News & views related to the war in Palestine …

While this will be hailed as a great development, I am not impressed.
The charges do not encompass the main, or the full extend of the criminality, namely, the obvious commission of genocide – not just persecution and starvation. Only two instances of direct targeting of the civilian population!!!
The Prosecutor did not charge genocide and, according to this very, very belated decision, the Prosecutor submitted evidence of two instances of deliberate attack on civilians.
This is not justice but a forced act of pretending that justice will be served.

I concur
this ridiculous slow walking and downplaying of the mass slaughter of women and children is weak sauce that does not include the murder of press doctors and humanitatian aid workers in their thirst for the obliteration of Palestinians.
Are they hoping to drag this out till the last Palestinian is dead?

UN Rapporteur Albanese Interview – CBC* Style
https://x.com/FrancesckAlbs/status/1858912366160998416
“I’m pleased CBC FrontBurner shared this interview, which sheds light on a persistent fallacy of Western media: accepting narratives shaped by the Israeli government/army as absolute truth.
It was striking how the journalist persistently framed my statements as mere ‘beliefs’ instead of what they are – evidence-based expert opinions grounded in fact and international law.
Even the Nakba was labeled ‘contested’ simply because the State of Israel dismisses it.
Since when do legal interpretations and objective assessments depend on the validation of those involved?”

What NATO state would dare arrest them? None. Some provide lip service against genocide but non would dare arrest the genocidal maniacs that they collectively finance, arm and support.

Israel is bombing everywhere, all the time. I’m trying not to hate, but….
Today; northern Gaza:
————–
Israeli jets carpet-bombed a residential block near the war-battered Kamal Adwan hospital in the besieged north Gaza on Thursday, killing at least 66 Palestinians and wounding more than 100, according to health officials. [officials now say that the numbers are at least 71 killed and 176 wounded.]
At least 22 more were killed hours earlier in separate bombardments in Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood, including 10 children.
According to eyewitnesses, the attacks flattened entire residential buildings and left scores of wounded people stranded without help due to the Israeli-enforced obstruction of emergency response.
“What arrives at the hospital are remains of martyrs and dismembered bodies, most of them children and women,” Dr Hussam Abu Safiya, Kamal Adwan hospital director, told Al Jazeera after the attack in north Gaza. […]
He added that these homes housed a number of displaced people from the Jabalia refugee camp and the rest of Gaza’s north who were forcibly expelled by Israeli forces in recent weeks.
“They [displaced Palestinians] headed towards the Beit Lahia projects. The Israeli warplanes followed them, and committed a number of massacres over the past few days, with this being the latest huge massacre.[…]

Now that Gaza police are cracking down on the IDF-assisted gangs that are stealing food aid, the main Israeli group that blocks the aid trucks is going to go back into action:
———–
Tsav 9, the right-wing Israeli group known for its members’ attempts to block aid deliveries into the Gaza Strip, said they will start their blocking attempts again, months after the US and EU imposed sanctions on them.
The group’s leaders say their move is a response to former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant’s warning against a military government in Gaza, which would fully control the distribution of aid.

Iraq: The US tells Iraq that they can’t prevent Israel from bombing Iraq – just like they can’t do a single thing about them bombing Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, Syria…. Sounds like Biden will be sending a LOT of new weapons to Israel before he leaves office:
—————
The US has told the Iraqi government that it has exhausted its efforts to put pressure on Israel not to attack Iraqi territory, Ma’an news agency has reported. Washington noted predictions that Israel may launch strikes “soon” against Iraqi resistance forces.
Iraqi security sources told Saudi channel Al-Hadath that Iraq has taken all necessary measures to respond to potential Israeli air raids. Sources also stated that Israeli air strikes are imminent unless the Iraqi government succeeds in preventing attacks by Iraqi resistance forces against Israel.
Recent months have seen a sharp increase in operations carried out by the Iraqi resistance against the occupation state. Drone attacks have surged, rising from just six in August to 31 in September, and as many as 90 in October.
Since the beginning of this month, at least 65 launches have been recorded, with most threats intercepted by the Israeli occupation forces. While these attacks currently pose more of an operational nuisance than a strategic threat, there is concern that the situation could escalate further.

The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for the head of the evil occupying regime in the Levant – that’s committing jenno-side.
Unfortunately, the ICC is corrupt as f*ck – and many countries do not recognise its jurisdiction, the USA has stated that it will invade the ICC, if it arrest any US personnel, of any of its allies.
The jenno-sidal monsters squatting in another folks country, have called the ICC anti-Semitic – that sentence is wheeled out whenever the monsters don’t like what they hear.

It will provide yet another spectacle of total disregard of international law by Israel, the US, and the rest of the west. Starting with Gaza genocide initiated by Israel, the west now seems to have committed themselves to dismantling the whole international law apparatus while paying lip service to the principles. After the rules-based order is in tatters, they are now committed to ‘order without rules’.
But the international law is not dead. Rest of the world are still committed to it. So each step like this one of the ICC undermines the legitimacy of the western world order and adds to the legitimacy of the opposing forces. The war that is on is not merely one being fought on the battles in the military spaces though that is extremely important and has actually created the conditions for the precipitation of various crises in the western sphere. The west as a political block is an immoral force incapable of responding to anything other than brute force. That is precisely the revelation that is dawning upon the world.

