The defacto assassination contract by the Trump regime on President Maduro uses “arrest” as a euphemism for “dead or alive”, notably on nonexistent or inscrutable evidence. Maduro is a socialist and therefore a terrorist. Let’s just not talk about Epstein and the criminal depravity of our elites and Israel’s role in child trafficking for blackmail.

I have been trying to tell the bar, and no one will listen; instead, they will follow delusions like “Trump wants peace”.
Trump is a committed Zionist and always has been.
Trump is 100% behind the mass murder in Gaza, just like Biden was behind it.
Genocide is an American thing, see slavery and Andrew Jackson.
It is in Anglo DNA to subjugate and abuse indigenous people. Africa, America, India. They tried in China, and that didn’t work out.
I love that Gaza/Epstein are going to doom Trump. Israel may be a legislative asset but it is now an electoral millstone.
Israel delenda est. Hopefully it takes out much of the British government as well.

Australia weighs price floor for critical minerals, boosting rare earths miners

Australia is considering setting a price floor to support critical minerals projects, including rare earths, Resources Minister Madeleine King said, in comments that led to a rally in share prices for Australian-listed rare earths miners.

Profound discussion between moderator Aaron Good and Patrick Lawrence, an intellectual always worth reading/listening to….Entire discussion is about 68 minutes….Good synopsis begins at about the 55 minute mark – a synopsis that will make one want to listen to the entire episode. Some key thoughts such as emergence of the non-west and decline of the west is not only unprecedented (no previous analogies apply) but it is always something to look forward to..etc., etc.

For those keeping track of current events on the conservative media front in the U.S., they might be aware of the recent beef between Nicholas Fuentes and Tucker Carlson.
Last Friday, Nick obliterated Tucker in what could only be called an expose on Carlson who claimed he was unaware his own dad was CIA until the year of his father’s death(!!!). Never mind that Tucker himself was reportedly turned down by the CIA when he went looking for a job. We are supposed to believe that he was unaware his own dad was CIA?
Anyway, Mr. Fuentes has promised part II of his Tucker takedown and he is about to come on to his livestream over at Rumble that he produces himself with a few trusty groypers in his parent’s basement.
What a dumb, gay goy to think he could challenge Tucker!
I will link the recap of his show tonight sometime tomorrow. But watch it live instead if you can. You are witnessing the realization that MAGA is a shuffling corpse being turned on the ones who elected it, with the dark wizard Peter Thiel and his acolytes (Vance, Tucker, et al.) leading this endeavor.
If tonight’s show wasn’t as momentous as I think it will be, I wouldn’t be linking it. But Nick’s last Friday-takedown of Tucker was that good. Can’t say pt. II will be as good, but here it is anyway.
Never mind the annoying lobby music as the show starts. Just zoomer stuff.

“Australia weighs price floor for critical minerals, boosting rare earths miners…”
Just great. Australia, once again, wasting public money to prop up private enterprise.
We should be deciding precisely which minerals are “critical” and nationalising them. Instead, we’re inking deals with the US DoD and (largely) foreign miners to act as risk protection for the US military machine…risks that they cause by trying to bully China.

This yellow peril thingee is getting crazier and crazier ,,,…
Attention all kiwi , Chinese invasion imminent, !
Defence Minister Judith Collins
‘ For people who say we are a long way from everything and nothing could hurt us, well, no, it could come to us pretty quickly,”
“We do have to absolutely increase our defence spending” and strengthen the alliance with the US and Australia,
“We have this huge wealth on our seabed… rare earths, minerals,” including around New Zealand’s Pacific colony, the Cook Islands, which “larger nations want to take.”

‘The government recently denounced the Cook Islands for reaching an economic agreement with China without first consulting Wellington.
The public broadcaster Radio NZ (RNZ) joined in the jingoist hysteria. During an interview with Collins, RNZ’s Paddy Gower launched into a tirade, declaring: “Things are getting real with China now, aren’t they?… They’ve got a big ship here, it would destroy anything we’ve got … They want the Pacific, they want the Antarctic. It is all on with China, basically, that’s what you’re telling New Zealanders… conflict could happen around us any time soon.”’

