Disgusting human being, but anyone with a brain knows putting your hope in a western politician is a fools errand, even the “outsiders” bend the knee to the zionist cabal.

What was or is the primary sin of Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Iran? Support of the Palestinians and opposition to the Israeli occupation. Iraq and Libya had oil money to devote to the cause. Iran still does. Egypt was bought off with USD and the Saudis made a deal with the devil. The situation with Hezbollah and Lebanon is obvious. So much trouble over a piece of stolen land where Jews, Muslims, and Christians used to live together before the bloody emergence of the Jewish state.

Hey Apollyon, I guess I’ll take your refusal to respond as an admission that your plan for the Palestinians is indeed for them to just stay on their knees and take the abuse until the abuser decides to stop, whenever (if ever) that may be. Great plan zionazi troll.

“Arab League Chief Ahmed Aboul Gheit headed to Moscow on Sunday…
Does that mean…”
ostro @44
————–
From what I’ve been able to discern Putin was only one to call for Cease Fire yesterday.
Perhaps, he’s trying to establish one, albeit most likely unilaterally, and send some peace keepers to protect civilians.
The thing is what do Palestinians want from the Israeli?

Sa/Israel/US deal was a no go from the very beginning.
Israel had nothing to gain and, as you noted, two state request from Saudi was not accettabile not only from Netaniau but also for a larger part of israelian.
Saudi had noting to gain because what supposedly promised by US is easily substituted by China.
Only gain for US or, simply, an attempt to regain some grip on Saudi or eventuallyvdamage/disrupt China/Saudi relation.

Israel authorities claim 250 bodies in the music festival site attacked yesterday. It’s hard to believe without evidence, maybe it would plausible to assume a Bucha style hoax until proven otherwise.

It’s doubtful it’s a false flag, discovery, even suspicion of such an operation would destroy the state of Israel, more a Pearl Harbour situation or 9/11, in that it is contingent on using your enemy to initiate your plan, as domestic/international opposition prevents you being the instigator. There are a number of alternative scenarios, but all rely on variations of secret agendas being put into action, with none really supporting the official narrative.
At a stroke, Hamas have re-booted Israel that was slowly beginning to be riddled with self-doubt and had become the pariah de-jour of leftist institutions and the cohorts they indoctrinated. Now the state is facing an existential crisis once more, its population responding as they always do, with world leaders, some who privately hate the place, having to pledge public support. Perhaps some people calculated that 600+ dead was a price worth paying to reverse the nation’s fortunes, events certainly support the suspicion that Hamas have been handed a jarked weapon, which they have all too eagerly used without first checking it.

I guess the leftist vote in Israel must have increased recently. /s
Check: they don’t even seem to be able to be a major force in the opposition.
I have no sympathy for either Trump or Biden, just as I have no sympathy for either Trump or Biden in Israel.
Also, if leaders “have to” support Israel’s terrorist attacks on Gaza because of this, it is not because of Hamas, but because of the bourgeoisie’s advocacy of Zionism.

Haven’t seen a rush for Americans to put Israeli flags on their Twitter, notwithstanding the virtual lockstep (or is that goosestep?) support of Israel against the ‘terrorists.’
Perhaps it’s a sign folks are tired of Jewish Power proclaiming its victimhood all the time.
This is obviously part of the greater, ongoing WWIII. Won’t be any surprise who goes nuclear first.

Tedious sheepdogger RFK Jr. bleats with the rest about an unprovoked (!?) attack:

This ignominious, unprovoked, and barbaric attack on Israel must be met with world condemnation and unequivocal support for the Jewish state’s right to self-defense. We must provide Israel with whatever it needs to defend itself — now.

