This is why we should not normalize the acceptance of ISIS as the good guys by Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the West. It is sickening to watch world leaders and the ICC boss shake hands with this monster. He can wear all the suits he wants but that will not change the fact that he butchered thousands of people.
Judge Napolitano had on an ex-ambassador on his show last week that said we should give the ISIS monster Jolani a chance. Unbelievable! I stopped watching the moment he said that.

None of this is surprising. It is just more proof that the majority of Jews everywhere support the genocide in Palestine. Where are the huge numbers of Jews in France, Germany, UK, Austria, Netherlands, Australia protesting this genocide? The anti-genocide Jews are the minority. Most Jews cheer for the Israel colony. I don’t think it was a false flag. The shooter doesn’t strike me as a patsy either. His (alleged, but almost certainly legit) manifesto is masterful writing (see Ken Klippenstein’s last few posts) and he told of his father having done a few tours of Iraq and come back a changed man – with new views on things that rubbed off on the suspect.
All that said, of goddamned course the Zionists are going to weaponize the event in every possible way. The asshole in charge of the B’nai B’rith ADL has been on TV constantly crying about the 1st Amendment and “antisemitism.” It’s disgusting.

Among the served were roughly 22 children missing a parent and 15 children with illnesses. Our angels had not received good, well-prepared food for a long time.

I wanted to recommend to the MoA commentariat a ‘new’ book I’m about halfway through reading.
“American Exception: Empire and the Deep State” by Aaron Good

In which he builds on (and alternatingly critiques) the work of previous authors/historians including C Wright Mills and, more recently, Lance DeHaven Smith who coined the term “State Crimes Against Democracy or SCADs”. Good’s book is quite well written and he introduces a new theory on American power, both domestically and imperially, which he calls “the tripartite state” and the term “exceptionism.” (not to be confused with exceptionALism)
A brief excerpt from the first chapter of the book follows.

A Note on Exceptionism
The institutionalized abrogation of the rule of law, here termed exceptionism, has been a key mechanism of subverting US democracy and reproducing US predominance and imperial hegemony over the global capitalist system. Said Henry Kissinger, “The illegal we do immediately, the unconstitutional takes a little longer.” The most obvious ways in which the illegal and unconstitutional have been routinized involves the United Nations Charter—specifically Article 2(4) which states that “All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.” Written with considerable input from US postwar planners, the Charter establishes that the use of force is illegal without UN Security Council authorization except in cases of self-defense.39 Article VI, section 2 of the US Constitution states that “all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land.” In 1967, in response to the US Falk and a number of other distinguished American legal scholars wrote that the US was violating the UN Charter and thus,

[B]ecause these actions violate the supreme law of the land, the question as to which branch of the Government may authorize them, or whether one branch of the Government may delegate to another branch legal powers to authorize them, becomes irrelevant. No branch of Government is permitted directly or indirectly (by delegation) to violate the Constitution.40

This very straightforward logic renders innumerable US foreign policies illegal under international and domestic law. Notable overt examples include US aggression against Cuba, North Vietnam, Cambodia, Grenada, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and the recent assassination of Qasem Soleimani. Innumerable US covert operations also clearly constitute the “use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.” These include US-orchestrated regime change operations against Iran, Guatemala, Indonesia, Congo, South Vietnam, Brazil, Chile, Nicaragua, Haiti, Azerbaijan, Venezuela, Haiti again, Ukraine, and (in all likelihood) Bolivia.
Exceptionism also abounds domestically. The US government has exercised supralegal prerogative in such ways as to repeatedly violate the US Constitution, including its prohibitions against “abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,” and “against unreasonable searches and seizures, [without] Warrants [issued] upon probable cause.” According to Senate investigation, domestic programs that have violated these strictures in the Bill of Rights include the FBI’s COINTELPRO operations, the FBI’s campaign “to ‘neutralize’ [Martin Luther King] as an effective civil rights leader,” the CIA’s mail opening program which the FBI and CIA heads declared illegal in 1970 even as it continued, the NSA collection of millions of cables sent by private citizens, widespread wiretapping and bugging without warrant, the collection and dissemination of purely political or personal information obtained through electronic surveillance, hundreds (during the 1960s alone) of warrantless CIA/FBI break-ins which often involved theft and bugging, and the widespread use of informants to infiltrate and surveil “peaceful, law-abiding groups.”41 The FBI’s exceptionism was succinctly expressed by the official who ran the Bureau’s Intelligence Division for ten years. He testified,

