By my count – Hamas claims around 60 Main Battle Tanks. Hezbollah claims around 22.
My count is 82 MBTs knocked out so far. So 88 MBTs just in Gaza sounds a bit high.
Note – the IDF started with 490 MBTs in active service according to wiki. Losing 82 or 88 or 100 represents horrendous loses if true.

Unprincipled support of euthanasia for the mentally ill, autistic, drug addicts, homeless etc. has absolutely everything to do with supporting Israeli mass murder.

But what you state..the nonconsenusal euthanasia (in other words, murder) of random classes of people isn’t happening. Instead people are afforded a right to choose to end their own life in restricted scenarios where death is foreseeable.
Israel bombing children from the air has zero, nadda, sweet fuck all to do with a slowly dying person begging for death. You and yours have no right to tell mine they need to suffer to the bitter end all to satisfy your particular delusion in a vindictive God.
People have a right to choose, a mercy when your insides are being consumed by cancer. There are those who would impose their moral framework on others, such is their certainty in the invisible and unknowable. In that way there is a connection to Israel in that they also believe they alone know the truth and are justified in their immorality as their God demands it. In reality this is psychological dressing for their pathologic greed and hubris.

Haha. I love this thread.

But what do actual Uighurs from Xinjiang say?
Berletic exposed the WUC as a wholly Western-fabricated regime change outfit existing outside of China.

For a group that is a front for jihadism, according to China, the WUC talks real funny about Hamas. But I guess that is where it gets interesting. If the US behind it, the WUC has nothing to do with Islam. In other words, what is jihadism in Palestine is a pro-autonomy group in China. But then again, did the US say it supports Xinjiang because the Uyghurs are Muslim or in spite of it?

Christiane Ananpour and a bevy of bottle blonde CNN bimbos with fake tits crying over the picture.
And now we have a real genocide with thousands of kids killed and maimed every day by the bloodthirsty Zionist paymasters of all these lying media hacks. Blown to bits by US and UK supplied bombs, with only a few scraps of unrecognisable flesh left to bury, or burned through to the bone with white phosphorous.
But don’t expect to see Dusty Boy of Gaza on the front pages of our lying media.

Nice analogy. I remember vividly the hair on fire outrage at Asad’s evil. But when the Zionazi’s do something a scale of magnitude worse than their lies about Asad: who cares, completely justified, kill em all.

From RT ticker:
Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen declared that UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is not fit to lead the global organization, at a press conference at the UN headquarters on Tuesday.
“Guterres does not deserve to be head of the United Nations. Guterres did not promote any peace process in the region,” Cohen claimed. “I think that Guterres like all the free nations should say clearly and loudly: free Gaza from Hamas. Everyone said Hamas is worse than ISIS. Why can he not say it?”
Perhaps Ms Cohen can explain why then were the zionists treating wounded ISIS fighters from Syria in their hospitals?

Baile@5
So far as colonialism is concerned Modi is a neo-colonialist. He is adapting the Raj to the purposes of his caste. That is what the RSS is all about.
Bolshevik Communism has very deep roots in India, going back to Roy and the strategy of anti-imperialism.
As to the relations between religious ideas and politics they have always been dialectically related, thge influence of Tao or Buddg=ha or Confucius on Chinese communists is likely to be much the same as the influence of Anglicanism on British socialism etc etc.
I’m unsure what you are getting at otherwise. I haven’t seen the comment that you report that you made earlier.

@ Arch Bungle 47
“I suppose that would end the policy of nuclear ambiguity.”
If there was a secret or “ambiguity”, that ended on Nov. 5 when Israel’s Minister Of Heritage, Amichai Eliyahu, threatened to use a nuclear bomb on Gaza. This was in an interview with Radio Kol Berama. He was suspended – not fired – as minister by Netanyahu. It’s worth noting the Prime Minister did not walk back the direct implication that Israel has nuclear weapons. Even for Netanyahu, some things are to ridiculous to deny.
Any source might be better than the link below, this because it conveniently didn’t quote Eliyahu’s exact threat. But it’s a start on a better search, and if you have any doubts, you should google it yourself. Most people have tons of data from a great variety of sources from the last century.
Amichai Eliyahu

You didn’t read the linked articles. and you’re inventing statements I never made. I am trying to understand why everyone who has decision making power in the “developed” world is indifferent to genocide by Israel.
That poor people in “developed countries with Western values” are increasingly being offered the chance to die instead of being given help with housing, healthcare etc. shows a callous disregard for human life.
That the Canadian Parliament can even be debating whether or not to offer euthanasia to mentally ill patients shows how far “Western values” have sunk.
If these kind of debates are happening and these programs are growing it certainly helps to explain why there is such sinister disregard to the slaughter in Gaza.
Euthanasia to help real physical suffering is not what I am talking about.

