Slavyangrad is making a claim that, beyond any agreement, shipping grain is a real problem because electricity is needed for the loading. Haven’t seen anyone discuss that issue.

@engish outsider.
Number 13
Quote “Why this emphasis therefore on UK involvement?”
Because english are the pest on the world and always plot wars .
It is not EU or American elites. It is in general English pirates who 3 times repeatedly voted to power war criminals Margaret witch thatcher and Tony liar Blair.
These all English (including masses who prefer war mongers and make joke of peaceful candidates like Jeremy corbin or Michael booth calling them peacenicks) are waging race war against all non anglos including Russia and Germans.
Those pirate need to be eleminated urgently.
Europe has got no danger from Russia or from each other nation of Europe. But Europe has big danger from England. All wars in Europe have been consequence of english plots to make two European nations (usually the two strongest ones) fight each other. Including 1st world war and then 2nd World War. Gulf war was plotted by witch thatcher, first Iraq war by criminal tony blair- this Syrian war  again by english rats which borne their ugly child ISIS.
Tony Blair, who, when occupied Iraq, claimed that “we will become the British Empire again,” meaning that he will occupy the rest of the world too!
Now the british are repackaging their dream as global Britain. Only when wars become unpopular, the english stop taking credit for that and let blame be placed on Jews.
and stupid people including hitler blamed jews while it was all along the english parasites who l destabilise, plot and run the war (but those cowards do not fight in beginning-they come late to feast on already weakened enemy of the day.).
Cold war against Russia was started for the same reason as cold war against Germany has started. TO keep britain in picture as it gives them a sense of false position, to harass other country and wreck others economy.

Regarding the hype about the hypersonic missiles: So far the Russians have used them 3 times in de Ukraine by my count. To any clear-thinking politician, the demonstrations of their penetrating power should have been a clear warning to immediately stay out of what is happening in Ukraine.
I am posting a link to a post on Telegram. If you can’t open it, I’ll add the text that goes with it. The post on Telegram still contains a video of the Kinzhal impact.

Thank you for persisting. The path behind me is littered with dead and dying conjecture but it is worth the risk.
You may be correct as NATZO is fanatical for sure. Yes, Driesen is always worth considering. He grows more strident by the day. Methinks he can smell the flow of blue blood.
Do take time to consider Michael Hudson at Saker and the pissup at the vineyard. The comparison of the papal thugs and NATZO warmongering is pertinent.

Facile point, Mr Sykes. One doesn’t need to have lived though something to subject it to detailed analysis.

What a ridiculous response. That’s not what Sykes said. Are you too stupid to understand? He said Mercouris pretends to have been AWARE at the time (i.e. the 1960’s) that events happened and he ‘analyzed’ them then – as a boy. Do you get it now?

Sounds good. Though I guess I shouldn’t hold my breath about it’s ever being used against a British military target since Putin’s too busy doing things like crawling back to rejoin the grain deal just hours after yet another fatuous proclamation about how the he now finally honest and for true gets it that Russia cannot make deals with pathological liars who are psychopathic enemies implacably committed to Russia’s total destruction.
This latest false-start revelation came months after Putin was shocked, SHOCKED to discover all that grain goes straight to Europe. Of course I didn’t believe for second the Russians didn’t know the destination of the grain from the start, and I’d thought the point was to give the West the rope it needs to hang itself propagandistically. Otherwise what on earth was the point of publicizing what a scam the grain deal was in the first place? Why did Putin do that and then proceed to stay in the deal, thus willingly rendering Russia culpable as well?
And now the Russians tell the world the British are using the grain deal as a playground for military and terrorist attacks, so Russia finally will dump the deal….and then Putin crawls back hours later! And apparently because KIEV gave him “assurances”!!!
It’s beyond any shadow of a doubt, Russia has a rot, if not treason, at the very top. Unless they clear out that rot soon and finally commit to the war they embarked upon last February (seemingly without realizing it at the time), there’s no way this will end other than full-scale nuclear war (since Putin is determined to convince the already-berserk neocons that NATO will be able to launch a first strike and win; I myself am starting to believe that’s possible) or ultimate Russian surrender and dismemberment.