Hereabouts, USA is thinking incapable. Ironically, though we hear all but unanimous mouthwash-gargling condemnations of atrocities against non-Palestinian civilians, redundant stentorian thunderclaps urging us to get going post-haste with emergency support for USA’s troubled vassal, there’s essentially no government in place to appropriate anything, and the well is running very dry anyhow, with regard to arms stockpiles — already exhausted fruitlessly on the other Israel.
Many here speculate, upon solid foundations, that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood could not possibly have been such a surprise to Israeli intelligence. Well, if some atop the Powers That Be pyramid opted to fold their arms and just let this happen, like they say about FDR and Pearl Harbor, they may have erred, here. This could be a teachable moment with regard to the myth of imperial competence.

Almost forgot, at a stroke Ukraine disappears off the radar, just as their offensive ends in disaster and the country braces for the Russian riposte. Added benefit or design feature one wonders, and is this just part of the clean-up of the mess left by the alliance of the incompetent technocrats and their multi-billionaire enablers who have increasingly had power these last two decades?

Yesterday, NY Yella Cake inserted several lies into the epic failure of UN Resolution 181 (1947)—I suppose to refresh the fetid rules-based order (of “unprovoked aggression,” R2P projects, and holocausts) that censor faithfully serves. A sample of a rather long anti-trrst screed:

…Unlike the Palestine Liberation Organization, led by Mahmoud Abbas [Yasser Arafat], Hamas does not recognize [?!] Israel’s right to exist as a state and has spoken about driving all Jews from the region. It has advocated an uncompromising position on the creation of [ISRAEL in] a Palestinian state based on ISLAMIC FUNDAMENTALISM [?!] stretching from the Mediterranean east to the Jordan River.

Moreover, Netanyahu broadcast last night, ~ 23:00 local, an extremely belligerent speech, demanding “forcible deportation” of Palestinians from “the city of evil” (Netanyahu vows to turn Gaza into ‘ruins’; Netanyahu: Gazans should flee, IDF to avenge ‘black day’). As is the custom, westworld “guarantors” of Israel’s rights have already buried this exhibition of homicidal mania with every intifada, UN convention, ICJ or ICC “situation” investigation, and freedom molecule recovered from Balfour’s Greater Middle East.
Indocrination of children is a terrible scene unfolding.

You can find videos of partygoers running for their lives. A video of a scantily clad girl on the back of a pickup probably dead (better for her). Images of elderly people mowed down at a bus stop. Civilians in cars. A woman with blodied pants led from the back of a truck to the front. Jewish kid among palestinian kids crying his ass off.
These murderous fanatics broke through the fence and simply opened fire wherever they could see people moving. Talking about medieval times, plunder their houses and pick their women.
Chanting their religious hymns all the way like some sort of moral justification. I get their rage from being apartheid-ed and I get that those civilian settlers are living on a another’s tribe land, but man… this?
Do not compare to Bucha, that was a staged op from a vastly more informationally superior org. This is not staged, it is pure rage- and religious-fueled barbarism. The lowest of human nature for the whole fucking universe to witness.

The critical question now is, can Israel exterminate the Palestinians? No beating around the bush, no dodging the question, no BS. Bombing, extra-judicial executions, encouraging typhoid or cholera or other disease ? Final Solution, period ?
I’m reading lots of bold claims about taking over Gaza, blah, blah. Would the West do anything? The US? The EU? Hold meetings? Protest ineffectively? Suppress video of burying bodies with bulldozers?
Invading Gaza won’t work anymore than Israel’s misadventures in Lebanon. Sure, 10 Palestinians will die for each Israeli soldier but that still ‘works’ for Hamas. And that ignores the hostage problem. So, they can bomb civilians to extermination unless some practical obstacle comes up. But from where?

The power of the technocrat is not separate from the power of the billionaire, any more than the power of the butler is separate from the power of the aristocrat; they are both the power of the ruling class.
Indeed, not only must Reichskommissariat Palestine disappear, but the settler colonizers need to compensate the colonized (including the Palestinians forced into exile) for their decades of plunder.

