Moon of Alabama Brecht quote
October 30, 2023
Biden Forced To Call Off His Plans For Ethnic Cleansing Of Gaza

The U.S. government under Joe Biden had developed plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza by moving all of its 2.3 million people into Egypt:

Harry Sisson @harryjsisson – 2:44 UTC · Oct 11, 2023

Amazing: President Biden is working on a plan with other countries that would allow civilians to safely leave Gaza and cross the border into Egypt. This is great news. President Biden is making sure that innocent people don’t die due to the actions of Hamas. That’s leadership.

The NSC spokesperson had confirmed that plan:

US 'actively working' to establish safe corridor for Gaza civilians: White HouseYeni Safak – Oct 12, 2023

The US is in active talks with Israel and Egypt to establish "safe passage" corridors for civilians in Gaza to flee ongoing Israeli airstrikes, the White House said Wednesday amid an expected ground offensive in the besieged enclave.

"We're actively discussing this with our Israeli and our Egyptian counterparts, we support safe passions for civilians. Civilians are not to blame for what Hamas has done. They didn't do anything wrong," National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby told reporters at the White House.

"We are actively working on this with Egyptian and our Israeli counterparts. Civilians are protected under the laws of armed conflict, and they should be given every opportunity to avoid the fighting," he added.

This all was based on a plan originally developed by radical Zionist within the government of Israel:

Leaked: Israeli plan to ethnically cleanse GazaThe Cradle – Oct 29, 2023

Israeli culture magazine Mekovit published on 28 October a leaked document issued by Israel’s Ministry of Intelligence recommending the occupation of Gaza and total transfer of its 2.3 million inhabitants to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula.

The document, issued on 13 October, identifies a plan to transfer all residents of the Gaza Strip to North Sinai as the preferred option among three alternatives regarding the future of the Palestinians in Gaza at the end of the current war between Israel and the Hamas-led Palestinian resistance.

The document recommends that Israel evacuate the Gazan population to Sinai during the war, establish tent cities and new cities in northern Sinai to accommodate the deported population, and then create a closed security zone stretching several kilometers inside Egypt. The deported Palestinians would not be allowed to return to any areas near the Israeli border.

Egypt of course rejected any such plans. As I had explained:

Netanyahoo's Strategic DilemmaMoon of Alabama – Oct 21, 2023

Israel, with the help of the U.S., has tried to push the population of Gaza into Egypt. From Egypt's standpoint that would be a humanitarian solution, at least as long as others pay for it. But it would cause a serious strategic problem. Resistance by Hamas and others against Israel would continue indefinitely, but Egypt would be held responsible for it. It can not and will not take on that burden.

Despite that logic the White House continued to proceed with its plan. Its request to Congress to finance the wars in the Ukraine and Gaza with up to $106 billion included these lines (pg 40):

Letter regarding critical national security funding needs for FY 2024 – White House – Oct 20, 2023

These resources would support displaced and conflict-affected civilians, including Palestinian refugees in Gaza and the West Bank, and to address potential needs of Gazans fleeing to neighboring countries. This would include food and non- food items, healthcare, emergency shelter support, water and sanitation assistance, and emergency protection. This would also include potential critical humanitarian infrastructure costs needed for the refugee population to provide access to basic, life-sustaining support. This crisis could well result in displacement across border and higher regional humanitarian needs, and funding may be used to meet evolving programming requirements outside of Gaza.

Russia had called out the plan for the nonsense it is:

Middle East and Central Asia. Lavrov on the interests of the USA and the West, parallels with UkraineBelta – Oct 28, 2023

“It is clear that such an approach is disastrous, because if the Gaza Strip is destroyed, if two million residents are driven out, as some politicians in Israel and abroad are implying, this will create a catastrophe that will last for many decades, if not centuries,” Sergey Lavrov noted.

Backed by Russia the Egyptian resistance against the plan continued. A phone call held yesterday finally buried it:

Sisi, Biden probe developments of Gaza escalation, reject displacement of PalestiniansAhram Online – Oct 29, 2023

During the call, El-Sisi reiterated Egypt’s firm rejection of policies that collectively punish and displace the Palestinian people.

Biden, for his part, affirmed to El-Sisi that the US likewise rejects the displacement of Palestinians outside their homeland, expressing his appreciation for the positive role played by Egypt in this crisis, said Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.

