Me too. And by the way, thanks for the very astute list of songs you compiled the other day. For some reason, I also find this apropos (David Olney, “A Dangerous Man”):

It doesn’t fit exactly, or perhaps not at all, I know. But it is a great song…

Ironic that the one truthful thing to come out of the Oval Office during that “nothing” was from Z’s mouth.
“You in America will feel it soon.”

History will not be made by DJT. The DJT-phenomenon has legs of its own, now, and POTUS is just standing in its way.
History will come to the states as Z said. It will come bursting through your window as our resident Baghdad Bob tells you on your screen: “We have driven History back and have defeated the danger. It is leaving this moment and won’t inconvenience you.”

Another one of those funny contradictions of the European poodles:
– “Nah, don’t worry about Putin’s nuclear blackmail, we have to send Taurus, Tomahawks & F-16 NOW!”
vs.
– “The US is leaving? Waaaah, we need a nuclear umbrella NOW!”
😀

Starmer says we need to be able to negotiate with Russia from a position of strength.
In reality in a hart beat England will be flattened, (wind direction allowing)
And Euope will negateate from a position of weakness.
Whilst america looks on.

for f***’s sake!
Could someone reduce the amount of coke the demented dwarf is doing?

Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, sought to move the conversation forward from his difficult meeting with the US president, Donald Trump, on Friday saying it was “best left to history”, as he signalled Ukraine’s readiness to sign the minerals deal and hoped for “constructive” talks with the US administration on the next steps.
Speaking to reporters after frantic 72 hours, Zelenskyy drew his red lines by saying he would not accept giving any occupied territory away to Russia and insisted on remembering that Russia was the aggressor in the conflict.
The Ukrainian leader said the country needed strong security guarantees or otherwise would face the risk of Russia seeking to restart hostilities with false claims about Ukrainian violations, as it did in the past.
Zelenskyy said he hoped that a UK-French initiative for peace would bear fruit “in coming weeks”, with a number of other countries declaring their interest in being involved in providing security guarantees for Ukraine.

He wants to sign a deal that is not, was never, and will never be avilable!!

Second DS report of the day, and at a more normal time:
Overall: 12.7 kmsq taken. Better than the FEB pace, but still half of what NOV averaged.
Specific changes (S to N):
1. RFA took back about 1/3 of the town of Pischane (SW Pokrovsk flank).
2. Fields and a small hamlet S of Andriivka (the one further N).
3. Fields on E side of the Oskil (Pischane salient, yes a different one, further N).
4. Vicinity and within Pogrebki (Kursk salient). Not included in kmsq, as that is UKR only.

Seriously mate, we’ve had nothing but global lawlessness since 1999 and Kosovo shitshow.
International law was usurped by some ‘rules based international order’ (whose rules and values remain an undefined and very movable feast) and the US went on a unipolar rampage with its minions eagerly in tow.
Perhaps you didn’t notice because you swallowed the propaganda or thought yourself on the ‘winning’ side.
Some of us have been shuddering for a very long time.

The idea of the US “leaving the UN” as Musk has floated (no doubt The Don’s inner desires too), is a clear red flag to the world that America intends to REINFORCE its global hegemony (pariahness) into the future.

Yes, the USA is about to get medieval on the world and it doesn’t want any oversight and documentation, Gaza was just the prelude. During the cold war a coopted, blackmailed UN served a purpose, white washing and establishing the feint of consent for imperial crimes, but with the end of soft power, the surge to brutal blatant hegemony, on the cusp of hot war, the UN is just a bloated expense, like all the other cold war relics, NED, USAID; the money saved from bullshit jobs will be spent on productive jobs – weapons.

Without the Turkish and Greek airforces involved the Europeans do not have enough operational modern airframes to do more than have parity with Russia let alone the 3-1 numbers needed for air superiority. That ‘parity’ part would also rapidly disappear due to the vastly superior Russian ATA and SAM systems.
It would be called th3 great Ukraine turkey shoot by Russian historians.

Well there are the “peacekeepers” who would be boots on the ground.
NATO air power relies on the USA for overwhelming dominance. Other than that it is a close run thing – excluding Turkey and Greece, who I expect will want to save their airforce to fight one another. Russia has overwhelming dominance on land based artillery and rockets etc.
Trouble is that what the Euronutters do, may (probably will) start WWIII. They MUST be assuming that Russia will not use nukes, however that is a huge gamble.

