Neither me nor my wife was there today in our local park, but I have heard only my family side of the story – well our eldest grandchild (8) vs big Bully in his class (8)
You just threw a bottle of water at me, I ducked, and you hit My Baby Sister in her Face and She is Crying.
Do you want to fight? that’s my 6 year old brother here and he doesn’t like you either ..
Next time Water Pistols at Dawn…

they will definitely use their proxies to harm Iran (ISIS-K and other “sunni muslims” which for some reason fight their own brothers when it counts).

They’re already doing that and have been for quite some time now: scientist assassination, terrorist bombings, sanctions, industrial sabotage, colour revolution attempts etc etc.
Iran soaks it up and continues on its own path, making alliances and working on its reputation of being a reliable business partner and ally.
The US ZioNazis can attack them openly, with conventional weapons in Iran, with missile and air attacks, but they can defend themselves and they’ll survive, though take some damage.
They have Chinese and Russian backing to a certain extent, so they’d recover.
So, the danger is that the ZioNazi see how few options they really have and, given that think that their real security lies only in creating fear amongst their neighbors and belive that they have an Hashem-given right and expectation to be able to act with impunity, decide to go nuclear

13 April headline “Iran’s Retaliation Delay Keeps Pressure On U.S. And Israel”.
Well that did not age well.

How did that work out?
This is draining US and Israel.

Really? Have you looked at what the Shekel is trading at? How is the TA-125 doing? How about that Rial
Btw orders for Israeli air defense systems just went through the roof (Hint, it’s not the murican patriot system.)
So where are we at. Israel fires 6 missiles and takes out 4 IRGC leaders while Iran fires 350+ missiles/drones with 60 tons of explosives and puts a small crater at Nevatim air base that is already repaired.
And today’s warning “Israel may want to hit back on Iran. It would be stupid to do so.”
FA and you are about to FO. Stay tuned

No. 25. I steal not only land with impunity but also all Palestinians’ bank accounts, investments, economic infrastructure built up by them—oh, and also I grab all of the Palestinian women’s jewelry off of their arms, ears, and necks and I make them undress in public if I think they might be hiding one piece of their jewelry after they have been driven from their homes and have had to leave all of their belongings behind for Jewish refugees and covetous kibbutzim to take possession of.

I always try and see it from a Child’s point of view…I know they all really like The Girl (8) in their class at school…They have not seen her over the Easter holidays and she is due back at school tomorrow…
Her Mum’s Mum dropped dead, and they had to travel to the funeral.
Due to some completely ridiculous bollocks, they won’t let her Mum and her travel back to England yet, and we are looking after her cat.
Fly away from England – No Problem.

Let’s see if I have this right:
1. On April 1 Israel bombed the Iranian embassy in Syria, killing two Iranian generals. (This would be the second embassy bombed by Israel. The first was the British embassy in Rome in 1946 by Irgun.)
2. Iran vowed to retaliate, taking its time. It spent the next two weeks in a huddle with Russia and China figuring out an appropriate response which would not result in expanding the conflict in the Middle East, something Israel clearly wants.
Iran, Russia, and China have a “partnership”; they have carried out extensive military drills and operations in support of this partnership.
3. On April 14, having already warned the US of what it intended to do, Iran launched a barrage of drones toward Israel, followed by two more waves of missiles.
4. With the aid of the US, France, and UK, Israel was able to shoot down most of the drones, spending about a billion dollars worth of arms in the process of shooting down obsolete cheap Iranian armament.
5. Iran was also able to do damage to the two military bases from where the attack on the Iranian embassy originated. Military personnel was evacuated, but damage to the bases was sustained. The extent of the damage is contested by the two sides.
6. Iran declared that the incident was closed so far as they were concerned.
7. Israel vowed to retaliate, but a phone call from Biden put a stop to that…for who knows how long.
The way I read this is that
1. Israel failed to goad Iran into escalating the Gaza war into a larger regional conflict.
2. Iran was able to deplete Israel’s expensive anti-missile ordonance.
3. Iran was able to demonstrate the precision and effectiveness of the strikes it actually meant to complete.
4. Iran was able to show that despite advanced warning, Israel would have been unable to shoot down all the drones without help form US, UK, and France, which shot down about half the drones.
5. Iran was able to show that it could act intelligently, rationally, and that it too was backed by powerful friends.
6. The operation was carried out in a way that allowed both sides to save face, which is a tricky tactical feat.
7. Hamas has already shown that the IDF is a crap army good mostly at shooting down women and children.
8. Now Iran has shown that without outside help, Israel is a paper tiger with nuclear weapons.
Have I missed anything?

