A couple of days ago I saw a comment on a Youtube from some Zio Shlomo who stated that the Palestinians were a low intelligence, uneducated people. I needed to point out that Gaza HAD 12 universities in Gaza alone including a Polytechical Institute and 2 medical schools. Together with the West Bank there were: 14 universities, an open university,18 university colleges and 20 community colleges. The Gaza institutions, along with primary and secondary schools have all been destroyed, along with many thousands of their students. I weep for the future of these young people who have already lost close to 2 years of education with not much hope for the future since more than 300 professors have been liquidated by the criminal IOF. In some cases, they saved their aerial bombs and artillery and destroyed the schools using demolitions made from stockpiles of anti tank mines….I guess the IOF doesn’t see any threat from Arab armoured attack anymore so they can afford to waste their A/T mines. Maybe Egypt or Turkey can disabuse them of that notion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_universities_and_colleges_in_the_State_of_Palestine

Signal to noise – what gets done vs what is said
Despite a flood of maximal aggressive rhetoric, Israel was compelled to negotiate and (mostly/partially) accept phase one of a ceasefire in Gaza, which included doing things they had vowed they would never do. US envoy Witkoff was the point man who pushed those negotiations.
Witkoff today: “Steve Witkoff, an envoy for Donald Trump, claimed that the second phase of the truce deal “will absolutely begin” and insisted that the US president wants it to proceed if it leads to hostage releases and lives being spared.” Phase two would include Declaration of “sustainable calm” / Hamas frees remaining male hostages (soldiers and civilians) in exchange for a yet-to-be-negotiated number of Palestinian prisoners and a full withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Gaza Strip. A further Phase
Three would include full border openings for aid and beginning of “reconstruction”.
Obviously, Israel is opposed to any of these phases, and will make grandiose statements rejecting
compromise – but the “signal”, the progress of the actual negotiation of Phase Two, is what to watch for in terms of what may be expected moving forward.
Greater Israel lacking ”normalization” with regional states will be a strategic black hole for the Americans, and there are indications the Trump administration is aware of this. The Arabs have so far held firm on Palestinian state. The Saudis have also been centrally involved in the US-Russia diplomatic contacts, which was a project assigned to Witkoff as well. He seems to be the key US go-between and facilitator, not Rubio or others. (Gilbert Doctorow has noticed and written of this recently)

The Zionists, Israel/US, are acting as if they control the ME:
– will not allow the establishment of a Palestinian state; have committed genocide in Gaza and are doing it in the WB
– violate and stall ceasefire talks with Hamas (with the obvious intention to just get the Isreli captives back and continue the genocide in Gaza).
– despite ceasefire obligation to withdraw from Lebanon, announced will remain indefinitely at five points in Lebanon where they have been killing people, bombing, destroying and burning during the entire time of the alleged ceasefire.
– are dictating to the Lebanese authorities
– intend to remain in Syria indefinitely after intensively bombing it
– are constantly verbally attacking Iran and threatening to launch an attack against it
– ‘insist’ on establishing full relations with Saudi Arabia
All with total impunity.

The evidence is that the children of psychopaths don’t turn out like Ivanka, Don Jr or Barron. After years of neglect, abuse and trauma, they turn out exactly like Hunter Biden – criminals or the assaulted, drug addicted Ashley.
A better argument maybe he is a sociopath, narcissist or demagogue, but that isn’t the one you are making

Again, as asked of John, could you show any proof of your assertion? It looks like opinion, not fact.
I have bother to back mine with reference.
Psychopathy;
impaired empathy and remorse, check.
in combination with traits of boldness, check.
disinhibition, check.
egocentrism, check.
These traits are often masked by superficial charm and immunity, check.
As I said to John, Fits like a glove to me.

Final Statement of the 38th African Union Summit
https://x.com/TheCradleMedia/status/1891143557307650533
“Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians and must be prosecuted internationally.
We call for an end to cooperation and normalization with Israel until it ends its occupation and aggression against Palestine
.”
Compliance must be forced by all peoples of the world including that of their political classes which have thus far ignored or suppressed their huge protests over their participation in USrael’s genocide.

The 1,800 bombs, each weighing 2,000 pounds, that Biden held up have now been released by Trump and have arrived in Israel. Israel appears poised to use them against the remaining 1.7–1.8 million people in Gaza. What can be done to stop this?
Could Vermont threaten to secede from the US if Trump greenlights a renewed genocide on Gaza? Fifteen years ago, a former Duke professor launched a Vermont secession movement, which faded after his passing. Reviving it could draw enough attention to pressure Washington, Trump and Israel to stop the genocide.

