Ukraine – Trump Continues To Humiliate Europe

Nothing changed due to yesterday's meetings.

Ukraine offers $100bn weapons deal to Trump to win security guarantees (archived) – Financial Times, Aug 19 2025

Ukraine will promise to buy $100bn of American weapons financed by Europe in a bid to obtain US guarantees for its security after a peace settlement with Russia, according to a document seen by the Financial Times.

Alexander G. Rubio @AlexanderGRubi2 – 2:22 UTC · Aug 19, 2025

The plan is for the US to sell weapons to the Europeans, who will then provide them to Kiev. However, the US doesn’t have the weapons to sell, the Europeans don’t have the money to buy, and Kiev doesn’t have the soldiers to use them. Other than that it's a foolproof plan.

[Putin] noted that these individuals have “happily carried out any order from the president in Washington under Biden,” but “got confused when Trump suddenly won” the November election.

“They just don’t like Trump, they actively fought him, interfered in political life, in the US election… Trump has different ideas about what is good and what is bad, including in gender policy, in some other issues, and they don’t like it,” Putin said. […]

“I assure you, Trump, with his character and persistence, will restore order quite quickly. And all of them, you’ll see, soon all of them will stand at the master’s feet and gently wag their tails,” Putin argued.

This is beyond parody: not only is the EU doing virtually nothing to escape the protection racket it's under with the US, it's now supposed to pay for Ukraine's…

All the more absurd when one considers that NATO expansion – the institutionalization of this protection racket – was the primary catalyst for this conflict.

What a butch of clowns, Trump included. A wretched hive of scum and villainy.

100 billion bait for Trump to not force the peace. So they want to settle it in the battlefield. No forced peace giveaways.
Every one happy except poor Ukraine souls.

The future of Europe is to service Chinese and American economies. The EU will break up once groups like the Visegrad 4 begin to consolidate and splinter, as national governments become fed up with the “EUSSR” / “4th Reich” and the economic sepukku. During the 1990s, Europe had more autonomy than it does now. This means it has gone backward – retrogression. Any conflict in the future between Russia and Europe will most likely be over Kaliningrad, Ukraine or Transnistria. These territorial disputes need to be properly resolved for a sustainable peace. Land/population swaps is an idea. This is unfortunately as much a problem due to NATO expansion as it is “poor” Soviet planning during the last days of the USSR, they should have seen what problems this will one day cause Russia in the future.

