They Finally Killed Navalny …

The creation of this news item was suspiciously well timed …

Putin must pay for ‘murder’ of Navalny, say world leaders Telegraph, Feb 17, 2022

Speaking at the White House, Joe Biden said the Russian president was “responsible” for the death of Mr Navalny, while David Cameron, the Foreign Secretary, said: “Putin’s Russia fabricated charges against him, poisoned him, sent him to an arctic penal colony and now he has tragically died.

“Putin should be accountable for what has happened. No one should doubt the dreadful nature of his regime.”

Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the European Commission, said Mr Navalny had been “slowly murdered by President Putin and his regime, who fear nothing more than dissent from their own people”.

Mr Biden, who in 2021 promised “devastating” consequences should Mr Navalny die in jail, said he was considering a “whole number of options” in response.

He urged Republican lawmakers to pass a $95 billion dollar aid package for Ukraine that has stalled after its approval in the senate, saying “history is watching.”

Asked whether Mr Navalny’s death would convince Republican leaders to drop their opposition to the bill, he said: “I hope to god it helps.”

Mr Navalny’s wife urged the international community to punish Putin for her husband’s death as she received the news shortly before taking the floor at a conference in Munich.

What an amazing coincidence that Navalny's wife happened to be attending the Munich Security Conference this weekend, giving her a world stage just at the right moment… Wow!

Navalny's wife Yulia at the Munich security conference:

🇩🇪🇷🇺🚨‼️ Navalny’s wife like a grieving widow, broke down in tears in Munich?

Nah, she smiled, held a speech and (was) showered in applause.

Let me guess she’s the new opposition leader? The story writes itself.

Lets remind ourselves of a few issues which showed that nothing in the alleged Navalny 'poisoning' case was as it seemed:

Russians With Attitude @RWApodcast – 12:56 UTC · Feb 16, 2024

The most bizarre part of Navalny's story is when he got poisoned and a mysterious British citizen – Maria Pevchikh – appeared out of nowhere. Nobody knew who she was. She collected the water bottles allegedly containing novichok and brought them to Germany. It was revealed that she had been secretly running the investigative department of Navalny's organization all along.

The funny thing is… nobody knew about her before the poisoning happened. And things only got worse from there on for Alexey. Coma, slow recovery, arrest, prison and death.

Around anglos, never relax
Image

There are many other details that make the alleged Poisoning of Alexei Navalny a rather curious issue:

On 20 August 2020, Russian opposition figure and anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny was poisoned with Novichok nerve agent and was hospitalized in serious condition. During a flight from Tomsk to Moscow, he became ill and was taken to a hospital in Omsk after an emergency landing there, and put in a coma. He was evacuated to the Charité hospital in Berlin, Germany, two days later. The use of the nerve agent was confirmed by five Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) certified laboratories.

Look at that date of the alleged poisoning, August 20 2020, and compare:

DRAFT REPORT OF THE OPCW ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, STOCKPILING AND USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS AND ON THEIR DESTRUCTION IN 2020

EC-97/CRP.1 – page 10

Technical assistance to a State Party

1.41 At the request of Germany, on 20 August 2020 the Secretariat deployed a team to perform a technical assistance visit (TAV) in relation to the suspected poisoning of a Russian citizen. The TAV was restricted to the collection of biomedical samples. The samples were dispatched to two OPCW designated laboratories. …

So Germany called the OPCW on August 20 for technical assistance in the Navalny case. That was the very same day a still 'healthy' Navalny stepped onto a plane in Tomsk. How did the Germans know what was coming?

Gilbert Doctorow with a reality check:

Death of Aleksei Navalny: the Brits did it!

The invitation today was to speak about breaking news, the reported death in a remote Yamalo-Nenets prison colony of Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny at age 47. A glance at the latest online edition of The Financial Times confirmed that Navalny had indeed died and set out the comments of leading Western statesmen condemning what they considered to be the latest murder by Vladimir Putin of prominent activists who oppose his rule. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, European Council President Charles Michel and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz were among those who already had spoken before microphones and were reading from the same anti-Putin script.

In short, what happened in the West this afternoon was a new campaign to vilify Vladimir Putin on the world stage based on a death which was, if I may quote former British PM Theresa May, ‘highly likely’ to have been perpetrated by British Intelligence for this very purpose.

