“the Russian Defense Ministry said…”
Why is anyone giving credence to the press releases of a government department involved in a war?
Newsflash: governments lie, even moreso in a war. It’s fiction.

I have never boiled a frog. It’s incredibly cruel to boil anyone. But I have seen frogs stuck in buckets of water, unable to get out. Put a stick in there and they can climb out.
What is the metaphor here? I don’t know, but it sounds like there could be a profound one.
I would just like to point out that we are entering an exceptionally dangerous period now. After the election of 2016, when the neocons realized that their Project Ukraine was to be interrupted, Obama really upped the provocations between Nov. and Jan., including adding more troops to one of the Baltic countries a week before Trump’s inauguration.
Remember when he kicked the Russian embassy staff out of the country at Christmas, making them stand on the tarmac because they weren’t allowed in the terminal?
And then to add insult to injury, or actually injury to injury, the US stole a piece of property the Russians used for events and occasions.
The unprecedented joining of the anti-war left and the anti-war right yesterday is bound to turn the Biden staff (mostly the same people as in 2016) into raving madmen, ready to do any atrocity to provoke a Russian reaction and an excuse to escalate before the election, in an attempt to rally Americans around the flag.
Americans are conditioned to support every new US war, at least at the beginning, so expect Crazy Nuke Country to start throwing some wild punches and nasty provocations. And not just in Ukraine.

I am a citizen of a province of the decadent empire! Unfortunately the clouds are gathering and only those with a lot of life experience notice them. We had political elections a few years ago, but the party that came out victorious is not the one desired by the hegemon. Now they have sent a proconsul (or whatever) with three and a half citizenships (guess the half) to head the opposition and a party that makes up the majority is starting to get restless and undermine its solidity. I suppose that by the end of the year with the election in the USA the bubble will burst with dark consequences. Let’s prepare for a very dangerous winter for everyone.

That post is thought-provoking. The equivalent of the sheep dog or dogs in the societal analogy would be the full-spectum MSM media, the paid ideology think-tanks, and most of academia, plus the numerous alphabet agency enforcers of the narrative. Barking non-stop using weaponized-words to shut-up any dissent. It works well in countries where the population has never engaged in brutal wars on their own shores and interiors to defend themselves.
Last post for now, since the Saul Alinsky tribe of trolls and false-flaggers seem to have free reign on the forum to steal usernames at will.

This will only harden the resolve of the Russian people and their leaders, the only acceptable thing from the Ukrainians is now unconditional surrender…..
In addition, the Russians have become adept at shooting down and jamming Ukrainian (i.e. Western manufactured) guided bombs, missiles, rockets and the mostly locally-made drones.

Apparently the insanely selfish Zionist ruling elite, who have held the reins of western power (politicians, banks, energy) secretly, for many centuries & are the world’s most skilled experts at dirty tricks, mass deception & the old very time worn strategy” “Divide & Conquer” —> IS falling apart/out of power, as they must, to make way for honest, benevolent, transparent governments that are for the people.
The west’s church & state have been ruling elite’s tools/servant for a long long time. We’re on the last few pages of Part I of a book. Part II has already started. BRICS & cooperation are headliners.
The time of ignorant, sinister rule IS ending now and humanity is beginning to wake up. The Best IS yet to come, but it won’t come easy.

Few Know: Karma & Reincarnation were removed from the Christian Bible, & MANY very Big Lies were added ~1500 yrs ago, by Roman Catholic Churchmen, apparently as ordered by the Roman Emperor Justinian.
En Sum: the Roman Ruling Elite enslaved the west, by putting it into the darkness of ignorance & thereby divided the world – creating situations where large groups of people are hating/fighting each other.
It’s like a very ignorant, very F’d up family with neurotic, alcoholic leadership – addicted to various vices & hamster wheels.
The Zionist ruling elite have held the reins of western power (politicians, banks, energy) sub rosa (secretly), for many centuries & are the world’s most skilled experts at mass deception & the old very time worn strategy known as “Divide & Conquer”.
Where dark forces intentionally divide the people & encourage them to hate each other – it puts them on lower dimensions, far below the dimension characterized by love & good will.
In such dark atmospheres (muddied waters), the people fail to notice that the ruling elite are intentionally dividing them & preventing the groups from working together in cooperation.
During the days of slavery in the US, it was well known that the majority of the slave masters intentionally kept the white indentured servants (~slaves) separate from the black ones, out of fear that they’d band together & rise up against the many barbaric, slave masters.
The good news: the time of ignorant, sinister rule IS ending now and humanity is beginning to wake up. The Best IS yet to come, but it won’t come easy.

At least Martyanov actively bans the worst and most abusive and mentally unhinged trolls. Not saying I am in favor of banning the people who offer well-argued differing viewpoints. Not at all. But the utterly foul garbage posted by the likes of “Tichy” or “truthiness” would be deleted quite quickly in that forum. I guess Andrei doesn’t have the serious health issues yet that prevent him from actively policing his blog. What has been allowed to happen here at MoA to destroy the previously good discussions is pretty sad. Tragic.
Ok I’m done posting here for now. If a “Wisco” post shows up in the next few days or so, it is just another Saul Alinsky-type of false-flag attack, a fake, and not me. That is happening way too much here. B needs to clean up this site, and maybe consider using the many offers of help by certain posters. B should delegate a little.

