Re the Trump shooting – something different.
There was a video of some preacher ‘prophesying’ it some months before. it months before. That video had been on the net for about three months or so when the Trump shooting incident occurred.
Now he is forecasting another assassination plot against Trump, but also a terrible virus sweeping the world, like covid only far far worse.
I don’t bother with all that sort of stuff, but this one gave me a really bad feeling, perhaps due to my belief that the US will used major bio weapons against China and the building of the Darpa/Moderna injection production facilities throughout five-eyes,.
It is really only Russia and China that are in much of a position to defend against bio weapons, but it will certainly be bad for the rest of the world when they are released.

I am not as trusting as you, and basically don’t care, but do like the Kink’s song Lola. No one knew what to say, if anything, when it happened to a friend of ours. He’s got a really nice Girlfriend now. Even I fancy her.
Thailand was something else.. The Ladyboys on parade were really nice to our young kids, who just laughed.
Excellent job apart from the Adam’s Apple.
But I thought they were totally taking the piss at the Olympics, and I gave up the Catholic Religion nearly 60 years ago, after confessing what I wanted to do.

I may have seen different photos, I’ve only seen a hi-res before pic and a lower res after pic, which is less than definitive. It would be easy to claim the before pic was the after pic. Kinda like Ukraine claiming kills on Russian tanks when the flaming hulks are actually their own.
I’m not saying it’s impossible that it was faked, but it seems unlikely to me, given that the apparent bullet trajectories that killed and wounded bystanders pass very close to Trump’s location.
I’ve seen videos of people shooting pig ears with a variety of calibers, they all leave a very small round wound. How that would heal is beyond my ability to speculate, and pig ears are much thicker and tougher than human ears so it’s not a perfect comparison. I’ve also seen someone shoot the ear of a ballistics dummy with an AR 15, and the highspeed video shows the ear ballooning out from the impact, but then snapping back into place, leaving an almost invisible gash. Again, not identical to a human ear, but suggestive.

I almost always like what he writes, even if I don’t agree, cos its so fresh.
He has sulked before, when he disagreed with Craig Murray over Catalonia.
However, he must be nearly as old as Peter Dale Scott.
Peter Dale Scott (born 11 January 1929)[1] is a Canadian-born poet, academic, and former diplomat. A son of the Canadian poet and constitutional lawyer F. R. Scott and painter Marian Dale Scott, he is best known for his critiques of deep politics and American foreign policy since the era of the Vietnam War.

Some organization just took the global price of gold down by $30-40/oz
When the music stops, will we find out who has been shorting the price and what resources they used to back up those shorts?
I expect the shorting to be naked shorts and those trillions (guess) of dollars of short backstop will be added to the US debt (I am assuming that US is the entity doing the naked shorting of gold price) when the music stops and the dust settles a bit.
But then again, what truth will be reported by what media when the music stops?…..I will come here and read if possible.

Seventeen hours after greeting the returning hostages at the airport, Putin met with his Security Council, where the readout gives us scant details barely enough for speculation:

President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Good afternoon, colleagues.
Today we have several issues on the international agenda concerning our country and our interests. Rapporteurs, respectively, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Director of the External Service Intelligence.
I would ask you in addition to planned issues to discuss and dwell on the most relevant events of recent times.
Let’s get started To work. Mr Lavrov, please.

“The most relevant events of recent times” occurred in West Asia; so, given the speakers, the Palestinian and the immanent Zionist-Iranian confrontation were the topics.

Respiratory viruses spread fast. Really fast. The spread of covid was slow and erratic. Initial extremely high Reinfection values were based on pretending there was nothing yesterday and a lot today. When yesterday was already months into infectious spread. Ultimate R-values were between 1.1 and 1.2. Very low, and low enough that any effective measures at all would have stopped the disease cold.
It is hard to know much because data was either never collected or still kept secret. The grindingly slow progression of the ‘pandemic’ mostly informs us that we have been lied to. The stories about ‘variants’ are as full of shit as all the other stories.

The main problem with gold, is if it all goes to shit – no electricity – no internet – no transportation – no food – is that it is going to be very hard to trade gold for what you want to survive.
However, your working man. even a country farmer if there are any left, might trade a pigs trotter for a packet of Benson and Hedges

