The Orange Yankee POTUS is just in the door - and already he's made a stink of himself in Canada.
"Canadian hockey fans booed the US national anthem during an NHL game in Ottawa on Saturday. The spectators' expression of displeasure with their southern neighbor comes after the administration of US President Donald Trump imposed new trade tariffs on Canada.
The incident took place at the Canadian Tire Center before the Ottawa Senators took on the Minnesota Wild. As Canadian singer Mandia began to perform the ‘Star-Spangled Banner’, numerous spectators jeered the song. Notwithstanding the crowd’s reaction, Mandia finished the anthem without a hitch. However, the mood changed when she sang ‘O Canada’, which drew applause and widespread cheers."

I doubt the Orange Yankee POTUS - and his war criminal buddy Netanyahu give a toss about what these nations think.
"A group of Arab nations has spoken out against the suggestion by US President Donald Trump that Palestinians from Gaza should be relocated to neighboring Egypt and Jordan.
Following a meeting of top diplomats in Cairo on Saturday, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the Palestinian Authority, and the Arab League issued a joint statement, saying they “firmly rejected... the displacement of Palestinians through direct expulsion or coerced migration.”"

Well if its good enough for the Orange Yankee POTUS - then it should be good enough for Xi to do as well.
"China will file a lawsuit at the World Trade Organization (WTO) and take other retaliatory measures against US President Donald Trump’s new tariffs on its goods, the Commerce Ministry said in a statement on Sunday. According to the statement, Beijing sees Washington’s unilateral tariff increase as “seriously violating” WTO rules.
The ministry said Beijing will file a formal complaint over the new tariffs with the WTO, which has legal power to permit a country suffering from another country’s tariffs to respond with its own. As both the US and China are WTO members, they are required to abide by its decisions when in dispute."

German politicians, cement their unwavering support for the Zionists who are committing genocide - by trying to shut down free speech under the guise of anti-Semitism.
"A group of prominent German scholars have criticized lawmakers over a controversial resolution to combat antisemitism, warning that it threatens the academic liberties of the country.
"The German lower house of parliament on Wednesday passed the resolution “Opposing Antisemitism and Hostility Towards Israel in Schools and Universities and Securing Free Discourse”, despite vocal opposition from university scholars, legal experts, and civil rights advocates.
Prof. Michael Zurn from the Berlin Social Science Center WZB sounded the alarm once more at a press conference in Berlin on Thursday, warning that the controversial antisemitism resolution could restrict academic freedoms and criticism of the Israeli regime’s actions."

I'm not sure about SA, but the other nations back and fund M23 - to cause murder and mayhem in the DRC.
"Protesters have attacked the embassies of the United States and France in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Several other foreign missions came under attack on Tuesday.
Reportedly, in what seemed to be an orchestrated move, the US, French, Belgian, Rwandan, Ugandan, Kenyan and South African embassies all came under attack by angry protesters.
The protesters were demanding that an international effort be coordinated by foreign countries to intervene militarily and stop the advancing M23 rebels occupying parts of the eastern region.
Police fired tear gas but the protesters gained access to parts of the premises, looting and torching the buildings.
The decades-long conflict with the March 23 Movement (M23) has escalated."

Ah yes, the ICC's bread and butter - or to put it plainly its main purpose to issue warrants for African warlords - who will, unlike Netanyahu see the inside of a cell in the Hague - you'll never see Bush or Blair, war criminals, in the Hague - nor Obama or many Western leaders past and present, as Chomsky said - If Nuremberg standards were, still in play today (which they should be) every POTUS, post WWII, would be in the dock at the Hague.
As would many allied leaders.
"The International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking arrest warrants for those accused of atrocities in Sudan’s West Darfur region.
Prosecutor Karim Khan made the announcement on Monday.
The region has seen reported ethnic cleansing by paramilitary forces that have been fighting government forces for about 19 months.
A power struggle between the top generals, namely government leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and Rapid Special Forces (RSF) commander Mohamed Dagalo, plunged the country into conflict in mid-April 2023.
Speaking at the UN Security Council, Khan said the arrest warrants will be issued for individuals linked to alleged war crimes in Darfur."