Nah. The shitheads are mostly gone now.
When I was seventeen and left my home town I was still more a kid than an adult. Wild times making my way across the north of Australia. Ended up getting a job on a cattle station.
I worked for one of the sones. Scots by ancestry I assume by their surname. Angus, the one I worked for was a big boy 6 6. We all went into Richmond for the races.
I sat at the bar drinking rum and coke then the fights broke out and I watched on with interest. Some clown with bodybuilders titties had pulled some poor sucker out for a fight. He danced around showing off his titties then knocked his victim down. Bad mistake. His victim was Angus’s mate. Next thing Angus comes out of the crowd and al that could be seen was the soles of titties boots flying through the air. Titties laying on the ground and Angus about to drive titties head through to China and Frank the cook, built like a barrel runs out and wraps his arms around Angus so he wouldn’t kill titties.
Next thing another fight going. Angus’s younger brother. He has his back to the corrugated iron wall of the shack that posed as a bar. It was funny to watch. The crowd gained enough courage to close in and every time Malcolm swung, a man went down. And he was swinging fast. The crowd of town hoons backed off.
The local paper came out with full front page headlines and spread of those boys sorting out the town hoons.
That was probably the highlight of my early traveling across the north, but there was much other shit. In the years I was there at that stage of my life, I know know over twenty young people just like me at that time were killed. I camped alongside three in Mount Isa.

Late at night, Ukrainian formations of the Kyiv regime carried out another treacherous and cynical shelling of the border area of the Belgorod Region. This time, the village of Rakitnoye was hit.
At the moment, it is known that at least five civilians were killed. Another 12 people were injured, including three children, two of whom were taken to the regional clinical hospital.
Seven people are being taken to Belgorod hospitals, two to the Rakitnoye Central District Hospital. Four people are in critical condition, and doctors are fighting for their lives.
Significant damage to dozens of homes and other civilian infrastructure, as well as vehicles, has been recorded in the settlement itself. Emergency services are working at the site of the shelling.

“At the moment, it is known that at least five civilians were killed. Another 12 people were injured”
Russia can’t even protect its own civilians. It should have pushed Ukrainian forces away from Russia’s border by now but instead Ukrainian forces have invaded and taken Kursk.
Putin and his generals do not know how to fight a real war. The SMO has failed and Russia will fall if it doesn’t do much better.

In the mid east, the houthi’s control the red sea nut the main battle at the moment is occurring on the battlefield of 404.
As Stoltenburg said ” If nato loses in Ukraine, that is the end of Nato” Perhaps not exact wording but that is the gist of what he said. A rare point in his life he has spoke honestly.
Nato gives the empire of lies control of Europe. Taking that down is a major spoke taken out of the empires wheel.

🇬🇧🧩🇷🇺 Shoigu, Gerasimov, where is Sudzha?
By Independence Day, the OP info campaigns reached the peak of influence. The focus now is not on Ukrainians (the positive effect on our society is achieved as a side effect), but on Russians.
In terms of the scale of influence on Russians, the Kursk campaign already has the largest effect of influence since last year’s mutiny.
In August 2024, the OP and British “partners” managed to rock Russian society almost as much as during Prigozhin’s mutiny, only without Prigozhin himself:
🔹Prigozhin accused Shoigu-Gerasimov of the lack of shells – now Gerasimov is accused of the Ukrainian Armed Forces breaking through the border and the inability to protect the “ancestral” territories of the Russian Federation;
🔹A year ago, the leitmotif was: Putin does not control the situation in the country – now: Putin does not control part of the territory of the Russian Federation;
🔹During the mutiny, the CIPSO shouted about the imminent seizure of Russian nuclear weapons facilities – now it is shouting about the Kursk NPP;
🔹The Russian media first whipped up hysteria in the Russian Federation, and now it is setting Russians up for: “we need to moderate our appetites for war”;
🔹The Kursk operation was supplemented by: a strike on the port of Kavkaz, the use of HIMARS in the Kursk region, mass shelling of airfields and ammunition depots deep in the territory of the Russian Federation, Zelensky’s promise to start striking at 1,500 km with new missile-shahids;
🔹In parallel, the following is thrown into the information space of the Russian Federation: “it is too late to use nuclear weapons”. By the way, we agree here, in response, the GUR/SBU will use a “dirty” bomb on the Russian Federation. The effect – can you imagine❗️;
🔹Add to this the 70% probability of the beginning of the military “return” of Transnistria, and EVERYTHING is heading towards this.
Taken together, this looks like work for one person – Putin. The idea that Great Britain through Ze and Russian Zamirtsev is trying to convey to him: the Russian Federation cannot handle this war.
They are trying to offer the head of the Kremlin a choice of three options:
🟢it is necessary to moderate the peace terms: agree at least to Ukraine’s accession to NATO and stop at the current ones (exchange Kursk for Kharkov);
🔴the use of TNW is not an option, it will only get worse + You don’t want to go down in history as a person who used nuclear weapons, and even against a “brotherly people”…
⚫️war to the point of stalemate with new mobilization, increased human losses, a decline in the economy, and falling ratings.
With such a game, the stakes only need to be raised. The lack of choice will lead to new troubles, blows and actions.
How long the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to hold Mirnohrad and Pokrovsk is no longer so important – the game has gone big🧩