VVP in Anchorage: “As I’ve said, the situation in Ukraine has to do with fundamental threats to our security. We’re convinced that in order to make the peace settlement lasting and long term, we need to eliminate all the primary root causes, and we’ve said it multiple times—-to consider all legitimate concerns of Russia and to reinstate a just balance of security in Europe, and I agree with President Trump, as he said today, that naturally the security of Ukraine should be ensured as well. Naturally, we are prepared to work on that.”
Ukraine and Euro-leaders have urged the US. to provide security guarantees modeled on NATO’s Article 5 defense, while the UK & France have offered to deploy a Coalition of the Willing to serve as *peacekeepers* should the war end in Ukraine. I write the word *peacekeepers* w/ emphasis, because the Coalition of the Willing would in actuality serve as convenient tripwire troops for False Flag ops, a way to agitate for more war after the war has supposedly ended.
Like an after-party after the party, this would be an after-war after the war.
Russia has stressed on numerous occasions that it is important to see to Ukraine’s post-war security, of which it—Russia—will serve as a guarantor too, but that it will not tolerate any U.S. or European troops in Ukraine.
Implicit in this is the notion that Russia needs to secure a neutral Ukraine’s future against further interference from the U.S. or the Europeans.
When Zelensky and the Euro-leaders met w/ DJT in the Oval, ostensibly a peace agreement was the topic, but Zelensky ended up requesting $100bn in new U.S. weapons, paid for on Europe’s dime.
The meeting seemed a cover merely for acquiring more arms & extending the hostilities. The upshot is that Europe wants NATO-style protections for Ukraine, and Russia does not want NATO in Ukraine.
Recall that the SMO commenced as a means of preventing NATO’s parking itself on Russia’s doorstep.
In fact, this meeting w/ DJT in the Oval devolved into a fevered discussion among the Euro-leaders of the security guarantees DJT was promising—giving DJT the bum’s rush in fact to make it seem a priori that of course he was promising taut security guarantees, backed by the U.S. The Euro-leaders excitedly yammered on about the NATO-style military support, the potential U.S. boots-on-the-ground. None of this jibed in any meaningful way w/ Russia’s non-negotiable: no NATO in Ukraine; no Western *peacekeepers.*
While the Euro-leaders fantasized publicly for the cameras & mikes about the security guarantees the U.S. was offering, etc., Russia’s Foreign Ministry—-5000 miles from D.C.—-emphasized in a statement that a NATO-style security guarantee was a non-starter for Russia: no NATO in Ukraine; no Western *peacekeepers.*
After Anchorage, after the break-out consonance DJT experienced w/ VVP in the U.S.’s Last Frontier, the expectation was that DJT would sit down w/ Zelensky and the Euro-leaders in the Oval urge Ukraine and urge them to work on a peace agreement w/ Russia and leave off all that nonsense about ceasefires. Peculiarly, however, the meeting in the Oval derailed into a full-court press by the Euro-leaders to get DJT to agree to NATO-style security for Ukraine.
They basted DJT in flattery, just as we’ve seen members of DJT’s Cabinet do, one after the other after the other heaping over-the-top praise on the vainglorious man. Their mission in coming to the Oval was to trick DJT into agreeing to do as they wished—extend the hostilities *after* the war by stationing NATO-style *peacekeepers* there. DJT, aglow w/ the golden butter—erm flattery—affably danced close to giving them exactly what they wanted.
Having invited the vacuum cleaner salesmen into his home, he now had to buy the vacuum cleaner.
Those entities who guard hegemonic powers, the Deep State, are eager for DJT to ensure Ukraine’s fate w/ U.S. military might. This from the nytimes: “President Trump has offered only vague assurances of security guarantees for Ukraine if President Zelensky agrees to cut a deal with Russia.”
The problem w/ this nytimes snippet-? The Gray Lady, a mouthpiece for those guarding hegemonic powers, is making DJT responsible for sweetening the deal Zelensky eventually gets from Russia by turning those “vague assurances” into weaponized specifics.
Since when does the loser of a war dictate terms-? Those who guard the U.S.’s hegemony make certain that the hegemon’s proxy, who has lost the war, dictates terms.
This from The Telegraph: “U.S. Forces to Protect Ukraine as Part of a Peace Deal.”
The bum’s rush.
Legacy media, a tool of those who guard hegemonic powers, describes how Zelensky and the Euro-leaders charmed DJT into promising moves to which Russia would never agree, an important way to put Russia in its place.
Predatory. Parasitical. De-lu-lu.

‘However, the US doesn’t have the weapons to sell, the Europeans don’t have the money to buy, and Kiev doesn’t have the soldiers to use them. Other than that it’s a foolproof plan.’
No weapons, no soldiers, no money.
So, let’s see here.
Hmmm.
I’d say, facing an enemy without the means to replenish itself and given a battlefield devoid of both soldiers and weapons…
Russia should be able to wrap this up by next April.
Maybe July at the latest.
Barring any extenuating circumstances of course.
July 2026. Yep, that’s the ticket.

I think we’ve reached the “crack up” stage of Project Ukraine.
All of these European effeminate chumps cannot process that they’ve been defeated by a “gas station with nukes.” The cognitive dissonance is too much; all of their pampered, protected lives, they’ve been told that they’re the good guys. In the Cold War mythos, the West always wins.
Well, history doesn’t stand still, and this isn’t 1989. There is no Rocky Balboa to come to the rescue, sorry.
A mental breakdown for someone like Merz or Kallas cannot be ruled out … the stronger among them like Macron are probably too narcissistic to go mental, fortunately.

Alexander Rubio’s tweet was very ingenious.

Posted by: Johan Kaspar | Aug 19 2025 9:37 utc | 14

Like I’ve said on several occasions countries in the EU, its citizens must rise up and remove their pro-Israel/US/Ukraine politicians – and just as important, they must help destroy the EU as a body, its now a authoritarian body, making decisions that are hurting its own people – and any notable persons or leaders that speaks out about this within the EU are slammed, and issued with veiled threats.

