I don’t think the Crusading west at the middle ages and then civilizing West towards the end of middle ages and till now has not changed its colors nor its attitude towards the brown and black people till now. With the Soviets gone they got bold and resorted to color revolutions. The true nature of these beastly Western powers has not changed but only their attire and demeanor. I feel more committed to Israel and its future than I have felt in a long time.” …

If you manage to reach the end without needing a bucket to retch into, you’re made of really stern stuff. This really is exploitation (of a particular moment in Middle Eastern history, of Palestinians, and ultimately even of Jewish sense of identity and belonging, in the continual emphasis on helpless victimhood as a communal and historical bond) at its most crass.

When I visit a location that has been recently bombed, I see flesh all over the walls and bodies torn to pieces. They are using powerful weapons that shred bodies beyond recognition, many times we are unable to figure out how many are dead because theirs no bodies it’s all flesh and pieces.

For whatever ‘optimism’ comes out of Doha, and for whatever ‘carrots’ the US hopes to use to entice both sides to at least agree to a pause in fighting, Blinken’s ninth trip appears yet another diplomatic exercise in futility.
The US still hasn’t hesitated to approve gargantuan defense packages for Israel of late. So in the end Tel Aviv clearly has little to fear from White House ‘pressure’.
At the same time US progressives and also conservative anti-war activists have long pointed out that the White House’s condemnation of the unfolding humanitarian disaster, which US-supplied bombs are having an outsized role in, is all for show and mere public relations damage control.
And likely that’s what Blinken’s latest trip to the region is all about. There will be much high-ideal rhetoric and little substance. And the war and escalation will continue. The Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Syria response should ignore Israel.
They should respond to the source of the problems, the USA/UK and vulnerable logistics and bases in Iraq, Red Sea, Syria, Jordan, Arabian peninsula, Diego Garcia, carrier groups, etc. The US/UK is the real problem enabling its proxies to assassinate and genocide. As the USA/UK retreats from its many bases in the mid east… It will be like the US collapsing in Asia (Vietnam) or Afghanistan or Niger (Sahel). The regional US proxies will fail or switch sides. This may take more than a couple weeks to coordinate and execute.
Just hitting an israel proxy airbase will have no effect on the source of the problems.