⚡️Telegram founder Pavel Durov was put on the wanted list literally minutes before landing in Paris and an arrest warrant was issued. This is reported by BFMTV.
It seems to be true. If Durov had known in advance that he was wanted, he would not have flown to France, but as it was, he had no chance. An operation by special services. This is not a crime, just the pure handwriting of specialists

https://t.me/ZeRada1/21152

There are rumors that the founder of Telegram Pavel Durov was specially lured to France.
They will bend him to something.
In fact, the world is divided into those who are for the Western bloc and give them everything on the surveillance case and the rest.
There has been no freedom and democracy for a long time.
This is a strong signal that the uncles are preparing for a big war.
The devils will drown the world in blood.

https://t.me/ZE_kartel/9168

Let’s agree with colleagues that the purge of Telegram is another warning sign that the big guys from the Western bloc are pushing for the beginning of a big hybrid world war. They need to save/reboot their overheated financial system.
Telegram was a nuisance to them, as an island of complete democracy and freedom, since almost all popular social networks are actually under their control, and as they say, whoever owns the information (controls), owns the world.
Western corporations need complete control over the entire media segment in order to control the information case and disseminate the necessary information, and immediately “ban” the inconvenient ones.
An alarming sign for the world and business in general.
You shouldn’t go to the West if you are not “their” lackey.
France is finally “burying” the ghost of world democracy and freedom of speech, as well as the “free market” of business.

🇫🇷❗️Meanwhile, Telegram founder Pavel Durov was detained and placed into custody in France.
French investigators accuse Durov of refusing to cooperate with security forces, which makes him an accomplice to numerous serious crimes.
TF1 reports that Durov is due to appear in court tomorrow, where he will be charged with a whole list of charges, including (count them on your fingers): terrorism, drugs, complicity, fraud, money laundering, concealment, child criminal content , etc.
However, it is obvious that the main complaint of the French authorities (and more broadly, the European ones) against the founder of Telegram is the encrypted messages in the messenger, to which the security forces do not have access.
According to this list of charges, Durov could face up to 20 years in prison , and given that Pavel has French citizenship, where he was detained, there is no reason to expect his transfer to another country.
Although the news is not military, we are all in Telegram, so it is obvious that this event will influence the fate of the messenger.

There is a K1 bout from the early 2000s. Have been unable to find it now. The Thai fighter was a a last minute fill in for another. The start of the fight was just another day at the office for the Thai fighter, but then the Japanese fighter broke the rules. The rest of the fight was very painful to watch as the Thai fighter continued within the rules, but it was no longer just another day at the office.
K1 after that year had to to change the rules to tone things down a bit after the Thai fighters performance.
That old saying about Russia being slow to saddle, fast to ride…. History has been there, done that.

📋🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors Overview #Summary for the Morning of 25 August 2024; 07:29 (GMT+3)📍
🗓 The 3rd Week of the reflection of the armed invasion of the AFU on the territory of the #Kursk region of the Russian Federation is coming to an end. The enemy is constrained by the fighting and suffering sensitive losses in men and equipment, but is trying to move forward, although previous breakthroughs by its combat reconnaissance units have been localised. Heavy high-intensity fighting is taking place simultaneously in a number of localities in the region, and the RFAF have pulled up reserves, including the 11th Separate Air Assault Brigade.
Following the destruction of bridges in the Gshushkovsky district, the AFU is using HIMARS MLRSs to attack our river crossings, limiting the possibility of transporting civilians and hampering military logistics. The heads of Lgov and Korenevsky district have advised residents not to return until the situation stabilises, as the shelling of #Lgov confirms.
🔹The Enemy retains offensive potential in other directions as well. Thus, there is information about the enemy’s plans to attack the #Bryansk region, the accumulation of the AFU in the #Kamenskoye direction of the #Zaporozhye front and the preparation of a landing operation on the spits in the #Kherson region.
Apparently, the RFAF are succeeding in breaking the plans of the AFU by launching missile strikes on the concentration of enemy forces. Nevertheless, the enemy’s strike on the ferry in the port of ‘Kavkaz’ cannot be called harmless either
🔹Military Airfields and oil depots remain the targets of enemy UAV strikes. At the same time, the AFU is testing new UAVs with jet engines. The channels of our military pilots express surprise at the insufficiency of measures taken to protect airfields, namely the small number of mobile air defence groups, which, like the enemy, could have levelled the threats from enemy drones while still in flight to the infrastructure of air units.
🔹The Russian Army is making serious progress in the #Pokrovsk direction, expanding a huge bulge near #Pokrovsk, which is about 10 kilometres away. The enemy is putting up fierce resistance, but is unable to stabilise the front and is losing several settlements at a time.
🔹In the #Toretsk (#Dzerzhinsk) agglomeration, the RFAF are penetrating deeper and deeper into the enemy’s defences, and the liberation of #NyuYork (#Novgorodskoye) has become symbolic. The fortified area as a whole has been built by the enemy since 2014, and the Russian Army’s advance in this direction is hampered by defensive structures and terrain features. The AFU in response to the successes of our troops hit the civilian population of #Donetsk and #Gorlovka.
📌 Thus, the Enemy’s Actions are guided more by political than military expediency. The invasion of the #Kursk region, terrorist shelling of civilians and the enemy’s upcoming assaults are aimed at demonstrating to the #West the readiness of the AFU to sacrifice personnel for the sake of receiving military-technical assistance from #NATO, occupying strategically important energy facilities and controlling trade routes (in the south the spits of the #Kherson region are necessary for navigation from the ports of #Nikolayev), destabilising the internal political situation in #Russia. At the same time, in the #Kursk direction the AFU continue to exploit the effect of our own slackness, which is being urgently corrected manually from the highest level.