Posted by: Republicofscotland | Aug 19 2025 9:42 utc | 15

Again unless action is taken by EU citizens they will be left to foo the bill, with Ukraine in mind.
“A potential peace deal must not place limits on the size of Ukraine’s military, French President Emmanuel Macron has said, rejecting Russia’s demands.
Earlier this year, Moscow reaffirmed that peace terms must include Ukraine’s neutrality and legally binding restrictions on the size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Kiev has dismissed the demand as unacceptable.
Macron made his remarks following a meeting he attended in Washington on Monday with Vladimir Zelensky, several other European leaders and US President Donald Trump.
He said European countries should take the lead in providing security guarantees for Ukraine and equipping its army.”

I am often impressed by the TDS on display everywhere. The complacent attitude that Trump will do whatever the last guy to have his ear tells him and that flattery is the surest method to get him on your side. It just isn’t true. He is running a systematic demolition op on the post Cold War global “order” and he is doing it very well.
He humiliated the “leaders “of Europe yesterday. All of them. He summoned them to DC to show the world what each and every big “leader” in Europe is a craven little bitch. Of course, the NWO sponsored press tried to spin the situation as a sudden decision of the part of EU “leaders” to accompany Zelensky for moral support. It is ridiculous. They were told to get to the principal’s office and they all shuffled along obediently. Now they are all singing from the hymnal DC provided to them.
In 2 weeks Zelensky will be in Moscow signing surrender papers – that is if he survives at home in Kiev. In two months he will be out of power and a new government ratify that surrender agreement.

Lesson on how you Co-ordinate a simultaneous all fall down debt based collapse.
This is a transfer payment from the EU to the US [MIC], to allow more Russo-Slav men to die for longer in UKR/RUS.
This is all being dictated and paced by the debt markets, the US & UK debt markets are at higher rates for borrowing than the EU markets.
To synchronise a WESTERN debt based collapse, the more ‘ready to fall’ markets transfer cost burdens to the stronger debt markets of the EU to load them up and bring them towards the same contagion level.
PS. In another example beleaguered RSA’s debt situation – The European Union recently announced a €4.7 billion investment package for South Africa, primarily aimed at supporting the country’s Just Energy Transition (JET).
This package, unveiled on March 13, 2025, includes €303 million in EU grants and €4.4 billion in loans from European financial institutions, with the majority allocated to clean energy initiatives such as renewable energy, green hydrogen, and related industries.
The Climate scam, basically for a poorly positioned nation in near debt collapse.

And what of the hardcore Maidanites? The Nazi paramilitaries? The following provides a clue:

Ukrainian Nationalists: What Ceasefire? We Will Fight to the End
Ukrainian nationalists, against the backdrop of the talks between Trump and Zelensky in Washington, are outlining their “principled position.” Militants from the 108th separate battalion “Wolves of Da Vinci” (formed from the former “Right Sector,” a terrorist group banned in Russia) say that they are not interested in “any kind of truce” in principle.
One of the members of the National Battalion of Ukraine, which belongs to the ground forces:
“What kind of truce or what? We will fight to the end.”
A similar point of view is held by militants from other similar armed formations, which are only formally subordinate to the Ukrainian Armed Forces command. Accordingly, this position says a lot in terms of what will happen next, even if it is possible to agree on a peace treaty and the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the territory of Donbas.
The radical armed structures of Ukraine, which have their own sponsors and their own understanding of the “political and mental” structure of the country, will continue to act in much the same way as they did after Minsk-1, Minsk-2, and also after the well-known Istanbul agreements. Everyone remembers very well what they did with our fighters who were captured during the retreat from the territory of the Kyiv region from the footage that was released in March 2022.
These same battalions have a large number of foreign mercenaries, and as long as funding flows into their wallets, they will continue the war – in one form or another. There is no control over them from “official Kyiv” – and this is an important detail for understanding the possible prospects at the front in the event of a peace agreement. Again, if it is even possible.