⚡️🇷🇺🇮🇷🎯 @Rybar about Iranian Kamikaze Drones⚡️
We recently wrote, see 👉 “HERE”, about the planned shipment of ballistic missiles to Russia. Now the Western media reports that the Russian Arash-2 and Meraj-521 bomber munitions may also be received by the Russian Armed Forces.
According to media reports, Russia is interested in two more types of UAVs: “Arash-2” and “Meraj-521”.
▪️”Arash-2″
This type is a relatively new Iranian development. Compared to the Shahed-136, they have a more powerful warhead and a claimed range of up to 1,700 km.
The drone is a long-range precision-guided weapon that can be launched from both land and sea platforms.
Newer models have infrared or optical homing heads. This allows the drone to stay in a given area to find and destroy the target.
At the exercises of the IRGC and the Iranian Army, the Arash has been used effectively as an anti-radar munition, which will be relevant for suppressing Ukrainian air defences.
▪️”Meraj-521″
This is the latest example of a small-sized UAV designed to engage personnel and light equipment.
It was first tested by the IRGC’s Ground Forces Quick Reaction Force during a recent exercise near the Azerbayjan border.
The drone is the counterpart to the US Switchblade 300. It is launched by mortar from a pneumatic catapult.
Low weight and dimensions allow carrying the drone in a rucksack. The flight range is 5 km, autonomy 15 minutes.
🩸 There has been no real confirmation of the Arash and Meraj being sent to Russia so far. However, it would look logical against the backdrop of an expanding range of Iranian arms supplies to the Russian Armed Forces.
Moreover, both sides are interested in such cooperation: the Russian army improves its combat capabilities, while the Islamic Republic gets an ideal test range to confirm the performance of its missiles and UAVs against Western-made weapons.

To all those who are commenting on the lack of a Congressional Declaration of War, please note that this is not a purely American phenomenon. As far as I know not a single member state of the United Nations has issued a formal declaration of war since the end of World War 2.
Not a one.
The issue is that you sign the UN Charter to become a member state of the United Nations, and that Charter is a binding international treaty.
An international treaty that prohibits you from choosing to use military force as a means of settling international disputes.
Articles 2(2) and 2(3), to be precise.
Don’t get me wrong: it doesn’t prevent you from waging war (see Article 51) but it does prevent you from *choosing* to use force to impose your will on another country. Heck, it even prohibits you from *threating* to use force to impose your will on another country.
Hence the quaint American euphemism “All options are on the table”.
Plausible-deniability writ large.
Which is all a long-winded way of saying that a President can’t go to Congress and seek a formal Declaration of War because – let’s face it – to do so is to seek a declaratory statement that you are *choosing* to use force to impose your will.
But the forms must be obeyed: a President must satisfy the Constitutional requirement of seeking the consent of Congress.
Hence the need to seek a Congressional Authorization for the Use of Force, which is another bit of sly plausible-deniability.
As in: we’re not saying we are “at war”, Mr President, but if war comes your way then, gosh, go at it with our blessing.
So the USA *wages* war. All the time. But every time it does so it must shout “They’re comin’ right at me!!!!” before blasting away at the poor creature that is caught in the floodlights.

Very well done but its a FAKE, the background is used in other videos.
Think about it. What was the chance of an American being in the right place in Ukraine, filming at exactly the right moment when the missile came in silently?
The Kinzhal that hit the bunker was in the mountains not flat land.

I think this an excellent credible analysis worth reading/considering, keeping in mind.

NATO escalates (again) and achieves nothing (again)
20,828 Views November 02, 2022