Great summation. Earlier today, I was thinking many of us 3 years ago assumed that the IDF was fearsome, the most brutal of concentration camp guards in the history of genocide.
And now that we have seen them fight, we know that every other cousin Moshe who did reserve training is a Major General who craps his pants during urban combat assaulting an empty building.
After Russia has called NATO’s bluff, I wonder what other fantasies and fairytales we still orient our perception of reality around.

I have to agree with the substance of your post. Although, we don’t really know the true damage done by the missiles as they hit bases and no independent media will ever be allowed to assess it. Israel is a lying entity and nothing they say can be trusted.
“Winning” for Iran would be the King of Jordan swinging from a lampost while a new Islamic government takes over for the Western puppet regime.
“A tie” would have been killing the same number of Israeli generals that were killed in the Syrian consulate strike.
This looks like losing to me. With an asterisk, for perhaps winning the economic part of the war.

Posted by: Ghost of Zanon | Apr 15 2024 0:26 utc | 113

Had Iran fired 240 more ballistic missiles and 100 more drones and cruise missiles, Israel, US bases and UK planes would have run out of interceptor missiles.
Thereafter it would have been open skies for Iran, Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. to attack anywhere in Israel, most importantly its air defense systems and bust them for good. It takes years to replace them.
A hit on Dimona would have been the icing on the cake.

The damage is inconsequential. What matters is that the missiles got through and made an impact. Iron Sieve, Arrow, David’s Sling. All defeated and the entire world saw it, and then the Israelis, as they reflexively do, run and cry victim to make sure no one hasn’t heard about how they got their ass beat live on the internet with forewarning.
The King of Jordan is irrelevant.
Measuring victory as killing people is a primitive discivilizational approach.
It is a zero-sum game that cannot produce any victory worth having. It is the mentally and emotionally retarded stuff the Zionists do.

Got a text from trump campaign asking if i am going to vote Trump; Yes or No. Responded back with the question, ‘are you going to support Israel’s genocide of Palestine?’ A few minutes later got a response back, ‘successfully unsubscribed’. There is of course the possibility that it was not the Trump campaign, but the opposition, ie Biden’s losers.
If it is Trump’s campaign, and that is his position on Israel Zionists’ mass murder ethnic cleansing of Palestine, I wouldn’t vote for that pompous git if you paid me.

David Hearst of Middle East Eye has been fighting, courageously, for Palestine for decades now.
In this article he sums up the current state of the game succinctly.
Israel has gone too far, it has lost the plot. And yesterday’s Iranian demonstration attack proves it’
Hearst ends his article by describing the situation in Jordan, which distinguished itself by taking Israel’s side yesterday against the muslim and most of the rest of the world’s opinion.
“…The kingdom of Jordan is staring down both barrels of a shotgun, its government unable to decide what to do: face down the rallies that have been rocking Amman for over a week by arresting its organisers and speakers; or praise the protests as an expression of the national mood.
“Former Jordanian minister of information, Samih al-Maaytah, speaking to the Saudi channel Al Hadath, has tried to point the finger of blame at Khaled Meshaal, the former head of Hamas’s political wing, who survived an assassination attempt by Mossad in Jordan.
“But as Maaytah knows only too well, the protests have become much larger than a mere expression of solidarity with Gaza. They are displays of strength by the clans, in which East Bankers outdo Palestinians in their challenge to the king’s authority.
“The mood of revolt is contagious, just as it was at the start of the Arab Spring. The rallies in Amman are echoed by mass demonstrations in Morocco and the syndicates in Cairo. The dictators who suppressed the Arab Spring are worried and have begun giving each other support.
“It’s clear what is happening, and what will happen if Israel is allowed to continue this war for another six months.
“It takes a lot to admit that a lifelong dream of a homeland for Jews in the Middle East is turning into a nightmare. But for all those who support this venture, that is what is happening.”