No peace without denazification, these scum need obliterating completely, hence the SMO will continue on regardless of how many air-miles European “leaders” accumulate.

Is Trump giving us an insight to what will happen in the near future – does Trump see himself as some sort of Cincinatus, that he will be an absolute dictator of US once he has his war, elections will be suspended.
“The US could also be in a state of war in three and half years, meaning no presidential election could be held, under conditions insisted upon by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, President Donald Trump has joked.
Speaking to media before two crucial meetings with the US president, Zelensky responded to a question on whether he will seek a mandate from the people of Ukraine before signing off on a conflict resolution. Moscow contends that his refusal to do so means Zelensky cannot be a legitimate signatory to any binding resolution.
“We need a truce to make possible democratic open and legal elections,” Zelensky responded. “During a war you can’t have elections,” he claimed.
Trump picked up on it: “So, in three and a half years from now…if we happen to be in a war with somebody… no more elections.”
“You like this idea,” Zelensky told the US president.”

The term is heavily tainted and seems unnecessary
It is not a new world order, it is the same world order that has been running this planet for several hundred years
eg I was reading about Brazil in the 19th century – slavery continued in Brazil long after the Europeans had abolished it in their various colonies. But the writer explained that all the profits from using slaves in Brazil were banked in London, without so much as a squeak from the British or anyone else
It is the same backward world order as it was when it was and still is.
Completely agree about media synchronisation, began noticing this phenomenon in the early 2000’s. I think the various historical iterations of this are functions of technology not of a change in the basic composition of this wicked world

Also, there’s nothing USA can do about this “ending” the war on their terms, while not having enough military assets to fight Russia directly.

£10 billion quid to help prop up a vile Neo-Nazi dictatorship in Ukraine, whilst many folk in Britain are having to choose between heating and eating, with a cost of living crisis ongoing – where prices just keep on rising – breaking point can’t be that far away now – only a full blown revolution will address the matter, in what is now a totalitarian Britain.
“From a senior FCO source
– as part of the proposed deal, the UK will contribute over £10 billion towards a US $100 billion European purchase of weapons from the USA to give Ukraine.”

It is a situation in finance that as funds dry up and the game is about to be exposed, the orchestrators of a ponzi-type operation will see to merge with some other entity and create an appearance of growth and of a plan and obtain fresh financing and attract more “investors”.
The west (I am not the first to suggest) is akin to such a scheme – and a ponzi grows or it dies – it always need a greater fool. It was stated some years back that the EU (a ponzi) was failing and that it would use war, NATO (or Euro-NATO) as a driver to motivate increased integration – more tightly binding the members and pooling the power and funds.
And EU is wanting to get others to finance and secure this effort – not because it makes sense for others but simply because it is what the bureaucrats (their clients) want and these bureaucrats are accustomed to getting what they want and can become very nasty when they dont.
Ukraine represents the new enterprise on which the ponzi is betting other peoples money.
The problem may be that the U.S. is also in somewhat of need of a bail-out.
It’s a bit of a three way or maybe a three ring circus.
Ponzi’s it seems to me can make serious money and can go on for quite some time – until something either obliterates them (a singularity -type event) or something better comes along. I think may will pass away waiting for the ponzi to collapse.

Decent piece of work these past few weeks. The door has closed on US and thus NATO direct involvement. The eurocucks can buy all the arms they want to donate to the hohols, who can deal with Russia or collapse.
My guess is that US economic talk with Russia will have the eurocucks fleeing to reestablish their own. They just need the Blob’s ok, and for the Russians to offer them a fig leaf so they can all survive this and avoid the gallows.
The EU will be diminished, NATO as well. All good. Then they all slowly back up from their dollar reserves.
Maybe some arms reduction even?

That will never happen, at least not in this decade. Maybe in 20 or 30 years, when a new generation has grown up. Too many people in Europe are completely brainwashed by the media and their propaganda, conditioned by mind control and completely submissive to the elites. In addition, too many are dependent on the money of the states. An uprising needs proud, self confidence and courage. Neither of them I can see in Europe.

