One of the witnesses has told Al Jazeera that he was on his way to a water well when the area was “showered with missiles, shrapnel flying around, body parts in the air”.
“This truck was carrying relief aid, with civilian volunteers on board. They were carrying food items to displaced Gaza people. It is alleged that Deir el-Balah is a safe zone,” he said.
“[Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu is waging a genocide and a starvation war. However, we are holding our ground. He cannot bring the Gaza people to their knees, I repeat, we will not bow to Israel.”
Another eyewitness told Al Jazeera that “there is no safe inch in Gaza”.
“Hospitals, schools, even tents are attacked; even journalists are not spared; and now the trickling relief aid is targeted. What is left for us? This is a sin,” he said.
A third person told Al Jazeera that “every single civilian and any moving object is targeted by the Israelis”.
“Every one of us walks carrying his own shroud,” she said.

Dozens of far-right activists broke through an Israeli military checkpoint and crossed into Gazan territory on Thursday afternoon, with some making it hundreds of meters into the Strip before being corralled by troops, the army said.
The activists had gathered at the Erez crossing between northern Gaza and Israel to rally for the rebuilding of Israeli settlements in Gaza, when they “violently broke through an IDF checkpoint,” an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said.

Israel, and its Zionist allies in the US, have a remaining window of opportunity to "Make Israel Great Again" before their internal (in the US) and external (in the world system) dominance is eroded to the point where Israel will not be protected enough to carry out its ethnic cleansing plans. So Israel went from slow ethnic cleansing to rapid ethnic cleansing and open genocide as the required timelines became compressed.
The biggest compression was caused by the failure of the Western project to destroy Russia, which would have removed a major ally from Syria and Iran. The Russian and Chinese midwifing of an Iran / Saudi Arabia peace agreement then just exacerbated the issue, as has the bringing in of Syria from the cold by the Arab league.

These attacks on truck aids were systematic in Syria too at some point, and happened to both sides (rebels and loyalists), always carried by planes that did not have identification. People speculated it was the UAE, but it might well have been Israel. This also means that Israel and Qatar have a lot of dirt about each other.

Israel has arrested so many Palestinians in the West Bank that they had to cut some loose to make room for the newly arrested. They have arrested over 7300 from the West Bank just since Oct. 7.
"The Israeli General Security Service Shin Bet disclosed that it released a number of administrative Palestinian prisoners in a surprise move on Thursday night due to the overcrowding of the occupation prisons with prisoners and the lack of space for new detainees.
"Shin Bet and the occupation army released dozens of Palestinian detainees from Ofer Prison suddenly and without prior notification, 'following an assessment of the situation by various security agencies,' according to a joint statement issued by them.
"The statement explained that this step was due to 'the lack of space inside the prisons' and that the detention period for these detainees was set to end next month. Therefore, this step 'provides space for detainees who pose a greater threat.' ”
They don't have actual charges against these prisoners, as you can see by the above statement. They are being detained, but they were not arrested with any prosecutable charges. This is most frequently the case. They sometimes hold these people for months or years and then eventually let them go due to the lack of charges, according to numerous other articles I have read on this situation. Apparently in Israel, you can be detained pretty much forever if you are Palestinian. This is called "administrative detention".
There's some more in the middle of the article - Ben Givr complaining that Shin Bet was just being nice to the prisoners because of Ramadan, blah, blah, blah. The article ends with the security officials rebuttal to Ben Givr: "The officials stressed that Shin Bet and the army: 'Were forced in the last week to cancel the arrests (of Palestinians) they had planned on the eve of Ramadan, but then backtracked due to the lack of a place to arrest and detain them in light of the war.' ”
I.e., they had pre-planned to "arrest" a certain number of Palestinians just before Ramadan, but ran out of room to hold this designated number.

* The english empire wanted to create a permanent destabilizing situation in the backyard of the then still-existing turkish empire, and also in the backyard of the past persian and arab empires, all three of which have threatened Europe in the past.
* All three, especially the turkish empire, are also rivals of whichever state is in Muscovy/Russia, whether the tsardom, the USSR, or the RF. That mondoweiss piece you linked earlier is interesting on several levels. One of which is referencing the messianic sabbatian movement in the 1600s (also reportedly involved in the overthrow of the British Monarchy, a blow from which it never recovered).
This observation about 'a darker version of tikkun... plumbing the depths of evil' goes further and deeper than most commentary in explaining the nature of the eschatologically driven determination of nearly all Israelis to never, ever, ever treat Palestinians as fellow human beings. To attribute this sort of drive as mainly beholden to colonialist US Imperialism is, most likely, succumbing to deceptive tribal propaganda / programming.

Either Saudi Arabia and Iran are the axis of Assistance together peacefully awaiting the birth of Greater Israel, which my interpretation , Or, Saudi Arabia isn't able to afford mercenaries to attack Israel because it has privatised its oil, and Sunni Muslims still refuse to take up Iran's offer of every type of assistance for them to attack Israel, inspite of Chinese diplomacy.
What will ever persuade the Saudis to abandon their treacherous use of mercenaries to help Israel, but never against Israel? And what will ever persuade Sunni Muslims to abandon Saudi Arabia for its treachery, and try to trust Iran?
Never going to happen. For Israel to be stopped in this genocide either Russia or China, the ex Communist countries who refuse religion to have any political power , must back the Sunni Muslims. Never going to happen either.
