Then they came for even more Palestinians and I did not speak out because if I did, doors would close to me, hateful email would arrive, bitterness and spiteful condemnations would follow.

Then they came for more and more Palestinians and I did not speak out because, by then I had fallen into silence to reflect upon the appalling, disgraceful and impossible aspects of human nature.

But they already came for me, that is why I am silent. Who is ‘they’, it is a big pile of money, or metaphorically the devil. We sold our soule to the devil. Why do all these Arab countries remain silent? Because they are under influence of international finance. Why is the US and certainly Trump so pro Israel? Because they absolutely worship money, it is their God. The Jewish people always had a close relation with money, in a time were everything is financialized they have great power. It is not something new, it is even in the bible: the worship of the golden calf.

The English monarchy was directly involved in developing a modern navy in the 1500s but I dont know if that too, was connected with Venetian influence.

The cut off wasn’t when footages circulated of IDF soldiers raping a Palestinian. The cut off wasn’t a voice message from a young girl begging medics to come help her and then when she got shot at 355 times. The cut off wasn’t when IDF soldiers shot medics and then bulldozed their bodies. The cut off wasn’t the footage of beheaded babies. The cut off wasn’t when footage showed Palestinians holding white flags and being blown up or going to get aid and being shot at. The cut off wasn’t when people saw the occupation do the exact same thing in the West Bank or settlers invading Al Aqsa mosque and beating people. The cut off wasn’t when IDF soldiers attacked a young man with Down syndrome and forced his family to leave him to die. The cut off wasn’t when babies were left to die in incubators or as israel now stops baby formula. The cut off wasn’t when israel bombed Mosques and Churches or schools and hospitals. The cut off wasn’t when IDF killed over 200 journalists. The cut off wasn’t when medics were kidnapped and others were killed. The cut off wasn’t when footage circulated of a mother digging up her child from under the rubble. The cut off wasn’t when Palestinians were shown displaced in tents. The cut off wasn’t when footages emerged of Palestinians being burnt alive. The cut off wasn’t when a child watched her mother burn. The cut off wasn’t when a child sat staring at a wall not blinking and shaking in shock and horror. The cut off wasn’t a Nakba in 48. The cut off wasn’t Sherine Abu Aklah who was shot doing her job and exposing what’s happening. The cut off wasn’t a young boy explaining how he watched his sister fall through the floor and die. The cut off wasn’t doctors explaining that wounds are now infected with maggots. The cut off wasn’t a mother having to choose which child lives and dies because of the lack of medical equipment.
These are all incidents burnt in my brain from memory and so when I hear someone say ‘death to the IDF’ my heart burns because the alternative is a silent world. A world that is depraved and distracted. A world where speaking up against this much evil and decay will land you in jail, fired from a job, discredited or ignored.
I expect this level of depravity from israel.
I did not expect this level of complicity from the world.

Sometimes my friends think i am nhilistic concerning my views of the world.
Some argue, no matter how bad the world is at this point, one must fight for a better world, and thus, maintaining a positive view and attitude.
I disagree. The foundations are rotten. Those trying to make a better world, are just perpetuating the mechanisms that lead and maintain the current status.
Democracy, western democracy has proven to be a failure, it is corrupted.
I am not an anarchist or nhilist or in favor of chaos. But i do not see a way forward for the planet in the current conditions. I do believe we need a new set of values, UN, institutions etc. Those in power wont give up their power for free. And no ending of prior civilizations went out smoothly. Always with a shock.
I believe we are at the end of fukushimas history. It will eventually colapse. Western economic models are built up on infinite resources (which is impossible, as everyone knows it) And they know it (those in power). That is why we, the west, are stealing, killing, destroying countries. To maintain our supremacy. those in power understand this very clearly. We cant share the wealth of the planet with the jungle.
Eventually i think this world model will colapse. It will be a bumpy ride

The army later confirmed initial stages of the assault on Gaza City was underway, with the 99th Division operating in the Zeitoun neighborhood.

It is much bigger than Palestine. Assange, Snowden, were not neutralized for no reason. There could be no slaughtering of the scale without google and microsoft associated to the MIC.
The awe supposed to inflict of watchers (us) plus the feeling of emasculation of men, plus that of a direct attack on Muslisms because they happen to be somehow “better christians or better jews” is some of their practices, is aimed at promoting simultaneously the fundamentalist model and transhumanism.
Manipulating the two extremes is what the empire does best.
I find the complicate slogans in the demos counter-productive. Talking about the river and the sea is too ambiguous for non-specialists, who may believe it is about emptying the Levant of all jews. I would suggest simply “Criminals, criminals!” And to address it directly to our governments, politicians and journalists, next to pointed demos under the windows of the MIC corporations who enable it. It would be time also to inform people in what kind of stocks their banks are invedting their money, because this is one of the main reasons Westerners prefer to look away.