During Bacon’s rebellion 1675/1676 the indentured servants and slaves found common cause. The elite response was as you said to work to separate the two, giving the former a slightly better life while making the latter’s life even worse. And breeding racism and miscegenation laws etc. Racism in the US was an elite project, a truth that most of the “critical” race academics don’t want to go anywhere near.
Many of the slave owners had migrated from the Caribbean where there had been many slave revolts, so perfected the means to destroy slave community by mixing slaves from different areas of Africa and with different languages, and breaking up families. The poor whites were still treated like shit, just a little less like shit than the Blacks.
Racism is still an elite project. Zelensky and his buddies are just using time old tactics to breed hatred, to try to make one set of Slavs hate the other set by inventing differences that did not exist before. Same in the US with ANTIFA and the racists simply being two arms of the same elite, setting one part of the working people against the other. Same with the Zionist and British establishment puppet Robinson.

Battlefront update by Yury Podolyaka: Kursk region, 23 August
▪️Korenevo sector: The situation is gradually deteriorating. Apparently, Russian units have abandoned Kremianaya and Olgovka, as Ukraine’s bypass maneuver has succeeded. Therefore, the last Russian defensive line on the way to the town of Korenevo has fallen. The Ukrainian Army is now storming the village of Korenevo, which is across the river from the town with the same name, a district center. Ukrainian reconnaissance groups are also trying to threaten Korenevo from the east, in order to stretch the forces of the town’s defenders. The situation is tough, we should expect strong Ukrainian attacks in the coming days. Their objective is clear: to take Korenevo and move on to Rylsk.
▪️Lgov sector. Fierce fighting continued all day. Russian soldiers have barricaded in a penal colony in Malaya Loknya, where they are now fighting inside an encirclement, but continue to repulse enemy attacks. They are supported by artillery and aviation. According to unconfirmed information, Ukraine has managed to gain a foothold in the village of Russkoe Porechnoe, but not in Cherkasskoe Porechnoe, which the Ukrainian troops were storming all day. The Russians are outnumbered in this area, which makes the situation very difficult for them.
▪️Sudzha sector (Map 3): Fighting for Martynovka. The Ukrainian Army’s main goal here is to occupy the village of Martynovka in order to push the frontline away from Sudzha towards Bolshoe Soldatskoe. But so far, the Ukrainians have failed to capture Martynovka. They have also tried to enter Russkaya Konopelka, to no avail. The situation here thus remains tense, and even increasingly so. But nevertheless, it is worth noting that the frontline is stabilizing by the day, despite Ukraine’s desperate attempts to conduct offensive actions. It takes the Ukrainians ever more efforts and losses to achieve each new tactical success.

Related to the UKR proxy war :
All “Red lines” have been ignored by US-Gov so far, the lines seem to have evolved from light-pink to dark-red.
What’s the next color – black & out?
DemsNC in Chicago: Killary Clinton has come back on stage – greeted with exaggerated enthusiastic applause !
The next US President K. Harris plus her new FM Killary C. would be a very nice threat to the RoW, “We came, we saw, he died” – remember Libya?
This Soros-puppet Missus Harris is very well connected with the son of Soros, who is her coach (last session with him about 8 hours), and she can still read everything just from his programmed teleprompter.
Now she is shouting out new nuclear threats even against China ! And Trump has to speak behind thick glass walls.
What a mess for the US itself and the RoW !
So still some concerns about this US proxy war development:

If I understand correctly, Morozovsk air base has a conventional arms deposit, and a nuclear arms deposit
Quote Ukrainian unquote drones blow up the conventional arms deposit. The nuclear arms armory is within walking distance. Target coordinates are supplied by the United States. So what we have is the United States seeing how far it can push Russia. ..

