are now in a state akin to hysteria. One can no more expect them to think through what they are doing that one could expect an out of control Rottweiler to stop savaging a sheep.

The blame there would lie with whoever let the Rottweiler off the leash. Us. For all the crocodile tears now being shed we in the West supplied arms to the Israelis in quantity, gave them diplomatic and moral support, and took no steps whatsoever to get them back on the leash.

We’re still taking no effective steps to rescue the Palestinians though we could stop the atrocities tomorrow. The actions and remonstrances we’re now seeing from the European governments are purely cosmetic, with the American government not even doing that. And in both Europe and America those governments can still lay claim to at least some popular support. “It’s so hard to face that I am living amongst such people and that they still lay claim to being humans,” you say.

Hard, Teri, but it must be faced. This is the inescapable reality we must now live in in the West. The psychos are in charge and it looks as if they’ll stay in charge.

Amazingly, Hamas, PIJ and Fatah continue to be effective fighting forces despite the IDF continuous airstrikes and tank and artillery strikes for two years.
The Israelis are the best recruiting tool ever, the more attacks on civilians that occur, the more young folks enlist to fight the IDF.

Basically it is a war between the forces of good and evil (or, between God and human governments) in the universe and it is played out on planet Earth. It sure seems like that is what is happening. The dark forces, represented by Zionism, have taken over human governments in the most “advanced” nations and  have struck fear into the others, where they seek to enter by nefarious means, corrupt the human thinking process so that good and evil are reversed in people’s minds, and to control everything.

Just an  FYI, I’ve been reading several China news outlets.
To date, there is no deal yet. The main problem is algorithms technology and rights. China willing to sell a stripped down version, but what the tech company is trying to get its hands on, is the algorithms code, as it is much better than what they have currently and why Tik-Tok is such a success. They’re still hashing it out.
In any case, there is an extension till 12-15 I think, to hash it out, but the “sale” currently is the same hyper “done deal” crap camp as every other Trump BS “deal” is atm.

Revealed: The 21-Point Plan
The following are the contents of the plan, which have been paraphrased by The Times of Israel at the request of its confidential sources:
1. Gaza will be a de-radicalized, terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors.
2. Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of its people.
3. If Israel and Hamas agree to the proposal, the war will immediately end, with the IDF halting all operations and gradually withdrawing from the Strip.
4. Within 48 hours of Israel publicly accepting the deal, all living and deceased hostages will be returned.
5. Once the hostages are returned, Israel will free several hundred Palestinian security prisoners serving life sentences and over 1,000 Gazans arrested since the start of the war, along with the bodies of several hundred Palestinians.
6. Once the hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful coexistence will be granted amnesty, while members who wish to leave the Strip will be granted safe passage to receiving countries.
7. Once this agreement is reached, aid will surge into the Strip at rates no lower than the benchmarks set in the January 2025 hostage deal, which included 600 trucks of aid per day, along with the rehabilitation of critical infrastructure and the entry of equipment for removing rubble.
8. Aid will be distributed — without interference from either side — by the United Nations and the Red Crescent, along with other international organizations not associated with either Israel or Hamas.
9. Gaza will be administered by a temporary, transitional government of Palestinian technocrats who will be responsible for providing day-to-day services for the people of the Strip. The committee will be supervised by a new international body established by the US in consultation with Arab and European partners. It will establish a framework for funding the redevelopment of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program.
10. An economic plan will be created to rebuild Gaza through the convening of experts with experience in constructing modern Middle East cities and through the consideration of existing plans aimed at attracting investments and creating jobs.
11. An economic zone will be established, with reduced tariffs and access rates to be negotiated by participating countries.
12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, but those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Moreover, Gazans will be encouraged to remain in the Strip and offered an opportunity to build a better future there.
13. Hamas will have no role in Gaza’s governance whatsoever. There will be a commitment to destroy and stop building any offensive military infrastructure, including tunnels. Gaza’s new leaders will commit to peaceful coexistence with their neighbors.
14. A security guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas and other Gaza factions comply with their obligations and that Gaza ceases to pose a threat to Israel or its own people.
15. The US will work with Arab and other international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force that will immediately deploy in Gaza to oversee security in the Strip. The force will develop and train a Palestinian police force, which will serve as a long-term internal security body.
16. Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza, and the IDF will gradually hand over territory it currently occupies, as the replacement security forces establish control and stability in the Strip.
17. If Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above points will proceed in terror-free areas, which the IDF will gradually hand over to the international stabilization force.
18. Israel agrees not to carry out future strikes in Qatar. The US and the international community acknowledge Doha’s important mediating role in the Gaza conflict.
19. A process will be established to de-radicalize the population. This will include an interfaith dialogue aimed at changing mindsets and narratives in Israel and Gaza.
20. When Gaza’s redevelopment has been advanced and the PA reform program has been implemented, the conditions may be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian statehood, which is recognized as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.
21. The US will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful coexistence.

So, why was the first world war planned and executed?
To steal Palestine/Israel for the Jews! The plan was already well known in 1853.

This war will, I believe, be the last under the present order of things. It will commence, indeed, in Europe: but,… it will pass into Palestine…. and, in the course of its evolutions, Israel will be restored.”
George Faber and his fellow conspirators, the Jews, successfully bought the plan to fruition, as can be seen from the following:

Some have complained that George Faber should not be included among the conspirators. They claim that he was just being used by the Jews to attain their ends. To back up their claim they state that Faber foresaw the return of all twelve tribes of Israel, which never happened, whereas the Jews only wanted the return of the Jews, which did happen. Once the Jews had obtained their goal, no more was heard about the return of the other tribes, it just wasn’t a concern. This indicates that Faber’s notions were of little importance, and that he was being used by the conspirators, rather than that he was among the conspirators.

The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas censures Washington’s reported plan to name former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as the Gaza Strip governor, stressing that the people of Palestine can manage their own affairs.
Senior Hamas political bureau member Husam Badran wrote on the social media platform Telegram on Monday that including Blair in any ceasefire initiative “is an ominous sign for the Palestinian people.”
Calling Blair “the devil’s brother,” he added that instead of being considered for interim governorship of Gaza, “[he] deserves to stand before international courts for his crimes, especially his role in the war on Iraq (2003–2011).”
Badran described Blair as a figure who “has brought nothing good to the Palestinian cause, the Arabs or the Muslims, noting that his “criminal, destructive role has been well known for years.”
He emphasized that administering Palestinian affairs in Gaza or the West Bank is solely a Palestinian matter and should be decided through national consensus, not dictated by regional or international actors.
“The Palestinian people are capable of managing themselves; we have the resources and expertise to run our own affairs and our relations with the region and the world,” he stated.
He said that Hamas has no intention of ruling Gaza or Palestine without the participation of other Palestinian groups, adding that even before December 2023, and the escalation of the Israeli genocide, the group had informed other Palestinian factions and organizations of this position.