Going back to Not Getting It Jonathon W 307 last thread.
Jeremy Corbyn, de-frocked and cast aside by the Zionist Inquisition BoJo and Starmer apparently told Piers Morgan he didn’t condone Hamas attacking Israel on October 7th.
Firstly, Morgan’s Zionist Inquisition audience wouldn’t know the truth about what actually happened.
Secondly, the Zionist Inquisition require the accused to eat porkies to prove they are proper Zionist supporters.
Thirdly, Jeremy Corbyn as an old man would probably die if roughly handled
by the Zionist Inquisition or suffer a panic attack on being asked the same question 15 times by the Zionist Inquisition.
So we’ll done Uncle for surviving that public interrogation.
Your record on Palestine is Immaculate. Your record on Judaism is also immaculate. And, at the time ,Cardinal Braverman would have had you tortured if you had given the wrong answer.
Hang on , this is 2023 Britain.

My latest where I point out that much of what is currently happening in the Middle East fits the colonial and imperial game plan that has been used again and again Letting it Happen on Purpose, Triggering a Reaction and Full Spectrum Propaganda: As Old as Empire
In the post-WW2 decades such brutal tactics have tended not to end well (the British had to leave Kenya, the Dutch Indonesia, the French Indochina and Algeria, the US Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, Libya is a shit-show with a fair degree of Russian involvement). As one commentator put it the Hamas incursion may go down as an equal to the Tet Offensive, a military intervention that cost a lot of Vietnamese lives but won the propaganda war in the US for the Vietnamese. No longer will Israel (and the US and the West) ever be seen the same way by the Other 7 Billion and even by much of the population of the Golden Billion. In the post-WW1 period, the US developed much more subtle ways of dominating other countries, such as the local comprador strong man, cultural hegemony, assassinations and “colour revolutions”.
Given the impact on the Israeli economy and Israel’s international reputation, together with the low bodybag acceptance, the current Gaza campaign may have just a few weeks left to run. Then Israel will have the huge headache of the 2 plus million remaining Gazans which Egypt has said it will not accept. The slow deaths of 100,000s of thousands would then go down as the new Holocaust, much more in the minds of the world’s population than the one that happened eighty years ago. Israel would have forever lost its Holocaust fig leaf for its vile actions

Directionally yes but I liked what someone said in an earlier thread about the supposed Jewish control of the Canadian press. I happen to know someone who said approximately the same: the Jews are a handy front for the Anglos to do what they want without getting bothered too much themselves. And MI6 has been known to use that approach too.

Posted by: JessDTruth | Nov 14 2023 17:11 utc | 64
On the other hand, perhaps by only suspending his minister, Netnyahu was wanting to keep the nuclear issue front and center. And that could be an indication that Israel does not really have nuclear weapons after all. It is in their interest for others to suppose that they do, but do they?

You make important points. I am sure that you would largely agree with the posters whose experiences have taught them to see the benefits of medically assisted suicides.
I am equally sure that they would agree that ‘mission creep’ is a very real danger here.
As you say poor people are now being offered suicide as an alternative to suffering injustice. That of course has always been the case and most suicides have come out of injustice and callous treatment of the physically or mentally afflicted. A man in, otherwise, good health chose this option recently in a nearby city, his choice was publicised to the point of celebration by local media.
You are right to suggest that life is very cheap to Trudeau’s cabinet, and most of the House of Commons- Orson Welles speaking about ants springs to mind.
As to Lord Roberts: who can fault a chap adding enormously to his physical comforts by giving his-quite unnecessary- approval to genocide? Or the Telegraph for doing the same thing. It is what rats do. And in a world run by rats it will be what happens.

You make important points. I am sure that you would largely agree with the posters whose experiences have taught them to see the benefits of medically assisted suicides.

Given the impact on the Israeli economy and Israel’s international reputation, together with the low bodybag acceptance, the current Gaza campaign may have just a few weeks left to run.

