there was a claim a few days or a week or so ago that he no longer has british bodyguards anymore, and that they have been replaced by french ones. not that it matters much.

The rats are deserting the sinking ship, and they don’t want anybody to get in their way. Why would Z man sign this into law while at the same time saying he wants to join the EU? This action is already condemned by the EU, so why do it?
There is only one reason that I can think of, and it happens just before the capitulation in any war, and that is when the looters and scammers stuff their suitcases and car boots with their loot and flee the country. Of course nowadays it’s nearly all electronic, with hard cash to bribe the locals, so you really don’t want NABU and SAP looking over your shoulder.
Zelensky knows that his days are numbered, and so do his cronies. The US are already plotting his removal; he and his gang need to act now to hide their loot abroad in case it gets seized in Ukraine. Every time that Zelensky goes abroad, there is a chance that he won’t be coming back.

That may have been me, and if an off-the-cuff, vague memory of something I might have read at some point is being repeated, I thought I ought to check it out. It turns out that I might be wrong.
About the only thing I found is a Pravda article, suggesting G4S run his security: “Anglo-Ame4ican” in other words (or MI6, if you prefer).

This is a manufactured crisis so that Zelensky can step down and another puppet is put in his place. Russia doesn’t want to do business with Zelensky; Trump can’t stand him, and even the muppets in the EU realise that he is the biggest impediment to the peace process.
This has been coming for months, with the likes of Axios reporting that the White House was trying to find a way to get rid of him. Well, now they have created another Maiden to force him to step down and have a new man or woman instated by the speaker of the house, and that will give Putin a legitimate president to deal with.
