Thanks b for this site. I chose “immaculate deception” because everything you’ve ever been told is a lie. They’ve been lying to you since you could hold a bowl of Rice Krispies. It’s obvious that Russia will win. I leave the details to those who have more time to spare. And, yes, the US is freaking about the drone thing. And the Iran/Saudi Arabia makeup. The Empire sees it vassals running off the plantation and they’re not gruntled.

Russo-Ukrainian war is infuriating because to entirely buy into Western narrative, people would literally have to pretend that Western reporting on the conflict before 2022 was Russian propaganda and Western geopolitical experts like John Mearsheimer or Henry Kissinger and entities like RAND Corporation or Atlantic Council would be Kremlin’s ‘shills’.
That’s perfectly reasonable to claim that Moscow is wrong, its invasion is illegal, Russian troops are acting psychotic and surprisingly shit on top of that but Washington also clearly wanted to push towards war with Moscow in using Ukraine as a proxy, NATO’s expansion is absolutely a real thing and that Ukraine has a real goddamn problem with actual neonazism from its troops wearing nazi patches, tanks painted in nazi symbols and the worship of OUN.
Every war generally has off ramps on the way up to and Ukraine had many off ramps, both sides escallated every goddamn time.
The sad reality is, no lessons were learned from the leadup to Afghanistan and Iraq, the neocons actually won the narrative war – Look at who is in charge of DOS.

Deliberately sending a drone towards RU to be shot down is a powerful diversion of public attention from huge red panic button being hit by every American in relation to urgent cash withdrawal from failing banking system. How do you stop stamped ? You can not. How do you stop a bank run ? You can not. $ 42B USD were withdrawn from SVB in 24 hours ! What is there to loose in drone value/cost in order to make people stop and recalibrate attention ? Look ! Over there ! Russians are at snoring war with our jets ! WW3 starting ! The loss of drone is insignificant – the power of attention grab is what matters. The whole US banking sector was at stake…

Vladimir Putin made a bad mistake in starting the war, he continues to make bad mistakes in not stopping the war and he seems to have extremely bad intel about his own country’s capabilities. In starting the war, he has demonstrated just how weak Russia is.

Russians are at shooting war with our jets !

Looks like somebody’s trying their hand at ChatGPT posts with auto generated anagram and other meaningless handles.
“Write a 3 paragraph comment on how Putin was wrong.”

re: “crashing into the US drone…”
look at how V1 Buzzbombs (actually an early drone) where taken down by the RAF:
https://www.forces.net/heritage/wwii/how-spitfire-pilots-really-rammed-v1-bomb-out-sky
by giving the drones wingtip a nudge.
dumping fuel into the engine would be another path.

Re : the crashed drone
IMO the jet pilot rolled down his window and dropped 30 feet of old rope onto the drone’s propeller. Or a fishing net. Seems like you’d have more likelihood of catching the prop, than a bag of marbles.

Funny you mention that. Here’s a very short video from the Russians taken from one of the two planes that appears to show a chain or net of some type being thrown from the other (out of frame) plane onto the drone. The US says they took 19 passes and this video is super short, inconclusive. But it’s the first and only video I’ve seen yet. h/t Simplicius the Thinker’s Substack.

I expanded the frame and I think that black “object” that seems to fly down past the drone and the Su-27 pilot’s left side may be just an optical illusion. Would really like to see a longer video.

@ Tom
I was wondering what that thing was, but didn’t give it another thought.
But it looks like a little bundle with a little parachute, which – in a propeller – would do the same as a net, IMO.

The other interesting thing about it is that if it was a digital video artifact, trick light or other optical illusion, why did the co-pilot doing the recording seem to pan his camera down to follow it? You may be right, but that pass was a miss. How many such objects/projectiles/parachutes/whatever could each of the Su-17s possibly have on board? I highly doubt that the cockpit can be opened during flight so as to let an occupant drop or throw projectiles, but what do I know? The Russian pilots are crafty…

Guys and gals!
the drone was jammed, electronically, it was not rammed, nothing was thrown at it, nobody opened there cockpit and threw out nets, marbles, or whatever stupid shit people keep making up. The stories are getting to the point its actually insulting the Russians.
Why else would the dumb ass’s cancel all flights.

see what Maria Zakharova told John Kirby today about getting the drone back:
John, ask the New York Times for the phone number of the private Ukrainian company that American propaganda says blew up the Nord Stream pipelines very, very deep in the Baltic Sea.” They are, judging by your papers, deep-flying specialists. “They will get it,” Maria Zakharova advised.”
That woman has a great sense of humour among her many attributes.

People who rush to post their evidence-, logic-, proportion- and probability-free opinions on everything that comes up are total narcissists, best seen when some poll poses a question that only God could answer (maybe) and hundreds and thousands of Dunning-Krugerites pile in.
