Palestine Open Thread 2025-112
by Debs is Dead lifted from a comment
Lately I've been avoiding reading about Palestine being genocided by zionists as I'm too old and too crook to get out & do anything about it and it seems words which ain't worth SFA are the only thing I can do now.
However today is too much. Lookit the silly fuss from every western fishwrap & googlebox about a pair of dead zionists on today, a day when Gaza health report the first official notice of five children dying of starvation, the zionist army shot at a bunch of western diplomats to chase them away from a spot where the zionists were indulging in the usual rape, torture and murder of Gaza civilians and that same army today announced the evacuation order for all people in Northern Gaza, in the region of more than 500,000 human beings being chased off their land – again.
In the light of that how can anyone see the dc shooting of a brace of zionist diplomats as anything other than a deliberate set-up by the entity's propaganda machine. Like I said up-thread the photo the zionists released of the two dead apologists for genocide just happened to be much more than a corporate portrait as it showed the pair arm-in-arm in a posed shot standing in front of the embassy logos; a seemingly ideal PR portrait of two photogenic young people, as if the picture takers knew they would need something sympathetic for zionism as for the past few days western fishwraps haven't been nice about zionists (they'll get over that now but), so this is a pic for the front page of every western fishwrap once these two are shot & killed.
The timing stinks far too much to be coincidental, just like the opportune appearance of the picture.
Even starmer had something 'anti-semitic' to say to media yesterday.

The term semite has a mixed history.
Conventionally, it was used as reference to the descendants of Shem, which until late 19th century was taken to mean broadly the middle-eastern populations, via linguistic or cultural arguments and so on.
That would be an ethno biblical representation mixed with the limits of study of the day.
The term anti-semite is an Aryan concept aimed specifically at jews. It is a religious cultural definition that, due to a preponderance of jews being of certain ethnic backgrounds (plural), also has some ethnic connotation, and not necessarily related to the middle-east.
As many or even most jews are not part of the lineage of Shem, or at least there is no way to be certain any at all are, the two terms, semite and anti-semite, do not correlate with each other.
So in the sense ‘anti-semite’ is used today, it denotes anti-jew, the Aryan concept.
The ethnic semitic claims of jewish people being false, or unproveable, makes anti-semite in an ethnic sense a fallacy, an absurdity. That is where an ethnia is judged by lineage relationship, or similar, in a homogenous way.
Even the use of the term semitic for the middle-east or near-east is outdated given new understandings in lineage and so is no more than a place name, which very obviously is no way to judge a varied peoples by. It is similar to ‘european’ vs ‘German’ vs ‘Bavarian’ vs ‘Bavarian of so and so descent’ .
Americans like the term european, it is as bland as their own attempt at a forged identity, a designation which a large segment of the population there can relate to in a similarly sentimental way as some form of unity.
So do we need to wonder why much of the population US is so blind to “Israeli” invention ?
Is there any wonder that the ‘mongrelisation’ of europe is such the endeavour that it is ?
To correct the term anti-semite, after disambiguation, it should simply be restated as anti-jew, or anti-judaism.
The attempt to legitimise an ethnic semitic definition by use of the term ‘anti-semite’ however, is simply a form of propaganda.
This propaganda has many uses. Even the president of the United States believes in it, or else facilitates it.
The whole point of the creation of the term is to aggregate all people of a religion into a set that belongs ‘elsewhere’. There is irony in that is there not, that the countries that use the term liberally also do the most to make that set (above and beyond) welcome in their own nations. In simpler explanation, they use the definition of semite meaning people who belong ‘elsewhere’ to grant them a higher authority in own country. Such contradictions are a form of bafflement to the populations, and reminder of the entitlement to privilege, the dispensation of that, that demarks the rulers from the ruled.
That jews present a manner and method for rulers or governance to exhibit and so enforce a sense of superiority, is one reason they are seen as corrupting to a nation.
The attack on the staff of the “Israeli” embassy, for example, if it did occur as plainly stated, is not anti-jew. We have corrected to the coarsest but clearest definition here incidentally.
It is anti-“Israeli” , or anti-Zionist, or anti-genocide.
It was perpetrated by a US citizen within US territory, presumably as a form of protest of recognition of the just mentioned entities, or to protest their actions. As stated in the manifesto/’manifesto’ , it would be the result of a person being unable to absorb, and so accept, the acts commited by that entity. His only method of expression, of rejection, after being placed in that circumstance, being to hit back at the closest representation available.
Given US support of “Israel”, that might actually be more a question of rebellion against, or rejection of, US policy, its pro-“Israeli”, pro-Zionist, or pro-genocide, stance:
Considering this all occurred in the US.
Tech2peace which Milgrim worked for:
“We partner with leading organizations like Google for Startups, Microsoft, and MIT to provide the best professional opportunities”
and is funded by US.
Without any judgement implied , it is unlikely anyone gets near the “Israeli” embassy or offshoots without CIA oversight. It is not likely that a tech startup financially backed by the US government, aimed at forging technological association in the region, is not handled in some way by US and “Israeli” intelligence.
I am not able to justify or condemn the shooting, as what would I truly know of it all in the larger scheme, or of any unmentioned background realities ?
Such acts are a personal responsibility, as would be those of simply associating with a genocidal entity.
Neither do I accept any false parameters of victimisation being used to further the goals of control, mass murder, and displacement of civilian population.