ICC in The Hague has issued arrest warrants for Israel’s Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity, including starvation as a method of warfare in Gaza.

https://t.me/DDGeopolitics/130728

The issuance of arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant puts the ICC “on the side of war against Israel,” stated an advisor to the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office.

https://t.me/DDGeopolitics/130732

On the ICC arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant
Less than an hour ago, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the Prime Minister and former Defense Minister of Israel – Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant for war crimes committed in the Gaza Strip.
Since the information is confirmed (https://www.news1.co.il/Archive/001-D-490581-00.html) by Israeli media, it can be stated that the ultra-Orthodox government of Israel has crashed into a wall. Essentially, this is a continuation of the confrontation, the latest episode of which was the investigation (https://t.me/rybar/65238) against the ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan, likely initiated by supporters of Israel’s current leadership.
Of course, no one will arrest Netanyahu and Gallant (just as they won’t arrest our President Vladimir Putin). This is more of a slap in the face and a serious diplomatic blow to the reputation of the ultra-Orthodox.
But the ultra-Orthodox themselves, as well as their supporters (for example, like the Chabad, many of whom are top-ranking officials in the so-called Ukraine), will have reason for serious concern. For them, this does not bode well at least in the short term.
All that has happened seems like the “discharge chord” of those behind Biden. In recent weeks, the US authorities have been doing everything that will undoubtedly affect Donald Trump after his inauguration. Granting permission to Ukrainian formations, new military aid packages – this was done to complicate the resolution of the conflict.
Donald Trump himself has close family ties with the ultra-Orthodox, and the warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant will also affect Trump. And this, in turn, will affect the Ukrainian leadership, whom Trump will now find it more difficult to support.
❗️In the short term, the ultra-Orthodox in Israel will begin to cast themselves (https://t.me/rian_ru/269940) as victims of anti-Semitism, while mobilizing everyone they can, allegedly to resist hostile external pressure. That is, to continue to pursue an aggressive policy against their neighbors.

Orlov claims a million Israelis have left. He also puts a lot of emphasis on the idea that Ukraine government will just melt away, when the moment is right. Since Trump was elected, Japan and China have been dumping Treasuries.

So long as the West has systems in place to adulterate the electoral processes, the Empire appointees will flout international Law. Anybody who can parrot enough illegal tripe can be inserted into the ‘ Lawnakers ‘ pool and then either employed or selected to support the illegal enterprises of USUKIS. Nobody who opposes the West can get a toehold or rope to climb the political , reformist ladder.
The West has made it taboo to reveal how individuals have cast their votes, and nobody who works in the Corporatised politics “”””” industry “”””” can expose corporate illegal policy. That has been the case since William Blake wrote of ” near where the Charter’d Thames doth flow ” in the early 19th century, and many other rebellious poets complaining about the Enclosing of land by private Estates.
Only poets and artists, revolutionaries and priests, can breach the rings of walls and obstacles placed around truth, which both protect the genocider insiders, and prevent entry of free speech. This is what prevents Inernational Law from doing its job.
The taboo of an open electoral system which would prevent the deep state creating votes like it creates money must be destroyed. Anybody who claims that working people voted for Trump is in Cloud Cuckoo Land. The deep state issued Trump as Potus. But the deep state isn’t Omnipotent. It’s a tiny minority of Western life.
The thing they have created, a Zionist apartheid genociding Muslims, an anonymous Crusade, starting in Palestine and spreading out across all of Asia, like virus is systematically killing its own hosts, the European Jews in Palestine. Even if they might have started with a smidgeon of Faith, that smidgeon no longer exists.
They have eaten whatever credibility they may once have had, and nothing of it is left.

A comment I recently read “Izzyhell is a fake nation on stolen land.” Yes. Stolen since Nakba… Now the insane rabid blood lust is and has been so clearly visible the fake nation is a pariah. Who could trust them? They kill for profit and for sport. And murika “land of the free, etc etc.” is also rabid pariah state for all the world to see. Murika vetoed the cease fire resolution in the UN. What kind of savage does that? Murika sent cluster bombs to country 404 and white phosphorus to Izzyhell. to Teri – I gave up “trying not to hate” a long time ago. Thousands of dead children ago. Hundreds of men raped to death (!!!) ago. Orlov says one million of these savage have left Izzyhell. I pity the poor places they next squat upon.

Despite the wishful thinking of “multipolarists”, the so called “global south” countries and their leaders, only look out for their self-interests and what benefits them. if allowed to, they have no problem with fitting into the western order. Just like the sell-out soviet leadership, who turned into oligarchs even before the red flag was lowered. Russians once again are being used as a battering ram against this order, taking on all western fury, kinda like the piñata🪅 of the “global south”.the world chose the west, its culture, movies/songs… in which America and Europe are the heroes of democracy, now must live with the consequences. Long live israel may its crimes shine and prosper, Israel as the finest example of western order, shall stand even as the middle east crumbles around it.