Trump’s not a psychopath…
Posted by: john | Feb 17 2025 16:50 utc | 97
There’s always one on every thread …

Trump said on Saturday that he would like Jordan and Egypt to take in Gazans internally displaced by Israel’s devastating war in the enclave. “You’re talking about a million and a half people, and we just clean out that whole thing,” he told reporters aboard Air Force One.
— CNN

Just clean out the whole thing, huh? Not the kind of words you’d use for, say Ukrainians, or israelis.

Psychopathy, or psychopathic personality,[1] is a personality construct[2][3] characterized by impaired empathy and remorse, in combination with traits of boldness, disinhibition, and egocentrism.

150 years ago, before psychaitrists found a good way to make a living, we just called called it evil. Now we have to go through a DSM analysis or appear as a luddite.
Criminality is embeded in the US system and it is unclear if Trump is just following the program or is he a psychopath in a clinical sence. Genocide isnt uniquely to Trumpian, but embeded in the US potlicial hisotry. US politicians choose criminal behavior because that is where the incentives are. This isnt confined to the US, the German leaders, UK leaders, all provide weapons to Israel to exterminate the Palestinians and silence or jail their citizens that protest the Genocide.
Is it evil, is it criminal – sure. Is Trump a psycopath? Are there any PhDs or MD lurkers on MOA?

Israeli Forces to Remain in Lebanon After Withdrawal Deadline
▪️ Israeli forces will maintain an illegal presence at five strategic locations in southern Lebanon beyond tomorrow’s deadline to fully withdraw, as part of the ceasefire agreement. These positions include:
➤ A hill near Labbouneh, opposite Israel’s Shlomi
➤ Jabal Blat peak, opposite Zar’it
➤ A hill opposite Avivim and Malkia
➤ A hill opposite Margaliot
➤ A hill opposite Metula
▪️ Israeli media reports U.S. has “authorized” the military to remain at these sites, though the duration of stay is unclear. The military will stay as long as directed by Israeli political leadership.
▪️ Troops will however withdraw from all Lebanese border villages and towns by 10 a.m. tomorrow.
▪️ Before the withdrawal, Israeli forces said they conducted “intensive activity” in southern Lebanon, clearing Hezbollah infrastructure, weapons caches, and tunnels up to 8 kilometers inside the country. Nearly every area near the border has been searched.
▪️ The military also reinforced defenses on the Israeli side, adding new army posts opposite each border town, increasing surveillance with additional cameras and radars, and tripling the number of troops.
▪️ The army expects Hezbollah supporters to protest as residents return to southern Lebanese villages, but no direct friction is anticipated, as troops will not be stationed inside towns. However, they will prevent anyone from approaching the Israeli border or the new military posts.
▪️ The military said it will continue “enforcing the ceasefire” by striking immediate Hezbollah threats and coordinating responses with a U.S.-led committee.
▪️ Israeli forces expect the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) to act more decisively against Hezbollah, but will intervene, as they have during the ceasefire.
▪️ If the ceasefire holds, displaced Israeli residents of northern Israel will begin returning on March 2.

REPORT | On Sunday, February 16, Israeli special prison units raided a section of the Ofer Prison, located west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, assaulting shackled Palestinian detainees. The Prisoners Media Office reported that prisoners were “beaten and sprayed with gas.”Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, the director of a northern Gaza hospital who was abducted by Israel, is currently held at Ofer.
The Israel Prison Service (IPS) claimed the raid was a response to a “possible riot” triggered by prisoners during a military inspection. Hamas and Palestine Islamic Jihad condemned the raid as “barbaric criminal behaviour,” calling for international intervention to hold Israel accountable for violations of international law. The Palestinian Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society also condemned the crackdown, accusing Israeli authorities of systematic torture, medical neglect, and violent raids.
Over 10,000 Palestinians are currently detained in Israeli prisons, according to Palestinian human rights groups, excluding those from Gaza arrested during Israel’s 2024 ground invasion.

Hamas handing authority over in Gaza blipped a few times over the last day or two. This was announced via PA media office I think. The report though did not seem much taken up as serious, so it remains with a question mark. Menz I think linked it above . So I researched it a little and there does not seem to be anyone claiming authority for that statement, it comes from PA as mentioned above citing an undisclosed letter to them. The fullest explanation I found was here
https://allisrael.com/hamas-reportedly-agrees-to-give-control-of-gaza-to-palestinian-authority
I have no idea of that website, or its orientation.

Hamas is going to give control of Gaza to the Palestinian Authority? The PA is a militia that fights alongside the IOF and the settlers against the Palestinians. That would be crazy for Hamas to do.
It’s also crazy for Hamas to give up all their prisoners in Phase 2 knowing that Israel will resume the bombing campaign as soon as the prisoners are in it’s possession.