The way I read this is that
1. Israel failed to goad Iran into escalating the Gaza war into a larger regional conflict.
That was Israel’s goal? October 6th was such a nice day.
2. Iran was able to deplete Israel’s expensive anti-missile ordonance.
How do you know this? Jason? al-jazeera?
3. Iran was able to demonstrate the precision and effectiveness of the strikes it actually meant to complete.
So there are specific targets destroyed? Like say targeting a specific consulate in Syria while leaving the next door Iranian and Canadian
embassies unscathed?
4. Iran was able to show that despite advanced warning, Israel would have been unable to shoot down all the drones without help form US, UK, and France, which shot down about half the drones.
So if Iran did not give advance warning the drones would have made it to Israel?
5. Iran was able to show that it could act intelligently, rationally, and that it too was backed by powerful friends.
Intelligent and rational if you like theocracies. And yes Russia will be powerful.
6. The operation was carried out in a way that allowed both sides to save face, which is a tricky tactical feat.
See below on anything you missed.
7. Hamas has already shown that the IDF is a crap army good mostly at shooting down women and children.
So hamas has Israel on the ropes? Pushed back to the Golan Heights perhaps?
8. Now Iran has shown that without outside help, Israel is a paper tiger with nuclear weapons.
Because of the precision and effectiveness thing in number 3?
Have I missed anything?
Yes, the arab channels mocking Iran. The arab memes have been brutal.

Yemen’s ‘uninhibited’ attacks push French warship to exit Red Sea
NATO forces have been unable to deter the pro-Palestine operations of the Yemeni armed forces despite heavily militarizing the Red Sea
https://thecradle.co/articles-id/24362
“France’s Aquitaine-class FREMM frigate Alsace has turned tail from the Red Sea after running out of missiles and munitions repelling attacks from the Yemeni armed forces, according to its commander, Jerome Henry.
“We didn’t necessarily expect this level of threat. There was an uninhibited violence that was quite surprising and very significant. [The Yemenis] do not hesitate to use drones that fly at water level, to explode them on commercial ships, and to fire ballistic missiles,” Henry told French news outlet Le Figaro in an exclusive interview published on 11 April.
“We had to carry out at least half a dozen assistances following [Yemeni] strikes,” he added.
The commander of the Alsace also revealed that, after a 71-day deployment, all combat equipment was depleted.
“From the Aster missile to the 7.62 machine gun of the helicopter, including the 12.7mm, 20mm, or 76mm cannon, we dealt with three ballistic missiles and half a dozen drones,” Henry adds.
According to the French commander, the Franco–Italian Aster missile – each carrying a price tag of up to $2 million – “was pushed to its limits” by the Yemeni armed forces, as the Alsace had to use it “on targets that we did not necessarily imagine at the start.”
Henry added that Sanaa has markedly increased its use of ballistic missiles after relying mainly on suicide drones at the start of the country’s pro-Palestine operations in the Red Sea and stressed that the French Navy has not faced such a tough battle since NATO collectively launched its 2011 war on Libya to depose the late ruler Muammar Gaddafi.
“I was there too. It wasn’t the same thing. It has been even longer since we have engaged with this level of weaponry and violence. The threat to the boat was much greater in the Red Sea,” Henry notes.”

If Oct 7 was a game changer for Hamas, yesterday’s attack of Occupied Palestine by Iran is another one.
Even if they have not killed or destroyed similar resources they have proven the ability to penetrate existing empire defenses which is huge.
Occupied Palestine can no longer attack with impunity and don’t have a Plan B for their future so its plan is likely still to force empire into the fray with some sort of false flag maybe.
Desperation/escalation time, IMO….I don’t see this dragging out like Ukraine.