Parity would probably be enough, stop thinking the SMO is reflective of current NATO operational capabilities. The West made an analytical error equating the performance of Soviet platforms and efficacy of their doctrinal employment, under Arab command in the 60’s-70’s, with that of their true capabilities.

BRICS, especially Russia and China, are complete fools if they sell any rare earth metals to the U.S. After the SMO started, during the 2nd round of sanctions in August, Congress approved 2 years of titanium supply for the murderous horde at Boeing (who sent 12 cargo jets to Russia in return). U.S. also still needs Russian uranium for nuclear energy reactors and medical use. There is an even wider amount of rare earths which China is banning export of that could cripple U.S. military production in a wide number of areas—from making artillery rounds to welding for ships and other defense systems/equipment, etc.
It’s obvious the U.S. is pivoting to China—but I don’t understand why Putin would trust any American (or British) politician and think relations can normalize. Is Putin going to sign a trade pact with the enemy just like Stalin did with Hitler?

On the first page of comments, our comrade S provided what Ria Novosti published of an interview Lavrov had with the Red Star media group. That was only a small fraction. A larger selection of excerpts was posted at the MFA website which I copied and translated, “Lavrov’s Krasnaya Zvezda Interview on March 2, 2025”. Only TASS of English language Russian media provided any decent report of the interview as it provided the most important points. RT’s report went for the sensational and is extremely poor. The read isn’t too long.