In the world Trump comes from the adage is Location, Location, Location!
He is now operating in a world where the adage is Context, Context, Context!
Ukraine is a proxy war for the God of Mammon cult and it is losing that war which precipitated Occupied Palestine Oct 7, LIHOP event which is also a proxy war for the God Of Mammon cult which it is losing.
Taiwan is another proxy war for the God Of Mammon cult like Iran.
Global finance is the core theater of the civilization war between the God Of Mammon cult which is being obfuscated by the ongoing Trump tariff Hollywood fandango and the China/Russia axis.
I call all of this a civilization war with various theaters. One one side you have the God Of Mammon cult with its current face of US/Trump and the hangers on, forced or otherwise. On the other side you have the China/Russia axis which is growing in number and is combining to confront God Of Mammon cult financial hegemony…..the real war goal about defining the dominant structure/form(s) of social organization going forward.
The Trump/Putin meeting in Alaska will address this civilization war on various levels I suspect and hope it includes extension of the START treaty that expires next February.
All that hopium above seems irrational in light of the historical Scorpion nature of Trump and the God Of Mammon cult, eh?

Scott Ritter has a chat with Arka Bahçem (video 30mins) about the Oreshnik missile. Instead of going out into the weeds with the technical stuff again, I shall make another point as the thought occured to me as I was watching it.
– So Scott says the whole situation has developed into a big arms control problem, which can probably only be solved by the same sense of urgency that was present in the eighties. Now this reminded me of the curious (and fairly esoteric) phenomenon of premonition, which is for real in a general sense while individual instances can’t be claimed to be true unless the future proves them so. This logically also means that you can in principle avoid the consequences unless they have happened. In fact, warnings are one of the most reported types of paranormal experience, though don’t imagine you’re getting a clearly written memo or some such, but these instances more resemble the strange logic of dreams; you have to read them in a kind of psychoanalytical way. This characteristic is not confined there, as telepathy is somewhat alike in this regard, as are instances of manifestation and even some cases of spook. Barfly Ornot once talked about an orange tree he got before finding out that it had been cultivated in Israel, throwing him into an interesting dilemma about what to do with it since he felt he couldn’t accept it coming from the Zionists, just to give an example.
It’s clear that there is a connection to emotional urgency with these things, especially when they happen spontaneously to folks who don’t usually experience “breakthroughs”. So it seems possible that the warnings of an apocalyptic take-down of the “Whore Babylon” (or whatever) which are related in some form or other by many seers throughout the times in just one hour might not actually refer to a real development (in fact we have to view it as rather a mere possibility, as outlined above), but to the prevalent fears of such happening which was experienced by many people in an intense way.
Well, let’s just hope for the best. And listen to some reggae while we can. Salut!

It’s got me thinking.
When RT ran on its Bilibili channel the story of the son of a Hiroshima victim demanding an apology from the US, the commentary on Bilibili was mostly in the “doth protest too much” camp, as if the US dropped the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in response to Japanese atrocities (then why did the USA replicate Unit 731 in the Korean War?).
And now I’m told elsewhere on Bilibili that a mushroom cloud sculpture was being sold to capitalize on the 80th anniversary of Hiroshima, with some of the commentariat being enthusiastic.
Until four years ago, I believed that China’s commitment to BRICS and a multipolar world free of US dominance and bullying entailed seeing US war crimes as war crimes no matter the targeted victims, as Russia (fellow BRICS nation) has done.
At this point I’ve given up trying to unpack why those netizens have to be so dismissive – if it all boils down to bitterness from Japanese atrocities in China (and the present puppet regime’s denial of the same despite Shigeru Ishiba’s efforts), then there is little else I can do or say. All I know is, the Russian government has consistently condemned the bombings. Apparently, so did Mao Zedong of all people. That’s good enough for me for now.
Given this stark difference in attitude between those netizens (shaped by historical experience) and writers on sites like Consortium News (that have covered US atrocities all over the world), why do we condemn the bombings at all? What is the latter camp missing in their analyses?