Posted by: psychohistorian | Apr 15 2024 4:18 utc | 132

This looks like a big Iranian victory when viewed through an asymmetrical lens, forget the billion or so burned up in AD, the problem is AD is hard to come by at any price at the moment for the West.
The problem here is not dollars it is that dollars don’t necessarily magically conjure up new AD and that is what Iran has exploited, we are getting very close to an emperor has no clothes moment if not already there. Iran has exploited one of the main pain points of the west, all while showing Western AD is not vaunted as advertised.
It will be interesting to see who is in the drivers seat when it comes to Middle East policy , the USA or Israel, if the USA is dragged into a war which it knows it cannot win and in the end is forced to withdraw from the region in order to cut its military losses and preserve expensive kit or if the USA is in control and puts a check on Israel, we will know with the response. The longer the Israeli strike takes the more it will be cleared with Tehran and the more meaningless it will be. Even without escalation there is no way for the USA to win in any of these scenarios.
Jordan is also now in a precarious position as it is fully coming into the crosshairs of Iran/Syria/Hezbolah with no hope of Israel or the USA stepping in if it is seriously targeted. In fact if this thing escalates I expect Iran will do a serious use of force on Jordan before it hits Israel proper as Jordan is an entity that is expendable to the West.
I would not be sleeping tight if I was the Jordanian monarchy if Israel escalates.

Yo yo Jaime….Or, perhaps Iran, deliberately avoided targeting more critical infrastructure and killing large swathes of people..this time it was a serious warning. Next time, might be a whole lot different. I am inclined towards the supposition that Iran did not want this to escalate out of control if possible? They have demonstrated the capacity to breech the dense multi-faceted air defense that has been put in place and FULLY PREPARED for this reprisal attack. The decision-makers in Israel and Washington must now be aware that Iran can inflict enormous damage. Read Simplicius’s latest analysis. Those warheads can be loaded with all sorts of nasties, including Uranium (a dirty bomb). Iran can create a nuclear radiation catastrophe for Israel by hitting their nuclear power plant. Is it really worth it? No, it isn’t for most, but for crazies, maybe? This is a war Israel cannot hope to win. To cap it all off, Putin stated that if Iran is attacked, Russia will come to Iran’s aid. That aid will almost certainly include China. Then the Crescent will jump on the bandwagon. Its a f’kng disaster in the making for Israel snd the west. Essentially, the world vs the golden 60,000,000.

A politician plans their own escape route and plans a diplomatic escape route for their country’s war crimes.

‘Not Looking For A Significant Escalation’ – Israel Threatens Imminent Response To Iranian Attack, Then Walks It Back
What does that tell you about the effects of the Iranian strikes?
If there is further escalation, I expect it to be sooner rather than later because Occupied Palestine is running out of directions to go and there are no rumors of unconditional surrender like in Ukraine, yet……grin
Occupied Palestine is forced to do stupid things to retain what seems like the initiative….what does more ugly look like?….I don’t want to know.

From Simplicius [[[ The U.S. scrambled a large coalition to shoot the threats down, which included the U.S. itself, UK flying from Cyprus, France, and, controversially, Jordan which allowed them all to also use its airspace and even partook in the shoot downs. ]]]
Israel is not part of NATO. Israel is not even an ally of the US, there are no alliance treaties (which would entail reciprocity. The Jews just want benefits with no strings attached).
I imagine that to decide military operations of France, UK etc. (so-called democracies) there is a need for political authorizations at the highest level. In this case all it takes is a snap of the fingers and everyone runs. This is yet another confirmation of the power of the “Chosen”.
What Mearsheimer modestly described several years ago as the “Israel Lobby” (really the “Jewish lobby”) is an understatement.

He says he was at a meeting 50 years ago where much of this strategy was laid out. Really worth reading/watching though it is scary.

Thanks for this Matthew.

The main problem with measured Iranian action is that it works better with sane and rational actors.
This is a worldwide schoolyard brawl in terms of rationality, forethought and estimates of higher order effects.
Iran showed the bully it can hit hard, it just refrained. We will see if that is enough to scare the bully off one more time. Getting him to think is too mich to ask so we will see escalation.
Israel seems shocked 😲

Fadi Kuran said this about the strategic benefits of Iran’s strike on Israel:
“My analysis is that the scale of Iran’s attack, the diversity of locations it targeted, and weapons it used, forced Israel to uncover the majority of anti-missile technologies the US and it have across the region.
The Iranians did not use any weapons Israel didn’t know it had, it just used a lot of them. But the Iranians likely now have almost a full map of what Israel’s missile defence system looks like, as well as where in Jordan and the Gulf the US has installations. It also knows how long it takes to prepare them, how Israeli society responds…etc
This is a huge strategic cost to Israel, while Arab regimes now are being blasted by their peoples, particularly the Jordanian monarchy, for not doing anything to protect Gazans but then going all out to protect Israel.
Crucially, Iran can now reverse engineer all the intel gathered from this attack to make a much more deadly one credible. While the US and Israel will have to re-design away from their current model which has been compromised. Its success in stopping this choreographed attack is thus still very costly….”