I think that we ought to begin this overview of what is currently taking place which is that the united West, aka the AngloZionist Hegemony is desperate and in direct to this despair is doing all sorts of very foolish and plainly dangerous things. We all know about the The Big Three:
– The attack on NS1/NS2
– The attack on the Crimea Bridge (CB)
– The attack on the Black Sea Fleet (BSF) base in Sevastopol
Truth be told, these are three completely different events.
[…]
So what do we call an act of war which yields no tangible military benefits?
I think that this is what should be called a provocation.
So what is a “provocation”? There are plenty of definition out there ranging from, for example, the legal one (“Conduct by which one induces another to do a particular deed; the act of inducing rage, anger, or resentment in another person that may cause that person to engage in an illegal act“) to the more common “the action is in the reaction“. The point is, what these apparently rather different attacks have in common was the intention to trigger some kind of reaction from Russia which could then be used to demonize Putin, Russia and everything Russian.
Which, as it happens, is exactly the mantra repeated by the “dumbshit stupid” western wannabe “friends of Russia” who constantly ask for Russian military escalations and when they don’t get what they want and even when they want it (!), they switch over the the AngloZionist strategic PSYOP taking points about Putin being “weak, indecisive, a sellout, etc. etc. etc.”.
Gee whiz, I wonder why Putin remains so obtuse and refuses to listen to his “learned western friends of Russia” 😉
[…]
It does not require a lot of imagination or expertise to see that at the very least the Hegemony is playing with fire, if only because each attack which failed to yield any military advantage only serves to further underscore the awful situation NATO finds itself in. I will summarize this as follows: […]
But the demonic freaks who run the Hegemony are not demonic freaks for no good reasons. These are the folks who brought us 9/11, the WMD crap and the GWOT! These are the folks who destroyed country after country with truly satanic viciousness.
These are the folks who ruined and laid waste to every single country they could take control off, the latest being, of course, the Ukraine itself.
We are dealing with psychopaths who will do absolutely *anything* to stay in power, both on the planetary scale (the Hegemony) or in Washington DC (see video at the bottom of this article)
Finally, and truth be told, everybody knows. It does not take Liz Truss’ message to Blinken to know who is behind all these attacks and the “plausible deniability” criterion as been made so thin as to become irrelevant. Here are just three examples illustrating this: (there are many more!)
– Russian got the GPS tracking data from the drones which attacked the BSF
– The very visible and obvious Global Hawk monitoring flights over the Black Sea during that latest attack
– US AWACS flights in Romanian airspace during the latest attack
There are dozens of statements by top Russian officials which clearly indicate that they are all acutely aware of all this. So far, we can make at least three potentially interesting observations:
– Russia is mostly pointing the finger at the UK (and not necessarily because the UK is the #1 evil doer here, but primarily because it is the weakest link in the US-UK-3B+PU “coalition of the willing”, militarily, politically and economically).
– Russia now has enough in theater forces for a combined arms operation.
– Russia is keeping most of her armed forces in a state of high readiness, including all her strategic forces (nuclear and conventional).
What will happen next is anybody’s guess.
[…]
I will stop here by simply stating the obvious: we are entering very dangerous and unpredictable times.

From Sputniknews:

Moscow Has Info on UK’s Transfer of Unmanned Drones to Kiev Ahead of Sevastopol Attack

The Russian Foreign Ministry summoned British Ambassador to Russia Deborah Bronnert in connection with London’s suspected involvement in that October 29 attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
In a statement put out by the ministry on Thursday, the Ministry indicated that it had information that London transferred a number of unmanned drones to Kiev, and that British specialists have been actively involved in the training and supply of Ukrainian special operations forces, including those involved in sabotage operations at sea.
Moscow warned that Britain’s actions threaten to escalate the security crisis and lead to “unpredictable and dangerous consequences,” and that such “hostile provocations” on London’s part were “inadmissible” and must be stopped immediately.
“If such acts of aggression, fraught with [the UK’s] direct involvement in the conflict, continue, the entire responsibility for their disastrous consequences and the growth of tensions in relations between our states will lie entirely on the British side,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The UK should really feel the pressure by now.

Schiltz goes to China to ask them to sanction Russia or to kiss their butts to move German companies needing cheap energy to China. If they don’t move now and save them, they’ll be replaced by US or bought for nothing soon. Considering Germany’s involvement in Taiwan independence talks, they’ll have to give a lot in exchange.
Another good news today is that largest glass manufacturer in France suspended activity for 5 months. Their energy bill jumped from $3m to $13m

The Russians appear to confirm the “It’s done” text message from Liz Truss

https://t.me/ZandVchannel/37611
The “It’s done” text message, which Truss sent to Blinken one minute after the Nord Stream bombing, confirms the participation of the British Navy in these attacks, said Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
Patrushev also said that the Anglo-Saxons intended not only to prepare a springboard from Ukraine to put pressure on Russia, but also to create a precedent for further fragmentation of the Russian ethnos in order to completely eradicate it.

We then have to assume that the Russians can prove the existence and origin of the “It’s done” message and much more…

The interesting thing about this story is the conundrum it places the British in.
If the British say “The Russians hacked our phones – including Prime Minister Liz Truss!!! It’s the Russians fault – they’re the HACKERS!!!
What does that do?
It confirms whatever hacked materials the Russians are releasing are likely legitimate.
So – can the British admit they were hacked by the Russians?
Quite the conundrum!

I share your skepticism. If Scholz wanted a peace deal with Russia, I’m not sure why would it be necessary or beneficial to involve Beijing. It would seem that recent events have given Germany and Russia sufficient common ground to work out a peace deal themselves.
On the other hand, involving China would facilitate Germany’s improving its relations with two major powers through a single diplomatic engagement (for want of a better phrase). So, I guess there could be benefit.