We have seen videos of hang-gliders with HAMAS(?) infiltraters. And yet, ALL of Israel is military trained. Wheer were these part-timers, at home, responding to this? Where was the police/local military units? Come-on. As soon as the first sightings etc came in of infiltrators surely local commanders MUST have thought 1973? And called a general alert……..
Indeed, on the basis of the Israeli zealots attacking Al-Aqsa holy site (for muslims/christians/jews) surely there should have been a general alert put out….?

This might look like a false flag, but that would assume only one single entity is involved. 9/11 fits a false flag nicely, there was nothing else happening.
The USA has been at war (by proxy) with Russia and is losing badly. Wonder weapons destroyed, ammo running low, popular support on the decline.
This Palestine situation isn’t happening in a vacuum.
Considering all the geopolitical events:
– Taliban victory after 20 years, the empire flees
– Strategic friendship between Russia, China and Iran. Iran now has front row seats to western military capabilities and weaknesses.
– Chinese brokered diplomatic relations between Saudis and Iran. Saudis are slowly abandoning their American alliance.
– African nations chasing out their american-backed colonial overlords.
– Azerbaijan pulls off a blitzkrieg, defeating a western backed country.
– Years of Israeli provocations under the cover of Covid and ukraine dominated news.
Is the false flag to rally what’s left of the west to the “cause”? Or is it the failing empire collapsing under its weight?

This might look like a false flag, but that would assume only one single entity is involved. 9/11 fits a false flag nicely, there was nothing else happening.
The USA has been at war (by proxy) with Russia and is losing badly. Wonder weapons destroyed, ammo running low, popular support on the decline.
This Palestine situation isn’t happening in a vacuum.

This group is far from revolutionary as it’s line on the war on Russia in Ukraine has proven over the last two years (Basically, Russia and US equally to blame), but this article is not bad.
Never let the contemptible Eunuchs of US/Israeli imperialism tell us that they are equals before a court of morality!
https://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2023/10/08/wkem-o08.html
“The Netanyahu government was surprised by the Palestinian uprising in much the same way as Nazi commanders in occupied Poland were surprised by the 1943 uprising of Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto and the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. Blinded by its arrogance and racial hatred, it believed that repression had so broken the back of the Palestinians that resistance would be impossible. Its error now exposed, it is moving—also as in occupied Poland, where the Nazis reacted to uprisings by slaughtering tens and hundreds of thousands—towards a bloodbath.
This policy faces mass opposition in the Arab and international working class. Despite the shameless lies of the imperialist powers, there is broad sympathy for the Palestinians among billions of people worldwide.
This sympathy and opposition must, however, be politically mobilized. In particular, workers and youth in Israel must separate themselves from and oppose the homicidal policies of the Netanyahu government and support the fight of the Palestinians against oppression and occupation.”

A Times of Israel story about the attack on partygoers in the desert includes the following:
“The Ynet website reported that a shot partygoer and his critically injured friend were trapped in a vehicle for three hours before being taken by *** an armed citizen*** to Barzilai Hospital. ”
1. Obviously, some so-called civilians are actually “armed citizens.”
2. Obviously, Palestinians are not “citizens.”
3. Palestinian civilians are not armed in the same way that Israeli citizens are armed. A Palestinian civilian carrying a weapon would be classified as a terrorist and shot on the spot. Whereas an Israeli carrying a weapon has what souinds like a semi=official status as an “armed citizen.”

They lobbed a few mortar shells into Israel. I am sticking to my prediction, they will do little to nothing. They will not jeopardize what they have built in Lebanon without a massive pushback from their supporters.
Will Israel go all in in Gaza letting all their civilians die? They will cetainly cut off all imports into Gaza and create a blockade. They tend to show great concern over hostages and capatrued IDF soldiers.
Will the USN help with a sea blockage covertly? Will the USA turn live satellite feeds of the coastal areas over to israel to enhance a blockade? Probably, we have downlink stations in Israel.
Things are going to get very tight in Gaza. Nuttyyahoo still has to show some sort of show of force as well and yet balance his dreams of a pan Israel regional block with the Sunnis and excluding the Palestininas for the most part.
Their dream is that damm third temple and they will do anthing to build it and start sacrificing aninmals for their sins. Killing Palestinians is not a sin in their twisted view of their religion.