The US and its allies will be over the moon with this, imagine just how much murder and mayhem they’ll be able to cause up and down this corridor, against the likes of China, Turkey, Iran and Russia using Azerbaijan and Armenia – as staging posts.
Some Ex-Soviet States still hold such a grudge against Russia – that they can’t see, that the likes of having the US as an ally will, be very detrimental to not only its their economies – but to their citizens as well.
US President Donald Trump hosted the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan at the White House for what he called a “historic peace summit.”
During the Friday event, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Trump signed a joint declaration focused on opening a key transport route in the region – the so-called Zangezur corridor.
The route connects Azerbaijan to its exclave of Nakhichevan through a narrow strip of land located in southern Armenia, which runs along the country’s border with Iran.
The route is set to be developed and operated by American companies and will be known as the ‘Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity’. The US president said that having the route named after him was “a great honor” and claimed he “did not ask for this.”
Both Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders showered the US president with praise over the declaration. Pashinyan said the deal was a great success “for our countries and for our region and a success for the world,” which cemented Trump’s “legacy as a statesman and the peacemaker.” Aliyev said Trump was bringing “peace” to the whole Caucasus region, noting “and we are grateful for that.”
Armenia and neighboring Azerbaijan are both former Soviet republics that have been locked in a territorial dispute over the region of Nagorno-Karabakh since the late 1980s. The predominantly ethnic-Armenian-populated region broke away from Baku in the early 1990s following a full-blown war. The territory had been the source of constant tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan for more than two decades, seeing multiple flareups and large-scale conflicts, before Baku managed to regain control of the region by force in 2023.”

The commemoration – is such a farce, that the Japanese are too afraid to mention which country dropped the nukes on Japan during WWII – of course in the West its all but omitted as well, of the vita roll that the Soviets played in WWII.
“The United States’ role in the atomic bombing of Nagasaki 80 years ago went unmentioned during the city’s commemoration events on Friday, continuing a long-standing practice at such memorials.
Speeches by Japanese and international officials focused on the destruction caused by the bomb and calls for nuclear disarmament, but avoided naming the US as the country that carried out the attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the final stage of World War Two.
“We must pass down as memories what unfolded here in Japan 80 years ago — the reality and the tragedy of war, and the brutal impact of the harm wrought by the atomic bombings,” Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru said.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, in remarks delivered by his disarmament chief Izumi Nakamitsu, urged nations to “move from words to action by strengthening the global disarmament regime,” with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) at its core.
Nagasaki Mayor Shiro Suzuki called on world leaders to present a “specific course of action for achieving the abolition of nuclear weapons.” ”

Oh to be a fly on the wall in the room – and listen to what they have to say.
“US President Donald Trump has said that he will meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Alaska next Friday.
Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov confirmed immediately afterward that Moscow and Washington will be working on making the Alaska summit happen.
“The highly anticipated meeting between myself, as President of the United States of America, and President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, will take place next Friday, August 15, 2025, in the Great State of Alaska,” Trump announced on Truth Social on Friday.”

Trump to try and stamp down on the US governments drug dealing competitors from Latin America – of course the upside is, confiscating and selling the competitions drugs – maybe even back to them.
“US President Donald Trump has secretly ordered the Pentagon to begin using military force against Latin American drug cartels previously labeled ‘terrorist organizations’, The New York Times reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The new presidential directive provides an official basis for the use of the US military in operations against cartels at sea and on foreign soil. The Pentagon has already started drawing up options the military could use in going after such organizations, the sources told the NYT.
It was not immediately clear what the White House, Pentagon, and State Department lawyers said about the directive, the newspaper noted. The suspected cartel members still count as civilians, and their potential elimination by the military raises various legal issues.”

