So much (I think unbiased) experience of this, but as only from ‘one person’s own observations’ it can only be anecdotal, just some examples:
A presentation, UK embassador has a jewish minder/anchor who ‘owned’ the floor and took in the audience.
Main online Irish music forums, patrolled by left (openly) jewish identities, main characters with ties to “Israel” . Always a theme as the Irish are ‘supposed to’ sympathise with jews for persecution, plus US is home to both. Any Irish localism or identity getting swamped out, well known characters denigrated (no offence) using woke tactics. You could not defend any point of view without just being set upon, sometimes by US participants, usually ‘defending from exteme nationalism’ or suchlike. What was supported was international fusion and dilution, the ‘Celtic’ brand etc.
Conversation with a very honest academic, he mentions world bank, I say there must be many jewish members, he goes silent.
But where you see jewish, I find jewish/US influence as a combo, or jewish/”Israeli” a lot for UK.
As I mentioned, I know/have known many jews, some as friends and others not. In france the jewish lobby is strong and influential. In UK it used to be city philanthropist (e.g. Rothschild) at high level, and then a ‘sub society’ at everyday level, but that has evolved into an open political and social prominence, position and influence.
I could give more examples but it would take up the thread and serve little. I don’t think it is all upper organised, I think many jews know the themes and the parts they are supposed to play/not play in them, that a lot goes along without saying…it is the same for any group of people, the english for example, or any other, will generally think and act within certain norms and parameters (a lot of british are uneasy with UK wider direction btw, tendency is to differ in isolation)
I don’t make a point of searching out or documenting these influences, they are just what I have encountered.