The call touched upon the importance of preventing the expansion of the conflict into the region, added Fahmy.

Biden, for his part, affirmed to El-Sisi that the US likewise rejects the displacement of Palestinians outside their homeland, expressing his appreciation for the positive role played by Egypt in this crisis, said Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.

Biden was forced to publicly declare that his plans for the ethnic cleansing of Gaza were called off:

President Biden @POTUS – 21:23 UTC · Oct 29, 2023

I also spoke with President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to share my appreciation for Egypt facilitating the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Gaza.

We reaffirmed our commitment to work together and discussed the importance of protecting civilian lives, respect for international humanitarian law, and ensuring that Palestinians in Gaza are not displaced to Egypt or any other nation.

This is another failure of the dimwit policies cooked up by National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and SecState Anthony Blinken as directed by their Zionist puppeteers.

I for one support all plans that would allow them to safely leave Washington DC. They can move to Antarctica or to wherever the climate is severe enough to cool their genocidal moods.

And to think this could all have been resolved pacifically a great many decades ago if the original Zionists had thought to use their psychological propagandistic wizardry to convince the Palestinians that they (the Palestinians) were the descendants of the original Jews that never left and that they should all reconvert to Judaism and enjoy the fruits of European culture and civilization brought to them courtesy of the Ashkenazim.

Oh no!!!
All Gazans gone to Egypt would expose the fake genocide declarations against Israel all over MoA.
For a real partial genocide see East Pakistan in 1971: luckily India opened its border and saved the millions from the Pakistani army and its Eastern collaborators. Death tolls in 6 to 7 digits, not in 4 like Gaza.
But sure, it was a Muslim army doing the mass killings, so ‘mum’ is the word.

Yet another example of uncompetent US leadership.
The game plan was clear: throw a few billions, ideally from Qatar, to get Egypt to take on the responsibility for 2 million Palestinians ethnically cleansed from Gaza because 3rd world dictators like Sisi must be greedy and stupid compared to the 12D machinations of Sullivan and Blinken.
Except he isn’t remotely that stupid … so what does that make Sullivan and Blinken?

There is one obvious counter-argument to the insistence by Israel that Egypt must – NOW, DAMN YOU!!! – open the Rafah Crossing and allow the IDF to push the civilian population of Gaza into the Sinai Desert.
It is this: you have three border crossings of your own.
It’s YOU GUYS who want to bomb Gaza City to bedrock, so it should be YOU GUYS who open those three border crossings and let the civilians seek the shelter that you say you are so concerned that they reach.
Not us. YOU GUYS.

The entire plan for total ethnic cleansing is now clearly revealed to have been premeditated, as the documents highlighted here reveal.
https://simplicius76.substack.com/p/world-plummets-into-eschatological
The Zionists premeditated the October 5th outrage at the Al-Aksa mosque and deliberately had the IDF stand down for the expected Hamas response, which they intended to use as the pretext for the final solution of the Palestinian question.
The abundant testimony that IDF cadres themselves shot many of the dancers and other Zionists killed only confirms how ruthlessly this provocation was planned and the extent of the evil of the purpose.

This is another failure of the dimwit policies cooked up by National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and SecState Anthony Blinken as directed by their Zionist puppeteers.