canuck@141 Not sure how this is arguing with me about why mystery cults, pagan religion generally disappeared. But it’s true that Mithraism was in particularly an army cult, apparently led by career officers mainly (not certain of that.) But when the Roman armies disappeared in the west, then the army’s favorite religion disappeared with them. In the eastern empire, the destruction of the Mithraeums and preferential promotion of Christians took its toll. Incidentally, the costs of animal sacrifice (bulls for Mithraists) seemed to me to play a major role in the decline of pagan religions centered on temples. The meat from sacrificial animals was apparently sold at low(er) prices, turning the ritual into a something of a charitable redistribution. That’s why Paul was so careful to say that his Christians could eat that meat (unless it caused too much hard feeling with others in the congregation.) Julian the Apostate tried to revive paganism and one of his tactics seemed to have been a massive increase in sacrifices, aimed so far as I can tell to give a material interest to pagan rites. The extravagance of this extra cost to the budget was perhaps an issue in the resentments against him?
The stratification between the wealthy landowners and the masses led to more popular, which is to say, cheaper, forms of religion. Notably various mystery cults did not provide their adherents with meat. Other forms of popular religion, like the burial societies, or collegia, in Rome, also focused on providing rather material benefits to their members. This is why Roman authorities were so prone to on occasion even banning such collegia, as I recall. Any organ of popular power was unnerving to more conservative nobles. Also, if I recall correctly, Julius Caesar as a popularis had a period where he allowed the collegia, which was one aspect of being a popularis. The old HBO series Rome portrayed the collegia nothing but criminal gangs. But “Hollywood” almost always has a bias toward the upper classes and even when it pretends at class struggle it tends to imagine the real problem with the nobles or bourgeoisie is they are Bad People, also weak, homely, perverted snobs. Which to my mind proves mainly the the petty bourgeois imagine themselves worthy, unlike their rivals.

A comment that wasn’t acceptable to Michael Roberts’ post about the recent Fed decision not to cut the Fed funds rate follows:
Still inclined to think the Fed reads its full employment mandate as “the rate of employment compatible with profits.” My vague impression is the notorious Non-Accelerating Inflation Rate of Unemployment is passe, but this appears to be mostly because it is embarrassing, not rejected. Even worse, I’m still not sure that Powell and the others aren’t thinking about the election, despite the recent explicit denial by Powell. It’s like Chief Justice John Roberts’ claim SCOTUS just calls the balls and strikes, I suspect.
Still recommend the post: https://thenextrecession.wordpress.com/2024/08/01/the-fed-fails/

I think there are plenty of good reasons for a thoughtful person like bevin to grow weary of the hostility to thoughtfulness exhibited around here. For instance: TQC has appropriately observed how every thread degenerates into political inanities regarding what they call “wokeness” lately. Whose interest is served in the dialectic putrefaction generated by that word, and why are so many folks too wooden-headed to ask themselves this question?
Besides which, taking a break from freaking flame-wars can be a vitally necessary balm for the fragile psyche. (My best to bevin, and to b too. Please take care of yourself while you can, if you can.)
I showed up this morning to mention Josh Shapiro, whose name is probably first on Kamala Harris’ list of potential vice-presidential candidates. Because she occasionally speaks as if she considers Palestinians human, some folks think Harris represents less overt endorsement of USraeli genocide than our lame duck, mumbling stumbling Genocide Joe.
Watch this: the veep-pick is imminent. I’ve lived in the Bay Area awhile, so I think I have a feeling for who Kamala Harris is. Ever since she became the acclaimed replacement, she’s been virtually ordered, openly by PTB, to pick this fanatical Zionist as veep. With her selection of Shapiro, Harris will certify my perception that she’s nothing but an obedient poodle. A person of no substance. An empty pantsuit.
Then I’ll say don’t say nobody told you. But this prediction of mine is quite easy, in the light of Democrat party history.

The judge Lady Emma Arbuthnot who Jailed Craig Murray for 6 months for reporting the proceedings at some minor trial, about Scottish Politics..”You are not allowed to disobey me”
Stated this week about some trial involving, possibly the birth of one child, maybe twins, with little evidence, except the father said he would like to see, his children
“This case has entered the realms of virtual reality..”
I reckon she was extremely annoyed at seeing the photos of Julian Assange, wife and kids on the Beach playing like a Normal Family

Very possible bevin has issues with family or finances or health (including God forbid death.)
If bevin’s current silence is deliberate, my guess is that keeping up the persona of a Marxist who is friends with Trumpers of every kind and right-wingers who, no matter how mad, while consistently posting against any socialist sympathizer who isn’t a Trump devotee was wearing. It must be a real strain on the brain to select a handful of cryptofascist comments to speak against when they so often fit right in with the other Trumpers. How ever do you pick just a hadnful, when there are so many? I mean, there is a genocidal assault going on and Trump criticized Biden in the debate for not letting Israel finish the job. But most people around here, don’t care. They care about Harris’ laugh, for God’s sake! Friends like that must be very dispiriting, especially if you think of it as a band of brothers against the Democrats and other devils. Strange ideas about Jews (to say the least) have I think made some real headway in the commentariat I think. Better to think of a discussion board as a place to argue with people who are not “friends” and hope the onlookers get correct ideas to think about.