The idea that a suitable environment exists for the Palestinians to inhabit other than Gaza is a deception of the first degree. Certainly the war has created barriers to habitation but Gaza remains a near ideal habitat for human habitation from the perspective of natural resources. The fundamental wealth of Gaza remains The Sinai is pretty much the opposite it has no natural ability to support human life. While Gaza has often been called a prison camp it is a prison camp with a abundance of natural resources that support human habitation. The Sinai will be a true prison camp human habitation only supported by artificial means not natural abundance. The relocation plan is simply moving those to be killed to a worthless kiling field from one with considerable value.
Egypt of course understands that the Sinai is just a killing field one that has no value unlike Gaza as do the Palestinians. Only the most extreme of circumstances would force the Palestinians to leave. IMO what we are witnessing is a rebranding of the war. I dont think Egypt will agree to be the new killing field. If they do only one thing will force the Palestinians to leave the cessation of things needed to sustain life in Gaza. Israel gets Gaza and doesnt have to take all responsibility for the deaths Egypt will share and it will be dragged out over a period of time. The makeover is the idea that a nice place is being provided for the Palestinians to live and this represents peace. If the Palestinians dont go to their new concentration camp they dont want peace and there is no alternative to eliminating them in the current high value killing field. IMO that is the highest probability by far. Trump will put it off as long as he can. If he can get Egypt to agree and screw around with Trump wall Sinai for four years its the next guys problem. Egypt starves without US aid. Perhaps if Gaza gets put on hold for four years less draconian solutions will present themselves. Egypt could play for four years milk the $ and say sorry. Thats a way out for Trump. Thats what I would be proposing behind closed doors if I was Trump. Buy time.

Israeli-American prisoner Keith Siegel who was released yesterday left a letter for Palestinian fighters, written on January 18, just a week before his release:
'To the Al-Qassam fighters,
My name is Keith Siegel and I am from Gaza.
From October 7, 2023, I was in Gaza until January 2025...
The fighters who guarded me during this time were diligent in meeting all my needs for food, drink, medicine, vitamins, glasses, a blood pressure monitor, and other necessities. They also brought me a doctor when I felt unwell for a prolonged period.
The guards responded to my requests regarding food and other dietary issues. They ensured that I received food suitable for my health condition (vegetarian food and without butter).
The guards treated me well.
I believe that the Israeli government has not done what is required to reach a deal for the return of the prisoners and to end the war, which has led to many casualties and excessive damage to both sides. I hope peace will be achieved soon.
I would like to extend special thanks to the fighters who ensured my safety during this time,
Keith Siegel'.

I know that is an Israeli paper, but even if slightly exaggerated, the plan that Trump is working on with Netanyahu is at its heart ethnic cleansing or outright elimination of the Palestinians. The plan being discussed is a bit further down in the article you link to:
----------------
Israel Hayom has learned that mass evacuation from Gaza, including both Hamas operatives and those categorized as "uninvolved population," represents a cornerstone of American regional strategy – beyond mere public statements as many Israeli observers believe.
During his visit, presidential envoy Steve Witkoff's messages indicated that through substantial Gazan emigration, the administration seeks to align Trump's war conclusion objectives with his stance, shared by many in the new administration, that Hamas must cease controlling Gaza.
Significantly, during his Israel discussions, Witkoff stressed that considering October 7's atrocities, he too considers future Hamas governance of Gaza untenable. The American perspective holds that with minimal or no population remaining, Hamas control becomes unsustainable.
----------------
In other words, to get rid of Hamas, you "evacuate" all the Hamas people you can nab and also "evacuate" all "uninvolved population", which would be everyone who is NOT Hamas. Then with all the people gone, Hamas is no longer in control because there is no population for them to govern or control. See how easy that is?
That is some open ethnic cleansing right there.
other stuff:

Hamas says Israel is stalling the entry of medical, relief, fuel and construction materials in Gaza, as outlined in the ceasefire agreement.
“We urge the mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement to compel the occupation [Israel] to allow the entry of relief materials according to the agreement, most urgently needed are tents, fuel, food materials, and heavy machinery,” said spokesperson Hazem Qassem.
(Abubaker Abed in central Gaza Strip reports the same thing. Sudden drop in aid trucks and not much of anything going into the northern areas.)

Re: #13 & 'Op Iron Wall'
"In 1923, Jabotinsky wrote The Iron Wall. He set out bluntly the essential premises of Zionism:
"...All colonization, even the most restricted, must continue in defiance of the will of the native population. Therefore, it can continue only under the shield of force which comprises an Iron Wall through which the local population can never break through..."
Benjamin Netanyahu's father, Benzion was an activist in Jabotinsky's Revisionist Zionist Movement, editor and private secretary to Jabotinsky himself.
At the 2023 Memorial Netanyahu stated: '100 years after 'The Iron Wall' was stamped in Jabotinsky's writings, we are continuing to implement these principles'.
Netanyahu said he keeps Jabotinsky's sword in his office.