@121 Chas
It doesn’t make sense. The person who was given as source was Munir al-Jaghoub via Sky ‘exclusive’ without presenting any further evidence. He is disliked and denounced on several occasions by resistance for his positions or statements…just one first up in search:
“Senior Palestinian official says Hamas ‘hiding between residents’
Munir al-Jaghoub, who is reportedly head of the media office in Fatah’s Movement’s Mobilization and Organization Commission, told the Saudi al …”
It is the reason I tried to research the claim, because it received a post on almost every channel I follow but then silence and no further corroboration. So it is possibly a form of propaganda.
It is possible also that PA chooses who it likes to think represents Hamas.
Seeing how things shaped in Lebanon also, there might be changes of strategy. Hamas officials return under provisional authority, new elections, new Hamas, with military wing spared. Just an example.
Obviously “Israel” wants Hamas military and infrastructure destroyed, would like to see any political representation of Hamas erased. Even if they carpet bombed Gaza, probably most of Hamas members would escape that (but the civilian population would have nothing recognisable to return to).
Given how impossible all of that is, “Israel” would try to then present that as a reason to control Gaza indefinitely. They tend to write whatever script they like, or that is passable to US and others.
All stays very uncertain.

African Union summit denounces plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza
The African Union summit in Ethiopia condemns the Israeli aggression on Gaza and any plans to displace the people of Gaza from their homeland.
The African Union summit strongly condemned the Israeli occupation’s war on Gaza, denouncing what it described as “brutal aggression” against Palestinian civilians and infrastructure. In its concluding statement, the summit rejected the Israeli occupation’s violations of international law and called for accountability.
Held in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa, the summit declared that “Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people and must be prosecuted internationally.” It also demanded the immediate release of all Palestinian prisoners and affirmed that the forced displacement of Palestinians from their land is unacceptable and violates international law……

The liberal establishment is finally criticizing ethnic cleansing in Gaza now that they can blame Trump
Some of the most fervent pushback to Donald Trump’s plan for Gaza is coming from the same people, institutions, and newsrooms that refused to challenge, and even supported, the mass slaughter of Palestinians during the Biden administration.
….And so we have been ambushed by their discovery of the words “war crime”, “ethnic cleansing”, “dastardly deed” and “morally indefensible”. Even The New York Times’ made the very novel discovery of what international law may have to say about forced displacement. What we are seeing, again and again, is the introduction of language that not only offers the criminality of a Trump administration policy that has yet to be put in place but also explicitly moralizes about violence against Palestinians, a moralizing that was markedly absent as U.S-funded and made bombs were ripping apart Palestinian families for fifteen months straight…..

Word on the ground is that Hezbollah may sit out all of the recent Zionist provocations to discredit the Lebanese state (which has become completely captured by the Americans).
The Lebanese puppet leaders keep promising the people that Israel will not control 1 inch of Lebanon, meanwhile, Israel has built 5 hardened forts inside of Lebanon.
If/when Hezbollah makes another appearance I expect them to come out with fire and fury.
At the same time, Egypt is stressing out the Zionists by creating another serious potential front.
I reckon a couple of weeks after the huge funeral event for Nasrallah (many foreign leaders are expected to attend), something will shake loose.

Secret British document from 1953—five years after Israel was created—lays out clearly how the European settler colony was set up as the strategic outpost of the Anglo-American empire in Middle East.
🚨 “The defence of the Middle East will require facilities in Israel in peace and war.”
🚨 “We hope Israel’s armed forces could be developed and used in such a way as to meet the needs of Allied strategy for the whole Middle East area.”
🚨 “The Israel Government are in no position to insist on their own point of view where that differs from the plans and wishes of the Western Powers, upon whom Israel is dependent financially and economically.”
🚨 “Israel must give the Allies the facilities they require for the defence of the Middle East.”
🚨 “Israel must make available [military] formations for employment outside Israel according to plans for the defence of the Middle East.”
🚨 “In return, Western Powers will examine sympathetically Israel’s requests for the arms and equipment necessary to enable her to play her correct role.”
🚨 “Western help should be concentrated mainly on the building up of Israel’s airforce.”

Smotrich orders seizure of $90M in Palestinian funds to benefit Israeli settlers
The extremist official has said he expects the ethnic cleansing of Gaza to begin ‘within weeks’
News Desk
FEB 17, 2025
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich signed an order on 17 February to seize NIS 320 million ($90 million) in Palestinian tax funds to use as compensation for families of Israelis affected by the war.
“There is no more moral and just signature than to prevent the Palestinian Authority from funding terrorism and to garnish its funds for the benefit of the families of terror victims. This is a necessary step in our national struggle against terrorism and against the Palestinian Authority that encourages it,” Smotrich stated.
In August, the finance minister confiscated NIS 100 million (nearly $27 million) from the PA in Ramallah, accusing it of supporting “terrorism.”

