Initially they claimed to have been surprised by the attack,
then weeks later the NYT revealed it was no surprise, so the IDF
trolled another excuse via the NYT – “we thought Hamas’s plan was just aspirational, overreaching dreams”.
The IDF witnessed Hamas practicing their plans.
The Zionists continued undeterred with their false-flag plans.
Mossad had spooks crawling all over Gaza.
No acknowledgement of this by anyone. The existence of spooks adds to the big questions.
How could they claim to have been surprised by Hamas’ imminent Oct 7th jail break.
The IDF withdrew the majority of their forces around Gaza just in time for Oct 7th.
More Zionist brazen excuses to hide their own false-flag plans.
The IDF delayed their response to the Hamas jail break for hours.
It is an act consistent with a false-flag.
Zionists are stalling on explaining this, “will investigate this after we destroy Hamas”.
The IDF implemented the Hannibal Directive thus multiplying the number of casualties,
which casualties, and the subsequent outrage, benefited Netanyahu’s plan to attack the people of Gaza.
The Palestinian People have proven to be the primary target of Netanyahu and not Hamas.
Zionists then sought to silence dissent over genocide with the old canard of
“antisemitism”.
The US is providing support, diplomatic and material, for genocide.

It certainly won’t be, but ultimately it’s clearly superior to the single pole of US imperialism. Still, you make a good point that I think gets ignored at the bar because US imperialism is just so murderous and irrational. A bit like the Nazis. So evil and unhinged that literally anything looks better.
The BRICs are all hard core capitalist countries. The majority that live in these countries are economically and politically repressed wage slaves. The BRICs haven’t yet advanced to the stage of imperialism, hence they are superior to the west. It may be that they never do reach that stage of bloody piracy on Putin or Xis watch, but it will occur as the rate of profit inevitably drops. They can’t reverse that iron law of capitalism with their good will it intentions. Still, both countries have historical experience with either totally socialized property relations or hybrid forms of it. So, there remains the possiblity that they could move slowly from private to social property relations over time.
But even short of imperialism, the BRICs have their billionaires, in check today, but with the means to free themselves when the opportunity arises. The wage slaves of these nations can feel good their governments are not committing atrocities in their names, but they still suffer poverty, limited access to education, healthcare, etc and will see their children suffer the same fate in most cases. In other words, they are disenfranchised wage slaves who toil their whole life for the profit of a few billionaires, just like most Americans.

If people believe that passenger planes can fly at high speed at low altitude and disappear like ghosts into buildings with zero plane debris on ground at moment of impact…this is the success of the terror narrative.
Cultivating Islamophobia as an excuse for war and suppressing dissent was the single, may be the only success of 9/11. The biggest success of the pandemic narrative in 2020 was getting people to walk around masked in the open air.
Enriching the MIC in a 22+ year war only supposed to last 5 years was more of an unintended consequence which impoverished the US, UK and other warmongers. The other strategic objectives of War of Terror appear to have failed. Other than killing and destruction not much has been achieved.

I’m not sure what to make of this.
I understand pragmatism is significant in politics, and that Russia wants to appear as an honest broker between Israel and Hamas, however I think it is a real opportunity now to side with all those forces that are trying to disperse the US foothold in the Middle East that Israel is.
As South Africa proceeds with genocide charges in the ICJ, the other BRICS should join in chorus and show the RoW that there are real ideals behind their aspirations for the multipolar world, not yet again politics of narrow self-interest.
Particular now that Argentina will not join BRICS due to Milei.

I expect MoA commenters to have heard of the World Economic Forum, to know of its history and its activities, to know what goes on at WEF conferences in Davos, to read its website, to know which world leaders are “graduates” of WEF programs, to know what the stated goals of the WEF/aka Davos and the Great Reset are, and to have grasped why the WEF program is controversial and considered extremely dangerous by many.
If B initiates a thread about the WEF or invites a discussion of the relationship (hotly debated) between the WEF and other global actors, then it would be appropriate to discuss the WEF and produce different sources of info on it. Otherwise, probably not.

The variations in wages and working class living standards are a product of trickle-down surplus wealth in the advanced imperialist capitalist countries stolen from less powerful, and less developed neo-colonies controlled by mostly western imperialist capitalist countries. In science you do not find the “truth”, you only reject the null hypothesis. If the null hypothesis is that there is a plane (wrt New York only), show me the plane duh.

To come back to Lavrov’s statement suggesting he was sympathetic to Israel’s stated goals. The longer Israel keeps on going while reaching none of its stated goals suggests to anyone that the stated goals are not the real goal. Genocide is. By skirting that conclusion Lavrov may have made just that the “sublime object” of his statement. I am just trying to make sense of it from the vantage point of South Africa’s move. If you want a negative spin, though Russia may be hiding behind it. Anyway, I cannot imagine Lavrov was not made aware of it in advance.