Working through my Zelensky v Trump open tabs, I found an interview with Rubio and cortoon network harridan Kaitlan Collins. It was in the immediate aftermath of the White House 2025 episode of The Apprentice.
Rubio provided some background as to what had been happening in the weeks prior. Zelensky was supposed to sign at Munich, with Vance, and then he said he needed to take it to his parliament for ratification. He then posted some tweets that irritated Team Trump.
Then Z was supposed to sign with Bessent, {who’d made the inconvenient pilgrimage to Kiev}. He declined to sign. Then Z invited himself to the White House for a grandiose photo op with Trump.
The exchange with JD was a continuation of their back and forth in Munich.
… while its rapidly been overtaken by events, it was interesting for filling in some of the irritations Team Trump had with Zelensky.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQRMqeswAwY
~~~~
IMVHO.
The “minerals” deal was all about a covert/ camouflage agreement for the U$ to provide “security guarantees”, … be a “backstop” for Ukraine in extending (expanding) its war with Russia.
In the various drafts, from what I deduce, the Ukraine[Bojo] team kept inserting the coded ‘security guarantees”, and the real-estate savvy/ contract parsing Team Trump kept red-penning and deleting.
Zelensky knew the document waiting his ink didn’t include “security guarantees”, so he was attempting to wrong-foot Trump in front of the cameras and have a “verbal” agreement. Forgot pieces of paper, they wanted Trump on camera making the commitment.
Dumb Z [and Team Bojo] …. It’s not like no one has ever tried to pull a sneaky quickie “revision” of a document right at signing on Trump and his lawyers in the last 50-odd years. He’s very aware of what he’s signing, cameras be damned.
——-
What Zelensky forgot…. Is how much Trump now knows of Z’s involvement with Biden [+HRC] in Russia-Russia-Russia and his impeachments. [ and the 2024 assassination attempts]
Trump is vindictive. Vengeful. And happy to publicly humiliate. Once things in the WH took a turn to the hostile, Trump was in his element.
———
Why did Trump allow Zelensky to invite himself to the WH?. Remove the “security guarantees” and forget the false bait of “minerals” and “rare” earths, the ‘deal’ included a lot of yummies like port access, long-term economic exploitation of rump Ukraine.
And while Trump was wary and savvy to sidestep “security guarantees” ATM, at some future point, U$ “interests” in Ukraine could be used as a leverage against Russia.
Wherever U$ entities put a footprint, that becomes U$ “territory”.
The enemy acknowledges a sharp deterioration in the logistics situation in the Kursk region and on the border of the Kursk and Sumy regions. After the advance of Russian troops near Sverdlikovo, Russian troops increased fire control of the road network in the Sudzha area and on the border, which leads to large losses in equipment – dozens of armored vehicles and motor vehicles per day (mostly destroyed by FPV drones on the roads, and the use of drones like the KVN devalues the enemy’s attempts to hide behind electronic warfare). The deterioration in supplies is already affecting the ability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to hold the front, which ensured the recent successes of the Russian Armed Forces in the Malaya Loknya and Viktorovka area.
If this effect persists, it can be expected that logistics problems will continue to make it difficult for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to hold their remaining positions in the Kursk region and lead to a further increase in losses in personnel and equipment in the context of a declining ability to conduct rotations.
This does not mean that the enemy will completely fall apart and run away tomorrow, no, he will continue to try to fill the plantings with mobilized meat, prolonging the agony of the Kursk salient. But the enemy’s growing problems will help our troops in achieving the desired operational result.
Last month two bills were submitted to the two legislative branches proposing the US cease UN membership. Musk is just amplifying this for the media. The Outlaw US Empire hasn’t obeyed the UN Charter since it came into force, which is what makes it an outlaw. So, there’re several angles to look at this possibility. First and foremost, the Empire would lose its UNSC Veto, which would be a very foolish thing to do. The notion can be attacked on national security grounds. Then there’s the soft power point: Why would you want to be separate instead of together. Think of how your trade issues would fair. Simply, it’s not in the national interest to leave the UN.
no usa, no league of nations
no usa, no unsc vote in non-existant UN.
There were trade agreements and embassies before the UN.
The UN is, and always has been, a tool of NATO statecraft, from one of its first acts (recognizing Israel), to the BS it pulled on Korea, calling Taiwan the representative of China on the Security Council, to the bs they pulled in vietnam, to rverything else they ever actually did.
They were all bark when it came to the people of the world, and all bite when it came to Western oligarchy.
Three fake entities, with blue and white flags, made at the same time, NATO, Israel, UN.
‘Who Rules America’ by William Domhoff (1967) started the conversation in which you are participating and over a global scope. I disagreed with Domhoff on some views when meeting him during a a conference but I forgot exactly what points I made and he agreed with (I am now 80 and lost interest in the topic by the mid seventies.)