“Ukraine’s Western-backed leadership has “sold out” the country since the 2014 Maidan coup while wasting billions in foreign assistance and bankrupting the economy, former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov has said.
Speaking in an interview aired on Thursday, Azarov, who held his post between 2010 and 2014 and fled to Russia after the Maidan coup, recalled that while Kiev’s Western backers had poured vast sums into Ukraine over the past three years, local officials have failed to use the money to improve the country.
“This enormous amount of money, if it had been put to good use, could have transformed Ukraine,” he said, adding that over more than a decade since the Western-backed coup in Kiev, the Ukrainian government has failed to build even a single metro station.
The Kiev leadership has also done incredible damage to the country’s economy, Azarov noted. “The homeland has long since been sold out. Its natural resources are sold – actually, just given away. Industry is sold, agriculture is sold, everything is gone, you have nothing,” he said, addressing fellow Ukrainians.

Trump’s tariffs have fucked up the USA’s relations with so many countries. If having lots of trade with the USA means the USA can attack your economy when it doesn’t like what you do, then you are obviously going to try to trade with anyone other than the USA

Just like back in the century of humiliation when Russian and British parasites had divided Iran into two halves. Given the substitution of China for Britain, we also have a clue as to long persisting rumours regarding China’s role in the Cabal Matrix.
Fun FACT: Iranian oil fueled the navy of the British with deeply discounted oil in two world wars, and, since the glorious revolution provided super cheap oil (it is so low IRI never publishes the terms. Worst than the anglo-persian theft on hears) so that the Indian and Chinese investments of the Cabal could industrially ramp up.
Meanwhile, be a good internet Muslim “Love Donbas” and “pray for rain” for Iran.

If you’ve ever made a product before, you’ll know that what the US is doing is leveraging that market every producer covets. That doesn’t discount what you’re saying there, but worth mentioning.
The underlying strategy of these tariffs is to break the global economy into blocs – to sever ‘team blue’s reliance on cheap production in China, and cheap resources from Russia, and eventually drive that production and resource chain back to the American continent.
That will translate to an interim period of significant challenges which you are eluding to there, but that these tariffs are intended to force corporations to overcome. They will create factories in the US and when shit hits the fan those countries in the Blue sphere will rely on them much as they did BRICS members previously.
It’s a long game that I don’t think many quite realise is being played here – with some pretty daunting implications on where it suggests things are heading.

I fear the day that 3 things go ballistic: 1) the USD against all currencies 2) the US 10 year yield and the 3) US 30 year yield. If each these 3 things go ballistic then that’s the end of US economy. We saw a similar thing in the 2nd half of 2008 in the financial crisis (only yields fell). Am I right, am I wrong ? “Lenin’s analysis of imperialism—the highest stage of capitalism—foretold this moment. Finance capital, having exhausted productive avenues for profit, turns increasingly to parasitism. … Now, retirement savings—the last fragile lifeline for millions—are being financialized in the same way.”
Carlin had it too in his big club classic
@ ca. 3:00 – “You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay the longer hours and reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it. And now they’re coming for your Social Security money! They want your f-ing retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street. And you know something, they’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you sooner or later because they own this f-ing place. It’s a big club and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club.”

It almost makes you wonder if Masoud Pezeshkian isn’t in the Epstein files…..
Pezeshkian is going to go down in history as an agent of chaos and destruction like Saakashvili.
If this is “full speed ahead” on Erdogan’s Turkic dreams, then isn’t the next country to unsettle/color revolution/buy off Turkmenistan? Erdogan would need an Azeri-Turkmenistan sea connection to connect his dreams of a Turkish axis in central Asia. Plus if US usurps sovereignty of Turkmenistan like apparently Armenia, it can curtail China’s rail line to Iran.
No pause in west asia (eliminating Hezbollsh now on front burner), overall the tempo remains up.
I hope this finds you well

If that is truly the end goal, they could achieve this way easier with appropriate industrial planning and investing like China does it.
Trump is just creating chaos and is destroying US soft power, accelerating dedolarization and helping BRICS unite.