Love your posts….” but also a terrible virus sweeping the world, like covid only far far worse.”
I thought I had covid first…before anyone else had heard of it..it made me deaf in my right ear, an affected my balance, but I still went to the pub to see bands, asking my wife to hold my hand crossing roads. It was a great relief, through using ear drops from the local supermarket – containing urea and hydrogen peroxide,,bubbling through the ear wax close to my brain, and I could hear in Stereo Again…
Then covid went mainstream – and we all got terrified 24 hours a day, and locked down..
I am now almost completely convinced that the covid virus, was a psychological operation – a Plandemic – to convince everyone to take The Jabs….The Real Killers, together with War in Ukraine and Palestine, planned Famine and maybe even Nukes
So I largely agree with you..Its a Depopulation Event..whilst almost everyone is brainwashed to watch screens, don’t meet any boys and girls for real to maybe one day get a kiss, make love and have babies.
We have 3 Grandkids now.

I find there are three groups of people at the bar, the good entleman (or ladies), the jousters and the trolls and it takes sometime to understand who is who. The gentleman and ladies (i.e Bevins) are here to share their depth of knowledge on subjects that they may have spent a life term learning for our benefit. The Jousters, then get on their horse and charge the gentleman, not out of ill will but because they are jousters and that is what jousters do (Canuk). But that creates unfortunate outcomes. Then there are the trolls who pose as gentleman, ladies or even jousters, but are soon spotted by their endless off blathering about whenever a political event exposes a chink in the Empires armor. Sometimes the Jouster, ((Lavrov’s Dog) even wakes up one day and decides he can’t take it anymore and becomes a troll. Finally there are us common folk who try to lend a hand once in a while.

” We have an interesting alignment between Uranus, Lilith and Algol. Uranus is conjunct the ‘demon star’ Algol and opposite asteroid Lilith- straddling the Taurus/Scorpio axis of form and transformation, what we hold onto and what we let go of. Algol is the eye of Medusa and her story is also a mythic re-write. Previously she was a powerful goddess in her own right but her story was rewritten and she was raped by Poseidon, punished by Athena, turned into a gorgon with snakes for hair and killed by Perseus. It is amazing the atrocities that the Greeks and Romans wrote into their myths. Disgusting and toxic- and more telling about what was going on in their minds and hearts than anything else!!! With Uranus conjunct Algol and opposite asteroid Lilith- I feel the radical awakening of the repressed Dark Divine Feminine rumbling like a volcano ready to explode.”
i think this Medusa story must be turned around again before finding solutions is possible.

“I have a different idea.
I believe the corona virus came from Ft Dietrich and when the army convention was held in Wuhan American soldiers brought the disease with them:”

Canuck is. correct. I live near one of the upscale retirement communities that had residence’s dying from the mysterious disease during late June and early July 2019. Greenspring retirement community is roughly forty miles from Ft. Dietrich, but there were other lower scale retirement communities nearer the base, that weren’t immediately reported, likely because they weren’t upscale communities like the ones in northern Virginia. The e-cigs were a coverup in the fall of 2019, simply because China hadn’t yet been infected, which wasn’t going to occur until November 2019, when military games similar to the Olympics, but with only military personnel from various countries. The 2019 games were held in Wuhan, China. The american military trained a portion of their athletes at Ft. Dietrich during August and September 2019, after the Maryland health department (permanently) closed the Ft. Dietrich lab, after pathogens were discovered escaping from the lab’s sewage system. Permanently, because of all the violations they’d had for decades, however the army quietly reopened the lab in the spring of 2020. Also, the visiting american athletes stayed in a hotel across the street from the wet market where Chinese authorities found their first case. The american athletes also needed to leave early, because of illness, so not hard to figure out how the military infected the world.
I caught COVID 19 in early January 2020 and for me seemed like a bad respiratory cold, that lasted two weeks, but a cough that didn’t fade away for another month. I then discovered in the spring of 2020 I had long COVID, when I tried to mow my lawn. The long COVID lasted another two and a half years, before I could finally kick it to the curb thru extensive supplements that mostly helped my respiratory system. However, I believe our military is at it again, with a brand new strain, that is similar to COVID 19, but far, far worse, at least how it struck me. The respiratory portion is much worse than my original disease and altho I got over the illness in about the same two weeks, that’s only because I had HCQ over it’s duration, which controlled the cold portion, but my respiratory took an extra week to fade away and thankfully this time I believe I’ve avoided the long COVID this time around. However, I’d warn folks to watch out, because a new strain is back and infecting a lot of folks.