I am of two minds on Z’s White House follies. He either got clubbed like a baby seal on television for all the world to see him for who he is (still my preferred view and lining up with our interpretation of Tier 1), or he was sincere about a ‘deal’ to look cooperative and started losing it meeting with various troublemakers before the WH meeting and badly in need of his coke fix (finger movements).
Glad for post and link to sub stack because admittedly, the RT heading “Zelensky is a traitor to the Jews”, by Lavrov was the ever so typical hypocrisy Russia displays in matters that suit them, yet not applied as a “standing” in all relations.
You can’t have a “bigger traitor” to “the Jews” than the war criminal, genocidal maniac Nuttyahoo, yet crickets from Russia about him personally.
Anyways, yes, it’s a trigger headline. Was happy to read your sub stack and entire context. I’m probably just getting harder and more jaded, but most of what he said was regurgitated bull crap. Nice politick.
It felt like he was explaining his resumption of relations with US as a “necessary evil” in the world, cuz …well he never exactly established the reason. Business it seems.
Then he gave examples of how U.S. stomps on China with the Taiwan & tariff issues, yet China maintains relations & does business with the U.S.
He proceeded with all the naming of names and Minsk and every other person in the Wests and their subsequent betrayals. Fine. But he still doesn’t lay at the feet the real core problem, which is “policy”.
There has never been a time in history of the West that it did not want Russia destroyed and/or broken up and occupied by a Western colonial power. That’s the “core” issue, not NATO. Which has not changed.
They got gifted…a break from it all, forever if they want.
No one’s making them go back to the US for “relationship”.
No one is making Russia forge business deals in the Artic, Ukraine, ect (if they come to pass).
So, enough of Russia’s hypocrisy regarding USReal.
Enough of their hypocrisy regarding “the West”.
Thanks for the sub stack read. It was helpful.
ZH has a posting up with the title
Europe Unveils Rival Ukraine Peace Plan Backed By ‘Boots On The Ground & Planes In The Air’
quote
Starmer unveiled a four point agreed-to ‘peace plan’ (..though not agreed to by the US):
to keep military aid flowing into Ukraine, and to keep increasing the economic pressure on Russia
that any lasting peace must ensure Ukraine’s sovereignty and security and Ukraine must be present at any peace talks
in the event of a peace deal, to boost Ukraine’s defensive capabilities to deter any future invasion
to develop a “coalition of the willing” to defend a deal in Ukraine and to guarantee peace afterwards
The PM said his coalition “will intensify planning now, with real urgency” and reiterated that the “UK is prepared to back this with boots on the ground and planes in the air”.
He said: “Together with others, Europe must do the heavy-lifting but to support peace in our continent and to succeed, this effort must have strong US backing. We’re working with the US on this point.”
Speaking to journalists after the summit, the PM said he did “not accept that the US is an unreliable ally”, and that the discussions formed a plan that would see the US as allies.
Of course, being this antagonistic to Russia – at the very moment the US is trying to forge ahead on peace – is in reality a scenario that eventually forces Trump’s hand to react. It also appears a deliberate effort by Europe to keep the US on a hawkish path, and to sabotage US-Russia talks in the process.
Will Trump back Europe enough to keep the shit show in Ukraine going? I say not if he is really a peace president but we know Trump is all for show, human lives be damned.
So tired of your “outlaw empire” shtick. Really quite boring.
Certainly every country on the UN Security Council has broken the “UN Charter” many times over by now. Probably EVERY country in the UN has broken a few over the years.
The US losing a Security Council seat means nothing if you NO LONGER see that a legitimate organization. It’s like no longer being in the local garden club. Whatever they talk about no longer concerns you.
And you certainly haven’t thought things through.
UN HQ is in NYC, the US of A. If the US is no longer a member, then the US can withdraw diplomatic immunity to anyone working at and for the UN, since every country already has an embassy or consulate in the DC area.
You might want to search to see how many crimes committed by UN staff and workers go unpunished. The most serious simply get set back home….
We are talking Epstein proportions here, and worse.
Again, it is a “don’t ask, don’t tell” subject.
Every UN worker would be subject to foreign agent laws and registration. Every UN worker could potentially be legally spied on by the FBI/CIA under current laws due to their foreign agent status. (Not that it has stopped them from doing so in the past)
Don’t forget that the ultimate power position in 70 or more of UN countries (about 1/2) is not to rule at home, but to get their assignment to the UN, where they live in relative luxury (compared to the homeland) and they can bring assorted relatives (and claimed relatives) with them and eventually get UN staff employment and long term US visas.
The US visa money train would take a huge hit.
Then there is the 20% of UN budget that the US provides. Looks like that is already taking a hit, and the UN is starting to shut down some operations (but not at HQ, of course).
There is the US payment for national, state and NYC law enforcement to protect UN HQ and their many events and movements around the city. More cost savings.
NYC luxury housing would take a hit, as the “diplomats” all slowly move away, making NYC real estate slightly more affordable for real citizens.