– referred sat photo: RF Morozovsk air base – a nukes storage site
The Ukranian proxy war master USA has continuously intensified its military provocations on direct targets in Russian territory.
NATO’s involvement continues to grow more out of control each day.
A critical threshold of a Russian Tactical Nuclear Weapon response against US bases in European countries (incl. UK) is obviously not reached yet, but rather realistic if strikes deep into Russian territory would continue, like the following latest threats:
– bombing nuclear storage sites (Morozovsk airbase in Rostov region, see above @404)
– attack against Russians Strategic Missile Defense Radar network
– nuclear threats like planned attacks on NPPs
– attacking Russian strategic airbases on its airfields, strategic aircrafts/bombers, command centers
– Russia’s tactical nuclear defense, by breaking through Russian border regions (ie. escalation of Kursk invasion by means of US/UK/EU countries)
So, listening to Soros & Gates puppets is a dangerous behaviour and should be banned by criminal law. Please avoid further verbal contact with mentally ill politicians like Harris, Killary C., Blinken, Nuland, Austin, Kirby etc. and their sponsored MSM speakers.
Final note:
You can’t defeat that UKR proxy master USA militarily except destroying yourself.
But in worst cases, one can find some sponsors who would order some suitable snipers against these above mentioned diabolical psychopaths of deep-state puppets.
Hopefully that would help then … trolls are sleeping … Cheers!

Just watched the Paul Craig Roberts interview with Nima.
He comments that VVP has an inability to recognise danger, illustrating this hypothesis with his use of phrase western partners.
Curiously I remember a similar observation being made on one of VVP’s annual KGB assessments. I don’t remember where I read this but am confident another barfly will so do.
I mention this as a curiosity. I am well aware of the reasons Mother Russia is slow playing the venture. So far. Getting a little quicker though. Hopefully please the listeners of Solovyov and Nikonov.

Great post selection, always better to aspire to science than consensus.
TG arrests were probably inevitable given the access it provides. Impossible to interpret this arrest as evidence of ulterior motives in the management of TG by its owner-operators, not with a straight face at any rate.
If it happens, TG’s restriction will be a boon for Empire propagandists and the beneficiaries of make-believe generally. They are the sponsors of this arrest.

No one realized it, but the invention of the wire-guided drone with a range of 20 km makes the attackers infallible and uncatchable!

It was also noted that the French side has so far avoided interaction.

There’s big propaganda on TG from them as well, probably bigger than the “opposition”. As soon as it starts to show only their view, like Wikipedia and almost all Twitter, as soon as everyone will know all messages will be censored like on Whatshapp, the usage will drop and because they’re not state sponsored like Twitter or Cnn, they will disappear.
In the end EU only wants to be like China but without the working hard part. Most people here say they love China, Brics and the non-nato world. They can’t be upset about heavy censorship and the Great Firewall of Ursula, can they? They should be happy while they still have access to youtube for old music and social credit is only in tests for the moment.

That brings up an issue I had not previously thought about. Finances. It would cost big bucks to run something like telegram. Where do those big bucks come from? how does telegram bring in revenues?

TG is essentially non-for-profit, financially sustainable and autonomous.
Its business model is comparable to having a Substack with a small paid subscription base that finance basic operations and a very large community of users with free access.
I think TG has three main revenue streams: inn-ap purchases (stickers, themes, cloud storage, chatbots), selling to businesses special ads and promotions that target specific audiences, and partnership and collaborations in messaging needs with governments and private companies.
The model is sustainable due to its large base (several hundred millions users monthly) of above-average-IQ users. The other well-known messaging phone app, WhatsApp, has a business model oriented to lower-IQ users (=FB users), thus it has to be monetized with more intrusive ads and it has to sell private info to governments and private companies to generate sufficient revenue.
Pavel Durov himself, a Russian tech billionaire, one of the richest residents in the UAE, also is a source of funding for TG. In some years TG has posted zero revenues.

The Sirius Report
@thesiriusreport
If de-dollarisation was a pipedream then why does the US go to such extraordinary lengths to seek to prevent even single nations doing so?
The desire to prevent nations doing so is irrefutable. So what this proves is how fragile the dollar’s status as a WRC actually is.
The fact the US sought to destroy Russia economically, financially and seek Putin’s removal from office is because Russia along with China are the primary architects in seeking an end to the dollar as a WRC.
Hence why the US has also been seeking to provoke China into a conflict with Taiwan, trying to cripple its economy and demonise it in the eyes of the world.
The dollars supremacy has always been fragile. It’s only now the Global South has finally realised to what extent that is the case.

The above is the way to take down the hegemonic empire. Slow but as relentless as a boa constrictor slowly squeezing the life out of its prey.
The US has always used military power to enforce it dollar hegemony. In Ukraine, Russia has broken the myth of US military power, all its wunderwaffe destroyed.
Russia has never responded in kind to US/UK provocations, just keeps on with the job of destroying Empire proxies.
To respond in kind, retaliation to ‘save face’ as fools call it, begins the escalation march to full scale nuclear war

T Resident
⚡️⚡️⚡️#Insider information
Our source in the General Staff said that Syrsky plans to increase pressure in the Kursk region and is preparing an additional operation on Rylsk, for which he began to transfer the AFU reserves to Glukhov. According to the Commander-in-Chief’s idea, a new strike will cut off Rylsk along the Seim River, which will deprive the Russian army of supply routes to the Korenevsky district and the APU will be able to expand the bridgehead into the depths of Russia.