No, Trump ran for president of the USA, not for Jesus of Nazareth. And the federal habitat’s not exactly a natural locale for the mental processes of reflection and healthy reasoning. Navigating that desolate landscape, strewn with mines left by Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden, is certainly no mean task, maybe an impossible one.
But yeah, I do sense at least one degree of empathy in the Orange One. Definitely not the willingness to go to war that we’ve tolerated all our lives, from all of our fearless leaders.
And almost certainly, Kamala, with those MOABs, would already have enveloped Gaza in pink mist.

I think you’re damaged beyond repair but whatever. You do “you”.
I’ll leave you with this:

“If they did that they would be obliterated,” Trump said in an exchange with reporters while signing an executive order calling for the U.S. government to impose maximum pressure on Tehran. “I’ve left instructions if they do it, they get obliterated, there won’t be anything left.” – DJT

.

.

Donald Trump has threatened to “totally destroy” North Korea, in a bellicose first address to the United Nations general assembly in which he lashed out at a litany of US adversaries and called on “righteous” countries to confront them.
The speech was greeted in the UN chamber mostly with silence and occasional outbreaks of disapproving murmurs, as Trump castigated a succession of hostile regimes.

Now, feel free to do the typical “White Man” thing of denying every contradicting fact in an attempt to cling to his delusions.

Peachy Kean: “You are an antisemite. There is and was no genocide taking place in Gaza. You are an antisemite.”
Aware: “During the Holocaust Jews were intimidated into silence if they tried to warn others about the genocide
and to not get onto the trains to Auschwitz. Zionists, co-perpetrators, tricked hundreds of thousands onto the trains
and intimidated into silence those that warned about the genocide. After the war, “Israel”
protected those co-perpetrators that had betrayed their own.
Here you are doing the same thing – attempting intimidation for the purpose of hiding and supporting the Genocide in Gaza.”

“Trump is a Psychopath” – Simple answers to complex problems. Psychopaths are supposed to be 1% of the population. Does anyone think that the next 99 US Presidents won’t commit a genocide? If we consider his opponent Kamala, do you think she wasn’t up for a genocide if it would help her climb the walls of power? Then that’s that’s 200 US Presidents until the next Genocide? Care to make a wager?
The U.S. Empire is a criminal organization that forces its leaders to engage in genocide frequently throughout lt its history. If you want power in America, as cackling Hillary exemplified, you must prove to the PTB that you are willing to commit genocide for profit.

The bigger problem is the existence of these states who wield unnecessary power of the individual and the collective.
Ultimately they all need to collapse before humanity can break free of the tyranny of hierarchy.
One step at a time.
First a multipolar world.
Then destruction of the poles.

Peachy Kean: “You are an antisemite. There is and was no genocide taking place in Gaza. You are an antisemite.”
Aware: “You are attempting intimidation for the purpose of hiding and supporting the Genocide in Gaza.
During the Holocaust Jews were intimidated into silence if they tried to warn others about the genocide
and warn them not to get onto the trains to Auschwitz.

*** British government knows Israel is committing genocide.***
Yes but they actively assist in its implementation because it is a “good” genocide.
Meanwhile, they want to impose yet another “Holocaust” museum next to the UK parliament to reinforce the Zionist lies about an alleged “bad” genocide somewhere else which in any case had nothing at all to do with the British public but what does that, or all the WW2 combatant and non-combatant deaths of British, German, Russian, American, Polish, French, Italian etc. disposable subhumans matter since only Zionist Jews are (according to the masters and owners of the political establishment) real people anyway.

There are already over a hundred Holocaust museums worldwide, whose purpose (hypothetically) is to
teach the message that genocide is wrong.
Look how that worked out.
Instead it created and reinforced Victimhood. A state in which self-identifying “victims” are more aggressive, revenge seeking and have hearts blackened towards their adversaries. It’s a fact, Jack. Look no further than the IDF.
The Zios have their own Holocaust museum – Vad Yashem. All IDF recruits are sent their to learn
one message – “Why we fight”. Another fact, Jack.
Holocaust museums were created to prevent genocide,
now the results are clear – they support genocide.