In all of the false flag operations that have been directed by the West against Russia over the past decade or more, I have argued that the old Roman investigative principle of cui bono militated against the Kremlin having been involved in any way. So it is today: why would Putin want to murder Navalny, when the man is now largely forgotten within Russia. Navalny is yesterday’s news and his ‘anti-corruption’ campaign is irrelevant to Russians in the midst of an existential struggle with the Collective West that is being fought on the territory of Ukraine? However, the murder of Navalny clearly serves the interests of that same Collective West as an intended antidote to the major Soft Power coup of the Carlson Tucker interview with Vladimir Putin just a week ago and perhaps even more important, to the follow-up Tucker News Briefs showing his visits to the Kievskaya Metro Station and to an Auchan supermarket in downtown Moscow. This was not Gilbert Doctorow publishing his travel notes of visits to St Petersburg markets and reaching 10,000 readers; it was Tucker Carlson, with a regular U.S. audience of 40 million or more for his every broadcast, and a peak of one billion views for the recent interview.

Let us go beyond the cui bono argumentation to circumstantial evidence that is damning for the Brits. As the Americans like to say, there are ‘fingerprints’ of the Brits all over this death of Navalny. …

In any case of a 'poisoned' Russian dissident there are traces back to Britain. Look up Berezovsky, Litvinenko, Skripals, Navalny …

'Rule Britannia' can no longer be done by a capable fleet. Cheap MI-6 propaganda, at times created through high school level chemistry tricks, is the self-aggrandizing replacement for it.

Comments

Makes sense. The globalists have not liked that Tucker Carlson has shown most of the sleeping masses that the guy isn’t a monster. They needed to gain control of the narrative and Navalny was of no use any longer anyway

Since the Arab Spring we witness one escalation after the other as the sole answer of the hegemon. At the same time western governments have more and more difficulty to hide their clanic and oligarchic structure, to the point that forming governements and making new coalitions is rendered difficult by the amount of secrets which should not be divulged.

– distraction from the murder of Gonzalo Lira
– distraction from the imminent extradition of Julian Assange
– distraction from cognitive collapse of Biden

Just a coupla points which I know will go down like a lead ballooon around here but I’m gonna say them because without hard evidence one way or another I have absolutely no opinion on whether the Navalny opportunist was poisoned by the englanders, committed suicide, was knocked off by Russia or whether he died from natural causes and I won’t be holdin’ an opinion one way or t’other until some actual stand up in a court of law evidence is revealed.
1/ If the englanders did in fact kill Navalny, Russian security services for one but the decision-makers in the Russian government also, need a huge kick up the arse as they are coming across to the ROW as dropkicks who couldn’t tell shit from clay if their noses were stuck in it.
The Russian security services certainly know whether or not they attacked Berezovsky, Litvinenko, the Skripals and Navalny on the first occasion. I have argued Russia is innocent of these, however that leaves a major issue.
If the Russians didn’t do those WTF were they doing arresting and sentencing Navalny as they know england doesn’t think twice about murdering prominent Russians for a media advantage. He should have been booted outta Russia and left to fester in the west so that if/when the MI6 sociopaths did decide to kill the bloke it would be much more difficult to blame it on Russia.
That brings me to my second point 2/
If Russia didn’t knock the slimy little fucker, how in hell did the englanders manage to penetrate the security of one of the most secure camps in Russia?
I for one do not believe englanders have some type of innate ‘always get it right’ ability to carry out something so difficult, James Bond is as real as spiderman, that leaves suicide, perhaps Navalny decided the money that would go to his family made topping himself a viable proposition, then we are still left thinking Russian security shouldn’t be so lax as to allow that, not when they are aware how much trouble his death is gonna cause and that everytime they kick a goal USuk dreams up a distraction.
How could Russia fall into such an obvious trap, right at the time when all should be dealing with the victory in Avdieevka.

I agree with Debsisdead @ 11 that until Navalny’s body is autopsied and the results made public, we should not be jumping to conclusions about who or what is responsible for his death.
Navalny was not a healthy man as far back as August 2020 at least when he collapsed on the plane in mid-flight. He was known then to have a pre-diabetic condition. The possibility that the same health problem that caused his collapse in 2020 also is the underlying cause of his death cannot be ruled out.
The possibility that the prison authorities in the Yamalo-Nenets region were not managing his condition properly also shouldn’t be overlooked. One would think the govt department that oversees prison management should have learned something from Sergei Magnitsky’s death from a pancreas problem in prison and Bill Browser’s continual exploitation of that man’s death.
In this case of Navalny’s death, one should investigate the most direct, the simplest and most likely possible explanations for his death. The principle of Occam’s Razor applies here.