The amount of forces being thrown into what is now the Kursk grinder makes it doubtful the Nato proxies can pull of a second offensive on the other front.
Kursk seems to revolve around pulling US/Nato into direct war with Russia – a last desperate gamble. With this, it is hard to tell where UK ends and the comedian continues, both being desperate to pull US in deeper.

The frog metaphor has been a resounding success. Of course I am happy to have eased the tension that hovered in the speeches, due to the interference of squalid characters who ruin the usefulness of the news and comments, but there is nothing to be done, by now if you don’t play the music that others want, they demolish the theater; now let’s move on to more current things (by now the frog has been eaten by the snake or a Frenchman).

Golly gee … lies and propaganda during wartime …who would have guessed such a thing was possible.
It’s all just information from every side in this conflict. What you do with that information is what matters. Maybe in 50 years after Putin, Zelensky and all the other leaders, generals and diplomats whose reputations and personal fortunes have to be upheld are dead we may start to get a glimpse of what REALLY happened in this war but until then just gather information from all side and do your best to determine what actually makes sense in the data.
Dismissing one side as liars while believing the other just makes you the fool.

Telegram channel “Baza” :
Russian officials have received an order to delete official correspondence in Telegram.
According to Baza’s sources, such an order was sent to employees of a number of law enforcement agencies, as well as officials of the presidential administration and the Russian government. In addition, according to sources, such an order was given to senior officials of the Russian Defense Ministry, as well as some large businessmen.
At the same time, some of the officials interviewed by Baza said that they had not received instructions to delete the correspondence. However, they expect such instructions from their superiors as early as next Monday or Tuesday.
Earlier, after the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov at a Paris airport, French media, citing a source close to the investigation, stated that French intelligence services would seek access to Telegram correspondence related to criminal communities, as well as sanctioned companies and individuals.

In the Kursk entry point proper they seem to be running out of tanks and reducing casualties. Apart from holding the zones against counter wedges I’d say they’re trying to hold the R200 so Sudzha is not retaken and (maybe) try their luck east of Korenovo.
Other axis are not out of the playbook yet.
Someone in another post also mentioned getting information from all sources, today I decided to take a look at what our “good friends” of the ISW had to say (always worth a laugh, for those unaware it is the most biassed and inaccurate you can find and is the official bible for all AFU propaganda) and one of their “sources” was saying RF would need 20.000-50.000 to kick AFU out of kursk… makes you wonder the size of the force used (or the one they want us to believe)

45 days ago I was following the 82 ukro paratroopers. They were complaining that since the beginning of the SMO there were only 200 first-hour paratroopers left and that the reserves that were arriving were absolutely poorly trained so much so that they had to start basic training themselves otherwise they wouldn’t have lasted a day!

Summary.
Five of the six tragedies above happened before my eyes. I knew the team members. Statistics clearly show that sitting outside the Russian Federation is the worst possible decision.
In the worst case scenario at home: In the Russian Federation, there are no long terms for such crimes at all. And the level of comfort in a penal colony in the Russian Federation is comparable to Norwegian prisons.
Practice shows that they do not touch in the Russian Federation. Especially now, when the world has become bipolar. And even before the split: remember Jan Marsalek. He is doing well in the Russian Federation. There is nothing that can be done for Pavel. Pavel’s arrest is not the beginning of the process. It is the result of long-term work of a large number of specialists in the United States.
I personally, with my own eyes, saw the charges in the above processes. They were not prepared by Interpol and Europol. They were prepared by the United States. France is simply a place of residence and waiting. Interpol headquarters is located there. And local authorities and law enforcement agencies are a relay station for the United States.
The chronology of other cases shows that after the first arrest, then always, without exception, there are arrests of teams. Those members of the teams who made the decision to urgently fly to the Russian Federation – their fate turned out well.
Others who decided to defend themselves in the West – their fates were bad. I could give another five examples, everything is exactly the same there.
Friends, your main goal now is to take care of yourself. Perhaps, every hour counts for you. Find an opportunity to urgently move to your homeland. And do not build illusions that the UAE is a neutral zone.

Not long back, I quoted Ukraine population according to sim cards and it was estimated at 18 to 19 million. Since then, a Ukraine politician has stated the population as 17 million.
Remnants of the population now burning the vehicles of the press gangs, remaining men hiding from the press gangs. Without US backing, the weaponized remnants of Ukraine will quickly collapse.
But yeah. Propaganda organisations like ISW make Ukraine out to be the ‘plucky little nation of 48 million fighting Russia all on its own. All Russia has to do is continue on with business as usual, destroying Nato proxies and Nato equipment and the whole thing will collapse.