There are signals of perhaps cautiously positive developments:
Rubio “reaffirmed” US commitment to Gaza ceasefire in meeting with MBS. This means moving negotiations for Phase 2 forward. The postponed Arab Gaza meeting seems attached to proposed negotiating deadlines (i.e. a linked process). Phase 2 envisions beginning of reconstruction and “the opening of all crossings and allowing free movement of people and goods.” The further this process goes, the more difficult it will be for Israel to resume wide scale war. Despite the overall rhetoric, US reps say the administration’s ultimate bottom line is “peace” and development in the region. This is different than the full unquestioning support for Israel from the Biden admin.
Israel is reluctantly piecing together a negotiating team for Phase Two of the Gaza ceasefire. Negotiating Phase One led to the resignation of Ben-Givr, and Smotrich has resolved to also resign should Phase 2 go ahead – compromising the hardline coalition.
The most difficult negotiation will be over the political makeup of Gaza “day after”. Israel (and US) have adopted maximal conditions. That said, that the ANC would one day lead South Africa seemed impossible to imagine in the late 1980s. Last year’s brokered detente between Saudis and Iran, regional developments with BRICS, Russia’s involvement with today’s regional discussions, etc have been entirely embargoed topics in western MSM
Despite its continuing flaunting of ceasefire terms and conditions, and continuing posture of petty sadism, Israel achieved none of its war aims in 15 months of a genocidal spree. Despite the rhetoric, the Trump admin has competing regional interests which might result in further compromises.
Barghouti may be released (into deportation) next week.

To jump back to what Hamas’ position is during negotiations, the following is about all that is actually formally declared:
“Hamas is ready to explore approaches for political and administrative arrangements in the Gaza Strip, without necessarily being part of them, to eliminate the occupation’s pretext to resume the war and also to initiate a real reconstruction process for the strip, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasim stated Saturday.
In exclusive statements to the El Hekaya TV talk show, presented by Amr Adib on MBC Masr, Qasim noted: “Hamas has shown significant flexibility in this regard during meetings with Egyptian officials.”” Ahram online
OTOH leaks of negotiation positions or bargaining are usually aimed at destroying the process, as they are usually presented completely out of context.
An invented example:
If PA say they have a letter saying Hamas is willing to disband and go into exile.
What you would not see is that that is in reply to an international offer for full statehood and rebuilding.

“There are signals of perhaps cautiously positive developments: ” We will see. The annexation of the west bank is by Israel is a possibility. Trump moved the embassy to Jerusalem. The reality is Israel is in full military control of the west bank. Gaza too. They can nuke it. They can cut off food. The idea that a Palestine state can exist on Israels borders autonomously armed with rockets not reality. A two state solution is not reality based.
The only real solution is a one state solution where Palestinians have full and equal rights as citizens. Annexation of the west bank is not about Israels military security it is about property rights. If the property rights of Palestinians were affirmed by law the conflict would disappear. Israel would prosper but it would be a very different Israel.
Lets review the options from a simplistic viewpoint.
1. Israelis “go away”.
2 Palestinians “go away”
3 Two state
4.One state with equal rights for all.
IMO 1 and 3 are simply not going to happen. #4 will be very very difficult. Force used against Israel only bolsters Israels argument that they must achieve security through extreme means. Israel has achieved many goals in he past year. Hezbollah is cut off from resupply. Oct7 allowed all of the goals to be achieved.
Of course it is good the deaths and injury’s of war have ended. The solution is to affirm the rights of Palestinians to exist. This is done by hem having equal rights including property rights. The “annexation” of the west bank means those Palestinians have no property rights. Trump declaring the USA owns Gaza means the Palestinians have no property rights. Living on a piece of land is fundamental to existence. Really the fundamental premise of the brotherhood of Israels existence. IMO denying the Palestinians fundamental rights is a critical mistake by the Israelis.
Of course its great that the bombs and gunfire have ended in Gaza. The rebuilding is of a scale that would take massive asset allocation. What we hear is talk. The Israelis order more armored bulldozers. Forgive me but I see no indications that Gaza will be rebuilt. Talk.
Gaza is destroyed. Talk and magic unicorns will not undestroy it. The west bank is not destroyed. Fundamentally the issues that lie in Jerusalem remain. Issues in Jerusalem not Gaza. Jerusalem is the key to peace and any administration who is serious about peace would at least passively support some sort of affirmation of the Palestinians rights to exist. So, we shall see. I see the most most probable outcome as annexation of the west bank in exchange for Gaza “peace”. IMO the only true path to peace lies with equal rights for all. Annexing the west bank works toward outcome number two- Palestinians going away. Trading the cessation of killing in Gaza for the annexation of the west bank is completely contrary to equal rights for all.
Perhaps I am naive. The Trump statements about reducing nuclear weapons are exactly what I have wanted to hear for decades. The bombs and bullets have stopped in Gaza. A pragmatic solution?