@NemesisCalling #137
Sorry, but if you cannot see the obvious grift in Fuentes – no one can help you.
It is the classic “being more extremist” in order to distinguish from the crowd.
MAGA is not about Jews – for or against.
MAGA is about having USG policies for the benefit of Americans – some of which are Jews even.
MAGA means not being blindly supportive of Israel as the Boomercons do, but it also means not being automatically against supporting Israel as the more radical of the Young MAGA feel.
Fuentes’ message is clearly aimed to grab attention from the more angry Young MAGA types – but the reality is that the majority of the MAGA movement is focused on the bigger, American government policies that support Americans message, than the “Jews are bad” one that Fuentes is pushing.

There’s something in the Russian psyche that sees conspiracies and treason under every rug. “Zrada.”
And before you think I’m just making a wry comment, this sort of elite conspiratorial treason-mongering literally destroyed the Russian Empire during the First World War.

@147 c1ue
Let’s give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you weren’t running interference for Con Inc.. Have you watched his two takedowns of Tucker Carlson?
I feel like these two episodes of his nightly show have him at the peak of his burgeoning powers of rhetoric.
Do yourself a favor…just take a few hours and watch his part 2 takedown of Tucker Carlson. It logs in at 2:15, compared to 3:00 of his part 1 takedown, bit it is no less interesting.
Two hours is a long time, but in it, he manages to cover the origin of the CIA and neocon movement, how they are intrinsically linked, the fundamental jewishness of neoconservatism, the antagonism of world Jewry and Russia, and connects the rise of MAGA media (Tucker Carlson being the Chief Jester) as being agents of the Jewish agenda while ostensibly decrying “neoconservatism.”
Even Glenn Greenwald is saying that Nick Fuentes deserves a listen. If you have the stomach for it, that is.
But can we at least stop saying he is some fly-by-night, conservative charlatan? I think that is the least one can do when speaking about Mr. Fuentes here in good faith.

I listened to the first one in the background while I was working and doing other stuff. Fuentes has a sharp mind and is very articulate, but he gets off track too much IMO. I don’t subscribe to the “great replacement” stuff, at least not for the United States as being a real thing, let alone a plot of “the Jews” but I could be persuaded to hear out the European side, especially since so many refugees of the US/NATO wars for Israel end up in Europe.
From your description it sounds like Part 2 may be a lot of information I already know about the CIA, etc. Could you recommend the timestamps for when he is actually talking about Tucker Carlson?

I think you may be missing the point. And I won’t even argue with you on what “MAGA” purports to stand for; I think you’re largely right that at least most of “MAGA” wants the US to be better off. The “again” part is of course historically blindered bullshit, but whatever.
Fuentes and Nemesis (and MTG among others in “MAGA”) have called out Trump for being NON- or FAKE MAGA in the way he has governed so far. It’s a Trump thing, not a “MAGA” thing, bombing Iran for Israel, the Epstein crap, the massive military budget, and other perceived broken promises.

Posted by: Tom_Q_Collins | Aug 10 2025 3:41 utc | 150

@152 Tom
You make a really good point.
For us old timers (40+), we know about the origins of neoliberalism, neoconservatism, the first Gulf War, the Fall of the Soviet Union, because we internalized it as we traveled through it.
All these things are ingrained in our lexicon, buried or obfuscated as they might be after years and years.
The thing about what Fuentes is doing and why I think he is the best thing going right now for the conservative movement (and, by extension, even for old leftists who want things like the return of labor’s power in the face of a managerial revolution that has created a booming white collar sector, albeit a fake one that is counting on a continued advantageous economic relation with China, and we know this window is closing) is that he is redpilling massive amounts of zoomer youth who have energy. That is what Fuentes repeatedly says that what is needed from a reactionary movement is energy.
In part 2, he makes the conclusion that what William F. Buckley did with Jewish/CIA money (found conservative magazines on college campuses) and what Peter Thiel and Dinesh D’Souza had similarly done by following in those founding footsteps by Buckley, is to create and publish and infuse the movement with energy.
The neocons, being originally leftist Jews who had a falling out with the Soviet Union during Israel’s bouts with the Arabs mid century (Russia supplied the reeling Arabs with weapons while American Jews put their identity up against the safeguarding of the state of Israel), switched sides and begin their ascendancy into the highest ranks of the conservative movement in the U.S..
This is what Nick is saying to the youth: fuck off with this cultural conservatism that is obsessed with Transgenderism, gay sex, me too, feral blacks being elevated to sainthood…con Inc. has established the parameters of the discussion: you must talk about these things, not about the intrinsically Judeo-centric FP of the United States.
Nick is right to say that Tucker Carlson constantly makes references to how MAGA is against neoconservatism and nation-building, which is fine. But what good is it to say that without pointing out that the origins and driving force of neoconservatism are hand-in-glove with Judeo-interests?
We must call them out, irregardless of Con Inc.’s canard of labeling and ostracizing legitimate voices of dissent as “anti-semitic.”