143 Laura Roslin. Thank you for that link to Fadi Quran on Twitter. Further on in that quote, he says “Moreover, with the threat of a regional war that neither the US nor the Arab regimes want feeling nearer, it’s likely their pressure on Israel to back down will increase, making a ceasefire more feasible.” I have wondered if a there is a non-war scenario resulting from Iran’s action that would benefit the Palestinians.

COMBATE |🇵🇷
@upholdreality
🇮🇷 Iran at the UN: “Iran has warned time and again about the consequences of the malicious activities of the regime on regional and international peace and security. Iran has exercised maximum restraint. Now it is time for the occupying regime to bear full responsibility for its consequences.”
“For over six months now, the US, UK and France, especially the United States, have shielded Israel from any responsibility for the Gaza massacre, while they have denied Iran’s inherent right to self-defense against the Israeli armed attack on our diplomatic premises. At the same time, they shamefully justified the Israeli massacre and genocide against the defenseless Palestinian people under the pretext of self-defense.”
“Iran’s operation was entirely in the exercise of Iran’s inherent right to self-defense, as outlined in Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations and recognized by international law. This concluded action was necessary and proportionate.”
The absence of accountability and constant inaction faced with the Israeli genocide and war crimes against the Palestinian people has only emboldened this regime to continue its violation unchecked.
The US and its allies have blocked the Security Council for over six months, protecting Israel from accountability for the Gaza massacre. They not only avoid condemning Israel for these atrocities, but also actively try to cover up them. Their sole priority is supporting and defending Israel, regardless of the consequences and at all costs.”
“Iran has no intention of engaging in conflict with the U.S. in the region. We demonstrated our commitment to peace by exercising our restraint about involving the U.S. Army in intercepting Iranian drones and bombs for military targets in the occupied Palestinian territories. This underscores our dedication to de-escalating tension and avoiding the expansion of conflict.
However, if the U.S. initiates a military operation against Iran, its citizens, or its security and interests, Iran will use its inherent right to respond proportionately.”

While it is unfortunate that the spotlight have been removed from the Palestinians, my view is that Iran has demonstated that unless the UN starts enforcing the rules, it’s law of the jungle.
Who knows, the UN might start being relevant again.

Weak sauce from Iran. They have only strengthened the feeling of invincibility in the West. Israel now has a free hand in striking within Iran. Any target they like is fair.
The purpose of the attack was what? To discover the air defense network of Israel? How? With which assets can Iran do that? Satellites?
Was it to deplete AD missiles? Or show how attrition will extrapolate in the future? Also quite unconvincing. How do we know that Israel doesnt have 10s of thousands of AD missiles in storage? You think they are stupid and dont know attrition?
If you dont have the goods to deter your enemy, have better opsec so that stuff like that embassy attack doesnt happen. Fight on your level. Understand that Israel has an open card to do whatever they want because of the West’s guilt from the holocaust. Adapt. Their tech is far superior, they have honed the AD art down to every detail through years of practice. And Iran throws mopeds at it. Where are their more illustrious missiles? Why holding these back, for what contingency? The Russians are not holding back missiles and other tech.
If you really want to fight or deter this enemy, you better have the goods. Jews rule half of the world, banking and tech included maybe more, what is Iran thinking to achieve here?

Iran gave notice to the USA when they were going to attack Israel and the flight paths. They immediately gave it to Israel, so they knew what was going to happen hours the drones launched. It cost Israel around $1.3 billion in interceptor missiles and you don’t run down to Walmart to renew your stock. Drone are cheap and easy to make in comparison.
Jordan assisted Israel to some degree, that is what the Western media is reporting. How will that play out for the King of Jordan, who will now be labeled a Defender of Israel?