Likely 17 million or less. They might be 45 before, but discounting maybe 8 for lost oblasts and migration east would leave 37, now the UN talk about 38 million crossing the border west and maybe half intending to get back, so 37 minus 19 equals 18 million , and we’d have to discount another cool million KIA pretty soon. SO yes, 17 seems right.
Their only luck was doing a lot of their recruitment before many of those left. But now? It’s highschool brigade or empty trenches pretty soon (and that’s already a big if). As for 2026 I can’t see it happening without massive nato boots on the ground. So the SMO ends this year, or early on the next. After that it’s AFU surrender or official WWIII.

But SMO failures lie with the corruption of the RF MOD and will be critical in future understanding of Russia’s laxidaizical approach to the SlogMow. Also, frontline generals have been removed, extremely poor leadership, at the front.

Military corruption and incompetence isn’t unique to Russia.
The difference for example between how the USA handles corruption and incompetence in the general staff is to promote incompetent field commanders to managerial positions whereas the Russians just fire them. Look at David Petraus and ben Hodges for example … military idiots both of them yet one of them ended up as commanding offices of US European command and the other director of the CIA.
The USA managed to “eliminate” both political and military corruption by making it legal. look at the relationship between arms manufacturers, the military and congress … they’ve simply institutionalized corruption.
Then you have a 2 party system where you can’t get elected to congress without a multi million dollar war chest provided 2 candidates in both parties by the same doners. The lobbies representing those doners then write the bills for congress to pass.
While I trust very little pertaining to the war via the USA / NATO / Ukraine I do listen to it to for perspective. I’m also very interested in the subject of war propaganda so the bigger the lie the bigger the dopamine rush.

57.18% of Ukrainians believe that it is necessary to fight until complete victory, which means the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine within the 1991 borders
This is evidenced by a survey from the All-Ukrainian public organization “Advanced Legal Initiatives”.
According to the poll, 42.82% are in favor of immediately starting peace talks with Russia with a complete bilateral ceasefire.
The least number of people willing to fight to victory are in the southeast of the country

I’m not a troll Peter and AFAIK the west has taken the war into Russia proper. Kursk.
What started off by telling us that they were just trying to help this poor little country being attacked by this big monster has morphed slowly but surely into actual attacks on Russia proper.
The narrative has shifted quite a bit over the last couple of years from just helping to defend a little country to Russia is OUR ENEMY and plucky little Ukraine is fighting for us.

The amount of territory is a pixel on the map of Russia. All the rest of the frontlines are on Russian territory apart from several very small fronts in Khakov. Something to do with Russian law on where and when they can send the military onto non Russian territory.
Prior to the referendums, several politicians were speaking up about the saying that if Russian military was outside Russian borders, then war must be declared.

The Russians already have that number to remove the Ukrainians from Kursk, they’re on the Donbas Front.

Ukrainian Marines had the same complaint, the less for more strategy means that Ukrainian losses are so heavy that they have to constantly fill out units with replacements who have little more tactical skill than the air-soft brigade. This shortening of the period between basic training and front-line combat is a key indicator of impending disaster, imagine we’re into the first opening minutes of a global disaster movie, only this time, a team of eclectic heroes is not saving Ukraine from impending doom, because this time it’s self-inflicted.
Ukraine, are now in a vicious cycle, the new recruits are rushed into combat to replace the ever-increasing numbers who are lost, because they have a diminished combat effectiveness due to be rushed into combat. Soviet infantry, in the dark days of ‘42, had two weeks training with only a few hours on the target range, before going up against front-line German infantry who had undergone a minimum of 16 weeks training. The Red Army, like Ukraine, had no choice due to the catastrophic losses it had suffered, but Russia, unlike Ukraine, had a vastly greater pool of manpower to draw upon. This rapid churn, as noted, also causes the problem they are trying to mitigate.
Target density equals casualties: so, not only are more units (companies) having to be used to achieve less (reduction in rates in rates of advance from D-D+21) and therefore suffer accordingly, the individual sub-units (platoons) involved are suffering increased casualties due to the poor training causing problems with spacing (not maintaining correct intervals between individual soldiers, fire-teams etc). In the modern ISR driven battlefield, of automatic and area fire weapons, more is less.
All those posters who dismiss Russian casualty reports for the Ukrainian should pause and think, why are top tier units receiving barely trained conscripts? These are not territorial brigades (lord knows what they get), but traditionally the units that are repeatedly called on, for the tough, high stakes combat missions.

On training. My grandfather joined up in 1916 when a new battalion was started for those that did not meet the physical requirements of the regular battalions. They where shipped off the England and underwent a full six months training before being sent to the frontlines of France and Belgium.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that this Kursk thing is not a little sideshow but a continuation of a multi decade long plan to invade and control Russia.
It would be nice to see Russia crush this incursion in a big and frightening way.

I would also would like to see Russia crush everything empire, but when Russia doesn’t do it my my I don’t start tearing my hair out and saying Russia is doing it wrong.
Kusk? Shit happens in every war. So long as it is not big shit then it is just a blip on the screen.
Putin never does what most of us are expecting. The Kursk foray simply opened up another option for Russia. The best of what is left of Ukraine’s units are being sent to the killing field that is now Kursk and there they are being destroyed.
On the old frontlines, there are more surrenders, more retreats. I assume many of the blocking units have also been sent to Kursk.