Tom, Fuentes begins his Part 2 with the preface: “This is a story about generations, about family, and the rise and fall of movements.” As such, you will need to listen to the whole thing, because only then will the common thread of the piece be able to be used to tie it all together.
Best to you.

I mean, as things go, I find it hard to disagree with any of the following as long as it’s uttered genuinely..
“The thing about what Fuentes is doing and why I think he is the best thing going right now for the conservative movement (and, by extension, even for old leftists who want things like the return of labor’s power in the face of a managerial revolution that has created a booming white collar sector, albeit a fake one that is counting on a continued advantageous economic relation with China, and we know this window is closing) is that he is redpilling massive amounts of zoomer youth who have energy. The thing about the original neocons, is that yes, they were predominantly and nominally Jewish, but prior to their betrayal of the left they were as far as I know secular and kept quiet about Israel (or praised its left-leaning ethos inasmuch as it presented in certain areas of Israel at the time [kibbutzim?]). I’m on scholar on the USSR as I’ve said many times here, so I’ll leave that part unaddressed. But we’re talking about filthy opportunists as I’m sure you pick up on. These original neocons are a joke to any rational minded person. Nobody overnight just changes their worldview or economic philosophy? They were never actually “leftist” – just as they are never actually nationalist or even “rightist” unless you ascribe a massive quasi-fascist police state to all on the right (Libertarians would tar and feather me for that – they want the opposite. Civil libertarians (Greenwald) even more, and he leans left despite whatever the bullshit oligarch corporate media and Dem powers that be say).
But hey man I was serious before, I was talking to my wife just the other day and we both agreed. Let’s just say we’re “middle aged” or lower 40s to early 50s. Neither of us can stand the trend of getting “news” or “analysis” from videos and we both agreed that doing that (rather than cultivating a cross-section of news and analysis/opinion from BOTH sides in PRINT online media) is truly abhorrent because the shitty oligarch technofascists in Silicon Valley are deciding what we see and hear thru algos.
Sorry I got off track. It’s super late here. Could you give me the time stamps for when Fuentes talks about tucker in his 2nd video? I almost had to stop the first one for how long it drug on.
Thanks man. Hope all is well with you too, genuinely.

*I’m NO scholar on the USSR
In any case, I also know that what’s been written about both the USSR under Stalin and Nazi Germany is littered with intentional bullshit. Gulag Archipelago is as quasi fictional as the stories of certain technological impossibilities like the mass gas chambers. Sorry if that offends any of my fellow leftists, but it’s almost certainly true. And yea, both “sides” engaged in propaganda and both “sides” definitely raped Germany when the 3rd Reich fell. It’s just historical reality.

Nemesis…
I’m so tired I can barely keep my eyes open but this requires qualification as well…
“…leftists who want things like the return of labor’s power in the face of a managerial revolution that has created…”
It’s almost no longer the PMC who are the working class’s problem. Many “white collar” managers are stuck making a pittance while YouTube ‘influencers’ and online nuevo-riche bloggers are making millions. It’s the oligarchs that are our problem. And Trump (and much of erstwhile MAGA) are seemingly blind to that issue. This government is – more than any in our living memory – waging a class war against you and me.
Millions will mean nothing in 10 years. Billionaires are the new thing. And while certain Gen Z and whatever they call the next group will be living comfortably on their algorithm-smart hobby as “work”, nobody in either of our shoes will even be close to making a single million per year. Farmers? Craftsmen? Skilled HVAC techs? Good technical writers? LOL – all toast with Trump and the “Abundance” Democrats plans. They’re both essentially the same. Oh, and Israel gets to keep rampaging Nazi-style and the rest of us need to shut up or be canceled or deported. THAT is where I can find some agreement with Fuentes.