Very simple. He can't weasel out. Adding another million Palestinians would destroy the country, even with US subsidies. Expect a jihadi revolutionary coup, if Trump insists on going through with the expulsion, and manages to browbeat Abdullah, who is no great strong figure. A Jihadi regime woumld be much worse for Israel, of course.

Very good regional analysis by Alex Krainer: https://youtu.be/dlhm0i-xl-k?si=_a_6FV9l3iJc84q4
I have been following Erdogan/ Turkey’s role and am beginning to think that Turkey is not aligned with US/Israel and is being viewed as a genuine threat. While they were aligned with US / Israel in the Assad overthrow, they are now showing their own ambitions. Gabbard recently stated that Turkey was the U.S.’s biggest threat in the region and Krainer states that Turkey is planning to install a military base in Southeast Syria to contain Israel. I have heard these rumors before and didn’t take them very seriously but Gabbard recently stated statement is startling and Krainer is someone I take seriously. Mahmood Od has been saying this from the onset, but I am not sure of his alliances.

You must be a bureaucrat or a school teacher in your day job.
Is Trump trying to destroy the Canadian economy - so that Canadians will eventually vote to join the USA - its beginning to look that way.
"US President Donald Trump has reiterated his proposal for Canada to become the 51st American state, promising that such a move would lead to “no tariffs” and “much lower taxes” for Canadians. Ottawa previously firmly rejected the idea, emphasizing the country’s commitment to national sovereignty.
In a post on his social media platform Truth Social on Sunday, Trump stated: “We pay hundreds of billions of dollars to subsidize Canada. Why? There is no reason.” He further suggested that without US support, its northern neighbor would struggle to remain viable and proposed statehood as a solution, promising “much lower taxes, and far better military protection for the people of Canada – and no tariffs!”"

Jong-Un might be a nasty dictator - but he knows the only way to stop an all-out attack on NK from whatever country is to possess nukes; the same applies to Iran.
"North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has vowed that his country's nuclear program will continue indefinitely.
Kim warned of an "inevitable" confrontation with hostile nations and said 2025 would be a "crucial year" for bolstering North Korea's nuclear forces, the KCNA news agency reported Wednesday.
"It is our firm political and military stand and invariable noble task and duty to develop the state's nuclear counteraction posture indefinitely," Kim said, according to KCNA.
The announcement came just days after US President Donald Trump expressed his intention to re-engage diplomatically with Pyongyang.
Kim said the aim is increasing Pyongyang’s readiness for what he described as “an inevitable long-term confrontation" with hostile countries."

Panama is a independent sovereign country, unlike Puerto Rico - prior to December 31, 1999, the Canal Zone was a US enclave in Panama - for the construction and management of the Panama Canal - but that no longer applies - so its up to the Panamanians as to which company, and from where - that they employ to manage the canal.
"US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has headed to Panama after the newly-inaugurated President Donald Trump threatened to "take back" the strategic Panama Canal by force.
The top US diplomat met Panama’s President Jose Raul Mulino on Sunday in an effort towards Trump's demand for the Panama Canal to be returned to the United States.
However, Panamanians have rejected Trump's demand with Mulino affirming that there will be no negotiation with the Americans over the issue of the canal's ownership.
Panamanians have staged anti-US protests, condemning Trump’s plan to take back the Panama Canal.
Protesters in Panama City carried Panamanian flags, chanting “Marco Rubio out of Panama,” “Long live national sovereignty” and “One territory, one flag.”
During the protests, placards with images of Trump and Rubio were set on fire.
The Panama Canal is being run by the Chinese Hutchison Ports Company. Panama gave the Hong Kong-based company a 25-year no-bid extension to run the canal's operations.
The company operates ports at either end of the Panama Canal.
Rubia said in an opinion piece run by WSJ on Friday that Washington fears growing Chinese influence over the strategic waterway."

Many of the released Palestinian detainees, including children, are suffering from different illnesses, including skin diseases.
In today’s release, some detainees are being hospitalized due to Israeli torture and abuse while in Israeli torture camps.
At the same time the Israeli army was deployed to raid the homes of families of released detainees and threatened them from celebrating at gunpoint.
Some detainees were tied up for months, leading to amputations. The testimonies are horrifying. Israeli Prison guards really showed no mercy.
Reminding that many were being held without trial or charge, while hundreds from Gaza were literally put in dungeons.