I rather disagree with the Euro lapdog ideas.
Yes, militarily they are kneecapped as they handed over that part of colonialism to US as enforcer and invader.
However, the UK, France, Vatican (via Meloni) still possess vast colonial assets and financials globally.
In any event, the “collective West” continues as a Hydra, with the heads stuck to the body no matter what.

You think Russia forces the Empire to burn through insane numbers of interceptors? You ain’t seen nothing yet.
Yep, the Europeons can buy all they want, but they’ll have to be patient where delivery is concerned. The US military gets first dibs on everything produced from now. Maybe if the Empire finds some more rusty old expired stock then that can be shipped, but don’t be expecting the cream.

It’s mostly your “in addition”, money handouts, welfare state, the euro populace don’t care about anything else really, a genocide in the Med and a large war in the eastern border, pfff!, egotistical and mediocre politicians can have fun with that, as long as the handouts and the welfare continues.
So I have great hopes.
As soon as austerity is forced on euro states due to the coming federal financial crisis in America, excessive public debt in the major euro economies, and military spending in Germany, the euro populace will kick liberals out of government offices.

Former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter was convicted in 2011 of unlawful contact with a minor and other felony charges in connection with an online sex sting operation where he engaged in sexually explicit online activity with a detective posing as a 15-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 1.5 to 5.5 years in prison and was released on parole in 2014.

Before this, in 2001, Ritter was involved in another similar internet sex sting where he was accused of attempting to lure a 16-year-old girl to a meeting. However, this case was eventually dismissed and the record was sealed after he completed six months of pretrial probation.

So he is apparently a two-time, would be sex offender.
Not sure how that is truly relevant to the discussion.

Again, another critical interview of Putin by Pavel Zarubin that goes unpublished by the Kremlin with only RT’s choice of snippets provided. Very annoying!!
Lots of detritus flowing from BigLie media mouths often prompted by leaks having no basis in reality, several by Witkoff. I see Lavrov was interviewed by the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company whose first words were:
“It’s a pity that you’re not wearing a USSR sweatshirt today.”
I’ll have the 22-minute chat available at my substack later this morning. Putin’s comment that the EU will soon be “wagging their tails at their master’s feet” is due to the fact that they’ve been colonized by Biden and have no way to facilitate their escape by wanting more war. They’d have a much better chance if they pursued peace and renewed critical economic ties with Russia. But that’s outside their ideological view and thus won’t be pursued.

The plan is for the US to sell weapons to the Europeans, who will then provide them to Kiev. However, the US doesn’t have the weapons to sell, the Europeans don’t have the money to buy, and Kiev doesn’t have the soldiers to use them. Other than that it’s a foolproof plan.

The Russians had suffered unsustainable losses and their economy was shot. It would have taken only a little more pressure to defeat them. But Trump let us down and refused to apply that pressure. He might be working with the Russians anyway. They have some sort of hold over him.
That is what the European press will be telling us after the war. That is the basis upon which the European leaders will take us in Europe into Cold War II.
And though there’s no doubt that Trump wants out of Ukraine there’s little indication that the West intends to arrive at any overall rapprochement with Russia.
1. There’s no indication that the West, including the USA, will let up on other destabilisation attempts on the Russian perimeter. We’re still seeing those going forward.
And in Ukraine itself the recent attempt on the Kerch bridge, the attempt, even if failed, to provide the Ukrainians with Taurus/Sapsan, the fact that presumably the US is still providing ISR assistance, and the fact that we’re still directing the Ukrainian war effort as the American and UK press confirmed a while back, doesn’t show any rush to peace on the part of the West.
And the fact that many Western politicians, from Kallas to most of the Americans, wish to take on China next doesn’t show any inclination for peace in any case. I’d guess that an amicable multi-polar world is as far away as ever whatever results from Alaska.
2. Even when it comes to a settlement of the Ukrainian war only, there’s a serious obstacle in the way. Denazification.
Most in the West think there are no ultras in Ukraine so regard the necessity for denazification as Russian propaganda. Most in Russia know there are ultras in Ukraine and that those ultras are a serious problem. The Russians will at the least expect to see the WWII collaborator monuments come down and the history glorifying the OUN no longer taught in the schools. And they won’t want to see the ultras anywhere near power.
How can the two sides negotiate on denazification if one side thinks denazification is all Russian propaganda nonsense anyway? To admit that there are neo-Nazis in the Ukraine, and that they have to be got rid of, is to admit that the West went into this war on false pretences. Can’t see any Western politician admitting that.
3. The European politicians themselves cannot support peace with Russia under any circumstances. They must drive on, past the defeat in Ukraine, to Cold War II.
Not doing so would involve unacceptable loss of face with their own electorates. They would have to roll back many thousands of sanctions. Normalising trade with Russia would mean putting North Stream back in service – after explicitly forbidding its use only recently. The confiscated assets would have to be released. Monies taken from those assets would have to be repaid. Agreements arrived at with the Ukrainians would have to be reneged on, our UK One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement for a start. Not going to happen.
And though most voters in the West know little about this conflict, even the least interested would ask why their politicians had not accepted the considerably better terms on offer in Istanbul.
So maybe Trump and Putin will succeed in putting an end to the war in Ukraine soon. One hopes very much they do. We’ve put the Ukrainians through more than enough already. But whether the Ukrainian conflict plays out until final collapse, as I believe is likely, or whether Ukrainian surrender can be arranged before that final collapse occurs, the Russians will be under no illusion that an end to the war in Ukraine will mean an end to the wider conflict with the West.