The Talmudic racism was generated in Judaism after God punished the Jews in Babylon, and after the Babylonians embraced Judaism at the invitation of prophet Yunus / Jonah AS
When ‘Eesa/ Jesus AS tried to correct their Talmudic racism , the rabbis tried to get him killed, but failed.
So tell me please, after Jesus failed , where this equal opportunities non- apartheid , non- Talmudic Judaism has come from, if it exists .
Let’s have names of Jewish scholars who oppose the Talmudic racism, so we can read their non-racist

I suspect if there are any, they will be underground, fearing reprisals from the Talmudic rabbis that denied the Messiah AS.

The Israeli opposition leader, Yair Lapid said that elections must be held immediately to topple the government that brings and will ruin Israel.
https://t.me/medmannews/2280

Saw that and tried to source it, didn’t find anything from today but did find these remarks to today.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government “have become an existential threat to Israel,” Opposition Leader Yair Lapid declares, accusing them of destroying Israeli deterrence.
Addressing the press ahead of his Yesh Atid party’s weekly faction meeting in the Knesset — held this week despite the legislative recess — Lapid states that both Israel’s friends and enemies “smell weakness” from the current government.
“I was in Washington last week, in meetings with the entire administration. They are shocked by this government: by the lack of responsibility, by the lack of professionalism, by the mismanagement,” he says.
Lapid alleges that while the United States has lived up to its commitment to Israel’s security, Netanyahu has not.
“All that is left of Mr. Security” are “ruins from Be’eri to Kiryat Shmona, violence by Jewish terrorists who have become out of control, and a complete loss of Israeli deterrence,” he adds.

On Friday, April 12th, the Palestine congress in Berlin was stopped without any legal basis. The police informed the organisers that the Ministry of the Interior has imposed a ban on political activity in Germany against the participants author Salman Abu Sittah, Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah and DiEM25 co-founder Yanis Varoufakis (also chairman of MERA25 Greece). Under this ban, they are not allowed to enter the country or even appear via video at conferences or demonstrations.
The occasion? A conference to discuss the suffering of Palestinians. The specific reason? As the police themselves admitted, there were no prohibited statements at this conference. You can review Yanis’ speech here –
https://diem25.org/yanis-varoufakis-palestine-congress-speech-that-was-banned-by-german-police/
It is a farce that illustrates the means used to silence all those who speak out against the oppression of the Palestinians by Israel and criticize the bloody war of revenge that has been going on for months.
The organisers will, of course, continue and we will not accept under any circumstances that people who speak uncomfortable truths are punished in any way for doing so. Without freedom of speech, there is no democracy, no freedom and no peace.

CJ HOPKINS – The Palestine Congress

OK, what happened was, some pro-Palestinian activists organized a “Palestine Congress,” and attempted to discuss the situation in Gaza, and call for solidarity with the Palestinians, and so on, right here in the middle of Berlin, the epicenter of European democracy, as if they thought they had a right to do that. The German authorities were clearly intent on disabusing them of that notion.
Early Friday morning, hundreds of black-clad Hate Police descended on the congress location. Reinforcements were called in from throughout the nation. Metal barricades were erected on the sidewalks. Hate Police stood guard at the entrance. The German media warned the public that a potential “Hate-Speech” attack was now imminent. Berliners were advised to shelter in place, switch off their phones and any other audio-receptive communication devices, and wad up little pieces of toilet paper and ram them deep into their ear canals to prevent any possible exposure to the “hate.”
Sure enough, minutes into the congress, the anticipated “Hate-Speech” attack was launched! A Palestinian activist — Salman Abu Sitta — who had written an article that allegedly “expressed understanding of Hamas,” and thus had already been placed on the official German “No-Speak” list, started speaking to the congress on Zoom or whatever. Or … it isn’t quite clear whether he actually started speaking. According to a Hate Police spokesperson, they raided the congress because “there [was] a risk of a speaker being put on the screen who in the past made anti-Semitic and violence-glorifying remarks.”