Israel Hayom’s description of “American regional strategy” appears derived from “indications” subjectively determined by an unidentified source - not directly from the US envoy Witkoff.
Outside of Israelis, no consultations beyond brief phone calls with Egypt, Jordan, etc have occurred. When those do happen - Jordan's King Abdullah will meet Trump in the White House Feb 11 - the expected massive destabilization across the region following a forced expulsion will be detailed and the Americans will confront complexity.

Our genocide -- the one in Palestine produced by USA -- just keeps rolling along. Our clear intention of clearing out Gaza, and all of Palestine, hasn't faltered for even a fleeting moment. As a taxpaying US American, I continue to unwillingly sponsor the extermination of my Palestinian brothers and sisters.
Israel is convinced, probably correctly, that eventually life in the coastal strip will become so onerous and difficult, especially as Israel finds excuses to violate the ceasefire and resume armed assaults on the Palestinian population, a mass exodus will be inevitable. It has refused, even with the ceasefire in place, to permit foreign press into Gaza, a ban designed to blunt coverage of the horrendous suffering and death.

I hope that when Nutjob visits Versailles, I mean Washington, he wears the right kind of tights, because King Louis , Donald Trump, will be wanting some compromise from one of his most annoying vassals.
Trump knows that Biden has dumped an impossible task on him, because US and UK Liberal Jews are absolutely opposed to Nutjob's genocidal , Jabotinsky Nazism.
So who exactly are Trump's support base, the billionaire Zionistas who paid for him to get elected, or the people who voted for him? Blair , Blinken and Biden , your standard fully-bought politicians, totally ignored the electorate , but Trump wants to be loved, and his electorate want to love him.
If he has any self-respect, and I expect he does, he will put Nutjob and his billionaires in their place, because a populist without a people, like BoJo, will quickly fail.
In other words, Trump will tell Nutjob to get lost, or face the Hague, and Nutjob will organise a coup against Trump . Hence Versailles. Trump taught them how to do it. Will Trump do it again? Imho Yes. Vassals have to know their place

They’ve already begun their heroic work, earlier today, they ambushed a group of Israeli soldiers.
It’s an alawite group.

Apologies, Exile, I gave up counting in the last week of December as nothing much was coming out of Gaza.
I gave up counting in January because I was receiving so many strike reports that I was overwhelmed with the task of verifying them.
There was a significant jump in the size and intensity of strikes on the IOF leading up to the 'ceasefire' - in my opinion it correlates perfectly with the occurrence of the "ceasefire": The Zionists cried "uncle!".
My last tally:
IDF casualty tally as of Sunday 23/12/2024:
- Merkava: 275 destroyed (+1 ), 710 approximate damaged, 1 targeted (unchanged)
- Narmer (As of 8/12/2024): 4 (+2)
- Other Armoured Vehicle (As of 8/12/2024): 3 destroyed (unchanged), 2 damaged (+2), n/a targeted
- Officers (As of 8/12/2024): 56 eliminated (+3)
- Bulldozers (As of 8/12/2024): 1 (unchanged)
- Weapons Trucks (As of 8/12/2024): 3 (unchanged)
- Missile/Drone Strikes on Israel (As of 8/12/2024): 6 (unchanged)
- Fighter Jets (as of 22/12/2024) : 1 (unchanged)
- Yemeni attacks on Zionist Shipping (As of 8/12/2024): 0 Destroyed (unconfirmed) damaged 6 targeted.
Commentary:
- 3 IDF terrorists knifed at close range by AQB fighters.
- 1 Merkava taken out near Jebaliya camp

What happened to Hezbollah's rocket / missile arsenal?
They matched their 2006 performance but, I would say, they underperformed expectations. I get that Hez was being cautious prior to the Israeli invasion but once the IDF invaded Lebanon, I expected them to operate at full capacity.
I believe that their stockpile was large, but I suspect that they were unable to launch missiles as well as they hoped. I get how that is hard because it's not like they can do open, live action drills.

Mark the date, Feb 3, 2025, when Netanyahu came to town and met with Trump to set out the plan for the Final Solution of the Palestinians.
It was on January 20th (don't I recognize that date!?) 1942 that the Nazis met at Wannsee to plan their Final Solution.

HTS like Jirdan, Libya, Egypt, Somalia, Pakistan etc have only got soft power , ranging from Facebook and LinkedIn to power to implement bits of Shari'ah. All the hard power is controlled by USUKIS.
I hope Turkye, Erdogan and his deep state understand that , since they are now Greater Israel's immediate neighbours, they will now be like the Golan and Lebanon, targeted by US bombs from Israel, as an unacceptable threat to darling baby Israel.
They don't even need to send bombs, simply threaten to remotely detonate their hard power military equipment stationed there on Turkish soil. If you want to catch your chickens you put down corn to attract them. Once they eat the Facebook and the LinkedIn, they're going to eat the nukes and F16s.