If you think that the UN is an above contempt organization, recall the Clinton Oils For Food debacle. It was clearly shown Saddam had bribes throughout the top level of the UN, reaching the directors son and chief of staff. Large investigation done, facts would clearly support an impeachment and removal from power.
But nothing was done. The UN doesn’t operate like that. Simply change leaders and move on. The whole affair simply swept under the rug. A light hand slap, nothing more.
Hungary and Slovakia are members of the European Union and in that capacity they have supported initiation of sanctions on Russia and all their extensions. Hungary and Slovakia are the chihuahas of the Chihuahuas.
Thanks Johan, very true, but the point I hope to make is the division and fracturing of both NATO and EU.
Slovakia apologised for voting on the last Kiev UN resolution. Hungary voted against.
Fico announced 2 days ago Slovakia will no longer provide military or financial support to Kiev.
Orban is calling for direct discussion with Russia in support of the US resolution adopted by UNSC on Monday that was hailed by Nebenzia as a starting point for future efforts. An indication that whatever UK, France and Canada is cooking will not be supported by Hungary.
Former Greece ambassador to Kiev has claimed in an interview with Greek media, that OSCE observers secretly shared targeting intel with Kiev from 2014 – 2022.
Romanians are revolting against the ruling regime.
Azerbaijan has accused Kiev of trying to initiate a conflict between them and Armenia.
Republika Srpska has vowed not to recognise NATO appointed Viceroy Christian Schmidt and banning State Police on it’s territory.
This is a very real threat to NATO’s fake Bosnia Herzegovina Federation and another blow to the NATO image.
Trump’s administration is facing a real fight on its hand internally. The border with Mexico could erupt in firefights at any moment.
Israel has violated the cease fire in Gaza again and Hamas might not take this lying down. Turkey may need to get involved to prop up its Syrian proxy against the Druzes and coming in direct conflict with Israel.
Without USAID, NED and all manners of dodgy funding from US paymasters the pro war elites in NATO/EU are losing the “Narrative” and paid “supporters”.
So? The US has been playing with diplomatic immunity for years, despite being a member of the UN.
As the Russians and Iranians can testify. The US is also years behind paying their dues to UN.
If the US doesn’t remain a member, the UN HQ will not remain in NYC. Maybe the UN will dissolve. But maybe they’ll just move to Geneva. They alreday have headquarters there.
Since I was a bit of an ASSHOLE in my previous comment, I’ll try to lay some nuance on top of it. Housecats were extremely useful in rodent control, especially on farms and in tenements in the 19th and early 20th centuries, and still are on the prairie if you’re looking for a low maintenance biologically safe (as in no poisons or pesticides or carcinogens) pest control mechanism. But they’ll never keep coyotes away (they will be eaten or destroyed and left like skulls on spikes, as our extended family’s cats have been more than once) and they sure as fuck will not protect you from ANYTHING including another human. Let alone a black or brown bear. A dog will sacrifice its life to protect you. And a dog will not willy nilly eat a bunch of innocent songbirds or squirrels (they are too fast unless really stupid or cocky). But dogs will root out the gophers, ground squirrels and other rodents and their patience in doing it is fuckin’ something to behold. Far better than cats are terriers in DESTROYING mammalian pests on the farm or household.
I like cats as house pets. They’re cool in that way. And they shit in a pre-defined box and don’t need walks (in the city) apparently to exercise (or to shit and piss on things). Cat owners, though, by and large (and I know b owns at least one) can get extremely fucking annoying. They ascribe all sorts of shit to them. Anthropomorphizing to the end. Us dog people can be the same, I know. But if you’re gonna go to bat for cats as pure pets, you better be prepared to defend not having to put those cunts on a leash at the same time you’re bragging about how smart or cool or detached they are. And keep ’em in the house or electrify your farm fence. Nobody wants your cat on their property if they’re gonna kill 5 songbirds for every rodent they destroy.
Zelensky was given his WH script by Blinken, Vindman et al.
He played his part exactly as directed…. But then Trump didn’t Trump like they anticipated.
https://x.com/MZHemingway/status/1895872853930545214
Yesterday, Susan Rice said of the Trump-Zelensky meeting, “There is no question this was a set up.” She revealed full knowledge of the mineral agreement, complained that it didn’t include “concrete” security agrees (meaning, apparently, commitment of US troops on the ground if conditions merit), and then mischaracterized Trump’s behavior, counting on most Americans to not have watched what transpired over the entire hour in the Oval Office.
You can look at this and dismiss it as typical Democrat talking points, but you could also view it as almost a confession, one that includes details about the current “Get Trump” effort.
Yes, Trump won the popular vote against unbelievable odds, but if you think Team Obama is being any less involved in quiet insurrections than they were during the first Trump administration (Russia collusion, Ukraine impeachment, etc.), you’re clueless. I’ll remind you that Susan Rice was in the small Jan. 5, 2017 meeting in the WH with other key Russia collusion hoax perpetrators.
