I see all of this differently than most.
Leaders have to make impossible choices. Someone somewhere is going to die. They cannot save and protect everyone.
That is just reality. Is it morally unfair? Absolutely.
But that is the world. The world is not fair.
I also reject the notion that Putin is responsible for the Syrians, Palestinians, etc.
He’s responsible for the Russians. He’s even gone so far as to save many Syrians from ethnic cleansing on one of their bases by allowing them safety and food, after already rescuing Syria from ISIS before.
If Putin doesn’t protect China and Iran, the future for humanity is bleak, and the loss of millions of Palestinians won’t have mattered anyway.
If you can’t save everyone, you try to save enough to make the sacrifice worth it, IMO.

Israel’s Defence Minister Katz yesterday said they are dismembering Gaza and implementing Trump’s expulsion plan:
In a televised address during his visit to Israeli forces in the so-called Morag Corridor between Rafah and Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, Katz said the army is “dismembering the Gaza Strip”, adding that “large areas are being seized and added to Israel’s security zones, leaving Gaza smaller and more isolated.”
He continued: “A new corridor will soon be established — Morag — similar to Netzarim, which separates northern Gaza from the central and southern parts. This will essentially sever the link between Khan Yunis and Rafah, making it more difficult for Hamas to operate.”
Katz added: “At the same time, we are promoting the voluntary migration plan for the residents of Gaza, based on the vision of US President Donald Trump, which we are working to implement.”