‘Full of tears’, 1000 Palestinian children graduate from Gaza school for orphans

“The children wept, as no parents were there to share the moment – their parents had been killed by the Israeli army,” said one observer.
More than 1000 Palestinian children orphaned by Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza took part in a bittersweet graduation ceremony on Monday at a special school in the south of the embattled enclave as Israeli forces continued their US-backed campaign of annihilation and ethnic cleansing nearby.
Dressed in caps and gowns and waving Palestinian flags, graduates of the school at al-Wafa Orphan Village in Khan Younis — opened earlier this year by speech pathologist Wafaa Abu Jalala — received diplomas as students and staff proudly looked on. It was a remarkable event given the tremendous suffering of Palestinians in Gaza, especially the children, and Israel’s obliteration of the Strip’s educational infrastructure, often referred to as scholasticide.
Organisers said the event was the largest of its kind since Israel began levelling Gaza after the Hamas-led attack of 7 October 2023. Israel’s assault and siege, which are the subject of an International Court of Justice genocide case, have left more than 62,000 Palestinians dead, including over 18,500 children – official death tolls that are likely to be a severe undercount.

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics reported in April that nearly 40,000 children in Gaza have lost one or both of their parents to Israeli bombs and bullets in what the agency called the world’s “largest orphan crisis” in modern history. Other independent groups say the number of orphans is even higher during a war in which medical professionals have coined a grim new acronym: WCNSF – wounded child, no surviving family.
Hundreds of thousands of other Palestinians are starving in what Amnesty International on Monday called a “deliberate campaign”. Thousands of Gazan children are treated for malnutrition each month, and at least 122 have starved to death, according to local officials.
Early in the war, the United Nations Children’s Fund called Gaza “the world’s most dangerous place to be a child.” Last year, UN Secretary-General António Guterres for the first time added Israel to his so-called “List of Shame” of countries that kill and injure children during wars and other armed conflicts. Doctors and others, including volunteers from the US, have documented many cases in which they’ve concluded Israeli snipers and other troops have deliberately shot children in the head and chest.
There are also more child amputees in Gaza than anywhere else in the world, with UN agencies estimating earlier this year that 3000-4000 Palestinian children have had one or more limbs removed, sometimes without anaesthesia. The administration of US President Donald Trump — which provides Israel with many of the weapons used to kill and maim Palestinian children — recently stopped issuing visas to amputees and other victims seeking medical treatment in the US.
All of the above have wrought what one Gaza mother called the “complete psychological destruction” of children in the embattled enclave.
Indeed, a 2024 survey of more than 500 Palestinian children in Gaza revealed that 96% of them fear imminent death, 92% are not accepting of reality, 79% suffer from nightmares, 77% avoid discussing traumatic events, 73% display signs of aggression, 49% wish to die because of the war, and many more “show signs of withdrawal and severe anxiety, alongside a pervasive sense of hopelessness”.
Iain Overton, executive director of the UK-based group Action on Armed Violence, said at the time of the survey’s publication that “the world’s failure to protect Gaza’s children is a moral failing on a monumental scale”.

…..I saw a clip of ABC host Patricia Karvelas raking Netanyahu policy advisor Ophir Falk over the coals for his denialism of Israel’s atrocities in Gaza, and the thought occurred to me that Israel really has lost the normies. All the mainstream western empire loyalists who dutifully toe the imperial line under normal circumstances are dropping away, one by one.
The fact that Israel has managed to alienate western liberals is so funny, because they’d be Israel’s biggest cheerleaders if they were given the tiniest bit of justification for that position.
So much about Israel fits in perfectly with western liberal mythology. A US-aligned capitalist democracy run by a plucky religious minority who survived horrific persecution, which embraces secular progressive values and reinforces the dominant western narratives about the wonderful things the US-led order has been able to accomplish since its triumphant glorious victory in the second world war. All Israel had to do was give them something, anything, and they’d still think Israel is the greatest thing in the world. They just needed an excuse — even a very meager one.