I feel sorry for Navalny as I feel sorry for Assange and Gonzalo Lira. Right away from the beginning Navalny‘s poisoning was somehow curious and it seemed to serve the West’s Intention of demonizing Russia and Putin. And now he dies exactly on the day the Munich Security Conference starts and his wife is conveniently at place to smear Putin. On the other hand, if the arms of the British Secret Services should be long enough to reach out into a remote high security Prison in the middle of nowhere in the Russian Arctic, this would be a massive failure of the Russian FSB and makes them look quite dumb.

Posted by: Lesjeuxsontfaits | Feb 17 2024 9:12 utc | 19

The Guardian has “Live Coverage of the Russia Ukraine War”on today’s front page. There are nine items so far, including an overnight summary: Six are about Navalny & three about Zelensky’s Europe visit. Nothing on Avdeevka. The physical shooting war is background noise to something more important.

Posted by: geoff chambers | Feb 17 2024 9:12 utc | 20

It is indeed suspicious coincidence that after the Tucker Carlson itw and now the fall of Adveeka, another event robs the MSM headlines. While the prison administration comes across as dunces, including their medical personnel, the cui bono scenario clearly points to the West and how their politicians jumped onto the “Putin did it” bandwagon without a shred of any real evidence. Navalny bios also conveniently ignore his xenophobia, refusal to retract his anti-immigrant stance when he belonged to Yabloko. Not a word from Cameron about Assange, nor a reminder about Gonzalo. So if you eliminate all other theories .. that he did have Russian enemies outside the government, natural causes, etc… the one that remains … foul play from the West … however improbable to carry out must be the truth.

Posted by: Stierlitz | Feb 17 2024 9:15 utc | 21

Maybe the OCPW involvement is the reason Navalny was flown to Germany in the first instance? I never understood this but this sheds light on it. And then “Novichok” was identified in a lab of the Bundeswehr if my memory serves me right.

…how in hell did the englanders manage to penetrate the security of one of the most secure camps in Russia?

Simple! The perfect murder! The Germans did it. When Navalny was in hospital. Doubtlessly he was injected with mRNA “vaccine“, the entry wound would disappear within hours if not a day and no one the wiser. Mention has been made about a clot. An autopsy will reveal if this is so. And if that clot is arterial, it indicates the ‘clot shot’, so widely injected world wide, is at work. This time it isn’t the not so great brits MI6 at their labours.

If Putin had wanted Navalny dead, he would’ve ordered him killed while he was still in Germany as guest of Angela Merkel.
When I heard that Navalny had been transferred to a different prison I thought that the Russians had got hold of (western) plans involving Navalny. By now, Navalny was worth more dead than alive to western governments. And to his wife. The only question is if Navalny himself realized that.
But maybe I am giving our governments too much credit. I suspect that Navalny – and his gang – tried to pull off the same thing as last time. Claim that he had gotten poisoned by that dastardly Putin – and his wife was at the Munich security conference, poised to demand that her husband be sent to Germany for treatment. A jail break of sorts.

Debsisdead @ 11 asks why the fuck the Russian state and leadership did not just kick Navaldny out of Rusia and into oblivion?
The answer is very simple: Navaldny returned to Russia og his own voluition: He was probably aware that the Brits (inter alia) are in the habit of knocking off and taking out Russians who have fled to their domains whenever convenient for Anglo-Saxon or the Atlantis Empire’s propaganda purposes: Of course he might have believed that Rossian jails were safer than posh London for his part.

The Russkies should def. check if Navalny had some terminal illness and this whole thing was some coordinated suicide to make him a martyr. He was quite a fanatic to achieve his goals (whatever they were) so some last hooray is entirely possible. I am with Debs but my own thesis is that he killed himself.

Interesting info (if confirmed) about his wife’s visit on Feb 14. It would be possible for some bad person to ‘get at’ his medicine, and don’t Israel and/or US have drugs that can kill without trace?
Otherwise, as Debs said, it’s a poor lookout for Russia if they can’t keep a prisoner safe when they know how a death would be used (yes I know, Gonzalo Lira, put as Putin said, who controls the narrative?) by Russia’s enemies.

The penal colony establishment is probably safe and secure, per se. It wasn’t a murder from the inside.
However, if the poison was baked into the food or medicine and it’s some sort of MI6 special mix, obviously it was a coordinated attack on Navalny through use of her wife. Who immediately after flew to Istanbul and Munich. That implies that it was planned perhaps long before the conference, and to be timed with the conference.