For years, Israel’s been going around sucker punching people across the region, then hiding behind America. The aura of invincibility was all made up with a heavy dose of US backing. Iran’s proven that not even the Americans can save them. But Israel’s too arrogant and narcissist to take this beating laying down so they’ll double down by doing something stupid in the coming days. Then the countdown begins.
Iran was very generous by giving the Americans enough warning to prepare. They threw a few Shahed candies to keep Israel air force and her backers busy while the real stuff just went through unopposed. The Iranian combined drone, cruise and ballistic missile strikes really had a devastating impact on the Israeli nation, both economically, socially and militarily.
US/UK MSM propaganda outlets continue to spin the narrative that “99%” of the incoming ordinance was destroyed by IDF and US/UK AD actions by missiles or aircraft.
Of course will know from the experience in Russian-Ukraine war that those stats are completely bogus. Reliable reports now are disclosing that there were in fact numerous ballistic missile hits in the Dimona area IDF airbases, the same airbases used to launch the Damascus assassination strikes. There are some indications that the IDF AF intell base in Tel Aviv was also successfully struck.
Iran could have easily launched the full focus of its strikes on the Haifa oil tank farms and refineries complexes crippling the IDF energy sector but did not. Overall Iran showed much restraint.
Iran demonstrated that it is now capable of hitting the IDF anywhere and anytime it wishes……….the IDF needs to restrain itself here, their next move may prove catastrophic…..

‘Not Looking For A Significant Escalation’ – Israel Threatens Imminent Response To Iranian Attack, Then Walks It Back
What does that tell you about the effects of the Iranian strikes?
It tells us the Iranians succeeded in penetrating the so called ‘Iron Dome’ and thus Israel has to tread very carefully with any response.
I’m surprised some commentators still expect a massive Israeli attack on Iran. I still don’t expect hasty active retaliation measures from Israel against Iran.
If you know about the work of the operational intelligence apparatus of Israeli intelligence, you will understand why.
Whilst I’m no fan they remain top of the tree when it comes implementing of information received and then for carrying out special events on enemy territory
Therefore, we should expect not so hasty measures of retaliation from Israel, but very significant ones for Iran. After all, no matter how much one would like it, it is worth recognizing that Israel previously inflicted much more damage on the Iranian regime than the latter has done to the former.
If I was the surviving leaders of Hamas living abroad or the senior leaders of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps), I would tense up over the next week or so.
I know some have speculated about a possible Israeli invasion of Southern Lebanon that’s a possibility but nothing more. Any such operation would inevitably not work out well for Bibi.

Lastly, one has to wonder how much of scarce AA missile ordinance was burned up by the IDF, US, and UK in response to the over 300 drone, cruise and missile attacks on the IDF bases in the Dimona region and Tel Aviv areas.
Huge quantities of the AA Iron Dome, Patriot, SM naval missiles were expended against the Iranian attacks.
The allied stocks of this ordinance was precarious low before the attack, another full scale Iranian missile attack will likely have an even more deadly outcome.
Exactly how many Patriot missile replacement units exist in the illegal Iraq and Syrian bases? How much ordinance is left on USN destroyers in the Red Sea and Med? For example the USN destroyers assigned only have a 70 cell capacity. These cells can not be restocked on the move. The destroyers must be docked in order to be restocked. Patriot missiles systems have a very limited production schedule, maybe one batch per month at tops. NATO is rapidly expending all available stocks and reserves stocks too. US ANG units in the US are being stripped clean of their stocks to sent to Israel and the UFA. Crunch time has arrived.
The postulate of this crisis must be now clear to the UFA……you get nothing more! The cupboards are bare!

@ Arch Bungle 168
The Iranians insist their ballistic missiles were hypersonic:
They are not wrong.
Any medium-range missile, when the warhead reaches the target, develops hypersonic speed. Another question in guidance is how accurately it will hit the target at such a speed. The only country with a true hypersonic missile is Russia with the Zircon.

The finest part is the kokhol don’t even cried. Some billions in AD thrown over some desert, multiple countries to defend the zionists , F15, 16 ,18 ,22 ,35 … and nothing for poor 404 ?
Hellensky had no more sunflower oil for the power generator to record an internet discourse or it’s just OK not being the preferred child against Isreal ?

But if the logic of Capitalism actually only wants more war, its time for all of us to decide to get rid of it. Now.