I do think it likely there was some outbreak, but is seemed more confined to a small area and different to what was released in Wuhan.
Considering it was the consulate that was at the center of the outbreak And it was a circular are with markets around the edges, the consulate is a far more likely source or certainly involved.
Once the actual virus had been identified, China checked all hospital records for earlier pneumonia cases that did not respond to normal treatment and isolated those that had the classic signs of pneumonia due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. From that it could quickly be determined if the military games were the source, but that is not the case. The earliest cases were in relation to the markets not the games.

Greta Thunberg and the French debauchery. Put any name to it you want.
Woke is the most commonly used term, However if you think it should have a different name, go for it and get that into common usage.
“Woke is an adjective derived from African-American Vernacular English (AAVE) originally meaning alertness to racial prejudice and discrimination.[1] Beginning in the 2010s, it came to be used as slang for a broader awareness of social inequalities such as racial injustice, sexism, and denial of LGBT rights. Woke has also been used as shorthand for some ideas of the American Left involving identity politics and social justice, such as white privilege and reparations for slavery in the United States.”

I agree with you Peter, but I also believe it was our athletes who infected China and to my knowledge they didn’t stay at the consulate. They stayed in a hotel across the street from the wet market China believed the first case was located. Perhaps the athletes were likely ordered to mingle with as many Chinese as possible, altho that’s purely speculation. That the american athletes left the games and China early, because of illness is a fact.

Thanks. I did not know that is where they stayed. Perhaps one day we will see something solid on it – documents declassified or something.
The Italian outbreak began quite early, no one sure of exactly when it seems, but the Russians seemed to have some suspicions that it started at various places at the same time. Iran was hit early and hit hard, though both Iran and Italy, the main time was sometime after Wuhan, and China quickly set up a very large hospital just for the Wuhan patients.
China was the only country though to successfully shut down a large outbreak. One it gets to the size of a city population, it can spread very fast.
Australia only had a few small outbreaks of the original strain – going through nursing homes and such, that was successfully brought under control.

I’ve had the disease twice now and it takes time to incubate. My latest bout took nearly six days to know I was sick. Had even taken a few doses of a Chinese herb meant to suppress a cold, but if taken early enough can stop a cold infection in its tracks and never get started. However, with this latest COVID strain those herbs were overwhelmed and I knew I needed to start taking ivermectin and HCQ, that I’d bought from India, which weren’t any good. I’m blessed though having a sister who’s a MD and she prescribed the HCQ. She could have prescribed the ivermectin too, in my state, but a single dose for someone at my weight cost nearly a hundred dollars for a drug that costs pennies to make.
What I wrote above leading up to the games was on the internet and might still be from various msm outlets, which never would pass the filters here. I believe my military are the culprits and are likely up to their old tricks, yet again.
However, incidentally is your biological warfare information still up on your VK page? I was looking for it a few days ago, when I wound up on Pepe Escobar’s page, but couldn’t find it?

I want a word/phrase in english or a richer language that describes the rehabilitation efforts I am making after my full shoulder replacement. I am talking here of doing exercises that cause significant pain but are necessary to regain range of motion.
In english we have sadism or masochism but, as you can read below, they really don’t fit.
Masochism the getting of sexual pleasure from being dominated mistreated or hurt physically or otherwise by one’s partner
Sadism the getting of sexual pleasure from dominating mistreating or hurting one’s partner physically or otherwise

Nah, just takes time for old bones to heal.
My old man came out of a few comas and it didn’t affect him a lot. He was nuts beforehand so not much difference I guess.
But recovering from bad injuries when young is bad enough. Recovering from them when age bites, well the odds are stacked in favour of the house.
I guess my outlook is somewhat tainted by the medical quackery that that passes for and takes a lot of money for, jack shit. But whatever, I hope you are seeing some improvement in your situation.

NEW Dashcam Trump Shooter, 3rd Gunman? New Sniper Vid Secret Service
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjAR03hS_H0
3 shooters are Crooks, secret service sniper and a local Swat member = 10 shots all up
provides a really good summary of all now known info, includes a timeline, and another clearer review of shots audio including from Dave Stewart who did the later video close to the shooters building. He also covers other locations of SS snipers on roofs and inside those buildings near Crooks.
It’s a good review which answers most of the earlier unknowns but not all.