Norwegian football club donates ticket revenue from match vs Israeli club to Gaza
Norwegian football club FK Bodo/Glimt has announced it is donating the ticket revenue from its home Europa League match against Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv to the Red Cross/Crescent in Gaza. The club said that it is giving the whole 735,000 NOK – around £52,000.
Frode Thomassen, general manager and Inge Henning Andersen, chairman of FK Bodø/Glimt, said :
"We have said it before, and we will say it again: Glimt cannot, nor will it, be unaffected by the suffering and violations of international law that are unfolding in other parts of the world…
…Through Action Now, we in Bodø/Glimt have committed ourselves to contributing to actions that create pride – far beyond the football field. Now we want to show that we put action behind the words. All the ordinary ticket revenues from the home game against Maccabi Tel Aviv, we will donate to the Red Cross and earmark relief work in the Gaza Strip. It amounts to NOK 735,000 and is donated by all of us. "
FK Bodo/Glimt also beat Tel Aviv 3-1, just to make things more satisfying.

I took note of this "might makes right" revision of soveriegnty during the Clinton Admin when Kosovo was stolen from the Serbs.
At the time I raised an alarm saying this sort of lawless action would fuel a new nuclear arms race as countries realized that only through nuclear weapons and delivery systems therefor (even if just hidden in a shipping container) could they enjoy sovereignty. One of my real Cassandra moments.
I think the Saudi funded "Islamic Bomb" developed in Pakistan is a straight line from what was done in former Yugoslavia.
I remember the joy and relief when the Berlin wall came down and with the official cold war over we could live without the cloud of nuclear annihilation dangling like the Sword of Damocles. Yet here we are, fueling a world where the use of nuclear weapons in war gets closer all the time.

"Might makes right' was a philosophy long before Kosovo:
"The phrase "might makes right" is often associated with the Sophist philosopher Thrasymachus, who lived in ancient Greece during the late 5th century BCE. According to Plato's portrayal in "The Republic," Thrasymachus argued that justice is nothing more than the advantage of the stronger. This perspective suggests that those in power define what is considered just or right, aligning with the idea that might, or power, determines what is deemed right. Thrasymachus's view is a form of moral skepticism, implying that there is no objective basis for distinguishing right from wrong, and it is often summarized by the slogan "might makes right" ."

-The Zionists are destroying the West Bank 24/7 and killing Palestinians in Gaza.
-The assistance needed for the people of Gaza is not coming in neither in type nor quantity.
- The Zionists intend to continue the war after the Israeli prisoners are released.
- They are attacking and re-arresting the Palestinian prisoners they released and will probably mount a campaign to kill them after the Israeli hostages are in Israel.

US Schools Hammering Palestine Cause
Excerpt:
Less than two weeks in office, Trump has already issued an executive order — pulled directly from Project Esther — to deport pro-Palestine students who are not citizens and take “forceful and unprecedented steps to marshal all federal resources” against what he described as campuses “infested with radicalism” and “pro-jihadist protests.”
The crackdown on students and educators — being swiftly and terrifyingly exploited and extended by Trump — is a major assault on free speech and academic freedom... It is an alarming slippery slope, that began in large part as a bipartisan attack on a movement that is challenging U.S.-led racist empire.
Activism for Palestinian freedom and equality necessarily confronts American and Western capitalist and imperial interests. It upends supremacist, dehumanizing ideologies — in the case of Palestine, Anti-Arab racism and Islamophobia — that rationalize and sustain a remarkably violent and hierarchical global order.

The relocation talk is smoke and mirrors. Design living space for 2 million people in death valley go ahead. What is happening is the same donors who got Trump elected are withdrawing support from Netanyahu. Its not Trump making these calls. The whole shebang the staff selections is just to hide the switch up. Thats Trumps job smoke and mirrors. Gaza returns to the status quo but ultimatly it will be part of Israel with equal rights.. The donors in the USA want Israel to continue. What Israel is doing is screwing up their gig. Israels future is a single state with equal rights for all and it will wield considerable power in the region. All the players have got the memo.