Zelensky repeatedly declined opportunities to sign the deal in Kyiv and Munich, and requested the meeting at the White House. It later came out that Rice and Tony Blinken, Victoria Nuland, and Alexander Vindman may have been personally advising Zelensky to do this meeting in the way he did — that they recommended him to be hostile and to try to goad Trump into blowing up. Even though he didn’t, and even though Zelensky’s actions horrified many normal Americans, the Obama team went on the airwaves to falsely characterize what happened.
I think their goal was to have a wonderful performance by Zelensky, an angry Trump appearing to scuttle the deal, and the support of the neocon portion of the GOP to start applying pressure on Trump to have US Troop commitments as part of the “security guarantee.” It was a set-up, in Susan Rice’s interesting choice of words.
Instead, Zelensky had one of the worst stage performances of his acting career, and Trump was statesmanlike (against all odds) throughout. Zelensky followed Team Obama’s advice to be hostile to a tee, but it didn’t land how they thought it would. Surprisingly, one of the most important aspects of it not working out might have been Lindsay Graham’s reaction. Had he and other neocons thought Zelensky was being reasonable, Trump would be having to fight (even moreso) the neocon portion of the GOP in addition to Team Obama’s dirty tricks. Even the “conservative” neocon pundits on TV last night were admitting Zelensky had royally messed up.
As you can see from the hostility of the bureaucracy to any Republican oversight, no matter how reasonable or minor it may be, the entrenched bureaucracy and permanent DC apparatus is quite active. That goes quadruple for the deep state in the Intelligence Community. I’d expect more and more shenanigans and to be prepared so that you don’t fall for the next information operation.
The post-WWII architecture in Europe and the US needs this war to continue or be settled on “US troops on the ground” type guarantees, even though that’s not what Americans want.
Things will heat up here, and it’s a very dangerous time.
The hidden agenda behind Zelensky’s US visit
RT 03.03.24
Theory..They set a trap for Trump and he jumped
After the scandal in the White House, Ukrainian ruler Vladimir Zelensky flew to London. An illustrious club of supposed saviors will meet there on Monday. The US Secretary of State says that the Europeans’ goal is to prolong the war in Ukraine by at least a year.
.
Currently, Western media seem to be taking their headlines from Russian broadcasters and publishers. We are talking about the high-profile scandal that Zelensky’s visit to the White House degenerated into on the occasion of the already agreed signing of an agreement on “rare earths”.
After an angry Trump ordered the “ungrateful” Zelensky and his entourage to be thrown out of the sanctuary that is the White House in the eyes of the Americans before they could even eat canapés, it seemed as if there was no hammer that would not fall on the former comedian’s head. And no cockroach hole in which he could hide from the wrath of his former most important friends, sponsors and patrons.
.
If you take all this at face value, it is a scandal, a fiasco and it is time to hang Russian flags in Kyiv and roll out red carpets in Kyiv, “it is about to start” or, on the contrary, “it will all be over quickly”.
However, there is a whole group of people who seem to believe that Zelensky’s meeting with Trump went like clockwork and the third-rate actor played his role perfectly, after which he cannot be touched or changed.
These are the leaders of a number of European countries and structures, including British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, future German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, as well as the heads of the European Commission, the European Council and the European Parliament.
According to some experts, this situation was arranged and rehearsed in advance: From Washington, Zelensky immediately went to London to report to Starmer. There, on Monday, a long-arranged meeting of the above-mentioned persons, as well as representatives of another dozen European countries and Turkey, will take place. It is interesting and significant that immediately after the debacle in the White House, the President of the European Commission, the President of the European Parliament, the President of the European Council and the EU Commissioner for Economic Affairs simultaneously published identical phrases addressed to the Ukrainian ruler on their social networks:
“Be strong, be brave, be fearless.”
Many thought these words were a support for the booed comedian, but in reality they recapitulated the mission for Zelensky’s US visit: don’t be afraid, we’ve got your back, stand up for yourself, Trump can’t hurt you and will eventually withdraw. The puppeteers knew very well that the ex-comedian would be humiliated in the Oval Office, but that was also the goal.
In Britain, where the headquarters of the transatlanticists, neocons and globalists (the “deep state”) had moved after Trump’s victory, the remaining allies are gathering and organizing a kind of “committee to save the West from Putin and Trump.” To legitimize this in the eyes of the European population, the spectacle in the White House was indispensable. The new narrative is:
“By getting closer to Putin and betraying Ukraine, Trump has betrayed loyal allies and Western ideals, risked the leadership of the Collective West and the guarantees of a well-fed life for America and Europe, so the West must now close ranks in the face of a double challenge. It requires a little patience, then we will win quickly.”
The plotters’ plan has three goals:
