Well, it can be both a false flag and a failure of intelligence. Encouraging and letting in a few dozen “militants” might have been the plan, but if the few dozen turned into several hundred with better arms and planning than accounted for, then it turns into an “oh shit, what have we done?” moment. Big job now for the propagandists to manage this positively for the Israeli government and Western consumption. After all, if Ukrainians can use any means to resist occupiers, why not other peoples?