Irish STATE broadcaster,RTE, who unthinkingly follows the “line” of NATO and the EU with the devotion and zeal that would make 1930’s Stalinist party discipline look positively relaxed, continues to advance the ludicrous theory that the Zaporozhye nuclear power station is now off the grid as a direct result of being shelled by the Russian army, whilst simultaneously in the same report (with no apparent trace of embarrassment or even curiosity at this bizarre notion) stating that the plant is “in Russian hands”, though “staffed by “Ukrainian workers”. Perhaps they are working on the assumption that only a tiny minority of the Irish public will even raise an eyebrow at this assertion, that the Russian military, who have the power station in ‘their hands’ nevertheless shells themselves. I have begun to give up hope in the ability of the Western public to question any of the propoganda being peddled in their media about Russia and the conflict in Ukraine, not only do they not question its assumptions, they do not even attempt to note the evidently nonsensical aspects of the narratives being advanced in the constant torrent of pro-Ukraine reportage. Ireland’s state broadcaster RTÉ, arguably the most rigid adherent to the NATO ‘party line’ in the Western media continues, with a straight face, to promote the idea that Russia is shelling the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power station, which it acknowledges, en passant, is in “Russian Hands”. Thus suggesting the Russian Army are shelling themselves. Is there some unknown prize for the biggest lie to be advanced to the seemingly infinitely gullible viewers of the western worlds mainstream media which we are all unaware of? Thanks, made my day that one. Too funny for words, but it needs to be acknowledged as a classic!

I don’t often offer predictions, but it’s come to a point that’s hard to resist.
With the mid-terms about to finish it’s got to be obvious by now the Republicans are going to win bigly in the Reps and the Senate. It was always going to happen this way, it is the mid-terms after a new president got elected, right? I mean, seriously, what else could have happened.
But that is not my prediction, that is too easy.
My prediction is that: almost immediately upon the new GOP leadership being anointed there will be a great meeting of minds between them and the Biden administration over Ukraine and Russia and China. As such the first (or almost first) order of business will be a massive ramping up of US Defense spending and military supply, equipment and manpower to Nato Europe and Ukraine. Nothing will be off the table, everything that isn’t nailed down will be ear-marked for Ukraine and against Russia first, and China in the pacific second.
It will be like Nirvana on Earth for the MIC, Intel and Military psychopaths …. Government funding on steroids the like that has never been seen before.
They might even call it The John McCain Freedom for Ukraine Bill
Immediately endorsed by the usual culprits and FoxNews, the NYTs, WSJ, and the WP… all the ‘mindless’ chatter and assumptions the Republicans are intent on clipping Biden’s military and government support spending for Ukraine is the among the stupidest things I have heard this year. You heard here first folks (but I could be wrong.) Though I seriously doubt it.

that seems like a very reasonable prediction… the war party circle the wagons and support the industries that hold together the war party… nothing changes, even though people like to think voting for team blue or red will have some difference when it comes to usa foreign policy objectives – it never does… thus the idea of both parties being much the same party – the war party – continues to hold much relevance here…
they may differ on domestic issues, but when it comes to how they approach things on the world stage – it is war, war, threats of war and more of the same thing.. has been since 1950 and i can’t see any of it changing now… so – your prediction is in keeping with the reality on the ground… i suppose your prediction is a bit more then this too – you are suggesting an actual ramping up of funding for war on russia and china, using ukraine as the useful tool.. of course we can throw in taiwan as a useful tool as well… or saudi arabia! maybe a nice false flag that can be blamed on iran.. israel would definitely get behind that! that is not my prediction, but an observation on the direction things are headed here… wish i could be less gloomy, but i can’t…

🇺🇦⚡️Fire broke out in the service center of the energy company DTEK in Kiev – Ukrainian media

AFAIK DTEK is responsible for maintaining the grid, changing and storing spare parts. Maybe the fire was more than a “natural occurrence”.

Last evening, there were news of a Norwegian tanker “Champion Pula” heading towards Yuzhne port in Ukraine. There have been no news since, but it’s easily assumed it was carrying fuel and it has been allowed to unload? They might have been able to hit any pipe and hose connections during unloading which could have spread and burned the tanker along it, without directly hitting the tanker. It takes quite a while to unload a tanker.

Sure, both parties are dominated by the arms merchants. However, the US is getting competition from South Korea selling armor, guns, small fighter jets.
There is growing resistance to funding Ukraine amidst Republicans. One ( Marjorie Green) supposed said, ‘not another cent’ for Ukr. They want war with China instead.
