For our friends outside Gaza, as well as for those who want to know exactly what is happening, here are the details…
The Israeli army is currently positioned in the heart of Gaza City, in the neighborhoods of Al-Nasr, Sheikh Radwan, and Tal Al-Hawa, distributing its military points in several locations, in addition to the northwest of the city on the outskirts of the northern beach. While the occupation led the world to believe that it had not yet begun its ground operation, it had actually concluded its operations in Al-Sabra and Al-Zeitoun, after paving the way for it by destroying large areas and residential areas. This facilitated the entry of its limited forces and their deployment of points and earthen barriers at the radio and television building, around the Ministry of Prisoners, and at the southern gate of Al-Quds Hospital. In the Al-Nasr neighborhood, at the end of Hamid Street, it has set up firing points that control the street, and are less than a kilometer away from the Al-Shifa complex.
The same scene is being repeated in the northwest area, where the army is gradually approaching the northern beach, while its firepower reaches the heart of the Al-Shati neighborhood.
In the Birkat al-Sheikh Radwan area, the occupation forces have maintained their position for two or three weeks, but the course of operations there has stagnated, compared to increased activity on other fronts.
In terms of combat tactics, the army has escalated the use of booby-trapped robots, especially in the southwestern axis (Tal al-Hawa), after having previously intensified their use in Sheikh Radwan, and has recently returned to relying on them in the northwest, alongside the ongoing fire belts on various fronts.
Quadcopter drones have also become a strategic weapon for the occupation in tightening fire control over operational areas, a tool that has greatly disturbed the population.
On the humanitarian level, almost all of Gaza’s hospitals are completely out of service, with a near-total lack of basic services. Water pumping has stopped, desalination plants have broken down, and the supply of goods and commodities has significantly declined.
It appears that Israel is continuing its efforts to cut off all means of livelihood from the city’s residents, forcibly displacing them south, where squalid areas are rife with networks of corrupt merchants, mercenaries, and human brokers and exploiters.
Gaza, according to these developments, is on the verge of a complete evacuation within a few days, or perhaps hours. The likely scenario involves blocking the coastal road, setting up checkpoints, and reproducing the displacement scenario experienced by the Strip over the past two years, with its devastating humanitarian catastrophes.”

In a battlefield environment that is saturated with drones larger numbers are more visible. A single or pair of soldiers can scout the position with the squad prepared to move in suddenly.
Conversely a company or Battalion is highly visible. This seems to be the tactics being used by Russia.
But I don’t know. It’s pure speculation.