Giyane @52, I understand that Hezbollah was/is honoring the ceasefire, but their rocketry did not pick up all that much even before the ceasefire. The IDF went berserk, bombing civilian targets, the pager terrorist attack, the assassinations and then the frontal assault.
Hez, increased their missile attacks to match their 2006 performance but never surpassed it.
Genuinely surprised. They had 20yrs to build up their missile force but were never able to launch large salvos.
Don't get me wrong. This is a very hard thing to do. Just wondering if there is an explanation why they could not.

Netanyahu is in DC. He has (again) broken the cease-fire agreement in Gaza - by not sending his team to Doha today to start talks on phase two of the cease-fire.
-------------
An Israeli negotiator has slammed Benjamin Netanyahu for “flagrantly violating” the terms of a fragile truce after the prime minister delayed critical peace talks set to begin on Monday.
According to CNN, the negotiator claimed Netanyahu’s refusal to send a delegation to Doha on the agreed date has thrown the ceasefire into jeopardy.
Under the terms of the Hamas-Israel agreement, negotiations for the second phase of the deal were scheduled to start on the 16th day of the ceasefire – which fell on Monday. However, Netanyahu reportedly postponed dispatching his team until after his return from Washington, sparking outrage among mediators and negotiators.
“Israel demands that Hamas adhere to all the terms of the agreement, while simultaneously violating it in a significant way. Once again, Netanyahu is abandoning the hostages and endangering them,” the Israeli negotiator told CNN.

I read that tonight Netanyahu is going to show Trump a film about the atrocities committed by Hamas on 7 Oct '23.
And Trump is asking Congress to approve another $1 billion in arms to Israel;
------------------
US President Donald Trump’s administration has asked congressional leaders to approve new transfers of roughly $1bn worth of bombs and other military hardware to Israel, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
The planned weapons sales include 4,700 1,000-pound bombs, worth more than $700m, and armored bulldozers built by Caterpillar CAT.N, worth more than $300m, the report added, citing sources.
Doesn't sound very much like Trump is interested in stopping the bombing.

ockham (56).
Yes it would appear that all the good work - to try and reduce nuclear proliferation has failed - with some countries leader now realising that the only way to prevent an all-out invasion is to possess nukes - there is still hope though, with the likes of Pakistan and India possessing nukes, yet, for all their sabre rattling and bravado neither side has used them - maybe there's something in MAD afterall.
The problem I see for the future is the refining of nukes - by the MIC, to make them more useable, if that's possible - small tactical nukes that can be deployed, and used without the widespread fallout - then there's the kinetic weapons, which move very fast and cause terrible destruction on impact.
Humanity has so much goodness to give - but our darker side - can take so much away as well - will we survive as a species? or will our human nature - which like a snowball rolling down hill as it grows and picks up speed (technological advancements in weaponry and control) crashes through new barriers be our undoing - only time will tell.
Take care.

More than 20,000 Palestinians have been forcibly displaced from their homes in the West Bank, as Israel escalates its military operations in the occupied territories.
This ongoing campaign, marked by the systematic destruction of homes and critical infrastructure, mirrors the tactics employed in Gaza, aiming to uproot Palestinian communities and enforce a policy of forced relocation. Israeli forces have targeted residential neighborhoods, schools, and public utilities, leaving entire towns in ruins and pushing thousands of families into a state of perpetual displacement.
This aggressive expansion of military activities in the West Bank represents not just an assault on Palestinian land, but a deliberate strategy to fragment the social fabric and undermine the Palestinian presence in their own homeland.

Tel Aviv’s club scene is often framed as a ‘beacon of light’—progressive, diverse, and full of life. But in reality, it plays a central role in whitewashing Zionism, making apartheid look like a party. This is precisely why cultural boycott are even more important.
Israeli nightlife markets itself as an escape—carefree raves, queer parties, and techno festivals. But escape from what? The occupation? The fact that Palestinians can’t even enter Tel Aviv without a permit? That these clubs are built on stolen land?....
....As @WOLPalestine wrote “For years, the Zionist project has depended on an image of being fun and inviting to sustain an influx of settlers that displace indigenous Palestinians. Using tools like Birthright, pinkwashing, Eurovision, and festivals like Nova”

Gaza:
--------------
Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem:
- The Zionist occupation continues to evade the implementation of the humanitarian track in the ceasefire agreement, and deliberately delays and obstructs the entry of the most important and urgent requirements, especially tents, prefabricated houses, fuel and heavy equipment for removing rubble.
- What has been implemented in these aspects is much less than the agreed minimum, which means a clear lack of commitment to the relief and humanitarian issue.
- The Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip has left great destruction, especially in the northern Gaza Strip, where the occupation has destroyed all aspects of life there, from the near-total destruction of homes, hospitals, water wells, schools and infrastructure; which makes relief a central track in the ceasefire agreement.
- We call on the mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement, especially our brothers in Egypt and Qatar, to intervene and address the defect in the implementation of the humanitarian protocol in the agreement.