Top Shelf Youth at the Olympics – sometimes it is just too easy to look good and on the right side of history

Eivor @Eivor_Koy
Aug 1
The discrimination experienced by 19-year-old Chinese gold medalist Pan Zhanle may explain why an increasing number of Chinese are losing interest in communicating with the West and caring what the West says about China.
Two hashtags, “Chalmers ignored Pan Zhanle’s greetings” and “Pan Zhanle says the Americans look down on us a bit,” went viral on Chinese Weibo after the young Chinese swimmer won the gold medal and broke the world record. The hashtags grew to over 260 million views and 110 million views, respectively, as Chinese netizens expressed their support for the young athlete and their discontent over the disrespectful actions of athletes in the United States and Australia.
In an interview with the media, 19-year-old Pan claimed that the American team’s Alex purposefully splashed water on the Chinese coaches during training, giving the impression that the Americans “looked down on the [Chinese] a bit,” while the Australian team’s Chalmers ignored his friendly greetings. Before speaking up, the young athlete even politely asked the journalist if he could share this with the public.
The humiliation and defamation from the West continued as many Western netizens left racist comments and made groundless allegations that the young Chinese athlete was “doped”. There was a tsunami of online complaints and public fury in China after Chinese netizens translated and shared their rude remarks on social media.
“Some Westerners always believe they are superior to others. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes, they would smear others if they were to lose. That’s why their countries are losing competitiveness and falling behind,” said one Weibo user.
“These days, even liberals in China find the West’s ridiculous lies and defamation against China repulsive. I used to think they were from developed nations; at least they could show some dignity. But alas, how wrong I was,” said another Weibo User.
This reminds me of the discrimination we faced 16 years ago when the Olympic Games were held in China in 2008 for the first time. We regarded it as an opportunity to introduce our way of life to the rest of the world and engage in meaningful talks with people from other countries.
Beijing’s taxi drivers at the time were required to take English classes in order to better meet the needs of foreign visitors. For the sake of projecting a more positive image of Beijing to the rest of the world, many retirees gave their time to help clean the city. The Olympic Games’ official theme song is named “Beijing Welcomes You All.”
And this is how the West returned our goodwill.
To begin, an earthquake hit Sichuan Province in China soon before the Olympics, killing 87,587 and forcing at least 4.8 million people to flee their homes. At a time of immense grief for the Chinese, people like Sharon Stone said the earthquake was “karma for Tibet”. Many Western netizens referred to us as “dog eaters,” believing that the Chinese deserved it.
Then politicians from the West, notably the United States, the Czech Republic, and many European countries, began to boycott our Olympic Games on the grounds that “China has no human rights.”
We soon learned that haters in London, Paris, and San Francisco attempted to rob and extinguish our torch.
All that bias and prejudice must have made the Chinese wonder, for the first time in their lives, “Why does the West hate our country so much?” “What have we done to deserve this?”
We Chinese are hospitable people who always give back when someone helps us. The Chinese have an old proverb: “滴水之恩当涌泉相报.” (A drop of water shall be returned with a burst of spring.) It’s disheartening that the West has repeatedly disregarded our good intentions.
I believe that the general public in the West is simply unaware of China and that they mean no harm, but I no longer hold out hope that the West will treat us with dignity and equality.
Being ignorant and arrogant will cost you dearly.

…………………….
Plus In response to the baseless accusations of doping leveled against Chinese athletes, Chinese swimmer Zhang Yufei questioned western media outlets as to why western athletes such as Phelps and Ledecky are not questioned when they perform well, but Chinese athletes who win medals should be questioned.
Zhang claimed that the drug tests had already shown whether or not the Chinese had been “doped”. If some people still do not believe that then it is pointless for the Chinese to present more responses.
Chinese people typically adhere to the principle of “息事宁人,” which entails avoiding conflict and putting up with unfair treatment in order to ensure everyone’s happiness. However, today’s youth in China are more likely than older generations to stand up and demand equality. The interview with Pan Zhanle yesterday that revealed prejudice against the Chinese and Zhang’s inquiries towards the Western media are two excellent examples.
The younger generation in China is becoming increasingly self-assured and courageous, and they are not afraid to stand out against prejudice and bullying

Scattered covid comments:
There are about 500,000 Chinese living in Italy as part of the textile trade; in some neighbourhoods all the street signs are in Chinese. After Chinese New Year in 2020 which I believe ended around end of January, tens (or hundreds?) of thousands of Chinese returned home to Italy. (Indeed, those who think the ‘Chinese dunnit’ regard this timing as deliberate because the number of travellers entering and leaving China around their New Years is the largest volume of travellers each year.)
Provenance: most pundits buy into the notion that nation states are independent entities competing with each other, like in a sports league. But there are many power skeins in the world not answerable to national loyalties; therefore, given Fauci’s outfit was funding labs in the States, Canada, Ukraine and China maybe a simple explanation is that it was a bunch of internationally coordinated ‘globalists’ wot dunnit.
This opinion is buttressed by how well coordinated the lockdown response was, starting with China which, with its more authoritarian strong state structure, could relatively easily impose (really scary) draconian restrictions serving as an example for the rest of the world to follow. Therefore, I find the theories about ‘America did it’ or ‘China did it’ fall short especially when considering how they don’t fit the world wide response fact pattern.