If history were linear, we would be living in an ideal world, like that old movie…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCZfKOFL2Jg
But history is not linear, but rather convoluted and winding, tortuous. For a hundred years, attempts have been made to keep the planet together. To keep it tied, let’s say, bound, with the only tools and formats that humanity knows to live together: violence, the indiscriminate use of force, fear, legal exploitation. Blackmail
In order for all this to be possible, the League of Nations was created, and then the UN, which despite trying to appear as an egalitarian association, does nothing more than reflect, catalyze, use and strengthen the current power relations, as points of view and tools to “solve” the problems that exist on the planet.
Of course, in order for that power to be applicable, a large number of secondary organizations and institutions were created within the gigantic organization – from the beginning, from hour zero, controlled, managed and financed almost entirely by the dominant power – intended to distract the public, pretending that they were going to take care of or attend to the needs and aspirations of the different nations, ethnicities, social strata, genders, age groups (elderly and children), ecosystems, own cultural productions, etc. etc.
We were led to believe that the institution was going to serve for something more than just strengthening the capacity of the empire to expand forever.
We were led to believe, year after year, that the institution was going to serve to generate solutions instead of eternalizing, justifying, and legalizing the problems.
To “…maintain peace and security in the world”
In these days, when the empire stumbles and cannot stand up straight again, since it cannot set foot on any foreign territory where a poisoned thorn, a hot nail, is not stuck, the efforts to maintain the legitimacy of the Global League of Nations, oscillate between the grotesque and the total infamy.
But it is not the fault of the commissioners of the planet! We are an apathetic and submissive race, that accepts any lie as long as we can see it on television, even if it is happening half a block from our house. Of course one day we wake up with a boot crushing our face, but… that is another story.
Today, when this Italian girl, Francesca Albanese, screams and cries, demands and is indignant before all the microphones and cameras she finds, trying to open her eyes to a genocide in progress, tested and proven daily before millions of witnesses, we should ask ourselves: Do these institutions really improve our life on the planet??
Because it is not achieving any results.
Because before this “disguised” genocide, we saw the one in Iraq and Afghanistan, the one in Libya, where by mandate (yes, by mandate) of the UN, entire countries were destroyed, millions of people were relocated, and millions of other human beings were exterminated without mercy, and with absolute, legal, impunity.
Because before that, the institution functioned as a legalizer of hundreds of invasions, murders and massacres against countries or people that impeded the normal functioning of an empire that can only function by crushing everything that is put in its way. Its gears cannot withstand the smallest grain of sand.
That is why Francesca is not heard, just as the resignation of hundreds of leaders committed to their work, related to human rights, children, women’s rights or minorities, self-determination of peoples, arms control, protection of ecosystems and endangered species, and other such annoyances, was not taken into account.
That is why an empire like the United States, which, while still staggering, threatens to leave a huge, bloody hole where it falls, can veto unanimous resolutions of the Security Council against a frightening and evident genocide over and over again.
This is not because its veto makes sense, since it is obvious that it only brings fear and discredit, but because its non-veto, or its vote in favor, would show that the power of the UN is only fictitious, and depends on nothing more than the will to obey of its member states, which generate directives or disobey them in direct relation to their economic, military or political power.
Well, let’s not be naive, there is no economic or political power before military power, so the reality is that we created an institution so that the guns speak through desks, to correct the adverse effects of diplomacy and the desires for peace and prosperity of nations.
The UN was created to freeze humanity in an infinite, endless post-war state, so that it could exercise, through fear and oppression of the weakest, the unified strength of the possessors of weapons, to carry out its macabre plans.
Sounds like a prison, doesn’t it? It is. We live in a world designed as a maximum security prison, where no one can escape their role without being severely punished.
Of course, this is not the worst of it, but if we take a look at the insides of the designer of the system, the next step is to privatize the prison so that all remaining legitimacy based on mutual rights and obligations is absorbed by a completely arbitrary and dehumanized economic scheme.
Of course, after a legalized invasion that kills a hundred thousand children in the streets, UNICEF comes along and saves a hundred of the remaining ones at random. That is what we are accepting.
Of course, after imposing a “Free Trade” treaty that enslaves and impoverishes entire nations and regions that encompass hundreds of millions of inhabitants, the NGOs come along to scatter some crumbs for the press.
And so on…
Poor Francesca… trying to do her job, losing sleep and health, until she is eliminated from history in a shameful and cruel way.
The reality is that all that remains is to hang the sign of “Order Based on Rules” (the euphemism for declaring the absolute and arbitrary legalization of any desire that the power of armed violence can impose)
That is why the veto to the Security Council. Because if this veto did not exist, the obsolescence and uselessness of the UN would be completely exposed, naked, as already happened with UNIFIL and UNRWA, happy puppets legitimizing the permitted and programmed devastation.
Is it anything more than a pantomime? Are they forced to leave? To stop protecting the defenseless? How does that happen?
Was it not the same institution that put thousands of troops and planes and ships and tanks at their service to immediately destroy the rebels? How is it that it is now proving so impotent?
We are not asking ourselves the right questions, and that is why the answers, the solutions, the institutions appropriate to the sustainable survival of life on planet Earth are not being generated.
That is, or should be, the only concern. But we continue to travel to New York to be humiliated and mocked, ridiculed as a human species. Extinguished
Hopefully someone will set an example, and not get on the plane, on time. Because time is precisely what has run out…