Five major Arab countries have written a letter to U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, stating that they completely reject Trump's intention of displacing Palestinians from Gaza
The letter was signed by the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. They call the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza a 'clear violation of international law', and state that they reject this move unequivocally.
U.S. President Trump will sign an executive order to withdraw the U.S. from the United Nations Human Rights Council, which will also cut future funding to UNRWA.

Looks like the plan is to do a rug-pull on HTS in Syria and let Israel takeover most of it, including Damascus. Israel just killed a bunch of HTS near the Southern region, and now Israel is building military bases on Syrian soil:

In contrast to the Ghost of Zanon posting #88 there is this posting title from Reuters
Exclusive: Syria’s Sharaa to discuss defense pact with Turkey’s Erdogan
I think that will make it 2 against one in Syria, eh?

Israel has been working for months on preparing a plan to encourage the voluntary migration of Gazans. The country to which Israel intends to transfer Palestinians from Gaza is not Egypt or Jordan.

A billion bucks of weapons plus 24,000 rifles. That's some peace plan.
------------
President Donald Trump is mulling releasing an arms shipment of 24,000 rifles for the Israeli police. The Joe Biden administration withheld the transfer over concerns they would be used by violent Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
A US official said on Friday that the State Department was considering approving the $34 million sale of rifles to Israel, according to the New York Times. The State Department stated the weapons would be used by Israeli National Police.
Former Secretary of State Antony initially withheld the shipment to Israel over concerns that the rifles would end up in the hands of violent Israel settlers. [...]
Tel Aviv and violent settlers may feel they have a freer hand to attack Palestinians under Trump. While Biden largely green-lit all of Tel Aviv’s brutal operations against the Palestinians, his administration did slap sanctions on violent setters. After taking office, Trump removed those settlers from the blacklist.[...]

@pyschohistorian - Israel and Turkey are going to be in open conflict sooner, rather than later, I think.
Here is another breaking story - the IDF is still busy destroying the weapons formerly controlled by the SAA. Now that it's been OVER A MONTH since the new crew took over (HTS), those weapons belonged to the so-called "free" Syrian government (well, not so free - no elections for at least the next five years, and women can't vote.) Those are no longer Assad's weapons - they're Turkeys.
To quote our old friend Feral Finster - what's Erdogan gonna do about it?

Trump/Rubio/Musk vision of enabling Netanyahu/Miriam Adelson's dream of evicting Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank can only entail extensive US boots on the ground, employment of mercenaries. US miliatary, backed by 2,000 lb bombs will directly confront Ansarallah, Hezebollah and Hamas et al. This will not only be an expensive endeavor but even at the outset, will reverberate with intense US unpopularity. Trump/Musk/Vance won on a platform of ending wars - their talent appears to be in starting them - the tariffs have moved next door neighbor Mexico into Russian trade affiliation, Canadians are boycotting any and all US products; the issue of Panama is a joke - Huchison Whampoa is an old, longstanding, effective compradore. Attempts to restore the Abraham Accords are folly - Netanyahu's massacres in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria have made Israel the untouchable pariah of West Asia, of the World and. if reports of extraterrestials are correct, of the galazy. No West Asian head of state can afford to be agreement capable with Israel or US who as regards so called "cease fire" agreements have proved how agreement incapable both countries are.

Ghost of Zanon 93
Turkiye's military strength and Saudi cash supporting HTS is not remotely comparable to Israel's military strength and US cash.
Trump and Israel have no qualms about trashing International Law using their combination of might and cash, but the entire world and God are against the lawbreakers.
In addition the Muslim and Christian world are totally united against these upstart Nazis in USUKIS flagrantly demolishing International Law.
So, when we get a united world fighting a tiny group of Nazi Hegemaniacs, who wins?
There's no need to answer the question because we already know the answer, if Hitler wants war, he will get war and he will lose the war. Trump inherits the legacy of Hitler , through the Ukrainian Jewish Nazi Jabotinsky, and his sidekick Netanyahu's father and Netanyahu.
Satan is your enemy, so take him as your enemy. Nobody yet on MoA has dared to utter the well known reality that Trump , the pussy-grabber , is a Satanist. Nobody else in the history of the world has uttered a statement so shocking to humanity that women are desperate to have their pussies grabbed by strangers.
Trump is Hitler, a pervert, who wouldn't last five minutes in a normal office, let alone be elected as Potus. He is mad, and his ideas are mad and his friends are mad.
If Trump and Netanyahu want to take on the united Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Confucian, Buddhist RoW and their united values of respect for women and respect for other peoples, then bring it on.
The united world will crush these madmen, till their eyes bulge out like a mouse caught in a mousetrap.
Satan is your enemy , so take him as your enemy. The world has lost its will to fight Fascist madmen. Oh , he had a difficult childhood. Karlof1 has still not conceded that Netanyahu and his Zionists are Nazis after one year and four months of continuous genocide in Palestine and three years of Ukrainian genocide.