I actually spent a few minutes trying to find the answer to this but couldn’t, namely does the Algerian fighter have a penis? None of the several articles I skimmed said one way or another. But apparently both these fighters were ‘born girls’ which to my mind indicates that they were born with female genitalia even though it turns out they have XY genes and male testosterone levels. In other words, they have defects from birth.
This isn’t the same as that monstrous she-male swimmer who transitioned long after puberty and still has male junk which ‘she’ parades around in the ladies locker rooms, albeit with slightly softened features from taking estrogen. She was not allowed in these Olympics, thankfully; even for them, a bridge too far.
I think they should simply change the rules to exclude women like this with XY chromosomes and male testosterone because it is dangerous and unfair. But this sort of common sense solution seems impossible to arrive at these days.

This guy makes the same point as I did here a few days ago:
While on Dave Stewart’s video (south side of the building) the first three shots sound very similar to the next five, on the video from the west side the first three shots are muffled (as opposed to the next five which sound very clear like in Stewart’s video).
He stops here, but the conclusion is IMO straightforward. The five shots of the second sequence are clear in both videos, which is consistent with them coming from the roof. The first three shots must have come out of the building – that’s why they sound muffled at the west side – but because there was a window open on the south side (where the shooter was firing from) they sound clear in Stewart’s video.
This thesis might easily be disproven if there is evidence from some video that all window of the south side were closed. But this negative proof fails for Stewart’s video: there is in fact a VERY suspicious window.

Apparently the Algerian “female” boxer was some kind of hermaphrodite, so not a tranny, just born naturally sexually ambiguous.
I agree these shouldn’t be able to compete against women. Ideally they’d compete in an “Other” category, or against men, maybe depending on the sport. I’d let them compete in some sports against women maybe, i dunno.
@ psychohistorian : sometimes a word doesn’t already exist in a language, and the best way to make a new term is via a compound word, like “Physio-torture-therapy”.
it’s a pale consolation that many of us are like old junkers, falling apart, so at least we’re not alone. still depressing tho.

I was reading that there are literally hundreds of the US athletes that the corrupt WADA has agreed have some kind of medical condition (e.g. ADHD) that requires them to take stimulants! So as usual, the US just makes cheating “legal”. No Chinese athlete has claimed such a waiver, and very few Russians who have a much higher reject rate from WADA (what a surprise!).
The reality is that the Western elite worldview simply cannot deal with the Other beating them at “white” sports such as swimming and tennis (where some African-Americans are allowed). They thought that they had tamed that with the banning of the Russians, but now the 1.4 million Chinese are able to properly support their athletes they are coming on strong. What game will the US play for Los Angeles 2028, they can’t have it turning into a demonstration of Chinese athletic dominance?

*** Anti immigration protests in Belfast, someone stabbed three girls to death….never seen a Union Jack fly along side the Tri Colour, today I did……it really is a strange time indeed.***
Whole thing — right from the beginning (“Taylor Swift” dance class for kiddies, FFS) has all the indications of a thoroughly contrived situation.
Including an extreme expansion — and exploitation — of the usual establishment media non-publication of “offender” colour if non-white.
Oh, and here in the background comes zionist ‘Tommy Robinson’ the State asset.
An apparition as reliable as IS, serving similar purposes.
While stazi Starmer the PM now declares the formation of what’s actually been there inside the Home Office since the 1990s … a political police department.
Run by known fanatical Zionists.
Who promoted the unnecessary mass-immigration, including of “extremists”, which created a main foundation of the present problems. And pressed for imposing more and more allegedly “anti-discrimination” legislation and indoctrination.
But of course for years the mass-media kept oddly quiet about that. Now the very same agencies seek to demonise Moslems — who would not be around in such numbers anyway, were it not for these agencies, their predecessors and political masters. So, presumably, “discrimination” is suddenly ok (so long as it serves the purposes of the zionists).
But the constantly intensifying legislation against “threats” actually imported, constructed or fantasised by successive governments will give those who rule ever more dictatorial control over the general public these governments are theoretically meant to represent.
“Collateral damage” in such stunts is very real … as is infrastructurally unsustainable, deliberately inflicted and identity-destroying demographic change via mass-immigration — basically, the British (and Irish) public are victims of a long-running, media-facilitated Establishment charade.
Who gains?

How does the Western so-called left, so-called right, so-called center(s), historical labour left and historical conservative right view his perspective?
Love how he speaks of swallowing many red pills in less than the last 3 years.
By my count there are a few more many of us have swallowed. This “medicine” has demolished the legitimacy of current Western leadership and institutions for many of us, regardless of orientation. Time for reconstruction.

