This weekend, the Hind Rajab Foundation filed new elements in our case against Benjamin Netanyahu’s “Executioner of Gaza”, Brigadier General Yehuda Vach. Alongside his 2 brothers, Colonel Golan Vach, and Captain Elishav Vach, have come to be known by human rights observers as Israel’s “first family of genocide.”
The Vach brothers are collectively implicated in war crimes, forming a militarized faction operating with full political protection from Netanyahu’s office. In light of our new evidence, and in accordance with Articles 58 and 25 of the Rome Statute, we additionally called on the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC to:
1. Initiate the necessary procedures for the issuance of arrest warrants against Brigadier General Yehuda Vach, Colonel Golan Vach and Captian Elishav Vach, in accordance with Articles 58 and 25 of the Rome Statute
2. Recognize the three brothers as central figures in the field implementation of a broader state-sponsored policy of systematic and widespread attacks against the civilian population of Gaza, as defined under Article 7 of the Rome Statute
3. Consider their actions within the framework of genocidal intent, pursuant to Article 6 of the Rome Statute and customary international law

I find it hard to believe it’s Ansarallah.
They don’t usually bugger around in little boats – they’re drone and missile kind of guys.
I’ll bet these are just run of the mill pirates and other opportunists.
Maybe even false flag operators …

Absolutely. Their casualties too.
If you can admit the most painful truth you have no need of lies.
That is why we trust them.

A short overview of current circumstance:
Gaza/Palestine:
Levels of bombing and artillery remain high with a toll of around a hundred people registered killed/martyred every day (mostly women and children).
Aid distribution remains chaotic, with talk of wider permissions and then denials. Casualties continue to mount at “US aid” sites. Distribution is not localised. Similarly water supplies are said to be in very difficult circumstance.
Organised destruction of housing continues.
Resistance have launched several ambushes each day over the last week.
The ‘ceasefire agreement’ remains contentious, with “Israel” unwilling to commit to a guarantee of permanent cessation of violence.
Lebanon:
Continued aggression by “Israel” alleging Hezballah infrastructure. Assassinations. Hezballah states it refuses to disarm in area outside of Litani as per request of Lebanese govt.
Yemen:
Sporadic launches of missiles, said intercepted but verifications often not possible. Some opinions are that “Israel” is preparing for strikes there. Most recently an attack on western shipping in the Red Sea with details still emerging and no claim to responsibility yet.
Iran:
Religious events and period of mourning for those killed/martyred during the recent conflict. Tensions remain high. Speculation on new Chinese military support, an order for advanced aircraft appears confirmed.
Iraq:
Increased rebel attacks on US facilities, more outspoken statements from political factions.
Syria:
Bargaining around a ‘peace’ with “Israel” , Golan heights and other concessions being placed on table, current regime/imposters have claimed to Tripoli on the coast of Lebanon according to statements.
Azerbaijan:
Tensions over plans to build a corridor across current southern Armenian territory (threatening any supply line from Iran to Russia) , plus allegiancies with “Israel” have placed Azerbaijan at center of dispute.

When regimes stay silent, it’s not because the people don’t care.
It’s because the people are not the ones in power.
The Arab street has marched.
Risked arrest.
Cried out in every language of dignity.
It’s the rulers who are silent because their thrones are paid for in obedience.
You say even Allah has turned His back.
But Allah never promised comfort. He promised justice.
And justice is not always swift but it is always certain.
Palestine is not alone.
It is wounded, not abandoned.
It bleeds, but it has not bowed.
Faith is not proven when times are easy.
Faith is proven when the sky is falling and you still refuse to kneel to the tyrant.

I am not a scholar. It is my understanding that we (humanity) are here to be tested. Strife, sorrow, and loss will be involved. We will be tempted.

Officials have released the latest death toll, speaking to the media at a press conference.
At least 59 people have died in Kerr County – 38 are adults, and 21 are children.
At Camp Mystic, 11 children and one camp counsellor are still missing, Sheriff Larry Leitha says.
“We extend our sincerest condolences and prayers to every single family affected by this tragedy, and we continue to work around the clock to reunite these families,” he adds.
A further ten have been confirmed dead in other Texas counties, taking the total to 69.

This tragedy left no impression upon me.
That in itself is the tragedy.
This is what the Empire does to us.

Today is Ashura.

Ashura marks the parting of the Red Sea by Moses and the salvation of the Israelites. Also on this day, it is believed that Noah disembarked from the Ark, God forgave Adam, and Joseph was released from prison, among various other auspicious events

I am emotionally spent and have little to feel.

Very convenient for those who rule.
They get real jam today, whereas everyone else gets the prospect of alleged jam the week after tomorrow. Maybe.
Strange how supposedly all-powerful deities incline towards sadism. “Testing” which should really not be necessary, since any imperfections must have been deliberately designed in — and anyway, “testing” for what?
Monotheism only made the absurdity of that hypothetical situation even worse.

Here is the thing. You don’t get to decide for God. God doesn’t have to make sense to you. God doesn’t have to conform to your feelings.
The anthropomorphizing of God is the pinnacle of human arrogance, IMO.