I posted a Russian joke in another comment section:
The premise is. Russia should beat the German “high-score” by nuking Israel, because they’ll be retroactively blamed for the Holocaust anyway.
Point is vilification of Russia & Putin is already “baked in”, it’ll effect no international relations, factor into no ongoing policies nor even effect the current trends of public mood in anywhere.
Every player in the game knows this. Which is why Navalny was put in a conventional prison, under conventional conditions, for mundane crimes. He (most hurtful thing of all) just wasn’t special!
That answers all the questions about security, natural death etc. Aught else is irrelevant.
Now one might say this is a particularly fortuitous “organic” distraction, but don’t kid yourselves. There were other narratives & spin in the propaganda pipeline.
Navalny didn’t shift a single headline from Adeevka. Not one!

Sergey Lavrov in Munich Security Conference on 16.02.2024:
‘If we talk about the geopolitical aspects and consequences of the coup in Kiev, first of all, I would like to say that what is happening is yet another result of the policy of “divide and rule”, pitting different countries and peoples against each other, and provoking interstate conflicts. This policy has long been pursued in various regions of the world by the “collective West” led by the United States, or rather, with the Anglo-Saxons.The role that England is playing in current events is more aggressive and sophisticated in its provocative assertiveness than any other participant, including the United States.’

Dead. (Bellends) Cat. On Table.
As I suspected when the ‘news’ broke. The background and characters of the film is new to me. It is another piece of the jigsaw that is the greatest contrick , mesmerism, propaganda – the super weapon that has actually been used to gain and keep their Power over the last century or more since they invented it – Hollywood.
Cinema and its scriptwriters, filmmakers and most of its Producers.
They are the drug fuelled, pornographers and PR supremos.
We saw them piling into Butcha to make the film within days, they were in Mariupol, everywhere and anywhere. These little druggies. That’s why the Collective Waste and the Natzios can never fight and win a real war against anyone who has access to real weapons.
The whole thing of being super powerful is a myth. A cinematic , special effects based superiority. That’s why they can only demand that everyone must BELIEVE it. Because there is nothing else they can do.
We don’t.

So Germany called the OPCW on August 20 for technical assistance in the Navalny case. That was the very same day a still ‘healthy’ Navalny stepped onto a plane in Tomsk. How did the Germans know what was coming?

posted by b

Maybe the OCPW involvement is the reason Navalny was flown to Germany in the first instance? I never understood this but this sheds light on it.

Posted by É Mo Scél | Feb 17 2024 9:21 utc | 22
The “rescue mission” that brought previously little known dissident Alexej Nawalny to Germany and raised his popularity, was orchestrated by Angela Merkel and followed up by a professional smear campaign against Putin, in which the laboratory “results” played a crucial role. As Sergej Lawrow has repeatedly stated, the Russians then required to see the lab protocols, since it was all but clear how one would proceed to “detect” the use of Novichoc so many hours later. Needless to say, they did not get to see the protocols. The involvement of the OPCW does not lend more credibility to the case. To the contrary, the OPCW is well known for its role as a western propaganda instrument in its latest mission to Syria.

“Point is vilification of Russia & Putin is already “baked in”, it’ll effect no international relations, factor into no ongoing policies nor even effect the current trends of public mood in anywhere.”
Certainly not true in the UK, where the immiseration of many people (much of it due to the sanctions rebounding on the UK rather than Russia) has resulted in extreme cynicism about Sunak, Shapps & Co. banging the anti-Russian war drums. This will damage that. It’s bad news for Russia.

“The same anti-Putin script”
Navalny is the stage prop. The real event is the massive infowar operation directed against Russia and Putin.
I was forced to watch the afternoon news broadcast by the Finnish state broadcasting company YLE. Most of the the broadcast was dedicated to Navalny’s death or alleged murder. The tone was typical Finnish and Western war hysteria. Forward the end we were shown combat footage of Waffen-SS Division “Galicia” the 3rd Assault Brigade “Azov” liberating Avdeevka.
Ten years of constant anti-Russian propaganda has resulting in most Finns believing that Putin murdered Navalny. The situation in Sweden may be the same. I heard that Swedish state TV aired a one hour long unscheduled special news broadcast on Navalny’s death.

Posted by: Petri Krohn | Feb 17 2024 12:49 utc | 68

Who cares? I don’t. Navalny was irrelevant at this point in history. While his death in prison is sad for his family and friends, based on his widow’s behavior, one certainly doubts the sincerity of these emotions.
We need to keep our eyes on the prize- the destruction of Anglo-French-American supremacy, the empowerment of the ROW, and the defeat of the ZioNazis. While this trifecta will not automatically bring us world peace, it will allow us to begin building a new world based on honorable international relations. The problem with the current hegemon is that it is controlled by ZioNazis, which their own populations must remove from control of their societies.

His death should be a cautionary tale for any Russians attempting to ‘work with” the CIA, MI6.