Sullivan may be a puppet (Not unlike Samantha Power) but Blinken is himself a dedicated Jewish Zionist neocon who often speaks emotionally about the Holocaust. This includes him repeating absurd stories he heard from or making up stories and attributing them to his step-father who told rather silly embellished stories of his escape from a concentration camp which never stand up to much scrutiny and which seem to change significantly over time. The only part that remains static are that he escaped from Auschwitz, live in the forest for some time and was rescued by American soldiers, often by a tank crew during a battle wherein he joined them inside. Presumably these latter embellishments were to ingratiate himself with his new host country.
What scares me is that the neocons see Israel, it’s at a minimum conquest of Gaza/The West Bank and displacement of the Palestinians into Egypt/Jordan (Hoping to erase them as a people and thus the existence of any such people who can call themselves “Palestinian”) as existential for the future of the Jewish state to remain a Jewish state. The Palestinians always just needed to survive to win. Their true victory would come actually from a one state solution which would see them eventually win back control of all of historic Palestine as Jews emigrated in the aftermath not unlike in South Africa only not as dramatic as obviously there are now slightly more Jews than Palestinians in historic Palestine unlike the 8:2 ratio of blacks to whites in 1994 South Africa. (Particularly the very fertile Haredi who need willing host societies to support them in their lifestyle, their increase in numbers is actually a big ethnic conflict in NYC)
If you feel the ability of the US to intervene for Israel is on a rapid decline, certainly in terms of capriciously smiting the likes of Syria and maybe one day Iran, then what do you do? The neocons aren’t in this indifferently, they see the end of Israel and Zionism as the end of the world, this combined with their standard operating procedure being to always act more aggressive, more unreasonable, never letting up in doing so (The so-called “Crazy Nixon Approach”) to convince your opponent that even though it’s irrational, the US will always match your escalation of something that should matter a lot more to you than them which has got them into such trouble in Ukraine. If they were willing to walk all the way up to the door of nuclear war to try and get the Russians out of the way, even just temporarily, in Syria, do you think they’re afraid of Iran or Syria? No, you might decide that it’s now or never, let the Israelis do whatever they need to do to provoke the Syrians and Iranians to “attack” Israel, then you can have it as a fait accompli that they must defend Israel’s “right to exist™” and then you get into a direct war with Syria and Iran and then it’s an even more fait accompli, now the US is in a direct shooting war with Syria and or Iran and surely it can’t back down.
That’s what I’m afraid of, that this ticking clock on US hegemony will be seen as a closing window and then you have to bet on the neocons A: Caring about US national interests (They don’t, they only care about it being a golem for Israel) and B: Generally not being crazy (As I said above, Ukraine proves this wrong with plenty of crazy to spare) and that isn’t a bet you should ever take. It’s now or never for that war with Syria and Iran. And it’s now or never for Israel to try and ethnically cleanse Gaza (The West bank can continue to be slow-motion genocided, Gaza isn’t fit for the settlement approach) even better, you can get one by doing the other. Again, Egypt doesn’t have to cooperate, you just have to present it with a fait accompli of a dying population, do they let the Gazans die or let them in?
Obviously you were never going to get the Egyptians to agree to opening up for the Gazans without a fight, no harm to ask or demand them to do so, but there was nothing short of leaving the Gazans to die, threaten to kill them all or defeat Egypt in a war that would compel them to open to them.

Russia really missed a trick here.
Apparently all it needed to do to get the West’s blessing was create a huge buffer zone up to the Dnieper river and ‘evacuate’ all the pro-Kiev citizens to the other side of the river.
Likewise, Putin could have completely avoided the International Criminal Court charge: instead of evacuating children from the warzone, all he had to do was bomb them.

One is reminded that so far, during the Biden Administration, the United States has accepted a minimum of seven million third-world refugees. Probably more – and then at least double this number due to demographic momentum.
I see it already: the Palestinians will come to the United States, and maybe also Canada and Western Europe. It may well have already been gamed out.
They say this would be terrible because the Palestinians don’t want to leave their homelands – utter rubbish. Look at all those desperate third-world breeders flooding into the United States over the southern border: they don’t give a damn about their homelands, they just want to escape the steaming mess they have created in their own lands.

The creation of Israel after WW2 was an interesting experiment; of course the treatment of Palestinians was shocking and disgraceful, but if it had worked it might be the blueprint for the creation of Apache and Souix states in North America, an Aboriginal State in Australia, hundreds of tribal states in Africa etc…
But it didn’t work because the Israelis failed to integrate with their new neighbours. After nearly 80 years of Israeli genocide and war crimes it is time to call the experiment to a halt. The Israeli govt should be dissolved, and replaced with an interim UN govt, until a world council of disinterested parties (China, India, Asia, Africa, South America) come up with a sustainable solution.

I for one support all plans that would allow them to safely leave Washington DC. They can move to Antarctica or to wherever the climate is severe enough to cool their genocidal moods.
What!!!??? You are calling for the ethnic cleansing of all Neocon Genocidists from Washington DC, B? Nevertheless, I agree. It is necessary. Antarctica is the best place, very near the South Pole.

The Institute has put forward a clean and easy fantasy of achieving the same goal put forward by Sofer. For it to succeed, all Palestinians have to do is put down their weapons and head toward the desert of permanent exile.

