I have been doing research on Iranian public opinion. As Professor Marandi has stated, there is a wide spectrum of opinions, but there seems to be a consensus among native Iranian analysts that there was a coup when Raisi was killed and the people selected a moderate liberal to be President.
A man who does not seem to be wholly committed to the Revolution, just as the Iranians aren’t wholly committed to Gaza. Perhaps they had outsourced that to Hezbollah and Ansar Allah.
I assume that it is typical Israeli bloodlust to try to kill Pezeshkian; he may be the most replaceable member of the Iranian government, and eliminating him might have made Iran even stronger by undermining Western sympathies.

The solidarity of the Muslim world is just breathtaking. Syrian weapons hauled away to destroy homes and lives of Palestinians. I wish we could offer free tattoos in Gaza that say. “Arbeit Macht Frei”, as just a reminder.
Doug Casey is reporting that the US Army Corp of Engineers is busy rebuilding the 51st state infrastructure, after Iran blew things up. I wonder if flood victims in Texas get that kind of attention. Probably not. Similar to Miss Lindsay’s visits to Ukraine instead of tending to his own states issues.

I have thought a lot about predestination in an Islamic context. Westerners, in my experience, cannot grasp it because they do not see God for what he is.
It all starts with understanding why we (humans) are here.
Most people don’t have a conception of that. It’s “Big Bang” or “evolution”, buzzwords bereft of depth.
In Islam, it is clearly defined and thus the Qadr of Allah (predestination) makes much sense, IMO.