I don’t know which is “worse” for the Russian state: killing a dissident right after a fairly successful Putin interview directed at international audiences, or being so incompetent as to let a middle-rank country’s security services penetrate an isolated Russian high-security prison in the arctic in the middle of a war.
I am naturally allergic to conspiracy theories, so my best guess is that Navalny’s death is either a coincidence, or that Putin just doesn’t care at all about western popular opinion and was sending a signal to who he perceives to be the Western elite that “look, I am crushing the Ukrainian military in Adveevka and this is what I think about your public opinion, and about your efforts to create a future color revolution in Russia”.
Let’s not kid ourselves, it’s not like there are no suspicious deaths in Russia, this is merely the latest after Prigozhyn’s private jet mysteriously exploded shortly after his attempted coup/freakout

STOP THE PRESSES!
FLY SPOTTED ON XI!
There is a very interesting new datum from b’s link to the name of the Foundation behind the now disposed fascist racist western owned asset.
And perhaps the first shadow of wtf , I’ve seen on Xi Jinping.
“Maurice R. Greenberg is Chairman of Starr Insurance Companies, a global insurance and investment organization founded by Cornelius Vander Starr in 1919 in Shanghai, China. Mr. Greenberg retired as Chairman and CEO of American International Group (AIG), a former Starr subsidiary, which became the first fully licensed foreign insurance company in China. Under his nearly 40 years of leadership, AIG grew from an initial market value of $300 million to $180 billion, becoming the largest insurance company in the world. Mr. Greenberg is also the chairman of The Starr Foundation, a philanthropic organization initially funded by Cornelius Vander Starr’s estate. Under his leadership, the Starr Foundation has grown to become one of the largest private foundations in the United States. The Foundation has made more than $4.0 billion in grants worldwide to many academic, medical, cultural and public policy organizations around the world.
Among his numerous awards and appointments, Mr. Greenberg serves as Vice Chairman of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, Honorary Vice Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, and as a member of the Board of the US-China Business Council. In 1990, he was appointed by Zhu Rongji as Shanghai’s first Chairman of the International Business Leaders’ Advisory Council (IBLAC). Greenberg has been named an honorary citizen of Shanghai and was appointed as a Senior Economic Advisor to the Beijing Municipal Government.
Mr. Greenberg was presented with the Friendship Medal for Contribution to China’s Reform by President Xi Jinping in 2018 – one of only two Americans among 10 foreign leaders to receive the award.
Under Mr. Greenberg’s leadership, Starr has invested more than $1 billion in China since 2005. Starr led the IPO for the People’s Insurance Company of China (PICC), and acquired Dazhong Insurance, the first privatization of a state-owned insurance company.”
https://www.starrcompanies.com/About/Leadership/Maurice-R-Greenberg
As I say it’s the first tme I have seen Xi being connected with the International Old Money Barons. Obviously he has to deal with all sorts of carpetbaggers and filth- that’s goes with the job of diplomacy and leadership.
I guess further research on Cornelius Vander Starr is needed the date 1919 too is interesting. A lot of things happened in that decade that have determined the history for the last hundred and 10 years.
Certainly Baron Greenberg needs further attention. I’ll get dangermouse on the job 😝
AIG by the way was the key trigger to the wholesale collapse following the 2008 ‘Banking Crises’ – when it stopped providing its services to businesses, cashflow ceased and they all collapsed! Almost as if it was planned it seemed to me at the time, but I had failed to follow up on AIG – but here it rises from the depths like a kraken!
Well, what viper did Xi have grasped to his bosom ? 2018 was not that long ago.

Sam @ 2

When is the world going to hang war criminals Tony liar Blair and Johnson?

When Russian soldiers plant the flag on top of the bombed out husk of the Europa building in Brussels and a Nuremberg trial is held for Tony liar Blair and Johnson and the long list of western war criminals. There’s a slim possibility a handful with head so deep into the feeding trough to not notice the advancing Russian army might be caught still in Kiev trying to sew cash into coat linings, and hanged in Independence Sq. but that’s a wild fantasy.
Short of that I would seriously expect the entire lot to live long healthy and prosperous lives, Biden is pretty much out to lunch but as long as the nurse spoon feeds him Ben & Jerry’s he’ll be grinning happily. Come what may, mild, harsh, or apocalyptic the enter lot of criminals and fools will be a whole lot better off than you or I will ever be. There’s no justice in history, but that is not the motivation for moral and wise people.

Russia has had epidemics of SDS before, but since 1955 it has only been experienced occasionally mainly by those who throw themselves out windows. Research into its causes and prevention have been hampered by the lack of international cooperation.
