In a State Department memo dated Monday, November 13, Blinken explained America’s posture toward the Arabs in Gaza. It’s madness. He wrote:
As I said in private and in public, we believe Palestinian people’s voices and aspirations must be at the center of post-crisis governance in Gaza. We believe in Palestinian-led governance of Gaza, with Gaza unified with the West Bank. Gaza’s reconstruction must be supported with a sustained mechanism.
We also underscored America’s firm opposition to actions that would undermine efforts to build lasting peace and security. No forcible displacement of Palestinian civilians from Gaza – not now, not after the fighting stops. No reoccupation of Gaza after the conflict. No attempt to blockade or besiege Gaza. No reduction in the territory of Gaza. No use of Gaza as a platform for terrorism or other violent attacks, and no tolerating the use of the West Bank to carry out such attacks. No more violence from extremist settlers in the West Bank.
These steps are not ends in themselves. They must lead to Israelis and Palestinians living side by side in states of their own, with equal measures of security, freedom, opportunity, and dignity. That’s not something we can put off discussing until after this crisis is over. This discussion must happen now

That is my thoughts. If we look at IDF history, it is mostly about killing civilians though they did prevail in several wars early on against mixed Arab country’s that were not working in unison and probably had little concept of fighting a European style armoured war. But Hezbollah infantry tactics easily defeated them.
As for the genocide against civilians, that is creating a large body of fighting age males that will be joining Hamas ranks. Highly motivated and with nothing left to lose.

Walk around any museum in the world. Tax payers money is a myth ( unless you are a Eurozone country) it is very clearly written on every coin in every museum in the world who issued it and where it came from.

It is pretty apparent now that it was the Israeli forces, particularly the indiscriminate fire from helicopter gunships that killed most of the ravers on Oct 7th. They were mostly civilians: Israelis.
In the 14 second video below, it is fairly easy to see that the people running away, unarmed, and some in white clothes, are not combatants, but the Israeli maniacs blow them up with missiles anyway.
I’m not a trained Apache pilot, but I even can see that, so it is a grotesque war crime. Perhaps the IDF should be renamed the IMF, or Israeli Murdering Force.

Certainly, Iran opposes the genocide of the Palestinian people, as they are all Muslims, but they belong to different sects: “Hamas is the Arabic acronym for the Islamic Resistance Movement, and a recognition of the group’s roots and early ties to one of the Sunni world’s most prominent groups, the Muslim Brotherhood, founded in Egypt in the 1920s… Over the years, Hamas received backing from Arab countries, such as Qatar and Turkey. Recently, it’s moved closer to Iran (which are Shia) and its allies (such as Hezbollah, in Lebanon).

But I promise you Jonathan, Iran does not back Hamas even though both share an enemy in Israel. It is quite possible that Hezbollah will (and has in fact) joined the war against Israel from the North. If Hezbollah finds itself in trouble, then Iran could enter the fray. The problem is that Iran’s entry into the conflict would probably give the US an excuse to attack Iran, a neo-con and Zionist wet dream for many years.
The odd thing is that Hamas is closer to Saudia Arabia ideologically and religiously, but acting ruler Mohammed bin Salman seems to consider Hamas to be a nuisance. I suspect he expected big political and economic gains from a deal between Riyadh and Jerusalem, which Hamas derailed.