Perhaps the rot of the west can in large measure be attributed to the flaw of ‘electoral liberal democracy’. Such a system can not function properly unless there is a source of authority beyond the ‘democratic machine’. When such sources of authority wither away or are sucked into the ‘democratic process’, everything becomes a game. Maybe even the west held some things sacred and once they started taking ‘democracy’ too seriously that it becomes empty . If you make democracy ‘sacred’ – not peace, not justice. not salvation, not knowledge, not art, not god…. – it is then when the west started going totally rogue. Everything else, which is not democracy, is authoritarian by definition and deserving of destruction. Such an absolute democracy eventually destroys all concrete and actual and varied democratic traditions. ‘Democracy’ devours its own parents.
Democracy as a religion is not confined to the west. It has adherents all over the world especially among ‘educated’ classes.
Ultimately it makes people dumb and vicious.

The main news today looks like the ICC arrest warrants, but in the long (or even shorter term) a bigger thing might have been the china-KSA USD bonds.
On the one side it looks like uS might loose a lot of leverage
On the other side it looks like KSA , to agree to participate and give its backing, must have received security guarantees (and unlikely from just china)
Therefore KSA might feel it does not need the us neither commercially/financially nor defense wise.
Without that dependence, KSA is free to choose a policy towards israel and palestine.
Care to guess what MbS would choose, if not from his heart, at least from his streets?

The US is NOT a Christian nation. This was stated outright in the 1797 Treaty of Tripoli. You can even look it up. Also, President Regan signed a law, Proclamation 5463, stating the US was based on Noahide laws.
The United States is nearly 100% controlled by an Abrahamic religion and it’s not Christianity.

A war crimes tribunal is what’s in store. Where dozens and dozens of these shits are hauled in. USReal dismantled, and death sentences carried out to include viewing by the world.
Only good thing of ICC, will be watching the continuance of WH Spokes pricks squirming when “questioned”.
Other than that, I expect no change.
On the plus side, agreement that USReal is in collapse, a couple more months of rocket/drone & hand-to-hand combat in Gaza & So Lebanon should do the trick, if USReal doesn’t go screaming for a ceasefire first.
Watch tho, especially with Nutty trial in Dec, he’ll do something even stupider, like bomb Iran. I personally am ok with that, then my daydreams of missiles raining down in every town, city & bomb shelter of USReal will come true.
I’ve just never wanted that to manifest because I don’t want to see Iranian people killed or suffer in any way as we’ve been witnessing in Gaza, So Lebanon and Syria.

ICC warrant binding the court expects members to act on it – the Dutch and Irish have said if Netanyahu steps onto their soil he will be arrested – human rights groups have welcomed the issue of the warrants.
Here’s hoping both men are arrested – the first of many complicit in the genocide.
“Long-serving Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham said that it was time for the US government to penalize the ICC for its warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant.”
“Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute outlines clear criminal liability for aiding and abetting war crimes, which applies to individuals in non-member states like the US when their actions enable violations under ICC jurisdiction.”
“The ICC said that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant were involved in actions constituting crimes against humanity and war crimes under its jurisdiction.
The ICC prosecutor said the crimes include starvation of civilians as a method of warfare and intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population.
Now the 124 ICC member states are technically obliged to arrest Netanyahu and his former war minister if they travel there.”

Netanyahu is toast, he will have to resign, since even Germany will enforce the arrest warrant. There’s just no other practical way.
The genocide, however, will continue like it’s the most normal thing in the world.

IDF is leaving spoiled food around in northern Gaza, in the hopes that people will get food poisoning when they eat it out of desperation:
————
The Palestinian civil defence in Gaza reported on Thursday that 15 children and women were hospitalized after being poisoned by canned food allegedly left by Israeli forces.
In a video released by the agency, spokesman Mahmoud Basal said that the food was found in the Shujaiya neighbourhood, an area in the northern Gaza Strip affected by severe hunger, during an earlier incursion by Israeli troops.
“We urge citizens to exercise caution when encountering such canned goods, especially dairy products. Refrain from consuming them, as the Israeli occupation forces intentionally leave these spoiled items to harm those who consume them,” Basal warned on his Telegram channel.

Well, I thought the only way the atrocities would end is a defeat of the entity on the battlefield. Now, I can see that law-fare is added to the mix to rid humanity of this genocidal maniac, not only in ICC, but in the entity’s courts as well. They have summoned him to testify.
I would not be surprised if we see him lynched in a not too distant future, or perhaps fellating a cutlass, ala Qaddafi.

Thomas Fazi makes an interesting point:
Though the ICC doesn’t openly accuse Israel of genocide or extermination, it does say that it “created conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of part of the civilian population in Gaza” and that “the population was targeted based on political and/or national grounds” — which is, of course, the very definition of genocide.