@ Tom
Went looking for timestamps. No dice in the comments section. Maybe his part 1 takedown…I will look.
I do recommend hearing the whole thing with an attentive mind. Sprawl out tomorrow on the couch with some coffee…it’s worth it.
I have a few more post ideas related to Fuentes’ work here on Tucker, vis a vis Peter Thiel especially and his big Stanford connection. Also on the JQ as it relates to media figures like Fuentes. Hope to post them this week.

Posted by: NemesisCalling | Aug 10 2025 6:31 utc | 155

@ Tom re: PMC
The PMC have outstripped the working classes in wealth by an outstanding degree since Reagan.
This is unfortunate but was the likely outcome when neoliberalism said better jobs if we ship manufacturing abroad and import service labor at home. Boomers said, “Where do I sign?”
I do look at the PMC as being the enemy of labor because they are looking the other way wrt America’s rampage abroad and its defense of Israel, and are desperately clinging to the wealth they can, that which is not being absorbed by a smaller and smaller inner circle of elite.
This is why I am making the prediction that Fuentes and the Groypers will likely be leading the conservative movement in a matter of years. Bad times will lead to scapegoating. And the elite who did this will say, “It’s the trans people…no, wait, it’s the immigrants, but not us.”
Of course, it has been TPTB that have unleashed third world labor upon the west and have encouraged all kinds of social degeneracy amongst heritage whites. When the reckoning occurs, how convenient for the elite to have scapegoats lined up and ready to go!
Fuentes is making the memory-holing of the shitheads that got us here harder and harder for TPTB to arrange.
Narrative IS important. It is not nothing. But it does require you pay attention to the beginning, the middle, and the end.

How are the BRICS supposed to function if they don’t drop Microsoft?

Posted by: Tom | Aug 10 2025 9:50 utc | 157

Trump is doing everything correctly, according to the neoliberal economic paradigm.
They believe that by increasing the end user cost they can shape the up-stream incentives (ie, encourage corporations to build factories in America). It ‘has’ to be done that way because neoliberalism considers government direction over production (like we had in the 70s when the average quality of life was much higher) to be communism. So the only way the government is allowed to affect production is through these incidental means, like imposing tariffs or lowering taxes and hoping it encourages the capitalists to do what you want. It’s about as scientific as a raindance. They may as well employ witches to cast some spells.
As you point out, there are far more effective ways to get the results they want, ways that have been used to great success in China, but it requires using the power of government to actually do things, which is completely anathema to the Western political caste.
So you’re right, Jimieus has outlined how the neoliberals expect these moves to play out, but the history of the last few decades suggests the reality will be far different. But Trump cannot think outside the neoliberal economic orthodoxy. Such a thing is not possible in the USA.

Western governments aren’t against intervention. They are against intervention for free.
If there were money to pursue socialism, they would be all for it. Never do anything you do well (that’s arguable) for free…
Government is, like individuals, susceptible to incentives.
The USG is pay-for-play. The sellout to oligarchs will continue until it becomes too expensive. America is ruled by oligarchs, aka tech and Wall Street billionaires.
In China, if a government official gets caught selling out, depending on the extent of the public betrayal, a death sentence is not unheard of.

Amnesty published about Venezuela the other day:
“The international community cannot normalize or ignore the human rights crisis in Venezuela. The scale and gravity of the crimes committed in the country – particularly the enforced disappearance of people – must stir the conscience of the world, and propel international justice into action”
I cancelled my donations to Amnesty a few years ago when a rep called me up to tell me how evil Gadafi was and would I increase my monthly donation.
Seems the US owns almost every organization out there.
