1. You don’t perform a radical prostatectomy because of a UTI. There are antibiotics for UTIs. If a UTI is in fact involved, then either Bibi should consider keeping it in his pants, or he needs to learn how to wipe.
2. Benign prostatic hyperplasia doesn’t require surgery; a daily dose of tamsulosin is enough to relax pressure on the ureter.
So either Bibi really does have serious prostate cancer, or the whole thing is a hoax.

The people desiring a new order fund religious extremists that commit crimes. The worst crimes the better. Countries that have healthy religous expressions where they coexist with a justice system that function are targets. Exceptionalism by definition is opposite of equality and equality is the basis of justice. The particular flavor of exceptionalism whether religous or political does not matter only the exceptionalism. Exceptionalism when it results in criminal acts in which equality is denied in the most repugnant way possible represent denial of justice and the result is the destruction of the society that practices it. That this what is occurring is quite obvious. No where is it more obvious than in what gets funded with resources and what gets destroyed. World society is being destroyed. A new world society is desired radically downsized and with a new set of basic principles. Nations that are fundamentally apposed to these new principles are attacked and destroyed. Down sizing is desired so this works toward the desired result anyway. Which particular nation gets downsized is not really important in the long run nor which population gets genocided. Whats important is that equality is disrespected in the most repugnant way possible. Analysis that believes that the events we witness are based on one or another religion or society persevering are easily shown to have flaws. When we evaluate events based on a ongoing process in which a new order is desired and anarchy required to create it all events make sense. The people with the assets to create the order the desire care about religions or societies only as manipulation tools to create the new order they desire. They offer their trade beads and the fools do all sorts of crazy things for them. Chaos and rubble represent raw material in which a new order can be cultivated and exceptionalism is not the end result desired at all but the elimination of functioning societies so a the new order can in the end be cultivated. Wiping the hard drive plowing the old crop under use any apology you want. Right now cultivating the new order is not really occurring yet the preparation for its cultivation is being created. Because those desiring the new order are psychopaths their creation has a psychopathic quality but this is only the preparation stage. As we witness this active preparation is accelerating and will continue to do so.