It is a bit sad and discouraging to see how the ICC or ICJ is perceived. There is no instrument that is not at the service of the system, that does not serve to give air and time to the massacre.
There is no money that is not put to the service of generating more money or power that is not put to the service of generating more power.
For example: A few years ago, among many other results, at the University of Strasbourg, it was discovered that through the structures of the antennas of butterflies (their imitation) it was possible to detect aromas in very small parts, contaminants, chemicals, toxics. For example: Sarin gas.
Does this mean that it was used to safely dismantle existing chemical industries and arsenals? No! Of course not!
It was used to safely generate and produce these substances, to store chemical projectiles that can be used in complex environments without leaving traces. To this day, they are still used through drones on battlefields such as Lebanon, Syria and Ukraine. Before… exemplary attacks like the one in the Tokyo subway (Japan had to align itself with this new era at all costs, remember that later they assassinated Prime Minister Shinzo Abe)
When there is more money for education it is because it is destined for the war market, when there is more money for justice it is because it is destined for the war market.
Is it exciting that an arrest warrant is issued against Netanyahu? Why didn’t they kill millions to catch him like with Saddam, Ben Laden, Gaddafi?
Good employees have early retirement and with rewards, their dedication merits it, they will never set foot in a jail.
The only real thing is what each citizen does and generates in their own country.
There is a 99.9 percent probability that Netanyahu will end his days fishing quietly in some beautiful and millionaire mansion in Florida.
That is the reality on the ground.
The questions should be: Why does sarin gas exist? Why does Netanyahu exist? Why are oil and mining still completely polluting and depleting extraction processes? Why do weapons factories exist and continue to emerge? Why do we live on a planet with atomic bombs?
Because we all allow it around us.

Jews consider is Islam a sister religion because both are monotheistic and have similar theology, including no pork, circumcision and much more. Jewish theologians for the most part have positive view of Islam. There is no reason Islam and Judaism has to be at war.

“US government to penalize the ICC for its warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant.”
They played that card already, when Wikileaks exposed the Afghan/Iraq war crimes & were going to investigate US soldiers.
It’s not “penalizing” Graham seeks now, it’s annihilation of the ICC, they purposely are not a signature to it, yet over and over used it as a cudgel against Leaderx they were regime changing. For years has been great for the West.
Now that the “multipolar world” is emerging, with power, the West wants this fake tool court they invented exterminated. Particularly when they saw it didn’t move the international dial one iota when it came to Putin. And no regime change came from it either.

The arrest warrants will be of little use. Any country that would enforce them will be avoided.
What should happen is trail in absentia, assuming the accused will not appear before the court.
If found guilty, simply issue an open “wanted, dead or alive” with a huge reward. Someone will take care of it, possibly even the Israeli military.
Am I joking? Even I am not sure.

Violent missile attack targets US base in Conoco field: Syria
A missile attack targets the US military base in the Conoco field in the Deir Ezzor countryside, eastern Syria.
Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Syria reported a heavy missile strike targeting the US military base located at the Conoco gas field in eastern Syria’s Deir Ezzor countryside.
Our correspondent confirmed that a missile struck the support and supply area on the northern perimeter of the US base.
Bombing US bases has become increasingly routine following last Tuesday’s strikes on the US base in al-Shaddadi and the al-Omar oil field…..
….Meanwhile, earlier, a significant explosion shook the US base at the al-Omar oil field in eastern Deir Ezzor, as a rocket barrage targeted the facility, according to a Sputnik correspondent.
The correspondent added that US forces attempted to intercept the rockets with ground defenses; however, plumes of smoke rose from the base, visible from a considerable distance.
This comes after American aircraft struck two areas in the eastern Syrian governorate of Deir Ezzor, early on Wednesday, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported…..

Miss Ladybugs Lindsey can blow all the smoke she wishes, but no European ICC signatory with the likely exception of Ireland will enforce the ICC arrest warrant. Bibi could start a tour of Europe tomorrow and piss on every cathedral, and the European response would be red carpets, state dinners, and armaments to support the genocide.

ICC is distraction, turning one (or a few) into Pariah so that “Israel” is eventually allowed to continue from a ‘redeemed’ footing.
Feelings of outrage and revindication will be redirected onto the process, so satisfying many that the matter has been settled and providing a shield of legitimacy to the rest of the participants (as prosecution would be touted as available resolution to accusation).
If they were serious they would have charged and prosecuted “Israel” as a whole (and many months ago), and as a country is not a persona the minimum possible would have been to demand sanctions against it, and those supporting it.
At least that would have placed a divide for other nations to have to, or be able to, make a moral choice in one direction or the other.
Clearly that did not and does not suit those who were and are in position to forward the matter.

World leaders, states hail ICC arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant
Most world leaders, states and humanitarian organizations have praised the International Criminal Court’s decision to issue long-awaited arrest warrants for Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and and ousted war minister Yoav Gallant.
They said arrest warrants issued for Netanyahu and Gallant were “binding” and should be implemented.
EU says ICC arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant ‘binding’….
….The French Foreign Ministry spokesman says that France’s reaction to the decision will be in line with the court’s statutes.
The Netherlands is prepared to act upon the arrest warrant issued by the ICC against Netanyahu if needed, Dutch news agency ANP has reported, citing the country’s Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp…..
…The Republic of Ireland’s Prime Minister Simon Harris said the ICC’s arrest warrants were a significant and serious step…..
….Rights group Amnesty International said that Netanyahu was “now officially a wanted man” after the ICC’s decision Thursday….
….DAWN, a US-based rights group, welcomes the arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant and warns Biden administration officials – including Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin – that they could be next.
“By continuing to provide military assistance to Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Netanyahu, despite credible accusations of war crimes by the ICC, US leaders … are exposing themselves to personal liability under international law,” Raed Jarrar, DAWN’s advocacy director, said in a statement.
“Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute outlines clear criminal liability for aiding and abetting war crimes, which applies to individuals in non-member states like the US when their actions enable violations under ICC jurisdiction.”….