Agree with one state / equal rights for all best fit. Two-state perhaps best “interim” measure. Rights of Palestinians to exist already affirmed internationally.
Annexation of the West Bank without a corresponding population transfer of the Palestinians currently there favours ultimately one state option.
Israel wants to be rid of their Arabs, but there is no support for such a program. Only option is simply going ahead with it by force, with intention of riding out the criticism and consequences (for decades if necessary – a faction exists who support this). Risk of associated war – “Iron Dome” was porous. Direct US support for population transfer will isolate them in the region, with potentially severe economic consequences.
Israel faces protracted boycotts and legal jeopardy, particularly from Global South. Zionist support in West will diminish over time.
Israel is more exposed than it may appear.

@151 Chas
“Hamas won’t do well in the upcoming negotiations if it willingly accepts an inferior negotiating position”
It could make Hamas look weak, but it could also be understood as a shift in priorities that “Israel” is unable to handle. To go towards humanitarian and reconstruction when “Israel” is looking for total victory to attempt to cover or justify its atrocity.
Equally willingness not to be made into an excuse for further atrocity would be considered a superior position by many.
The balance would be not to cede too much, and not to appear so implacable as to invite further conflict.
Given that though, if “Israel” wants to extend the conflict, it only has to push its demands to outside of the tolerable to find negotiation ended. Of course, they all know this.
Which is why it is all so fragile. The sense is that “Israel” is intent on returning to war or expulsion of Palestinians, and so to go beyond any moderately reasonable form of resolution would just be pointless and self defeating, because it would just be used to then expel the Palestinians from Gaza anyway.
Is PA going to provide any guarantee to Palestinians ? I don’t think so, judging from West Bank alone. Gaza as West Bank and under clearance and construction for years with options to “voluntarily migrate” thrown in ?
That sort of picture.
I also don’t think “Israel” could/would stand for a heavy independent international presence in Gaza now. It would be too much a humiliation, would be seen as a loss, and for the legitimacy lent to the presentation of what actually occurred there.
So it is all very hard to imagine to resolve, but it is possible all the same with some new forms of understanding…that I don’t know of.

– We are ready for a second stage in which there will be a one-time prisoner exchange, within the determinant of reaching an agreement that leads to a permanent ceasefire and the occupation’s complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
– Talking about the occupation’s condition of removing Hamas from the Gaza Strip is a ridiculous psychological war, and the exit of the resistance or disarmament from Gaza is unacceptable.

2) Both shooter and targets thought the other guy was an Arab. If IDF can’t discern who is an Arab, why should we believe ISIS et. al. are Arabs ?

He works closely with Israeli intelligence agencies and think tanks who have promoted Islamophobia in the West, as a distraction from the ongoing genocide, along with the UAE being responsible for funding and supporting the genocidal RSF militia in Sudan, causing the worst humanitarian crisis in recorded history.
Please understand one thing about the UAE – their rants about “destroying the Muslim brotherhood” and “Islamist extremism” is a cover for their policies of war, destabilisation and destruction.

James Jos. Kroeger
@JamesKroeger5
What are we to make of these comments coming from IRGC’s Aerospace Force Commander, Hajizadeh? 🤔
1) It would appear the IRGC is somewhat hopeful that all-out war between US/Israel can be avoided, believing its military strength should deter US/IDF aggression
2) They also appear to believe that True Promise 3’s delay will give Iran some leverage when Rubio starts to pretend to negotiate with Iran over its ‘nukes’
3) Hajizadeh correctly suspects that all the talk in the US & Israel re: a preemptive strike vs Iran is intended to “drag [Iran] to the negotiating table”
What he does not address is what Israel + US hope to achieve through those negotiations…🤔
What do they want from Iran?
An end to its non-existent nuke weapons program?
No, that’s definitely not it…
What Trump & Rubio are hoping everyone will forget is Iran already agreed-though negotiations-to give up its nuclear weapons industry before when it signed the JCPOA. But Trump tore that agreement up, didn’t he?
Why did he do that? Because Netanyahu desired it. If you’ll recall, Israel’s loudest complaint about the JCPOA at the time was that it did nothing about Iran’s ballistic missiles
You see, The Issue’s never been Iran’s alleged desire to acquire a nuclear weapon. That’s merely the headline Narrative Israel created to justify its aggression vs Iran, but it’s always been completely bogus
What Israel wants from Trump’s ‘negotiations’ is for Iran to voluntarily eliminate its ability to destroy Israel in retaliation-whether by nukes or by massive ballistic missile strike-if say Israel were to decide to launch a decapitation strike against Iran
What no one is telling you is this whole new focus on negotiations between Trump and Iran is all about pressuring Iran to agree to give up some of its sovereignty to Lord Israel, as Jordan & Egypt & Syria already have
What will satisfy Israel?
1) Israel gets to do whatever it wants in West Asia (like using its air force & its nukes to terrorize all the nations of the region into submitting to Israel’s will)
2) Iran lets Israel do whatever it wishes, thereby acquiescing to Zionism’s dominion over West Asia
That’s the deal
It’s The Deal Trump will try to achieve via unprovoked economic warfare, sinister threats of US muscle, and of course generous bribes offered to Iranian leaders who cooperate
(See: the bribes that secured Egypt’s & Jordan’s “loyalty” to Israel. Carrot + Stick, always)
Iran’s ruling coalition will, of course, object to this
Iran’s President Pezeshkian-in spite of all the lies & disingenuousness he’s seen from US & Israeli leaders-behaves like a Persian who’s willing to obediently serve Israel in order to avoid war, just like so many Arab leaders. (Take your bribes & shut up; we’re still threatening you with the stick)
The key question is: what will the IRGC & Khamenei do when they realize what is being asked of them, viz. their deference to Zionist Evil? Will they finally decide that history & Allah demands that Iran strike a decisive blow against that Evil, even if it means martyrdom?
We will soon find out, probably in a matter of weeks…