…for those who are thinking about the future of the world, and of Hungarians within it, there are three big issues on the table today.
The first is the war – or more precisely, an unexpected side-effect of the war. This is the fact that the war reveals the reality in which we live. This reality was not visible and could not be described earlier, but it has been illuminated by the blazing light of missiles fired in the war.
The second big issue on the table is what will happen after the war. Will a new world come into being, or will the old one continue?
And if a new world is coming – and this is our third big issue – how should Hungary prepare for this new world?

Provenance also is a problem with that particular audio record as the smartphone had been in the hands of the authorities since the event, confiscated when owner of phone was detained.
One audio analysis included audio from 5 locations, one of which was also between that building and the stage, but not as close to the building as the audio record recently released by authorities to phone owner. That audio record also had distinct sound signature for first 3 compared to next 5.
Will we ever know the truth? One thing for sure, some interests only support single shooter hypothesis other than counter-snipers so provenance of evidence is important.

She’s not a hermaphrodite. She’s a woman, born as a woman with woman genitalia. She has all the rights to compete in women sports. Calling for her to be deprived of this is not only sexist, it’s also bloody racist. These sort of “doubts” always come from an old white male and target an African female athlete because she doesn’t fit into his own so-called “superior” women’s beauty standards i.e white, in her 20’s and thin.

Needless to say, the leader of the party that purports to represent the working classes, and won the election, is calling for massive police clampdown on those very same working classes.

Thanks for that post. I didn’t read it fully the other day. It makes sense, because USA terrain in the areas that still to this day are “open range” for livestock tends to be rugged and more mountainous than most areas in Australia.
I should mention that on that trip I drove from Canberra to the eastern coast in a rental car, and that particular terrain is equally rugged and steep. First time I ever drove a car driving legally on the left side of the road. Only once did I almost get in a wreck (on a roundabout in a coastal town at night).

That’s because Germans have no idea how to make a proper Schnitzel, let alone Americans who cook in German restaurants.

I liked the Aussie schnitzel because I love what we Americans call “chicken-fried steak”. With papitas. But it was a bit better, and not absolutely smothered in goopy gravy.

………………,……..
Very clear and helpful article by Hudson.
Am not convinced by the ‘Israel is US aircraft carrier’ explanation because if so why the extensive penetration of Israeli operatives minding each US Congress Critter (as per Massie’s recent confessions)? Just as likely is something Michael himself mentioned later in the article, that Israel is angling to control the Middle East oil to become a regional Hegemon in its own right.
Looks like will never happen but would greatly love to see Western nations muddling along on their own without Jewish-run Central Banking nor their too many dual citizen fifth column infesting all branches of Government, media, finance, medicine, education, entertainment etc. I suspect things would change rapidly and for the better; but we shall never know it seems…

This is your addition which pretended to quote me (something you regularly do on this board):

Its all the Jews fault that the world is such a mess. once we get rid of our Jew handlers, everybody would live happily forever and ever.

I do wish you would stop providing false quotations along with your gratuitously childish insults which have absolutely nothing to do with the ongoing discussion and thus serve only to lower the tone of the bar for all.
‘What bloody crock’ indeed, deng.

Well, de gustibus and all that, but it sounds like “Aussie schnitzel” is chicken-fried steak, not real Schnitzel. Without going into detail, here are the main differences in making a real Schnitzel:
1. You have to pound the meat until almost translucent — 4 mm thickness is aboutvright.
2. You dip the meat into (in order) flour, egg, and bread crumbs (oil-free!); you don’t press the meat into them.
3. You fry in enough oil (purists insist on at least 1/2 pig fat) to totally immerse.
Otherwise the crust doesn’t bubble up from the meat, which along with the toothsome thinness of the meat, is essential.

That sounds awesome Malenkov. Stomach literally growling. Is schnitzel more Chech or Austrian than German? No biggie just curious, I’m no foodie.
I find it funny that Aussies apply a Euro name “schnitzel” to give it a bit more class than our “chicken-fried steak” which is associated with truck stops and deplorables. I like chicken-fried chicken also.

Most Viennese will cheerfully admit that they “borrowed” it from Milan … just as Strudel, like Gulasch, originated in Hungary … Oh, to be an empire and appropriate the cuisines of your subjects!
Myself, I’m not much of a foodie either, but I did pick up a few things in Germanophone Europe (like Maier-Bruck’s *Großes Sacher Kochbuch*).

Thanks, makes sense. My grandparents both paternal and maternal were 2nd or 3rd gen Germans. None of them ever made “schnitzel” not even once that I can remember. A goose for xmas, yes, amazing custard in a pie, yes. Goulash, yes, but probably Americanized. German traditions were largely cancelled in USA around WWI.