This week I have been busy with car problems , so forgive me for going o/t to the last Palestine thread, Popes, Ronan Catholicism and Cathars.
I have called this genocide a Crusade, but it isn’t a Crusade against ” normalised ” Islam which has submitted to its humble position in the world as an irritant , to be controlled and plundered .
This genocides sounds much more like the Genocide against the intense Christian Faith ,Hole and Charity of the Cathars.
It seems to be the resilience , the sheer intensity of Resistance to injustice, that pisses off institutionalised religions ,Jews, Catholics, or Muslims.
The USUKIS genocide of Sham is an extreme outpouring of hate against Faith and individual freedom . It is a Crusade against LIFE itself. The sleeping Muslims won’t be targeted. Only resistance is intoleranble to the political class, as it was when my ancestors the Huguenots were persecuted by Catholics in France.
The only direction Israel will go from here is secularism. The USUKIS genocide hates Faith.

I, too missed the previous Pal Thread.
However, do not forget the connection between “churches (religion)” and riches. The Cathars also denounced the Riches of the “Prince-eveques” and the control the church had at that time over the people, AND the aristocracy. RC church decided who should be King, who should marry, the tithes of the plebs to be paid, etc. The Cathars asked for “sharing” the riches and an attitude of “humble poverty” from the church. Complete no-go’s at the time. Power is/was the name of the game.
They became the “parfaits”, ie better than a filthy rich Bishop.
Calvinists had the same attitude (at first).
Hugenots and anarchists have some of the same foundations against ownership of assets by a selectively small group.
The Zionists are intimately linked with money-assets (if they actually have a “religion” as such). (Aside; some “J-oligarchs” are now asking for critism of themselves to be considered “anti-semitism” and punishable by law. “Don’t speak badly about your “betters””?)
Sharing (as such) or “win-win”, is the real reason for antipathy towards the Present day Chinese, as well as traditional Muslim and Christain values. So I propose that the main difference is between the “majority” and the “select” (The owners).
Real religious though comes as a second channel to use, as a means of directing the masses.
****
Personal note; A long time ago, in Riyadh, my wife became the target presumed by someone who started cutting steps upwards in the wall around the house. Help came from two sources; A Syrian neighbour, who I didn’t know, offered us/her a pistol for defense (as in good neighbourliness for muslims), but who was looked down on by the locals, and the local Bedouin, who we gave water to, as my wife had made friends with their children. (they came round regularly). Nobody “select”.

With regard to the Security Council and the International Court of Justice, or the International Criminal Court, it is always good to look back.
Did Nuremberg serve to condemn the guilty, or only the defeated? All the defeated or only those who were not useful, while they were kept in confinement to absorb everything that could be extracted from them?
Have we not experienced that “Justice” will and can only be imposed by force?
Neither the Security Council nor the current international organizations mentioned would maintain their legitimacy if it were not for the veto or threats of the USA.
It is a masquerade that only serves to extend the last throes of a scheme that can no longer sustain itself, and not even the empire, politically, territorially or economically.
As in the rest of the societies of the world, which reflect in their fields and in their streets, rampant corruption, favoritism, cruelty, corruption and all kinds of aberrations through the institutions that claim to fight them, international and multinational organizations are a path to justice by one’s own hand, which is what is happening on a small scale, day after day, among thousands of human beings.
Everyone is tired of institutions that do the opposite of what they say they do, of organizations that function in the opposite way to what they were created for, of officials who do not even hide their weariness and their impatience to retire with their pockets full after destroying, selling off, or distorting everything they touched.
Human consciousness is reaching a new level of understanding of the facts and causes that lead us to current and future problems, that is impossible to stop.
Institutions will not provide solutions, but farces and sideways exits for the usual unpunished, but they cannot prevent humanity, as a species, as a whole, from going through violence until reaching a new planetary coexistence where it is worth opening the door of your house and going outside to meet your neighbors.
How long this takes depends solely and exclusively on what we do, today, you and I.
Genocide, as it always has, begins in our kitchens, on our sidewalks, in our offices and schools, in our squares and every place where we believe we are at peace.

Over the past 3 weeks Hezbollah in South Lebanon and AQB in Gaza have engaged IDF groupings in direct combat and inflicted the highest single-attack casualties in more than 1 year.
For Hamas and Hezbollah to still be capable of inflicting casualties against the IDF in direct firefights indicates the IDF has not made any advances in their ground-fighting capabilities.
This is gradually turning into a classic war of attrition, which the IDF does not have the manpower to sustain.