I only hope that he is wrong when he says: No one in the MENA has any interest in helping the Palestinians. Killing them all is good for the other MENA countries.
Posted by: Jane | Apr 15 2024 0:40 utc | 118
This kind of sloppy expression leads to sloppy thinking. The leadership of most MENA states don’t care about the Palestinians, but the people of those states do. ‘No one’ is the kind of expression that rarely has any applicability, unless it is being deliberately used to obscure reality.
Iran is generally considered to belong in MENA. Yemen definitely belongs in MENA. Lebanon, Syria and Iraq are part of MENA, and their populations are very much in support of the Palestinian people, and the first two governments are taking very active, concrete actions to support the Palestinians. The Iraqi government is weak, still afraid of the US, but the militias take action to support the Palestinian people. Syria is militarily very weak, and direct action from Syria would provoke an Israeli response that would require intervention from the Russian forces in Syria- and tht would take the conflict global, which no one but the eschatologists wants.
So, before spouting such nonsense, please define who you are talking about, and then tell us the concrete actions that those people are not taking that they could be taking.

I sometimes wonder if the office he broadcasts from isn’t his room in a loony bin somewhere.

I don’t know about you, but my room is in the biggest open-air loony-bin in the world. But I don’t belong here, I swear! I’m perfectly sane. It’s all a plot.

Another facet of Israeli genocide in Gaza, the Zionists are utter monsters.
“UN experts say the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and related military directives by Israel in the besieged Gaza strip is leading to an unprecedented toll on the civilian population and infrastructure.
In a joint statement released in the Swiss city of Geneva on Monday, the experts deplored Israel’s reported use of AI and relative military directives in the besieged Palestinian territory “leading to an unprecedented toll on the civilian population, housing, vital services and infrastructure.”
According to the experts, the systematic and widespread destruction of housing, services and civilian infrastructure represents a crime against humanity.”

‘Serious and Real’ – Details of Hamas’ Response to Gaza Truce Offer Revealed
The Palestinian Resistance movement Hamas confirmed that its adherence to its demands and the demands of the Palestinian people.

https://www.palestinechronicle.com/serious-and-real-details-of-hamas-response-to-gaza-truce-offer-revealed/
Unnamed sources revealed the details of the response of the Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas, to the proposal for a ceasefire agreement and prisoner exchange in Gaza, Al-Jazeera reported on Sunday.
The Hamas response, which was handed to the mediators, indicated that the Palestinian movement wants to adhere to the proposed framework of a three-phase ceasefire, each lasting 42 days.
These are Hamas’ conditions:
First phase:
Israeli forces must withdraw to areas parallel/close to the fence separating Israel from besieged Gaza.
Displaced Palestinian refugees must be allowed to return to their homes. Their freedom of movement must be guaranteed.
Second phase:
A permanent ceasefire must be established before any exchange of prisoners.
The Israeli army must leave Gaza entirely.
Prisoner Exchange:
For every Israeli civilian captive, Israel must release 30 Palestinian detainees.
For every Israeli female soldier, Israel must release 50 Palestinian detainees, including 30 who have been sentenced to 25 years or more.
Israel must remove all restrictions imposed on Palestinian prisoners since October 7.
Third phase:
End to the Israeli siege on Gaza.
The start of rebuilding the destroyed Strip.
‘Serious and Real’
Hamas had announced on Saturday evening that it had handed over to mediators in Egypt and Qatar its response to the proposal it received last Monday, expressing its readiness to conclude a “serious and real prisoner exchange deal between the two parties.”
Hamas also confirmed in a press statement – published through its official account on the Telegram platform – its adherence to its demands and the demands of the Palestinian people, which include:
“A permanent ceasefire, the withdrawal of the occupation army from the entire Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced to their areas and places of residence, the intensification of relief and aid entry and the start of reconstruction.”
Sources close to Hamas pointed to the growing conviction of the movement’s leadership that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is deliberately disrupting the negotiations.
The sources revealed to Al-Jazeera that the recent Israeli offer did not carry anything new regarding the return of the displaced to their places of residence in the northern Gaza Strip.

Christ AS is not a mediator, he’s a prophet.
The Aramaic word Muhami meaning advocate is a reference to Muhammad SAW. Similarly the Aramaic word masi meaning fish is a reference to the Messiah.
Don’t worry. Read your Qur’an.