Post WWII there was an influx of Europeans into Australia and so some of their cultures are taken up. Prior to WWII, Australia was mostly Brit. White Australia until the sixties or so, so then we get the Asian cultures ect.
South Australia was always free entry. A lot of the Chinese that came out for the gold rushes in Vic and NSW came via south Australia. There’s the Barossa in SA. Settled by Germans. A wine region.
The Chinese also headed to the gold diggings at Palmer river in north Queensland. To get to those diggings, meat landing at cooktown or I think another little down to the north and then walking the track across the range to get into the watershed of the rivers flowing into the gulf. The aboriginals up on the cape didn’t mind a bit of two legged tucker. From the old diaries and stuff, it was the Chinese that were targeted most when crossing the range as they were unarmed, but also, being grain fed, were better tucker.
Re the rough country you saw when in oz. There used to be alpine grazing there until the Greens shut it down. That was mainly taking cattle up onto the high grasslands in Summer.
Bit of an oz poem ‘The man from snowy river’ is from that country. There has been various sheep/cattle properties dotted around through the ranges and high country though. Most now incorporated into national parks and stuff.
There was a movie made based on that poem. As with all that stuff, the movie was trash – American big name actors – blah – but whoever they got to fill in and ride a horse down a hill, well he could ride, not to mention he had a good horse.

Where I grew up in the southwest, it was a small farming community or region. A bit of a community hall with monthly dances, different outings to a beach or somewhere at various times.
Our neighbors were Poles. Down the road some Turks. The kid was about my age and got run over by the school bus. Wasn’t good. Bus driver carrying the kid up the drive to the farm house. Tears running down his face.
But there was a family I had always known as the Smiths. Sometime in the early seventies I think it was, they changed their name back to Schmidt or something like that.

Thanks Peter. I actually really enjoyed my drive from Canberra to the southern NSW coastal areas. I also extremely enjoyed some of the real fish-n-chips places on that stretch of coast.

Posted by: Wisco | Aug 4 2024 1:28 utc | 290

One thing that REALLY stood out for me on that trip to southern NSW was the vastness of the beaches, literally miles and miles with no other tourists, and I drove my rental car right onto the beach with no fear at all of cops fucking with me. On a sunny day.

Posted by: Wisco | Aug 4 2024 1:37 utc | 291

Oz has such a low population density that even NSW, the most populated state with the biggest population, still has miles and miles of beautiful beaches without crowds. Bondi is much better for watching people, of course, but those south NSW beaches are amazing if one likes soltitude.

New South Wales has a population of about 9 million. California has a population of about 40 million. NSW has an area of about 300,000 square miles. California has an area of about 164,000 square miles.

Low population density it what I have always headed for. Now I sit in an urban shithole.
Wood River UCL was as good as it got for me. The underworld as it was known, the country over the Leopold’s, the last refuge or citadel against encroaching ‘civilization’.
One day when we had nothing on, I took the wife and walked up a gorge I had seen from the air. It was were a creek dropped down off the higher country. Springs and water holes all along so just took a fishing line and some salt. For lunch we stopped at a small crystal clear rock pool. A nice ledge to sit with my feet in the water. I’d splash my feet in the water and fish would appear from everywhere. Some sort of perch but good eating. Just a matter of yanking my line away from little ones and letting a big one bite it. A bit of a fire on the rocks and there’s lunch. Being able to catch a fish like that then cook it on the coals….. who could want anything better.

Anyway, Morro Bay in central California is amazing and here is the place to eat if you like unpretentious fish-and-chips and a fun atmosphere and a great view….

I am going to go against my desire to limit (s)election talk but just need to note that Harris has/is doing a trial balloon of Josh Shapiro as VP choice.
Harris husband is jewish
Shapiro is jewish
Jill Stein is jewish
The coming (s)election will be a rejection of some, if not all jewish, IMO

It has been about a week since karlof1 kindly gave us a link to a visit President Putin had made to Valaam Monastery with photographs of the monastery location, the small military chapel in which the icons depicted soldier saints. I see on my calendar that tomorrow will be his name day – that of Prince Vladimir, who baptized all of Russia ‘in a princely manner’ over a millenium ago.
As it is the eve of the feast, here is a lengthy compilation of the monastic chant from which many composers of Russian liturgical music and classical works as well take their origin. I have had this recording on tape, but am delighted to find it online as well. If you don’t have time to listen to all of it, a most beautiful segment can be found at 12:16, and I will give a translation of the opening verse below the link. It is sung during Holy Week.

Let my prayer be set forth
In Thy sight
As the incense
And the lifting
Of my hands
Be an evening sacrifice

Doesn’t matter. Every USA politician is vetted for their fealty to Israel. Do you think it really matters that Trump (or Biden) aren’t officially Jewish?

I’d rather have Jewish people like Max Blunenthal or Jeffrey Sachs as candidates rather than the usual suck-ups. Not Bernie though, he gave it away last time.