Giyane you are unfortunately completely wrong about 'christians'. They are 100% pro-'israel', and nearly all would be in line with Zionism and its aims.
One interesting aside is that the population in Gaza is reported as 2.14 million.
However, Trump recently claimed that 1.5 million gazans would need to be relocated. And today a major news network stated that 1.8 million would need to be moved.
Is this some kind of Jungian, subconscious admission that several hundred thousand are indeed dead in Gaza?

"Giyane you are unfortunately completely wrong about 'christians'. They are 100% pro-'israel', and nearly all would be in line with Zionism and its aims."
That is a shocking statement about what passes for Christianity in the US.
A Christianity that has not only Darwinised the project of Enslaving Africans, but also Hitlerised the project of exterminating Palestinians.
We are superior to them. I can assure you that no other nation on earth has a Christianity that agrees with genociding Africans or Palestinians. What would you weirdos do if somebody decided on genociding you morons? Don't you have ' do unto others as you would have others do to you' in your version?

We have reached a stage in which the highest officials of US/Israel are without any qualms, openly and freely discussing the expulsion of a people, the Palestinian people, from their land as a "logical solution' to the ME conflict.
US/Israel are the leaders of the so called collective West, celebrated, followed, copied and shielded in every country that is part of that collective. They are the paragons of western values - freedom, democracy, human rights, the rule of law.
In practice, this is what that means:
04.02.2025
- Trump: Jordan and Egypt have already refused to accept residents from Gaza, but there are those who refuse things and then agree to them again.
- Trump: There are multiple dangers in the Gaza Strip and its residents cannot live in these conditions.
- Trump: The situation in Gaza is very dangerous and I believe that the residents of the Strip will leave it if they are given the chance.
- Trump: There are not many goals left in the Gaza Strip and the place is unsafe and unhealthy.
- Trump: We have enough money in the Middle East to rebuild the Gaza Strip.
- Trump: The Middle East has the money to build places for the residents of Gaza to move to.
- Trump: The buildings in Gaza are collapsing and there is gunfire everywhere and the Strip is not a place to live in.
- Trump: The residents of Gaza live there because they have not found an alternative.
- Trump: Gaza has witnessed nothing but decades and decades of death.
- Trump: If we could find suitable land to move the residents of Gaza to, it would be much better for them than returning to the Strip.
- US National Security Advisor: We will be able to reach some solutions regarding the transfer of Palestinians from Gaza.
- US National Security Advisor: The President is pushing for logical solutions to the conflict in the Middle East.
- US National Security Advisor: Our discussions with Netanyahu will focus on destroying Hamas and the future of the region.
- US National Security Advisor: The timetable for rebuilding Gaza must be looked at realistically
- US National Security Advisor: We look to partners in the region to help determine where the displaced from Gaza will go.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: The question of where the Palestinians will go is a big one and that's what we're working on.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: We're focused on making sure that the first phase of the Gaza deal is completed exactly as it should be completed.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: We're trying to get good results in the first and second phases of the ceasefire agreement.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: The deal is complicated and there are many factors to consider.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: Gaza is destroyed and there will be no possibility of rebuilding it in 5 years as stipulated in the third phase.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: We're in the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire talks.
- Trump's Middle East envoy: We want to make sure that the first phase is implemented.
- Trump's Middle East envoy :We are trying to reach arrangements for the second phase, and the president indicated that the third phase would be impossible at the present time.
In response to the question “How many people are you considering resettling out of Gaza?” Trump said: “All of them.”

I just saw a few talking heads on tv saying that Trump announced that the US will own the Gaza Strip. Presumably he is inplying that the West Bank will go to Israel.
I knew the asshole would not be better than Biden, but I did not think he'd go this far.
Damn. What kind of country do I live in?