I wonder if the Jews ever realized that one day, after the Palestinians, their clever methods of oppression would be turned against them?

I suppose that the ICC declaring it would investigate crimes in Gaza and would consider ethnically cleansing the area as the kind of things it was created to prosecute were also hints that the plan should be reconsidered. Sure, Israel and US could just not give a damn, but that would be terrible optics after all the fuss they made, using the ICC to go after Putin.

What infantile peddling of justification of ethnic cleansing of Gazan Palestinians.
Once Israel has sucked the U.S. dry, and that will happen in less than a generation, likely less than a decade, what then Israel? Who else in the world has the ignorance, belligerence, and amorality it would take to hitch their power to your wagon?
Peace? That’s a hard sell with all the deliberate murder on both sides.

David Hearst analyses the two papers (one published, one leaked) that describe Israel’s plan to displace Palestinians over at the Middle East Eye:
Some interesting points:
1. Israel tried to persuade Iraq to take the Palestinians one year ago.
2. If Israel wanted to temporarily displace the Palestinians in Gaza, they could put them in the Negev, Sisi suggested.
3. US plans in the region, and in Ukraine, have been thwarted.
4. Israel is waiting for the return of Trump.

TG 31; you’ve proven the falseness of the “open border” under W we had 11-12 million coming in every year. The “Open Border” is utter non-sense, further putting this at the feet of the president is non-sense, it’s a Congressional problem. We haven’t changed our border policy since Reagan, W tried to address it but the GOP scuppered any reforms. I live in Texas, I’m very familiar with the border, a wall on a river is a massive eminent domain taking, an engineering near impossibility, the least effective, most expensive way to bolster border security. The entire debate is utter bullshit. Be smart and drop that non-sense.

What do you expect to happen if the siege on Gaza continues? Healthcare system collapsed, no drinking water, no sanitation? 800+ entire bloodlines have already been completely wiped out. There’s this weird thing brains do where they infer likely future events based on current information and context. Maybe Zionist brains have degenerated too much for that.

I see that this needs updating.
When the dust settles will this be the summary?
1) Israel seeks to ethnically cleanse the Land of Israel.
2) The Palestinians were for years and decades dealing with a dearth of protection and law from the international community and
were nearly on their own to fend off murderous thieves.
3) The IDF executed a false flag security failure
4) The IDF delayed their reaction to Hamas’ jail break
5) The IDF used the Hannibal Doctrine on Israeli civilians and caused a significant number
of Israeli civilian deaths.
6) The “1400 dead Israelis and rapes and decapitated babies” was Zionist atrocity propaganda.
A massive conflict of interest to report honestly.
7) The US especially and other countries accepted the atrocity propaganda uncritically
so that Israel would have license to implement their program of ethnic cleansing.
8) The US blocked the cessation of hostilities thus prolonging the massacre of civilians in Gaza.
9) The International Community is nearly impotent in it’s ability to protect Palestinian lives and rights.

It appears that the rollback caused by the pushback has begun. “Why should US fear the Israel-Palestine conflict more than China?” is a powerful op/ed from Global Times I added to my Sunday Sermon via comment. The author could have included the Zionists along with the Outlaw US Empire but chose not to since their dynamics with China are much different. As more truths about 7 October and its precursor continue to emerge even within Occupied Palestine media, hatred for the Zionists will continue to escalate until they have no friends remaining on the planet. (At this point, I’m putting all supporters of Netanyahu and his coalition of extremists into the same Zionist basket, and that would include Team Biden, the new House Speaker, and a host of others within the West.)
What will it take to force the Zionist zealots to stop what the world clearly sees as a Massive Crime and is calling it out as such? How long can the lies made to depict 7 October as Hamas aggression instead of its exercise of its legitimate rights hold? Have barflies looked at the photos and videos of the great number of massive protests being held globally, not just within the Umma but elsewhere as in the two hearts of Global Imperialism, UK and USA?
I see some are citing Lavrov’s words from his most recent interview, “More Elucidation from Lavrov”. Yes, Russia finds itself in somewhat of a pickle, but it’s still respected and not hated for its position. The statement Russia’s MFA issued yesterday that I posted in full here is clearly part of the pushback as it specifically named the Zionists as the culprits in this crime, including those residing within the Outlaw US Empire. There’s a new item that I’ll post separately about the violence in Dagestan.