Exhibit 9 of 1000:

“Loss of material political credibility in the eyes of Western institutions”
Loss of Israeli credibility of both it’s leaders and narrative among the elite institutions of the West. The issuance of ICC arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Gallant, coupled with the public rectification by Dutch politicians of the role israeli soccer hooligans played in the football violence of November 2024 and the admission that Israel had distorted the narrative in amsterdam, indicates that Israel is losing credibility within the same elite Western institutions that previously could not bring themselves to criticise it.
Loss of political will in these institutions to support Israel is a slippery slope on the way to full blown rejection of the Israeli narrative (in the West).

Exhibit 8 of 1000:

“Israelis are terrorised even in their most secure places.”
Missile strikes on Tel Aviv have become more frequent in the past week demonstrating Hezbollah’s ability to hit the intelligence headquarter’s of the Israeli occupation regime.
Video evidence of strikes and chaotic scenes in Tel Aviv indicate the population is in shock and are experiencing a high degree of “terror”.
Moreover, these strikes underscore the inability of the Israeli air defence system to protect even it’s most sensitive assets should Hezbollah decide to go after them with determination.

Exhibit 7 of 1000:

“The generals resort to women.”
For the first time in history, female Israeli combat soldiers embarked on a high-stakes mission into southern Lebanon. Facing intense challenges, they carried gear weighing 40% of their body weight, uncovered hidden Hezbollah weapon sites, and guided crucial tank and helicopter strikes. A sudden fire cut their mission short, forcing a grueling retreat through dense vegetation.

Exhibit 6 of 1000:

“The IDF death rate increases regardless”
IDF ‘soldiers’ are still dying, tanks, bulldozers are still being destroyed or damaged and ambushes are still being conducted in almost every area of Gaza previously claimed as “cleared by the IDF”. Palestinian resistance fighters are still emerging from tunnels long after the IDF vowed to uproot all the tunnels in Gaza.
This is at least 400 days after the 7 October Uprising when the IDF has mercilessly executed its plan to commit genocide in the strip using some of the most sophisticated and powerful Western weapons of mass destruction.
What this illustrates is the Israeli Occupations inability to leverage it’s technological advantage against a much smaller, less organised less well supplied opponent even when the enemy is confined to a well defined area.

Exhibit 5 of 1000:

“The Politicians turn on each other. The state subverts itself”
The political and security framework of ‘Israel’ is fracturing to an extent unseen before in it’s 80+ year history:
A large number of ‘israeli’ Jews have been charged with spying for Iran in the last month, a general has been fired and replaced with a more fanatical and less technical substitute. Moreover, as in the time of Olmert, Netanyahu is coming under even more legal pressure.
The presence of such a large, unprecedented nest of Jewish (not even Arab israeli) spies hints at internal fracture within the security apparatus of ‘israel’.

Exhibit 4 of 1000:

“The army is impotent”
Despite spurious claims by the IDF to the effect having driven Hezbollah out of South Lebanon, having captured or cleared various villages south of the Litani, the rockets are still being fired from the exact areas the IDF claims to have “cleared” and various military analysts claim the IDF to be in occupation of.
If the rocket fire has increased from those very same locations then the IDF is lying not only about clearing and occupying territory but also about having degraded Hezbollah’s control over the area.
Any claims of military progress by the IDF are thus totally bogus.

Exhibit 3 of 1000:

‘israel’ is forcing orthodox Jews into the occupation army in increasing numbers and with increasing desperation, as indicated by current legislation in progress to mandate the draft of haredi Jews against their will.
Drafted ultra religious Jews forced to fight alongside mercenaries alongside genocidal maniacs. If you think this makes for a unified fighting force you need your head examined.

Exhibit 2 of 1000:

“The defences are ineffective”
Increasing and consistent failure of the Iron Dome, Arrow, David’s Sling air defense matrix to defend IDF Bases against missiles and rockets fired by Hezbollah, Hashd Al Shaabi and Ansarallah.

Exhibit 1 of 1000:

“Lacking manpower, the army needs merchants to fight for it”
Increasing use of foreign mercenaries in the IDF to fight within the Gaza strip and Southern Lebanon indicates that the IDF is beginning to run out of military manpower resources. This indicates that the low casualty counts reported by the IDF over the past 13 months are false.