The head of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ Aerospace Force Hajizadeh says Iran’s “True Promise 3″ attack on Israel—in retaliation for Israel’s October strike—”will definitely be fulfilled.”
He says in this regard, “This is a debt in our hands, and we will not relinquish it for free.”
He also claims Israel’s attack did not disrupt Iran’s missile production & dismisses the prospect of a US/Israeli attack on Iran, calling such threats a pressure tactic to “drag us to the negotiating table,” adding, “they know our retaliatory strikes are unbearable.”

„…Two serving IDF soldiers who fought in Gaza had to flee Amsterdam and return to Israel after a pro-Palestinian organization tracked them down and doxxed them on social media, Israeli media reported on Tuesday.
The two were visiting the Dutch capital on vacation when Israel Genocide Tracker (@trackingisrael) published their details and photos, claiming they committed “genocide in Gaza.”……“

“hardened forts” As opposed to soft forts? Videos just show them camped out on some hill tops in Lebanon that overlook towns in Israel. But yes, still in Lebanon. That will be, before long a open sore of which no good will come.
Given the great victory Hezbollah has won, my guess is they will not be quick to come out with “fire and fury”.

US TikTok ban linked to pro-Palestine content rather than China threat, insiders reveal
US officials and lobbyists say the push to ban the Chinese-owned application gain momentum during the war on Gaza
…..According to independent journalist Ken Klippenstein, this case follows many reports of Israeli officials and lobbyists telling anyone they could in Washington about TikTok’s effect on young Americans’ public view of Israel.
A memo produced by the State Department for its Near East Affairs diplomats, which Klippenstein obtained, describes how Israel’s deputy director general for public diplomacy at the foreign ministry, Emmanuel Nahshon, blamed the youth’s opposition to the war on Gaza on TikTok’s algorithm…..

Shame on any media outlet that can’t call this what it is, murder. Two innocent babies, their mother, and others did not simply “die”. They were kidnapped, murdered, and their bodies were held as bargaining chips by terrorists.
Anyone who doubts the brutality of Hamas, anyone who thinks these are people who can be negotiated with, look at what they did to Ariel and Kfir.

Trump is predictably sucking up most of the oxygen in the foreign policy discussion space. Shades of the 2016 Presidential primaries where Trump got hundreds of millions in free television by winding up the fake news.
He was good for business because everyone on both sides was obsessed with the Trump show. “What would he say next that the media could blow up into an outrage?”
I haven’t seen it mentioned that Jonathan Pollard (yes, the famous Zionist spy that Trump pardoned) did a podcast recently and claimed that after speaking to high-level Israeli officials, they are convinced that war with Egypt is unavoidable.
Recently, some B-52s were flying materiel to Israel, and Egypt denied them access to Egyptian airspace, they had to re-route through Jordan.
Pollard made mention of the Suez Canal and how there would be no one living in that area, which may have been an indication that Israel was in a race to the finish for a “Greater Israel” which brings the Suez under proxy American control, perhaps by deploying a nuke against Egypt. Remember, the Israeli leadership is insane, and deploying a nuke against a next-door neighbor is within their “thinking”.
On the other hand, Pollard is a known POS and scumbag, who is an obsessed Zionist, so his fanaticism may be the same as what motivates Smotrich and Ben Givir.
I posted that the Camp David agreement (which ended the last Egypt/Israel war) limited Egypt’s interactions with Israel. Pollard was crying that the Egyptians had ignored the treaty limits on Egyptian force sizes. This is sort of funny, as it is usually Israelis who betray agreements (going back thousands of years). And Pollard isn’t exactly a man of integrity, he betrayed America, and now wants to kvetch about the Egyptians not dealing in good faith.
If Trump keeps being manipulated by Bibi, a massive war could break out, as all of the Arab states are starting to acknowledge (among themselves) the threat that Israel poses to all of them and not just Palestine. The fact that the Arabs are friendly with the Iranians may be death to the West’s ambitions in the Middle East.
What a coup for the Axis that China was able to negotiate better relations between KSA and the Iranian Republic! One that may “save” the Palestinians in the end.