[N]ever once did I hear anybody, including myself, raise the question: “Is this course of action which we have agreed upon lawful, is it legal, is it ethical or moral.” We never gave any thought to this line of reasoning, because we were just naturally pragmatic.42

Similar or perhaps even more egregious/widespread abuses have occurred in the twenty-first century. The US ratified the United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT) in 1994. Besides outlawing torture, the CAT requires signatories to “ensure in its legal system that the victim of an act of torture obtains redress and has an enforceable right to fair and adequate compensation, including the means for as full rehabilitation as possible.”43 This indicates that not only are Bush administration officials guilty under CAT provisions, subsequent US administrations are also guilty for failing to prosecute the guilty parties and for obscuring the details of the crimes behind a wall of state secrecy.
The presidency of Donald Trump brings exceptionism into high relief. The assassination of Qassem Soleimani was a criminal act on multiple levels. Since Soleimani was an Iranian official in Iraq at the invitation of the Iraqi government, the assassination is a violation of the UN Charter. Besides violating the post-Watergate prohibition against assassination, the act violated the War Powers Act. Arguing that the assassination “justifies a third article of impeachment,” law professor Bruce Ackerman points out that the War Powers Act requires the president “in every possible instance [to] consult with Congress” before using force in “situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances.” Trump neglected to consult with the Speaker of the House as the act stipulates even though the president did take time to confer with his advisors and leading Republicans. The president ignored the statutory demand that he provide the required “constitutional and legislative authority” for his action. Additionally, the War Powers Act requires the president to either (A) demonstrate that he had preexisting congressional authorization or (B) convince Congress to grant such authorization.44
Arguably, the Soleimani assassination and the Trump impeachment fiasco writ large confirm exceptionism and much of the central arguments herein. To wit: In 2014, the Obama administration backed the overthrow of Ukraine’s elected government. There were no legal repercussions whatsoever for this violation of the UN Charter. In 2020, Trump illegally assassinated Qassem Soleimani with impunity. Notably, President Trump was impeached, not for the murder of Soleimani, but on the basis of two other alleged acts: he threatened not to send US weaponry to the government the US illegally helped install in Ukraine and he encouraged said Ukrainian government to investigate the dubious and lucrative activities of former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and a Ukrainian gas company. The above would appear to confirm that US officials are able to “get away with murder” in the furtherance of imperial hegemony. However, it is reasonable to conclude that US officials do risk legal sanction should they impede imperial hegemonic policies like arming Ukraine or if they threaten to make other members of the elite subject to the rule of law.

And finally, through obscure mechanisms, these strange paramilitary jihadi forces ended up being armed, funded, and deployed in US regime change campaigns in Libya and Syria during the Obama administration.

Le Monde is just discovering (with the help of Bellingcat…sic) that “some” journalists were targeted in Gaza. The u-turn from French media and the BBC is entirely directed from the Elysee, which also released a report on the supposed influencew of the Muslim Brothers in some education and sport structures.
It was Sarkozy and Hollande who kept very close links to Qatar, who was even allowed to invest 1 million in French suburbs (that translated in as many votes supposedly) but tjat of course is kept out of the picture.
Does that mean that Macron, like his US bosses, is having a fall down with Qatar? Are proofs of their implication in oct 7th start to show up?

In fact, if you do it, you end up with a catch-all term, which then becomes hollow. This effect is well visible in my native Germany. This is actually by design, first implemented with re-education/de-nazification, though I can only really speak for West Germany here. Later on, all sorts of practical uses were drawn from this Kampfbegriff, quite infamously now around the AfD by the ever more hysterical centrists.

Looks like the US ‘plan’ for humanitarian aid to get into Gaza is {predictably} falling apart before being started. I, for one, have no doubt that the whole thing was simply trotted out to buy time for more Israeli killings and further deaths by starvation.
The US ‘plan’ was for the GHF, (the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation),a US-backed organization, to implement a new model of aid distribution in Gaza.
• Focus on Security: The GHF intends to work with private security and logistics firms to manage the distribution of aid, particularly in response to Israeli concerns about aid diversion by Hamas.
• UN Rejection: The UN has stated that it will not cooperate with the GHF’s distribution plan, arguing that it compromises the principles of impartiality, neutrality, and independence. 
This group was supposed to begin distributing food tomorrow (Monday) or Tuesday, after delays this weekend, and long after Israel said they would be allowing aid trucks in.