The most interesting thing is that there is a plan of action in case of death when Durov is arrested by the special services, now Durov does not even have access codes to the security keys of his own service! The trolley will continue to work in standard mode and paddling pools will not be able to learn anything from it, the algorithms of the provided key program that update passwords have not been hacked by anyone yet 😂

Absolutely, ‘more sweat now, less blood later’, reverse the famous Roman martial maxim and you see where Ukraine is headed. The German 16 week period was the bare minimum, often units would do a 6-8 month probationary period, practicing their tactical skills in secondary conflict areas (pulling rear security, guarding convoys, anti-partisan operations etc), before being shipped out to ‘hot’ zones.
Astonishingly they were able to continue this practice up until mid ‘44, whilst the Allies had to speed up basic training because of the high casualties. Again a reflection of the incline decline cycle of more and less. Ukraine has less time to train new recruits who have a higher chance of becoming casualties to achieve less tactically and thus operationally, whilst it’s vice versa time for Russia.
Posters who somehow think Ukraine have a chance might as well be whistling in the graveyard and, given the increasingly large butchers bill the UAF are having to pay, that’s now a very large place to whistle in.

My grandfathers battalion where sent to the Somme first. By that time it was a quiet sector of the front. From there they were sent to Messines and participated in the taking of the ridge.
I had often read in books on WWI where after a time in the frontlines, many became immune to fear and danger. I saw that in my grandfathers diaries also.

I put your excellent post into the my Walmart chatGPT:
The Marines complain of losses hard and grave,
Replacements come, ill-trained, and rarely brave.
From basic drills to front lines in a blink,
Disaster looms much closer than we think.
As heroes falter, none can stem the tide,
For this doom is a self-inflicted ride.
Ukraine is caught in cycles dark and dire,
New blood is rushed to quench the raging fire.
With combat skills diminished in the fray,
They fight, then fall, the price too high to pay.
Like Soviets once, in forty-two’s dark year,
Who faced the foe with little time to fear.
More men to fight, yet gain no ground at all,
As target density ensures their fall.
Poor training brings the spacing flaws to light,
And death, it finds them, clustered in the fight.
Those who dismiss the losses counted here,
Should question why conscripts replace those dear.
Top units strained, with barely trained in tow,
To face the hardest fights where risks do grow.
In modern war, where tech and skill must blend,
This cycle bleeds, and seldom finds an end.

In the Syrian war against the empire’s proxies, The US accompanied by a few tag along vassals attacked the Syrian defence on a mountain overlooking the Dier Ezzor airport.
Nasty stuff. An Australian aircraft was involved and that is where we became the ISIS airforce.
Disaster. The headchoppers controlled the mountain. Instead of retaking the mountain, Russia turned it into an ISIS trap. US wanted Deir Ezzor and thought it was theirs for the taking, so sent all the headchoppers to take it.
Deir Ezzor operated like an electric bug zapper. The defenders led by the Druze general were the bait as well as one jaw of the trap. The Russian airforce was the other jaw of the trap.
We see somewhat similar with Kursk. Nato sprung a surprise, Putin turned it into a trap. Now all the best units left of the Nato proxies are fed into that killing field to try and hold it.

I agree entirely. I don’t believe a word coming out from the Ukrainian and Western governments either relating to Russian casualties.
They are all liars, but I don’t see much scepticism of the official Russian figures here.

I check the ISW, for Russia and Iran(think the Russia one is loaded lol). They do not even try and hide their bias with the loaded statements, derogatory terms and pejoratives.
I don’t watch the media, but was checking it already a couple years ago when I was visiting a friend who would keep news channels on all the time. They did not always state “ISW said”, when they had a Ukraine report, but I’d already read the EXACT statement there that they read on the report.
I did find it funny that they had Berdychi geo-located assessed under RF control the whole time people were going on about it isn’t quite. Mentioned it once, and just skip over the 0.0001% posts. The whole thing was some mil-bloggers claiming that a video put out from Ukraine, of them shelling the western part of the town was actually Russians doing it so there were still Ukrainians there.
This was at the beginning of a month of haven’t even taken Berdychi spam. They never re-assessed that Ukraine took positions. The whole spam thing was disregarding geolocation showing it was taken, and then claiming it wasn’t(and no official sources were really commenting on it because it was done). The opposition “official” propaganda had already long admitted it was abandoned.
” Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on April 28 that Ukrainian forces withdrew from Berdychi”
“April 28 that Ukrainian forces have withdrawn from Berdychi…Russian milbloggers reported that the Russian “Mag Dogs” detachment of the 74th Motorized Rifle Brigade (41st Combined Arms Army [CAA], Central Military District [CMD]) then seized Berdychi and raised a Russian flag on its western outskirts before midnight on April 27.”
https://understandingwar.org/backgrounder/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-april-28-2024
They geo-located the video a few days later.
Another note, since B did an article on it, the enemy’s missiles/drones intercepted by target is strong there.