I read that article too.
It is important to be independent of the “opposition coalition”, which is also highly pro-Zionist, and to organize independently against BiBi.

The Netanyahu government was surprised by the Palestinian uprising in much the same way as Nazi commanders in occupied Poland were surprised by the 1943 uprising of Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto and the 1944 Warsaw Uprising.

This sympathy and opposition must, however, be politically mobilized. In particular, workers and youth in Israel must separate themselves from and oppose the homicidal policies of the Netanyahu government and support the fight of the Palestinians against oppression and occupation.
The corrupt Arab and Middle Eastern bourgeois regimes are complicit in Netanyahu’s preparations to launch a bloody, imperialist-backed crackdown. Capitalist governments in Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the region are making appeals for de-escalation and restraint, which Netanyahu will ignore. At the same time, they are all seeking for their own military and strategic reasons to develop closer ties with the Israeli regime.
The force that can halt Netanyahu’s onslaught in Israel is the Israeli, Palestinian and international working class, advancing a united struggle to stop the attack on Gaza, bring down the Netanyahu regime and end Israel’s occupation of Gaza and the West Bank.

According to their “Israel can’t know nothing” argument, the uprising in the Warsaw ghetto must have been a “false flag attack of the deep government” and could not have been due to the incompetence of the Reichskommissariat.
To Rebel Is Justified.

EU parliament pushes for joint probe with ICC into Israeli war crimes

Several members of the EU’s Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee have proposed a resolution calling for the EU to assist the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating and prosecuting the Israeli government for its war crimes against Palestinians in the occupied territories.
The resolution was pushed forward by Swedish Social Democrat Evin Incir [b. 1984], who is also the EU’s rapporteur for recommendations of relations with the Palestinian Authority (PA). The resolution was proposed on 27 June, with 41 votes in favor, 21 against, and nine abstentions, with a plenary vote scheduled for July.
The resolution highlights the committee’s lack of progress and [“]competence[“] concerning ICC investigations into Israel’s acts of aggression and war crimes against the Palestinians and stresses its commitment to “helping the ICC and its prosecutor in advancing the investigation and prosecution.”

money quote

Incir addressed that the people of Palestine have been under Israeli occupation for more than 50 years, and that the EU is obliged to cooperate with the PA in order to alleviate [“]tensions[“] and determine [“]avenues[“] to end Tel Aviv’s occupation of the Palestinian territories.
EU legislators are reportedly committed to revoking Israel’s settlement expansion into the occupied West Bank and are seeking to receive compensation for the demolition of several EU-funded infrastructures.

There’s good reason, based on objective observation, to give up on humans entirely. Some old Russian novels call such an orientation nihilism — the belief in nothing.

1) It was a “no-go” because Palestinian issue was unsettled.
Which wouldn’t be the case now.
2) SA/Jordan/UAE have no interest in splintering ties with the US/UK. Regardless of China’s financial injection and BRICS, they all still want an agreement militarily with US/NATO alliance protection. China will never offer them military protection or services. Neither will Russia.
They’d also have that nuclear protection with Israel normalization and no need to seek their own.
3) The goal for the ME is financial development, oil, natural gas, industry. The Palestine issue needs to be put to bed, and not a single Arab country cares, but until there is a Palestinian State – Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Pakistan & Qater will hinder all Israeli development projects regardless of China/Russia/US.
4) Iran see’s the “noble Hamas fighters” falling in the sword to ensure a Palestinian Statehood and they will be martyred and remembered as such.
So, no, you haven’t persuaded me from my “theory” (it’s just an opinion) yet.
This all of course will take weeks to flush out & “look right”, and I say again: Hezbollah is a wild card to me. You know what they say about the best laid plans…
So, why was Abbas in Moscow with Putin a week ago?