The executive director of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has resigned, dealing a blow to a plan backed by the US and Israel to bring in aid to the Palestinian enclave.
“It is clear that it is not possible to implement this plan while also strictly adhering to the humanitarian principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence, which I will not abandon,” Jake Wood said in a statement announcing his resignation, effective immediately.
“I urge Israel to significantly expand the provision of aid into Gaza through all mechanisms,” he added.
The United States and Israel have touted GHF as the key to resolving the aid crisis in the Gaza Strip, but the United Nations and other humanitarian organisations have refused to work with the group, saying its plans will only worsen displacement in the Strip.

Nazi is shorthand for Nationalsozialist, which refers to the political party led by Adolf Hitler which came to power in Germany 1933 and was deposed in 1945 after much effort. During this time they did what you mention. To now pick that term and put it all over the place makes no sense to me.
The Ukrainians are more like cosplayers in truly bad taste. Not even the German Neonazis respect them. By the way, do you see how the term Neo-Nazi is legitimately useful now? They are not original Nazis simply because the times have changed; which also goes to show how it’s possible that this German scene is currently by and large on the side of Putin.

The world is full of cults, and Thatcherite US Russophobic Capitalism is worse than National Socialism , and more aggressive military. It depends for its success on constant expansion of colonial theft, without which it collapses economically.
What is happening in Palestine is really Thatcherism. It has nothing to do with Judaism at all. The genocide is purely the Market false deity demanding colonial food, and the brainwashed devotees of Thatcherism agreeing.
My ancestors fled from French persecution, and others from German persecution, English persecution of Wales. These persecutions always have roots in Colonial theft and religious labels.

Do You Condemn October 7? China Says “No”
China has never explicitly condemned the attacks of October 7.China has not caved in to Israeli pressure or softened its rhetoric. Quite the contrary, on February 22, 2024, Ma Xinmin—a legal advisor to China’s Foreign Ministry and a member of the International Law Commission—summarized China’s views of Hamas’ activities during a presentation to the International Court of Justice at The Hague. Here’s part of what he said:

The Palestinian-Israeli conflict stems from Israel’s prolonged occupation of Palestinian territory and Israel’s longstanding oppression of the Palestinian people. The Palestinian people fight against Israeli oppression and their struggle for completing the establishment of an independent state on the occupied territory are essentially just actions for restoring their legitimate rights. The right to self-determination served as the precise legal foundation for this struggle. MEMRI

The fact that China chose a legal scholar—who is a member of the International Law Commission—to argue their case, underscores the importance China places on the broader legal issue of whether the Hamas attack was justifiable under international law. Ma concludes that the attack was not only justifiable, but that the militants involved in the attack had an “inalienable right” to conduct operations that were aimed at ending the Israeli occupation. Here’s Ma:

“The Palestinian people’s use of force to resist foreign oppression and complete the establishment of an independent state is an inalienable right …. The struggle waged by peoples for their liberation, right to self-determination, including armed struggle against colonialism, occupation, aggression, domination against foreign forces should not be considered terrorism.” MEMRI

Ma’s statement should not be construed as support for the injuring or killing of innocent civilians. It is, however, a powerful defense of the right of persecuted people to participate in armed struggle against their oppressors.
Most readers don’t know that China resisted Israel’s coercion and defended international law as it relates to the October 7 attacks. They don’t know that China took a stand on a matter of principle and never flinched. Of course, most people don’t realize that of the 195 countries in the world, only 13 officially designate Hamas as a “terrorist organization”. Many believe that the terrorist moniker is applied universally and that the rest of humanity see the world through the same distorted lens as people in America. But they don’t. They see Hamas as a national liberation movement that was duly elected to govern Gaza in 2006 following “free and fair” elections that were forced on the Palestinians by the Bush administration. Now Hamas is being used as the pretext for the slaughter women and children in Gaza on an industrial scale. Most Western leaders have expressed their support for Israel’s 18-month bloodbath, while China has not only opposed it but also defended the Palestinians right to armed struggle. Here’s Professor Richard Falk, a leading scholar in international law and former UN Special Rapporteur for Palestine:

“The right of resistance was affirmed during the decolonization process in the 1980s and 1990s, and this included the right to armed resistance.