Frankly, I see few as outside the Blob, or at least its strong influence. Trump and Putin certainly, and even Xi. Those 3 can exercise a few strong tendencies antithetical to the Blob, at some risk. But they often must swing over directionally. The Blob is powerful. Centered in the West yes, but well capable of overpowering others in spots. But resources can hinder the Blob. They can screw that up same as ever, even with fully owned media and pols. That's when smart guys can still maneuver. Very limited lines of action though. But with luck, the killing in ukie could stop.

Anti-Spiegel aktuell:

.
Is NATO preparing to occupy Transnistria and the Odessa region?
NATO’s activities in Romania and Moldova indicate that NATO intends to create a situation and occupy Transnistria and Odessa if Russia advances there.
.
If Russia advances toward Odessa, NATO could try to forestall Russia. Odessa is a strategically important port for NATO, which it would hardly concede to Russia.
In March, French President Macron announced that France was considering sending troops to Ukraine. The idea is to “station a few thousand from each country in key locations to demonstrate (…) long-term support” for Kyiv, and he mentioned Odessa as a “key location” alongside Kyiv.
An analyst wrote a very interesting article on this topic, which I have translated. I have taken the links from the original.
Beginning of the translation from Russian:
Ukraine’s Romanian-Moldovan flank could soon be used by NATO against Russia.
From there, Transnistria could be invaded, neighboring Odessa occupied, and nearby Crimea.
By Andrew Korybko
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) warned in mid-July that “NATO is turning Moldova into a new military battering ram against Russia.” Airports are being modernized, the railway gauge is being converted to European standards to facilitate military logistics, and warehouses are being built to store equipment. If NATO helps President Maia Sandu’s party win the next (already unfree) parliamentary elections at the end of September, it has promised to revoke Moldova’s constitutional neutrality, the SVR warned.
A TASS interview with Oleg Ozerov, the Russian ambassador to Moldova, describes this entire process in more detail. For geographical reasons, NATO’s militarization of Moldova and the Western-led “Ukrainization” of the country, which Ozerov discussed in his interview, follow the same patterns as previously seen in Romania, which Russian ambassador Vladimir Lipaev discussed in detail in his recent interview with RIA. He drew particular attention to the deployment there of what will soon be the largest NATO air base in Europe.

I just want to remind those visiting the bar that the Europeans may be LEGALLY owned by the US ever since 1991 when David Rockefeller thanked the media silence (for 40 years he seemed to mean) about being so cooperative as the NWO had been carried out without informing the public. And that may mean that the Europeans will be the ones losing if THE WESTERN ECONOMY COLLAPSES! Not so much the US who are allowed by law (secretly agreed upon) to privatise everything that still is under european national control.
I dont claim to know this for a fact but It seems plausible to me as a rational explanation for the accepted protection racket that B mentions.
I would love to be wrong about this hunch and to be corrected.