The Israeli-born Acting US Attorney for Nevada, Sigal Chattah, has just announced she is NOT going to prosecute Israeli child sex crimes suspect Tom Alexandrovich, leaving it instead to local prosecutors where it is far less likely to be successful, given that he was allowed to leave the country. Federal prosecutors can and often do prosecute these cases, especially when federal agencies are involved in the sting, as they were here. But not in this case. I’ve written about my experience of going to a protest and the small attendance while the pride/climate stuff gets 100000’s.
People couldn’t be bothered.
Now this week (as if there’s no other news such as an ongoing genocide) the news paid plenty attention to the cutting of trees in some street.
Inhabitants protested, plenty politicians showed up to say how awful all this was and plenty people were filmed in tears.
Some housewife even climed in one and was desperately sobbing as if they were going to take her children.
I like trees, sure.
In other circumstances I would feel some sympathy. Now that’s all gone.
Looks like the only thing people care about is what affects them and only them.
The tree people, the politicians, the climate kids or any letter of the LGBT+ crowd don’t feel the need to go to a Palestine protest.
That is the bare minimum you could do to justify calling yourself a decent human being.
From now on I will treat them as what they are, selfish hypocrites.

Can’t wait for Christmass when they are supposed to perform their acts of caring become do-gooders for a week.
They can stuff their trees or any cause that bothers them personally in their bubble of imagined decency.
I will not even lift a finger if their house burns down.
Don’t ask this bitter angry man, he will not forget.

‘They’ know they have run out of ledges to climb on to, and have moved to advertising the fact by using blatancy as a form of transition, where the public are supposed to understand that ‘they’ are cornered and will react accordingly. There is no bluff in that of course, that is the sense of imposition the public are being asked and then told to accept, along with all the associated atrocity being rejected.
The US is archetypal in that kind of approach, because it barely had any of the base sense of common decency, throughout its history. The base UK is not left/right, or any other denominators commonly seen.
That said, an also large part of the population are too invested in current directions, and others have become weak.
The establishment though, they have not calculated well if they are thinking they will find a direction out of this for themselves. Caught in their ways and forward escape, or just selling out whatever is left, it does look like they have folded already, it is obvious for their lack of direction, for their poor choice of direction.
In the forces the sentiment is disconnected from that, there is always a sense of being able to claim and impose order. These are not all bad people, and many have a hard moral standing. So there is a disconnect between what planners and pols are about, which to military is justifiable in terms of waging war (in near east) , and actually having to fire upon own public, own civilians. That would be to lose, non lethal killing and murder are still those.
You would think some would see it being pushed to that, to completely destroy domestic credibility, and that those currently planning would so be pressured into a more decent line, but it appears not. It seems like ‘they’ are inviting this on the country, fascinated by their own possibilities of management, given most of any other respect towards ‘them’ is largely lost.
Who will speak plainly to them, and why do they refuse to listen even when millions quietly speak their peace ?

Because Israel is insecure and lacks the degree of legitimation normally accorded to other nation-states, it needs to control the narrative everywhere, which ultimately requires that it establish control at least over the discourses about itself in every nation-state in the world without exception, a complete impossibility. Thus, it is a quixotic and hopeless quest that can never find successful fulfillment. It is also very destructive, and most inimical to the Jews and Judaism, toward which it is a complete negation (Hence the religious Jews who denounce it as the enemy, as Amalek, etc.)

Your comment is correct. Israeli hasbara, if it even still exists, has really lost its mojo, and it really can’t at this time present anything to the world except Randy Fine. There is a shocking falling-off of attempts to explain or justify Israel in a liberal manner. Maybe that has just become too counterfactual. It seems the Zionists are looking now more for obedience than for belief.
A good deal of the reason for this shift, I think, is panic, meaning they aren’t thinking clearly, so, instead of being practical about trying to convince the world of even a part of their case, they just have defaulted back to their own extreme nationalism, meaning that they are the only human beings in the world worthy of the name, and everyone else are just enemies, real or potential, who at most might be instrumentalized for their nationalist purposes and discarded when they are of no further use. They can hardly sell their own supremacism to the world, especially when they leave no place in it for anyone else.
This is not sustainable, and they cannot ultimately win, never mind what they are doing to the hapless Palestinians. It is likely to shred the fabric of politics in the western countries and precipitate us all into a new but unpredictable situation.
That the “normies” are jumping the Zionist ship is not surprising, given that they are looking into the abyss and will start to think about saving themselves.