However, this resistance is subject to compliance with international laws of war.”
Even the preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that “whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law”.
Israel does not comply with international laws of war—for example, the entire situation in Gaza is one of the most flagrant violations of Israel’s complete disregard, not only for the laws of war, but for the entire apparatus of international and humanitarian laws.
Palestinians, on the other hand, who are in a permanent state of self-defense, are driven by a different set of values than Israel. One is that they are fully aware of the need to maintain moral legitimacy in their methods of resistance….
“To the extent that there is real evidence of atrocities accompanying the October 7 attack, those would constitute violations, but the attack itself is something that, in context, appears entirely justifiable and long overdue,” Falk said. Palestine Chronicle
This is why Israel has fabricated so many stories about beheaded babies, mass rape and the killing of innocent civilians. The intention is to persuade the public that October 7 was not a legitimate expression of political resistance but a wanton act of terror aimed at ordinary people. Western analysts typically focus on fake atrocities that are used to drown out any reasonable discussion about historic oppression or political realities. Here’s Falk again:

One of the tactics used by the West and Israel has been to almost succeed in decontextualizing October 7 so that it appears to have come out of the blue… The UN Secretary-General was even defamed as an antisemite for merely pointing out the most obvious fact—that there had been a long history of abuse of the Palestinian people leading up to it,” he added, referring to Antonio Guterres’ simply stating that October 7 “did not happen in a vacuum”. “Decontextualizing October 7”?
Precisely. The case for genocide is made on the basis that October 7 can be removed from its broader historical “context” and seen as a “stand alone” event that requires a particularly violent response. But October 7 is not a stand-alone event; it is the unavoidable explosion of collective resistance to decades of ethnic hatred and brutality aimed at a particular people who have been stripped of their civil rights and left to languish in an apartheid state. Here’s Ma again:

“Our state is obliged to promote the realization of the right to self-determination and to refrain from any forceful action, which deprives people of that right. In pursuit of their right to self-determination, these people have the right to engage in struggles, seek and receive support on the basis of that right….
“Numerous UN General Assembly resolutions recognize the legitimacy of struggle by all available means, including armed struggle, by peoples under colonial domination or foreign occupation, to realize the right to self-determination.MEMRI

Naturally, Ma’s speech has largely been blacked out in the western media where anything that doesn’t jibe with the Israeli narrative (that October 7 was an act of terrorism) winds up “on the cutting room floor”. We are confident that if Ma’s powerful moral statement was more widely circulated, Israel’s support in the US would crumble.
China has supported every UN Resolution aimed at providing humanitarian relief to the people in Gaza. They have been staunch supporters of Palestinian statehood and the two-state solution from the beginning. They have repeatedly called for an end to the fighting and an immediate ceasefire. They have even met with leaders of Hamas and Fatah (in April and July 2024) to see if reconciliation between the two groups was possible in order to promote Palestinian unity. Finally, China has repeatedly offered to “rebuild Gaza” following the end of hostilities which underscores Beijing’s commitment to an independent Palestinian state living side-by-side with Israel.
At every opportunity, China has supported policies aimed at de-escalation, reconciliation and peace. They have exhibited the type of ‘moral clarity’ and moral leadership we would like to see from the United States but never do. It is China’s moral clarity that “guides its decisions, even in complex or ambiguous situations, without being swayed by competing interests or relativism. It’s about aligning actions with a consistent moral framework, often rooted in universal values like honesty, fairness, or compassion.”
Israel’s savagery in Gaza suggests that the West is in a state of irreversible moral collapse. We should be grateful that China is stepping in to fill the void and lead the world into the next century.
On one of the most consequential issues of our time, China has come down on the side of decency and humanity.

I struggle to imagine what “legitimate security concerns” the colonising party has?
In any case, I would hope that the phrase “legitimate security concerns” is merely a rhetorical device and that under his breath he actually would like to say “… of which there are none …”.

1. There was no Hamas in existence when the IDF began it’s original occupation of Gaza.
2. There is no Hamas presence in the West Bank where illegal Jewish settlers run pogroms against Palestinians, with IDF goon-squads reinforcing them.