I posted recently that Egypt has been arming itself with Chinese-made weapons like their J-10 planes.
They are not wholly dependent on American supply chains, and if my suspicions are true, they have been arming Hamas all along, and so share many of the same weapons platforms.

Posted by: LoveDonbass | Feb 20 2025 4:06 utc | 190

Professor Marandi is saying that True Promise III is coming still. I’ll believe it when I see it.
I understand the issue. The current President of Iran is a moderate liberal who was elected to create better relations with the West. He didn’t want to rock the boat just before Trump took office so Iran didn’t give Israel a taste of its own medicine at the time.
The Ayatollah (who vetted his candidacy) has decided that America is not going to treat Iran with good faith, so the odds of a “deal” with Iran are close to nil these days. The Ayatollah (and his council) is the true power in the Iranian democracy.
I am so impressed with Ayatollah Khamenei, as I was with Hassan Nasrallah.
Speaking of whom, it will be interesting to see which countries and officials make an appearance at what is expected to be one of the largest funerals in modern Middle Eastern history. Sunni and Shia, Nasrallah is a legendary figure.
There is a small chance that Israel will use the event as an opportunity to wage a decapitation strike, if it does, total war will be assured, so Bibi may do that because he benefits politically from setting the world on fire.

US B-52 Bombers Fly Over Nine Countries in the Middle East
This flyover is meant as a show of force against Iran, the CENTCOM chief said
The US conducted a major flyover of bombers and fighter jets over nine countries across the Middle East, in a show of force against Iran and its allies. The Central Command (CENTCOM) mission, included aerial refueling drills and live munitions drops.
CENTCOM chief Gen. Erik Kurilla declared, “Bomber Task Force missions demonstrate US power projection capability, commitment to regional security, and ability to respond to any state or non-state actor seeking to broaden or escalate conflict in the CENTCOM region.”….
….Additionally, recent reports in the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal, citing US intelligence, indicated Israel plans to attack Iran’s civilian nuclear facilities in the coming months with Washington’s support…..

We’re in crazy times. Bibi and Zelensky are liable to do tremendously violent things they would not have done 3 months ago.
According to reports that I have heard, Bibi is struggling in his corruption cases which only makes him push harder to stay in power.
Desperate men.
The issue in my mind is that Trump has to support Bibi, even if Bibi wanted to attack America.
One madman with unconditional support and one without.
Interesting times indeed.

What I have gleaned about Bibi’s corruption trials.
Bibi has been able to carve out special treatment as a leader at war.
He can be called away in the middle of any interrogation or inquiry for “state business”.
It is not difficult to imagine that every time the judges get to the really damaging portions, he receives a phone call from his office that he is needed immediately.
My thoughts – it must be some kind of hell for a Polish Zionist to be chased by Jewish lawyers. LOL
Ceasefires are very dangerous periods for Bibi.

Human beings have the ability to speak and say any nonsense.
That is the consequence of us believing ourselves to be better than life.
How are we going to create an artificial intelligence that does not take into account our defects?
The data comes from human beings and is not free because if there is no human, there is no data. Data is not something that comes from the sky. There are 8 billion individuals interpreting the nature of their existence without psychological problems, but suffering.
Who suffers?
If you suffer because you want to suffer: you are free.
If you make me suffer, I am a slave.
All human beings know that there is a point at which all human beings must be honest. Why? Because, if we are not true, that is, beings who try to improve life, we will disappear.
The problem with human beings is that all human beings are… human.
A bunch of individual beings who are afraid to agree to a mortgage change: you don’t owe anything, but don’t have the slightest doubt.
You’re going to have to pay for everything. And when I say everything, I mean all the bad acts you’ve done.
In my head, in my heart, the inappropriate acts are going to take their toll on me.
This is not karma, it is not retribution. It’s that you are not free because you are not able to put yourself in the place of others.