Re Israeli tanks. How many destroyed vs how many repairable. I have only seen a few videos and none showed the aftermath of the strike. Several were hit in the ammo compartment at the back of the turret. These generally have blowout panels. Much may depend on whether the door for accessing the ammo is open or closed when hit.
Unless the tank is seen burning some minutes after the strike it is difficult if not impossible to know if they have been destroyed or are repairable. Still, virtually any strike would get a tank off the battlefield for repairs.

Puzzled by your assertion that (young) Mao travelled to Europe. Where did you get this information from? As far as I am aware, Mao travelied abroad once – to the Soviet Union in the early 50s on an official visit. (He helped – by raising funds – a number of his political colleagues to visit France in 1919. But did not go himself.)

This deserves a repeat:
No Western country will ever be able to prattle on about Human Rights, genocide, ethnic cleansing to the RoW ever again.
Not to Iran.
Not to China.
Not to Russia.
Not to Cuba.
No more calls of “Assad must go”.
No more calls of “Putin is a killer”.
No more whining about the murder of journalists by authoritarian regime’s.
No more ‘concerned’ enquiries as to the welfare of persecuted minorities.
Forever faced with the image of Gaza reflected in response.

There is not even a question whether the zionists have nukes, they do 100%. They were supplied by US/UK back in the 60s after Kennedy was eliminated. Even if by some remote chance they didn’t, after Pakistan broke their news, zionists would have gotten supplied within days.

He is another incarnation of perhaps the same individual who appears here under different names but with the same intentions, tactics, disposition, language and more.
I am always amazed to see how posters here contribute to these incarnations having so much space, instead of none.

– France (1920s): In the 1920s, Mao Zedong traveled to France as part of a student delegation. He studied at the University of Paris, where he was exposed to Western political and intellectual ideas. This experience influenced his thinking and contributed to his development as a revolutionary leader.
– Soviet Union (1949): Mao Zedong’s most significant foreign trip was his visit to the Soviet Union in December 1949. This visit took place shortly after the establishment of the People’s Republic of China. Mao met with Soviet leaders, including Joseph Stalin, and signed the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance, and Mutual Assistance. The trip aimed to strengthen the relationship between China and the Soviet Union and seek Soviet support for China’s economic and military development.
– Bandung Conference (1955): Mao Zedong did not personally attend the Bandung Conference, but he sent a delegation to represent China at this historic meeting of Asian and African countries. The conference, held in Bandung, Indonesia, aimed to promote solidarity among the newly independent nations and address issues such as decolonization and non-alignment.
– North Korea (1957): In 1957, Mao Zedong visited North Korea, where he met with North Korean leader Kim Il-sung. This visit aimed to strengthen the relationship between China and North Korea and show support for the North Korean regime.
– Albania (1964): Mao Zedong traveled to Albania in 1964 for a state visit. This trip was significant because it marked a shift in China’s foreign policy, as Mao criticized the Soviet Union and sought closer ties with Albania as a fellow Marxist-Leninist country.

Somebody asked what Xinjiang Muslims think of what is happening to Palestinians and since he is obviously too lazy to do the job himsef I wanted to look into it. No good deed goes unpunished, as they say. So now that the “outed” group has been outed (isn’t that a circular reasoning?) what does that leave us except what the Communist Party says? And I covered that too. Anyway that is irrelevant. I want to hear more about what you think of Brian Berletic because that is where it gets really interesting. Isn’t he a plant and, if so, what should one make of the fact that he has outed the WUC?

Finally someone with something to say:
“As they were deploying Osama bin Laden’s Arab Mujahideen “holy warriors” into Chechnya and the Caucasus during the 1990s, the CIA, working with a network of self-styled “neo-conservatives” in Washington, began to build their most ambitious political Islam project ever.
It was called the Fethullah Gülen Movement, also known in Turkish as Cemaat, or “The Society.” Their focus was Hizmet, or what they defined as the “duty of Service” to the Islamic community. Curiously enough, the Turkish movement was based out of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. There, its key figure, the reclusive Fethullah Gülen, was allegedly busy building a global network of Islam schools, businesses…”

Mordechai Vanunu (also known as John Crossman) is an Israeli former nuclear technician and peace activist who, citing his opposition to weapons of mass destruction, revealed details of Israel’s nuclear weapons program to the British press in 1986. He spent 18 years in prison (11 months is solitary confinement). That is a long sentence for exposing a nuclear program that does not exist.