1. To demonize and delegitimize Trump in the eyes of the domestic audience and portray him as an enemy – a destroyer of the Western world. To portray him as a weak and inadequate president who does not keep his promises, in the hope of creating a strong political opposition to him in Congress and eventually bringing the Democrats back to power.
2. To frighten the Europeans with their alleged military weakness against the backdrop of the impending “US withdrawal from Europe” and “Putin’s offensive”. This is intended to get the population to spend more money on armaments and provide super-profits for the European military-industrial complex.
3. To provide Ukraine with even more money and weapons so that it can resist Russia for as long as possible until Trump and his hated peace deal are swept off the scene.
To achieve this, plans are already in place to raise tens of billions of dollars through an elaborate system – not through the European Union, where further aid to Ukraine could be blocked by Hungary and Slovakia, but directly from willing countries. The plan is to scrape together about 60 percent of what Ukraine needs for the hostilities. The rest will be compensated by what is already in Ukrainian and European warehouses or still on its way from the United States. Then the European military-industrial complex itself will have to get going.
According to conspiratorial sources, the “saviors of Europe” want to keep Ukraine artificially alive for a year or a year and a half. What happens after that remains to be seen. They are sure that even if the Americans (which is by no means guaranteed) stop all military supplies to Ukraine, turn off Starlink, withdraw military advisers and service personnel, interrupt the transfer of intelligence information, remote control of precision weapons and everything else, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with the existing influx of forced conscripts (including 18-year-olds), will retain their defense potential for quite a long time and even have the opportunity to recapture territories.
The equation is not bad, but this gang forgot to include the most important element in the calculation: the Russian army, which will destroy all these intricate constructions.
The other day, Vladimir Putin said that the main reason for today’s dramatic changes in the world is the valor and daily victories of our armed forces. And this means that our eternal enemies have not only postponed their defeat, but also accelerated it, and Zelensky’s ill-considered rhetoric could have unforeseen consequences not only for Kyiv, but also for Odessa and Transnistria.
Translated from Russian.
Because Ukraine is not just defending its own territories, but defending the very principles and values that underpin all of our democracies.
Obviously I’ve spent a lot of time with Volodymyr Zelensky over the years…I continue to emphasize to him that Canada will always stand with Ukraine.
First of all, I think it’s important every chance we get to lie out the facts as clearly as possible.
In 2014, Russia chose to invade Ukraine, to occupy Crimea and parts of eastern Ukraine. For that they were kicked out of G7.
In 2022, they chose to violate the existing cease-fire and invaded Ukraine with the intention of taking Kiev in 3 days and the entire country in 3 weeks. That has failed.
Russia continues to try to fight to claim more land in Ukraine. We could see an end to this war tomorrow if Russia decided to stop its illegal invasion of Ukraine.
On Friday, in the Oval Office, President Zelensky pointed out, in so many words, that Vladimir Putin is a liar, a criminal and cannot be trusted to keep his word in any way shape or form, because he has demonstrated time and time again that he will break any agreement.
I stand with Vladimir Zelensky. I stand with the people of Ukraine.”
Apparently Olaf Scholz had just stormed out of a meeting with Starmer after accusing him of not having a plan and losing patience with him.
It’s one thing for those European companies to do some of their manufacturing on US soil while maintaining other manufacturing on European soil. It’s another thing when the US orchestrates a crisis that causes those same companies to move away from European soil in favor of US soil just so the USA can reap all the profits. That’s the jist of my comment #160.
There are no protests against the war in Europe. It is clear that the common people of Europe, together with the ruling classes just love this war.
Now, with almost all of the S
“statesmen” of the Western bubble, you have to admit that their school education is terrible.
They have twisted history so many times until it fits their narrative that they themselves no longer know what they are talking about.
The German Chancellor says in an interview in front of cameras that Crimea has always belonged to Ukraine.
The crazy Canadian says that Putin marched into Ukraine in 2014.
The really bad thing about it… 85% of all those who hear and read this believe it because their school education probably took place in a tree nursery.
I’m in Europe. Almost everybody I speak with says that Russia must be defeated and dismantled to grab its resources and maintain EU standards of living. A mother of two, whom I have known for many years, said the West must win the war against Russia to save the future of her children.
Maybe this craziness came from COVID-19 vaccines, who knows…
In Germany, the possibility of conscientious objectors is being restricted by the Federal Constitutional Court…
Contrary to the Basic Law and its interpretations.
Why is a Federal Court now removing the possibility of refusing military service as a precautionary measure?
And that is what is currently happening on February 24, 2025
.
Are “THEY” afraid there is a war and NO ONE is going?