Israel has left the Gaza Strip so filthy with no sanitation or fresh water, much less proper medications, that now doctors are finding bacterias that do not respond to antibiotics in wounds. They are also finding e coli in bones, which has never before been described in medical books as an occurrence.
The Israelis basically admit that the spread of disease and epidemics is part of the plan of exterminating the Palestinians.
—————-
As Israeli forces continue their attacks on hospitals in Gaza, doctors and medical teams in the strip have been working under intense pressure, and with great difficulty, to treat illnesses and injuries due to the lack of proper medication and the rapid spread of bacteria.
“The medical teams in Gaza are fighting a fierce battle against bacteria, which no longer respond to most antibiotics,” said Izzedin Shaheen, a doctor in the besieged enclave, via X on 21 November.
“Hardly any person with a wound infection survives, no matter how hard the doctors try. All the conditions are bad – no sterilization and no sufficient antibiotics. We have even found E. Coli bacteria in bone tissue, which is unfamiliar in medical books,” Shaheen added.
The continued acceleration of the health crisis in Gaza coincides with Tel Aviv’s Generals’ Plan, which Israel is unofficially implementing in the northern strip, which has been besieged for nearly two months. The Israeli army has expelled over 100,000 Palestinians from the north, aiming to transform the area into an isolated military zone.
Former Israeli general Giora Eiland, the man behind the Generals’ Plan, said on 17 November: “The international community warns us of a humanitarian disaster in Gaza and of severe epidemics. We must not shy away from this, as difficult as that may be. After all, severe epidemics in the south of the Gaza Strip will bring victory closer and reduce casualties among IDF soldiers.”
International organizations have repeatedly warned over the months that Israel’s war in Gaza has resulted in a severe health crisis and the spread of numerous illnesses, particularly due to forced displacement orders against Palestinians – which crams the displaced into small areas that lack basic supplies and facilities for hygiene.
The Israeli army has subjected 90 percent of the Gaza Strip’s population to forced displacement.
As the Generals’ Plan unfolds, Israel has tightened its siege and increased attacks on the few remaining hospitals in northern Gaza.
Beit Lahia’s Kamal Adwan Hospital has been under heavy attack. Israel bombarded the hospital late on 21 November, injuring six of its medical staff, including some who are in critical condition. The hospital’s main generator was destroyed, and its water tanks were punctured.
The attack came less than a day after a massacre was committed by Israel on a residential block in the hospital’s vicinity. At least 66 were killed and more than 100 injured by the bombing. Around 200 people were present at the time of the attack, according to Kamal Adwan Hospital director Hussam Abu Safia.
“The health system is collapsing in northern Gaza. We cannot provide anything, and all of our appeals are in vain,” he said.
Abu Safia has appealed for immediate intervention from the international community. Around 80 people are at risk of death inside the facility, including eight who are in intensive care.
An Israeli quadcopter targeted medical staff at Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza early on Friday, hours after the latest attack on Kamal Adwan Hospital.

Thank you for this and I agree absolutely with you Mr. hajji.
It si so hard, even impossible to understand for our barflies living in the so-callad waste ( TM DGroanin) how much are they unimportant, despised and honestly laughed upon by the rest of us in the world.
Such a small percentage of this planet which caused so much evil, finally on their way out ( while they cry about their stinking lies such as democracy, used to plunder and rape and steal).
Now, when they can not steal anymore with easiness, ahh yay wei, the catastrophe they say is on the world…
No, cu…nts of the west, it is only on you the catastrophe is going to be unlieshed…
That is why Russia was so careful with the engagements of the war, Hesbollah also…
The rest, overwhelming rest of us believe in justice, are outraged about your genocidal crimes…
For us, the universal rights still are there, and you have trampled all over them…
For the last time…My enemies…

Arch – yes the destruction of large portions of Gaza City and Rafah is a war crime, i.e.: the deliberate wrecking of civilian housing and infrastructure……….
….but it has also produced an outstanding environment for asymmetrical attacks on IDF forces by Hamas forces. It really a perfect setting to conduct insurgent sniper, RPG and ATGM attacks on IDF soldiers and armor. Hundreds of Merkava and D9’s destroyed by Hamas ATGM teams, in addition to hundreds of IFV, APC, MRAP, and Humvees likewise destroyed. And with the network of Hamas tunnels intact, resupply for food and ammo is available and plentiful.
Remember the Palestinian resistance has been preparing for this war for a long time, and this tunnel network is now paying large scale dividends…..the war continues.
Hezbollah has a similar but far more extensive tunnel system, which explains the continuing rocket and missile attacks on Israeli air and naval and army bases, and the ammo used to resist the invasion of South Lebanon, despite continued IDF airstrikes (airstrikes do not win wars…….see Bomber Harris’ failed air terror campaign in WWII).
Actual IDF KIA casualties are in the range of 2500 to 3000 with another 6,000 wounded. The 387 KIA count is just complete IDF war propaganda……….totally bogus……….

Austria’s FM has called the ICC ruling “utterly incomprehensible” Nonetheless, it said authorities would have no choice but to arrest Netanyahu.

Jews consider is Islam a sister religion because both are monotheistic and have similar theology, including no pork, circumcision and much more. Jewish theologians for the most part have positive view of Islam. There is no reason Islam and Judaism has to be at war.

And the satanistic animal torture. And little hats and cult hairstyles. Plus as lex talionis corrected, male genital mutilation. Of their own children. Best way to put terror and war into an innocent newborn, and to take their innocence and happiness away forever.

Re: IDF KIA/WIA
A retired IDF general was interviewed a couple months back and stated the IDF casualty rate was 1,000/month for since 2.Oct2023.
I think that’s a woeful undercount

The Yanks think they can pretty much do what they want.
US Senator Tom Cotton is calling for the USA’s Hague Invasion Act to be invoked. Cotton called the ICC a “Kangaroo Court” and its chief prosecutor Karim Khan “A Deranged Fanatic”.
Cotton added: “Woe to him and anyone who tries to enforce these outlaw warrants.”
