When Hormuz transit ends it will not open for a long time if ever. Strategic placement of autonomous sea mines will have disastrous consequences for surface vehicles. As they have propulsion they are more underwater torpedoes than mines although they sit dormant on the sea floor. The competition is in targeting technologies and countermeasures. Pretty hard to lose a mine when it locks on your propeller noise and not a lot of time. Regardless supply chains completely end once hostilities commence. Yemen flinging inexpensive drones is just a tiny taste of transit cessation when technologies are applied. Are there autonomous mines in the red sea now? Will there be? Thats for AI to know and us to find out. Bottlenecks are a logical place to preplace selective autonomous underwater mines.
Thw surface is not where the action is at. Sea dominance is underwater dominance and is inherently offensive in nature. This spells the end for sea transit and energy transit is particularly noteworthy. .

IMO there is no stopping the chain of consequences that have been started. That would take a leader with vision and humanity in the USA. Vision would need to be applied in regard to actions in regard to the implications technology has for war. A Ron Paul. A guy that delivered many babies into the world.It has been proven many times over it is not possible for a Ron Paul to be elected. The formation of the power structures that has occurred has substance that will not dissolve. The USA leaders have paradigms which are common not visionary. All conflicts have consequences. The consequence of the Ukraine and Palestine conflict are only beginning to unfold. From the common understanding of worship of destruction participants are skillful and are preparing. The preparation is for a expenditure of resources and technology that the world has never seen in recorded times. It is inherent to what we know of human practice. The practice of war. The practice of acquisition as a measure of success. A different outcome would require a new measure of success. That seems extremely unlikely.
To some it appears things are moving extremely slowly. My perception is things are moving extremely rapidly.
It is required that the USA support Israels actions. Israels actions create the Houthi response. The Houthi response is dependent on Iranian support. Thus the stage is set for the use of force on Iran. There are two grave mistakes in this.
The two false beliefs.
Force is a universal effective tool it always creates desired outcomes.
USA has infinite amount of force to expend.
That these two premises are incorrect has been demonstrated many times over yet the worship of force remains the predominant paradigm. Force is truly a terrible tool to achieve desirable consequences in the age we live in. The medicine is usually much worse than the disease. Force should be used only as a tool of last resort as it is such a poor tool. True warriors understand this. It is what is known as skill. True warriors seek tools other than force understanding its inability to create desirable outcomes. Sometimes this occurs from a place of deep sadness at the consequence of their actions. Understanding that they had no skill. Experiencing consequences from war is a experience that allows the cultivation of true skill. Without experiencing consequences from actions no skill can be cultivated as there is no feedback. Consequences allow the difference between fantasy and reality to be perceived. Consequences allow growth even if they are unpleasant.
If there is hope it lies in consequences. Consequences work best however in appropriate amounts not a catastrophic cascade. A catastrophic cascade of consequences does not allow skill cultivation either. Considering current circumstances this is unfortunate.

1) the Likud runs a legally defined Apartheid State.
2) All occupied territory must be evacuated by 17.Sept 2025
3) Reparations are due the Palestinians for damages

I find it notable that even on a unique site like this we find a great deal of antagonism when people share their views on spirituality, religion and the nature of God.
The surface reasons can be several and diverse. What motivates that below the surface thinking and verbal diarrhea?
I enjoy and welcome the various views shared by people of the books here. I would speculate that I am in the silent majority.
It is the people antagonized and threatened by theological discussion that are the most vocal and noticeable. Keep that in mind.

I realized several weeks ago that Zionism is not an Israeli thing. It is a Western thing. America, Britain, France, and Germany, all support these Nazis. Canada and Australia, too. They all want the Palestinians to be eradicated and they want to destroy Iran (and Russia and China). I have become partial to Iran. The Shia have really grown on me.
All countries that cling to "democracy" (bureaucracy/oligarchy) will learn hard lessons.
